	It's kind of funny because when we loaded up today for the Dennis Prager Show, and by the way, welcome to the Dennis Prager Show.

	I am the host of Always Right on this station, weekdays Eastern Time from 9 to 11. Anyway, when I was loading up for the Dennis Prager Show today, I put in my backdrop, which is my Let's Go Brandon backdrop, and it showed up in reverse to me.
	So I reversed the image and loaded it back in, and it showed up correctly.
	Now that we're live...
	It's reversed again.
	Somebody's going to have to explain that to me.
	Somebody in the Skype world is going to have to explain that to me because this is how it's coming out.
	So we'll flip that during the first commercial break, I promise you.
	If you are watching the program and not just listening to The Dennis Prager Show, you will know what I'm talking about.
	You see the Let's Go Brandon banner behind me reversed.
	That's not cool.
	We'll fix that up for you.
	I promise.
	I am a believer in Let's Go Brandon, by the way.
	I think it is the most phenomenal accident maybe in the history of modern, if not all, American politics.
	I mean, honestly, a happy accident.
	There's no other way to say it.
	It was an accident.
	It wasn't intentional.
	The reporter for NBC, who was interviewing poor Brandon Brown, I think that was his name, after his victory at a NASCAR race, During the fall, when so many large crowds at college football stadiums,
	baseball stadiums during the World Series in October, at NHL hockey rinks, and yes, at NASCAR races, for crying out loud, they Let's Go Brandon'd him when he went down to Kentucky to tour the tornado damage.
	All of this, of course, traces back to that NASCAR race in which a hapless NBC reporter interviewing the winner of the race, Brandon Brown, you know the story by now, the crowd behind him and behind her, continuing to chant, blank Joe Biden, blank Joe Biden, the popular chant that has taken over all of these massive arenas with Americans of all walks of life.
	You know, college students and college football fans, as I say, some of the other sports, some of the other venues, all saying collectively, we don't like what's happening to our country, blank Joe Biden.
	And this poor hapless NBC reporter doing the interview, during a pause, it was very audible over the airwaves of NBC. The F-bomb, blank Joe Biden, tried to cover it by saying, hey, Brandon, they're cheering for you.
	They're saying, let's go, Brandon.
	And the happy accident was born.
	Do you know that there are, I want to say, at least 10, maybe a dozen stores, primarily up in the American Northeast, that are solely let's go, Brandon stores.
	That's all they sell.
	They sell Let's Go Brandon hats, Let's Go Brandon t-shirts, Let's Go Brandon coffee mugs, Let's Go Brandon bumper stickers, visors, banners, I don't know, whatever else you can slap it on.
	There are stores dedicated to saying blank Joe Biden, but without saying blank Joe Biden.
	It's why the left is going so ballistic over it.
	I'm a believer, man.
	I'm just going to tell you.
	I know a lot of people, ah, it's rude and it's crass and it's unbecoming of conservatives, particularly conservative Christians or, you know, moralistic people, Jews and Christians and people of values and faith shouldn't be saying such things.
	And my response to them is, blow it out your windpipe.
	Blow it out your tailpipe, rather.
	Because this tells the story that we want to tell without being profane, so that we're not Robert De Niro standing on stage at the Tony Awards, saying the words F, but spelling it out, actually saying the word Donald Trump, not just once but twice, to standing ovations from the Hollywood slash New York elite crowd.
	Kathy Griffin, the comedian, holding up the severed head of Donald Trump symbolically, indicating what they want to do.
	Rap videos in which a Donald Trump lookalike is stabbed to death on stage, a la Julius Caesar.
	All of these horrific things where they didn't pull any punches and find pseudonyms or acronyms or something.
	They just said, blank Donald Trump and let's celebrate the idea of killing Donald Trump.
	They didn't have any problem with that.
	And now that we've found by an accident a way of saying what we think about Joe Biden without using profanity?
	A way that underscores what we believe to our core that he is doing to this country.
	In other words, if Joe Biden is going to blank the USA, then we can say blank Joe Biden, and we can do it without saying the blank word.
	We can say, let's go Brandon.
	I'm a believer, man.
	I'm a believer, and I'm going to continue to say it.
	I was gifted a hoodie sweatshirt.
	First of all, my wife got me a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt for Christmas, and then I was gifted a hoodie sweatshirt from a county GOP that I spoke at earlier this week or this past weekend.
	I wear it proudly.
	I'm telling you, I wore that the next day to four different stores.
	I had a bunch of errands to run, and I went into four different stores, and between four different stores, I got no less than 15 comments on the Let's Go Brandon hoodie that I was wearing.
	You know how many of them were negative?
	Goose egg.
	All of them.
	A smile and a nod that said, let's go, Brandon.
	Or, love your sweatshirt.
	Or, heck yeah.
	And they pointed at my shirt.
	And I knew exactly what they were.
	No less than 15 of them.
	One of them was at a gas station as I was pumping.
	Somebody, two cars behind in the next lane over, gave me a little toot-toot.
	I turned around and they said, I love your sweatshirt.
	These two older folks.
	Loved it.
	So yeah, let's go, Brandon, indeed.
	And why not let's go, Brandon?
	Why not follow?
	Brandon's playbook.
	Brandon has decided we cannot be a unified country, even though he promised this is what he would do, even though he promised in his campaign and then in his inaugural address to be not just the president of Democrats or not just of Republicans, but everybody.
	We're going to be the adults in the room.
	We're going to bring people together rather than be the divisive force that the last president was.
	He has spent the first calendar year of his presidency dividing us like we have never been divided before.
	And two days ago in Georgia, he let it all fly.
	He let it all fly.
	He said, blank you, Republicans.
	He said, blank you, conservatives.
	He said, blank you, opponents of my agenda, our agenda.
	Blank you, opponents of Build Back Better.
	Blank you opponents of the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.
	Blank you supporters of voter suppression.
	You're not even Americans, he said.
	He said, if you don't stand with me, you're George Wallace, segregationist, treasonist, or traitor, I guess would be the word.
	You're Bull Connor, segregationist, racist, traitor.
	You're Jefferson Davis, literally a traitor, literally the president of the Confederacy.
	That's who you are if you don't support us.
	You support these oppressive and suppressive Jim Crow voter laws passed in places like Georgia, where they don't believe in democracy.
	His anger has been ramped up to a fever pitch.
	And it's when he is spewing and spouting the vitriol of hatred against anybody who opposes his vision and his platform and his agenda.
	That's about the only time he's coherent.
	Have you noticed that?
	About the only time he can remember what he wanted to say is when he's shouting at us.
	Do you remember when he was expressing his support?
	For the $400,000 payments to every parent who had their child taken away, and every child that was, quote, taken away during the separations, during the time, back at a time when we used to actually apprehend and detain illegal immigrants at the border.
	What a crazy idea that was, right?
	But you remember this?
	You remember the screaming?
	Do you remember that?
	If you've come to the United States and you've had your child taken away, taken away, he's gone, gone, he shouted at us, then you deserve some compensation for that.
	The idiocy of the argument and of the statement and of the platform aside, it's about the only time he's coherent is when he's mad.
	The question is, why is he so mad?
	And I think there is a good reason why he's so mad.
	And that reason?
	It's because the polling is out again, and it's worse than it's ever been.
	I'll tell you about that, and we'll get into some of the audio, and of course we welcome you.

	We now have entire stadiums screaming blank Joe Biden.

	I actually think that in some measure this is a sign I don't think you're wrong.
	In fact, my last column, I talk about, in essence, what the American people are feeling in terms of how they're being treated by the current administration.
	Now, excuse me, by the way, I'm not saying I approve of it.
	Right.
	It makes me uncomfortable.
	But at the same time, it seems like a strange sign of health that we feel free enough.
	To say that.
	Well, and I don't even know that we necessarily feel free.
	What I would say is that the American people feel like kind of a battered spouse at this point.
	Okay, you wrote an article.
	And that the administration is so abusive to how they're treating people that this reaction that you're seeing, and it started out in two college football stadiums.
	It's now been in dozens to hundreds.
	It's the new wave.
	NFL teams had it going on this week.
	Talladega or NASCAR. 21

	It's kind of a bizarre thing.
	It's like a double negative if you know anything about grammar or English.
	It's kind of like a double negative.

	So, talking a moment ago about why Joe Biden is so angry, I want to tie two things together here.
	I had a caller on my local show in Cleveland that I just told you about, which is on WHK, it's called Always Right.
	I had a caller who said, you know, I'm getting a little nervous because Republicans sound so confident about November, about the red wave.
	And I have upped that, by the way, on my program to the red tsunami.
	It is literally going to be a tidal wave that envelops and swallows up the Democrat majority in the House and in the Senate.
	I truly believe it.
	I truly believe there's going to be a 30- to 40-seat margin of victory for the Republicans in terms of controlling the House and maybe a 4- or 5-seat margin in the Senate.
	I think all of that is very, very possible.
	But a caller said...
	Hey, how can you be so certain?
	Aren't you and aren't we kind of counting our chickens before they hatch?
	And I said, I don't really think so.
	And here's a couple reasons why.
	No American president has ever been this unpopular at this stage of their term in modern American history since polling really began.
	The latest comes from Quinnipiac.
	And it was literally just released yesterday.
	And the survey finds that Joe Biden, nearing the one-year mark, which is coming up, what, next Wednesday, Thursday?
	The anniversary of his inauguration, his illegal inauguration in my estimation.
	But coming up on that anniversary, he has an approval rating of 33%.
	His disapproval rating is 53%.
	That's 20 points underwater.
	And this Quinnipiac poll mirrors results done by several other polling surveys.
	His grades on the jobs that he has done are so anemic even with Democrats counted in the surveys.
	But when you take Democrats out and just look at independents, that's when the news gets really dire.
	For Joe Biden.
	Joe Biden's popularity among independents is even more disastrous.
	Let me pull that number up here, because I did save it from earlier this morning as I was preparing my show.
	His rating among independents is not readily available to me.
	My apologies, but I know it was down in the teens.
	33% overall, that counts Democrats who are going to say, yes, I approve, no matter what he does.
	33% overall.
	The rating among Republicans is in single digits, and among independents, it's in the teens.
	No one has ever been this unpopular.
	That's one of the reasons he's angry, and it's one of the reasons I am not counting my chickens before they hatch.
	I truly believe that America is done with this leadership, with this near-socialist, wannabe Marxist leadership, at all levels of Democrat federal government.
	I truly believe that.
	And if you say, well, polling shouldn't be enough, Bob, to make you that confident, to make us feel like it's in the bag, then I'll say to you, okay, how about the fact that Joe Biden went down to Georgia looking for a vote to steal?
	He was in a bind because he's way behind.
	And he's really, I don't have a rhyme for steal.
	He's trying to make a steal.
	Quite literally, I want you to listen to what Joe Biden went down to Georgia and did instead.
	What Joe Biden did was go down there in a move of desperation to say, this state of Georgia is emblematic of 20 other red states or red-leaning states that are trying to suppress the vote.
	They don't believe in democracy.
	They believe in suppressing particularly minority votes, particularly black votes and Latino votes, because they know that if all Americans are allowed to vote, they won't have this big red tsunami, this big red wave in November.
	The reason my confidence is justified is because they are ready to undo over two...
	100 years of Senate rules, customs, and traditions by abolishing the legislative filibuster to push through the John Lewis Voting Rights Act that would make it essentially impossible for states to conduct fair and free elections, meaning they wouldn't be able to require voter identification.
	They wouldn't be able to limit the number of days of early voting.
	They wouldn't be able to limit unmonitored drop boxes.
	They wouldn't be able to eliminate ballot harvesting.
	They wouldn't be able to stop same-day registration without going through the Federal Department of Justice.
	That's what the John Lewis Voting Rights Act does.
	So how do I know I'm not too confident and we're not too confident?
	If there wasn't reason for us to believe we are going to roll into power in November, they wouldn't be ready to abolish two centuries of Senate rules in order to try to stop it.
	It's their last gasp hope.
	They're desperate and they know things are only going to get worse in 2022, not better.
	They have no answer for COVID. They have no answer for rising crime.
	They have no answer for inflation.
	The American people are going to be even more hungry for a change in leadership by the time 2022 comes to a close in November.
	That's how I know.

	I've got so much audio here, I could pretty much do the entire Dennis Prager show without talking, and it would all be very compelling and interesting to you.
	But I do want to hear from you instead.
	I want to play for you portions of what Tom Cotton did yesterday.
	Tom Cotton on the floor of the Senate, arguing in defense of the filibuster that the Democrats like Chuck Schumer want to abolish for the purposes of ramrodding through the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.
	Which would give, again, Democrats essentially unfettered power to control all elections in the country, including allowing people to vote multiple times, vote late, vote if they're dead, vote if they've changed residences, changed states, and so on and so forth, essentially with no oversight whatsoever.
	So Chuck Schumer wants to abolish the filibuster.
	Tom Cotton yesterday made a strong, full-throated defense of the filibuster, using the words of, not Tom Cotton, But the words of Chuck Schumer.
	The senator from Arkansas.
	Right now we are on the precipice of a constitutional crisis.
	We're about to step into the abyss.
	I want to talk for a few minutes why we're on that precipice and why we're looking into that abyss.
	Let me first ask a fundamental question.
	What is the crisis that calls for the undoing of two centuries of tradition?
	Are senators merely doing their jobs as legislators, responding to a generalized public calling for the abolition of the filibuster?
	Clearly not.
	It is not the American people at large who are demanding detonation of the nuclear option.
	The nuclear option is being pushed largely by the radioactive rhetoric of a small band of radicals who hold in their hands the political fortunes of the President.
	Constitutional scholars will tell us that the reason we have these rules in the Senate, unlimited debate, two-thirds to change the rules, the idea that 60 have to close off debate, is embodied in the spirit And rule of the Constitution.
	That is what the Constitution is all about.
	And we all know it.
	It is the Senate where the Founding Fathers established a repository of checks and balances.
	It's not like the House of Representatives, where the majority leader or the Speaker can snap his fingers and get what he wants on important issues the Founding Fathers wanted.
	And they were correct in my judgment that the slimmest majority should not always govern.
	The Senate is not a majoritarian body.
	So Senator Cotton went on to use more of Chuck.
	All of the words you just heard were not Senator Cotton's.
	I hope you understand what I'm saying and what he did.
	Every word he said in his speech was a Chuck Schumer word, a collection, an allegation, a montage of Chuck Schumer comments about abolishing the legislative filibuster, about how terrible of an idea it would be.
	Now Chuck Schumer is arguing that we must abolish the filibuster.
	Why?
	Because of the red tsunami.
	The red tsunami that's coming.
	There is no hope if they don't change the rules for the filibuster and thus push forth the John Lewis Voting Rights Act by a simple majority.
	And it's not even a simple majority because, as you know, it's a 50-50 United States Senate.
	So literally what Chuck Schumer and what Joe Biden and what Kamala Harris, if you can find her in a moment of lucidity, what they want to do is literally silence the voices of half Of the representation of the United States in the Senate.
	Fifty senators representing literally half of the Senate and thus half of the country.
	Silence them.
	We don't even have a majority.
	We have a tie with a tiebreaker being the vice president, but we literally have half of the votes in the Senate.
	And we want that to be enough.
	We want that to be enough to change how this country votes.
	We want that to be enough to abolish the filibuster.
	It's an insane proposition, but it's exactly what Schumer is calling for now.
	So is Biden.
	Despite Biden also spending many, many days on the floor of the Senate throughout his 40 years in the Senate arguing against changing the filibuster rules for the same reasons that Schumer does.
	But now that their political lives are on the line, now they're ready to say, forget about all that stuff we said for the last 40 years.
	Only listen to what we're saying right now.
	Well, we are listening, and we're going to respond.

	I don't understand how they are circumnavigating the law again.
	I mean, obviously, allowing these people into the country in the first place without proper vetting, etc., is one of the ways.
	But, I mean, the laws are written for legal immigration.
	There are methods and ways of doing it.
	They say the system is broken, but it's not broken.
	It functions.

	Stay where you are because I've got a couple of questions for you, but just an addendum to your magnificent remarks.
	The system is not broken.
	We totally have a system that is set up to work if the laws that are on the books will only be enforced.
	But that's a huge if, and they are being intentionally ignored.

	And then he sat and listened and a whole bunch of other questions were thrown at him, and he couldn't distinguish one from another.
	He stares blankly straight ahead.
	I'm watching, and I'm giving you the play-by-play.

	puts his head down, brings his crossed fingers up to his chin, staring blankly, not answering or even attempting to identify who is asking the questions, waiting to be saved by the referee, waiting for the referee to come in and wave off the fighters waiting for the referee to come in and wave off the fighters and stop the onslaught, which is exactly what his media team did and said, no more questions, that's it, he's done, He looked like he was about to cry.

	He looked so confused and dazed and defeated.

	I smelled a rat from the very beginning.

	I could probably go back and pull the tape if I had to.
	I smelled a rat the moment that the National School Boards Association sent...
	Their letter to President Biden and forwarded it on to Attorney General Merrick Garland, complaining that too many parents were coming to school board meetings and threatening and intimidating school board members and administrators, and that we want them investigated.
	Investigate them as domestic terrorists, the letter said.
	And it was only a matter of A couple of days before, immediately, Merrick Garland had the FBI on the job.
	We can't let these parents come into their school board meetings and tell them what to do, tell them not to teach critical race theory, tell them to teach actual American history, such as the founding being in 1776 and not in 1619. We can't let parents tell the school board members and administrators what to do.
	We can't let them come in and demand that their daughters be protected in female bathrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms?
	And that boys who think that they're females can't go in there?
	Who do they think they are?
	These domestic terrorists.
	The FBI jumped on it so fast.
	I mean, it was impossible to believe that this wasn't choreographed.
	And the moment...
	That the NSBA, the National School Board Association, retracted their letter after public scrutiny and condemnation.
	That's when you knew that this wasn't directed by the school board.
	Now, it's not that I would put it past them.
	Far too many school boards and federal associations of school boards are far left.
	And they don't believe that parents should have a say in education.
	They don't believe.
	That anybody should question the judgment of the unfailing, the perfect teachers that are members of their unions.
	Teachers are the experts.
	They are the educators.
	Parents, you don't have any say in education.
	Step aside, stay in your lane, and know your role.
	But the NSBA wouldn't have written this letter without...
	Prompting from the Biden administration who knew that what the parents were doing was gaining nationwide attention for their condemnation of all of these radical left-wing things that are being done in our schools.
	It used to be we'd only worry about the college higher education route.
	Then it was the high schools.
	Then it was the middle schools.
	Now it's K and on up.
	They needed somebody to rein these parents in and somebody had to make a complaint in order for it to be done.
	Merrick Garland and Joe Biden couldn't have just said, hey, sick the FBI on these parents unless there was a complaint.
	Somebody was threatening, intimidating, or harassing teachers.
	Therefore, we get to ride down on all parents who even suggest such things.
	And now we come to find this out.
	A newly obtained email exchange shows that the highly controversial September 29th NSBA letter That directly resulted in the FBI using counterterrorism tactics against parents.
	That letter was drafted and sent to Joe Biden and Merrick Garland at the direction of Miguel Cardona.
	Who's Miguel Cardona?
	That would be the Secretary of Education in the Biden administration.

	Obtained by the activist group Parents Defending Education through a FOIA request raises serious questions about the administration having predetermined to go to war against parents and just needing somebody to file a complaint in order to launch their campaign.
	And there it was.
	Now, one would think that this is, I mean, this is heavy.
	One would think that this would lead.
	Newscasts on the networks, and yes, even on the MSNBC and CNN Democrat highlight machines.
	You can't ignore this.
	A member of the Biden cabinet solicits the NSBA to write a letter to Biden complaining that the parents are intimidating and harassing school board members like terrorists, and that Biden needs to tell his DOJ to get the FBI involved to call those parents off.
	I mean, this is collusion among high-ranking cabinet officials to attack parents who are concerned about their children either being indoctrinated by leftist orthodoxy through critical theory or through the LGBTQ rainbow agenda, that all of their kids were in serious...
	In serious jeopardy, quite frankly, when they're supposed to be learning and instead they're being indoctrinated and if they refuse to go along with said indoctrination, then they're being cancelled and ostracized by classmates, by teachers and more.
	The parents were wise to this.
	The parents were coming to make changes in school board races all across the country.
	And so they had to be stopped.
	And so the Department of Education Secretary, Miguel Cardona, tells an outside group, the NSBA, we need you to file a complaint, tell the President, and he'll tell the Attorney General that you feel intimidated, that your board members feel harassed, and then we'll come get them.
	Then we'll come and get those parents.
	But ABC, NBC Nightly News, CBS Evening News, They ignored the story completely.
	Didn't mention it in passing.
	Not 15 seconds on the way into a commercial break.
	By the way, you know that letter by the NSBA that referred to parents as domestic terrorists?
	It was solicited by the Biden administration.

	As of yesterday afternoon, the email exchange citing Cardona as the letter's solicitor was never reported on by CNN either.

	I want to talk to you at the top of this hour about propaganda.
	Propaganda defined and for those who are watching online, I'm reading from a brochure called Propaganda and I can show this to you right here.
	It's a brochure that is put out by an organization that I'm proud to represent and be a part of, Citizens for Free Speech.
	Propaganda and what you can do about it.
	Propaganda defined according to the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.
	Since propaganda and public relations both share the goal of using mass communication to influence public perception, it can be easy to conflate the two.
	Propaganda, however, traffics in lies, misinformation, inflammatory language and other negative communication to achieve an objective related to a cause, goal or political agenda.
	And it's that political agenda that we are talking about and fighting back against.
	Because of the damage it does and the danger it poses for the rights of all Americans.
	Joining me now to discuss this propaganda campaign that has plagued this country is Patrick Wood.
	Patrick Wood is the founder and the executive director of Citizens for Free Speech.
	He is also the author of several books.
	He may be the foremost authority in America on technocracy.
	And he joins us now on The Dennis Prager Show.

	This is such an extraordinarily important issue.
	Among all of the issues that CFFS has addressed over the course of the last few years, and in particular, the last two years that we have been facing, An unprecedented assault on our rights, particularly our First Amendment rights, due to COVID responses.
	The propaganda campaign that they have used to drive those responses and to drive the assault on our rights is something that needs to be exposed and it needs to be battled, and that's exactly what you and I and the team at Citizens for Free Speech that we're engaged in right now, right?
	That's exactly correct.
	And, you know, Bob, I think that...
	The issue of propaganda is probably the most important thing that we can look at as it relates to free speech and our First Amendment rights.
	I think this is an absolutely critical topic that will help diffuse all of the other things that we're dealing with today.
	You know, Patrick, when we think of propaganda, a lot of us anyway, we think of propaganda.
	We think of the propaganda machine used by the Germans, by the Nazis more particularly, in the run-up to World War II and within it.
	That's how they generated support among the masses.
	They had propaganda campaigns that were misinformation, that were outright lies, lies about the Jewish people living in Germany and in Europe, lies about the threats that they posed, lies about what their...
	We think of propaganda.
	That's kind of the first thing that comes to mind.
	Maybe next would be Soviet propaganda, particularly during the Cold War.
	Are we in that kind of territory right now here in the United States when we talk about the propaganda campaign being used to enslave people to their own fear in order to control them by a big government entity?
	Well, that's right, Bob.
	Propaganda has been around for a very, very long time.
	It was defined really succinctly in the early 1900s, but it's been used by despots all around the world ever since.
	And the idea of propaganda, which seems foreign to most people, it's like some kind of a buzzword or something that's used.
	It doesn't really mean anything, but it does mean something.
	In fact, universities around the world have been teaching formal classes on the techniques of propaganda.
	It's a highly defined topic.
	There's books been written on it.
	There's university lectures.
	There's papers.
	This is not something that, you know, is folklore or urban legend at all.
	And when we simply went to the textbooks, to the literature, to find out, well, what is propaganda historically?
	Honestly, I was rather shocked that it has been so well-defined and so succinctly defined in professional academic literature that, you know, you just want to think, why doesn't everybody know this?
	Well, we're going to tell them this.
	This is a big thing.
	We're going to tell people what it is and how they can recognize it.
	Yeah, and more than just how they can recognize it, Patrick, is what they can do to disassociate from it and to stop it.
	Because that's the key.
	And we're going to talk about tonight's National Town Hall meeting, in which propaganda is going to be addressed by a couple of very, very informed speakers on this issue for Citizens for Free Speech.
	But before we go there, it's one thing to define propaganda.
	It's another thing to recognize when it is being used.
	And thus, again, make your judgments and your decisions on what you're going to do about that based on the reality.
	And in this particular moment in time, over the last two years of the COVID crisis and the pandemic, people have lost their rights.
	CFFS stands for Citizens for Free Speech.
	Typically, generally, we're talking about the First Amendment, but it's certainly about much more than that.
	It's about all of our rights guaranteed us in the Bill of Rights, and they're all under attack.
	And what they're using as justification, Patrick, is the definition of propaganda.
	Discenting points of view, silencing other scientists who challenge the narrative and the orthodoxy and the agenda of the recognized federal scientists in order to keep the people afraid, in order to keep people willing to do what the government in order to keep people willing to do what the government tells
	And then, worst of all, in this propaganda tool, they are declaring that those who dispute them are the practitioners of disinformation or misinformation or pseudoscience or scientism.
	That's the real danger here.
	We know what propaganda is, but how they're using it has been very effective, and we need to figure out how to stop it.
	Yes, and it's ironic that the people who produce propaganda are hiding behind the mantra of free speech.
	And they say, well, we have free speech, we can say whatever we want.
	This is a technique of propaganda itself.
	It's recursive.
	They're using free speech as a defense for their propaganda.
	This is patently false.
	Propaganda is not free speech.
	We have laws, for instance, on the books.
	Everybody knows us.
	There's laws about slander.
	You can't say certain things about people that are untrue.
	There's laws about libel.
	You cannot say...
	And just make up stuff about another person to ruin their reputation or livelihood.
	There's laws against fraud.
	That is the act of deceiving and, you know, intentional perversion of truth, as the dictionary says, in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right.
	There are laws on the books that speak against propaganda almost in every case.
	And the fact that they hide behind free speech, we need to stop that myth.
	That simply is not true.
	I apologize, Patrick.
	As they hide behind free speech for their defense of their use of propaganda, the worst part about it is they literally revoke the rights of free speech for those who say something contrary to the propaganda that they are putting out.
	They cancel them.
	They suppress them.
	They declare them to be misinformation.
	And then they literally block their ability to challenge their own propaganda.
	That's right.
	And here's one, here's another ironic thing about propaganda in general, and that is that it isn't effective unless the people, unless the targets of the propaganda are ignorant of the fact that they're being manipulated with propaganda.
	In other words, their hiding behind the mask is really important because if a person perceives That they are victims of propaganda.
	All of a sudden, they're no longer victims of propaganda because they can see it.
	Because they can see it and then they can react to it and perhaps stop it.
	Patrick, I hate to interrupt, but I have to get a hard break here.
	We're going to come back and talk more about propaganda and tonight's National Town Hall meeting centered on that issue.

	And that the administration is so abusive to how they're treating people that this reaction that you're seeing, and it started out in two college football stadiums.
	It's now been in dozens to hundreds.
	It's the new wave.
	NFL teams had it going on this week.
	Talladega or NASCAR or whatever they ran had people chanting it.
	There is something so inherently Abusive about how people are being treated by the government.
	They are, and particularly in a society that wouldn't consider itself particularly crystal-centric.
	And it is, I am actually thankful, to your point, to see a degree of, we're not going to let this abuse continue, even if it's nothing more than using our freedom of speech to say something that's very vulgar and attach it to him.
	We're not taking it anymore.
	We're not taking it anymore.
	I was under constant attack.
	You're not really black because you're not doing what we expect black people to do.
	This is the wrong black guy.
	He has to be destroyed.
	So you'd still like to serve on the Supreme Court?
	I'd rather die than withdraw from the process.

	This has happened to many people that have tried to do live broadcasts on YouTube.
	They monitor you minute by minute, second by second.
	And once you cross the line, they figure, nope, you're out of here.
	You get a strike or whatever.
	They simply drop your live feed and leave all of your audience hanging and everybody else scratching their head wondering what on earth happened.
	No, we're not going to use YouTube.

	How can you understand what free speech is until you really understand what free speech is?
	You have to understand propaganda to understand it because there's so much confusion.
	They say that propagandists always say, oh, it's free speech, free speech.
	We need to say, no, sir, that is not free speech to lie.
	You cannot lie and deceive and mislead people purposely and call it free speech.
	Doesn't that wash?
	And that's different than opinions.
	If you express an opinion that happens to be wrong, but it's not an intent to deceive, you express something that you think is right but is wrong, that's a different story.
	Propaganda is intentional.
	Propaganda is the manipulation of people through misinformation with an intent to achieve a political end, a political agenda, as we read that definition before.
	So that's extraordinarily important, and all of that information is in these brochures.

	If it's propaganda, if you could define it as such, right there ought to raise a red flag on whatever it is you're thinking about.

	In fact, it was so important, I want to hit something else for you.

	You have the right, a legal right, to informed consent under the law before you can be forced to take that jab.
	And I'm going to read to you just a small part of this from the brochure.
	And it's so packed with information, the font is kind of small, so you have to put on some cheaters maybe if you're as old as I am now.
	But I just want to read this first section to you about what your rights are according to state and federal law.
	You must voluntarily give your informed consent prior to receiving any drug that is unapproved by the FDA. The information needed for informed consent should declare that, one, It is an unapproved vaccine for which there has been no long-term testing for safety and has never been used as a vaccine before.
	Two, there are possible side effects that have so far been observed since release of the vaccine for public use and all potential long-term effects that may occur.
	This is based on research in animals and limited human testing as well as in post-release VAERS data.
	And three, Informs you of the scientific data and opinion of scientists as far as possible, the immunological consequences of these experimental vaccines, and that should these side effects occur, there may be nothing that can be done to reverse these problems.
	You have the right to refuse any drug that is unapproved by the FDA, and you are legally protected from discrimination if you decline such drugs.
	That's in state and federal law.
	And it is what should protect you from any mandates, at least until we get the official ruling from the Supreme Court on the OSHA mandates that they had arguments for last week when Sonia Sotomayor embarrassed herself and actually pretended like she knew anything about vaccinations or anything about COVID-19 or anything about the level of sickness, etc., etc.
	It was humiliating, to be quite frank.
	But at any rate, you have a right.
	And before anybody says, aha, but the Pfizer version of the vaccine is approved by the FDA. No, it isn't.
	Comirnaty is approved by the FDA. Comirnaty is a drug that was put together by both Pfizer and BioNTech.
	That drug is still not available by label.
	Anywhere in the United States, you're still taking the emergency authorized used Pfizer drug from the Pfizer cartel.
	And make no mistake about it.
	Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson& Johnson, they are drug cartels in every sense of the word, as the Mexican drug cartels are at our southern border.
	The Sinaloa cartel's got nothing on Pfizer in terms of trying to create an addiction among the people through hypochondria.
	Making them scared to not have these drugs.
	It's just as much of a psychological addiction as a physical addiction to cocaine or to marijuana or to fentanyl or heroin or anything else.
	There is a psychological addiction that they are using to get more of this sold.
	And by the way, the Pfizer cartel is far, far, far, far more profitable than the Sinaloa cartel or any of the others on the border.
	They're making They're making roughly $20 billion, not per year, per quarter.
	Per quarter.
	And that's why they're telling you, hold tight!
	Omicron vaccine number 1, 2, and 3 is going to be available in March from your friends at the Pfizer cartel.
	Omicron will be washed out by then!
	But they want to keep the fear alive.
	And so do the CDC and others who are funded by the Pfizer cartel.
	So that come March, you'll have to take not one, not two, but three different Omicron shots.

	Because when the previous administration had left an exit plan saying, if you follow these guidelines, make it conditions based, we can get everybody out safely.
	We can get all of our allies out before we take the military out.
	We can get rid of our equipment.
	We can do all this stuff.
	And because Joe Biden said, I'm not doing any of it, and the only reason he said it was because the previous guy did it.
	And we got 13 marines killed and we lost a lot of Americans in the process that are still behind enemy lines even to this day.

	Kyrsten Sinema said today, She will not vote to weaken the Senate's 60-vote filibuster threshold, bucking her party's leaders yet again.

	I'll tell the story.
	It's okay.

	There is no need for me to restate my long-standing support for the 60-vote threshold to pass legislation.
	There's no need for me to restate its role in protecting our country from wild reversals of federal policy.
	This week's harried discussions about Senate rules are but a poor substitute for what I believe could have and should have been a thoughtful public debate at any time over the past year.
	But what is the legislative filibuster other than a tool that requires new federal policy to be broadly supported by senators, representing the broader cross-section of Americans, demands to eliminate the threshold from whichever party holds the fleeting majority amount to a group of people separated on two sides of a canyon shouting that solution to their colleagues.
	So that is enormous.
	Kyrsten Sinema has joined Joe Manchin.
	There will be no death to the legislative filibuster.
	There will be no John Lewis Voting Rights Act passed.
	There will be no federal takeover of the election system.
	That states will still be able to use their own rights to decide how to protect the sanctity of the vote.
	That's number one.
	The second piece of breaking news that literally just came across the wire, And thank you to Sean for sharing.
	The Supreme Court has spoken on the Biden administration's OSHA COVID requirements for workplaces.
	The Supreme Court has said that Biden's mandate that all employers with 100 or more employees must have all of their workers be vaccinated is unconstitutional.
	The court has blocked the administration's rule requiring these businesses to ensure that 80 to 100 million Americans take these vaccines or lose their jobs.
	This program could not possibly end on a higher note than what we are...
	Can you dig it?
	Yes!

	I can and do indeed will dig it.

	Let's see how this was worded by...
	It looks like this is going to be NBC. Thank you.
	The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked the Biden administration's rule requiring larger businesses to ensure workers receive the COVID vaccine or wear masks and get tested on a weekly basis.
	But the court said a separate mandate requiring vaccinations for an estimated 20 million health care workers can be enforced.
	Alright, so we're kind of digging it.
	The workplace rule announced last fall by the occupational OSHA required companies with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers get either vaccinated or wear masks and show negative tests each week, which, by the way, would have been costs forced upon those workers.
	They would have had to pay for their own tests, which, of course, is extraordinarily unconstitutional.
	The role would have covered nearly 80 to 100 million American workers.
	OSHA estimated it would save over 6,500 lives and prevent 250,000 hospitalizations in the next six months.
	They, of course, had no basis for that estimate, did OSHA, because all of the numbers being put forth by the CDC are now in question, now that they're admitting four comorbidities or more, etc.
	The bottom line...
	Said Joe Biden in announcing the requirement is we're going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated workers.
	What a comedy that is, considering that there are just as many, if not more, in various locales of people who are triple shot, triple jabbed.
	I don't call them vaccines.
	They're triple profit shots.
	are getting infected just as much as unvaccinated people.
	And, oh, by the way, the definition of unvaccinated people has now been expanded to those who have only been twice jabbed.
	And if you don't have your booster, your third jab, then you are considered not fully vaccinated, which is also just hysterical.
	I'm looking for more language from the court.
	The Supreme Court said a separate regulation that goes back to the health care workers.
	They're saying that in health care settings, they can require these.
	I think that is also extraordinarily unfair to these workers.
	But let's take the good news when we can get it.
	We're looking for more.
	Yeah, this literally just broke.
	We don't have the language of the...
	The majority that voted to strike down Biden's COVID mandate will get that probably in the next couple of hours.

	If you're just turning on your radio, if you did not hear the good news, literally broken in the last few minutes, the Supreme Court of the United States has struck down President Brandon's job jab mandate.
	The workplace jab mandate is dead.
	80 to 100 million Americans can breathe freely knowing now that they can act freely, that they have the right to determine whether or not they want to take an invasive toxin which may or may not have adverse effects in their bodies.
	Their medical freedom has been affirmed.
	They can't be fired.
	For refusing to give up their own bodily autonomy.
	This is the best possible news.
	Now, at least when it comes to the workplace jab mandate.
	Now, there are still issues with workplaces doing this on their own without the federal government being involved.
	Some workplaces are telling their employees, too bad, you've got to get the jab or you lose your job.
	Some of them I'm very, very close to, as a matter of fact.
	I won't speak on it now.
	I can tell you this, it can't be forced by government.
	And now it'll come time, perhaps, for class action lawsuits to be filed against employers that try to do what the government is unable to do, which is take away your liberty, your freedom.
	The government, neither the government nor your boss, your manager, your director, your supervisor, your CEO, should be able to tell you when to take cold medicine.
	That's up to you.
	And in the same respect, they should not be able to tell you when to take an invasive, unproven toxin into your arm that could have any number of effects on your short and long-term health.
	That is your decision to make, and nobody else's.
