A minute to tell you about a Nerve Renew.
It's one of the products, one of the few in my life that I have actually asked to advertise on my show.
Because if you have tingling pins and needles, that type of thing, hands or feet, As I had in my feet much of my life and don't know about this product,
you should know that after a year of using it, I don't know, nine months to a year, I threw away the inserts in my shoes that I needed for the neuromas causing this in my life.
And I thought, oh my God.
If I could tell people about it, and they have a two-week free trial, plus a year, a year.
I never heard of such a thing.
Money-back guarantee.
So if you have this issue or you know somebody who does, NerveRenew.com.
NerveRenew.com.
Yeah, I don't like gratuitous pain.
I could manage my life with that.
Didn't stop me from traveling, didn't stop me from giving speeches, but it was a constant pain.
You know, not debilitating.
For some people, it is debilitating.
All right, everybody.
Julie Kelly at American Greatness asks a question.
Where is GOP outrage over Justice Department's Capitol probe?
You understand we're sliding toward...
The way in which a dictatorship works with one-party rule and the suppression of all dissent.
Oh, how I recall the days under George W. Bush when folks on the left would have bumper stickers here in Southern California, dissent is patriotic.
They don't say that now.
Dissent is only patriotic.
When the President is a Republican.
You vote Democrat, you vote to ruin the country.
Okay?
Just, that's a fact.
The U.S. government now holds political prisoners in jail in the capital, in the nation's capital.
And the party that purports to stand for freedom, liberty, and the rule of law refuses to defend them.
Everybody's afraid.
That is the left's greatest weapon, inducing fear.
I have a very powerful argument that I never used before on why you should come out of the closet.
You would have to go back a long time to have an analogous...
Stay in the closet period of Americans.
I think it would have been gays like, you know, 80 years ago, 70 years ago.
The analogous position is conservatives today.
Come out of the closet.
We will try to ruin your life.
And sometimes they do.
So here is a benefit of coming out of the closet that you might want to consider.
And I have great sympathy for you if you don't want to come out of the closet.
There are people who report things happening in their kid's school.
They stay anonymous on the radio.
Anonymous on the radio.
You're already anonymous.
I got letters from members of orchestras all over the country because of my involvement in classical music.
I'll never forget one.
A violist was one of the major orchestras of the country.
I've been a member of this orchestra for 30 years.
Not one of them knows I'm a conservative.
Imagine that.
People you work with for 30 years.
And it's quite intense collaboration, you realize, to be in an orchestra.
That's the whole point of an orchestra, is collaboration.
When I conducted the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra, At Disney Concert Hall in L.A. a few years ago.
The mayor and former mayor of Santa Monica said, don't go to the concert.
Prager is a conservative.
They preferred the disappearance of the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra to their playing under a conservative.
Needless to say, every penny that came in, and a lot of pennies came in, is the only time a regional orchestra filled the Disney Concert Hall is when I conducted it.
I raised the budget of the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra for a year in one night.
Gave it all to them, and the mayor and ex-mayor and other officials of Santa Monica preferred that the night be a failure.
To enabling the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra to continue functioning.
And they talk about hatred and divisiveness.
My whole point, aside from my love of music, was to show, look at that, I'm a conservative, Santa Monica is one of the most left-wing cities in the country, but you know what?
We can still make music together.
That was what I wanted to point out.
Seven fools in the orchestra refuse to play.
Out of 70, it's one-tenth, big deal.
But I had one of them on, a professor at UCLA, for an hour.
You should all hear that hour.
We should put up, why don't we have highlight shows up?
I'm going to speak to Salem about that.
My interview with Howard Zinn, my interview with the UCLA professor who wouldn't play for me is in the violin section.
I was a bigot.
I asked him how I was a bigot.
You should hear his answer.
And he teaches at UCLA. He brought his wife.
You know what that proves?
Everybody knows how well I'll treat them.
If they differ intensely.
Even if they call me names, I will treat them well.
Because as soon as there's clarity, people understand they have no position.
So are you ready?
The benefit of coming out of the closet.
Drumroll, please!
Ah, we don't have time for a drumroll.
Alright, we will when we come back.
There is a very, very beautiful advantage of coming out of the closet.
I usually don't leave you hanging like this.
This was not intentional.
But, I'm going to tell you right before the break.
1-8 Prager 776. We return momentarily.
The Dennis Prager Show.
live from the Relief Factor Pain-Free Studio.
Music by Ben Thede.
Music by Ben Thede.
Music by Ben Thede.
He's very serious.
Yes, he is.
In any event, the answer is, that is the way you will bring kindred spirits into your life.
The moment you speak out, the haters will hate you.
But you will cease to be alone or lonely, whichever the case may be with regard to people in your life.
I personally do not know how one goes on without a support system of friends.
Yet many people who share my values do not have friends who share their values.
Who share our values, I should say.
Well, how are you going to meet these people if you don't come out of the closet?
And that's an argument for it aside from everything else.
1-8 Prager 776. If you have stepped out of the closet...
Tell me how you did it, what you exactly did, and do you regret it?
Very interesting to hear from people.
1-8 Prager 7-7-6-8-7-7-2-4-3-triple-7-6.
I get a Google alert on a number of things.
One of them is Dennis Prager.
Of course I would.
I want to see what's being said about me.
Anywhere in the world, and Google Alerts provide that.
And some of it is wonderfully complimentary and supportive, and some of it is pure hatred of me.
Okay.
I read them both.
So my syndicated column appears in a number of newspapers across the country, and so if there's a letter to the editor...
That's in Google Alert, because it mentions by name.
So you don't even know this.
Do you know which column got the most letters in the recent past?
Because I write on, obviously, difficult themes.
When I said, take your kid out of school, because most schools are indoctrinating.
And the Pavlovian response of hatred...
That schools are opening kids' minds.
The people who wrote these letters, do they have any idea what goes on in a school?
Opening minds?
The most closed places in the world are elementary schools, high schools, and colleges.
Did I say the world?
I shouldn't have said that.
I should have said in the U.S. Communist China is even...
Well, I don't know.
Is Communist China more closed than a left-wing school?
No.
They're equal.
Oh, schools.
Oh, schools.
You know what I imagined the letter writers?
I imagined them 80 years old, and they had a great experience, totally correctly, when they were in public school.
Relief factor gives relief.
So, I never before relief factor endorsed a pain reliever.
But my wife told me how it helped her knees.
That there's a great test.
When her knees start hurting again, she remembers she forgot to take relief factor.
That's the ultimate test.
Relief Factor is a very interesting offer, or a really statement.
Both are interesting.
You'll know in three weeks whether it works.
They don't lead you on.
So here's a real cheap price for three weeks, $19.95.
If it doesn't work, cancel.

My friends, I'm Dennis Prager.
It is a joy to be with you.
I get comments that mean a lot to me.
That I have been, during this irrational, mistaken, non-scientific, evil lockdown, suppression of kids going to school, one of the greatest blunders in Western world history.
And I've been there.
As a source of support for many of you, and I don't think of it in exactly that way, but I am glad that I played that role for some of you.
I've been talking about your getting out of the closet, conservatives getting out of the closet.
Half the country shares my views, but you would never know it.
The overwhelming majority of the big media.
Left-wing parrots.
Hate-filled parrots.
Look what the New York Times did to its own reporters.
Their major COVID coverage reporter.
On a trip with young people to what, Costa Rica was it?
Or Peru, yeah, a number of years ago.
Said the N-word, not calling anybody that word, just mentioning it in the course of talking about some literature.
That's it.
And he was fired.
A new story on this?
Is it here?
Just sent it to me this minute, so the audience is sharing it in real time.
Alright, let's see here.
JAMA boss sneered.
Uh-oh.
Medpage came up asking me to sign in.
I can't read it.
Anyway, give him the microphone.
I want people, since I can't say, I can't read it.
You have to read it.
Yeah, so the head of JAMA. Which is a big medical association.
The Journal of the American Medical Association.
Did a podcast, and in the podcast he said he didn't believe in systemic racism because he didn't think doctors were racist.
They took the podcast down.
His job is in jeopardy.
They're investigating him.
What role does he have?
He's the head of JAMA. He's the editor of JAMA, as it were?
Yeah.
Journal of the American Medical Association.
He doesn't think most doctors are racist.
And he might be fired.
He'll be fired.
Hey, let's do that.
Hey, guys, let's have a bet here.
Do you say he loses his job?
I say he loses his job?
I have another question for you.
What do you think the chances of this guy, I'll look up his name, Howard Bauchner, B-A-U-C-H-N-E-R is a conservative politically.
I would say that the chances that he is a conservative politically are as great as the chances of my having a Nancy Pelosi sticker on my car.
Howard Bauchner, JAMA's editor-in-chief since 2011, has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into a heavily criticized podcast about structural racism in medicine.
The controversy began on February 24th, JAMA Network podcast, now deleted, which host and then JAMA deputy editor Edward Livingston, MD, said structural racism is an unfortunate term.
Personally, I think taking racism out of the conversation will help.
Many of us are offended by the concept that we are racist.
A tweet promoting the podcast since deleted, but copied and posted by others, stated, no physician is racist, so how can there be structural racism in health care?
On March 4th, an internal medicine resident who goes by Shirley Whirl, MD, on Twitter, posted a thread outlining several criticisms of the episode which echoed loudly around hashtag med Twitter.
there.
Here's the punchline.
Aletha Maybank, M.D.P.M.P.H., I don't know what that means.
Master of Philosophy.
Equity officer at the AMA tweeted that the podcast and tweet were actually, actually...
Racist.
Actually a demonstration.
Exactly.
Of structural and institutional racism.
You hear that, folks?
I am furious.
That's right.
God bless her.
Master of Public Health?
I thought it was like a PhD.
He said there was no racism proving...
That's right.
That he's a racist.
Not just that he's a racist.
Proving there is systemic racism.
Look, it's been poisoned.
JAMA has been poisoned.
The Lancet has been poisoned.
Nature has been poisoned.
Scientific American has been poisoned.
A petition initiated by the Institute for Anti-Racism in Medicine.
That has garnered nearly 7,000 signatures.
That's frightening.
Called for a formal review of the leadership displayed by Dr. Howard Bauchner.
Thank you, sir.
All because an ad came up.
Anyway, you read it great.
Thank you for finding it.
All right, everybody.
Let's see here.
Susan.
Susan and Calabasas.
We only have 30 seconds.
And go.
Okay, I'll make it short, Dennis.
Two things that I've done over the last 10 years.
One, I started my own political Facebook page, which now has well over 2,000 members.
It's a great page.
I've met amazing people.
And when the Obamacare passed without one vote from the Republicans, I started the Dennis Prager discussion group.
All right, hold on.
I am actually curious about that.
We'll be back.
The Dennis Prager Show, live from the Relief Factor Pain-Free Studio.
The Dennis Prager Show on the Salem Radio Network.
Return some break in 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Return some break in 2 minutes.
Thank you.
Her ideas about free markets and free minds still captivate millions.
Gloria Alvarez with the Objective Standard Institute tells Ayn Rand's fascinating story in the new video from Prager University.
See it at prageru.com where we teach what isn't taught.
Yep.
By the way, till the end of the month.
When is the end of the month?
Tuesday?
31st is when?
Wednesday?
Whatever you give PragerU is tripled.
Somebody or some people will triple your gift.
The advantage of coming out of the closet as a conservative.
So let me go back to...
Susan, in Calabasas, California.
For those of you who do not know, Calabasas means pumpkins.
Did you know that, Susan?
Of course.
I've lived here for 27 years.
So, on occasion, do you give your address as Pumpkins, California?
Well, I have a better one.
I shouldn't divulge my address, but I won't give the number.
The name of my street is Paseo Prebano, which means First Street.
Which means what street?
First Street in Pumpkin, California.
Yes, Pumpkins.
Yes, that's great.
I like you.
Alright, let's hear your story.
You came out of the closet.
You got 2,000 followers already.
And you have a Prager discussion group?
I didn't have time to hear about that.
I did.
When Obamacare was passed in 2011 without one Republican vote, I was so outraged.
And I had to keep my mouth shut because I'm in business, and you know how that goes.
And I decided, well, one of the ways to do this is to start a Prager group where I can have people in my home and discuss the things that you discuss on a daily basis.
So I started the group.
It lasted for about nine years only because I wasn't able to continue with it.
Wow, that's a long time.
So you really do have kindred spirits in your life.
That's what I'm talking about.
Absolutely.
And the way that I do it is I search people out.
And the Facebook page has given me a wonderful opportunity to meet people all over the world.
Oh, that's right.
That's beautiful.
By the way, I think we should do something new.
I'm going to send you a picture of Sean for you to put up in the house.
You know what?
I would love that.
I don't even...
Oops.
Oh, I've got to hear that.
I'm sorry.
That was a mistake.
You would love that?
What did you say?
I said, I don't know what Sean looks like, but I've been listening to him for as long as he's been working with you.
That's right.
Exactly correct.
A picture of Sean.
I like that.
With pumpkins.
No, no, that's right.
The frame will have something that relates to your town.
That's right.
So, for example, isn't there an intercourse Pennsylvania?
Okay, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody.
Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody. Bye, everybody.

Yes it is!
My friends, I'm Dennis Prager, and the happy make the world better.
Happiness is a moral issue.
Not just emotional.
That is right.
It's moral, moral, ethical.
How you act affects everyone in your life.
Those are the original lyrics.
It's the happy, happy, happy, happy hour.
Since 1999, you realize that?
The 20th century, which was one century after the 18th, the 19th, excuse me.
That's when this show began.
In the century following the 19th century.
Think of that.
The 19th century, Beethoven was composing symphonies in the 19th century.
Today's topic...
It is a very interesting one.
And the only drawback to today's topic is that it's political, and I've generally abstained over the course of 21 years from Politics and the Happiness Hour.
But it is not meant to make a political point.
It concerns politics, but that is not its purpose.
Its purpose is happiness.
So, this is the issue.
Everyone knows, and that's not true, I take that back.
Half the country knows that half this country feels intimidated, frightened from expressing their views.
As you may have heard in the first hour of the show, we just got the report.
That the editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association said on a podcast, which they deleted, by the way, that he doesn't think doctors are racist.
And that was enough.
He didn't think there was systemic racism in medicine.
And he's now on probation.
He's now suspended.
Editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association.
The word is out.
You express a view the left differs with, you lose your livelihood, your reputation, and sometimes your children.
Therefore, the topic, and I raised it last hour in terms of, if you've done it, what has been the repercussions.
The topic on the happiness hour, and I can't think of a more relevant topic to half this country.
If you are not on the left, you just will listen and find this fascinating.
Like an anthropologist studying a tribe that they have never encountered.
People who differ with you.
So, if you have stayed in the closet, what happiness price have you paid?
And if you got out of the closet, did you get happier?
I don't know the answer to this.
This is an example of a show of an hour in which I will certainly comment, but I'm really depending upon your answer.
I do that regularly because I learn a great deal from your lives.
I only live my life.
But now I can live others' lives.
And it's the happiness hour.
When I advocate that people get out of the closet, am I advocating that they become less happy?
I have to be honest with myself.
It still may be the moral reason to do so, but I have to be aware of the price paid.
On the other hand, maybe you are happier.
You live with yourself better.
You draw fine people into your life, which is the greatest happiness.
Booster, I think there is.
That plus the Goldberg Variations by Bob.
They're neck and neck.
1-8 Prager, 776-877-243.
Play the one that Alan likes because we are, this week, celebrating the living murder.
877-243-777.
Yeah, that's right.
877-243-777.
That's right.
You know, we don't celebrate the living martyr quite enough on this program.
Who takes a lot of flack from his colleagues over being...
I was going to use Adam Carolla's description, but I won't do that.
Over being the living martyr.
There are a lot of ways to be happy.
That's a great subject.
I think when people say that, you know, I think people need to be happy, they think they have to walk around with some plastic smile on their face.
That's not true.
Anyway, people who do that are probably not happy.
1-8 Prager 776, has it affected your happiness staying in the closet?
You can even call anonymously.
I don't care.
You're anonymous anyway, except for the first name, city, address, and phone number.
I mean, let's be clear.
I'm kidding about the address and phone number.
We have no idea about your address and phone number.
But have you paid a happiness price?
C'est la question.
That French was for my friend, Barack Lurie.
That's right.
A good man, a good lawyer, a good father, and I don't know if he's a good uncle.
The best uncle I know, I'm putting myself aside, the best uncle I know is actually the living martyr.
Isn't that interesting?
Bet you didn't know that about him.
We should revisit that subject.
While you're calling in, I want to just share with you something, because I'm going to speak about it next week.
I made a video for Prager University for Father's Day.
It's obviously coming out in June, on the need for fathers.
There was an article by Mary Eberstadt in First Things, I Believe, which I have a subscription to, and you all should.
We need to support good journalism.
She's a professor at Harvard, right?
All right, take a look.
Oh, no, she's not.
I'm thinking of the woman who wrote on abortion at Harvard.
That's right.
It's a different woman.
I don't know.
Well, Mary Eberstadt, why does she?
She might be at AEI. Anyway, she's a major intellectual force.
And she wrote about something I suspected.
That the majority of rioters last year grew up in fatherless homes.
When I see these young people smashing windows, burning cars, I assume they come from a fatherless home.
Not all do.
But I would bet...
Serious amount of money that the majority do.
Anyway, your happiness and staying in the closet, hiding from your colleagues who you are, let alone who you might have voted for, or whom you might have voted for.
Have you paid a price and...
And if you came out, are you happier or not?
This is fascinating.
A question to me.
We'll begin in Louisville, Kentucky, and the famous Julie of Louisville.
Hi.
Hi, Dennis.
Hi.
I just wanted to tell you, I've been a good little conservative for way too long and not wanting to make waves or cause issues or...
You know, make people uncomfortable.
So I was just keeping quiet about my conservative views and beliefs.
And my word for the year, instead of having a resolution, was courage.
And I wanted to have courage to speak out.
And I've just started doing it.
And I'm so much happier.
And I don't get in people's faces.
I speak the truth in love.
But I'm just so much happier that I don't feel like I have to be bottled up and stifled all the time.
And keep my views to myself for fear of offending.
When nobody's worried about offending me, you know, everybody's out there saying what they want to say against the right, and I just felt like I want to speak up, and I want my kids to see me speaking up.
You know, I want, I have adult friends, I want them to know.
Wow, you know what, I hadn't thought of that.
That is so important.
Yeah.
I mean, they watch us, right?
They watch us, by the way, they watch us forever.
Not just when they're 10. No, my kids are adults.
They're adult men out of the house.
In 10 seconds, did you pay any financial or livelihood price?
No, I did not.
Not in that case.
I'm self-employed.
Even then, the clients could leave.
We'll continue.

The Dennis Prager show.
The Democrats are trying to ram through the H.R. 1 bill and the Equality Act.
Can you say a little bit about that?
I think the reason why there's so many distractions in the country right now is because that's exactly what they've been doing.
Since the second they certified Joe Biden in as President of the United States, everyone has seen it.
They've been forcing one radical program after another.
The most radical program is their number one piece of legislation of choice, and it's this.
It is to ensure that they institutionalize all All the tactics that were used in this last election.
That's exactly what the Democrats want to put in power.
Why do they want to do that?
Well, right now, they're the one power and party.
They run the House, they run the Senate, they run the White House.
They want to keep it that way.
And in order to keep it that way, they want to put bizarre election practices that are against the Constitution of the United States.
They want to put that in place because they want outcome-based elections.
They want to predetermine who will be in power.
And then these few elites will decide the laws that we live under, what our nation looks like.
We'll be working for them.
They won't be working for us anymore.
Make sure that that's clear.
We'll be working for them.
So what they're going to do is federalize all the elections.
So the states are on a mad dash right now to clean up all the messes of this last election.
But in this legislation, believe it or not, Eric, they appoint someone in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice.
to sue any state who tries to put election integrity in place so that you can know that your vote actually is going to count.

Once again, taking you, along with my colleague Mike Gallagher, to Israel.
There's a Stand with Israel banner at DennisPrager.com for info.
Talk about meeting kindred spirits.
You will meet hundreds of them on this trip.
That's...
That's the great ancillary benefit of trips with me, including my cruises.
Still planned for June.
I don't know what the boating industry will be like, but it is still planned going from England to Iceland.
That information is also on the website.
But Israel is definite, and I suggest that you book the trip.
Obviously, if it's canceled, you get a refund.
It's not an issue.
But I don't think it will be.
Israel will be opening up.
All right, everybody.
Dennis Prager here.
And it's a rare time.
I mean, the entire subject is political.
But I'm not advancing a political cause.
I'm asking a question about happiness.
If you've come out of the closet, which means in America today being a conservative, nobody else is in the closet except conservatives, did that make you happier, less happy?
No effect.
Is being in the closet a source of unhappiness?
All right, y'all.
And Apple Valley, Minnesota.
Jerry, that's one place you've got to stay in the closet.
Hello, Jerry.
Hello, sir.
Thank you for taking my call.
Are you Minnesota nice, Jerry?
Well, I'm not originally from the state, but I try to be.
At least every chance I can.
Where did you come from?
Sir, I was born and raised in the Philippines.
I moved to the United States in 93. I stayed in Texas for about eight years, and then I moved to Minnesota in 2000. Wow.
I'm curious, do you feel free in Minnesota?
No, I do not.
But I live my life free.
That's a very intelligent response.
Alright, what's your story on the subject?
Well, I have lived my life free.
I am conservative, coming from the Philippines.
We're predominantly Catholic.
I am Catholic.
And I don't hide it.
And I am very happy with it.
I have a Trump flag in my garage so everybody can see who I voted for, and I've been told many times to hide it, but I don't.
I figure I'm civil to everybody.
It doesn't matter who you voted for if you're civil to me.
How do you make a living?
I work in the transportation industry, airline industry.
So you work for an airline?
Yes, sir.
So you don't feel...
That being out of the closet as a conservative endangers your job.
It does.
It most definitely does.
We are told every day in emails of what we should be.
Vaccines who, they try to slowly social justice reforms they would like to see or their backing for the month.
It is very hard to be conservative in the industry that I work in, but I still do it.
Do your colleagues at work know that?
I'm sorry.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir, they do.
And how do they react to you?
For the most part, they just leave me alone.
They'll talk to me.
We try not to talk politics, but if they want to talk politics, I always talk politics.
By the way, are you aware there is one group that is overwhelmingly conservative in the airline industry?
Airplane pilots.
I'm not kidding.
That's a very interesting...
because a lot of them are ex-military, among other reasons.
I think that's the primary one.
Thank you.
You're a pleasure.
It's ironic he comes from the Philippines.
He will be interested to know that in my survey of people in 130 countries that I have visited, last year was the first year in my life since the age of 20 that I did not go abroad.
And I have my subjective opinion, Filipinos are one of the five friendliest peoples in the world.
So he's Filipino nice and Minnesota nice.
All right.
Let's see what else you have, folks.
I have to say.
Let's go to Grand Ledge, Michigan.
And Darren, hello.
Hi, Dan.
It's a pleasure to speak with you, sir.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Yeah, I found you about two months before the election when my other station went off.
But anyhow, on your topic, I have never personally, quote, gone in the closet or had to come out.
I've never hid my conservatism.
And my happiness on that is just phenomenal.
You know, I have my disagreements.
I have my concerns about the way things are now.
But it's so liberating to say, this is who I am.
This is what I believe.
Did you say it on social media?
Not much on social media.
I see.
So how did you say it?
As far as...
How did you announce your conservative views if you didn't use social media?
Well, pretty much every election cycle, people just have to look at my yard, full of yard signs.
I see.
So any flack from neighbors?
One.
I'm curious, what did that neighbor do or say?
Well, let's put it this way.
He put out a red hat for his dog to pee on in the election because he knew I was a Trumpist, as he calls it.
I wonder...
Thank you.
That's fascinating.
I wonder if he's related to Gavin Newsom and his partner.
He doesn't call his wife, wife.
They have a Trump poop bag.
Yeah, it's reported by mainstream media in San Francisco.
This is the maturity level of the governor of California and his partner-slash-wife.
They pick up their dog's poop with a Trump bag, or did, anyway.
So this man's neighbor in Michigan.
Put out a red hat, a MAGA hat, a MAGA type hat for the dog to pee on.
Maturity is not the strong suit of people on the left, just for the record.
I'm not talking about liberals, but leftists.
Maturity is not the key.
That's why the further left you go, the more expletives you see in print, as it were, on their social media.
A sign of immaturity.
Forget values, religion, just maturity.
It's a child.
We'll be back.

You know what I'm really worried about is white males from the country.
Those are the people committing the most...
Me?
So you're worried about me?
Yes.
If I said I'm worried about black males, that would be a racist thing, right?
You just said white males.
That's pretty racist.
Love, not hate, makes America great!
Look at some of the national propaganda about the Jews and see a lot of stuff that really similar to what people are saying about the people of the land.
I wouldn't equate what's going on today with the rise of the Third Reich, would you?
What did you just say you don't think it is part of the Third Reich?
No, I would not equate Donald Trump with the rise of the Third Reich.
If we're such a racist country, why is it that Asian Americans and Indian Americans are actually richer than white Americans on average?
Didn't Obama separate 90,000 kids from their parents?
I don't know.
What is your solution?
Does that make this right?
In fact, Bernie Sanders put on his website in 2015, Dear Obama, stop separating parents from their parents.
Well, all the images they're using on television of children in cages, those are taken under Obama.
I mean, Obama separated 90,000 kids and there were no programs.
Okay, so now we're interviewing you.
Well, no, I'm just saying a sentence.
Okay.
Thank you very much.
You protested under Obama, right?
There were no protests like this.
No hate speak!
There was no hate speak behind what he did.
I mean, there was no...
It didn't come with all that evil, hateful rhetoric.
Like what?
Give me an example.
Do you think illegals should be deported?
Illegal?
Like illegal immigrants.
Where's illegal?
Someone who is not here legally?
Like someone who broke federal immigration law to come into the country.
Well, maybe there's a reason.
So there's a reason that it's okay to break laws.
So if I'm hungry, I can rob a store, essentially.
That's the reason.

I do not understand how one can talk climate change while a genocide is underway.
Hugh, the only surprising thing about that story is that John Kerry is going to speak virtually with a counterpart from China.
Normally, he would be flying on a private airplane and staying in a five-star luxury hotel.
But everything else is totally far for the course for John Kerry and unfortunately for Joe Biden.
And I'm afraid, as I have been all along, that they're going to trade off some fanciful, theoretical reduction in carbon emissions by China in 2084 in return for, say, giving up Taiwan.
I certainly hope that won't be the case.
Or the continued cover-up over COVID. In Rogan's book on China, Chaos Under Heaven, you were cited as the original hardliner on the Wuhan lab.
Everything you said about the Wuhan lab is being vindicated with every day that goes by, Senator Cotton.
Yeah, you know, Hugh, I wish I wouldn't have been right about this virus, you know, back when Washington was obsessed with Donald Trump's impeachment trial.
His first impeachment trial, I guess I have to say now.
In January of 2020, I was trying to sound the alarm with the president and my peers on down.
The president got it pretty quickly when he grounded flights from China.
But even the Democrats still continue to say for weeks that that was an overreaction and that we're spreading conspiracy theories when we said it may have leaked from this laboratory in Wuhan.
But as you say, most reporting now suggests what I said all along, which although there's not direct evidence and we may never know conclusively because of the duplicity of the Chinese Communist Party, every bit of evidence and common sense we have suggests that this was a leak from the Wuhan laboratory.

All right, everybody.
Eddie in San Diego, California.
Hello.
Thank you for having me, Mr. Frager.
Yes, sir.
Short and history of my life, Brooklyn, New York.
Moved out to California many years ago.
My older sister lives back east.
And for someone who only had a passing interest in politics or like, all of a sudden she became a rather liberal progressive when Trump came in.
And every conversation since Trump was, and even now, revolves back to Trump, the Republicans, QAnon.
And we used to be close, and I feel like I can't open up to her.
I try to avoid politics and steer all the conversations away from politics, but I want to talk about family and New York, but I feel like I've lost something.
Well, I think you have.
I can't be open and honest with you.
And at 70 years old, all I want to do is have a sister I can talk to.
You know, I feel for you, I really do.
70 years old, his older sister is alienated because he voted for Donald Trump.
Look, it's a clear example of an individual who needs kindred spirits who are not in his bloodline.
God knew how difficult family relations could be, so he provided friends.
Friends are a divine gift to most people.
I say most because some people have it within...
I know a man who's very famous, I won't mention his name, who says, I don't have many friends, I have my family.
And he didn't mean his kids.
He meant his parents and siblings.
And look, whatever works for you and is not unethical is just fine with me.
But I only mention that to be intellectually honest, that there are some people who will find within their bloodline the answer to loneliness.
Okay.
Let's go to Detroit and Susan.
Hello, Susan.
Dennis Prager.
Hello.
Hi.
Thank you for taking my call.
Yep.
And I also want to thank you for helping me be a better Christian.
Well, you made my day.
Thank you.
It's my honor.
And should it ever come up, tell them a Jew did it.
Okay.
I will.
But thank you.
Right.
Go ahead.
Well, I wanted to call because over the past year, I'm a retired public school teacher, and during my teaching days, my best friends in my school knew my politics, but I didn't talk a lot about them.
But now that I'm retired over the past year, I've put a couple things that I thought were pretty benign on social media, and it's caused a lot of people to walk away.
And I would say two of my colleagues that were, one of them I would have considered a best friend of 20 years.
Wow.
Wow.
Yeah.
What did you put up?
I'm curious.
Forgive me.
What did you put up?
Well, when the whole hydroxychloroquine thing started to come out, Michigan was a state where the governor...
Restricted pharmacies.
That's right.
And so I was upset about that, and I put a couple things...
And you lost the...

Trending now on the Larry Elder Show. - My guest has written a book called COVID-19, a physician's take on the exaggerated fear of the coronavirus.
My guest is Dr. Jeffrey Barkey.
Doctor, I was talking to you about spring break.
As you know, kids go down to Florida for spring break every year, and I'm...
Watching CNN and MSNB Hee Haw, and some of the hosts and some of the guests are going absolutely crazy over the idea that these kids are going to likely cause a spike up in coronavirus, and there's a variant that we are not aware of.
We don't know how it's going to affect it.
It may be more contagious.
It may be more deadly.
We just don't know.
So they're very, very fearful about all these young kids going down to Florida during spring break.
Your take on that.
Well, of course they're fearful.
That's how they live their life, in fear.
What they should know is that kids are at very low risk of COVID-19.
If they do get it, they typically have mild or no symptoms at all.
There's little risk that asymptomatic kids, or anybody for that matter, spreads the disease.
So I really don't have much concerns.
They're going to do what they're going to do in Florida.
The governor of Florida, I think, has done the best job in the country at managing this.
Their economy is now wide open.
They're doing great.
So I think he should be applauded for the excellent work that he's done.
And I don't have much fear about what the kids are going to be involved in.
Listen, kids are back to school in some areas, and we don't see any spike in the kids as they gather on the playground and they're in the classrooms and so forth.
So I'm really not worried.
I think they should go have fun in the sun in Florida and not live their lives in fear.
Dr. Gavin Newsom's kids have been doing okay with their in-school private learning somehow someway.
You know what I'm really worried about is white males.
You're worried about me?
Yes.
If I said I'm worried about black males, that would be a racist thing, right?
You just said white males, so that's pretty racist.
*Pewds singing*
This is one of the oldest of the happiness themes.
Who's singing this?
Sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet dot.
You mean Oliver and Baker.
How are you going to keep that honey you got?
Okay, it's the happiness hour, ladies and gentlemen.
The third...
No, excuse me.
How did I do that?
Wow.
I almost put myself in the punishment room.
But a mistake...
Well, they're all mistakes.
Second hour every Friday is on the incredibly, incredibly important subject of happiness.
Happy people make the world better.
The unhappy make it worse.
Macro and micro.
All right.
Be aware of that.
So, let's see.
Was I talking to somebody or can I move on?
Yes, I was.
To Susan in Detroit, correct?
I believe so.
Susan, is that correct?
I was talking to you?
Yes, you were.
Good.
Go on.
Oh, I was just telling you that I posted about hydroxychloroquine.
Oh, yes.
Oh, it's unbelievable.
So all you posted was you thought that, what, the Michigan governor should not restrict its sale?
I posted an article about her restricting it, and that's all.
I didn't comment on it until people started to comment.
And the one thing I said is, if you don't want to take it, you and your doctor can discuss that.
But if I would like to take it or my doctor would prescribe it to me, I would like that option.
That's called freedom.
Oh, that's it.
You know how many dirty words you said in that thing?
I mean, to your teaching colleagues, your colleagues in school, the teaching profession has been warped by the progressive world.
And this is a great example.
I mean, you should be free to take one of the safest medicines known to humanity.
Right.
Which, by the way, I have been taking regularly from the beginning, just for everybody's record, and I haven't had so much as a sniffle.
Yeah?
I would say, and it's ironic now when you look at the experimental vaccines that are coming out, the same people that chastised me for wanting to maybe pursue taking hydroxychloroquine are all lined up with an alcohol swab to clean off their arm for that.
That is one of the brightest points, I would say, of the week.
It's possible of the month.
Well, thank you.
I'm honored, because I've thought a lot about that, because I have friends that...
Yes, exactly.
It is not FDA approved.
It has never been experimented yet on with animals.
And people are taking it in the hundreds of millions.
But hydroxychloroquine and zinc, ah, that's dangerous.
Oh, God, what a great point.
Why don't we send this woman?
You know, other talk show hosts, they send them their book.
What would we send?
About a signed picture of the living martyr.
I'll bet you most people would put it up.
Best wishes, Susan, LM. I have no reaction from him, by the way.
None.
There wasn't even a millimeter of twitch.
But that is a brilliant point.
The vaccine is safe.
Hydroxychloroquine is dangerous.
It's breathtaking in its irrationality.
Alright, the question on the happiness hour is, have you been unhappy being in the closet?
If you got out of it, what has happened?
Now, Ben is 16. I like to take teenagers' calls.
Ben, if you could stay on, I would like to take you next hour, because I want to restrict the calls to this subject.
I really do want your calls.
And if you don't stay on, it's hard to get back on because a lot of people call.
So if you can't stay on, it'd be a joy to talk to you.
All right, let's see.
Megan in Pearl River, New York.
Hello.
Hello, Dennis.
How are you?
Where is Pearl River?
It is right outside Manhattan in Rockland County.
Okie dokie.
Hi.
Hi.
I listen to your show all the time, and I just wanted to say that I have never and will never stay in the closet, have never been in the closet with being a conservative, and I'm quite proud of that.
And with regards to happiness, it makes me happy to be able to be the person that I am, and conservative views and God is very important to me.
Sounds right to me.
Are you married?
I am not.
You know, I'm going to admit something.
I, in my brain, when I get a call, often I will think, is this person married, man or woman?
And I thought you were.
Have you ever been?
Yes, I have.
Okay, so that's pretty much the same thing.
I don't even want to say, but I just assumed that you had lived a full life, including marriage.
And I'm curious, though, are you hurt professionally for being out in the open?
Well, that's interesting.
When I had worked in corporate America, very much so, I was basically, you know, back then it wasn't as bulk, but I'm 41 years old, but when I worked for...
For example, Big Blue, which I won't name the company, it was more so keep it quiet, keep all political views to yourself.
But as I've moved further along and worked in the healthcare field, it has been even more stifled.
But on personal conversations, I have definitely let my views be known.
So colleagues of mine will know, if you're not on my side, and you're not on my side of the aisle, you better be ready for a good fight, because that's kind of where I go.
And I love a great location.
Have you made your views known on social media?
Absolutely.
And I've lost people that I thought were friends.
But frankly, I found it to become very brutal very quickly when I post something that friends or acquaintances don't agree with.
It gets very brutal on their end to force me very quickly.
Well, that, by the way, is why I believe very sincerely that going to the left makes you a meaner human being.

The world needs stutes.
We don't have enough stutes.
The point that the last caller made was so powerful that it, in my case, took my breath away.
People are scared of hydroxychloroquine, but run to take a vaccine.
Hydroxychloroquine has been used around the world by hundreds of millions for 50, more than a half century.
The vaccines are brand new, not FDA approved, not yet tested on animals, and manipulate your immune system in an unprecedented way for a vaccine, hence called mRNA.
I'm not saying they're dangerous.
I'm merely saying that it's so inverted in its logic.
To be scared of hydroxychloroquine and completely unambivalent with regard to the vaccines.
That's really...
This is another proof that if something is said enough by enough media, people will believe it just as they will believe men give birth.
The ability to manipulate people's minds...
The ease in a free society?
This has been revelatory to me.
Okay, my friends.
Wow.
Let me read your responses here.
I'm asking you if you're in the closet politically because you're conservative and may lose your livelihood.
Are you unhappy as a result?
Mary Lou in Denver feels better having come out of the closet.
Alan, also in Colorado.
When he went blind, he decided not to worry if people thought he was a conservative.
That's a fascinating development.
And let's see here.
George in Tampa, where I will be, incidentally, in a couple of weeks, came out.
And has a Trump flag in his yard.
My issue here is not to push Trump or even conservatism this hour.
It's only to ask you if you are conservative.
Do you hide it?
And how does it affect your happiness?
Carolyn Dallas had a major breakup with her family because of one of my articles.
Stay on.
I'm curious to know what article.
Oh my God.
KC is black and conservative.
Lost many friends.
Ben, I'll talk to you.

There's no way Democrats can possibly explain this surge by illegals.
And yes, I know the mainstream media wants to call them migrants, but they are, after all, illegals.
There's no way to explain this other than the Biden administration's invitation to come in.

My guest has written a book called COVID-19: A Physician's Take on the Exaggerated Fear of the Coronavirus.
My guest is Dr. Jeffrey Barkey.
Doctor, I was talking to you about spring break.
As you know, kids go down to Florida for spring break every year, and I'm watching CNN and MSNB Heehaw, and some of the hosts and some of the guests are going absolutely crazy over the idea that these kids are going to likely cause a spike up in coronavirus, and there's a variant that we are not aware and there's a variant that we are not aware of.
We don't know how it's going to affect it.
It may be more contagious.
It may be more deadly.
We just don't know.
So they're very, very fearful about all these young kids going down to Florida during spring break.
Your take on that?
Well, of course they're fearful.
That's how they live their life, in fear.
What they should know is that kids are at very low risk of COVID-19.
If they do get it, they typically have mild or no symptoms at all.
There's little risk that asymptomatic kids, or anybody for that matter, spreads the disease.
So I really don't have much concerns.
They're going to do what they're going to do in Florida.
The governor of Florida, I think, has done the best job in the country at managing this disease.
Their economy is now wide open.
They're doing great.
So I think he should be applauded for the excellent work that he's done.
And I don't have much fear about what the kids are going to be involved in.
Listen, kids are back to school in some areas, and we don't see any spike.
In the kids as they gather on the playground and they're in the classrooms and so forth.
So I'm really not worried.
I think they should go have fun in the sun in Florida and not live their lives in fear.
Dr. Gavin Newsom's kids have been doing okay with their in-school private learning somehow, someway.

You're worried about me?
Yes.
If I said I'm worried about black males, that would be a racist thing, right?
You just said white males.
That's pretty racist.
Love, not hate, makes America great!
Look at some of the national propaganda about the Jews and you see a lot of stuff that really similar to what people are saying about the Middle East.
I wouldn't equate what's going on today with the rise of the Third Reich, would you?
Would you just say you don't think it is part of the Third Reich?
No, I would not equate Donald Trump with the rise of the Third Reich.
If we're such a racist country, why is it that Asian Americans and Indian Americans are actually richer than white Americans on average?
Does any Obama separate 90,000 kids from their parents?
I don't know.
What is your suicide?
Does that make this right?
The Department of Homeland Security.
In fact, Bernie Sanders put on his website in 2015, here, Obama stopped separating parents from their kids.
Okay, but does that make this right?
Well, all the images they're using on television of children in cages, those are taken under Obama.
Obama separated 90,000 gigs and there were no protests.
Okay, so now we're interviewing you.
Well, no, I'm just saying a sentence.
Thank you very much.
You protest under Obama, right?
There were no protests like this.
No hate speak!
There was no hate speak behind what he did.
I mean, there was no...
It didn't come with all that evil, hateful rhetoric.
Like what?
Give me an example.
Illegals should be deported?
Illegal?
Like illegal immigrants.
What is illegal?
Someone who is not here legally?
Like someone who broke federal immigration law to come into the country.
Well, maybe there's a reason.
So there's a reason that it's okay to break laws at times.
So if I'm hungry, I can rob a store, essentially.
That's the reason.

But everything else is totally far for the course for John Kerry and, unfortunately, for Joe Biden.
And I'm afraid, as I have been all along, that they're going to trade off some fanciful, theoretical reduction in carbon emissions by China in 2084 in return for, say, giving up Taiwan.

Guess what?
Kids, thanks to the left, you have no past and you have no future.
You're going to die from global warming, and the past is erased because it's so awful.
Yes, indeed.
This is not joy to the world.
All right.
What is on thine mind?
I told Ben, who's 16, to hang on.
He's in Chicago.
Hello, Ben.
Hi.
Hi, Mr. Prager.
I wanted to talk about how I discovered your show and how I... A few years ago, I was really confused about where...
What exactly I believed, like, I wasn't sure what to believe.
I still, I was confused, and I thought, you know, I fell for that whole global warming, climate change nonsense, and my views were really messed up.
But I always had a fascination for, like, things before my time, and I knew that, and I think deep down I knew that my views Right.
So, why is that?
that are your parents conservative my parents are kind of open-minded but I have I had a I have an uncle who's conservative and he listens to talk radio and I I look I discovered talk radio because of him and he gave me a radio and I started listening and I found your show and he listened to the show too but I started learning Have you gone public with your views?
My mom knows and my dad kind of knows, but I kind of have a lot of anxiety expressing my views because I have a lot of anxiety.
It's just kind of a condition I have just in general.
But yeah, my views were really messed up.
They're really messed up, but then...
Have you watched pregame videos?
Yeah, I do.
Well, listen, okay, so there are a lot of things going on here.
Obviously, one of them is anxiety, and that seems to be sort of built in.
But I really want you to try to treat that, if medically necessarily, then medically.
Through ways of, to the extent that it is possible, having your faculty of reason control your nature.
That's the biggest battle in everybody's life.
Overcoming the negative parts of one's nature.
By the way, on global warming, I'd like to make something clear.
My issue has never been, is the globe getting warmer?
My issue has been, what price will you pay to try to stop it?
When I'm called a denier, the left does what it always does, and that is a lie.
Truth is not a left-wing value, so it doesn't even bother their conscience.
I saw something on 4chan.
Somebody literally made up things that I had said.
Dennis Prager said, I never said anything remotely like it.
They had no source.
They didn't even have quote marks.
and then there's a whole discussion on a lie about me.
We are not deniers We deny the hysteria.
We don't deny that there is warming, or even that humans may play a role in that warming.
And I'm saying this for Ben's sake, and I'm saying this for all of your sakes.
That's the issue.
It's the hysteria.
It's the world is coming to an end gigantic nonsense, so that they can control more of the economy.
If they really believed the world was coming to an end because of fossil fuel energy, they would be the biggest endorsers and supporters of nuclear power.
The fact that the left does not support nuclear power shows they don't even believe their own lie that the world is coming to an end because of fossil fuels.
Have them answer that.
Okie dokie, everybody.

Hello, Heidi.
Hi, Dennis.
Thanks for taking my call.
I'm driving to Idaho, so I hope this doesn't cut out.
I just wanted to comment about the conversation I had with my sister-in-law last night talking about...
Uh-oh.
Hope it wouldn't cut out.
Why would a call from Coeur d'Alene cut out?
Oh, she's driving from the rural area.
Well, let me see what he told the screener.
Her brother-in-law told her if she takes the vaccine, she can see his family.
Oh, my God.
It is common.
That's exactly right.
Well, look.
This is not a silver lining, but it is worthy of note.
What we have learned in the last year, and longer than a year, is that even in America, where there has been until recently free speech, this is the free speech country on earth, was, anyway, even here, At least half the population can be brainwashed effortlessly.
Effortlessly.
Every person wearing a mask outdoors has been brainwashed.
Nice people, kind people, fine people, bright people, but they've been brainwashed.
I'm going to cover the masks issue from a science basis more in the upcoming weeks with epidemiologists and MDs on the show.
There is a video of somebody vaping with a mask on.
And it's a joke.
All the vape comes out.
Anyway, people eat without a mask in airplanes.
Nothing happens.
I've been hugging people mask-free since last March when I first spoke at an open-up Los Angeles rally.
Attended by a few hundred people only.
It's very sad to me.
That's the lesson to the caller whose call broke down.
It's easy to brainwash.
Thank you.

The Congressional Budget Office just released its new debt figures.
The national debt this year will top 102% of GDP. This has only happened twice before, both during World War II. This number does not count the proposed $1.9 trillion stimulus bill, nor does it count the money which was borrowed from Social Security, since that's considered intergovernmental debt.
Debt levels this high break the intergenerational covenant that we have with our children and grandchildren.
FDR borrowed to defeat the Nazis and Imperial Japan.
Money well spent.
Reagan borrowed to defeat the Soviet Union.
That was also money well spent.
These great projects made the world better for future generations.
But our political class is not buying victories against international threats.
They are buying political victories for incumbents.
This is nothing more than fiscal abuse, and our kids will pay the price.
It needs to stop.

The Democrats are trying to ram through the HR 1 bill, I think the reason why there's so many distractions in the country right now is because that's exactly what they've been doing.

Okay, my friends, I'm Dennis Prager, and this is the area you call in on any subject.
Preferably, of course, cigars, audio equipment, photography equipment, fountain pens, or classical music.
But somehow or other, I get calls on other items, like the meaning of life, politics, religion, which is fine with me.
You have a question.
This is very rare, but go ahead.
When I'm conducting, how do I know?
Oh, my God, that is a great question.
How do I know?
I could spend a half hour on this.
Actually, even if people don't care about music, this applies to all of life.
I will answer your question.
So, in a sense, I want you folks to think of it as I picked up the phone and a man named Sean in Glendale, California was on the line.
That's right, they would know you from the paintings.
So, he wants to know, when I conduct, how do I know that they're following me and not just playing the music, which they could do, actually.
So, I know it in at least two ways.
One is, the first time I ever conducted an orchestra was a rehearsal, many years ago, when I was invited to conduct a short piece, a Mozart overture.
They weren't going to gamble on a whole symphony, and I don't blame them.
I was so nervous during the rehearsal that I actually did lose the place in the score.
And within a few bars, the orchestra sort of fell apart.
I was intensely embarrassed, to say the least.
And I looked up and I said to them, I am intensely embarrassed, but I have good news and bad news.
The bad news is, I lost the place.
The good news is, I now believe you really do follow me.
That's what I said to them.
And because it was so real, they cracked up.
I love real.
The other reason I know is not only from me.
There is an intangible communication that a conductor, to be redundant, communicates to the orchestra.
Of passion, excitement, involvement, sadness, happiness, and it is reflected in their playing.
Otherwise, you would buy one rendition of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, and that would be it.
How could it be different?
How could there be the same exact notes?
How could one performance be so different from another?
Because of the conductor.
That's how you know that the conductor makes a big difference.
My father asked me that question when he saw my involvement in music.
And I think everybody asks that ultimately, because they're not staring at him the whole time.

Hi, Dennis.
Speaking of saying things that you don't really believe, last week you were talking about grocery stores, the new practice of flagging minority-owned products in the store.
If the left in these companies actually believed, as they say, that this country is homophobic and bigoted, Yeah, I would send you a cigar.
That's a big compliment, because I prefer receiving cigars to giving them.
I know they say better to give than receive, but I think that's true for everything but cigars.
In any event, that's a very, very good point.
Here's a proof.
Just think about this, folks.
In the 1930s Germany, if there were signs Jewish-owned, do you think it was to promote sales or to depress sales?
Okay, everybody listening knows to depress sales because they knew how many Germans were anti-Semitic.
But in America, if you say black-owned...
Or Hispanic-owned, or Asian-owned, or Pacific Islanders-owned, or lesbian-owned, or gay-owned, or bisexual-owned, or transgender-owned.
You do well.
Whoa.
So where there was real hatred, the sign meant, hurt this company.
Where there's so little hatred, it means, help this company.
The left is a living lie.
And dividing Americans by that is so un-American, so immoral, that it's breathtaking that it is accepted.
If I had a choice, I would never shop at a market that said the ethnicity of a product, of who made the product.
Todd, that was a good point.
Really good.
That's one of the many proofs that there's so little racism in America, that they tell you the race of an item and they know that they will actually do better.
Here's another one.
I wrote a piece, Proofs That America Is Not Systemically Racist, and also an article about a year ago, I think.
The number of hoaxes there are.
You think there were anti-Semitic hoaxes in Germany in the 30s?
Of course not.
German Jews didn't have to make up things to show that Germany was anti-Semitic.
I wish they had to.
All right, my friend, that was a goodie.
All righty, let's go to Frank in Shatsworth, California.
Hello.
Yeah, I'd like to reference this by saying I'm not on the left.
I'm a liberal.
Despite what you say, I'm not weak in any sense of the word, and neither are my liberal friends, okay?
Wait, wait, despite what I say, you're not what?
I'm sorry, I missed one word.
Okay.
Not weak in any sense of the word.
You can refer to liberals as weak.
Yes, you are weak.
If you're a liberal and believe in liberal values and don't oppose the left, you are weak.
I don't agree.
Okay.
Anyway, I'd like to ask you why you say the contemporary American left is evil.
Because it's destroying the finest country ever made.
That's an abstraction.
No, it's a fact.
Everything good about America, the education system, the journalism, it has been poisoned.
Medicine, all poisoned by the left.
Everything is worse today that the left has touched.
There is no exception to that rule.
But that's according to you.
Yes, according to me.
And it should be according to you.
Alan Dershowitz believes that, and he's a liberal.
Can I speak?
Yes.
You can speak, but I can also react.
Both can speak.
You go.
Okay, but interrupting is reacting.
Yeah.
Do you think Bernie Sanders is evil?
I think he's a gigantic fool who supports evil.
That's why he honeymooned in the Soviet Union.
Okay.
So he promotes social and economic programs that you disagree with.
No, no, no.
That's cheap, my friend.
I disagree with a lot of things.
The left is evil.
There's no exception to it since Lenin.
That you can't recognize it is why most liberals are ruining the country because...
Hey, let me ask you something.
Do you support black dormitories on colleges?
No.
Well, why don't you oppose the left, then?
Do you think that's making colleges worse?
There's a black graduation in Columbia.
Okay.
I approach each subject separately.
I don't just go lockstep with it.
So how many examples of left destruction of every liberal value, like free speech, like racial integration, at what point will you awaken and have the courage to do what Dershowitz does and call the left evil?

The Dennis Prager Show on the Salem.
Well, right now they're the one power and party.

My theory is that the reason the left is pivoting and desperately trying to focus on gun control is that'll be the shiny object that takes all the attention away from the crisis we have along the border.
There's no way Democrats can possibly explain this surge By illegals, and yes, I know the mainstream media wants to call them migrants, but they are, after all, illegals.
There's no way to explain this other than the Biden administration's invitation to come in.
I saw clips last night of candidate Joe Biden.
...unit of time, in my opinion, the week. *music* And then the year is gone, and then the decade.
Anyway, I don't want to be morose just the way it is.
Enjoy what you can while you can.
Oh, there's so many great calls here.
And Rich in L.A. wants to tell me that he wants to donate to PragerU, which reminds me to tell you that March's fundraising month helped.
To help us who fight, please.
For the sake of liberty and America, PragerU.com, 833-PRAGERU. Whatever you give is tripled through the end of the month, which is Wednesday.
Let's see here.
Martha in Philadelphia works in a lab, and if you look at a mask under a microscope, there are so many holes, you can't see a virus.
I wish I could have taken your call, Martha.
The mask issue is one of the...
Well, the word fraud is what comes to my mind, so I'll just stick with it.
It is a talisman.
It's like a rabbit's foot for people.
People who wear it outside, many of them sweet, kind.
And completely brainwashed.
Man called me this week.
That was the call of the week.
58-year-old man, I believe he was.
He's going to wear a mask the rest of his life.
I don't think he's alone.
I think that the quality of life, and by the way, that hurts the quality of life terribly.
If you care about human beings, you want to see their faces.
I loathe the Muslim veil, and I loathe the mask equally.
Both in the name of religion, in one case the name of Islam, even though Islam doesn't call for it, but it's done in the name of Islam, and this is done in the name of science, another religion.
God exists, and science exists, but they can both be manipulated into false doctrines, like the veil and the mask.
Just say science and people shut up.
Just like in religious life, just say, thus saith the Lord.
People often shut up.
The substitute religions for Judaism and Christianity in the West have created so much havoc, evil, and destruction that it's breathtaking.
My life has been devoted to one overwhelming subject.
The consequences of secularism.
All right, my friends.
Oh, Jack and West Holly, we'd love to talk to you.
An actor who is in the closet.
God.
Not as gay as conservative.
My friends, if you're celebrating, I wish you a happy and meaningful Passover.
You can watch the Seder that I conducted on Zoom last year or on Skype at PragerU.
Let's see.
Uh, uh, uh, the next Dennis Prager show.
Folks, I was swimming in the Suez Canal sideways in a sandstorm.
Stop.
I'm here on this road.
Stop.
Actually, it is an amazing story.
Yeah, no, no, it's true.
I mean, the world shipping, half the world shipping is dependent on that canal.
It shouldn't be.
It's a risky thing.
They shouldn't allow such...
They may stop that length going through the Suez Canal.
Dennis Prager here, if you get a delay...
Dennis Prager here on the next Dennis Prager Show.
If something you ordered that is made abroad is delayed, a reason might be that the ship taking it and hundreds of ships behind it are stuck in the Suez Canal.
Do you know about that story?
