[00:00:17]  They claim they didn't see any response until 45 minutes after they called 911. It's hard to believe, Elizabeth, but I wouldn't have believed it either until I saw the video.
[00:00:33]  Michael Valentine, he's a former U.S. attorney for eight years under Kamala Harris.
[00:00:38]  He and his wife, they live at the top of Pacific Palisades, right next to this ridgeline where the fire broke out.
[00:00:45]  He says his wife called at 10.29 a.m.
[00:00:49]  Tuesday morning.
[00:00:50]  That's when they first saw it, and they didn't see anybody come.
[00:00:54]  For at least about a half an hour, 45 minutes, before they dropped some water.
[00:00:58]  He documented it all on video, giving News Nation an exclusive look of where it started and how quickly it grew.
[00:01:05]  By 1050, the plume had spread considerably, twice as large.
[00:01:10]  Eight minutes later, the size of the fire seems to have doubled yet again.
[00:01:14]  Still nobody fighting the fire.
[00:01:16]  At 1113 a.m., nearly 45 minutes after Michael's wife called in the fire...
[00:01:22]  You see a chopper come through.
[00:01:24]  At 11.23, a helicopter comes in, begins to dump water on it.
[00:01:28]  But at this point, the fire is massive and moving quickly down this ridge line.

[00:01:37]  I'm sorry, guys.
[00:01:38]  In my mind, that's criminal.
[00:01:43]  If you keep hiring these DEI woke fools all across the country because you live in blue cities, yeah, Mayor Brandon Johnson, I'm talking about you.
