This seems to be the preference of many of my stations around the country instead of just a formal speech because a lot of times they can do it outdoors.
Anyway, I enjoy it.
Smoking while speaking.
I used to do that on the fireside chat and then Facebook said I was endangering the youth of America.
Yeah, you didn't know that?
That's new to you, Sean?
Sean is cracking up.
Safety.
Yeah, that's right.
The ancients had Zeus and Baal, and we have safety.
That's the way it works.
With the decline of Christianity, many, many other religions have taken...
It's place.
People cannot live without religion.
So it will either be a Bible-based one in the West or a secular one.
Safetyism, feminism, environmentalism, these are religions.
They have nothing to do with science in any of those cases.
I had Bjorn Lomborg on yesterday, the Dane who specializes in data.
It's all hysteria, just hysteria.
Tucker Carlson last night had a segment on Australia.
He began by saying Americans have this view of Australians as rough-and-tumble individualists with a great admiration for freedom and veneration of it.
And that was true about 50 years ago and before that.
But I've been to Australia many times.
As he noted, very few Americans have actually been there, but I have been there, so I've given lectures there often.
And I remember having a dinner with some folks in the upper middle class, maybe upper class, who brought me to Sydney in that case.
And I was struck by their...
Willingness to have the government intervene in their lives.
They thought it was a good thing.
They thought that Australia was an advanced society, for example, by weighing their garbage.
I believe that was the issue.
And I remember saying, you're okay with that?
And I said, look, these are the posts, the people who brought me.
I wasn't going to attack them.
But I did register a dissenting opinion.
That's okay with you?
That the amount of garbage your home produces is weighed?
And you're fined if you go over the limit that has been ascertained for your home?
So, I can't say that I'm shocked.
I can't say that I am surprised.
But there was one point that was made that was really scary.
And it was done here, too.
And, of course, the media didn't report it.
But there it was that there could be no photography from the sky, I guess.
Talking about drones by any medium, by any media in Australia of any protests or of how the protesters were treated.
Is that clear what I'm saying?
The press, it was a stifling of press reporting on demonstrations against the absolute abnegation of...
of freedom in Australia.
An Australian was interviewed and in his opinion, most Australians are quite on board with the suppression of liberty in their country in the name of safety.
I agree with him.
Tucker Carlson then asked him, is there no national figure?
That has come out against us.
I mean, a national politician.
And he said, maybe a libertarian or two, and that's it.
Both parties are in agreement with what is happening.
So Australia, as Americans have envisioned it, is dead, is gone.
New Zealand as well, of course.
The ability of a country to produce citizens with disdain for liberty, and in our case, disdain for the country itself, the speed seems to be breathtaking.
But of course it is a 50-year, more than a 50-year project.
It's been a 70-year project since World War II. That has been the project of the left in all of education, and it has been absolutely effective.
This is what we are reaping.
Welcome to the show!
Dennis Prager here.
An interesting article out right now from CNBC on the thing that I have wanted.
Merck says it is now, its new COVID pill reduces the risk of hospitalization and death by half for some patients.
A phase 3 trial of Merck and Ridgeback Biotherapeutics oral antiviral treatment, You know, it's funny.
All of these names are tough the first time.
I remember hydroxychloroquine, and now it comes off the tongue like hello.
Let's see.
Malnupiravir.
There we go.
Malnupiravir.
Why do they make up these names like that?
Showed it reduced the risk of hospitalization or death by around 50% of COVID patients.
Merck plans seek emergency use authorization in the U.S. If authorized by regulatory bodies, new pair of air could be the first oral antiviral medicine for COVID. So here's an interesting question.
If this is out, why do we insist that people take the vaccine?
Because it has nothing to do with health.
It's in the guise of health, just like the destruction of America and the power to the left.
Emanates from anti-racism.
It's simply the front under which power is exercised.
Talking about racism and race, there was an interfaite, excuse me, an interracial couple at my Denver event last night.
She was black, he was white.
She had a particularly happy, charming personality.
And all of this is consistent with my riddle.
You know I've only made up one riddle in my whole life?
Most people don't make up any, right?
Sean, you ever make up a riddle?
No.
You see that?
This is gratuitous, but I'll nevertheless ask a living martyr.
Have you ever made up a riddle?
He shook his head.
Sort of like, have you ever murdered anybody?
I pretty much knew the answer was no.
But I did.
I made up one riddle in my life.
I have said it in the past.
What do you call a happy black individual in America?
Answer, a Republican.
The reason it is funny is because all jokes must represent reality.
Otherwise, there's no joke to it.
But it is so consistent with my experience.
I'll give you a perfect example.
It's at PragerU.
We have two young people, Will Witt and Amala Epunobi.
And Amala is black, Will is white.
And she has as happy and upbeat a personality.
Forget a luminous mind.
She has as happy and upbeat a personality as any person I know, and I wrote a book on happiness.
I do a show on happiness.
I've lectured all over the world on happiness.
And I'm happy.
I am sure that there exists an unhappy black conservative, but I haven't met him or her.
And I've met plenty of black conservatives.
On the other hand, think of the black leftists.
You ever see Charles Blow of the New York Times?

Radiates it.

There are three types of good people.
I've said this often.
Those who fight, those who help the fighters, and those who do nothing.
Helping fighters is as good as fighting.
Because if the fighters don't get their supplies, they can't fight.
But the largest group of good people does nothing.
It's just the way it is.
I have made peace, grudgingly, with the human condition.
That's an interesting, maybe that'll be the title of my autobiography, Making Peace with the Human Condition.
Anyway, this is all by way of saying please don't do nothing when you can help a group like the Alliance Defending Freedom.
These are the people who go to the Supreme Court with religious freedom cases and usually win.
Not just religious freedom, but they specialize in that.

Okay, I want to read to you, and I'm going to try to take Jim in Scranton, by the way, just for the record.
And I want to read to you a letter.
Sent to the members of one of the leading orchestras of the country, the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
I have friends in many of the top orchestras of the country because of my interest in involvement in classical music.
Dear all, I won't read you the whole letter.
As we start the 2021-22 season, Alan, when I say Alan on the air, you know it's serious.
I wanted to take a moment to address some questions about the nature and future of our DEI work together.
I will note after many sentences something.
The assumption is the members of the orchestra know what DEI is.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion.
So there have been some questions.
Will, who is the person here?
The person who wrote it is Matthew Spivey, interim CEO of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, 201 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco.
Over the last three years, the San Francisco Symphony has been on a remarkable journey.
The entire letter is pablum.
The entire letter.
It is unworthy of adults.
It is Orwellian pablum.
The San Francisco Symphony has been on a remarkable journey of learning, self-reflection, and change.
Ah, the journey.
The symphony orchestra is on a journey.
And of what?
Learning, self-reflection, and change.
All of that is a euphemism for, over the last three years, we have made the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra more and more woke.
That's what it means.
I'm now giving you subtitles so you'll understand the English.
This is harder to understand than Shakespeare.
The journey has provided opportunities.
Another key word.
Journey is a key word.
Opportunity is a key word.
Community is a key word.
Diversity.
For deep introspection, one of the great lies of the left is that they call for introspection.
And it's the last thing that the left ever wants.
It's introspection.
As we face the complex challenges of oppression and systemic racism in San Francisco.
Yes, indeed.
Well, look, there is some truth.
There is nothing as racist in this country in any large number as the left.
I say that, I would put my hand on the Bible and say it.
The left has contempt for blacks.
Utter and total contempt.
A. They are used as a means of gaining power.
B. They have contempt.
We will change all standards for you because you don't measure up.
We expect nothing from you.
That is the left's message to blacks.
The complex challenges of oppression and systemic racism.
Do you notice that they never give examples?
What's an example, Mr. Spivy, of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra engaging in oppression and systemic racism?
Or does he mean the country?
Maybe he means the country.
Give examples for the country.
Engagement in this work inevitably produces moments of both pain and joy.
Oh, the depth of this letter.
And we stand face to face with our flaws.
I guess it is about the orchestra.
They stand face to face.
Why don't you name some?
Do you wonder, what is pablum?
Pablum is words that ultimately represent no reality.
That is a working definition of pablum.
Give examples.
I'd like to know what flaws.
Maimonides, the greatest Jewish philosopher who ever lived, 11th century, 12th century, Maimonides said, if you seek repentance and don't specify what you did wrong, it is useless.
You're not penitent.
It's phony.
It's not enough to say, if I in any way hurt you, please forgive me.
Please forgive me for doing the following.
This is worthless.
This is morally worthless.
What are these flaws?
Where is this systemic oppression?
Not a word.
Not a hint.
And this is about the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
What's racist?
The violin section?
The oboe section?
We stand face to face with our flaws, none of which I will name, and seek personal and organizational growth.
Oh This work is not easy, but it is rewarding.
I'm sure it is.
I'm sure he's getting a good salary.
More to come, ladies and gentlemen.
Every orchestra is having pablum like this.
Almost every institution.

Not one Republican would support the budget that's coming over with a debt hike attached.
They will not support a debt hike relief standing alone.
Is that your position?
Absolutely.
Democrats have the White House, the House, and the Senate.
They don't want any of our involvement with all their radical spending, which we shouldn't be.
And so if they want to raise the debt ceiling, they want to do it on their own.
You know why?
They've been very clear.
They don't want to do this debt ceiling on their own because they know it's toxic.
They say, oh, we want you to be part of what we're doing here.
You know, their budget in this deal, three and a half, which is really five and a half trillion dollars, will take our debt to $45 trillion.
Now, let's look at what's happening in families right now with inflation.
It's hurting our poorest families.
It's hurting our families on fixed income.
And the Democrats are causing all this with their spending, and they don't want to be responsible for it.
They are responsible for what's going on.
And so, do you think you'll keep, for example, you've got to get Senator Murkowski reelected, and I hope you do.
I think she's a good, solid vote on 99% of the stuff that we vote on.
Will she...
And any other Republican think about bolting and voting for it?
Because it will hurt them.
It will really hurt them if they vote for any Democratic candidate.
We have a clean continuing resolution that McConnell and Richard Shelby put together.
We're not going to do the debt ceiling.
That's the Democratic responsibility.
We'll keep the government open.
We will help with the Afghan refugees.
And we'll also help with the disaster relief for Louisiana.
So ours is clean.
All right?
But the Democrats don't want to do it.
I don't know if we'll even get a vote on it.
So the Democrats might shut down government.
I don't think they will, but they could decide to shut down government.

I met a United Airlines pilot at my talk last night in Denver.
He came over to me and he goes, you're entirely right, none of us wear masks in the cockpit.
Of course not.
And you're entirely right, this guy who's been with the company for about three years is destroying United Airlines.
What was the latest thing with United?
Firing a whole bunch of people.
Oh, yes, firing almost 1,000 employees.
Oh, 600?
Sorry, I thought 900-something.
Okay, 600, including some pilots.
Anyway, they don't care.
They have a new system, as you know, at United.
It's always worth mentioning because people forget these things.
No repetition and no memory.
They announced that they will reserve half the spaces in their flight school for pilots to women and minorities.
So, in other words, they will not choose pilots based on competence, but race and gender in 50% of the cases.

Letter from its interim CEO, Matthew Spivy.
Mr. Spivy, how much would I have to pay you to come on the show?
Oh, you're not allowed, right?
I think you're not allowed to do that.
Right?
Too bad.
Well, what if I gave to a charity that he liked?
Let me know how much.
And I treat people who attack me and come on the show, which is very rare.
They very rarely do.
But there was.
There was a professor at UCLA who called me a bigot and racist and all these things that the left does.
A professor and a violinist.
Who would not play for me when I conducted the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra at Disney Concert Hall four years ago.
I had him on for an hour.
So, you don't have to worry, Mr. Spivy, that I will just attack you.
I will treat you very nicely and calmly.
That I think you are a totally destructive force would merit your coming on the show.

Hi, Dennis.
How are you?
I'm well.
So, I agree with all your statements and sentiments and all the woke stuff, but I know that you prefer clarity and facts, and so I just wanted to raise a point in terms of clarifying, and I heard you make a statement earlier today, and I heard you make it on previous, about United Airlines and how there's business about.
Training, you know, women and minorities, 50%.
And I come from an aviation background.
So in the United States, airlines don't do what's called ab initio training of pilots, meaning taking somebody who doesn't know how to fly an airplane and train them to fly the airplane so that they can then fly for United.
Many foreign carriers do.
In the United States, airlines hire people.
Who have already met certain requirements and hours as training.
Many of them in the past have come out of the military.
But what United has done is provide scholarships for women and minorities as a means to provide an easier path to achieve potentially doing that flight training.
This was true.
It is no longer true.
So let me read to you from a non-right-wing source.
CNBC. United Airlines to open flight school later this year.
This was on April 6th.
In hiring push, plans to increase diversity.
United Airlines started accepting applications for its flight academy.
Part of a push to hire 10,000 pilots by 2030, the airline announced in February 2020 that it had bought a flight school, but the pandemic forced it to put training plans on hold.
It is now resuming it.
It will start hiring pilots.
It says it intends to have 50% of them women and people of color.
So you were right until recently.
It has now changed.
Okay, I stand corrected.
I didn't know that new piece.
I know that, and I'm very happy I took your call.
I am adamant about truth and factual accuracy on this program.

But you can worship God with lies.

And being against the policies of both the orchestra and San Francisco.
And that sort of rang a bell for me when you talked about it this morning because I found out about that resignation from an article called If You Refuse the Vaccine Good Riddance by Leonard Pitts and the Miami Herald.

Hello.
Quite an honor, Mr. Prager.
I'm really glad to speak to you.
My youngest son asked me a question that I don't have an answer for.
He's a federal corrections officer, and I love only God more than him.
And he does not want to get the vaccination.
He doesn't even have a tattoo.
He's not a saint or an angel, but he keeps his body pure.
And I don't know what to do about advising him whether he should lose his job or he's filed for a religious exemption.
And I'm asking someone smarter than I, what would you advise if he was your son?
Well, one thing you need to know, I'm sure you do, and we're both fathers, when our children grow up, they do make their own decisions.
If they ask us for our advice, that doesn't mean that they will follow it as much as they love us.
Sure.
And so, how old is your son?
He's 29.
Yeah.
Well, there is no good answer to your dilemma.
Yeah.
I don't have any better answer than you do.
I think it's evil, literally evil.
I think it's criminal to have a healthy 29-year-old forced to take a vaccination in an age group that is virtually untouched in any serious way by COVID. It is an act of evil on the part of this society.
It's an arrogant evil.
29-year-old having to take it or lose his job.
It's a terrible, unfair choice.
Maybe he can get a leave of absence and find other work in the meantime and then be rehired when people have stopped losing their minds, if that should ever happen.
I don't know.
I don't know any group of tyrants that has ever gotten power and then relinquished it.
Does one person listening know of such an example?
Has the left ever relinquished power that they accumulated voluntarily?
Ever?
Since Vladimir Lenin to the Democratic Party of the United States today?
This phone call breaks my heart for this family and for this country.
Well, gotta say, it's definitely a good time to have a happiness hour, and it follows.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I'm Dennis Prager.
Not one Republican would support the budget that's coming over with a debt hike attached.
They will not support a debt hike relief standing alone.
Is that your position?
Absolutely.
Democrats have the White House, the House and the Senate.
You know, their budget in this deal is $3.5 trillion, which is really $5.5 trillion.
We'll take our debt to $45 trillion.
Mark Milley admitted yesterday that for that pathetic pseudo-journalist Bob Woodward, For his new blockbuster dishing book of scandal.
Mark Milley gave him hours of interviews.
Hours?
Hours?
Sorry.
How busy should the chairman of the Joint Chiefs be?
Just curious.
As the Taliban is ready to take back Afghanistan, these are interviews he gave this stinking year, this year!
As the Taliban is rising, as China is building its military, as Iran is threatening us, as Russia is being ever more militaristic, you're sitting down for hours with an avowed, rabid, democrat, quote-unquote, journalist?
To give inside scoops on how you stood up to President Trump by undermining the chain of command that you by the Constitution are not a part of?
What the hell are you doing?
Maybe those hours could have been spent, oh, I don't know, reading the Long War Journal by our friend Bill Roggio, where he predicted in March that the Taliban would be in control and Kabul would fall.
Maybe you would better spend your time reading books like Cynical Theories, reading the works of Chris Rufo about what critical race theory really is and why it's racism and bigotry.
But oh no, you had to be a politician.

I also have a view that the withdrawal of those forces would lead inevitably to the collapse of the Afghan military forces and eventually the Afghan government.
Well, you were right, and it took 11 days for the Taliban to take over Afghanistan.
Have you seen some of the images coming out of Afghanistan, by the way?
They're real pleasant.
Bodies being hung from overpasses, people being executed in the street.
An Afghan soldier led out into the street and just shot dead.
The Taliban walking around with these giant whips and they're hitting women over the backs.
Here's Secretary Austin also contradicting Biden and exposing Joe Biden for the bald-faced lie.
The bald-faced lie he told the American people.
It's a simple question, Secretary Austin.
He said no senior military leader advised him to leave a small troop presence behind.
Is that true or not?
Did these officer and General Miller's recommendations get to the president personally?
Their input was received by the president and considered by the president, for sure.
In terms of what they specifically recommended, Senator, as they just said, they're not going to provide what they recommended in confidence.
What a crap storm.
What a crap show.
Senator Josh Hawley put it best.

It's the happy, happy, happy, happy hour.
Yes, it is.
The happy make the world better.
The unhappy make it worse.
It's a moral obligation to try to be happy.
The founders of this country, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Right now, we have forces that crush life.
Crush liberty and crush happiness.
That's the battle in this country.
Life, liberty, and happiness versus those who loathe all three.
They have empty lives.
They drain life of its vibrant pursuit of happiness.
It's the pursuit of victimhood, which is the mother of unhappiness.
So we live in a very anti-happiness time.
This is really, of my 15 hours of broadcasting a week, the happiness hour is my most counter-revolutionary, or revolutionary, depending on what your perspective is, hour.
Happy people don't crush the country.
Don't crush others.
Don't walk around angry.
Certainly don't walk around as victims.
There's a chapter in my book on happiness.
And I wrote that, remember, 22 years ago.
So it had nothing to do, well, it had something to do, it was true then too, but not like today.
If you perceive yourself as a victim, you cannot be happy.
Cannot.
Victimhood is the antithesis.
Let me quote a young, I think he's 28 or 29, a young recovering addict whom I interviewed.
His name is Keegan.
He made a big impact on me.
I asked him, when did you decide to become sober?
And his answer?
The day I stopped blaming everyone else for my problems.
Good stuff, huh?
That's why most therapists are useless.
They're actually worse than useless.
Most therapists today are actually destructive.
What they do is reinforce the victimhood of their patients.
Some don't.
Good therapists are gems.
But they're a distinct minority.
After all, who's going to keep coming back to the therapist?
The one who has to confront themselves?
Or the one who gets to keep blaming their parents and society for their unhappiness?
Well, anyway, that's just some thoughts on the opening of this happiness hour.
The happiness hour is actually on a completely different subject.
Are people with children happier than people who don't have children?
Or are people who don't have children generally happier than people who do?
I've thought about this since I was a bachelor.
I always wondered about these things.
And for many years, I entertained the belief, even though I ached to have children, and thank God I do, nevertheless, because reality is not what I want it to be, I did in fact entertain the possibility Because I worked with a lot of couples at an educational institute that I directed in California, which is why I came out to California from New York in my 20s.
So I worked with hundreds, if not thousands of couples, and a number of them obviously didn't have children.
And they could focus on one another and their marriage and enjoy life without the impediment of children.
And it struck me, and it never had any impact on my desire to have children.
Even if I did believe that couples without children were happier, I wanted children.
For many reasons, and from the happiness perspective, I wanted children because I believe that a deep life is what we're here to lead.
And it's risky to have children.
It is absolutely risky.
But it's risky to do anything.
That's good.
Those who sow in tears reap in joy.
That is the story of parenthood.
And I am truly happy that I have children, obviously.
But nevertheless, there were not easy times always with my children.
And that's par for the course.
But there was never a moment in my life that I thought, oh, I wish I didn't have one where there was problems.
I have two, but there was one case where there were issues.
And now, thank God, things are awesome.
But anyway, even if they're not, here is a new study, and this is the reason that I am raising the question.
This is from Deseret News.
The group that's happiest in the pandemic may surprise you.
Parents used to be the most miserable ones no more.
So they have very, it's an interesting take on it.
This finding is also evident in a new YouGov survey conducted this summer by the Institute for Family Studies.
The survey shows that in the wake of COVID-19, childless Americans are now more likely to report their lives are lonely and less likely to report they are meaningful and happy.
A clear majority of men and women, nearly 60%, ages 18 to 55, who do not have kids say they are lonely, some, most, or all of the time.
Only a minority of their peers with children, 45%, report this kind of loneliness.
Parents are more likely to report their lives are meaningful.
I've never thought of it that way.
It's an interesting point.
By definition, children do give people meaning.
By the way, that's not necessarily a good thing.
It's usually a good thing because we need meaning more than any other single thing in life other than food.
But being poor gives your life meaning.
You have to find lunch.
You have to find a roof.
So there's meaning in a lot of things that are very difficult in life.
Nevertheless, it is a big deal.
Now, here's the paradox.
You cannot rely on your children for meaning, and you can't rely on your children for happiness.
Having your happiness through your children is a burden on your children that is not fair to them and not good for you.
It's an interesting question.
What is the thing we most want from our children?
That ultimately, if you're healthy, and that's already a minority of people, but if you're healthy, I think what you want is that they have a good and responsible life, period.
I came up with this years ago in a very interesting way that will be new to 99% of you.
Among Jews, there is a very traditional wish that they give to one another.
You should have nachas, that's the word, from your children.
It is a Yiddish word, that's the Germanic Jewish language that was spoken by Jews in Europe, in Eastern Europe.
But it comes from Hebrew, nachat, which means, and that's the key, it means, Rest.
But it's been translated among Jews as pride and joy.
You should have pride and joy from your children.
In other words, they should go to Yale.
That's what it really means.
I have a joke about that.
Strangers come over to me all the time.
There is no day in my life if I am out of my house that a stranger doesn't approach me.
Literally.
So, I don't know.
If the person...
I don't know anything about their faith or ethnicity.
Well, obviously, sometimes ethnicity.
But anyway, I don't know if it's a Jew or a non-Jew.
But I know it's a Jew if they tell me what college their kid goes to.
That's like an automatic ID. Hey, Dennis, how you doing?
You know, my daughter's at Dartmouth.
Like I care.
So when Jews say you should have nachas from your children, they think it's pride and joy, which usually means what college they go to.
And I then analyze the word.
It doesn't mean pride and joy.
It means rest.
And I'll explain that when we return.

But, I mean, the laws are written for legal immigration.

It functions.

The system is not broken.
We totally have a system that is set up to work if the laws that are on the books will only be enforced.

So are people with children happier?
What's your take on that?
That's the subject of the Happiness Hour every Friday, the second hour of the show.
This study is interesting because there have been so many studies, oh, they're happier without children, and a lot of people have decided not to have children, some for a reason that is so sick that it shows you the damage that the media and colleges have done to children, and high schools and elementary schools for that matter.
I wouldn't bring a child into the world to die because of climate change.
I've done this often with you.
People are actually making that decision.
As I often point out, Jews whose entire families were exterminated by the Nazis, the first thing they did was have children.
But people won't have children because of climate change.
You know what they are?
Spoiled brats.
Awful world in which they live.
These poor things.
God, have we produced spoiled people.
In great.
Anyway, I'm thrilled they're not having children.
It is actually a bonus to humanity that morons are in having children.
I should start a movement.
Morons not to have children.
Climate change.
New York Times subscribers.
I did a whole article on it.
On all these New York Times subscribers writing in the New York Times comment section how they're proud of their children for not having children even though they want grandchildren.
But they're proud that their children are taking a stand against polluting the world.
And dying.
Why bring a child into the world only to die of climate change?
These people don't listen to programs like mine.
They never hear an alternate voice on anything.
Anything.
Every leftist lives in a bubble.
You can't be a leftist and not live in a bubble.
Because even leftists, if they hear enough data, facts, and reason, will be affected.
That's why they want to shut us up.
We're not scared of them.
We study under them.
We read them and watch them.
Having children is profoundly fulfilling.
It can be profoundly painful.
There is no question.
It could be profoundly painful on every level.
They might be born with a congenital disease.
They might be born with a deformity.
They might be born with all sorts of damage.
They might develop into the opposite of what you would like your child to be.
Many children don't speak to their parents today because the parents did something so awful that the child has PTSD. The parent voted for Donald Trump.
Can you think of anything worse?
It's up there with child molestation.
Do you know that there are people who were molested by parents when they were little who have forgiven them?
I wonder how many kids were maltreated by a parent who have forgiven parents.
I wonder how that matches up against children who have not forgiven parents for voting for Donald Trump.
That is the sick world that the elite produced today.
So, yes, you have more time to eat out, more money to eat out, more time to travel, more time to have sex.
If you don't have children.
My old line on that one is, that which is produced by passion then kills it.
I have four married people, five married people in the room.
They're all laughing.
It is the laughter of recognition.
That's why, by the way, in life you have to laugh about these things.
You can't let these things crush you.
That is correct.
You have a child, you'll have less frequent sex.
That is correct.
That is just the way it works.
Okay?
So, when you look back at your life, what will you prefer to have said?
I had more sex, or I had a child.
Okay?
By the way, that's another thing.
We should do a happiness hour.
Do you know I thought about this in high school?
I thought about great issues when I was very young.
This has been my whole life.
And I always thought, how will I want to look back on my life when I get old and when I die?
I actually thought about that regularly.
It was not a dark thought at all.
There was nothing dark about it.
It's a very realistic way to live a life.
How do I want to look back on it?
Do I want to look back on it, I had as little pain as possible?
Don't have children.
If your goal in life is to have as little pain as possible, do not have children.
That is correct.
Okay, so that's the issue on the Happiness Hour.
And let's see here.
Robert in Bakersfield, California.
Hello, Robert of Bakersfield.
The famous Robert of Bakersfield, I might add.
See, his laughter is the laughter of recognition.
Can you hear me?
Yes, I do.
I'm a legend in my own mind, that's for sure.
I love that.
You're a good man.
Okay, go ahead.
Okay, so I really appreciate, I've just discovered you, and I'll tell you, what a joy.
Thank you.
So, yes, having children is a joy.
I think I answered the question happy, and I was going to answer the question and say yes if they give you rest.
But after listening to you a little bit more, it's just yes, unequivocally.
Because my life is more than just me now.
And I become part of them, and they become part of me.
And my life is so much deeper and broader and fuller, and it's just, how could I miss this?
You're a good man.
I knew it for whatever reason when you started laughing when I said the famous Robert of Bakersfield.

And you know, it's funny that there is debate on the issue, which I totally get.
I told you that there was a time in my life where I entertained the idea.
I never entertained the idea of not having children, but I entertained the idea that couples without children might, on average, be happier.
There's a case to be made for that.
But here is an interesting way of analyzing it.
Every couple, every individual who has children also had part of their life without children.
So, in effect, everybody with children can answer this question.
Is the net result greater or lesser happiness?
And by the way, I want to just say this because I am adamantly committed to being real, which means telling the truth.
I know people who have suffered because of a child.
And I think it is fair to say that they would have been happier if they didn't have that child.
I think there can be a level of suffering.
That is involved.
And I understand that.
And it doesn't mean they don't love that child or whatever it might be.
In the real world, there are instances where people are less happy because of a child.
I don't think it is right to say every single human with a child is happier because of the child.
But you can't talk about that when you ask any question.
There are people who die because they wore a seatbelt.
Seatbelts kill people.
But it is ridiculous to say that because there are such cases, seatbelts in general don't save people's lives.
Of course they do.
In general, people having children are happier.
It doesn't mean that every couple without children is unhappy.
That's not true.
And it's not even implied by what I'm saying.
Or that every child in the world has given parents unalloyed happiness.
That's not true either.
But anyway, I don't even ask that.
I did not want children because I wanted to be happier.
I was always happy.
Not true.
Before I was 14, I was miserable.
But starting at 14 and continuing to today, I've been happy.
So I didn't want it because of happiness.
I wanted it because I always wanted the richest life possible.
If I could experience something, I wanted it.

And my wife's got this great phrase.
She says, people who don't have children, they amuse themselves through life.
And I think that's very true.
The topic today is a coincidence.
We're actually becoming empty nesters today, my wife and I. But while our youngest is moving out, we just know that we'll never be alone.
There's always a moment in our lives that involves our children.
I love that.
I love that.
By the way, it's another great Happiness Hour topic.
Is it better to have a lot of children?

Are people with children happier than people who don't have children?
I am actually quite, I don't want to say amazed, but I think it's worthy of note that every call that I see on the board, and that's eight lines, says that they're happier with children.
And I know from...
35 years of broadcasting that a lot of you have issues with children.
But that's still not, it doesn't negate that fact.
It can, I want to say.
There can be such problems that one would wish that they maybe had remained childless, at least in the case of a certain child.
It's very hard for a parent to ever even address that.
Confront.
But in the main, I just want to develop a point, and thank you, Ellen, for calling in.
I just want to make this point again, and I should...
I never did this on a happiness hour, because I'm fairly strict about confining the topics to happiness.
But...
Maybe I should do an hour on as important as I believe happiness is, and I believe it is very important.
I think it's a moral duty, as I have often, often said.
Having said that, all that notwithstanding, I think people should strive for depth even more than happiness.
I want to lead a deep life.
And what is it that Alain said?
Oh yes, people abuse themselves.
They go through life amusing themselves.
Neil, what was his name?
The guy wrote, I think in the 80s or 70s, Amusing Ourselves to Death.
I read that book recently.
It's very accurate.
Think about the things that we don't...
We don't tell children to be.
We don't tell them to be wise.
Neil Postman, yes.
We don't tell them to be wise.
We don't tell them to be deep.
Two of the most important things in life are not even used.
We don't tell them to be mature.
Think about it.
Wisdom, depth, and maturity are not in the vocabulary of most families, let alone schools, because the unwise, the undeep, and the immature are teaching our kids.
Yes.
Is everyone capable of leading a life of depth?
That came through my earphone from Triple G. For those of you who don't know who Triple G is, he's...
The technical director, he is now standing and saluting me.
Triple G is the nickname I gave him, the gentle Gentile giant.
And if that is not an accurate statement of Sean, none is.
This show alternates really serious with really absurd.
And you never know when it's coming.
The attack of the absurd.
So what was the question?
Can everybody lead it?
Yes, everybody is capable of leading a life.
Everybody.
I do believe that, Sean.
That is a very important question, and that's why I'm addressing it.
Every single human being.
I have a great phrase that I used recently.
Oh, yes.
Just last week, speaking to...
I spoke last week to 3,500 Christians in three different cities.
And in one of them, I was interviewed by the pastor.
And I said to him, and I'm not sure I said it...
I know I haven't said it often, but now I will.
Pretty much, we are what we want to be.
People don't think that way.
What do you want to be?
That's what you will become.
You want to be deep?
You'll be deep.
You want to be happy?
You'll be happy.
You want to be angry?
You'll be angry.
What you want to be, and I remember the context, Because people ask me, because I speak of courage a lot, because we have a dearth of it in our country.
So people say, well, how do you become courageous?
I said, I'll tell you exactly how.
By wanting to be.
That's how you become courageous.
You say, I want to be courageous.
That's it.
Incredibly simple.
It's not simple to do, but it's simple to begin the process.
So that's my answer to you, Sean.
You want to be deep, you'll be deep.
Okay, let's get some more of your calls here.
Bree in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Just the other day I was saying, I don't get enough calls from Lake Havasu.

Yes.

I appreciate you.
I've been listening the last two years religiously to you, and just amazing things that you bring to all of us to here.
Thank you.
I'm very grateful.
I'm glad.
So what's on your mind?
I wanted to say that my two beautiful children, one that I just recently had days after your birthday, just bring such joy to my life.
Back in 2007, I had a bad head injury accident.
I don't remember the entire month of April, and I remember getting home from the hospital on my birthday and thinking what happened and thinking I'm never going to be able to have children, find a husband or nothing, and thankfully God has blessed me to have all of that.
That's beautiful.

You know, their budget in this deal, $3.5 trillion, which is really $5.5 trillion, will take our debt to $45 trillion.
We're going to vote for it.
We have a clean continuing resolution that McConnell and Richard Shelby put together that we're not going to do the debt ceiling.

So, Dennis, what was life like in China in the 5th century?
I don't know.
Now, that's an obscure one.
But anyway, that's something you should just look up.
China in 5th century.
And you'll get a lot of information.
My general belief is that China in the 5th century, people had the usual troubles.
They had marital issues, children issues, parental issues, financial issues, and health issues.
That's China in the 5th century on the Dennis Prager Show.
All right, let's see here.
And, wow, good.
I love calls that differ.
Bob in Fullerton, California.
Hello.
Dennis, regarding the Happiness Hour, before we ask people to have more babies, we need to improve the environment and situation that those babies are being born into.
Nothing is going to break your heart or damage your happiness more than a child or grandchild in life that goes wrong.
We need better schools.
They don't exist right now, essentially, or they're rare.
We need healthier families.
We need a positive media culture for those kids to grow up in.
We need to fix the legal framework of marriage.
Very disadvantageous to young men to get married and have a child these days.
They take a great legal risk.
That needs to be changed.
So I take it you're not married and don't have children?
I'm a grandparent.
And I am happier.
Do you regret that you have children and grandchildren?
No.
So it's okay for you, but not for others?
I'm fortunate they turned out well.
They didn't go wrong with drugs.
Right.
So given your views, if you could rewind the clock, would you have had no children?
Since you don't know how they'll turn out.
No, I have had the children, but I have been, this has been a bug in my bonnet since I had my first one.
The world we're raising them in is very hostile.
When was the world not hostile?
Name me a year in human history the world was not hostile.
Well, during the 1950s, I think it was probably more conducive to a family environment.
We didn't have the drug epidemic.
That's true.
I couldn't agree with you more.
There was a 10-year island.
That's true.
I agree with that.
Father knows best.
I agree.
I think the 50s were awesome.
Not for everybody.
For a black in the South, it was an issue.
I fully acknowledge that.
But for most people, the 50s in the United States was an island of beauty.
I totally agree.
But the idea that you don't have children because the schools aren't good, so homeschool them.
Anyway, I'm glad you called, and...
Yes, I did.
I asked Peter in Los Angeles.
Hello, Peter.
Yes.
First, I want to call you a very moral and logical rabbi.
Thank you.
What religion are you?
I think I know you since religion online.
What religion are you?
Which one do you think?
By my accent.
Your accent says Jewish, but only Christians call me their rabbi.
Yes, I am Jewish, but I also know very well the Christian religion.
Where are you from?
I was born in Europe, but I speak five languages.
What five?
Polish, French, Hebrew, English, and listen to Yiddish.
And listen.
So you speak four and listen to five.
Yeah.
Just being precise here.
I want to tell you something.
Yes.
We met the first time when I listened to you to the radio, and I invited you to speak to the second generation at the Jewish Federation.
Oh, I do remember that speech.
It's actually recorded.
It's an awful sound, because it wasn't...
Yes.
And I suffered sins because I invited you.
There you go.
They were angry at you for inviting me.
Yes.
I know.
You know, and I am the core...
Founder of the second generation in Los Angeles.
By the way, second generation means children of Holocaust survivors, so for everybody to know.
So, were they angry at you for what I said, or simply angry at you for inviting me?
I think they were angry because your ideology, your thinking, is not the way that they were thinking.
They are very left-wingers, almost crazy, crazy.
That is fascinating.
So that's the rule.
Listen, I've got to let you go.
It is a joy to hear from you.
Thank you.
Merci beaucoup.
Thank you.
And merci beaucoup.
How's that?
That was good, Sean.
That means Sean is listening.
I never really know, but he was then.
Here is the lesson.
If you feel you are too well-liked, invite me to speak.
That will cure the problem in a day.
It's very sad, actually.
I don't personally feel sad, but it is sad.
When people react negatively to me, and they almost never do it to my face.
They do it to their brother-in-law.
So I always ask people to gently ask them, what is it that Dennis Prager has said that makes him so loathsome in your eyes?
I'm always curious about that.
What actually, in 38 years of broadcasting, literally 1,000 columns on the internet, 10 books, What have I written or said that renders me so hated in a fair number of people's eyes?
By the way, I have an answer.
I have actually asked.
So I asked, for example, the young woman who was the youngest person I ever had sit in for me.
She's gifted.
She's old for her age.
In a very young body, obviously, in young face, in young years.
So I asked her that.
She's a student at Harvard.
And she said, the answer I get when I ask that is your opposition to same-sex marriage.
And nothing else.
They have nothing else.
That alone renders me loathsome.
So it's not like I differ with him.
It is he is a hateful human being.
Interestingly, until about 10 years ago, 99% of the country was against same-sex marriage.
Were they all loathsome?
Barack Obama was against same-sex marriage.
He announced it.
He said, as a Christian, I have to believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.
It is interesting that my niece, who was a lesbian, married to a woman, With two children, doesn't think I'm loathsome.
Now why would that be?
She knows my position.
And I love her at least as much as she loves me.
This automatic, that one position renders you outside of normal discourse.
is a very bad and unhealthy development.
Alright, we'll return.
In return, I'm Dennis Prager. - I grew up poor, which is even worse than being poor.

It seems like you're choosing unhappiness when you're telling people, listen, choose happiness.
So I'm wondering, after all the years...

And I'll tell you why, interestingly.
It's not solely because I am being slowed down.
By a selfish driver.
I don't like people acting selfishly.
I don't mind people acting in their self-interest.
There is something obnoxious about going slowly in the left lane.
It just is.
It's wrong.
And I am bothered by wrong.
I am bothered by it even if I'm in a lane that's passing.
Sometimes the right lane is going fastest on a highway.
My choice of happiness is not a choice to ignore what is wrong.
Now, obviously, there are many greater wrongs than people going slow in the left lane.
I think I have a very good balance in life.
I am much more bothered by the suppression of freedom in my country than I am by slow drivers in the left lane.
But it doesn't mean I ignore that.
I am very aware, if I am in the left lane and I am going really fast, let's say 80, in a 65 mile per hour zone, and as a guy comes up and I see him in the rear view mirror, And he's closing in on me.
I get out of the left lane.
The guy's going 90, which I think is wrong.
You may think 80 is wrong.
I appreciate that.
But I get out of the way.
You know who does that?
Europeans.
Europeans drive much better than Americans.
They know there's a fast lane.
I don't know.
I think drivers and teachers in the United States should all resign.
I don't know what they teach.
I really don't know what they teach.
People don't have elementary skills, like you speed up when you change a lane.
You don't slow down.
You speed up when you enter a highway.
You don't slow down.
There's a passing lane.
In England, it's on the right.
In America, it's on the left.
And the larger issue...
I am bothered by selfishness.
I am bothered by a massive number of things.
The last year and a half was a challenge to my happiness.
I am watching my beloved America being destroyed.
It's had an effect on me, but I still choose to be happy.
It's a balancing act.
I admit it.
It's a juggling act.
And everyone, not every one of you listening, But everyone who shares my values and love of this country and its values has had the same battle for the last year and a half.
Never has freedom been as threatened.
Free speech, the most precious freedom of all, as it has in the last year.
So-called cancel concert.
But what is my choice in life?
You should all watch my fireside chat.
I do a fireside chat for PragerU every week.
There are 206, I think, up on the Internet.
And about a month ago, I had a woman whom I had on the show, but I had more time with her in the fireside chat than on the radio.
A young woman who escaped North Korea repeatedly raped in China.
As most of the North Korean women who escape are.
They're trafficked.
They're forced to marry or just sold as prostitutes till they can escape China.
She watched her mother being raped.
Her father was tortured nearly to death by the North Koreans.
And she has this incredibly happy disposition.
So I said, how can you be happy after what you've endured?
She endured being trafficked at the age of 13. She's now 20-something.
And she said, basically, that's what I chose.
I chose to be happy.
What's your choice?
Choose to be unhappy?
You live once.
Anyway, the unhappy don't make the world better.
But I am bothered by slow drivers in the left lane on very many levels.
That is correct.
The lack of awareness that there is a passing lane troubles me.
Okay, let's go on.
Uh...
Oh boy, look who's calling.
I was going to mention him.
Matt in Littleton, Colorado.
I'll let you tell everybody why you're calling.
Hi.
Hello, Dennis.
Hi.
I showed my wife the video I took of you.
That's fantastic.
My wife is actually on the line as well.
Right.
She was not at my talk last night in Denver, correct?
That's correct.
All right, hold on, hold on.
I want you to have the time, because we have to take a break.
I'm not spilling the beans, folks, but it is very touching what he is going to tell you, as he told me last night.
And after he told it to me, I said I need to make a video of this.
We'll be back in a moment.

Thank you for taking my call.
My pleasure.
I'm a green card holder.
I have been for 20 years.
Thank you.
From where?
From South Africa.
Excellent.
Thank you.
When I came into this country, I had to have blood tests to see that I didn't have syphilis, gonorrhea, HIV. I had to show all kinds of vaccinations.
I had to show means to be able to support myself, etc., etc.
So my point being is that the law is not being upheld as we understand it.
And so I don't understand how they are circumnavigating the law again.
I mean, obviously, allowing these people into the country in the first place without proper vetting, etc., is one of the ways.
But, I mean, the laws are written for legal immigration.
There are methods and ways of doing it.
They say the system is broken, but it's not broken.
It functions.
Greg, I am deeply in your depths.
Stay where you are, because I've got a couple of questions for you, but just an addendum to your magnificent remarks.
The system is not broken.
We totally have a system that is set up to work if the laws that are on the books will only be enforced.
But that's a huge if, and they are being intentionally ignored.
So 20 years you've been here, right?
And as someone who's actually followed the law, share with me a couple of minutes of your experience on whether it was too easy, too hard, or just right.
I think it was just right.

All right, y'all.
I'm Dennis Prager, and now the punchline.
This is Matt, 34 years old, Littleton, Colorado.
We met last night at my speech in Denver, and he told me something which made my day, or precisely my night.
Go ahead, Matt.
Oh, and by the way, his wife is now, since she's a big part of this story, Matt, what's your wife's name?
Mackenzie.
Mackenzie, I wish I had met you last night.
Same here, Dennis.
Good to talk to you.
Thank you.
All right, Matt, take it away.
Well, my wife was pregnant with our first child.
We got married last year, right before the world stopped.
Our first child was going to be a boy.
And as we're discussing names, you're an individual who has been pretty influential in my life.
Listening to Adam Carolla, a good friend of yours I know, he mentioned listening to talk radio and how on lonely job sites, Those individuals that he listened to almost felt like friends.
And so over the course of my life, I've listened to you since I was 13. You've been tremendously influential to me.
And so we thought it would be fitting and appropriate to name him Dennis.
What do you think of that, folks?
He named his son Dennis.
He, they, he and Mackenzie.
I was so blown away, I had you say it on my video, just for me to keep.
And needless to say, I look forward to seeing Dennis grow up.
Thank you very much.
We look forward to doing that as well.
Well, thank you.
I think that's a first.
I know somebody named a cat, Dennis.
And I remember thinking about that, like, where is Dennis peeing today?
And I thought, I don't know, do I really want to be named after a cat or a dog?
Let's take Dennis to the vet.
But, oh God.
All right, Sean.
You know, sometimes I wish you didn't listen.
There you go.
Thank you.
That was important.
Anyway, this is another level.
I'll tell you this.
Matt and McKenzie's kid is not going to meet another Dennis.
This name is, as they used to say, deader than McKinley.
For those of you who don't know that phrase, William McKinley is a president who was assassinated.
He was assassinated by Leon Shalgash.
And he was succeeded by Theodore Roosevelt.
There you go.
A little history lesson.
Thank you, Matt and McKenzie.
Dennis, may you grow up to be a Dennis.
As in Dennis the Menace, which is what many regard me as.
Okay, here we go.
Richard in Fort Worth, Texas.
Hello.
Hello, Dennis.
Can you hear me okay?
Not great.
You sound like you're speaking in another room.
I'm on speakerphone.
Should I take it off?
Yeah, I think that would be wise.
How's this?
About 8.6 times better, yeah.
Oh, okay.
Anyway, I've been enjoying your commentary on the Rational Bible.
Thank you.
And I finished Exodus, and I immensely enjoyed it, and I'm reading Genesis.
Good.
And in your commentary in Genesis, on one of your verses, Genesis 3, chapter 3, verse 7, if I can just quote what you said, it's very short.
It says, The Adam and Eve story is the story of all of us.
Human beings are rarely satisfied with what they have.
Even in the Garden of Eden, where every human need was met, there was no illness, no hunger, no disease.
Right, hold it there.

Yes, so what happened to the caller?
Did he fade?
Oh...
I think he did.
Huh.
That's right.
What was his subject?
Because I could fill it in.
Oh, yes.
He wanted to know, since he read to me from my Bible commentary on Genesis, that I believe that the Garden of Eden story is there to show that people want freedom, even though my belief is people want to be taken care of more than they want freedom.
But nevertheless...
They chose to leave paradise into a world of suffering.
All they had to do was avoid eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
But anyway, it's a very complex story.
It's an extremely complex story.
So he was going to ask, I saw it on the board here, could I imagine that if there is a heaven, that people get bored of heaven?
And it may sound silly to you folks, but I actually think that that is a legitimate question.
First of all, anything eternal, I don't have an explanation for.
I mean, the most enjoyable things in the world for eternity is a very long time.
So that's why I never personally am convinced there is an afterlife.
It is not possible that a good God has not made an afterlife, given how much suffering there is in this life for so many people.
But I have no idea what it's like, and his question is a legit one.
Because I think time there is not the same as time here.
Einstein proved that time is relative in any event.
Okay, anyway, that was interesting.

Let's go to some heavy-duty call.
Another heavy-duty call from Clarksville, Tennessee.
Every Clarksville call is heavy-duty.
Hello?
Don.
Hi, Dennis.
Thanks for taking my call.
Yes.
So I want to challenge your portrayal of suffering, and it seems to always be negative or gratuitous.
And the example would be, last hour, you were suggesting that the person, if they had the child, Actually, it would have been better that they didn't have the child.
In the Christian worldview, suffering is never gratuitous and always brings about a greater good.
And so you've seen the coaching in terms of that their happiness was more superior to the suffering.
Most often in my life, when I chose suffering, it has led to my greater happiness.
Tell me what the greater good of the North Korean suffering is.
In the individuals of the people, I couldn't tell you for sure, because when the Bible speaks of it, it says it produces patience, it produces endurance, it produces a peaceful fruit of righteousness.
Now, in those people, I can't imagine, as a matter of fact, it says that suffering doesn't seem good in the moment.
But what it produces as an end result, Right.
Okay.
We don't agree.
I respect your view.
If all suffering ends up producing good, then there's really no need for an afterlife because there was justice in this life.
Right?
I think every religion, and I say this only with respect, I'm sure this was a very fine man, and probably agree on 99% of other issues, but I do believe that every and probably agree on 99% of other issues, but I do believe that every religion produces people who deny reality for the sake
and I call my commentary on the Bible the rational Bible because I don't abandon reason.
Not all suffering produces good things.
It's just not true, and it's not real to say that it is.
Okay, we return in a moment.
moment, you are listening to the Dennis Prager Show.

Music When do the families of the people stranded there go public?
That's really the issue, Byron, because that will draw attention.
Well, I think it's going to be pretty soon.
I mean, the United States is dependent either on the Taliban or the Qataris or some other nation to help get United States people out of Afghanistan.
I should say one more thing.
I think on this issue of evacuations, there are two sides to this issue.
There is who we have not yet brought out of Afghanistan, and there's who we have brought out of Afghanistan.
And that's a lot of interpreters that we brought out.
And we are finding out more about the frenzied, confused, and incomplete vetting that has taken place.
We have one member of Congress, Representative Tiffany, I believe is his name, from Wisconsin, who went to an army base where thousands and thousands of people have been brought, and is asking, well, what's the vetting on these people?
Did they need to be brought to the United States immediately?
Could they be waiting in a third country, safe from...
Being out of Afghanistan, waiting in a third country, while the United States conducts normal vetting operations that we perform on all refugees.

I mean, they're already in the United States.

right, let me summarize calls here.
I don't want you to hang up.
Please don't.
Oh, yeah, Richard's back.
But anyway, I answered his question.
Okay.
Let's see.
Dale in Detroit.
You wanted him to call back with regard to men saying I love you to each other.
And he did call back.
All right, so you know what?
Quickly tell me what you want.
If I told you to call back, I don't want to ignore you.
Hi, Dale.
Yeah, you told me a call back after I told my buddy that I loved him and you wanted to know how it went.
If I've got time, I've got a quick Triple G question, but I may not have time on that.
Yeah, you may not have time.
But go ahead.
What happened?
So, I met up with him on last Sunday.
He was gone the weekend before, so I didn't see him.
And I hung out with him at his garage.
now keep in mind where it work he's got a auto garage that he worked at so this is a real manly situation we were sitting in and at the end as I'm leaving when I'm leaving I told him that how much I appreciate it and how I appreciate him being in my life and all that and I told him I loved him and he just turned it on and said I love you back back.
So I think men don't have a problem with that.
They just don't.
Well, it's a great story.
I did a show on that about men saying to other men, I love you.
So he tried it out.
But obviously they do have trouble because this was the first time he told his friend that.
This was a test case.
All right.
Huh?
What was the question?
He didn't have a question.
He had a triple G question.
Oh, he had a triple G question.
Of course you want the triple G question, you narcissist.
Oh, I can't believe it.

Let's see.

He's at the University, probably University of Florida, and he notices the hookup culture is making women bisexual.
