Gavin Newsom's Lies Exposed
00:04:30
|
|
| Gavin Newsom, in the 2024-25 California state budget, which Gavin Newsom signed into law in June of last year, slashed funding for wildfire and forest resilience by $101 million as part of a series of cutbacks. | |
| This according to an analysis by the state's legislative analyst office. | |
| Also, there is this. | |
| Where is it? | |
| Alan Estrin sent me this. | |
| Okay. | |
| The Los Angeles wildfires and avoidable tragedy. | |
| Where's this number? | |
| So Gavin Newsom, here it is. | |
| In 2021, an investigation found that Gavin Newsom had misled the public about the acreage of fuel reduction projects completed in the state. | |
| He said that there was a, he said that they had completed 90,000, or he claimed. | |
| All right? | |
| He actually did 11,399 acres. | |
| So, again, the governor just lied. | |
| Also, Zach, do we have that video clip? | |
| Can we play it? | |
| And you guys have seen this of the woman that confronted, the mother that confronted Gavin Newsom. | |
| And he went ahead and just straight up lied. | |
| Said he was talking to Joe Biden on the phone. | |
| If we have it, can we roll it, por favor, Zach? | |
| Governor, you got a second? | |
| Governor! | |
| I'm here, Governor. | |
| That was my daughter's school, Governor. | |
| Please tell me what you're going to do. | |
| I'm not going to hurt him. | |
| I promise. | |
| I'm literally talking to the president right now to specifically answer the question of what we can do for you and your daughter. | |
| Can I hear it? | |
| Can I hear your call? | |
| Because I don't believe it. | |
| I'm sorry. | |
| There's literally, I've tried five times. | |
| That's why I'm walking around to make the call. | |
| Why is the president not taking your call? | |
| Because it's not going through. | |
| Why? | |
| So let's get it. | |
| Let's get it. | |
| I want to be here when you call the president. | |
| I appreciate it. | |
| I'm doing that right now. | |
| And it's to immediately get reimbursements, individual assistance, and to help you. | |
| I'm so sorry, especially for your daughter. | |
| I have four kids. | |
| Losing the school. | |
| Everyone who went to school there, they lost their homes. | |
| They lost two homes because they were living in one building another. | |
| Governor, please tell me, what are you going to do with the president right now? | |
| We're getting the resources to help rebuild. | |
| Why was there no water in the hydrants, Governor? | |
| That's all literally... | |
| Is it going to be different next time? | |
| It has to be. | |
| Has to be. | |
| Of course. | |
| What are you going to do? | |
| To fill the hydrants? | |
| I would fill them up personally, you know that. | |
| I would fill up the hydrants myself. | |
| But would you do that? | |
| I would do whatever I can. | |
| But you're not! | |
| I see the... | |
| Do you know there's water dripping over there, Governor? | |
| There's water coming out there. | |
| You can use it. | |
| I appreciate it. | |
| I'm going to make the call to address everything I can right now, including making sure people are safe. | |
| Can I have an opportunity to at least tell people you're doing what you're saying you're doing? | |
| Could somebody have a contact? | |
| Can I have your contact information? | |
| Okay, man, that lady had the audacity to believe that she's as important as a Delta smelt. | |
| Now, obviously, that may come across wrong, but that's what social justice warriors do. | |
| So social justice warriors, they're interested in their agenda. | |
| They're interested in equity. | |
| They don't have time to worry about little people. | |
| They don't have time for that. | |
| They've got a goal in mind. | |
| They want to make sure that everything is fair. | |
| Hey, you're rich. | |
| Your house burnt down. | |
| You're in Pacific Palisades. | |
| Not exactly the hood, even though there are some poor neighborhoods that are being burned down, even as we speak. | |
| But these people don't prioritize people. | |
| They're social justice warriors. | |
| They're not servant leaders. | |
| They're not there to serve the people. | |
| Gavin Newsom looked that lady in the face. | |
| She lost her house. | |
| Her kids lost her school. | |
| And he just straight up lied to her face. | |
| This guy should never have been elected. | |
| He destroyed San Francisco. | |
| And then he was elected governor. | |
| He has so little respect for the voter that a lady loses her house, her home, and he lies right to her face. | |
