[00:03:15]  Stanford Guide to Acceptable Words, I believe that is the name, or an Index of Forbidden Words.
[00:03:23]  Actually, I read to you yesterday some of them, and only the ones that the Wall Street Journal editorial noted, Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative.
[00:03:42]  The Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative, EHLI, is a multi-phase, multi-year project to address harmful language at Stanford.
[00:03:56]  So it's gigantic.
[00:04:00]  It's listed, for example, ableist.
[00:04:03]  Ableist language is language that is offensive to people who live with disabilities.
