| I'm a lifelong California, Southern California, born and raised. | |
| I'm in my mid-60s now. | |
| I've been on the phone this morning with Republican Congressman and Speaker Mike Johnson's office to tell them, you know, ahead of President Trump coming to assess the fire damage in California tomorrow. | |
| I wanted to express to them my support for President Trump that any federal monies that is released to California to help with the rebuild and so forth would be contingent upon strings attached and accountability. | |
| And which this governor, and on down, the governor, I blame them all, the governor, the LA City Council, the Mayor Bass, I hate to say it, but even some of the fire chiefs, not the firemen on the ground risking their lives, but the fire chiefs that weren't screaming and yelling that the hydrants did not have pressure and did not have water in them. | |
| I blame them all for this, and there must be accountability. | |
| And this may be the very thing. | |
| The Democrat Party is backed in a corner right now, in my opinion. | |
| In California, they're backed in a corner. | |
| Because they need that money. | |
| And this may be the very thing that breaks that party's grip on California. | |
| And I really believe that this state is going to turn red again. | |
| I hope it's in my lifetime. | |
| As I said, I'm in my mid-60s now. | |
| I hope I live to see. | |
| I pray that I live to see that day. | |
| But I would encourage people to call, because my concern is that some of the congressmen When it comes to releasing the money, they're going to wimp out on us, and they're not going to want to put strings attached to it. | |
| We need tough love here right now, and that's what President Trump wants to give us in California, is tough love. | |

| Pacific Palisades, this is a woman who has no doubt been impacted by the fires. |
