I hope you had a good weekend.
You know, I feel like I just said, I hope you had a good weekend, and it was a week ago.
Well, you all know my theory by now.
Life goes by, not by the year, or the month, or the hour, or the day.
Days seem to be the proper length.
But weeks?
They zoom by.
You can see your life go by by the week.
Anyway, I do hope you had a good weekend.
I happily did.
I am very lucky.
I just walk around thinking I'm lucky.
If you were on a desert island with somebody, would you prefer somebody who thought they were a victim or somebody who thought they were very lucky?
Just a question.
Everybody has...
Everybody knows the answer to that because everybody has the same exact answer.
And yet we have an industry, the, you know, what was it, military-industrial complex?
We have the be-miserable-industrial complex.
It's called the left.
The left teaches young people to be ingrates, and ingrates are the worst type of people.
They're not happy and they're not good.
Okay, just a macro thought for the moment.
I would just like to note, yesterday I spoke at the Awakened Church in San Marcos, California, outside of San Diego.
I think there were a thousand people there, maybe more.
I would say half of them were young people.
And I don't normally comment on speeches.
I give many of them happily.
It's one of the reasons I think I'm lucky.
But I need to do a shout-out to Pastor Juergen, all the other pastors, and every single person that I met, including all the young people who work for the Church.
It's a massive undertaking, the Awakened Church.
They were so healthy.
They just radiated a joy of life.
They radiated normalcy and, of course, non-victimhood.
If you actually meet people on the right and meet people on the left and you are a good person, you will end up on the right.
It's that simple.
There are simply more good people in that arena.
Certainly more happy and more grateful people.
I'm going to play for you a 50-second clip from CNN. Not because CNN is significant.
CNN knows it's less and less significant.
There's going to be apparently a big shake-up at CNN. I don't think it'll do anything.
It doesn't report news.
It's a left-wing mouthpiece.
And you're just going to have a limited number of viewers if that's all you are.
I can tell you what CNN will say at any time.
Now, Fox, you can predict in many cases, too.
That's true, though not nearly as many.
You can.
However, Fox is a needed island on television of non-left-wing news and opinion.
But since left-wingers are surrounded by only left-wing thought teachers, Media, movies, etc.
And so many of them are not particularly interested in the news.
It's going to be a limited number of people.
If there's no Trump to attack, the left seems not to have many viewers.
Anyway, here it goes.
So here is the background.
The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case ordered Asian food in, I don't know, for the jury, for, I don't know, for whom, for himself, and made the following comment.
You will now hear it from the judge.
So this is now being played on CNN. The judge presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse's homicide trial made a strange and offensive joke inside the courtroom today.
I want you to listen to what Judge Bruce Schroeder said as the court was preparing to take a lunch break.
Let's hope for 1 o'clock.
I don't know.
Hopefully the Asian food isn't coming.
It's on one of those boats in Long Beach Harbor.
So he appears to be referring to the supply chain backlogs caused by congestion problems in California ports.
But his comments were offensive and perceived as anti-Asian by some and as placing blame on Asian people for a catastrophic event happening in this country.
John Yang, the president and executive director of Asian Americans Advancing Justice, told CNN that the joke, and I quote here, harms our community and puts us in the crosshairs of microaggressions as well as actual physical violence.
That's CNN? That's CNN, as my producer just said.
Where did they find this?
The Asian Action Association for Justice or something?
Do you see how they lie?
Lying is not an issue to the left.
The judge ordered Asian food and made a crack.
I hope it's not being delayed in the ship delays.
How is that possibly anti-Asian?
John Yang, the President and Executive Director of Asian Americans Advance.
Yes, hold on.
It's hard to hear a second time.
We may do it later.
What if he had ordered Italian food?
You know, I ordered that Italian food and these delays, they just...
Would that be anti-Italian?
So, I'm curious.
If that wouldn't be anti-Italian, why is this anti-Asian?
It's like the LA Times calling Larry Elder the black face of white supremacy.
There is nothing the left will say.
There is nothing the left will not say because it isn't true.
That does not stop them.
It is not a consideration.
There was nothing anti-Asian.
People order Asian food.
That's it.
And to have a crackpot come on?
To say it will cause violence against Asians?
The judges comment about the Asian food he hoped that he ordered isn't late?
Daily Wire.
Media lose it over Rittenhouse judges joke about Asian food and supply chain holdups.
The media lost their collective mind of a completely innocuous joke.
The judge overseeing the Kyle Rittenhouse case made about lunch coming late to the courthouse on Thursday.
I hope the Asian food isn't coming, isn't on one of those boats from Long Beach Harbor.
The joke could not be more harmless.
All Judge Schroeder did was joke that the food, hopefully not, but possibly being held up by a supply chain delay.
He also described the food the court ordered as Asian.
One would assume that was because the food they ordered was Asian.
Let's hope for 1 o'clock.
I don't know.
Hopefully the Asian food isn't coming.
It isn't on one of those boats in Long Beach Harbor.
But the media somehow found a way to make it offensive.
Apparently Judge Schroeder made the joke...
Because the food was Asian, in very coded language, he was blaming the pandemic on all of Asia by noting a really, a very real supply chain's delay.
The quote racist, unquote judge also lucked out that the food he ordered was Asian.
Judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial makes inappropriate Asian food jokes, CNN read a headline.
Schroeder, the longest-serving active judge in Wisconsin's trial courts, appeared to be referring to the supply chain backlogs caused by congestion problems in California ports, CNN wrote.
But his comments were offensive and perceived as anti-Asian by some, and as placing blame on Asian people for a large-scale event.
The piece accused the judge of cultural insensitivity and mocking the Asian community.
NBC News dialed up the drama to running this headline, NBC. Judge in Kyle Rittenhouse trial faces backlash for Asian food joke.
USA Today ran with this gem.
How not to be a good judge?
Kyle Rittenhouse judge draws new backlash with Asian food joke.
This is Carol Platley-Bow for townhall.com.
Sometimes there are policies so destructive that at first you don't believe they're true.
Joe Biden is currently defending one.
His plan to award $450,000 to migrants separated from their families after entering the US illegally.
Children of deceased US soldiers are separated from their parents permanently.
They don't receive this kind of money.
And migrants who enter the US legally certainly don't get this kind of payout.
The really big jackpot, it seems, is being reserved for the lawbreakers.
There are some obvious truths here.
First, behavior that's subsidized gets repeated.
Joe Biden is effectively inviting many more illegal immigrants to breach America's open borders.
Second, he's betting over time the payoffs will benefit his party in political terms.
Meanwhile, the vast majority of Americans watch in shock and dismay as our president, the country's chief law enforcement officer, brazenly rewards lawbreaking, a clear violation of his oath to defend our nation's laws.
It's a sorry sight indeed.
Trending now on America First with Sebastian Berger.
Right now, based upon how the judge is responding to the way that this evil bunch of hyenas are trying to make...
The fact of the matter of this, Rittenhouse killed two people.
Both of them were criminals.
One of them had just been released from jail for doing what?
Raping young boys.
If it were up to me, that would be a death penalty automatic in America.
Rape a child?
Death.
End of story.
That's the reason nations create capital punishment.
He got out, which is just so understanding and empathetic of us.
He threatened people all day.
And then he used force and threatened...
Kyle Rittenhouse, who was there to help people when he wasn't a community pool lifeguard.
And that man shot to death.
The child rapist.
Rot in hell.
The second man, oh yes, with a rap sheet for what?
Assaulting women.
He got killed as well after he swung at Kyle Rittenhouse with a skateboard to his head.
Not a lot of tears will be shed for that man, I'm sure, in any community of decent Americans.
And then the third guy, who approached him with a clock pointed to Kyle's head, who then had his bicep blown off by that brave young man.
Come on, guys.
A quit, or better yet, mistrial.

The judge's remark about Asian food being delayed may not come on time if it's delayed by what's happening in California Harbor.
That is now anti-Asian.
He's a racist.
This is what the mainstream media report.
I really wish, I wish I could know, do they believe it?
Does Don Lemon believe that this was anti-Asian?
He was the CNN man I played for you.
That this was an Asian racist joke?
It would be, I don't know, either answer is very disturbing.
If he believes it, then there is no hope.
If he doesn't believe it, actually, in other words, if he knows he's lying, there's hope.
One day, such people might awaken, and their conscience will overcome their leftism, and they will tell the truth.
I always wonder when I say these things, does it bother people that the media lie this much?
Remember when I played for you last week MSNBC covering me?
And they played me on MSNBC, my video from the radio show, and they cut off the last two sentences, which completely undid everything they said about what I said.
They did it poorly because you could actually see my mouth.
Making the words that they didn't allow the audio to on MSNBC. There is no concern over truth on the left.
For those of us for whom truth is important, it's very hard to believe or understand.
But this is a good example about the judge.
This was an anti-Asian remark?
What if it was Indian food?
As one of my callers.
That's right.
That's a good point.
Tony in Santa Monica.
And, oh, by the way, and John in Winter Garden, Florida.
Both point out it might have been Indian food.
You know what?
I wish you two would meet.
I bet you'd like each other.
John in Florida and Tony in California.
I wish a lot of my listeners could meet each other.
That would be, I mean, they do on my cruises, but of course, I don't know when there'll be another cruise.
I'm not going on any ship that has mask guidelines, or obviously they won't let me on.
I have the finest immunity you can have, natural immunity, by having had COVID. But, hey, you didn't get vaccinated.
Even though...
They are now reporting.
I mean, it is now universally acknowledged that the vaccines don't last too long.
Let me see where I got a sheet on that one.
Yes.
Well, here's an example of something you should know.
Coronavirus cases.
This is Yahoo News.
Not a right-wing source.
Coronavirus cases are surging in several U.S. states with relatively high vaccination rates, prompting concern among health officials who had hoped inoculations would help curb the COVID-19 pandemic.
The question now is whether above-average vaccination coverage and continued mitigation measures in states such as New Hampshire, Minnesota, Vermont, Illinois, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Colorado, the seven states that have seen the largest increases in COVID cases during the past two weeks can keep rising infections from turning into the kind of tsunami of hospitalizations and deaths that plagued the entire country last holiday season before vaccines were widely available.
I have something, I don't know, five times better, ten times better?
I don't know.
Just much better than a vaccine.
I have the antibodies created by having had COVID. I'm sort of like Superman.
And yet I can't enter a restaurant in Los Angeles.
That's right.
I'm the safest guy in the restaurant.
The CDC has not reported a case of...
People with natural immunity giving somebody COVID. Interesting, no?
They say they don't report those cases.
Gee, I wonder why.
And by the way, when I read this about how in Europe, Europe is the most vaccinated place, I believe, as a continent in the world, and they're preparing for a vast increase in COVID this winter.
Why isn't the preoccupation then with therapeutics?
Why?
Why?
Given how safe ivermectin is, why do you dismiss it as a horse dewormer?
Really, why?
Do you want people to die?
Nobody's going to die from ivermectin.
If you take too much, folks, if you take too much water, you drown, okay?
Too much of anything can kill you.
So let's talk to the extent that the left can, honestly.
What can hurt?
Okay?
Why doesn't any state even experiment with it?
Well, there is.
There's a state in India that did.
What is it?
Something Pradesh.
And it was apparently magnificently successful.
Is the only way to stop deaths from COVID vaccinations?
Is it the only way?
Of course not.
Why isn't the preoccupation with that?
It's like inoculation or nothing.
On paper, the latest case numbers seem ominous in Vermont, which has the highest vaccination rate of any state in the country.
New daily cases are up 49% in the past two weeks.
More than 72% of Vermonters have been fully vaccinated, compared with 59% nationally.
Why would that be?
Why does the most vaccinated state have this great increase in cases?
And by the way, let me just say, however, cases are not the issue.
Hospitalization.
Injury and death, those are the issues.
Cases, schmaces.
Maybe cases are good.
More people are getting natural immunity.
If you have a case and you're not hospitalized, terrific.
And no permanent consequence, obviously.

Trending now on The Charlie Kirk Show.
What is this?
Is he charged with first-degree murder?
That's right.
Two counts.
How is that possible?
It's an altercation.
I mean, first-degree murder is where you're like, I'm going to murder this person and go to their home with, you know, not some sort of bar fight going wrong.
Yeah, so you're right, actually.
That would be what you're talking about would potentially be either voluntary manslaughter.
Yeah, that's what I never understood about this.
Or second-degree murder because it was more indiscriminate.
What they're saying is, what the prosecution's argument is, is that Kyle Rittenhouse brought his gun because he intended to murder these BLM protesters and that he had vengeful intent.
Now, what's interesting to me is that...
The prosecution, just a few minutes ago before I came on this show, just rested in this case after about a week and a half of testimony.
They did not present a single shred of evidence that Kyle Rittenhouse showed up with intent to hurt anyone.
Well, but this is what I can't understand, is that the judge, the pretrial arguments, because this is just, you have months to submit motions to dismiss.
You're trying to tell me no one looked at this?
They say, wait a second.
You're charging a guy who got in an altercation was, by the way, the guy that Kyle Rittenhouse killed.
In self-defense was like a child rapist or something, right?
He was like a child pedophile or something?
Is that right?
Multiple count child rapist.
I'm not saying he deserves to die because of it, but...
Right.
The details of that case, if anyone wants to see it, it's absolutely horrific.
This is not Gandhi, okay?
But what's interesting, what is actually relevant, what's actually relevant to this, is that he had just been released from a hospital where he was being held on a psychiatric hold.

And now they're just turning towards the European Union and bureaucrats to sort of guide them as their new priests.
What are the reasons I am always curious about why Europe went this way, but why America admires it?
How come we got this disease when it's clearly not working?
And I think the answer is in what I call the semester abroad disease.
It's like mad cow disease.
If you spend a semester abroad when you're 21, you have a wonderful time.
You eat well, you have a party for six months, and then you come home and you extrapolate from that that everything must be like being a student in Europe for six months when there's nothing at all to do with an American having fun in Europe for six months.
This all started to rise in the United States when we started to ship our college students away.
For a semester in Florence.
And then they come back and they think, wow, Europe is great!
I had thought about that, but also just tourism, right?
I mean, when we go to Europe, it's beautiful.
When people go to Hungary, they sit by the river, the Danube.
You know, sip coffee.
But in the real world, about a mile out of the city, things aren't that way.
The American home, I think, I might be wrong about this, but it's close.

I told you the left lies all the time, because truth is not a left-wing value.
I played for you Cori Bush last week, Congresswoman from Missouri, said millions are dying from climate change.
Do you know what the actual figure is, as a reporter in the Wall Street Journal?
The total death toll, ready?
From climate-related disasters in 2021. What do you think it is?
So I say she's lying that it's millions.
So, 1 million?
500,000?
250,000?
125,000?
60,000?
30,000?
Would you say that would be a pretty big lie?
Millions, if it's 30,000?
15,000?
Here's the number.
So far, 5,500 people have died from climate-related disasters in 2021. Who's going to say she lied?
The New York Times?
They participate in these lies.
Washington Post?
LA Times?
Minneapolis Star Tribune?
Seattle Post-Intelligencer?
Who's going to call her out?
CNN? NBC, ABC, CBS? NPR, PBS. They all participate in the lie.
They probably don't even know she's lying.
Nor do they care.
But it matters.
Lie is the mother of evil.
So I'm reading to you about the...
The number of people who are getting COVID in places that are the most vaccinated.
The most vaccinated state is Vermont, and cases are now up 49%.
That's 50%, basically, in the past two weeks.
Now, why would that be?
More than 72% of Vermonters have been fully vaccinated.
In neighboring New Hampshire, New Daly cases are up 84% in the past two weeks, compared to a 7% jump nationwide, despite 63% of its population being fully inoculated.
69% compared to the national 59%.
Why are the most vaccinated states apparently having the most cases?
Really, I'm asking a question.
I don't know the answer.
But it does seem to me that if they work, I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
And by the way, I think that in many people they do work.
I don't think they work long.
That's a big factor.
And they may work, not to prevent COVID, but to prevent the worst cases of COVID, which, by the way, is a terrific achievement.
But not as good as natural immunity.
Let's see, who else?
New Mexico, New Daily cases are up 46%, even though 63% of its residents are fully vaccinated.
Neighboring Colorado, New Daily cases up 42%, despite 62% of its population receiving their shots.
Cases are also up significantly in Minnesota, Illinois, Rhode Island, New York, and Massachusetts, states where more than 6 in 10 residents are fully vaccinated.
Hmm.
Similar spikes started earlier this fall in European countries with corresponding vaccination rates.
Hmm.
Dr. David Scraise, New Mexico's Health and Human Services Secretary, told the New York Times, the first ones to vaccinate are going to be the first ones to experience waning immunity.
But ivermectin is a horse dewormer, and the naturally immune shouldn't be allowed into restaurants.
Thank you.

Mr. Lawler, are the overwhelming majority of fossil fuel CEOs black or white?
I don't have the exact number.
Wait a minute, wait a minute.
Let's begin with this.
Who was she interrogating here, do you know?
It doesn't really matter.
In fact, it doesn't matter at all.
Are the overwhelming majority of fossil fuel CEOs white or black?
Let's say they were black.
What difference would it make?
We have descended into nonsense, my dear friends.
Nonsense.
Okay, continue.

I don't have the exact numbers, but I would assume they're white.
Yes.
Ms. Watkins, is an oil refinery more likely to be situated in a black community or a white community?
I'm not sure how to answer that, honestly.
We've got oil refineries along the U.S. Gulf Coast, and we're very proud to be community members there.
It's black.
Yeah, it's black.
Mr. Wart.
Are the impacts of climate change...
Wait, so when they put oil refineries, they go, where's the black community?
Let's put an oil refinery.
Is that what she claims?
See, that's what people should be able to ask.
Is the gist of your question that we look to black communities to place oil refineries?
So if they're on the Gulf Coast in Texas and there's a white community, then we don't...
Put an oil refinery there.
Okay, go ahead.
Wait, what?
I'm sorry, I missed that.
Climate change?
Okay, all right, one minute.
This is a new one.
I didn't hear this one last week.
I heard the part on the millions.
We'll get to it, I guess.
Are the effects of climate change more likely to hit a black neighborhood first?
Do you understand the question?
Mr. Ward, are the impacts of climate change more likely to hit a black neighborhood or a white neighborhood first?
So if the planet is warming, I just don't understand the question.
It warms up.
Black neighborhoods sooner than white neighborhoods?
Okay, continue.
Congresswoman, I have not seen studies that would allow me to give you a...
The answer is black.
The facts are clear.
A 2017 NAACP and Clean Air Tax Force report found that black Americans are 75% more likely to live next to company, industrial, and service facilities that directly harm us.
For years, you all have continued to promote fossil fuels, despite knowing that promoting them means promoting environmental racism and violence in black and brown communities.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Making fossil fuel promotes violence in black communities.
Black and brown, she said?
Okay.
Do you get that?
I'm serious.
Am I missing the connection?
This is so far disconnected.
It's just disconnected from reality.
So I'd like to ask this crackpot, what do you think is more responsible for black crime, since he raised that issue?
Would you say it's fossil fuels, or the absence of fathers in 80% of black young people's lives?
Which Cori Bush?
Do you think is more responsible?
I've heard a lot of things, but this is a new one.
Fossil fuels promote violence in black communities.
Continue, please.
You all are still promoting and selling fossil fuels that are killing millions of people.
This is a striking example of white supremacy.
Okay.
Because these Imbecilic statements are either ignored by the media or supported by the media.
People do not understand, do not appreciate what a crackpot this woman is.
It's very bad that you could state utter and total lies and nonsense, and there is no censuring of you.
I don't mean censuring, I mean censuring.
This is what we have come to.
The promotion of idiocy.
It's so regular.
It is so true that you can say anything, and if it's said enough, anything, if it's said enough, people will believe.
Fossil fuels kill millions a year.
I read to you last week.
The president, was it of Uganda?
Yes.
The president of Uganda wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal saying that is exactly what we need is fossil fuel.
You made the West so developed thanks to fossil fuel and now you're telling us use solar panels?

I'm Dennis Prager, Karen in Carlsbad, California.
Hello.
Hi.
It's an honor to talk to you.
Thanks for taking my call.
Thank you.
So, I need some advice this morning.
My husband, my daughter, and I did not take the vaccine.
We had COVID early on, and my daughter had problems with vaccines young, and her pediatrician said, no, you know, don't take it.
So, we didn't.
And I was speaking with my father this morning, and he said something that just shocked me.
He's pretty liberal, but I feel like he's gone left.
And I've been really tolerant, avoid conversations and whatnot.
And this morning he told me that he felt like people who, he said, Austria is being locked down and these people are going to pay a high price for their decisions.
And I said, yeah, I feel bad.
I have friends who've lost their jobs.
And he said, well, he goes, you know, if you decide not to do it, yeah, you have the choice.
He said, but I don't feel like you should get health care or you should be seen in hospitals.
I've tolerated a lot of it for a while, but this morning it just really struck my heart because that's my daughter, and you know she can't have him.
And he said that out loud.
And I'm thinking, like, I don't know.
Let me understand something.
He won't see his granddaughter?
No, he'll see his granddaughter, but he feels like people who did not take the vaccine should not be seen in hospitals and should not receive health care because they're making a bad decision.
Oh, I didn't hear that part.
Did you say that earlier?
Yeah, I'm sorry.
No, no, no.
That's all right.
Don't be sorry if I missed it, and I'm sorry.
He believes, maybe it was so unbelievable, I didn't think I heard it clearly, but whatever.
He believes that people who are not vaccinated should not get health care or enter a hospital?
That's what he said to me this morning.
Okay, so does he think that mass murderers should?
I asked him that.
I said, well, what about people with diabetes who've made other choices?
Well, you didn't ask him about the mass murderers.
You asked him about...
Of course it applies to other choices.
That's exactly right.
Yeah.
So I don't know how to handle this.
Should smokers with lung cancer be treated?
What does your father think?
Right?
Should people who don't wear seatbelts be treated after a car crash?
You know how many decisions people make that he would consider that the individual is responsible for their bad outcome?
Right.
But only this one.
Exactly.
It's very sad.
I'm sorry it's your father.
I'm sorry.
I don't know what to say.
This whole thing has brought out of people monstrous ideas that we never would have assumed such people had.
COVID has truly brought out bad stuff from people we thought were decent and rational.

Yeah, so you're right, actually.
That would be—what you're talking about would potentially be either voluntary manslaughter— Yeah, that's what I never understood about this.
—or second-degree murder because it was more indiscriminate.
What they're saying is, what the prosecution's argument is, is that Kyle Rittenhouse brought his gun because he intended to murder these BLM protesters and that he had vengeful intent.
Now, what's interesting to me is that— The prosecution just a few minutes ago before I came on this show just rested in this case after about a week and a half of testimony.
They did not present a single shred of evidence that Kyle Rittenhouse showed up with intent to hurt anyone.
Well, but this is what I can't understand, is that the judge, the pretrial, you know, arguments, because this is just you have months to submit, you know, motions to dismiss.
You're trying to tell me no one looked at this.
They say, wait a second.
You're charging a guy who got in an altercation was, by the way, the guy that Kyle Rittenhouse killed.

He was like a child pedophile or something.

I'm not saying he deserves to die because of it, but...
Right, right.
The details of that case, if anyone wants to see it, it's absolutely horrific.

They used to turn to monarchies, then they turned to fascism and communism, at least in the last hundred or more years, and it doesn't seem to work.

We live in mansions in our suburbs that most Europeans would not be able to comprehend.

We're told winter is coming, people will be indoors, and that will increase the number of coronavirus cases.
So why would you want to lock people down and not have them go out like they did in Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere?

But I have not seen this reported elsewhere.
The source, I almost always tell you the source, because I'm a big believer in exposure.
The source on second is a place that I'm not familiar with, the conservative treehouse.

Yeah.
Okay.
So, but, if the source were voodoo.com, in this case, it wouldn't matter to me because What is written makes so much sense.
You know, this is a catastrophe, a term I very rarely use, the delays off the California coast.
It is a tragedy that California is the entryway for goods to much of this country.
I think a third of all goods come through California.
Are you familiar with the number?
Yeah, it certainly makes sense.
L.A. and Long Beach?
It's a tragedy.
DeSantis, the governor of Florida, has invited them to come into the ports of Florida.
Huh?
No, no, well, that's right.
How do you get there?
From Asia.
That's exactly right.
It's a very big problem.
I don't believe a lot of these ships can go through the Panama Canal.
They'd have to go under South America.
Does that make sense?
It makes sense, but nobody does that.
Yeah, but nobody does that.
That's my point.
That's exactly right.
It's too big a trip.
Although, I have to say, I'd like to know, I really would, I don't know the answer.
How long would it take to go from off the coast of California, under South America, up, around, and then to Florida?
Compared to how long they're just sitting off the coast of California.
I mean, that would, to me, be the operative question.
Of course, they have to get back, too.
That means they have to get back that way.
There's a big problem.
There's a very big problem.
It is killing small farms.
Most of you, I didn't, almost none of us, have an idea of the wreckage.
So why is it happening?
Okay, why is it happening?
So here is what they report at this conservative treehouse that makes perfect sense to me.
Okay.
There is one very specific regional issue driving the problem.
The trucking issue with California LA ports.
I.e., the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach, is that all semi-tractors have to be current with the new California emissions standards.
As a consequence, that means trucks cannot be older than three years if they are to pick up or deliver containers at those ports.
The issue wipes out approximately half of the fleet trucks used to move containers in and out of the ports.
Operating the ports 24-7 will not cure the issue because all it does is pile up more containers that sit idle as they await a limited number of trucks to pick them up.
And then whoever wrote this writes in bold, this is the central issue.
On October 16, 2020, the EPA reached a settlement agreement with California Air Resources Board to shut down semi-tractor rigs that were non-compliant with new California emission standards.
And here is the direct quote from the EPA, or I assume it is, it might be from somewhere else.
Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced settlements with three interstate trucking companies imposing $417,000 in penalties for violating the California Air Resources Board's federally enforceable truck and bus regulation, drayage truck regulation, and transport refrigeration unit regulation.
As trucks are one of the largest sources of air pollution in California, EPA will, you hear that?
Trucks are one of the largest sources of air pollution in California.
So therefore, we can't use half the trucks to pick up things from the containers.
We won't let them in.
My dear friends, How much are trucks picking up containers on California ports, how much are they contributing to the warming of the planet?
The answer is that it is so negligible as to be preposterous.
Lunatics run the EPA because environmentalists are bored, white, rich.
Empty souls looking for meaning in life to control others and save the planet.
I mention white because I rarely do because it normally doesn't matter to me.
But I really wanted to specify who was behind the wreckage caused by the environmentalists.
The left-wing rich.
That's who.
The bored rich are destroying life for the non-rich.
This is a great example.
This is a catastrophe at the ports.
This is why people can't get things, including food.
It's one of the reasons your food prices are so high.
Everything the left touches, it destroys.
That's all you need to know about life in the world today.
Let's go.

Emission standards because trucks pollute the environment.
Half the trucks of the country can't enter the ports of L.A. and Long Beach.
If this report is true, that the environmentalists have wreaked havoc on the economy of the United States and are probably actually happy about it because chaos is an end of all left-wing policy.
Men give birth is chaos.
It's just an example.
No sex on a birth certificate is chaos.
Half the trucks of the country can't pick up containers to supply food and every other good to the country.
It's chaos.
All they do is destroy.
That's all the left does.
You know when I learned this?
I remember it.
I said it on the air.
I'll never forget.
When they were working to destroy the Boy Scouts, a long time ago, and it occurred to me, and I looked.
Well, there wasn't a video then.
I probably looked in the air, up in the air, on the ceiling.
And I said, hey, once they destroy the Boy Scouts, will the left create a left-wing Boy Scouts?

No.

Bad.

Whoa, I blew it.
I read MN, not NM. New Mexico is right.
Sean, do I belong in the punishment?
Nope.
Okay, it's been overruled.
I don't belong in the punishment.
Go ahead.
But I was born in Minnesota, so that's good enough.
Oh, cool.
You went from MN to MN. Well, pretty much.
I took a side trip to Los Angeles and met my wife there, and she's a New Mexican by birth, so here we are back here again.
Nice.
Anyway, well, I've got a first-hand acquaintance that was doing trucking up and down the east in the United States, and then he found it.
I don't know how he found it, but it was a tractor truck.
To buy in Los Angeles.
So he went out there, and it was perfect.
You know, it was just what he needed.
The trouble was, it needed all that work done on it, and he couldn't get it done without spending about $15,000 on it.
So he decided to sneak out of the state in the middle of the night and get it across the border, and that worked out for him.
Of course, he can't go back to California anymore.
And he said that if he wanted to do it right...
He could have had it towed from Los Angeles to the border, and then he could have driven it from there.
So that's the story.
Perfect example of what I was just reading.
Thank you.
That is correct.
Michelle, Chicago, Illinois.
Hello.
Hi, and how are you?
I'm well, thank you.
I'm Superman.
I had COVID. You know what, and I hope you recover.
No, I'm totally recovered.
I've been recovered for weeks.
Well, I was calling to talk to you about my COVID experience and how I've lost friends and have been uninvited to a wedding and a wedding shower because I can't have the vaccine because I have a blood clotting disorder.
Well, wait a minute.
You had COVID, though, right?
I had COVID in March of 2020. So that should be the only factor.
It's irrelevant that you can't have it.
I mean, if they think you'll kill them, your sad blood clot issue cannot be the determinant.
The determinant of their idiocy is that you had COVID. Correct.
However, even after explaining to them that because I came into COVID having underlying autoimmune issues and that since having COVID now, more serious grave disease and eye disease, there's no sympathy.
They're like, well, you still need to get the vaccine.
And these were family friends.
And by the way, both medical professionals.
And I almost felt like people say, well, why wouldn't you take a COVID test?
My feeling was, you are my friend, and I'm telling you more than I'm telling my own children.
Wait, have you asked them the question?
I mean, there's one overriding question that is even more important than the fact that you had COVID and the fact that you medically can't get the vaccine.
And that is...
Why are they worried if they're vaccinated?
Drives me nuts.
Because they fall in it.
The systematic brainwashing that I literally see happening is real.
And it's just sad.
And my husband and I have talked about that.
I'm going to stay in my line because I need to protect my own health.
Now, my husband fully recovered.
I'm actually taking a small dose of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine because that's supposed to help people kind of trick their immune system.
So going into becoming dormant again or going into remission.
It has not helped me yet, but I'm trying.
And by the way, I have zero fear of COVID when this all happened.
I'm like, I'm not afraid of anything.
Right.
Well, I hear you.
Just let me say for the record, to the best of my knowledge, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine with zinc, these are prophylactic.
They either prevent COVID or they minimize the effects.
But once you've had COVID, I no longer take either of them.
I took them for a year and a half.
And my bout with COVID was less than a flu.
I had chills for a couple of days.
I had a cough.
Lost taste for one day.

Yes.
Let me bounce off an idea before I get your take on the issue.
I read to my audience earlier this hour a piece about The late 2020, that's just last year, California passed emission rules that, according to this author, means that about half the trucks of the country do not have the emission controls.
They're too old.
They're older than three years old.
And they can't pick up items at Long Beach and L.A. And that, to him, is the crux of the issue.
What is your take?
Well, the three-year rule is definitely impacting.
And, you know, like it or not, electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles are on the way.
And that's really where this is headed and what the big push is.
Right.
But right now, we don't have electric trucks.
So the rule has prevented...
Half the trucks of the country from picking up items at our reports.
If that's true, that's a big part of the problem.
It's a major part of the problem.
It's a huge part.
We have a chassis shortage in the United States, and I don't believe it's a chassis shortage.
I think it's a chassis crisis.
And if we don't take control of the chassis issue, every container that's on a ship will be put on a chassis.
That's the truck.
And that's not just the same trucks that everybody sees running up and down the road.
Those are specifically used in and around the terminals, the yards, and the ports, and the rail yards.
So if you can't get the chassis, you will not have any ability to unload those containers.
And there's a large cost of capital in all those containers.
And every day that a container is not unloaded, the American consumer will pay more.
I'll say this.
In my opinion, and I'm choosing my word correctly, I do not want to see the American consumer be held hostage to these containers.
And it has to be addressed immediately.
Why does nobody, almost nobody, including me, until yesterday when I read this, why is this not known?
What do Americans think?
What do senators, to the extent that they care about the country, What do they think is the reason for the container delay?
Well, what I keep hearing is that it's just an exorbitant demand versus a supply chain disruption.
I just think there's a lack of understanding of how the supply chain logistics works.
And I'll explain it really quick.
The easiest definition is, in my mind, that I came up with, is it's the circulatory system for worldwide commerce.
So once you get that picture in your mind and picture the four modes of transportation of air, ocean, truck, and rail, they're all related in that circulatory system.
So if you have a hemorrhage in one area, eventually it's going to hit every one of the modes of transportation.
By the way, I teach that there's a fifth mode of transportation in the United States of America, and that's the pipelines that are under our ground.
Do not underestimate how each one of those work in that circulatory system.
Furthermore, when you go to the senators in Congress, I don't think they really understand what I call the Big 16. And that's a big deal.
And that is, the top eight ocean liners control global capacity 81% of all cargo.
The three box container manufacturers for the builders and factories, 83% of all new boxes are built by three companies in China.
They control, CIMC controls 43% plus of the market, DFIC 26%, CXIC 14%.
And I just think we need to really rethink that program.

*Music* *Music* *Music* *Music* *Music* Hi, everybody.
Dennis Prager here discussing what I consider to be one of the greatest crises right now.
Massive numbers of containers containing products for Americans are just off the coast of California.
And why that is, is the subject.
Much of the subject of this hour.
I'm speaking to a person deeply involved in the whole shipping world and the entire world of rail, truck, air.
Did I get the three modes of delivery, Doug Tabor?
And ocean.
Four modes.
There we go.
Ocean, yeah.
Hey, let me give you a vision.
If I can, of what an ocean container looks like.
Before that, forgive me, Doug.
I want to continue what you were saying.
Because you were also mentioning the big 16. The 16 companies that own the containers, that own the, what else?
The ships?
Okay, we'll go back through it.
The top eight ocean liners control 81% of global capacity.
Wait, wait, wait.
Who owns those?
What country?
Maersk out of Denmark, MSC out of Switzerland, CMA, CGM out of France, Costco, China, HMM, South Korea, Evergreen, Taiwan, Hapak Lloyd out of Germany, And then the recent merger of three ship lines created a company called One out of Japan.
That's one of the things that's happened over the last 10, 15 years is there's been a huge amount of consolidation where you got down to what I call this Big 16.
And that needs to become very visual to every American in my mind.
Because?
Well, it's I came to you and said there were two companies that controlled 83% of one product in the United States and they could hold their pricing down or their production down and their pricing up.
I think we would probably call that a monopoly.
I understand that.
So the big question then is, what changed?
This was true 10 years ago, but there were not...
Okay, go ahead.
So there's been major consolidation in the industry.
What does that have to do with their being unable to come into the California ports?
Well, if you're making less containers and less chassis, then you definitely will have a bit more difficult time loading and loading any of the containers.
And right now, with the chassis shortage that's specifically across the country and at a crisis level in California, you're not going to get containers unloaded because every container has to be on a chassis.
And they're probably on a chassis multiple times.
At the point of unloading at the ocean container port yard or port container And then also, when it gets outside there, it's going to go to the rail yard or another terminal yard.
And then, obviously, there's no space available.
We need to create some pop-up terminal and container yards across the country.
Also, the Class 1 railroads, which is your large railroads, they have capacity to add more equipment to start removing some of these containers to other parts of the country.
And I think that's something that should be brought to the table as well, as I said earlier.
In that circulatory system, all the modes of transportation work together.
And I think if there's pressure put on some of the rail lines to up their capacity, that will help.
The container yards, pop-up container yards, we had pop-up stores become popular all during the last couple years.
But one thing that needs to be addressed too is, in my opinion, is all work is essential.
And I know we were classified as an essential company because of what we did, but all work is essential, and we're seeing the ramifications of that issue, too.
It takes a lot longer to load and unload a truck, load and unload a container, and get freight from the airports as well.
And to drop freight at airports just because of that reason right there, lack of labor.
Oh, lack of...
So that's...
Well, which is...
That is another fact.
And why is there a lack of labor?
Because people are being paid by the government and they don't feel that they need to have a job?
Or is that not true?
I see a lot of people shaking their heads when you say that.
So I could tell you from our point of view, we...
Have been hiring, and we continue to hire, and it is a difficult process.
Right, so I'm asking why.
Why do people not want jobs?
Well, when you're being paid, and have been paid a long time not to work, I think that's...
That's what I said.
So why did the people shake their heads when I said that?
I think America's shaking their heads up and down when I say that, agreeing with you.
Oh, okay.
Shaking means no.
Nodding means yes.
So I misunderstood.
Sorry.
Okay, okay.
They're nodding.
They're agreeing.
Okay, so that was the problem.
Most people don't know shaking and nodding.
Okay, yes, it is spot on.
That's right.
It is spot on.
That's right.
It's a very big crisis.
Listen, I want to thank you.
The whole thing is huge, and it's all created.
This is not an inevitable problem.
This was created.
Doug Tabor, T-A-B-O-R, founder of Air Group, a division of Radiant Logistics.
I mean, think of this man-made crisis.
By the way, all made by left-wing policies.
Half the trucks can't pick up the cargo at...
At L.A. and Long Beach because they don't meet the brand new emission controls if they're older than three years.
If they're older than three years old, the truck.
And people don't want to be in the trucking industry because the government's paying them anyway.

Hello to Fred in San Pedro, California.
There's a port for you.
Hello.
Hi, Dennis.
How are you?
Better than my country.
Go ahead.
For sure.
Yeah, a friend of ours has been running this company called the Marine Exchange here in San Pedro, and they coordinate all the ships coming in to the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles from 100 miles out.
And currently, there's, I guess, about 79 ships waiting.
55 of them are at anchor, and the other 24 are just wandering around waiting for an anchorage.
But one of the other problems is not only is the emission thing a problem, but they won't allow any non-union trucks to come into the port either.

Sometimes there are policies so destructive that at first you don't believe they're true.
Joe Biden is currently defending one.
His plan to award $450,000 to migrants separated from their families after entering the U.S. illegally.
Children of diseased U.S. soldiers are separated from their parents permanently.
They don't receive this kind of money.
And migrants who enter the U.S. legally certainly don't get this kind of payout.

Yeah, so you're right, actually.
That would be, what you're talking about would potentially be either voluntary manslaughter.

They used to turn to monarchies, then they turned to fascism and communism, at least in the last hundred or more years, and it doesn't seem to work.
And now they're just turning towards the European Union and bureaucrats to sort of guide them as their new priests.

But in the real world, about a mile out of the city, things aren't that way.

I'm Dennis Prager.

Eh, probably not.
But I do hope so.
Daily Mail, November 10th.
U.S. revealed as one of only seven countries in the Western world making kids wear masks in schools.
What do you say to that?
Are you proud of it?
A lot of people are.
I know.
I was just going to say I would like to have some scientific poll to the extent that such a thing exists and find out how many Americans are proud of the United States for this and how many are embarrassed.
Maybe it's 50-50.
The divides in this country are enormous, as you all know.
But still, it's an interesting thing, right?
It's only one of seven countries in the whole West.
Making kids wear masks in school.
68% of the 500 of the largest school districts in America still require masks.
But there are only six other nations in the Western world that require or strongly advise kids to cover their noses and mouths.
Meanwhile, more than a dozen other countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and Australia, have since dropped their mask mandate or never had them to begin with.
However, at least 14 countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Australia, don't require kids to wear face coverings.
Aside from the US, DailyMail.com could only identify six other Western countries where masking is broadly required or recommended in schools.
Canada, our truly lost neighbor to the north.
Is there any other country in the world you cannot travel on any public form of transport if you're not vaccinated?
Do you know of one?
I don't either.
I follow this avidly, obviously.
Canada may be the only country in the world, or maybe the only developed country.
Canada's lost.
It's lost to reason.
It is lost.
To liberty.
It's very sad.
What principles animate Canada?
It's an interesting question, isn't it?
Is it being safe?
Is that the principle?
Better safe than sorry?
It's also profoundly woke.
I mean, remember the persecution of them.
That pastor, that Christian pastor for having services, people who say the wrong things.
This is what started my friend Peterson.
Jordan Peterson.
It's what started his work.
He wasn't an activist.
He was a professor of psychology at the University of Toronto.
But he wouldn't accept that he was ordered what pronouns to use.
And that's how he, to the best of my knowledge, that is how he became this major international figure.
Canada.
Imagine that.
You can't go on a bus.
You can't go on a train or on a plane.
Even if you had COVID, and you have, therefore, Natural immunity?
But I so attacked across the spectrum, well not across the spectrum, across all the left, for saying that the unvaccinated are pariahs even more so than gays were during AIDS. Which, obviously, I didn't deny for a moment that they were pariahs.
But to the best of my knowledge, gays could fly.
Gays could travel.
Gays could go into restaurants.
Gays could go into gyms.
The unvaccinated in many states cannot.
And in Canada, of course, the whole country.
And Canadians re-elected the man who wants this, Justin Trudeau.
They re-elected him.
People like to be suppressed.
I know this sounds bizarre.
I didn't know it myself.
This has only dawned on me a whole lifetime of study of totalitarianism, really a lifetime.
I learned Russian to read Pravda and visited communist countries a great deal in my 20s.
But I didn't know this.
I did not know that there is a yearning to be controlled.
In the hearts and natures of a lot of human beings, when you think about the number of people who like to control other people and the number of people who like to be controlled, it is even more of a miracle that the United States has been so free.
Freedom goes against human nature.
Again, I know it sounds counterintuitive.
I didn't think this was true.
I didn't know it was true for much of my life.
I thought people yearn to be free, but they don't.
They yearn to be taken care of.
And in doing so, they lose their freedom.
When others take care of you, you're not free, by definition.
But I mean even controlled.
People feel secure.
When the state tells them what to do and what they cannot do.
They feel secure.
That's why they re-elect Democrats and they re-elect Trudeau in Canada.
They feel secure when they're told you can't do something.
This goes against what many of you, my listeners, believe about life.
Don't tread on me is the motto of America, one of the mottos, and all conservatives share that view.
But we're not the majority of the country.
At least half of the country wants to be tread upon, treaded upon, trod, trod upon.
Yep.
How do you like that?
One of seven countries in the entire Western world that masks children.
Canada, France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Spain are the other countries, the six other countries, where masking is broadly required or recommended in schools.
Canada, France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.
Romania is particularly high rates.
Spain had...
The risk of being hospitalized and the risk of death is much smaller with less than one-tenth of one percent of kids falling severely ill or dying of COVID. One-tenth of one percent.
See, one percent is one out of a hundred.
One-tenth is one out of a thousand.
Right?
And that doesn't mean die.
That means get sick or die.
It's not even die.
One out of a thousand.
Better safe than sorry.
Could be you, right?
Could be your kid.
I'd like to drop comorbidities and see what the number becomes.
A kid that does not have accompanying immune problems.
What the number is then.
In the U.K., millions of children returned to schools in early September with face coverings not required.
Huh.
Are they dying?
And while masks are a politically divisive issue in the U.S., members of both the conservative and labor parties in the U.K. have stated that wearing masks prevent children from being able to communicate and socialize.
That gamble appears to have paid off.
A recent DailyMail.com analysis found that the kids in the U.S. are being hospitalized at a rate up to four times higher than kids in the U.K. How do you explain that?
The masks are sicker than the unmasked.
In Scandinavian countries, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, almost all COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, including mask mandates.
In fact, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health advises against school-age children wearing masks.
What do they know?
CDC, Uber, Alice.
That's quite a report.
Wall Street Journal editorial, an illegal vaccine mandate.
That's exactly what it is.
Can you imagine if Donald Trump had said ignore a court order?
Can you imagine the shouts of fascism, authoritarianism, dictatorship?

President Biden was warned that he lacked the power, Wall Street Journal editorial board.
He lacked the power to mandate vaccines for private workers.
But he ordered the Occupational Safety and OSHA to do it anyway.
Late Friday came a sharp rebuke from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
That marks an important check on the runaway administrative state.
Quote, the mandate's true purpose is not to enhance workplace safety, but instead to ramp up vaccine uptake by any means necessary.
Unquote.
Judge Kurt Engelhardt wrote for the unanimous panel in a withering opinion that extends the court's earlier stay on the OSHA mandate.
The court's opinion takes apart the OSHA mandate every which way, on constitutional, statutory, and procedural grounds.
The Constitution gives states, not the federal government, the police powers to regulate individual behavior to protect public health and safety.
The administration tried to circumvent this limitation on federal power by conscripting private employers Via an OSHA emergency temporary standard.
How long is that temporary standard?
Under federal law, OSHA may bypass for six months the notice and comment.
Required by the Administrative Procedure Act to respond to emergencies if it determines that, quote, employees are exposed to grave danger from exposure to substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or from new hazards, and that such a standard is necessary to protect employees from such danger, unquote.
As the appeals court explains, OSHA failed to satisfy either condition.
OSHA couldn't show exposure or even the presence of COVID at all covered workplaces.
It's, quote, attempt to shoehorn an airborne virus widely present in society and not life-threatening to most workers into a neighboring phrase connoting toxicity and poisonous is a transparent stretch.
Good reasoning, eh?
It covers employees regardless of their risk of exposure and doesn't exempt those with natural immunity.
Mind-boggling.
Mind-boggling.
If you had COVID, you still have to have a vaccine or you're fired.
The mandate flunks a cost-benefit analysis, the panel notes, because OSHA failed to show that, quote, the protection afforded to workers My dear friends, the moment you have a cost-benefit analysis, you have stopped promoting a left-wing policy.
There is no cost-benefit analysis.
Parents don't have a cost-benefit analysis when they prevented their kids from playing with other kids.
The benefit?
They won't get COVID and drop dead from another kid.
The chances of that happening?
Essentially zero.
The cost?
Your kid didn't play with other kids for a year.
You hurt your child.
That you meant well means nothing to me.
Nothing.
Drop to me.
It means nothing.
Nothing.
So much bad is done by people who mean well that meaning well is meaningless.
Truly, it's a meaningless phrase.
Do well is meaningful.
Mean well is meaningless.
Tens of millions of parents hurt their children out of ignorance and fear.
What a combination.
The mandate flunks a cost-benefit analysis.
We will deprive people of making a living.
You know what the health consequences will be of that versus not getting a vaccine?
As for the alleged emergency justification, some 80% of adults have received at least one vaccine dose.
The virus has been spreading in the U.S. for at least 20 months, so it can hardly be defined as a new hazard under the law.
OSHA itself spent nearly two months writing the rule the panel notes, which suggests it doesn't perceive a true emergency.
What a great point!
It's an emergency and will take two months to figure out what to do.
The mandates have increased political polarization, and they are becoming less popular as people see that the vaccines, while effective, do not prevent infection as well we might have hoped.
As well as we might have hoped.
They are still worth getting.
This is the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal.
But it ought to be a personal choice.
Mr. Biden chose the progressive default of coercion.
That's right.
That is the progressive default.
Coercion.
Nicely said, editorial board of the Wall Street Journal.
Okay, everybody.
Let's see here.
Heather in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hello.
Hey, Dennis.
How are you doing?
Well.
Well, I'm obsessed with data on COVID, just like you are.
And so, since I'm in Georgia, I always check the Department of Health website.
And they put their breakthrough cases information on there, and it's looking like now the percent chance of dying is equal if you're in the vax population or the unvaxed population.
Well, I don't know Georgia data.
I find that fascinating.
And I also believe that the number of Georgians who know that is equal to the number of kids dying from COVID. That is actually why I wanted to say it.
If the data is there, people just don't look for it.
They certainly don't want to tell you about it.
Well, and to be fair, the media don't report it.
No, they don't.
And not everybody has the time to look, but it needs to get out there because people have a very distorted view of hospitalization rates and death rates.
They certainly do.
Do you know that, what is it, most people?
Is this correct?
Most people who died allegedly of COVID were already past the average age of mortality.
The Pilgrims.
They were poor.

Bye.
I want to read to you something from today's Is it today's?
Yesterday's?
Where's the date?
How come there's no...
Sunday, yes.
Yesterday's LA Times.
There's an article here in the California section.
And front page of the California section.
LA Students' Top Concern?
Mental Health.
Okay.
It may well be true, and you can thank the draconian policies of COVID, the confusion of the sexes and much else that the left has done to kill mental health among many young people in this country.
But that's not the point that I wish to make.
I'd like you to hear the following sentence.
Are you ready?
Among black students, of course black is capitalized.
The LA Times is a member of the herd.
Among black students, 71% reported that getting sick at school would be a potential stressor.
60% of white students felt that way.
Now, if that is not proof of systemic racism, I don't know why.
Do you understand the reaching that they do?
71% of black students said that they would be stressed if they got sick at school, but 11% fewer, 60% of white students said that.
What does it even mean?
If you get sick at school, you get stressed?
Or not stressed?
I don't know what it means.
By the way, what if you get sick at home?
You're not stressed?
What if you get sick in a store?
You get sick on a flight.
Are we going to have black-white questionnaires on that?
If you got nauseous on an airplane, would you get stressed?
X percent of blacks said yes, and Y percent of whites said yes.
This is the stuff, this is the crap, the nonsense, the trivia that the left-wing media report.
It's astonishing.
Oh, 71 percent of blacks would feel stressed, and only 60 percent of whites would feel stressed if they got sick at school.
What kind of question is that in any event?
What does it mean to get stressed if you get sick at school?
You get sick at school, and by the way, it's an interesting question.
Let's say that that's accurate.
I don't know how you measure it, but let's say it is.
Why would that be?
Now, when you got sick at school, what happened?
You went to the...
A principal's office or a nurse's office, right?
You know, I don't feel well.
They took your temperature.
Oh, look at that.
You got 100. We're going to send you home because you're not feeling well, you know.
So the only reason I would think that anybody would be stressed, aside from the fact that nobody wants to get sick, white or black, whites do not enjoy having a fever.
That's my...
Theory of life, I can't, I haven't taken a poll yet, is you don't want to go home.
Right?
Everything is the same.
You get your temperature taken, the white gets your temperature taken.
Or his or her temperature taken.
So what are you stressed about?
I assume it's what happens next.
Yet you'll be sent home.
Now, on the general thing, L.A. students' top concern, mental health?
Oh, no kidding.
One in three students...
Oh, back to color.
One in three students of color say they don't have an adult at school with whom they feel comfortable enough to talk about how they are feeling.
I don't know.
What does that even mean?
By the way, they don't give any results for the whites.
Why not?
Why do they only give results for blacks?
I didn't have any teacher I felt comfortable with talking about what I'm feeling.
Did you?
You don't even know what they're talking about.
This is the made-up stuff.
But in any event, I'll tell you that is true mental health.
How could their mental health not be affected?
Hey, you're going to die.
That's right.
When you grow up, you're going to die of heat.
You live in a cesspool country.
Your founders were bad.
Your country is awful.
And if you're white, you're a scumbag.
But hey, why would anybody have mental health issues as a young person?
Why would that be?
Oh, and of course, spent the last year and a half fearing you'll drop dead from COVID. On rare occasions, I call up companies and ask if they want to advertise on the show.
I have a high batting average because it's so rare that I ask.

I have an interesting personal note for you.
Many of you are aware of my Bible commentary, The Rational Bible.
And two volumes are out.
The third volume of the five-volume projected series was supposed to come out this fall, but they couldn't get the paper.
I insisted on the highest quality paper.
And they couldn't get it because of all these shipping problems and manufacturing problems, allegedly due to COVID. So that will be out next year.
Deuteronomy, the fifth of the first five volumes of the Bible.
In the meantime, I took this time, this extra year I was given, to write a volume that is not in the Bible.
The rational Passover Haggadah.
The Haggadah is the Passover service.
Many non-Jews, Christians specifically, now have a Seder or enjoy a Seder with Jews.
It's the Passover meal for the great holiday commemorating the Exodus.
I have done for that book and that evening.
That meal, what I have done for the Bible, explain it, raise some of the most profound issues of life.
Here's one for you that I deal with in it, and it has the entire text of the Haggadah in Hebrew and in English.
If God took the Jews out of Egypt in the Exodus, why didn't he take the Jews out of Europe during the Holocaust?
I deal with a lot of big stuff.
It's for Jews, non-Jews, atheists, believers.

Here's a cool article for you.
At least a dozen New York Police Department officers have taken Governor DeSantis' $5,000 relocation bonus and signed up as cops in Florida.
The Florida Police Department is recruiting NYPD officers to take a position in Florida.
Over a dozen half, the migration of law enforcement is part of a larger movement across the country of police officers looking for departments in pro-police communities.
So this is just in one city in Florida, I think.
What city is it?
Lakeland, yes, that's right.
With a police force of 254, Compared to the NYPD's 36,000 police officers, the 14 former New York police officers now make up 6% of the Lakeland, Florida Police Department.
I love DeSantis.

Gutsy.

Terrific guy.
Wow.
I think police officers in Minneapolis, as much as you may love your city, your city doesn't love you.
There are individuals who do, of course.
But any place that Democrats run, they have contempt for police.
It's just a fact.
It's not an opinion.
Everybody knows it's true.
The only difference among Democrats is the level of contempt for police.
Some have greater contempt.
Some have less contempt.
They all have contempt.
Go to a place where you will be properly respected.
And make $5,000 bonus to relocate.
It's a nice chunk of change.

Julie Briskman, a member of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, tweeted that a concerned parent group is alt-right this past Thursday.

The tweet upset some members of the fight for schools who are black and Jewish.
It's a question.
I, as a very active Jew, I have wondered, what will it take to awaken Jews out of their leftist stupor?
I don't know.
By the way, I don't have an answer.
I don't know what awakens a non-Jew out of the leftist stupor.
But the reason I pose it as Jews is, A, I'm Jewish, and B, Jews will be hurt first.
That's the general rule, although right now it's Christians who are being particularly hurt.
But Jews will be the first hurt.
That's the way it is in history.
I've written a book on antisemitism.
I know of what I speak.
The book is Why the Jews, incidentally.
The reason for antisemitism.
The left is antisemitic.
The left would like to see Israel destroyed.
Not liberals.
I always make that distinction.
Liberals are pro-Israel.
Liberals and leftists have nothing in common except opposition to Republicans and conservatives.
And that's enough for liberals to keep voting for the left.
That is the tragedy of America.
Liberals do not vote their values.
Sounds like she herself is.
This is Carol Platte-Lebow for townhall.com.
Sometimes there are policies so destructive that at first you don't believe they're true.
Joe Biden is currently defending one.
His plan to award $450,000 to migrants separated from their families after entering the U.S. illegally.
Children of deceased U.S. soldiers are separated from their parents permanently.
They don't receive this kind of money.
And migrants who enter the U.S. legally certainly don't get this kind of payout.

And some parents who are liberal think, well, you've got to be kidding.
I have no say in what my children study?
Well, that's right.
You have no say in anything about your children, according to the left.
Parents are useless.
In fact, there are impediments to the left as to every cult.
There is no cult, there is no totalitarian movement that has not sought to diminish parental authority.
That is the first thing they do.
Your allegiance is to the state or the leader.
Whether it's Communist China, Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, Children's first allegiance was to the party or the state, not to parents.
One of the reasons that honor your parents, honor your father and mother, is in the Ten Commandments.
The Bible is preoccupied with people being free.
You are not free if parental authority is destroyed, because somebody else will take over that authority.
As indeed is happening in the United States.
