Dennis Prager Show - Kamala Harris Chooses Tim Walz As VP Aired: 2024-08-08 Duration: 03:29 === Small-Minded Mean-Spirited Man (03:29) === [00:00:00] As an American, I am horrified at Walls' selection. [00:00:03] He is a small-minded, mean-spirited man. [00:00:06] In one way, he will fit in with the Harris ticket. [00:00:10] He ran a basement campaign for re-election in 2022, refusing to show up for debates with Republican Scott Jensen after the first one went badly. [00:00:20] So Jensen was left debating an empty chair. [00:00:24] This is the new Democratic strategy. [00:00:29] Has she had a single press conference, Kamala Harris? [00:00:34] She is so inarticulate, she is such a fool, that she is afraid of a friendly press conference. [00:00:46] Almost asked anything for a spontaneous answer, she won't do it. [00:00:54] Walsh's character defects are considerable, but let's leave it at this. [00:00:58] He was largely responsible for the George Floyd riots that devastated Minneapolis and other cities because he dithered for days rather than calling out the National Guard. [00:01:09] By his own admission, he held off out of sympathy for the rioter's cause. [00:01:16] We are still living with the consequences. [00:01:22] Walls has a terrible record as governor. [00:01:26] Underwalls, Minnesota became a high crime state for the first time ever. [00:01:32] Right now, in fact, as of 2020, the Minnesota crime rate surpassed the U.S. crime rate. [00:01:42] I'm looking at a chart of it. [00:01:44] We should put this piece up. [00:01:46] It's already up, folks, at DennisPrager.com. [00:01:50] Underwalls, student achievement tumbled. [00:01:53] Even as spending on schools skyrocketed. [00:01:57] Of course, because the Democratic Party is owned and operated by teachers' unions, which are among the most destructive institutions in the United States of America. [00:02:11] The chart shows how much the spending has risen on education. [00:02:17] Per capita GDP is under the national average for the first time in Minnesota history. [00:02:31] Increases in energy costs have far outstripped the national average, which is really something because the national average is awful. [00:02:39] And under walls, Minnesota has joined New York, California, and Illinois as a state people of all ages are fleeing. [00:02:47] This is quite a chart. [00:02:50] This is really something. [00:02:53] The number of people making $200,000 or more, in fact, $100,000 is even more, who are leaving the state. [00:03:02] But people who make under $25,000, that's an increase. [00:03:08] Everybody else is leaving. [00:03:11] Walls' record is every bit as bad as Joe Biden's and Kamala Harris's, possibly worse. [00:03:18] He is a far-left ideologue whose character includes not one redeeming quality. [00:03:24] As an American, I am horrified at the thought of him being close to the seat of power.
