We'll be right back.
I'd like you to play, Sean, Joe Biden when he was vice president.
It was one of the SARS. Which one was it?
Swine flu?
Do we have that recording there?
We have a hypochondriac for president.
A wimp.
He wouldn't have gone into any confined place during the swine flu.
I kept that recording, never imagining that such an incompetent crook would be president.
And I simply kept it as an example of cowardice in leadership positions, of pathetic...
Fear taking over a man.
If this stands, what this president did yesterday, if this stands legally, it is very difficult to see America remaining a free country.
The president of the United States can tell nearly half this country.
You must get a vaccination?
What if the President of the United States said, if any of your workers has an abortion, you must fire them?
People who are anti-abortion are more convinced that life will be taken than People who are even pro-vaccination.
They fear that people will lose lives if some people are not vaccinated.
But in the case of abortion, people know that a life is taken.
Everybody knows that, except for people on the left who lie to themselves.
I'm not even talking about the legality of abortion.
I'm simply talking about what if a president on the other side said that?
A worker who has killed a baby in the womb cannot work for you.
It sounds bizarre because it is bizarre.
But it's never bizarre on the left.
Nothing is bizarre.
The only bizarre things are on the right.
And by the way, I acknowledge it sounds bizarre.
And I certainly wouldn't be for such a law.
But I'm giving you an example from the right, which would be regarded as an unprecedented assault on liberty.
And by the way, to a certain extent, it would be true.
The amazing thing, among the amazing things, there are two outstandingly amazing things aside from the freedom issue.
One is, if you're vaccinated, why the hell do you care if I am?
That means you have such little faith in the vaccine that it is bizarre that you would push it.
Okay, that's the most obvious problem with this type of mandate.
And if you want it done, even when you believe that it doesn't work, then there even when you believe that it doesn't work, then there is the issue of those who had COVID.
would anybody who has the best possible immunity, natural immunity, be forced to take a vaccination?
And then to claim you have science?
Now, there are many other issues.
Forcing children to take it is child abuse.
Pure, unadulterated child abuse.
I want to Read to you.
Listen to this.
From Israel, one of the most, two or three most vaccinated countries in the world.
Israel confirmed cases July 4th to July 31st.
Okay, that's this summer.
It's going to blow your mind.
Ages 20 to 29. Fully vaccinated who got confirmed cases.
You with me?
I'll read it to you.
It's best to read it to you in percentages, the clearest.
What percentage of fully vaccinated Israelis, 20 to 29, have confirmed cases of COVID? 77.2.
Percentage of population.
That's fully vaccinated is 71.9.
Percentage of cases fully vaccinated that have COVID, 30 to 39, 78.3.
40 to 49, 83.9.
50 to 59, 86%.
60 to 69, 92%.
70 to 79, 93%.
Isn't that something?
Of confirmed cases in Israel with COVID. That's the percentage of fully vaccinated.
And by the way, just for the record, like in the, let's say, the 70 to 79 age group, 92.8% of Israelis of that age group are vaccinated, fully vaccinated.
Peace in the Intelligencer, that's New York Magazine.
It's not a right-wing source.
Did you see this?
Is the second shot giving young men a dangerous heart condition?
What date is it?
June 2. An official Israeli report found a striking correlation between COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations and a spike in cases of a heart inflammation condition in young males, which appears likely to lead the country to revisit its recommendation that children receive two doses of the vaccine.
The report found over 110 cases of myocarditis around the time of vaccination, 95 of which occurred following the second of Pfizer's two-dose regimen.
This translates to a rate of roughly 1 in 50,000.
However, most of the people who developed the heart condition were young men, with a particularly high incidence for those aged 16 to 24, putting their rate at around 1 in 5,000.
These findings raise the likelihood of a causal link between the vaccine and myocarditis, states the report.
This is in the most vaccinated country in the West that this report has come out.
This is the most pro-vaccine country we know of.
The findings raise the likelihood of a causal link between the vaccine and myocarditis, states the report presented by a committee that was appointed by the country's health ministry to investigate a possible connection between myocarditis and the vaccines.
A detailed analysis at Hadassah Medical Center, which is Israel's most prestigious medical center, a major hospital serving the greater Jerusalem area, Jerusalem area, found that cases of myocarditis at the facility were 5 to 25 times the normal number over the found that cases of myocarditis at the facility were 5 to 25 times the normal number Dror Merevach,
The head of internal medicine and the COVID-19 ward at Hadassah told Intelligencer.
This potentially puts the state, the rate, as high as 1 in 3,000 to 1 in 6,000 vaccinated young men, he said.
Mivorah, who also headed the National Committee to Investigate the Myocarditis Link, said that over a span of three months, The hospital saw 20 cases of myocarditis when it typically sees 4. 19 of the 20 cases were young males age 16 to 30. 18 of the 20 cases presented within 4 days of the second vaccine dose.
The patients all had chest pain or difficulty breathing, ruling out that the condition was asymptomatic and caught inadvertently by general tests.
Only two patients of the 20 had evidence of past infection, eliminating any correlation with COVID-19 itself rather than the vaccine.
Mavorach, the Israeli physician, suggested that it's possible his committee found a seemingly definitive link, while the U.S. has not because Israel is a small country and it's easier within their system to find a signal faster.
He predicts the CDC will change its assessment.
I don't believe so because the CDC is not a truth-telling organization.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We'll be back in a moment.
1-8 Prager 776. Trending now on America First with Sebastian Berka.
I have to control myself, Jenna, because in the last five to ten years, I think it's fair to say, empirically, that there's been an amazing shift, a sea change in American attitudes to abortion, and especially in the youth, in the under-30s, who understand, they follow the science, they understand that this is a human being inside a mother's womb.
I don't want to get carried away with myself, but how important you are.
You've taught constitutional law.
You're a practicing lawyer.
How important, how significant is the SCOTUS decision and the signing into effect of the new heartbeat law in Texas?
It's very significant.
And even though this was simply a denial of an emergency application to stay the law, it shows that the Supreme Court is no longer reflexively protecting abortion as a so-called right.
And that's what is the most important part of this decision.
The Supreme Court said that they were not ruling on the merits of the issue.
Of course, it will be litigated.
But what they're saying here is that no longer will an activist majority simply say, sorry states, you don't have a compelling interest to protect unborn life.
And so for all of us who understand actual science and who have seen the science, who see the strides that we have made and showing how heartbeats are about five to six weeks after conception.

And the Congress is going to get to the bottom of what was, in retrospect, probably one of the worst mistakes of the last three months, which is abandoning our secure air base with a significant perimeter to protect against the exact kind of suicide bombing that claimed 13 American lives.
Now, I know an individual in General Milley's circle.
And I am told exactly what you just said.
They would not lift the cap on the troops.
But my advice to this individual was tell everyone you can to get a story straight, a timeline down, and every supporting document in one binder so that you do not have to change your story on timing or detail even once or you'll have Benghazi on your hands.
And I believe that the Pentagon would be well served to over respond rather than under respond at this point.
What's your advice to the Pentagon, Senator, on how to respond to the queries, which will never stop until we have a day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute timeline and document supporting a decision tree here?
Well, that sound advice not only to the Pentagon, but to anyone in the administration.
Look, Congress is not just going to move on from this fiasco.
We're going to get to the bottom of what happened.
Then if the Democratic Congress right now won't do it, then we'll get to the bottom of it in early 2023, once Republicans have won back control of the Congress.
Not just the Pentagon, but anyone who is involved in this needs to understand that Congress and the American people are going to insist upon answers, and they need to have those answers ready, and they need to be documented and demonstrated with evidence.
Any kind of shifting explanation or political spin or CYA is going to be exposed.

The laws that pervade our society from the left are going to kill it, or can kill it.
Let's put it that way.
I don't make any predictions.
United Airlines has gone full bore on this.
Every employee must be vaccinated or they go on unpaid leave.
So what if a third of their pilots say, okay, I'm going on unpaid leave?
What's United going to do?
Well, I guess they already have it.
They'll just have more women and minorities as pilots.
Doesn't work that way?
Does United?
Doesn't work that way in your vision of excellence and safety.
I think that United Airlines is less committed to safety than other airlines.
And I'm united high level.
I'm some silver, gold, platinum level, whatever it's called.
They admitted it.
They are not choosing people to be pilots based on competence, but based on race and gender.
They said it.
Half of their places will be for women and minorities, for pilots.
That means we are not choosing people based on competence.
So you're going to fly United at your risk.
And if you want to support...
Look, I'm not saying I'm boycotting.
I can't help it.
I fly constantly.
If I fly from LA to Houston, it's either United or a helicopter.
It's pretty much the way it works.
But I will try to avoid United.
And those of you who have a choice, it's a thought.
It's less safe.
Safety is Americans' religion.
Way, way, way ahead of Christianity or Judaism.
For even most Christians and Jews.
Let alone for the nuns, the N-O-N-E-S in our society.
Right?
Right.
We are experiencing...
An unprecedented assault on liberty?
For no good reason?
Once again, if you're vaccinated, why the hell do you care if I am?
And why are you pushing people who have COVID and children into this?
Now, I don't claim that, what is it, myocarditis?
I don't claim that this is a common result in young men.
Much greater rate than before.
And only among those who get a second vaccine.
So, since the chances of these young, healthy males dying of COVID is so minuscule, why would you do it?
And are there long-term effects?
I don't know.
I don't claim there are.
I don't know.
Are they going to mandate a booster?
What about a second booster?
Oh, but this wimp is going to tell airports that if you don't walk in an airport with a mask, the fines will be doubled.
Nothing would bring me greater joy than to see...
Millions of Americans not wear masks at airports.
It's a farce.
Most people know it's a farce, but a lot of people don't.
I wonder what percentage of Americans think it matters if you wear a completely permeable mask, which is what 99% of Americans wear.
The ability to scare people is astonishing.
Scare people into complete irrationality.
I want to know, I want you to know I am proud of the Republican Party.
I want to read to you from the Daily Mail some of the reactions of Republicans.
Republicans nationwide are tearing into President Joe Biden after he announced he'd use an emergency order to force businesses with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines or weekly COVID testing.
Forcing this and coercing people I don't think is the right decision.
I'd imagine that you're going to see a lot of activity in the courts if they try to do that through an executive action, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said during a press conference.
Arizona Representative Andy Biggs revealed he would try to block the measure in Congress.
I will be introducing legislation to block the egregious assault on Americans' freedom and liberty, he wrote on Twitter.
We must fight against these attempts to force vaccine mandates on the American people.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem appeared to threaten legal action against the Biden administration on Twitter.
She was joined by fellow Republican Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, who wrote, I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration.
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, also Republican, released a statement criticizing Biden over the announcement.
President Biden's dictatorial approach is wrong, un-American, and will do far more harm than good.
How many workers will be displaced?
How many kids kept out of classrooms?
How many businesses find?
Ducey wrote Thursday.
Senator Ben Sasse, it's a pleasure to report something positive about Senator Sasse, released a scathing statement, which read, and I say that because I... To my great sadness, because I've met him, he was sort of a never-Trumper, and for reasons that I think are completely irrational.
Anyway, President Biden, he wrote, is so desperate to distract from his shameful, incompetent Afghanistan exit that he is saying crazy things and pushing constitutionally flawed executive orders.
This is a cynical attempt to pick a fight.
And distract from the president's morally disgraceful decision to leave Afghanistan behind Taliban lines on the 20th anniversary of 9-11.
This isn't how you beat COVID, but it is how you run a distraction campaign.
It's gross, and the American people shouldn't fall for it.
Bless you, Ben Sasse.
Republican Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky blasted Biden's order as unconstitutional.
OSHA has no more authority to enforce this than CDC had to issue the eviction moratorium.
Correct.

Israel is getting ready for their fourth jab.
Now, some people, this is how dishonest the media is, they say, well, Israel in the last couple days, they've seen their rates go down.
Now, why do you think that COVID rates would be going down in Israel the last couple days?
Anybody?
Is it because of the vaccine?
Masks?
No.
It's because of the high holidays, okay?
People are staying at home and they're not going out and they're not working and they're not congregating.
So they've locked down the country through basically pseudo-religious mandate.
Israel and Sweden, if you look at the seven-day rolling average of new cases per 100,000, Sweden, on this chart that has been published, is right around 10%.
Israel has far exceeded 100%, and in fact, there are more cases right now happening in America and the Western world than there were a year ago.
And a very basic question should be, is the vaccine helping or is it hurting?
What's the answer to that question?
Why is it that rates keep on going up the more vaccinated we are?
Well, Israel is the only country in the world that gives the third vaccination to everyone at ages 12 plus.
A COVID passport is required for 12 plus.
And by the way, let me just say, I'm a very, I'm a lover of Israel and Jerusalem.
I don't know if I'm ever going back to Israel.
I don't.
I said this to one of my friends the other day who runs a great project there.
He said, oh, you'll be coming back.
I said, I don't know if I'll be welcome in Israel because I'm not getting vaccinated and I'm not doing any of this stuff.

*music*
*music* So Larry Elder is running for governor of California and he will be the governor if the people of California vote to recall Gavin Newsom.
And the thought that Gavin Newsom is governor to begin with is painful to me because he's so incompetent.
Nevertheless, Larry Elder, I hear that the energy at your rallies, of course, I spoke at one of them, but you've got really big rallies.
The energy is analogous to a Trump energy.
I think that's right.
Dennis, I have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm.
Men coming up to me crying, saying, thank you for saving California.
Thank you for doing something about the crime.
Thank you for doing something about the rise of homelessness.
Thank you for doing something about the way this man shut down the state to the point, Dennis, where a third of all small businesses are now gone forever, many of which were owned by...
Black and brown and Asian-American people.
I only mention their race because people like Gavin do some pride themselves on caring about people like that.
And then I hear from women who are telling me, finally, I'm going to be able to have a choice.
I could take my kid out of an underperforming government school and put him into a private school or a charter school or a private school or homeschooling.
This is the kind of stuff that I'm hearing.
And, Dennis, I never, ever imagined that there would be this kind of reception to my entering this race.
I know.
I know you didn't.
Well, because you're just...
You're not an arrogant man to begin with, so I have no doubt that this has taken you by surprise.
And well-deserved, by the way.
The smear campaign against you, which is something I am used to reading about, about anybody who is an effective conservative.
I'll give an example, aside from the black face of white supremacy, which...
I should have rendered the author fired by the Los Angeles Times.
But an example, I think, I don't know if it was the New York Times or wherever, that you don't believe there is racism in America.
Yeah, well, of course, I've never said anything like that.
Of course not!
What I've challenged is this business about whether there's systemic racism.
The idea that the police are pulling black people over and using that voice against black people just because they're black, that's been rejected in the study.
It's nonsense.
It's what the left does to divide America, to scare black people, because they've convinced a large number of black people, Dennis, that social justice is a primary issue in America, not quality of schools, not crime, not whether or not you're able to get a job.
And so they do this because they want to try and get that monolithic...
A black vote without which they cannot survive at the presidential level.
That's exactly what they're trying to do.
What do you feel the reaction among blacks is in California?
Well, you know, a lot of blacks have been indoctrinated that anybody black has an R at the end of his name, is a sellout, is a novel Tom.
And I've talked to black reporters and I said, are you happy about the fact that 75% of black boys in our government schools cannot read?
Are you happy about the crime?
Climb up dramatically in Los Angeles, where you and I live, Dennis.
It's up 41%, and I'm talking about shootings and homicides.
And are you happy about the fact that half of all the murder victims in America are black, and they're almost always killed by other black people?
Are you happy about all of this?
Are you happy about the breakdown of the black family to the point where...
70% of black children enter the world without a father married to the mother.
Are you happy about all these kinds of things?
These are the kinds of things I'm talking about.
These are the kinds of things we ought to be addressing.
And I'm a sellout.
I'm an Uncle Tom.
I'm the blackface of white supremacy.
I say, connect the dots.
You're being manipulated.
You're being used.
You're being betrayed.
God bless you.
Did you happen to see the Washington Post, so to speak, fact check on you?
The Washington Post about...
Fact check.
Their fact checker at the Washington Post.
No, I didn't see it.
Okay.
Well, I might be reading more about you than you are.
I mean, it may well be the case.
And they gave you four Pinocchios.
I read the entire piece.
It is the liar, not you.
You say 70% of black kids do not enter the world with a married mother and father, correct?
Correct.
So they said that's a lie, but their data had nothing to do with what you claimed.
I'd love you to see it.
It will give you an example of how the Washington Post manipulates truth in the name of fact-checking.
Well, Dennis, again, I'm used to this.

When do the families of the people stranded there go public?
That's really the issue, Byron, because that will draw attention.
Well, I think it's going to be pretty soon.
I mean, the United States is dependent either on the Taliban or the Qataris or some other nation to help get United States people out of Afghanistan.
Let's say one more thing.
I think on this issue of evacuations, there are two sides to this issue.
There is who we have not yet brought out of Afghanistan, and there's who we have brought out of Afghanistan.
And that's a lot of interpreters that we brought out.
And we are finding out more about the frenzied, confused, and incomplete vetting that has taken place.
With Afghans who have been brought to the United States, we have one member of Congress, Representative Tiffany, I believe is his name, from Wisconsin, who went to an army base where thousands and thousands of people have been brought, and is asking, well, what's the betting on these people?
Did they need to be brought to the United States immediately?
Could they be waiting in a third country, safe from...
Being out of Afghanistan, waiting in a third country, while the United States conducts normal vetting operations that we perform on all refugees.

And vaccine-crazed, who are freaking out about 100,000 people in a college football stadium, I'll bet they think that's okay.
Well, if the nine-year-old doesn't have his mask on, you've got to tape it to his head.
Tape the mask around it so it stays over his mouth and his nose.
Not only should the teacher lose...
...about him in their supposed fact checker, the Washington Post.
There's Desecrates the word journalism.
So, Larry, you were going to give me an example when we have to take a break.
Yeah, speaking of journalism, you know, Dennis, one of the many allegations made against me is that I dislike women because of an article that I wrote 21 years ago where I was quoting a study by the Annenberg School of Journalism, and I was quoting a left-wing professor.
And there was an allegation made against me that I denied that I engaged in domestic violence.
But the stories ran with it.
The political ran with it.
CNN ran with it.
There was headlines for several days.
Now, just yesterday, Dennis, Rose McGowan, the actress who says her career was destroyed because she refused to sleep with Harvey Weinstein and is largely responsible for why Harvey Weinstein is facing several rape charges, just yesterday she said that Gavin Newsom's wife Called her six months before the story blew up on behalf of Harvey Weinstein's lawyer and said, how can we make this story go away?
Now, Dennis, I don't know whether it's true or false, but you know my girlfriend, Nina.
Imagine if somebody alleged that Nina called Rose McGowan six months before the Harvey Weinstein blew up, called on behalf of Harvey Weinstein's lawyer and said, quote, How can we make this story go away?
It'd be the front page everywhere.
It'd be on Politico.
It would be on CNN. And we know Politico has the story.
They've written not one word about it.
The only outlet that's written about this is real, clear politics.
Now, again, I'm not sure whether or not it's true, but it would be a bombshell if true, if Gavin Newsom's wife called Rose McGowan six months before this story blew up on behalf of Harvey Weinstein's lawyer and said, how can we make this story go away?
That's all they'd be talking about.
That's all I would be talking about between now and the election day, Dennis.
But a tree fell in the forest and didn't make a sound.
This is the kind of double standard that I've been putting up with ever since I've been running.
By the way, your comments, again, I follow it all.
Your comments about women, as you point out, you were citing a study that women on a knowledge test of current affairs knew less on average than men.
Now, so for that, you have been attacked as a misogynist, which is evil.
The attack is vile.
Listen to this.
Again, I have more time to do research than you, who are constantly on the road.
Governor Newsom, this is from Red State yesterday, Governor Newsom recently gave a virtue signaling speech in which he lavished praise on women for being better than men at everything.
Quote, Women are smarter in politics, smarter in civics, they're smarter in economics, women rule.
Now, I don't care if he says that, but why isn't he a male hater?
What if a man had said, or a woman, men are smarter in politics, smarter in civics, smarter in economics, men rule?
That would be the end of the person's career.
So you can say anything about men and nothing about women.
Well, it's also condescending.
I mean, the average IQ of a man is 100. The average IQ of a woman is 100. He's pandering.
He's pushing the narrative that Larry hates women.
On the other hand, I love women.
I adore women, says Gavin Newsom.
In fact, I think women are superior to men.
Why shouldn't he resign then and appoint a female to take his job?
I'll give you another double standard, Dennis.
Front-page article in the New York Times, all about me.
All of it is negative.
Never once missioning my race.
Never once mentioning that I would be the first black governor of California.
Now, Dennis, you know me, I've never made a big deal out of this.
I've no one people to vote for me because I'm black or against me because I'm black.
And frankly, after we've had a black president, as far as I'm concerned, everything else is anticlimactic.
But on the very same newspaper, front page, across the page, is a big article about, quote, the first female governor of New York.
A woman who became governor only because Cuomo resigned.
She didn't even run and get elected.
But that was a big deal because she had a D at the end of her name, I have an R at the end of my name, and I'm no longer black.
That's exactly right.
So, you know I like the big questions.
So, your experience with the media, has that confirmed what you believed prior, or have you learned anything new?
No, it just confirmed it.
I knew it was going to be nasty.
I knew it was going to be vicious.
And the degree of viciousness corresponds with how effective I am as a politician and the likelihood that I'm going to win.
And I knew that once I scare them, once I break this tie that they have over black and brown voters, largely because of the issue of school choice, I knew they were going to come at me with a vengeance.
So nothing has surprised me.
Absolutely nothing.
And people have asked me, do I regret running?
Not one moment, Dennis.
Not one moment.
I believe I can do something about the crime.
I can do something about homelessness.
I can do something about the decline of the quality of education.
I can do better forest management.
I can stop these rolling brownouts.
I believe I have ideas and I've met experts up and down the state who I'm going to appoint in powerful positions and I'm going to turn this state around and it's every bit worth it.
Bless your soul.
So I want to remind everybody in California...
That we have until Tuesday to vote on the recall.
That's the key because everybody knows that if Gavin Newsom is recalled, Larry Elder would be governor.
So the key is to vote yes on the recall.
It is one of the most important votes in modern American history.
And what about helping you out financially?
Is it still important?
It's still very important.
He's raised about $75 million.
Most people believe he's going to spend about $100 million from the usual suspects, the teachers' unions, the public sector unions, Hollywood and big tech.
And Barack Obama just cut a commercial for him.
Bernie Sanders cut a commercial for him.
Senator Warren did.
And Dennis, notice in any of those commercials, you never heard the following words.
Gavin Newsom...
He's done a good job for the people of California.
You've never heard that.
You hear it's a takeover, but you've never heard Gavin Newsom has done a good job for the people of California.

I hope.
Well, I know you'll take this right.
I'm so proud of you.
You have no idea.
You're a prince.
Well, Dennis, thank you for that.
And, you know, without your support and pressure, there's a good chance I wouldn't be doing this.
But God bless you, Dennis.
You first approached me and asked me to run, and, you know, I said no.
You were persistent, as were others, and you convinced me that I can turn this state around, and I intend to do just that.
God willing.

Now, why do you think that COVID rates would be going down in Israel the last couple days?
Anybody?
Is it because of the vaccine?

Numerous blockades throughout Israel and mask mandates.
Where Sweden has no booster shots, no COVID passports, no lockdowns, and no masks.
Hi, everybody. everybody.
Dennis Prager here.
Steve in Newport Beach, California.
Hello.
Hey, Dennis, how you doing?
Well, thank you.
Hey, thank you very much for taking my call.
So, I have a couple questions here for you.
The premise of my call is I'm currently reading your book, The Rational Bible, The Book of Genesis, which I find to just be absolutely fascinating.
I'm a born...
I'm still practicing Presbyterian, but reading this book has just been a complete eye-opener.
It just shows you how much you don't know.
So, listening to your article that you're reading this morning about Israel and the vaccinations, it dawned on me, as it has before, why is it that Israel is so terrified of the coronavirus and Israel being a Jewish country?
And you being who you are, I just figured the best person to ask would be, you, why are Jews so terrified of this coronavirus?
Why are Jews?
Is that what you said?
Yeah.
Okay, it's a fair question.
I asked the same question when Israel went over the top under Netanyahu and then under Bennett.
My theory was that it's a residue of the Holocaust.
The idea of a large number of Jews dying again just hit Israelis in a very sensitive nerve center.
And I don't think that's the only reason.
I'm not sure it's even accurate.
But that was my first reaction.
Another one is, Jews are very well-educated.
Well-educated people are more scared than less well-educated people.
Well-educated people worship experts.
Truly worship them.
And nobody worships doctors more than Jews.
There's an old joke.
Mr. and Mrs. Ira Goldman are proud to announce the birth of their son, Dr. David Goldman.
Why was that a joke?
Jokes tell truths.
The preoccupation with doctors is a big factor in Jewish life.
Unfortunately, however, excessive fear is not a monopoly of the Jews.
Most churches didn't open and march to the beat of the secular drummer, and, of course, vast numbers of secular people generally.
And look at Australia.
In Australia, people have accepted totalitarianism, and they're not Jewish.

1.4 million, Mike.
Okay.
And already my struggles, I already had struggles from before.
This is what they don't understand.
They don't understand the struggles we go through.
Everybody, we, it's an, like, they don't sit and think about the struggles a family has.
And my struggles are even more compared to others.
I lost my husband.
I'm a single mom with four kids.
Like, enough already.
Let me live.
Let me feed my children.

We're violating New York City human rights laws if we comply with this.
I'm not complying.
You're like the voice of Americans who are saying, you're not going to tell me.
How I can choose to live my life or run my business.
Irene, I don't understand.
You have to help me understand the $1.4 million that you're facing.
How does an owner of a beloved diner like Kellogg's Diner in Brooklyn rack up $1.4 million that they say you owe the government?
Because when you buy a business, you have a lease, you have a mortgage, you conduct contracts.
There's rules on those contracts.
And when you default on those contracts, you will lose in court if you defaulted.
Right, right.
And I lost.

But Biden is taking a hit, and Democrats are trying to stay clear from him.
The caller in the last hour said, where's Kamala?
Kamala is doing her best to stay clear of Joe Biden.
I mean, her polls stink, but combined...
The both of them combined, I guess it's extra stinky together, because both of them stink.
And the funny thing is, her poles are worse than his, and she wants to be nowhere near this cat.
People are finding out that this Build Back Better thing is a socialist agenda, and the $3.5 trillion partisan wish list that the Democrats are wanting is starting to turn people off because people are starting to realize that the economic pain is going to be felt at home.
Average, everyday Americans sitting around their dinner table are going to feel that pain.
Overall, the poll found that Biden's net approval average is negative seven.
That means 44% are approving of his job as the president and 51% disapprove.
So this is a major slide.
A generic Republican on the ballot at this time would lead in all seven districts going up against the Democrat incumbents by six percentage points on average.
So Carl, the elections are so far away.
Why are you worried about this or why are you talking about this now?
Polls don't matter.
Polls do matter.
Unfortunately, I feel like Republicans are starting to do the same.
Republicans have an opportunity of a lifetime, in my opinion, to kick Biden while he's down.
And you have Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin McCarthy seems to have backtracked slightly.

What's your advice to the Pentagon, Senator, on how to respond to the queries, which will never stop until we have a day-by-day, hour-by-hour, minute-by-minute timeline and document supporting a decision tree here?
Well, that's sound advice not only to the Pentagon, but to anyone in the administration.
Congress is not just going to move on from this fiasco.

It's the happy, happy, happy, happy hour.
Yes, it is.
My friends, I want to tell you something about happiness.
But first, but first, but first, but first, let's sing the song that we have each week.
Let's sing the song.
It's the happy, happy, happy, happy hour!
That's right, everybody.
Since 1999, every single Friday, come rain, come tempests, tornadoes, earthquakes, Democrats, whatever happens, we have a happiness hour.
And if you are a Democrat, I mean your party, not you.
So don't be insulted.
People get insulted too fast.
People can't laugh anymore.
Yeah, they need permission to laugh.
The happiness hour takes on more importance as our society is in trouble.
Everybody had trouble with happiness.
Not everybody.
Many people had trouble with happiness because of personal issues.
But now you realize what happens when your society begins to crumble from within because people within are destroying it.
People have big issues with their children.
A lot of family rifts because of Trump and anti-Trump.
And now because of vaccine and non-vaccine.
So my heart goes out to you.
And the Happiness Hour takes on added significance.
I spoke on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, last week.
No, earlier this week, excuse me.
Everything is a choice.
I've conducted Rosh Hashanah Yom Kippur services for 15 years.
This year is no exception.
About 350 people attend.
And thousands more, or I don't know if thousands is accurate, about a thousand more, watched on the internet.
Which you can do as well, by the way, for the Yom Kippur service, and then see the Rosh Hashanah service, because it's irrelevant what religion you are or no religion.
I speak in universal terms of relevance.
It's at SalemNow.com.
Which, by the way, is in fact what triggered...
The topic that I will talk to you about today on happiness.
That issue triggered it in my mind.
Anyway, I talked about choosing everything as a choice.
And I'm going to talk about it on the air.
Two big ones.
I gave about seven examples of everything being a choice.
But the two big ones are you choose to be happy and you choose to lead a religious life.
People think that you lead a religious life if you're a big believer.
That's not my view.
You choose to lead a religious life because it's a better way to live a life, period.
People are agnostic, but they live as atheists.
Even a lot of believers live as atheists.
The biggest mistake of their life, of your life, Not to lead a religious life.
Church-centered, synagogue-centered, Bible-centered in particular, Bible-centered.
Anyway, my topic today was triggered by this streaming of my Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah services.
And you'll say, what's the relevance?
Now, by the way, I'm somewhat self-conscious because it's going to sound like I'm trying to sell you tickets to stream.
I'm willing to take the risk.
Okay?
People know me.
I'm not motivated by money.
I've never been motivated by money.
In fact, I wish I were more motivated by money than I have been.
Okay?
So, I'm willing to take the risk.
So, it costs $150 to get the live stream of my services.
You get, what is the total of hours?
I mean, it's a lot of hours.
It's 3, 7, 10, about 17 hours of 4K. It's very expensive to do this because we spend $20,000 just on photography equipment and people to do it.
So there's very little profit in it.
But, I mean, obviously if a vast number of people did it, there would be a big profit in it.
But I'm not raising this topic for profits.
I'm raising the topic because it triggered in me a thought.
How do people choose what to spend their money on?
So if I may be autobiographical, let me tell you two things about my own life.
I was blessed, blessed by nature or by God, I don't know which, with a pursuit of wisdom from a very, very early age.
I thought about the big issues.
I pursued the big issues from high school, early high school, sophomore, I would say, on.
The rest of my life.
So, two examples of what I mean by what do you spend your money on.
I fell in love with classical music as a sophomore in high school.
I never did any homework.
In four years of high school, I never did homework.
I thought it was useless, and I was right.
But I did pursue learning.
I loved learning.
I loved studying the world.
So, a wonderful man, I'll name his name, Dr. Harron, who I'm sure passed on, he wanted to cultivate in the kids in the school a love of culture.
So he would procure tickets to everything.
Shakespeare plays, New York City ballet, classical concerts, for a dollar.
A dollar.
And I figured, I'm not doing any homework.
I might as well explore everything.
I even went to the ballet, which I don't particularly, I don't enjoy watching ballet.
And that's my, by the way, that's my loss.
I fully acknowledge it.
It's my loss that I don't appreciate poetry.
I don't, I haven't fallen in love with everything.
But one of the tickets was a dollar to Carnegie Hall, the most prestigious concert hall in the world, probably.
Certainly in America.
So I went to a concert at Carnegie Hall for a dollar.
Having no idea whether I'd like it or not.
And by the way, it was not even an orchestral concert.
It was a chamber concert, meaning a few instruments.
All strings.
All the composer handle is Concerti Grossi Opus 3 or Opus 6. I don't remember which.
And it doesn't matter.
I sat there, transfixed.
You know love at first sight, which exists?
I had love at first hearing.
I fell in love with classical music.
The next day, I went back to Manhattan from Brooklyn, went to Carnegie Hall, and I bought, I remember the sum, $32, which is a lot of money when I was in high school.
$32 of concert tickets.
How did I get $32?
I gave up lunch for a month.
Literally gave up lunch.
Which, given the fact that I was never thin, was probably not a bad idea to begin with.
I had breakfast, I had dinner for a month.
I knew that going to concerts was more important than having lunch.
That's what I mean, what do you spend your money on?
And that was a biggie.
I'll give you one more example.
Again, what money did I have in high school?
My father gave me an allowance.
That's what they used to call it.
A certain amount of money every week, spend as I wished.
That was all the money I had.
And I bought book after book after book.
I just kept buying books.
And especially, this was my criterion for buying a book.
Will it give me one important insight into life?
So I bought a lot of books, for example, on God and suffering.
And I thought, if I can get one good insight on how to explain a good God and all this suffering, It'll be worth the money I paid for the book.
One good insight.
So at a very early age, I understood spend your money on important stuff.
We'll continue.

Happiness Hour subject is what do you spend your money on?
I have never addressed this directly on a Happiness Hour.
I did, however, address something related.
And that is, what gives you ultimately more happiness, experiences, or objects?
And I don't doubt that objects can bring you happiness.
My audio system brings me great happiness.
My camera brings me great happiness, to be perfectly honest.
But I've always spent on experiences.
How did a guy who is not a travel agent, who has a full-time job, go to 131 countries?
Which I have.
Because I decided at a very early age I would spend my money going around the world.
Mind you, I never had a lot of money.
Never.
It's very recent that I'm comfortable.
I never pursued money, but I did pursue having enough money to go to another place every single year.
Which is what I did.
It is not possible to assign a value corresponding to the happiness and meaning and depth that these travels have brought me.
And then people spend a lot of money on fun stuff.
Well, they spend a lot of money on a car.
I mean, unless you're rich, you have to figure out where do you allot your money to.
So it was triggered, as I said, by I know the life-changing things that I said and that the service brought to people who streamed my High Holy Day services.
I know it from the reactions people have, both those live and those on the Internet.
And I'm thinking, at $100, Or $150, depending on what people got.
Most people can afford that.
Some people cannot, and I obviously respect that fact.
But most people can and won't spend it, because they'll say, oh, it's a lot.
I don't know what a lot means.
There's a lot of overhead, but beside that point.
This notion...
What do I spend my money on?
Will it bring me happiness?
As opposed to, is it fun?
It's a very big distinction I draw in my book on happiness between fun and happiness.
And I'm pro-fun.
I think fun's great.
But it has a different role in life than happiness.
So, what people spend their money on, what you spend your money on, is a major...
Major question in bringing you happiness.
1-8 Prager 776-877-243-7776 I'm very happy with the choices I have made.

If I have any left over, I buy food and clothing.
Yeah, well, I just read a biography of Erasmus and Luther.
And I didn't know that, nevertheless, and I couldn't agree with Erasmus more.
That's what I felt.
I never had a lot of shoes or a lot of suits, and I wear suits a lot because of my lecturing.
But my clothing budget has always been pretty bare-bones.
But books, music, travel, because I've always wanted to be happy.
And I knew in the final analysis, and I wanted to be wise, I admit it.
And you have to teach your kids as well.
What you spend your money on is a huge subject that...
People don't think about.
They buy what they want.
It's like stores know, you know, that last-minute purchase so they have a ton of stuff at the counter.
They know.
People spend their money on a whim, and I understand that, too.
I'm as prone to any of this stuff as anybody else.
But I always knew that spending money...
Needs to be thought through.
And I'm very happy with the choices that I made.
Alright, let's see here.

But Mitch McConnell talking about they don't want to impeach.
Why not?
Why not?

Hi, everybody.
Happiness Hour, every Friday.
Choose happiness was Lincoln's great line.
That wasn't the only...
He said, what is it?
I reckon people are as happy as they choose to be, as they decide to be.
That was his verb.
And I'm talking today about a subject that...
People don't think about much.
And that is, what do you spend your money on?
Do you spend it on things that will bring you happiness or not?
I use my own life as an example because it's the life I know best.
From my high school age on, I knew books.
But I remember exactly what I thought.
I would look at a book in a bookstore.
That was the way we bought books then.
And I would think, Maybe this will give me one great insight into life.
For that alone, I will pay the price of this book.
Maybe I'll get one great insight.
I always wanted great insights into life.
And then travel.
And it was a great decision.
I am proud to say I've been to 131 countries.
I am.
It's not easy.
But that was what I decided to do.
And what it has brought me, in terms of happiness and wisdom, and I think they're related, is immeasurable.
So you have to ask yourself.
It was triggered by some people writing me that they couldn't afford or they wouldn't spend the money to stream my high holiday services.
Which are very meaningful to people of any religion or no religion.
And I thought, that's what I thought about.
You know, this might in fact deeply impact your life for $100.
Why?
Now, for some people, that is too much money.
I'm not trying to sell you anything.
I'm explaining to you what triggered this topic.
When I thought, well, is that too much money?
It's too much money if you don't get anything out of it.
It's a bargain if it touches your life.
That's how you have to look at it.
It's like speeches, which I've done all my life.
My view is that if you're boring, then no matter how long you speak, it's too much.
And if you're interesting, no matter how long you speak, it's too little.
All right, let's see what you folks have to say.
Mike, San Diego, California.
Hello.
Hey, Dennis.
After I graduated college, I spent $5,000 and traveled around the world for a year.
And that was the best $5,000 I'd ever spent.
You mean you feel that that...
That was better than on a $5,000 more expensive car?
Yes, by a long shot.
And it was better than money I spent on college, too.
I learned a lot more in a year of travel than I did before years of college.
All money spent on college is wasted money, so that's a separate issue.
Yes, bless your soul.
Did you do it alone or with somebody?
I had a friend who had the same idea as me.
We left together about halfway around the world.
He ran out of money in the world of travel and came back.
And you continued on your own?
Yes, I did.
I salute you.
How old were you?
I turned 25 on the trip.
So, you're a rare breed.
Most people don't do that.
Why did you?
Do you have an answer?
You probably don't.
But why did you?
No, I actually can't answer the question.
My great-grandfather had been a merchant marine, traveled around the world, had great stories about what he learned traveling.
None of his family had ever left the country, and I just wanted to be like my great-grandfather.
I wanted to see the world, and I wanted to see what he learned from it.
And he was just such a godly man.
I thought that maybe his travels had something to do with that, and I wanted to emulate that.
Are you married?
Yes, I am.
Kids?
One daughter.
What do you do for a living?
I'm an electrician.
Did you go to college?
Yeah, I did.
I majored in history, minored in American Indian studies.
I got a master's in theology, so naturally I became an electrician.
You're my man.

I really, I have to control myself, Jenna.
Because in the last five to ten years, I think it's fair to say, empirically, that there's been an amazing shift, a sea change in American attitudes to abortion.
and especially in the youth.
In the under-30s, who understand, they follow the science, they understand that this is a human being inside a mother's womb.
I don't want to get carried away with myself, but how important...
You are, you've taught constitutional law, you're a practicing lawyer.

And I believe that the Pentagon would be well served to over...
*music*
*music* Hi everybody, Dennis Prager here.
*music* I try to touch people's lives.
That's what I do for a living.
That's what I've done with my life.
And many people agree, and many people can't stand me.
But I know I've touched a lot of lives.
That's all I want to do.
So it triggered my desire to make a truly meaningful service that...
Anybody of any religion or no religion could appreciate for the Jewish High Holy Days, which we're in the midst of right now.
And for the first time in my life, we're streaming it live through Salem Now, SalemNow.com.
And here's a typical reaction that I got.
Let's see.
I'm a Christian, and I loved the services.
I will be sharing with family and friends who are not Jewish.
Thank you for all you do.
So it touched a lot of people's lives.
And when I did the Passover Seder during the lockdown, 400,000 people signed up because it was free.
And this thing was $100 or $150, depending on what you signed up for, for about 17 hours of live streaming of Rosh Hashanah and Kippur.
And a tiny fraction of $400,000 signed up.
So it's so interesting.
Your people are willing to be touched for free, but not to pay to be influenced in a deep way.
I understand it.
And that is why I'm talking to you about this subject.
Happiness and what you spend your money on.
I'm using this as an example.
I'm not using it to sell you tickets.
Nobody starts with High Holy Day services to become rich.
And it is, however, a huge lesson for us.
$400,000 for free and, I don't know, whatever number.
Well under $1,000 for $100.
That's the way people think.
And that's why I decided to raise this topic on the Happiness Hour.
What people spend their money on.
They don't think, is it important?
Will it increase my wisdom?
Will it increase my happiness?
Okay, so here we go.
Okay.
Melissa in Dallas, hello.
Hi, Dennis.
I definitely prefer to spend my money on experiences, but I wanted to talk about material expenses.
I definitely impose a happiness value versus a monetary value.
So, for example, I could have a $200 pair of fancy shoes that are beautiful that I may just wear once a year, but...
I add more value to maybe a $200 pair of work shoes that I wear every day.
And I deeply contemplate that value of how much I enjoy it, you know, before I make the purchase.
Well, no, I'm perfectly on board with that.
And I said objects, and I used my own example.
Photography and audio equipment bring me happiness.
Shoes don't bring me happiness.
But I'm a guy.
Most guys, you know, they're not shoe.
As shoe-conscious as women are.
And I understand.
But your criteria of which one do you wear more, I think for a daily shoe you should spend as much as you want.
Yeah.
And being said, I value your show very much because I enjoy it so much.
Oh, good.
I'm glad you do.
I'm glad you do.
And I thank you.
It would be an interesting test, given how many people say that the show has touched their lives.
How many would pay for it?
You know, people write to me there are too many commercials.
I couldn't agree more.
However, on the other hand, the only reason I'm on the air is because of commercials.
Right?
The only reason there's talk radio is commercials.
They don't have commercial radio in Europe like this, so there's no talk radio.
So there's nothing.
On the radio in Europe that differs with the government.
Nothing.
It's all woke.
So people have to think, what are they going to pay?
I send money to most websites that I use.
There's an example for you.
The idea, it's a bad idea that people got used to getting all the things that they want on the internet for free.
But it is, and so people are sort of spoiled, and they expect to get it for free.
I totally get it when websites charge.
I completely understand it.
All of PragerU stuff is free because people donate to make it possible.
Somebody's got to pay.
Very important stuff.
Okay, Tony in Bainbridge, Ohio.
The famous Tony of Bainbridge.
Hi.
Tony P., Tony P., it's an honor to speak with you again, sir.
Thank you.
When was the last time we spoke?
Oh, it was probably five, six months ago.
And actually, you actually disagree with me on a comment, and my comment wound up being, The focus of one of your follow-up shows, which I found interesting.
Well, that's a credit to you.
Yeah, well, I don't know if I could go for that kind of a compliment, but it kind of was, so it's interesting.
But anyway, I am a monthly PragerU supporter.
Thank you.
Happily do so.
I'm not a rich guy, but I give money to you every month.
Thank you.
And I love seeing the new videos that come out when they're released.
So anyway, I'm a pro photographer.
I spend my money...
I love it.
Anyway, it's your profession.
You should spend like crazy.
I want you to be the best photographer possible.
I just want to find out what camera you use.
Turning now on the Charlie Kirk Show.
Numerous blockades throughout Israel and mask mandates.

Happiness and choosing what to spend your money on.
Does it bring you happiness?
Does it bring you wisdom?
Is it meaningful?
Versus just, you know, a high at the moment.
And it's not an easy question.
Look, if you really love great wine...
Then it's a, I understand why you spend a lot on a bottle of wine.
But of course it depends on your finances.
But a great bottle of wine versus a trip, in other words, a lot of great bottles of wine versus a trip abroad, I would take the trip abroad.
Look, I'm a major cigar aficionado.
I am crazy about cigars.
I smoke every day.
Except once a week.
I smoke six days a week.
And I don't spend more than $15 a cigar.
I just don't.
Because the extra $5, $10, I have not found that there's a huge difference.
Maybe there is in wine.
But anyway, you just have to ask.
And I told you what triggered it.
And I'll end with it when we come to the end here.
All right, let's see.
Well, let me summarize here.
Bradenton, Florida.
Cameron, buying a house because it will bring happiness in the long run.
I agree with you.
I think house is a happiness expenditure.
Certainly beats...
Almost any house beats an apartment, in my opinion.
There's a certain wonderful feeling about your own home.
And I felt it from my first home when I was 31. That's what I was.
Roger in Tappan, New York.
Loves you.
That's me.
Thank you.
Values experiences more than things.
That's what I'm arguing for.
That's exactly right.
Michelle, Grapevine, Texas spends money on friends and family and hosts dinners.
That's a great idea.
That's a happiness giver.
Anyway, what triggered this all was the $100 or $150 for streaming live my High Holy Day services and people thinking they want it for free or for very, very little money.
And I know that it touches people's lives and changes them, hopefully.
That was the example.
Anyway, that's at SalemNow.com.
I know it sounds like an ad.
I'll live with it.
I don't get rich from High Holy Day services.
Now call in on any subject.
Everything was just takeout and delivery for me.
It was very difficult.
I now face 1.4 judgment against me.
1.4 million?
1.4 million, Mike.
Okay?
And already my struggles, I already had struggles from before.
This is what they don't understand.
They don't understand the struggles we go through.
Everybody.
They don't sit and think about the struggles a family has.
And my struggles are even more compared to others.
I lost my husband.
I'm a single mom with four kids.
Like, enough already.
Let me live.
Let me feed my children.
And now these new mandates, again with no protection.
We are violating New York City human rights laws.
If we comply with this.
I'm not complying.
You're like the voice of Americans who are saying, you're not going to tell me how I can choose to live my life or run my business.
Irene, I don't understand.
You have to help me understand the $1.4 million that you're facing.
How does an owner of a beloved diner like Kellogg's Diner in Brooklyn Rack up $1.4 million that they say you owe the government.
Because when you buy a business, you have a lease.
You have a mortgage.
You conduct contracts.
There's rules on those contracts.
And when you default on those contracts, you will lose in court if you defaulted.
Right, right.
And I lost.

That's really the issue, Byron, because that will draw attention.
Well, I think it's going to be pretty soon.
I mean, the United States is dependent.
Either on the Taliban or the Qataris or some other nation to help get United States people out of Afghanistan.
And let me say one more thing.
I think on this issue of evacuations, there are two sides to this issue.
There is who we have not yet brought out of Afghanistan, and there's who we have brought out of Afghanistan.
And that's a lot of interpreters that we brought out, and we are finding out more.
About the frenzied, confused, and incomplete vetting that has taken place with Afghans who have been brought to the United States.

Hey, you know what I'm watching?
You know what's on my computer?
I never saw it before.
Wheelchair tennis.
Have you ever seen it?
These guys are, and the women too, they're amazing.
It's real tennis.
I mean, frankly, it holds as much interest to me as non-wheelchair tennis.
That's really, I think that's great.
I just think it's terrific.
All right, everybody.
I'm looking at some tweets here from folks reacting to Dr. Fauci on why Americans who have been previously infected should get vaccinated.
I don't really have a firm answer for you on that.
There is no answer.
It's corrupt.
It's immoral.
People who have antibodies from getting COVID have better immunity than people who get vaccinated.
A lot of interesting comments on the movement toward Australian totalitarianism in the United States.
That is perfectly fine with people on the left.
and a handful of people who are not on the left who believe that in the name of safety as irrelevant as it is because if you're vaccinated why do you care if everybody else is vaccinated here's a comment One can be vaccinated, hope others get vaccinated, and also not support mandates.
I'm seeing a lot of people who seem to think there's a Team A and a Team B on this issue.
That's just not the way it is.
I think that's true.
I think a lot of vaccinated people...
Find this to be repulsive, indeed frightening as it is.
Let's see.
Here's another comment.
I get the frustration and the intent, but is anyone else a little uneasy at how POTUS, President of the United States, seems to be blaming everything on the unvaccinated?
This could backfire.
Many minorities have historically found...
Many have historically founded reservations.
Many people have honest questions.
That's right.
Another one.
Whatever your thoughts on vaccine mandates, Biden's new order is like 8,000 times more tyrannical than anything Trump ever did.
They're calling Trump a tyrant.
Oh my God.
It's to cover up the left's movement to tyranny.
They've done that since Lenin and Stalin.
They call their enemies what they are.
Here's another one.
I'm fully vaxxed since April.
Holy hell, he makes me want to go back in time and not take it.
Another one.
This is a genuinely terrifying speech.
Here's a powerful one by an MD-PhD, Human Nurchasim.
I voted for Biden as a McCain Republican.
It was an error and I now regret it.
Wow.
Last night's chest-beating press conference by POTUS was one of the most destructive and divisive speeches ever given by a U.S. president.
Yes.
So the interesting thing...
Is that I wonder how many other Republicans who voted for Biden realize the sin they committed.
And I can't help but think of my friend, and he is my friend, Brett Stevens at the New York Times.
We have great respect for one another.
And it's painful to me.
That he was so anti-Trump and voted for Biden.
Does he still think it was a good vote?
I don't know the answer.
I don't know the answer.
I don't know how he could think so.
Glenn Greenwald.
I'm having a hard time believing that the ACLU, just out of the blue, decided to reverse its longtime civil libertarian position against vaccine mandates.
By announcing just days before Biden imposed them that they now favor them.
Because the ACLU has nothing to do with civil liberties.
Nothing.
It's just another left-wing organization.
All right, let's see here.
Christian in Lakewood, California.
Hi, thank you for calling.
How are you doing, Mr. Prager?
I've been a long listener for more than half my life, but I just want to disagree with your sentiments that we always have to back the blue.
We have to support the police and do good things, but we have to be suspicious of them because the police have been enforcing bad stuff since, you know, back all the way in, I think it was 2000, when the police came and took that kid away because it was a different race from the foster parents.
parents on the end of that and now we've had multiple incidents where people have been attacked by antifa have like the ball in their car they've driven away from them and the cops go ahead and arrest people who go away you had people whose houses have been attacked by them the courts or they just prevent guns protect themselves and the cops arrest them so i am not for the uh...
back to blue fanfish support the cup to be good thing but be suspicious of them back to the blue means that you That you strengthen the police presence in order to forestall violent crime.
Unless you believe that defund the police will lower crime, you are as much backing the blue as I am.
I don't think that defunding the police will stop the crime, but I don't like the immediate people jump to the police defense when they've been shown that they are more than willing to arrest the conservative people because they are law-abiding citizens who don't resist.
They are much more likely to arrest the tax person.
Okay, police are placed in a very difficult, if not impossible situation.
If they're ordered to do something, if the police start choosing every time they want to arrest somebody, Then they're not the police anymore.
They're sort of vigilantes.
I don't have a good answer for you.
I mean, I do think about it, though, a lot.
The police in Canada who arrest people for talking to one another outdoors?
Yeah, talking to one another.
Do they believe in what they're doing?
Can a policeman say, I'm not going to arrest...
A fellow citizen for talking to a fellow citizen?
Are you out of your mind?
What are we, the Stasi?
Are we secret police in East Germany?
I wish all police said that.
But it's very, very difficult to achieve.
The blame goes to the non-police, the civilian dictators.
Who order police to do things.
That's where the first blame goes.
All right, I appreciate your call.
And let's see here.
Jess in, is that Turbitt, Oregon?
Is that correct?
Is that the name of your city?
Turbitt?
It's Corbitt, Oregon.
Corbitt.
Uh-oh, Sean.
And is this?
Is this?
One minute, one minute.
We can't get the names of cities wrong.
So we put the screener in the punishment room.

None of these wounds last long.
The reason, by the way, for those of you who don't find it amusing, the reason I do that is to convey a message that I believe in excellence.
And if I screw up, I go into the punishment room.
I wish everybody believed in excellence, and I wish people enforced it, and I wish they rewarded exceptional service and punished mistakes.
That's why I do it.
Okay, so back to Corbett, Illinois, and Jess.
Hello.
Hello.
I am honored to be speaking with the promo code himself.
Whoa, boy, is that true.
How often do you get to speak to a promo code?
Think about it.
I mean, stay on with me.
I don't want to interrupt your soliloquy.
That is true.
I am a promo code.
The Dennis Prager Show.
But Biden is taking a hit, and Democrats are trying to stay clear from him.
The caller in the last hour said, where's Kamala?
Kamala is doing her best to stay clear of Joe Biden.
I mean, her polls stink, but combined...
The both of them combined.
I guess it's extra stinky together because both of them stink.
And the funny thing is her poles are worse than his and she wants to be nowhere near this cat.
But...
Republicans have an opportunity of a lifetime, in my opinion, to kick Biden while he's down, and you have Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin McCarthy seems to have backtracked slightly, but Mitch McConnell talking about they don't want to impeach.
Why not?
And the Congress is going to get to the bottom of what was, in retrospect, probably one of the worst mistakes of the last three months, which is abandoning our secure airbase with a significant perimeter to protect against the exact kind of suicide bombing that claimed 13 American lives.
What's your advice to the Pentagon, Senator, on how to respond to the queries, which will never stop until we have a day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute timeline and documents supporting a decision tree here?
Well, that's sound advice not only to the Pentagon, but to anyone in the administration Congress is not just going to move on from this fiasco.

Go ahead.
Well, to avoid any neptogen speech, let me get straight to the point.
Oh, wait a minute.
You are really pushing all my positive buttons.
Well, the reason I called is I wholeheartedly agree with you about our higher education system being not only trash, but creates trash.
But as an Army Green Beret with a Purple Heart, my kids are able to get in-state college tuition for free.
I still have mixed feelings about whether to send them or not.
And also, you say, get your kids out of school, don't send them to school.
And I am inclined to agree with that.
However, if you could just put out a list for us every time you mention how crappy the schools are.
Alternatives like Hillsdale College, maybe Liberty University, or the like.
What do you think about that?
I think it's a great idea.
If somebody prepares a list for me, I will periodically read from it.
I don't have my own list, so I can't do what you want me to do, but I want to do what you want me to do.
I'd like to tell people about good places.
My objection to...
Might you make a great PragerU video?
Yes, I think...
By the way, PragerU itself is an alternative.
You don't get a degree, but you get spectacular amounts of wisdom and knowledge.
I mean, far more than at almost any college.
So, it's something to think of.
I'm for college where there's no choice.
STEM, science, technology, engineering, math.
And I obviously...
Unfortunately, you've got to go to college to get a law degree.
But otherwise, the collapse of the American college system would be one of the great moral and intellectual achievements of our lifetime.
If they have been completely ruined by the left, because the left ruins everything it touches.

And they had the vile audacity to call Trump a dictator.
They called Trump a dictator because they're dictators.
Everything the left calls its opponents they are, including racists.
There's no racism like left-wing racism in America.
The contempt for blacks among leftists is so deep and so obvious that it's painful to me that blacks, by and large, don't see it.
It is.
It's painful to me.
We think you're inferior.

Okay.
That's the Democratic-Black deal in a nutshell.
Okie doke.
Let's see here.
John in Studio City, California.
Hello.
Hi.
Dennis, I'm curious, why do you disseminate so much misinformation?
I disseminate no misinformation.
Really?
Yeah, really.
Well, let's start with, let me list a few topics.
You tell me which one you want to talk about.
God of the Bible is the truth.
Least racist country in the world.
Hydroxychloroquine, effective.
Man-made climate change, a joke.
I never said it was a joke.
I said it wasn't worthy of hysteria and ruining the economy of the world.
But you think it exists?
There's no question it exists.
And that it's detrimental to...
Minimally detrimental.
It's actually, if you read Bjorn Lomborg's pieces in the Wall Street Journal, far fewer people are dying of heat than of cold.
I see.
What about hydroxychloroquine?
Hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
I take them both.
I live by what I preach.
Could you quote me, if you'd be so kind, a published, randomized, double-blind study?
There are no randomized, double-blind studies about it.
If that's the only criterion you use...
Oh, yes, there are.
You're wrong about that.
No, I said about...
You're absolutely...
No, no, you're wrong about it.
There were no randomized...
Okay, fine.
Hydroxychloroquine is detrimental to the heart.
No, it's detrimental to the heart.
It's been taken for 50 years, my friend.
It's one of the safest medicines.
It causes heart problems.
Do you doubt that?
I don't doubt that aspirin causes stomach ulcers.
Okay, what does that have to do with hydroxychloroquine?
What does it have to do with it?
Hydroxychloroquine is essentially as safe as aspirin.
But it doesn't treat COVID. Yes, it does.
No, it doesn't.
Okay, all right, fine.
One of us is wrong.
I say this all the time.
Either you're purveying misinformation and killing people, or I'm purveying misinformation and doing no harm to people, because hydroxychloroquine doesn't hurt almost anybody.
You're killing people, my friend.
You are a killer.
The medical profession is a killer.
I can't believe I'm saying this.
It's opposition to hydroxychloroquine and zinc.
They go together.
And to ivermectin is murderous.
I had one of the leading epidemiologists in this country on this show say the American medical profession has killed hundreds of thousands of the Americans who have died of COVID because of its opposition to therapeutics.
Its reliance on ventilators, which are awful in most cases, its reliance solely on hospitalization rather than preventing people to get into hospitals.
The medical profession in this country has turned evil.
The number of corrupt physicians is astonishing.
I can't believe I'm saying this.
My own brother's a physician, and he's not corrupt, by the way.
Misinformation that the God of the Bible is true, that's misinformation.
I love taking these calls.
I love them.
And I mean it.
The more the merrier.
You differ with me.
I put you on first.
I love to hear what you have to say.
And that global warming is a joke?
I never said that.
That's like Larry Elder.
The charge of Larry Elder is the black face of white supremacy.
back in a moment I grew up poor which is even worse than being poor We would have sandwiches with no meat.

You are.
Of course, it will be litigated further on the merits and potentially wind its way up back to the Supreme Court.
But what they're saying here is that no longer will an activist majority simply say, sorry, states, you don't have a compelling interest to protect unborn life.

I don't like to talk about previous calls.
They're not on the line, but it's not an attack.
I just want to say that in the list of things that I am allegedly spreading misinformation with regard to, the first one was that the God of the Bible is true.
Those were his words.
People like that caller...
Reinforce my religiosity.
And I swear to God that I mean that seriously.
I never exaggerate.
And I've always said the left is a major reason I am a believer in God and religion.
The left is so vile and so stupid and so unintellectual and so dishonest, I realize what happens when people are anti-religious.
They get corrupt.
The left reinforces my beliefs in the necessity of religion.
So, I want to thank that gentleman.
I want to thank Columbia University, which that's where it started.
You can read my column from many years ago on the internet, How I Found God at Columbia.
That's the truth.
I was in the most secular place in America, the university, and it was the stupidest place in America.
This is the place where every truly foolish, destructive, corrosive, nihilistic idea comes from.
The secular university.
And then people think they don't need religion.
Huh!
It's very funny.
John, Chicago, hello.
Hello, sir.
Thank you for taking my call.
I was listening during the first hour when you said that, and you pointed out that in Israel, a nation with a 71% vaccination rate, there is a high percentage of breakthrough cases.
What you didn't tell your listeners, which I guess you probably know, but that I'd like to tell your listeners, is that in the entire nation of Israel, a nation of 9 million people, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID. It isn't in the thousands.
It's not 1,000.
It's not 900 or 800 or 700. It's 684. And that is 100 fewer people than in the state of South Carolina that has half the population.
Israel is a success story, sir, because of high levels of vaccination.
Okay.
If that's true...
Then I never argue with facts.
I don't know that what you said is true.
I'm not accusing you of lying.
Everything I read, I read the Jerusalem Post regularly, said that they're shocked at the number of hospitalizations and the number of cases given the Delta variant.
So I have no idea.
If it was so successful, why are they so pushing for the booster shot?
There's a massive push in Israel for a booster shot.
So, what was the data that I was reading to you?
Some data from Israel.
Let's see here.
Okay, Israel confirmed cases.
Now, cases is not the same as hospitalization, I fully acknowledge.
I only have the confirmed cases list, and that's been going up almost to the point of the highest number of cases during the worst of the epidemic.
By the way, I never said the vaccine doesn't work.
Never once.
I have never said it doesn't work.
I have said that it is vast corruption of the medical establishment because of pharmaceutical money.
They're crooks.
They're fakes.
They're anti-medicine by not pushing hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin and zinc, and instead only pushing the vaccine.
Any honest person knows that it is better to take a therapeutic than a vaccine.
It is better to take a therapeutic than to enter a hospital.
If they were honest about therapeutics, I would respect their position on vaccines, but I don't.
I don't respect anything about them.
The president's announcement yesterday makes me all the more not want people to take a vaccine.
I've never said that before.
Now I want to fight back in every way possible.
Every way possible.
We have a dictator for president, and a lot of Americans are okay with it, just like Australians.
The love of liberty is dying in this country.
He's a bloody, corrupt dictator.
He's an incompetent crook.
The biggest crook to be a president probably in American history, certainly in my lifetime.
And people are okay with it, like the ACLU, as Glenn Greenwald, who's a man of the left, pointed out.
That's what I'm angry about.
I've never said that it doesn't work.
I don't know how long it works.
I don't know why people who have had COVID should ever have to take a vaccine.
I don't know why if you're vaccinated and it works, as my last caller said, it's Dennis, it works.
So why do you give a damn if I'm vaccinated or anybody else is?
If it works.
You don't believe it works.
That's the proof.
The fact that you're forcing the vaccine on the unvaccinated proves you don't believe it works.
First time, right?
Ever have a vaccine before that didn't work because you wanted proved by the fact that you want the non-vaccinated to get the vaccine?
Isn't the point of a vaccine to prevent you getting sick?
Isn't that the point?
The Dennis Prager Show.
The Dennis Prager Show.
Israel is getting ready for their fourth jab.
Now, some people, this is how dishonest the media is, they say, well, Israel in the last couple days, they've seen their rates go down.
Now, why do you think that COVID rates would be going down in Israel the last couple days?
Here we go.

What did you think of that...
Nicaraguan Monte Cristo that I bought you last time you were here.
I liked it.
I'm pretty much universally approving of Nicaraguan cigars.
Yeah, I enjoyed it.
I thought it was a good one, too.
Good, but that's not why you called.
Nope, nope.
The point is that you posited...
There we go.
Why God?
We created the mosquito, and I came up with four ideas so far, four things.
The first is to remind us that this is not the Garden of Eden, and Adam and Eve used to be naked and everything, and obviously no problems there.
All right, number two.
Number two is it's food for a lot of critters.
And another is it's a way for us...
To another way for humans to be killed, I guess, for death to find us.
And the fourth is that parasites like to suck our blood.
And blood, of course, is the atonement for sin.
And there's a correlation there that...
There's more to it, I think, than I've discovered thus far.
All right.
Let me just say those are original, and I salute your original mind.
Thank you so much.

How are you today?
I'm well.
Thank you.
I've got a situation.
I'm in a quandary.
I don't know which way to go.
I just lost my brother last Saturday.
I'm sorry.
My mother's in the hospital with double pneumonia and COVID. And my brother's two floors above her in the same hospital with the same double pneumonia COVID. And I don't know.
Is there a solution to this?
Nobody knows.
It is a tragedy that when they got COVID originally, they were not able to secure or nobody prescribed to them any therapeutics like hydroxychloroquine, zinc, vitamin D, quercetin, ivermectin.
I mean, the list is so long.
I'm on virtually all of them as a prophylactic.
I have been around people with COVID with no social distancing.
I didn't even get a sniffle.
I have hugged strangers the entire lockdown at rallies and speeches.
Can I tell you?
I certainly practice what I preach in the therapeutics arena.
Medical profession has so much shame on itself.

Hello.
Yes, hi.
As a pastor and a lawyer, words are my life.
And when I was watching America's Stalin yesterday, I was fascinated.
He said, I'm losing patience with the unvaccinated.
And the thinly veiled threat there is he will lose his patience.
So my question is, what happens then, since every mandate and every law is enforced ultimately at the barrel of a gun?
I mean...
Well, you're right.
I just wouldn't say he's Stalin because it cheapens Stalin's murderers, but he's a dictator.
There's no question about it.
And the left is completely okay with that because the left has never been for liberty.
Never, ever, ever, ever.
There was no exception to that rule.
Leftists have contempt for liberty.
Liberals like liberty.
But they vote for leftists because they're fools.
Sweet, nice, moral, decent fools.
When it comes to voting.
Not when it comes to everything.
So, I just want to make that all clear.
Leftists have contempt for liberty and for truth.
There's never been an exception from Lenin to Biden.
So, but he's not a Stalin yet, and so I wouldn't say he's a Stalin.
You have to watch our language.
The singling out of a group of Americans to hate by a president, this is new.
This is new.
And it reinforces my desire not to get vaccinated.
It reinforces my desire that those who were not vaccinated fight for liberty.
It's almost unbelievable.
Plus, the gigantic idiocy, aside from the immorality of it, if it's a good vaccine, why do you care if people are not vaccinated?
And why would people who have already had COVID need to be vaccinated?
And why would children?
There are no medical or moral answers to those questions.
The left wants control, and half this country, Sympathizes with the left.

Hello, Dennis.
It's always a privilege to speak with you.
Dennis, the gentleman who was accusing you of spreading disinformation is so wrong.
First of all, if you look in the dictionary, so disinformation refers to false information that spread with the specific intent of misleading or deceiving people, and you would never do that.
Everyone knows that who knows you at all from the radio.
We'll contrast that with misinformation, so that's false information spread regardless of whether there's intent to mislead.

To sign up if you'd like to see my High Holy Day services live, streamed, or recorded.
