[00:00:03]  The Supreme Court of the state of Colorado said that a former president and the leading contender for the nomination for president of one of the two parties could not be on the ballot in the state of Colorado.
[00:00:22]  This is a dividing line that is unbridgeable.
[00:00:26]  If you believe that that was Good for the country and morally and constitutionally correct.
[00:00:35]  It's hard to imagine how much we could have in common.
[00:00:39]  I hate saying it because it's painful.
[00:00:44]  It was a despicable, America-crushing decision by tyrants.
[00:00:53]  They're just tyrants.
[00:00:56]  There is no example of the left not being tyrannical in history.

[00:01:02]  So it is not surprising.
[00:01:04]  It's despicable, but it's not surprising.
[00:01:08]  Liberals are not tyrants.
[00:01:09]  Liberals vote for tyrants, but they're not tyrants.
[00:01:14]  So you'll say, well, of course, the Republicans are tyrants.
[00:01:18]  But you have no example of that.
[00:01:22]  That's the point.
[00:01:23]  You can say it.
[00:01:24]  You can say anything.
[00:01:25]  You can say men give birth.
[00:01:28]  But there is no example.
[00:01:30]  Donald Trump was president for four years, and the country was much freer.
[00:01:36]  There is no court that kept a Democrat off a ballot.
[00:01:42]  You know that nobody has been charged with insurrection.
[00:01:45]  Do you realize that?
[00:01:46]  None of the J6 defendants have even been charged with insurrection.
[00:01:53]  So how could he be guilty of a crime that never took place?
[00:01:56]  How does one explain that?
[00:02:04]  Because the left hates the conservative, and especially the man named Donald Trump, and they will do anything to suppress his ability to win an election.

[00:02:23]  This is another difficult thing to say.
[00:02:26]  They helped me understand how judges functioned under Stalin.
[00:02:31]  All of my life I have wondered, these people studied law in the Soviet Union.
[00:02:38]  So what type of human being would serve as a judge for the Stalinist regime?
[00:02:44]  And then I realized the answer.
[00:02:48]  Many, many people would.
[00:02:51]  And not only that, this notion that they did it because they believed in evil or thought they believed in evil is not true.
[00:03:05]  They thought they were doing good.
[00:03:08]  I don't think every judge who served under Stalin thought, I'm doing bad.
[00:03:16]  Or did it solely for reasons of personal advancement in career?
[00:03:23]  Certainly the judges in Colorado didn't do it for career reasons.
[00:03:30]  They sincerely believe in tyranny.
[00:03:36]  And so that's what happened.
[00:03:42]  What is the, where's the Jonathan Turley comment?
[00:03:45]  It was, this is, what is it, throwing a lighted match into a powder keg?
[00:03:55]  It is hard to imagine that these, what was it, five people?
[00:03:59]  Was it five, four?
[00:04:01]  Four, three, yeah.
[00:04:02]  It's hard to imagine that these four Democrat appointed, of course, judges could have done more harm to the country.
[00:04:12]  By doing anything.
[00:04:13]  There is nothing I could imagine that they would do that could do more harm to America.

[00:04:33]  That's odd.
[00:04:35]  They had enough time to editorialize.
[00:04:38]  I'll be very curious to see what David French says, a man who truly hates Donald Trump, who is a thought-filled conservative, but for whom the hatred of Donald Trump really overwhelms all other considerations.
