Sense that you will be delivering?
That's right.
People are leaving to go to Texas, and Texans I talk to say, why are people bringing their left-wing politics with them?
And that's because, Dennis, they don't see the connection between what's going on in Sacramento and the rising cost of housing.
They don't see the connection.
All they know is it's bad, I'm getting out here, and they haven't put it together.
And it's not because it's stupid, Dennis.
They're making a living.
They're trying to put food on the table, trying to get that first house.
They don't have time to read everything and connect all the dots.
That's our job.
That's my job.
And we have to explain it in ways they can understand so that if they leave, they don't take their left-wing politics with them.
That they don't leave, so they'll be able to make a living here in California the way my dad did when he came here back in 1945. Given that the media are essentially servants of the Democratic Party, how will you get your message out?
Interesting you say that.
I just had an interview with a gentleman, you know his name, a long-time political analyst here, and I got on him about how unfair the media are.
I told him, you know, here I am, born and raised in Los Angeles, LA Times, of course, the major newspaper in the state of California.
I've written a half a dozen books.
The LA Times has not reviewed any of them.
I mean, any of them.
Two of them made the LA Times bestseller list, and they still didn't interview me about any of them.
I did the movie Uncle Tom that came out on Juneteenth last year.
It made more money than the five...
Best documentaries nominated for this current year Oscar combined.
It had a higher IMDB rating than any of the five that were nominated.
I could not get arrested.
We hired a consultant to interact with the Academy to hopefully get the film at least looked at to be nominated.
They wouldn't even touch it because it's the wrong message.
And so I got on them about this and I said, how do you expect anybody like me to win an election when you guys are unfair?
It is why?
Democrats outnumber Republicans 3 to 1 in California.
It's not because Republicans have bad ideas.
It's because people don't know what the ideas are because the LA Times has shut them out.
Is there a conservative member of the LA Times editorial board, let alone a conservative member who is a, quote, person of color?
Hell no.
Do they have a single local conservative writer?
Hell no.
And this is why so many people...
Don't understand the principles of limited government, the principles of low taxes, the principles of light regulation, and they don't know what the hell is going on with our public education, where 75% of black kids in California, Dennis, cannot read at state levels of proficiency, nearly 50% of all kids cannot who are in K-12.
The people that know the school system the best are the teachers, and the teachers are twice as likely that they have school-age kids to put their own kids in private school.
It's like they open up a restaurant, hung up a sign, and say, come on in, just don't eat the food.
Was this, if I may ask, was this person from the L.A. Times?
This person was from the L.A. Times.
Yeah, because there's a person from the L.A. Times who's interviewing me after the show with regard to you, so I assume it's similar.
Did he or she have a response?
No.
Didn't have a response.
And I'll tell you something else that happened.
This happened with a couple of interviews I've had so far.
What about the Trump factor, I'm asked?
Because, of course, Gavin Newsom wants to turn this into Gavin Newsom versus Trump crazies.
And Gavin Newsom's people said, well, this is all about white nationalists.
Well, Dennis, you know me for almost 40 years.
I think the last thing I am is a white nationalist.
And that's what these guys do.
And they asked me, well, weren't you an enthusiastic supporter of Trump?
I said, I'm a Republican.
I haven't voted for a Democrat since Jimmy Carter, and I regretted that.
I voted for him because he pardoned, because Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon, and that bothered me in my youth and my naivete, but I wouldn't do that again.
I said, I'm going to vote for the Republican nominee, whoever he or she is.
Well, what happens if Trump is a nominee in 2024?
I repeat, I'm going to vote for the Republican nominee, whoever he or she is, in 2024. Aren't you a Democrat?
Don't you vote for Democrat nominees?
Why is it surprising, I said to him.
God, are you articulate?
It's painful.
It's painful.
It really is, Dennis.
No, you're right.
It's unfortunately the word.
By the way, will there be any debate?
Are you kidding?
Gavin Newsom wouldn't debate me on a bet.
I remember when William S. Buckley ended his Firing Line show, Dennis, after 33 years.
And someone asked him why Ted Kennedy, despite numerous invitations, never came on the show.
And Buckley said, why does the bologna avoid the grinder?
This guy is not going to debate me.
And, Dennis, I'm not interested in slicing and dicing the other Republicans.
That's what they want us to do.
I believe in Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment.
Al shall not speak negatively about a fellow Republican.
I respect all of them in the race.
Some of them are quite good policy wonks.
And, Dennis, when and if I'm lucky enough to become mayor, I'll make them part of my staff and part of my cabinet.
I'm sorry, governor.
I'll make them part of my staff and part of my cabinet.
So, are you going to be traveling the state?
What are you going to do?
I'm traveling as we speak.
I'm on my way to Norwalk to file papers.
I'm going up to Oakland.
I'm going up to the Bay Area.
I'm going down to San Diego.
I'm going to the border.
I'm going up further north so I can look at what's going on with our water supply.
I interviewed Bill Jones.
He's the last, in my opinion, true conservative ever to win a statewide race here in California as a Republican.
Third generation farmer.
His family, they even named aqueducts after Jones because they were the last ones to build anything new in this state.
This state has a water infrastructure that's built for a population half this size.
They're not planning for the future.
And I want to talk to some of the farmers up there who are angry about the fact that when it does rain, much of the water is not captured because we haven't built a sufficient underground storage tank to do that.
So I'm getting on top of all these issues, Dennis.
This is a big state.
58 counties.
Every county has its own personality, its own culture, and I'm trying to listen to people so I can be a better governor if and when I'm lucky enough to attend this conference.
Alright, we've got to take a break.
Where do people go to help you?

Electelder.com.
Real simple.

I'm going there right after we speak.

And so, Don, a question I get a lot, and people are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com right now, is how is your family holding up in the midst of this?
How is your father holding up?
I mean, after delivering results for our country, doing everything he said he was going to do, people kind of take me aside.
They say, hey, how are they hanging in there?
Any insight you can give us, Don, into that?
Yeah, listen, we're doing well, you know, maybe because we're a bit masochistic.
We sort of like to be in the fight, and more importantly because the fight is worth it.
I mean, You brought up, you know, opening this thing, you know, my book, Liberal Privilege.
Like, it's literally about all of these things.
You know, whether it's, you know, whether it's the sort of faulty persecutions, whether it's the ongoing aspects of this.
I mean, look at what's going on even, you know, take January 6th, okay?
And say what you want about it.
Like, if you commit a crime, you should commit a crime, but...
The FBI and the highest levels of law enforcement, anyone who is, you know, if you are within about 2,000 miles of Washington, D.C., and you're a conservative, it's like the FBI is putting out, have you seen this man?
He was seen somewhere within 1,500 miles of D.C. that day.
Let's find him.
But 13, 14 months of looting, of arson, burning our cities down, taking over buildings.
Charlie, I've been told that that's insurrection.
I've been told that's insurrection, and yet...
There doesn't seem to be any interest in looking into that insurrection.
It's total pass.
And this is how disgusting it's been.
And that's my point, I guess.
We have to stay in the fight.
We have to be engaged.
You and I both understand how much of a disadvantage you are in if you're a conservative.
You get no help from the mainstream media.
You get no help from print media.
You get no help from social media.

Men and women died in Vietnam or the other wars that we fought for our flag.
What a great call.
What a great point that is.
To disrespect those men who spilled blood, who left their limbs on the battlefield.
The way the left is doing.
Chris, you're on the Mike Gallagher Show.
How you doing, Chris?
Good, Mike.
It's a nice honor to talk to you finally.
Aw, thank you, Chris.
I appreciate that.
Honor to speak to you as well.
Mike, I'll make this real quick.
I'm probably not all that great at talking on air, but all I am is a lifeguard on the oceanfront in southeast North Carolina.
Right.
And I just want to say that, you know, this weekend we had outstanding weather.
The crowds were fantastic.
Everyone was just well-behaved.
I was on my tower and I was looking north.
And I saw.
Hey, how many of you could say one of your closest friends is running for governor of your state?
Thank you.
I can.
But that's not the reason I'm so happy.
I'm happy for California.
There's a ray of light of hope for this state.
It's been destroyed almost by the left, by the Democrats.
And here's a Republican who can reach out to others.
Look, the obvious, Larry, is you're black.
The black vote is incredibly important.
So you said you're going to Oakland.
How will they even know you're there?
Connection is pretty bad, Dennis.
Can you still hear me?
I hear you fine.
Did you not hear my question?
No, I didn't.
Okay.
How will they know?
You said you're going to Oakland.
How will they know you're going to Oakland?
How will people know?
Well, of course, Putting all my activities on social media, on Facebook, on Twitter, and on Instagram, so people will know what I'm doing and where I'm going and why I'm going there.
But Dennis, you mentioned my being black.
As you know, I went to Crenshaw High School, and I picked up the LA Times the other day, and only 3% of kids from my former high school could do math at grade level.
The first step, of course, toward getting to the middle class is getting a decent education.
One of my big, big, big issues is going to be school choice.
The polls show that urban black parents and urban brown parents desperately want school choice.
The teachers' union desperately do not because they feel they're going to lose union dues.
And the charter schools do not require the teachers to automatically join the union, and therefore they don't get automatic dues.
Now, you would think the teachers' union would be about making sure that your kids get a good quality education, but they're about making sure that teachers don't get fired.
We have 300,000 teachers in the state of California, Dennis.
In any given year, 2.2 out of 300,000 are fired.
2.2.
And I've been told by many experts there are anywhere between 5 and 7 percent that are completely incompetent, roughly 15 to 20,000.
And if we fired them, the quality of education would be improved dramatically overnight.
I'm thinking about using my powers as governor to declare an emergency and get rid of the bad teachers that are often the ones in the inner-city schools, the schools where the kids most need.
Good teachers.
Oh my god.
Just to imagine that.
Is there any profession where only 2.2% of its employees are fired?
I can't think of one.
I can't think of any.
And Dennis, remember that horrible teacher at that elementary school that was feeding kids cookies laced with something I won't even mention on your show?
It took him years to get rid of this guy.
I think well over a million dollars in legal fees to get rid of him.
And the only reason he left finally is they gave him a buyout for about $40,000.
Now, you can't get rid of a teacher like that.
What about just your regular garden variety incompetent teachers?
Tom Sowell calls it the dance of the lemons.
And that's when a teacher is in a good school district.
The parents are involved in their kids' education.
The teacher has gotten rid of out of that school, goes to another school.
Larry, what ultimately moved you to run?
Because, obviously, we have discussed this in the past, and you were quite dead set against it.
I started hearing from other people I respect, like people like Pastor Jack Hibbs, and I started thinking about why I wasn't going to run.
And the first one was the huge financial sacrifice, and I realized that I can still function perfectly well on making a lot less money.
The other thing, Dennis, was exposing my personal life.
You know, nobody's had a perfect life.
I certainly haven't.
And I talked to people, and one pastor told me, every saint has a past, every sinner has a future.
And I recall a line that Pat Robertson once said when he ran for president.
He said, as for the sins of my youth, either the Lord has forgiven me or the statute of limitations has run out.
So I began thinking about the things in my private life, and they're relatively minor.
My goodness, Dennis, Gavin Newsom had an affair with his best friend's wife.
His best friend was his then campaign manager, and the man still survived.
Nobody even brings it up.
I've never done anything that scummy.
That is hilarious.
By the way, it is worth the shout-out to Pastor Jack Hibbs, who is one of the great men of our generation.
I love that man, too.
You have no idea how many times he texted me.
Speak to Larry.
Speak to Larry.
And Dennis, it wasn't just Pastor Jack.
It was also his assistant, Gina Gleason.
They did a high-low on me.
Pastor Jack would hit me, and then she would call, and Pastor Jack would hit me, and she would call.
And she was even more persuasive than Pastor Jack.
I guess you've learned from the best.
But, Dennis, somebody's got to do this.
You've driven around L.A., you see this homelessness.
And what do they do?
They spend more and more money to, quote, buy housing.
Even if you can induce them to go into the housing, they're not going to stay because the underlying problem as to why they're on the streets in the first place has not...
God, is that ever true.
So where are you headed right now?
Right now, I'm headed to Norwalk to sign the papers to officially launch the campaign.
And where will you officially launch it?
We're at the place.
It's Norwalk.
No, no.
I mean, will you be making some big rally, some announcement?
Because I want to help you publicize it.
That's why I'm asking.
I see.
I see.
Well, no.
I'm going to make my first TV announcement on the Sean Hannan show.
That'll be, I think it's tomorrow.
I'm going to have a little speech today in Norwalk, where there are going to be probably a few hundred people.
No biggie.
And then I'm going to go place to place to place and start making the case.
This is a big media state, Dennis.
It's about getting on television.
It's about getting on radio.
You don't get on television and radio.
You can do as many coffee clashes as you want, and you're not going to get anywhere.
It's about television and it's about radio, and that's one of the reasons I have an advantage over my Republican rivals.
Aside from Caitlyn Jenner, I have more name recognition than anybody else.
You know, Dennis, we've been on radio up and down California for years, in Sacramento, in the Valley, in Ventura, in L.A., in Riverside, in San Diego.
And so I'm going to be going on all sorts of TV outlets and radio outlets trying to make the case, because Gavin Newsom can spend unlimited amounts of money.
There are no campaign finance limitations on him, but there are on us.
I can raise, I think it's around $9 million.
It's a little complicated, and I'm not sure I even understand it.
All I know is I can't raise anything like what he can raise.
The only way to beat this man is to go on TV and go on radio and make the case, because he's not going to debate me.
There is not a single article that I could find on your announcing in the LA Times.
Wow.
I haven't checked.
Yeah, I checked.
Yeah, we just checked.

Man who loves America, loves American values, loves hard work, loves honesty, love solving problems
You would think that was universal among people running for office.
To say it is not is to understate the case.
Larry Elder is announcing that he is running for governor of California.
So let me understand the logistics here.
There are two parts to what people will be voting on in September.
Part one is, do you want to recall Governor Newsom?
Is that correct?
That's correct.
Then if that gets a majority, what happens?
Then whoever gets the greatest number of votes to replace him becomes the next governor within 30 days after the Secretary of State certifies the election.
So he is counting on winning the majority of part one.
Right, in which case part two is neither here nor there.
It's nullified.
That's what he's counting on.
That's why he wants to characterize this as a race between Gavin Newsom and Donald Trump, or Gavin Newsom and Trump supporters, because in California, in many parts of the state, probably the only person less popular than Donald Trump maybe is Charlie Manson, and that's probably a toss-up.
Dennis, I'll give you one quick story.
Yesterday I did a lot of commercials.
And I'm talking with the makeup lady.
She's a single mom.
She has a 17-year-old boy who was one of the top wrestlers in the state of California for his weight class, one of the top 25. And he was wrestling six days a week, and his coach was really his father figure.
Gavin Newsom shut it down.
This kid became increasingly morose, had a good enough relationship with his mom, had enough courage to go to her and told her he was suicidal.
She now has him in counseling.
I talked to another woman on my staff whose brother is an Oakland football coach.
He is white.
Most of his kids are black.
And he is their father figure.
And he gave them structure.
And he pleaded and begged with the authorities not to shut the practices down.
They're outdoors.
Can we at least do that?
They wouldn't let them.
Two of the kids got into trouble with the law.
One of them committed a crime so heinous he's going to be behind bars for years.
This would not have happened had these kids had the structure and still had the interaction on a daily basis with this father figure coach.
The coach was so angry, Dennis, he's now left California and moved to Tennessee where he's resumed his career without the mask mandate.
This is what Gavin Newsom has done, and these are the many, many unintended consequences of the most draconian lockdown of any of the 50 states.
I just want to tell everybody that...
In the beginning, within one month or six weeks of the lockdown, I tweeted and wrote a piece that the lockdown was the world's greatest mistake in history.
Not the greatest evil, I made the distinction, the greatest mistake.
And this is a perfect example.
And people don't care about these kids.
They just don't care.
Prime example, Dennis, the head of the United Teachers of Los Angeles, remember what she said?
A lot of parents were pushing and pushing, pushing to reopen the school.
The teacher didn't want to.
They were still getting paid.
And she said this was an example of white supremacy.
Are you kidding me?
The ones who are hurt the most are the black and brown kids.
But because some of the parents that were yelling and screaming were white, this head of the United Teachers Association of Los Angeles, the largest affiliate of the California Teachers Association, said this was an effort by white supremacists.
I kid you not.
Well, I'm sure you'll even be called a white supremacist.
I've been called worse.
You have been called worse.
That is exactly right.
Larry, anything I can do.
I'm saying it publicly so that I'm called on it.
Anything I can do for you.
If you want me to swim the LA River.
Well, Dennis, just keep putting out the website, electelder.com, because I cannot win without money.
And, Dennis, I don't have money.
I mean, my net worth is around $3 million.
All of it is tied up in my house.
I don't have any fluid money like that.
And that's why a lot of people don't run.
So if I don't get help from people within the state and outside the state, because, Dennis, as California goes, so goes the rest of the country.
Washington, D.C. is dominated by a Democrat president, a Democrat Senate, a Democrat House.
And California is dominated by a Democrat governor and supermajorities in the Senate and supermajorities in the Assembly.
And you see what's going on with California with the crime.
You see what's going on with California with the homelessness, with the quality of schools, with the high cost of living.
This is coming to a theater near you if we don't do something about it.
Electelder.com.
Now, is there a limit?
What are people allowed to give?
There are some wealthy listeners.
Yes, individuals can give $34,200.
That's the cap for individuals.
But if there are millionaires and billionaires, there are ways.
There are special PACs that can be set up.
They won't be coordinated with the campaign, but they will be sympathetic with the campaign.
And that's how people get around these campaign finance limits.
So if there are multimillionaires, multibillionaires, and I know they're out there, there are ways.

Chris, you're on the Mike Gallagher Show.
How you doing, Chris?
Good, Mike.
It's a nice honor to talk to you finally.
Aw, thank you, Chris.
I appreciate that.
Honor to speak to you as well.

Hey everybody.
Dennis Prager here.
I do want to remind you, we are going to Israel in October.
It's going to be a fantastic trip.
I'm very excited about it.
It's a life-changing trip.
You hear people call the show with regard to how...
By the way, it's not with regards.
Regards is send my regards to Broadway.
It's regard.
With regard to the trip and how it impacted their lives.
I will be with you, and so will Mike Gallagher, and people you would love to meet.
How better celebrate the ability to be with people after the immoral lockdowns of the Western world, and other places too, than to be with people that are kindred spirits.
So there's a banner at my website, standwithisrael.com.
There is a story out that...
I wonder if...
Oh yeah, you sent it to me.
I was going to ask my producer if he saw it.
He saw it.
What is Evie?
Is it a women's journal?
A women's website?
Over 50%...
I'm sorry?
It's both a journal and a website.
Over 50% of liberal white women under 30 have a mental health issue.
Are we worried yet?
I assume this is not a conservative journal.
That's the reason...
It leans conservative.
Oh, it does lean conservative.
But the research, the story is from Pew.
It has nothing to do with liberal or conservative.
A 2020 Pew Research study, and they're just getting to know it now, reveals that over half, over half, of white liberal women have been diagnosed with a mental health condition at some point.
I believe it.
I've been telling you that there's a very serious problem with this generation of women.
Now, not only this generation.
The preoccupation with issues that men have to face in their nature has been correct and been widespread.
Men have to deal with their sexual predatory nature.
And their aggressive nature, physically aggressive.
That is correct.
Everybody knows that.
I have mentioned this the entire time I've been broadcasting.
So we tell our sons, control yourselves, in these two arenas.
You ever tell your daughter to control her nature?
Of course not.
Because of the idiocy, because we are taught by idiots at college.
I mean that literally.
They're idiots.
Okay?
If idiot has a definition, if idiots exist, they are most likely the people who taught you at college.
Because at college, you can say things that are idiotic and get paid to do so.
There is no other place.
Well, that's not true.
The media now.
So, women have been told for a generation now, they don't need a man.
Lie number one.
Unbelievably devastating lie.
For most women, not having a man in her life is a disaster.
Okay?
That's a big reason so many of these white, liberal women have mental health problems.
Men need women, and women need men.
What did I say to my wife yesterday when I read this?
She actually wrote it down, which is pretty rare.
She's pretty much heard everything I have to say.
Let me see if we have it on here.
No, it's not on the IM. But I think I said as follows.
What is happening now is men are playing video games and women are ruining the society.
That's pretty much what has happened.
There are exceptions in both instances.
There are great men and great women.
But as a rule, that is what we're having.
Men have tuned out.
They don't pursue women.
They pursue video games.
Their sexual lives are with themselves to a very large extent.
And women are out there demonstrating because they're so frustrated and angry and companionless.
That's what the left has produced.
Everything the left touches, it ruins.
Now women.
Now California.
Now America.
Now medicine.
Everything.
Get it?
If you don't get it, it's because you don't want to get it.
There's no other excuse for why you don't understand that everything the left has ever touched from Vladimir Lenin to the present day left in America.
It has ruined.
It is a destruction machine.
It creates nothing but power for itself.
Nothing.
It just destroys.
Over half of white liberal women have been diagnosed with a mental health condition.
The shocking diagnosis of over 50% of liberal women with some form of mental health medical diagnosis is a public health concern that no one seems to be discussing, let alone taking seriously.
The study, which examined white liberals, moderates, and conservatives, both male and female, found that conservatives were far less likely to be diagnosed with mental health issues than those who identified as either liberal or even very liberal.
What's more, white women suffered the worst of all.
White women ages 18 to 29 who identified as liberal were given a mental health diagnosis for medical professionals At a rate of 56.3%, as compared to 28.4% in moderates and 27.3% in conservatives.
You know, there was this talk show host many years ago who said liberalism was a mental illness, right?
Was that what he said?
I never said it.
And I still don't say it about liberalism.
I say it about leftism.
But it's not laughable anymore.
Instead of empowering women and minorities with self-knowledge, strength of character, mental disorder, strength of character and resilience to hardship, progressivism encourages victims to stay in a place of fear and helplessness.
You know when it hit me?
Everybody has their moment.
Remember the women screaming at the Supreme Court door and trying, you know, so to speak, knock it down?
We'll be back.

They are unloading on these school boards.

Hi everybody!
I'm Dennis Prager.
What do you think of that report about the...
This is Pew Research.
Well over half of white liberal and progressive women have been diagnosed...
We're not talking about because of their politics.
Their politics are a result of their mental condition.
That I do believe.
But I don't believe that it is...
The politics caused the problem.
The staggering number of unhealthy young women in this society.
And not just young women.
Remember the Women's March?
The single stupidest march in my lifetime.
What was it for?
What was it against?

I've never read Hitler's Mein Kampf, but I've picked it up recently in the past week because I'm interested in learning everything I can about history.

I want to talk about what's happening in New York with Letitia James and what I consider to be a political persecution,
Unlike anything, I think, in American political history, How are you guys dealing with this?
And do you guys see this as, you obviously said this last night, but as a continuation of almost this five-year political witch hunt?
A hundred percent.
I mean, it's pretty clear when the, you know, the attorney general of a state without any information literally campaigns on saying, hey, we're going to investigate, we're going to lock them up, we're going to do this, that, and the other.

Bob France, thank you, sir.
You did a great job, as always, sitting in for me yesterday.
The number of times I don't broadcast because of being, as they used to say, under the weather is about once in three years.
And it was one day.
I'm very healthy, thank God.
By the way, there's a great example.
Of how one should look at life.
So, when you get the flu or you get whatever you get.
I'm not talking about cancer now.
When you get something that puts you down for a couple of days, a week, whatever.
So, if somebody were to say to you, how's your health?
You would say, fine.
But right now, I'm sick.
That's the way one should look at happiness.
Everybody who's happy gets sad at times.
But you are permitted to say, right now I'm sad, but I am a happy person.
Now, it may not be true for you, but if it is true, that is the way you should look at life.
What you are at any given moment is not the totality of you.
Whether it's health or happiness.
Okay, some thoughts about life, which is pretty much why you tune into this program.
Talking about thoughts about life, my column today, Tuesday I have a column out on my website and town hall, then it goes to Daily Wire, American Greatness, and Jewish World Review, and many other places.
So you can see it at my website or at town hall.
I wish you'd read it every week, put a lot of thought into it, and it's something you could send to people to give them an idea of a different way of looking at life called Rational.
The question in it, and maybe I'll devote the Ultimate Issues Hour to it, what's the best thing you can do for America?
It's a great question, isn't it?
What's the best thing 99% of people?
The best thing you can do for America is find a cure for cancer.
Okay?
Since neither I nor you are capable of finding a cure for cancer, we are in the 99.9% of people who should do something specific.
And I will talk about that later.
It is in my column, however, again at my website and at Town Hall.
Biggest demonstrations for freedom in decades in Cuba.
It is an amazing thing that they even take place in a totalitarian state.
The interesting thing, yes, I now recall, I did in fact, I took some quotes from the There we go.
I took some quotes from a New York Times article, front page, I think.
Was it front page of New York Times?
On the Cuban demonstrations?
Tell me these quotes are not eerily relevant to the United States.
Shouting freedom and other anti-government slogans, thousands of Cubans took to the streets of cities around the country on Sunday.
Do you realize that this is sad for me to say, but if I read to you the following, shouting freedom and other anti-government slogans thousands of Americans took to the streets and cities around the country on Sunday, wouldn't that make sense?
This is the first time in my life that I have ever Thought that an anti-government, pro-freedom demonstration in a communist country could be relevant to America.
As our freedoms get more and more shut down, when the left does it, they always pick a great cause.
In this case, it's safety and health.
Dr. Fauci, a totalitarian if there ever was one, says that he wants mandates all over the country.
Yes, you have to get a vaccine.
What happened to the crowd that said that the government should not intrude in our bodies?
I guess that's only true for abortion.
Because they never meant it.
They used slogans.
The slogan of the moment.
It's like when George W. Bush was president, all I saw, not all I saw, it's exaggerated, I hate exaggeration, I saw innumerable bumper stickers.
Dissent is patriotic.
The left doesn't mean it.
Dissent today is unpatriotic.
Dissent today is misinformation.
Dissent today should be suppressed.
Dissent today means you lose your job.
They never believed dissent is patriotic.
it was a line they used when the government was in republican hands shouting freedom and other anti-government slogans thousands of americans took the streets and cities around the country Would you not find that completely believable?
All I did is substitute Americans for Cubans.
Now, I'm not claiming that America is at the level of totalitarianism of Cuba.
I do claim that if the Democrats could do it, they would.
There's no doubt in my mind they would be indistinguishable from the communists of Cuba.
No doubt in my mind.
They have as much commitment to freedom as the Castro brothers did.
No left in the world is committed to freedom.
So why should the American left be different?
Liberals believed in freedom.
Liberals are wimps.
Cubans know perfectly well that the government of the United States is principally responsible for Cuba's current situation.
The foreign ministry said in a Twitter post, America is responsible for Cuba's current situation.
There you go.
America.
Not the communist government.
America.
America responsible for the hundred million deaths under communism in the 20th century?
Non-combatant deaths, I might add.
By the way, guess who agrees with the Cuban foreign ministry?
Bernie Sanders.
Bernie Sanders said the exact same thing.
America is the cause of the problems in Cuba because of our embargo.
Mind you, we do not embargo.
Any health items?
Any emergency items?
But yes, we are trying to undermine the evil regime, the communist vile regime of Cuba.
Do you know that Cuba was either the most or second most wealthy country before the communists took it over?
But the left ruins everything it touches, so it ruined Cuba.
America didn't ruin Cuba.
The left ruined Cuba.
Bernie Sanders is ruining America.
Bernie Sanders would do to the United States what the Communists did to Cuba in a nanosecond.
When you understand that, everything becomes clear.
A rare mention of my book that turned the young woman I have been having on the show each week around more than anything I wrote, Still the Best Hope, explains the left and America.
In one volume, better than anything I know that exists.
And there's a lot of good stuff out there.
Still the best hope.
You can even have it read to you on Audible.
I don't do the reading, but it doesn't matter.
I did the writing.
Grandma, the Cuban Communist Party newspaper. - Sure.
Said in a rare reference to demonstrations that people who took to the street on Sunday included government supporters who, quote, may have been confused by disinformation on social media.
Hey, just substitute America again, right?
Instead of Grandma, the Cuban Communist Party paper, do the New York Times, the American Democratic Party newspaper.
Said, in reference to the demonstrations that people who took to the street, if this were conservatives in America, right?
Who may have been confused by disinformation on social media.
The left in Cuba, the left in America, are indistinguishable.
It is only a matter of how much power they can attain.
But they would run a Cuban-type country.
If they could.
There is no question about it.
AOC has yet to come out in favor of the demonstrators.
Why would she?
She loves communism.

I had studied Marxist history, beginning with Marx and Engels' Communist Manifesto from 1848.
And when I first studied that and saw in Section 1 of the Manifesto what you can recognize as what's called the oppressor versus oppressed narrative of human history.
a whole bunch of stuff that was taking place in our country began to become Exceptionally clear to me.
And I began to piece together a lot of the what I'll call militant impulse that was manifesting in society as time went on.
And there's a victimhood ideology.
There's constantly an effort by some individuals who have an agenda to Pit groups of people against one another as victims or oppressed groups and oppressor groups.
And we've seen very clearly over the past calendar year who the oppressor group is labeled to be and who the oppressed groups are labeled to be.
And right now, under the auspices of diversity and inclusion training, as well as critical race theory and other narratives of American history that have been parading about throughout the country and showing up in our education system.
All of those narratives seek to divide the American people by pitting people against one another into racial groups.
It's the white versus the black.
It used to be class, division by class.
Now it's division by race, by skin color.

Ron DeSantis, Florida supports the people of Cuba as they take to the streets against the tyrannical regime in Havana.
Oh, isn't that interesting?
Ron DeSantis thinks they're...
They want freedom, whereas the State Department thinks they want COVID vaccines.
Fascinating.
I love Ron DeSantis.
The Cuban dictatorship has repressed the people of Cuba for decades and is now trying to silence those who have the courage to speak out against its disastrous policies.
Lindsey Graham has also been fantastic.
We have a number of terrific politicians, believe it or not.
Everybody likes to crap on all politicians.
Politicians run the gamut, the same as every other profession.
Most are worthless, but some are terrific.
What about teachers?
Most are worthless, and some are terrific.
Lindsey Graham, President Biden, freedom in Cuba needs you now.
Don't be AWOL. That's exactly right.
Some U.S. politicians voice CBS News.
Some politicians voice support for Cuba protesters as State Department.
There are more ads on any given page than there is actual text.
Some U.S. politicians voice support for Cuba protesters as State Department.
And then they go with the three dots.
Senator Marco Rubio blasted a senior State Department official's initial response as ridiculous.
That's the one I told you about.
It's not for freedom.
It's for COVID vaccines.

I had studied...
Marxist history, beginning with Marx and Engels' Communist Manifesto from 1848. And when I first studied that and saw in section one of the manifesto what you can recognize as what's called the oppressor versus oppressed narrative of human history, a whole bunch of stuff that was taking place in our country began to become exceptionally clear to me.
And I began to piece together a lot of what I'll call militant impulse that was manifesting in society as time went on.
And there's a victimhood ideology.
There's constantly an effort by some individuals who have an agenda to...
Pit groups of people against one another as victims or oppressed groups and oppressor groups.
We've only begun to scratch the surface.
We're going to go deep dive on what's happening inside the U.S. military and why this man took the courageous step of writing the book Irresistible Revolution.

ESPN's Stephen A. Smith apologizes for criticizing Shohei Otani's use of an interpreter ahead of the Major League Baseball All-Star game, which I will not be watching because...
I loathe the Major League Baseball.
I love baseball, and I loathe what the MLB has done.
Taking the All-Star game out of Atlanta was vicious, was cruel.
A number of poor folks who lost their money, massive income as a result, because they don't like laws that Atlanta passed, which are basically the same as what Colorado has anyway, which Georgia passed.
Anyway, you know, Job Creators Network is suing Major League Baseball.
Thank you.
And I salute them for doing that.
I think it's an appropriate lawsuit.
And not only appropriate, I think it may have legs.
Why does Major League Baseball have the right to ruin the incomes of people because they don't agree with something that happened in Georgia?
Anyway, so this Stephen A. Smith, ESPN, right?
Commentator.
After woke cancel mob came for the $12 million a year host.
It's hard for me to believe an ESPN host gets $12 million a year.
God, did I blow it.
Could have been a sports talk host.
Man.
Stephen A. Smith.
Okay, so...
A sports anchor has apologized to a Japanese baseball player for saying that his use of interpreters in interviews damages the sport.
Stephen A. Smith, an ESPN host who is black, was accused of xenophobia after saying that Los Angeles Angels pitching and hitting sensation Shohei Otani's translators negatively impacts Major League Baseball's popularity.
The fact that you've got a foreign player that doesn't speak English, believe it or not, I think contributes to harming the game to some degree when that's your box office appeal.
Smith said during Monday's episode of First Take.
He was fiercely criticized and initially resisted backing down.
By Monday night, he had changed his mind and issued an apology.
Okay, I don't happen to agree with what he said, by the way.
I don't give a damn if the guy's got an interpreter.
It means nothing to me.
Well, I can't see why that hurts baseball in the least.
Okay?
I don't agree with anything the guy said.
Why does he have to apologize?
He has an opinion.
Is that an attack on the guy?
Is he anti-Japanese as a result?
Yeah, that's what they said.
Xenophobia!
Let me apologize right now.
As I'm watching things unfold, let me say that I never intended to offend any community.
Any community is capitalized.
Particularly the Asian community.
And especially Shohei Otani himself.
It's so sad that he had to apologize.
He thinks that having interviews with interpreters is not good for baseball.
I think it's a ridiculous notion.
So what?
So what?
Why is it a hate-filled notion?
Why is it xenophobic?
Why is it an attack on Asians?
Why is it an attack on Otani?
If I played in Japanese baseball, there's a very big league in Japan.
If I played Japanese baseball, and I used an interpreter in interviews after games, And a Japanese guy said, you know, it's not good for Japanese baseball to have interviews with translators.
The guy should speak Japanese.
Is that an attack on America?
Is that an attack on me?
I think he's wrong.
Just as I think this guy was wrong, so what?
You're not allowed to be wrong, my friends.
It's so sad that he had to apologize.
It's so sad.
All it does is, people now self-censor constantly.

everybody, a couple of more comments on the Stephen Smith, $12 million a year anchor at ESPN, made a dumb comment about interpreters hurting, translators hurting baseball, speaking about a Japanese player on the Angels.

Wall Street Journal had a powerful piece.
Something that really disturbs me.
Xi's rewriting of history won't stay in China.
Xi is the new Mao in China.
Xi Jinping's new history of Chinese communism Has little room for criticism of Mao Zedong.
Can you imagine that?
I'm about to tell you something that I read in this article that even blew my mind.
And it's really, I feel at this point, unblowable.
He has suppressed all criticism of the great monster of the 20th century, Mao Zedong.
One of the longest books I ever read.
And one of the ten most important I ever read about anything was a biography of Mao Zedong.
It's up on my website.
Ten books that most influenced me.
It was an incredible book and it showed what a monster he was.
He devised ways of torturing people.
He was a monster.
I believe in monsters.
But the article notes that His own family was affected.
I'm trying to find this down.
Yes.
It is striking.
Oh, here.
Mr. Xi's father.
This is the Chinese leader who was suppressing criticism of Mao.
Mr. Xi's father, who had previously been demoted from vice premier to deputy manager of a tractor factory, Was jailed and beaten under Mao in the Cultural Revolution.
The teenage Mr. Xi suffered as well.
Did you know this?
And his half-sister Xi Heping died after persecution by the Revolution's Red Guards.
Father killed.
No, no.
Jailed and beaten.
His half-sister...
Killed by Mao's Red Guards.
And now, as the Wall Street Journal understates, it is striking that Mr. Xi would play down this crime that brutalized his family and him.
Perhaps because he is now emulating Mao in seeking to become General Secretary for life, He wants the Chinese people to know as little as possible about the chaotic final decade of Mao's prolonged reign.
This is very scary stuff.
This is a guy who is more in love with power than with his own family.
He should hate Mao.
Were a normally decent, not wonderful man, normal, decent human being, he would hate now.
Right?
Would you not hate people who beat your father, jailed your father, ruined his life, and killed your sister?
You would.
But not if power is more important to you than even that.
This is the scum.
That is running China now.
This is a very bad man.
Really, really, really bad.
Or, to be more precise, amoral.
There is no moral compass.
It's not that his moral compass is broken.
There is none in him.
Power.
Power for him, power for China.
Mr. Xi issued a revised version of a brief history of the Communist Party of China, the official party history, in preparation for next month's commemoration of the party's 100th anniversary. in preparation for next month's commemoration of the party's 100th This edition plays down Mao's atrocities, in particular softening the party's historic 1981 condemnation of the Cultural Revolution.
The party did condemn the Cultural Revolution in 1981. No more.
That places Mr. Xi in the dubious company of dictators for whom, quote, yesterday's weather can be changed by decree, unquote, a power George Orwell attributed in 1942 to Franco, Stalin, and Hitler.
In April, This is very scary.

Male-female hour on Wednesday, happiness hour on Friday, and the Ultimate Issues Hour on Tuesday.
There's more to life than only news.
And you know that's what I believe.
And that's even true on the other hours.
The Ultimate Issues Hour is a guidepost about the big issues of life.
So here it goes for today.
It's the subject of my column, which comes out on Tuesdays.
Coincidental that my column is the same day as the Ultimate Issues Hour, and it's fortuitous on many occasions, this being one of them.
What is the best thing the vast majority of Americans can do to make a better America?
Think about it for a moment.
Think about it.
I'm going to actually give you a moment.
What is the best thing the vast majority of people could do to make the country better?
It's a very, very good question to ask.
If you have a son or daughter at a college, Ask them that question.
What's the best thing you can do to make the country better?
My suspicion is that your son or daughter will answer fight racism.
Fight inequality.
Join a cause and protest.
That is what I believe.
At least half of the college students of the country would answer.
The traditional answer in America and the best answer is the following, as I describe it in my column.
There have been five answers in American history.
To the question, what is the best thing you can do for the country?
I'll give you the five, and then explain each, and have you react.
1. Develop one's moral character.
2. Get married and make a good family.
3. Take care of your family, especially your parents.
Four, go regularly to church or synagogue.
Five, take care of the poor in your community, usually by joining a service organization such as a church, charity, a Kiwanis Lions or Rotary Club.
There you go.
The vast majority of people doing those five things, America would be A spectacularly wonderful place.
But none of them are sexy.
It's much sexier to fight racism and demonstrate and yell and chant with other yellers and chanters.
That's exciting!
None of the things I just described produce adrenaline.
Protesting produces adrenaline.
Adrenaline is a drug.
It's addictive.
And the more you want it, I should say the more you have it, the more you want it.
People don't think of marriage, for example, as an obligation to one's society.
I was raised to believe that it is.
I was raised a religious Jew in religious Jewish life.
You are expected to get married.
Period.
If a man doesn't get married, he was actually looked at negatively.
People didn't ostracize him.
I'll give you an amazing example that none of you would know of unless you grew up in that world.
It might have even changed because it was so dramatic.
Many of you have seen pictures of religious Jews or Jews in synagogue wearing a prayer shawl.
It is worn by Jewish men over the age of 13, over the age of Bar Mitzvah.
No, excuse me.
Oh, I got that wrong.
In fact, it undermined my whole point.
It is worn by men who are married.
I really blew that one.
It is worn by men who are married.
So, if there was a 30-year-old guy without a prayer shawl, he stuck out.
40 years old, 50 years old, it was embarrassing.
It's probably changed by now, but that was the way it works.
You earned the prayer shawl if you took on The obligation of marriage.
Now, everybody understands there are some people who, for whatever reason, are incapable of bonding with another human being.
Okay.
There are people who are exceptions to every rule in life.
It doesn't mean you drop the rule.
I was raised, you get married, damn it.
Grow up.
You don't grow up if you don't get married.
That's how I was raised.
It was correct.
Generally speaking, you don't grow up until you get married, and you grow up further when you have children.
That's the general rule of life.
Everybody who's been married, even if they had the worst marriage in the world, knows they grew up having been married.
Okay?
But we don't ask anymore what's good for society.
We ask How can I politically change it?
Right?
Fundamentally transform the United States of America.
So let me begin with the number one thing you could do, and this was the traditional American way.
Right?
I gave you five things.
None of them involved protests.
One, develop your moral character.
The traditional teaching, thanks to Judeo-Christian values, is the human nature is flawed.
Therefore, we need to spend our lives working on its flaws, on our flaws.
We all have natural flaws, human nature flaws, and we all have distinctive flaws.
I may have a flaw that my friend doesn't have, and he has a flaw that I don't have.
We all have to work on our flaws.
In the 1960s, it all changed.
Everything changed.
You don't work on your flaws.
You work on America's flaws.
That's a big change.
I'm okay.
You're okay.
America stinks.
That is basically the message to young people from the 1960s.
Those young people today are considerably older.
They're the baby boomers.
They came up with this drivel.
And that is the genesis of our terrible state in the United States.
People stopped working on their flaws.
And worked on America's flaws.
If everybody worked on their flaws, America would have few flaws, wouldn't it?
Think about it.
Imagine, just dream for a moment.
Okay, dream with me.
Imagine, I'm John Lennon.
Imagine.
You know what?
I should write an Imagine song.
I imagine everybody stopped crapping on America.
And started crapping on their own flaws.
Everybody just preoccupied themselves with being more honorable in every way.
What would do more for society?
That?
Or woke anti-racism?
That's the issue, my friends, in a nutshell.
What is the best thing you can do for America?
My column today.

Two things are happening.
One is that parents across the board are starting to speak up and not take this anymore.
You've seen in Loudoun, Virginia, on the critical race theory issue just the last couple of weeks, school board meetings where parents have lined up by the hundreds.
They are unloading on these school boards.
I have seen people activate in ways that I didn't see them in the prosperous years of President Trump.
People are mad.
This is not the way life goes.
And to your point about girls that are competing with all of their might and they're falling short, they're not just giving up on the dream of winning that race.
They're losing college scholarship opportunities.
Two years ago in Connecticut, in the high school girls' track division, 15 state all-time records were shattered by two boys that ran as girls in that division.
But the leaders of the state let this happen, Kevin.
Can you imagine?
Adult grown men and women elected to these positions, intelligent, professional people, let this happen.
Those people should be hung out to dry.
Those people should have people go to their homes and demand that either you change this or you need to resign.
What is the key between those local officials and the Biden administration?
I mean, Biden came into office and said, we're going to not just protect transgender's ability to compete in women's divisions, we're going to expand it.
And he's tried to force down executive orders on the public schools across the country to adopt it.
They haven't all gone with it, and some states are fighting it pretty aggressively.
Florida and Texas have told him to go pound sand.
That's what should be happening.

Everybody, this is the Ultimate Issues Hour on the Dennis Prager Show.
My column today is the subject of the show, What's the Best Thing Americans Can Do to Make America Better?
There was an answer that America had until the 1960s, and there were five things.
Develop your own moral character.
That changed from working on your flaws to working on America's flaws.
So deeply flawed people were working on America's flaws.
Doesn't quite work, does it?
Number two, get married and make a good family.
Is there anything better?
99% of people, I'm not talking about people who can find cures for cancer.
99.9% of humanity, and certainly the American people, the best thing they could do...
For society, make and raise good human beings.
The hardest job there is in life is raising good human beings.
It is the most important job in life.
Can you name a more important one?
CEO of Amazon, do you think that that is more important than making good human beings?
It is not.
Is it even discussed?
No, it's not.
It is amazing.
The norm in American life is now not only not the norm, these are brand new ideas for most Americans, especially young ones.
Can't wait to get back to talking at colleges.
Number three, take care of your family, especially your parents.
Yeah.
Take care of your family.
Among other things, it means the state doesn't take care of your family.
You take care of your family.
It's good for your family and good for you.
And take care of your parents.
Whenever possible.
That's the way life works.
Parents take care of you as a child.
You take care of them when they can't take care of themselves.
It's a good thing.
Thank you.
It's even better than going to an anti-racist protest.
Number four, going to church or synagogue.
I know, if you're college educated, you think it's a stupid idea.
Voodoo.
Big frog in the sky.
You should see the mockery of anything to do with God on the internet.
It shows me how much God is necessary when I see the idiocy of the attacks.
But anyway, so I got two questions for those of you who don't believe that religion is relevant to morality.
Two questions.
One, what percentage of violent criminals in prison We're regular churchgoers.
If 45% of Americans are regular churchgoers, and church has no effect on a person's behavior, then 45% of the violent criminals in prison should be regular churchgoers, correct?
It's probably more like 1%.
Hmm.
How about this for my other question, one I've posed, oh, pretty much all of my life.
Imagine you rent a car, you're a tourist, you're visiting a strange city, you're traveling at midnight, your car breaks down, and all of a sudden you notice ten young men are walking toward you.
Here's my question.
Would you or would you not be relieved to find out that they had just attended a Bible class?
Alan, who was the famous atheist?
Christopher Hitchens, yeah.
I debated Christopher Hitchens a few times on the radio and in public events.
He was a confirmed atheist.
But he had a moral sense to him.
He was an honest liberal.
Anyway, we debated.
I asked him this question.
In his autobiography, he cited me and the question.
But he changed the question.
Isn't that interesting?
I asked Bible class.
And he said, prayer meeting.
I didn't say prayer meeting.
I said Bible class.
There's a big difference.
Prayer meeting could be any religion.
So he said, well, if I were a Jew, and ten men had just come from a prayer meeting at a mosque, would I be relieved?
That's not what I asked.
I specifically had a Judeo-Christian question.
And it wasn't a prayer meeting, it was a Bible study.
So just for the record, it's recorded he got it wrong.
I don't think he deliberately got it wrong.
He wanted to get it wrong.
Any honest person knows you would be unbelievably relieved.
An atheist would thank God that they had just attended a Bible class.
Now why is that?
It's obvious.
And number five, take care of the poor of your community, usually by joining.
They service organizations such as a church charity at Kiwanis Lions or Rotary Club.
People did take care of their communities.
They volunteered.
People volunteer much less today.
As America gets more secular, you have fewer volunteers and more demonstrations.
That you're getting.
And they think they're great.
Oh, I protested racism.
I protested sexism.
Yes, indeed.
I'll take your calls.
1-8 Prager.
776. All right.

Hello, Mark.
How's it going, Dennis?
Thanks for taking my call.
I don't disagree with anything you said, so this is not a rebuttal by any means.
I think everything you said is right on.
But I would just add, stop voting Democrat, because I think the Democrat Party is really doing a lot of damage legally to our country.
They're changing laws and making huge changes to our country.
I think we could do that, too.
Yeah, I agree with you.
I do agree with you.
You're right.
I know you're not rebutting me, and I'm not rebutting me, and I still agree with you.
That would be the immediate best thing you could do.
That's fair.
They're ruining the country as the left does to everything.

Nearly half of all kids in California cannot read at state levels of proficiency.
And yet schools were shut down for a full year.
And the left is always talking about leveling the playing field, making sure that things are equal.
How in the world are you going to get equal when you have prevented black kids, Hispanic kids, from having in-school learning for over a year?
And everybody knows this video learning is not the same.

What's the best thing you can do for your country?
And I have a column on that.
Ask young people today, they'll tell you, fight racism, fight inequality, fight sexism, demonstrate, protest.
No wonder I read to you earlier today the Pew Research Report.
Almost 60% of liberal and left white women, young white women, are seeking mental counseling.
I'll try to find that.
But it was a dramatic, dramatic piece.
Yep.
In the bad old days, the best thing a woman could do was find a good man and make a family.
What a crappy life that is, eh?
Read Buddy Friedan's dystopian book about the poor suburban housewife that she was.
The woman was a Marxist.
She was.
I mean, she didn't deny it.
By the way, I will tell you, I read a lot of books, and that may be as dark a book as I have ever read.
It was unbelievable to read.
The ability of human beings to complain is apparently unlimited.
Betty Friedan and the feminist movement, truly exemplars of that.
Poor thing, stuck in a house.
Stuck in a house.
Why are you stuck in a house?
Every woman I know who took upon herself right now, not women I knew in the past, who's taken upon herself the responsibility for home and children, gets out of the house plenty.
How many people get out of the office?
You know, this notion, oh, if I had a job, I would really be happy.
How many jobs are really happiness-inducing?
This is a romanticization of going to work.
I think work is wonderful and important.
That's why I don't want government to subsidize people instead of work.
Work is a noble thing.
But making a home is the noblest.
Society doesn't need more CEOs.
It needs more good people.
More good parents raising good children.
You know that there's a video?
I'll take your calls in a moment on this question.
What's the best thing you can do for America?
There's a video I saw.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
In some suburban area of a mother on a bike and a kid on a bike.
I assume her son.
Two whites.
The kid sees an American flag on a lawn and tramples it.
Just throws it down on the floor, tries to rip it.
The mother watches, and they move on.
Good parent, eh?
Okay.

You're right.
That is true.
Oh, God, I'd love to see his face.
He could do a PragerU video.
But I've given this a lot of thought for the last 30 minutes.
What I have tried to do is I really wanted to call with something pertinent.
I have raised two wonderful children.
They're 19 and 17 now.
They are smart, respectful, polite, and they're both outstanding athletics, but more importantly, the work ethic in them both is fantastic.
And I hope that that ripple effect It has an effect with other people and all of my kids' friends.
I'm loved to death, and they're all the same way.
Wow.

What's the best thing you can do for the country?
Traditional American answer was work on your own character, get married, raise good children, go to church or synagogue, but pretty much take care of your community.
Now today, protest, or in a nutshell, work on your flaws.
Today it is work on America's flaws.
The deeply flawed work on America's flaws.
That's the alleged flaws, I might add.
Most of the flaws that are spoken about are lies.
So that's even worse.
Okay, everybody.
And let's go to more here.
Rebecca in Forestville, Minnesota.
Hello, Rebecca.
Hello.
Hi.
Hi, Dennis.
It's good to talk to you.
Thank you.
Your question reminds me of John F. Kennedy's inaugural speech.
Not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.
And I've thought about that, and in a way you're asking that question.
But in terms of some parts of what our country is all about, I thought that the question should now be, ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for yourself.
You're good.
You should run for office.
That's a beautiful line.
That is great.
That's right.
You can use it.
I will use it.
Thank you.

Take care of yourself.
Don't let others take care of you.
Take care of yourself.
In an emergency, others take care of you.
And the others should be in your immediate vicinity.
Your church group.
Your Kiwanis group.
Your family.
Not the state.
Vile ideas of the left to have the state take care of you.
Listen to this.
So I wrote in my column about taking care of your family, especially your parents.
And I wrote under it...
Let's see, one second.
Sorry about that.
Here.
This is another traditional definition of leading a good life.
However, this has been subverted by three developments.
One, the unprecedented number of Americans who have not made a family.
That is, we're talking about taking care of your family, especially your parents.
2. By the state taking care of more and more people, individual citizens, their children, and their parents.
3.
The unspoken pandemic of adult children who not only do not take care of their parents, but they have also removed them from their lives for personal or political reasons.
I always read the comments on my articles as well as other articles that I read.

In a nutshell, get married and raise good people.

Now, you could do both, but there's been no fighting of one's flaws because secular life is stupid.
Sorry.
Secular life has been great scientifically, and it has been totally devoid of wisdom.
Because it started with the idiocy that people are basically good.
You cannot build anything wise and good when the foundation is so weak.
