Thank you.
even though my bike was on.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
That was a rare moment, I have to say.
That is the challenge of live radio, ladies and gentlemen.
I can do that again if you like.
Well, anyway, welcome to the show.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I have a picture here.
It was sent to me by someone I know to be honorable.
She did not know.
It's not my wife.
I know it's her to be honorable, but I don't want people to start guessing.
It's someone on the East Coast.
In any event, I have a picture here from a supermarket.
And I need your help.
I need to know...
I'm 99% sure this is legit, but as I have no...
There is no data with regard to...
Where this photo was taken, and therefore I cannot completely confirm its validity.
But I'm 99% sure it's the real deal.
I need to know, though, how common this is.
Have you seen this in your supermarket?
So, for example, there are signs here.
Over two items, over some teriyaki rice mix and something else, but it's in the rice department.
And it says $6.99, reduced I guess to $4.66, I don't know, $6.99, and black owned.
It's somewhat of a big little hanging sign, and then there's another one black owned and another one Hispanic owned.
Please call me immediately, and if you can, if this does exist outside of one supermarket, it's not worth tweeting out if it's one market in the country.
But if you have seen it, tell me that you have, and send me a photo and where, what market, obviously what city, The photo was taken.
I remember telling you during the left-wing riots of last year that in Santa Monica, California, there were big riots in Santa Monica, and there was a place boarded up, needless to say, and on the wood boarding was written black-owned.
I took a picture of it.
And of course, I thought back to Germany before the Holocaust, when there was terrible Jew hatred, called anti-Semitism, it's an odd name, but in any event, the Germany of the 30s, when you would have stores with signs that said, Aryan owned.
So that during riots, the Nazi sympathizers and Nazis themselves would not tear down that store.
How this is different, I don't know.
Maybe you can enlighten me that Aryan-owned is evil and black-owned during riots is good.
If you can, I am persuadable.
In fact, I'd like to be persuaded.
I don't want to think that this country has so descended in such a fast amount of time.
1-8 Prager 776 is the number.
Have you seen in a supermarket any signs over products of the race or ethnicity of the owner of the company whose product is being...
Sold to you.
Otherwise, I have to conclude until I get more information.
Have you seen it, Sean?
On the food ordering websites?
There's a separate section.
So what is a food ordering website?
DoorDash.
They have a what?
A restaurant?
Uh-huh.
Okay, one of the sections for restaurant is black-owned businesses.
Question is, do the black-owned businesses want to be listed as such?
By the way, Google had it.
Does Google still have it on its opening page?
Take a look if Google still has that on the front page.
I really want to hear from you if you have seen it, but the most important is for you to send me photos.
Let me just say that this is an act that is so destructive to everything America stands for that if this is not evidence that the left is evil, then I don't know.
Well, I give you evidence every day.
It's not liberal, this is left.
Liberals go along with it.
Because they're weak.
But it emanates from the left, not from liberalism.
But the Democratic Party, as the Wall Street Journal has finally acknowledged, the Wall Street Journal editorial page has acknowledged that the left owns the Democratic Party.
The Democratic Party is a left-wing party.
There was a time when it was a liberal party.
Even under Bill Clinton, it was a liberal party.
I say even because that was...
Fairly recent, as history goes.
That was 30 years ago.
Less than 30 years ago.
Black-owned, Hispanic-owned.
Wow.
That's what we've come to.
That's called progressive.
And I'm waiting for your calls.
1-8 Prager 776-877-243-7776.
In the meantime, let's see here.
All right.
Giant food to highlight minority-owned suppliers on shelves.
Where is the source of this?
That is always a problem when these things are printed out.
It is supermarket news.
Okay.
Thank you.
Supermarket news.
This is from December.
So this is three months ago.
Giant food is rolling out updated shelf labels that enable shoppers to identify products from minority-owned businesses.
Plans call for all giant supermarkets.
Where are giant supermarkets located?
What part of the country?
You sure?
Well, it's a land over...
It's the Landover, Maryland-based regionals.
I guess you're right.
The labels will inform customers about items from companies that are women, black, Asian, Indian, Hispanic, LGBT, Asian-Pacific, or veteran-owned.
The joke is, these are the people that are calling for unity.
It is truly, it is to enter the world of the lie, to enter the left.
Virtually everything they say is not true.
The preoccupation with Donald Trump and truth was just to deflect.
Like the preoccupation with QAnon is to deflect.
The preoccupation with the made-up term insurrection, the made-up lie that Trump had said that they were fine Nazis.
They build a wall of lies to protect their lives.
Usually there's a world of lies to protect some truth, like in wartime, but on the left it is lies to protect lies.
We're for unity, but here, look.
We'll show every item except one owned by men or whites.
You don't buy products based on their excellence.
You buy them based on solidarity with race.
Or LGBT. That's right.
Yes, you gotta buy this brand of orange juice.
Bisexual owns the company.
Bisexual orange juice.
Actually, it does taste, it's supposed to taste really, really good.
So I really shouldn't mock the idea of bisexual orange juice.
When I was a kid, I remember they're saying, you know, there's no orange juice like bisexual orange juice.
In fact, Florida was thinking, because instead of saying the orange state, they were going to say the bisexual orange state, to distinguish it from any other oranges.
Now, if you think bisexual oranges are good, you haven't tasted transgendered oranges.
And minority transgendered, one salivates at the thought.
This is Carol Platt-Lebow of Yankee Institute for townhall.com.
Matt Meyer is president of the Berkeley Federation of Teachers, a union leading the effort to keep children at home, insisting that reopening schools is just too unsafe.
So jaws dropped when video of him was seen taking his own daughter to in-person preschool.
The episode highlights the hypocrisy and cynicism evident in too much COVID policy, especially in education.
School districts with strong teachers unions are less likely to hold in-person classes.
Meanwhile, our children remain trapped at home, suffering from social isolation and learning loss.
The achievement gap has increased, and there's a worsening youth mental health crisis.
Parents have stood by helplessly at the mercy of the unions, even as the CDC admits that schools can reopen safely.
In-person learning shouldn't be reserved for children of the privileged.
Our kids deserve policies that put their rightful needs over the self-serving demands of union elites.

Because they're racist.
Now, I do believe it's 2021. Why were they not racist for the last 60 years?
70 years?
How do they suddenly become racist today?
The answer to that question is really...
To be found in everything we have discussed on this show for nigh on 26 months since we launched America First.
If you think what you're witnessing today is the result of some crazy bartender from New York being elected to Congress or because Joe Biden is senile and can't answer any questions, has been hiding for eight weeks in the White House.
No, it is a much, much larger story.
Decades in the preparation, from our teacher training colleges, to the media, to film directors, filmmakers in Hollywood, to those who have crafted a narrative that everything that defines our civilization Is to use their terminology, quote, problematic.
Anything that dismantles concepts of objective truth is good.

I kind of am obligated to get into this story right now, which is the story of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
So I want to read this tweet here from Ben Means, an expert on the British monarchy.
A lot of respect for the tradition and all of that.
A lot of great friends in London and Great Britain.
She's not a primary concern of mine.
And so I want to read from Ben Goldsmith's tweet, which I thought was terrific.
The narrative being promoted by Meghan, friends of Meghan, and the leftist mainstream media and everyone else who hates the royal family and British traditions generally is that the royal couple.
Okay.

So send me a picture.
It's very important.
You've got to tell me the name of the supermarket and the date where you will see products listed as black-owned, Hispanic-owned, LGBTQ-owned.
Asian-American-owned whatever.
The destruction of the United States by dividing it into ethnicities, sexual orientations and identities, etc., is the left's aim.
It hates this country.
Every leftist in the world hates the country.
Liberals have loved the country.
Liberal wrote, God bless America.
No leftist would write a song, God bless America.
And this is part of the loathing of the United States, and the primitivism is amazing.
Instead of a pluribus unum, for many one, in fact, Thomas Friedman, who has become a leftist, he was once, I think, a liberal, of the New York Times, wrote a column that he'd like to change the name from many one to from many many.
He actually wrote that, and he's proud of it, and the New York Times is proud of him.
The hatred of America and its values is worthy of books and deep psychological exploration because it doesn't lie in the realm of reason.
Something so decent, so exceptional with all its flaws because you don't compare it.
To utopia, the left compares America to some dream and not to other countries.
Because they're children.
It's what children do to their parents.
Oh, my parents is a hypocrite.
I heard my parents curse.
Very common thing.
Leftists are spoiled children.
All right, let's see here.
This is important that I get some...
Mike in Pittsburgh.
Hello.
Hey, Mr. Prager.
How are you doing, sir?
Well, thank you.
Yeah, you know, I noticed that there's a tab up top now on Amazon that has black-owned companies support them.
And, you know, it's hard to...
It threw me off, but it's hard not to use Amazon.
But, you know, that just...
My kid brought to my attention.
He's 17 years old, and I... You know, what are you going to do?
You know, it's...
I mean, I really don't have any words for it.
Where is that appearing?
On the front?
As soon as you click on Amazon?
Where does it appear?
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
All right, so let me try to do that right now here.
Okay.
Forgive me.
So, Amazon...
Okay, here we go.
So, I'm at the front here.
Alexa, Open Prime Video, Fire TV. Hi, Dennis, recently viewed.
And believe it or not, that just tells you where it is.
Okay, there's a flag to tell you what language.
So I don't know where it would be.
I'm not seeing it.
I'm not saying that you haven't.
Yeah, I have.
I mean, I don't know if it's due to February or...
Wait, okay, here we go, here we go.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
All right, I'll tell you what I see.
I thank you for calling.
This is on the top here, so here we go.
Prime Video, Kindle Books, Pharmacy, Buy Again, New Releases, Dennis's Amazon.com, Best Sellers, Customer Service, Shop Women Owned.
Look at that, Shop Women Owned.
So, in other words, if a man owns a company, we don't want you to buy there.
There's no other read, obviously.
Obviously, white man, that's correct.
Celebrate women-owned small businesses.
There we go.
So, this time they've done it on that.
By the way, the dominant color is pink.
I can't think of a more sexist gender identification color than what they've done here.
All right.
Let's see.
San Diego, California.
Gina, hello.
Hello.
Hi.
Hi.
I don't know if this is, you know, an issue or not, but on the front page of Etsy, And when everybody's vying for the public's eyes to see their one-of-a-kind handmade items,
they featured, and it might have been because of Black Month or something, that two women or a couple different artists and makers had put out their product, and it was like, click this link to shop more Black-owned sites or shops or whatever.
And I'm thinking, wow, if that were, do they do that for whites?
I don't know.
Or would it be racist if they did and exclusive?
Where I'm like, darn it, I'm just not the right color to get.
You know, I've written the letters.
I've featured things that nobody's doing and all this.
And so it might be an issue.
But if that were services or goods, it would be a tough...
It's a tough thing.
It just makes it tough for everyone else.
That's right, it does.
I thank you for your call.
I obviously went to Etsy just now.
And, you know, let's see.
Home favorites, jewelry and accessories, clothing and shoes, home and living, wedding and party, toys and entertainment, art and collectibles, crafts and supplies, gifts and gift cards.
So at least right now, I don't see any...
And it might be there, but I don't see it.
I just want to be totally accurate.
And we go to Sycamore, Illinois.
Ken, hello.
Good.
Well.
Hey, I was in Walmart yesterday and there was a huge display right outside of the liquor department and if my memory service may be correct, the name of the company was Weathered Soul and they're a black owned brewery, I believe in Texas and maybe the only black owned brewery in Texas.
And a lot of it was the POP they had up there was about fighting for racist equality.
Racist, racist equality.
I didn't pay that much attention to it, but that's all I got.
Alright, so that was at Walmart.
Alright, I appreciate it.
I thank you.
But they believe in inclusivity.
They believe in unity.
Dividing America by race, ethnicity, nationality, background.
That's okay.
Wasn't okay to liberals.
Liberals are wimps.
I can name the liberals who understand the threat that the left constitutes.
I mean, I know two.
There may be three in the country, but I know of two.
Dave Rubin and Alan Dershowitz.
I don't know if Dave Rubin even still calls himself a liberal.
I don't know.
Alan Dershowitz does, so maybe there's one.
You should see Dave Rubin's video, by the way, at Prager UI, Left to Left.
He was prominent on the left.
We'll be back.

Not doctor, I prefer to call her Colonel Birx.
Do you remember her?
Scarf lady!
Would you put her in the Women's Hall of Fame?
Or would you put an anonymous frontline health worker?
Or somebody...
Who helped develop one of the three vaccines from Operation Warp Speed, the fastest development in human history of a vaccine for a deadly international pandemic.

Transcription by CastingWords We're talking about the $1.9 trillion so-called COVID relief package.
Very little of it has anything to do with COVID relief and how the left doesn't seem to think there are any adverse consequences.
I've got an idea.
If there's no adverse consequences, why, pray tell, haven't we just had some big massive bill like this before and end poverty, end some... ...the amount of money is not going to be paid for.
We're going to have to pay for the amount of money.
All right, All right, I'm going to go to my guest in one moment because he's a very important thinker and he has a very important take on the $2 trillion bill that this country has passed. I'm going to go to my guest in one moment So I'm going to just summarize a couple of calls and then go right to him.
So some of you have seen these signs that I'm referring to.
About black-owned, LGBTQ-owned, women-owned in various places.
Martin is seen in Atlanta.
And let's see, Mike in Milwaukee.
But I do ask David in Atlanta to stay on.
He has a challenge.
What is the difference between wanting to buy American or to buy black?
So I'm going to take that.
But first, I'm going to go to my guest, Stephen Moore.
Stephen Moore is known to every one of us who follows economics in particular, but politics in general.
He's Senior Economic Policy Advisor for FreedomWorks, which is a conservative and libertarian advocacy group in Washington, D.C. Stephen, welcome back to the Dennis Prager Show.
Hey, Dennis, great to be with you, and I want to thank you.
You know, we did that PragerU video, which was about four or five months ago, Red States vs.
Blue States, and you know we have 14 million views, which is amazing.
You made me famous.
I mean, all of those PragerU videos is just spectacular.
People come up to me in the streets and say, you know, why are we making America more like the Red States than the Blue States?
That's great.
I'm happy to hear that.
I'm happy for you.
I'm happy for America.
I'm happy for PragerU.
It's an interesting thing, isn't it, that we get a billion views a year and yet people speak about the power of CNN, which we dwarf.
On any given week, we have more than they have in a year, I believe.
Well, that's probably true.
Yeah, I think that's probably true.
And if I may, I want to mention one other quick thing.
Dennis, you wrote a column about three or four weeks ago that really hit me hard, and I just want to mention it.
It's the one you wrote on the Good Germans.
Remember that column?
Yes.
And I think about that in the context of what happened yesterday in Congress, where...
This unconscionable bill that will bankrupt our country, that is basically just the Bernie Sanders agenda wrapped up in a COVID emergency health relief bill.
Not one Democrat, not one Democrat in the United States Senate stood up and said no.
They were steamrolled by Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, and only two out of 211 Democrats in the House of Representatives voted against this abhorrent bill.
None of them have a...
Fiscal conscience.
And, you know, when I read your piece about the Good Germans, it just reminded me of the John Stuart Mill quote, that all it takes for evil to triumph is for people of goodwill to do nothing.
And these people did nothing.
Nothing.
You know, the moment you said, reminded me, or you wanted to comment on a column of mine, I knew it was the Good German.
I followed up with the Good American, by the way.
I don't know if I've seen that one.
I'll have to look that one up.
Yeah, take a look.
I have a phrase that I came up with, which is sort of a variation on John Stuart Mill that I think you'll appreciate, and that is, if only evil people did evil, the world would be a good place.
Uh-huh.
And you know what made me think of it?
I just was in Minnesota, because I gave a speech in Wisconsin a few weeks ago.
They're very nice.
It's true.
They call it Minnesota nice.
I've been to Minnesota probably 15 times.
And they are.
They are remarkably sweet people.
And they vote evil people into office.
Right.
Right.
So that is what made me realize, if only the evil did evil, it would be a good place.
These people are not evil.
These are good people doing evil.
Well, that's true.
And then you look at the prime example is Joe Manchin.
You know, Joe Manchin represents a state that voted 70% for Donald Trump.
Its key industry is the coal industry, which is, you know, this America was built on coal.
We have the cleanest coal in the world.
And Joe Manchin, after, you know, wringing his hands and saying, oh, we're going to do this the right way, and we're not going to go for a $1.9 trillion spending bill, we're going to do this in a bipartisan way with my Republican friends.
In the end, what did he do?
What did he do yesterday?
He voted with Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, and now, thankfully, not one single Republican voted for that bill.
It is going to do nothing, nothing to help the economy.
In fact, I think it's a big negative for the economy.
It massively gives money to the states that did it wrong.
You know, economics is very simple, Dennis.
It's all about incentives.
It's about human nature.
You know, what you want to do in life is reward people for doing the right thing.
And punish people for doing the wrong things, just like your kids.
And what have we done in this bill?
You know, I talked to Governor Ron DeFantis this weekend.
All right, hold it there and remember that.
Stephen Moore is the man I chose to discuss this bill, which, by the way, is a lie.
Half of the $2 trillion has nothing to do with COVID. It's corruption.
It is the largest corruption in American history.
What isn't corrupt is this magnificent product called Relief Factor.
I am stunned at how effective it is.
I take it every day, or let's put it this way.
If I just worked out, then I certainly take it every day, and I work out three times a week.
But otherwise, it's a magnificent supplement.
The reason I endorsed it originally was because it so helped my wife's knee pain.
Try it for three weeks for $19.95 at relieffactor.com.

How do you respond to that, and then which specifics do you think are going to become the key reminders of how bad the COVID bill is?
Well, first off, I dissent that you refer to it as a COVID bill, because it's far from a COVID bill.
This bill is just paying off a lot of...
And patrons, like public employee unions and teachers unions, and fulfilling a lot of longstanding Democratic wish lists.
But the Democrats cast some amazing votes Friday night, Saturday morning to you.

All right.
One of the leading economic thinkers in the country is Stephen Moore, and he has a...
Very popular video up at PragerU.
That's not why he's on.
He's on for his prominence on his own.
And we're talking about this bill, $1.9 trillion.
Now, do you want to continue where you're left off, or should I ask you another question?
Yeah, if I may, because this is really important.
Yes, please.
I'd like you to.
Yeah, so basically...
Florida.
I was in Florida this past weekend, and you have listeners around the country, many in California where you are, and people must think, like, blue states where everything's locked down is the normal.
But that's not the normal.
If you go to red states like Florida, I mean...
Dennis, everything is open in Florida.
I mean, the schools are open.
The restaurants are open.
The beaches are open.
The churches are open.
And it's a happy place.
And it's a place with a low unemployment rate.
They've got a budget surplus right now.
And I talked to the governor there, Ron DeSantis, who's a rising star in the Republican Party for the way he's dealt with this crisis.
And by the way, they have a low death rate, a pretty low death rate from the virus, even though they've kept their businesses open.
And he was telling me, he said, Steve, we have like a 5.3% unemployment rate.
Meanwhile, New York, which is a catastrophe, New York City is boarded up.
It is just heartbreaking to see what the left has done to the great city of New York, one of the greatest cities in the world.
And he said, you know, that New York has about 8 or 9% unemployment rate, Dennis.
And yet, because New York has a high unemployment rate, Florida, which has a higher population...
Then New York, there's 22 million people who live in Florida and 20 million who live in New York.
Dennis, under this bill, New York gets twice as much money as Florida.
So Florida's penalized for doing the right thing.
Florida's penalized for having a Republican governor.
That's right.
And for opening up their economy.
Yes.
And the same could be said of California.
That's right.
You know, boatloads of money.
Right.
And I'll give you another example.
That's why I said it may be the most corrupt bill ever passed in American history.
Well, may I give you another example of this?
The more the merrier.
There's $150 billion.
For the schools in this bill, by the way, why is it that schools have been shut down for the last 10 months?
They need more money.
The schools should be giving us our money back for not teaching our kids.
But in any case, we absurdly give the schools $150 billion that have been shut down.
Meanwhile, most private schools in the country have actually been open.
Certainly September.
My two kids are in a Catholic school that have been open.
Nobody's gotten sick.
None of the teachers have gotten sick.
We have about 10-15% of kids in America that are educated in the private school system.
But of that $150 billion, like 2% of the money goes to the private schools that have been opened.
How corrupt.
Oh, is that corrupt?
Oh, my God.
Yeah, it's corrupt.
We're rewarding cowardice.
Teachers have turned out to be cowards.
Hypochondriac cowards, I might add.
There are a lot of teachers who actually do want to teach, but they haven't been allowed to.
Although, you know, in Chicago, two-thirds of the Chicago teachers...
Yeah, but they don't stand up against the teachers' union.
This is a perfect example of that.
All right, so there you go.
So, it's irrelevant.
Good teachers, kind, good teachers who love education, love students, are irrelevant.
That's it.
It's as simple as that.
They're just irrelevant.
They're as relevant as those who love blacks in the antebellum South.
Irrelevant.
Yep.
Yep.
You want another example?
Yeah.
I'm filled with them.
Okay, here's another one that should make people just so angry.
So this bill gives five weeks of, what do they call it, basically paid leave for federal employees.
Five weeks.
Worth about $20,000 per worker.
No private sector worker in the bill gets that.
It only goes to federal workers.
And then you say, gee, why would they want to give this super benefit to government workers and not a private sector worker, you know?
And the answer, of course, is that the government worker, the government employee unions, gave hundreds of millions of dollars to Biden.
That's what I said.
It's the most corrupt bill in American history.
It's pay to play.
Yeah.
The term we used to use is graft.
It's graft.
Graft.
That's correct.
I mean, also the pet projects.
What is the bridge in New York or whatever it is?
What is Schumer's pet project getting millions for?
Oh, there's hundreds of them.
I mean, the New York subway system, which has basically been closed for the last 10 months.
It gets six billion dollars.
Six billion?
Six billion?
Six billion for the New York subway.
Right.
By the way, it'll be very interesting to see if anything happens.
In other words, will they use it?
Well, that's a good question.
And incidentally, did you see the Wall Street Journal lead editorial yesterday that finds the states...
Red states like Florida and Texas and Tennessee and Utah and Idaho that are fiscally responsible, they are prohibited from cutting their taxes now for four years.
I did not know that.
Wow.
Democratic Party.
Destroyer.

When it came to the nursing home, He did sign an executive order that said if somebody had coronavirus and they were in a hospital and they were to be returned to a long-term senior citizen care unit, it was okay, even though it defied logic.
And instead of apologizing for that, which was a humongous mistake, he just backed it up more, the science.

I did not know in this graft bill, the $1.9 trillion, states are prohibited from lowering taxes.
How could the federal government prohibit a state from doing that?
Yeah, good question.
How in the world is that constitutional?
It is a direct threat to our whole system of federalism in this country.
And, you know, a lot of these states want to use the money to cut their taxes, to help their businesses and their workers, and they can't do it.
It is very depressing.
And incidentally, one other one, you know, this isn't in the $1.9 trillion bill.
These guys are acting, you know, with warp speed to get these bills through.
But there was a bill that passed the House yesterday.
There's 27 states in America today that are right-to-work states.
And that means it's not anti-union.
It just says you have the right as an American not to join a union if you don't want to join the union.
And this federal bill that passed with all Democratic votes would repeal every state right-to-work law in America.
And it would require tens of millions of Americans to join a union against their will.
Will these things be challenged in courts?
Well, of course they will, but you never know with the courts.
But doesn't that tell you a lot about the modern-day Democratic Party?
We've spent the last 50 years moving states to right to work.
Liberty is not a left-wing value, so that makes it clear.
In 30 seconds, what's going to happen to the dollar?
So the economy, here's the thing.
The economy is going to get a lot better in the next four to six months because of the real stimulus, which is the vaccine.
The economy is going to be really good, but it's probably going to be slowed down by this bill.
And we are going to see inflation, folks.
Just go to the gas pump.
Just go to the gas station.
And you see, I paid over $3 a gallon.
When I was paying $2.30 just before Trump lost the election.
So we're going to see higher prices because when you have $2 trillion of debt, plus they want to pass another trillion dollar infrastructure bill, all that money causes inflation.
No question about it.
Stephen Moore, you're a blessing.
Thank you.

The liberal media is saying that the Republicans blew their chance to defeat the COVID bill by not arguing the specifics, instead arguing Dr. Seuss.
How do you respond to that?
And then which specifics do you think are going to become the key reminders of how bad the COVID bill is?
That you refer to it as a COVID bill, because it's far from a COVID bill.
This bill is just paying off a lot of Democratic clients and patrons, like public employee unions and teachers unions, and fulfilling a lot of longstanding Democratic wish lists.
But the Democrats cast some amazing votes Friday night, Saturday morning to you.
They voted to continue giving stimulus checks to prisoners.
People like the Boston Marathon bomber, and Harvey Weinstein for that matter.
They voted to give money to cities and states that remain sanctuary jurisdictions to protect criminal illegal aliens without providing any sanctuary to their victims.
They voted to continue giving checks to illegal aliens.
So the Democrats cast a lot of astonishing votes, and I suspect that you will see a lot of those votes come back in television advertisements next year in the midterm election campaign.

Hello there.
Dennis Prager with you.
I opened the show last hour reciting to you some of the content of a photo sent to me by someone I trust, but she did not know where she got it.
But it looks legit where it has signs on a supermarket shelf under various products or on top of various products.
Black owned.
Hispanic-owned, etc.
And I'm reading about the giant supermarket chain that has a whole series of that.
Women-owned, LGBTQ-owned, Native American-owned, veteran-owned, and they speak about unity.
Because lying is a...
It's built into the left-wing system.
That is the reason they shut down all dissenting voices that they can, because it is so easy to deflate, to puncture the left-wing balloon.
Five-minute videos drive them crazy.
One-hour speeches by conservatives on campuses drive them crazy.
It doesn't drive us crazy.
Isn't that interesting?
Totally okay.
You want to speak on our campus?
Well, we don't even know.
Well, it's only a few campuses we can say are conservative.
It's an academic issue.
Alrighty, let's see here.
So I promised I would take this question from Atlanta and David.
Hello, David.
Dennis Prager.
Hey, how are you, sir?
Okay, thank you.
Awesome.
Well, I would just...
The idea is that...
Okay, crap.
Now I'm nervous.
It's okay.
Don't worry about it.
Everybody is a little nervous.
Well, sure.
We're talking to you.
Why wouldn't we be?
Anyway, what is the fundamental...
I was just thinking...
Now, they're going on radio.
It's nervous-making.
I'm amazed at how calm most callers are.
Go ahead.
Thank you, sir.
On a fundamental level, what is the intricate difference between wanting to purchase from a black business and wanting to buy American?
I mean, I can see all the different nuances here and there, but what's the fundamental difference between...
Well, because the dream of America is that we're all Americans, irrespective of race.
Once you start dividing America into race, what if you had a sign Christian-owned?
Would you be okay with that?
Well, I actually have customers that want that.
I have customers frequently that want to purchase a plumber.
If a customer asks for something, I'm sorry for interrupting you.
If a customer asks for something that's different, I find that a little odd.
Why do you sell that somebody would say to you, I would like a Christian product?
I'm a plumber.
Okay, go on.
And I don't quite understand.
They're asking for what?
A Christian plunger?
A plumber.
I know that.
I know that.
So I know you're a plumber.
Plumbers use plungers.
So I'm trying to understand how it would ever play out.
Well, I've had customers frequently call the company, and they want one specific type of person over another.
And we have to accommodate that because we want their business, and so we do what we can.
There are people who call your company and say, I want the plumber who comes here to be Christian?
No, sir.
I've actually had a lady that wanted just a black plumber to come out to her house.
Was she white or black?
Oh, she was black.
Yes.
Yes, sir.
Okay, first of all, there's nothing I can do about that.
I personally would find the idea odd.
I personally would not ask for a Jewish plumber.
By the way, of which there are many.
Israelis seem to have gotten, a lot of Israelis have gotten into that field.
But in any event, if people do it personally, I have nothing to say.
But to see ads in supermarkets about the race-based, or let me ask you this, if you're at peace with the race-based, do you like LGBTQ-owned?
Well, sir, I'm not at peace with any of it.
I'm just trying to have clarity on it.
Okay, so the clarity is that the whole dream of America is e pluribus unum.
It's the motto of the country.
From many one.
If we divide it, we are going to be like the Balkans of Serbs and Croatians and the like, and we will be like Rwanda with Hutus and Tutsis.
Yes.
I agree with all of that.
Well, bless your soul.
Okay, listen, bless you.
And I would be more than happy to use your company where I need a plumbing, of a plumber for my home if I lived in Atlanta.
This division of the country is very, very, very sad.
I read to you the other day, well, I think I read it to you.
Columbia, maybe I didn't.
Columbia University is having, I think, six different graduation exercises for blacks, for gays, well, for all LGBTQ, and for Native Americans, and for women.
I don't remember all seven.
See?
This is called progressive.
And this is called We Love Unity.
We love inclusivity.
What is more inclusive than everybody has won graduation?
That's inclusive.
They have so raped the language, and I use the term, unfortunately, deliberately.
The left has raped English.
Because I can't think of...
Any other term doesn't give the moral and emotional destruction.
Or the force that that word uses.
Yep.
Anyway, I got this picture in front of me.
Send me pictures, please.
If you see something in a supermarket or elsewhere where it has a listing by this ownership, that would be...
A big help to me.
Mike in Frisco, Texas.
Hello.
Hi, Dennis.
How are you doing?
Good.
Well...
I've got a comment about some recent remarks by the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott.
I watched an 18-second clip, and, you know, you've always got to be careful about these short clips because you've got to worry about people being taken out of context, but there was no chance of being taken out of context here because what he literally said was that That anti-Semitic platforms like Gab.com have no place in Texas.
Now, I'm a Texas...
I don't know.
What is Gab.com?
What is Gab.com?
Well, Gab.com is...
I kind of want to call it Parler 1.0, because Parler is the website that was set up by, I guess...
Dan Bongino and others who wanted to have a place where Republicans could share conservative views without being censored by Twitter or Facebook.
I know all about Parler, and it's a disgrace that Parler has been shut down.
Go ahead.
Well, Gab.com is essentially the same thing, with the exception that Gab.com has no censorship except for violent speech, illegal speech, porn, And that's pretty much it.
If it's protected by the First Amendment, you can say it on gab.com.
And on that account, and because that does leave freedom for people to post anti-Semitic posts on gab.com, Governor Abbott has basically smeared everyone who uses the website as being anti-Semitic.
Yeah, I'm looking it up.
That is, in fact, what is reported as having said.
I'm going to look more into it because I like Greg Abbott.
However, it doesn't mean that everything he says is correct.
People need to awaken and to mature into a realization.
Free speech means there will be despicable speech.
Did you know that in Europe, in almost every European country, maybe every member of the EU, It is illegal to deny the Holocaust.
Now, let me say this as clearly as I can.
Anyone who denies the Holocaust, in my eyes, is a Nazi.
I never say people are Nazis if they don't say they're Nazis.
There's no difference between you and a Nazi.
Not only were the Jews tortured, massacred, frozen, boiled, burned, experimented on, and killed in those numbers.
But then to deny that it happened to them, you are the scum of the earth.
Okay?
So I think you now know where I stand.
However, the scum of the earth have free speech.
That is the way it works.
Because once the scum of the earth don't have free speech, the good of the earth won't have free speech.
I don't know why that's not elementary.

We're talking about the $1.9 trillion so-called COVID relief package.
Very little of it has anything to do with COVID relief and how the left doesn't seem to think there are any adverse consequences.
I've got an idea.
If there's no adverse consequences, why, pray tell, haven't we just had some big massive bill like this before and end poverty, end suffering, end child poverty right away?
There are no downsides.
Nobody has to pay anything.
There's this tree in the backyard called the money tree, called federal dollars.
Don't you love those euphemisms?
We need federal dollars.
We need federal backing.
We need federal support.
This model is not sustainable without federal input.
Remember what Jonathan Gruber said about Romneycare?
He said the dirty little secret is that some smart people have figured out a way of ripping off the federal government to the tune of $400 million a year, quote, to make the thing work, close quote.
That's what he said.
That's what he said.
I didn't say it.
He said it.
And they keep saying there are 15 million people living below the federally defined level of poverty.
That's because they exclude the welfare benefits that they get.
Don't even count housing benefits.
And government has no money.
As Milton Friedman brilliantly said, there are four ways of spending money.
The most efficient is your own money on yourself.
The second most efficient is your own money on somebody else you care about.
The third way is when you have, for example, a business account, expense account.
You can't go crazy, otherwise you'll get fired.
Your boss will fire you.
The least most efficient way, least productive way, is somebody else's money on somebody else.

Hello.
Hi, Dennis.
Hi.
One virtue you have is that you allow, you discuss things with people who disagree with you, and that's very admirable.
Very few people who disagree with me will talk with me, and so I appreciate that.
Thank you.
Here's my comment.
Here's my comment.
You do the same thing that you accuse the left of.
You divide our country into groups.
The groups you divide our country into are the left, the liberals, and conservatives.
So the danger of dividing people into groups is that we might lack humility.
I didn't quite follow that.
If we divide people into groups, we lack humility?
Possibly, not always.
What is the relationship between dividing into ideological groups and humility?
I simply am not following the point.
Well, if you divide people into being on the left or being liberal or being conservative, many don't fit neatly into any of those categories.
That's fine, but those categories exist.
I didn't say everybody fits into them.
Does that answer you?
Is that not a legit answer?
Do you think they don't exist?
Well, I think it's better to discuss people's behavior than to put them into these groups.
Because when we put another danger, when we put people into groups, we have the danger of having animosity toward that group.
I have animosity to the left.
They're destroying Western civilization.
I admit that.
Do you have animosity to communists?
Is there any group, is there any ideological group to whom you have animosity?
Well, I have, I have, I wouldn't call it animosity, but I have a, I'm disturbed by any bad behavior, whichever group it comes from.
No, no, but you have no animosity.
You're animosity free.
If I enter your home, I'm in an animosity free home.
So whether you're a communist or a Nazi, you have no animosity.
Is that correct?
I'm not arguing with you, I'm clarifying.
Well, I'm a person of faith, so I believe...
Well, if you're a person of faith, you should follow Proverbs.
Those who love God must hate evil.
I do hate evil, but I don't hate people.
Okay, I didn't say you should hate people.
I asked you if you hate communists.
I guess those are people.
Do you hate communism?
Yes.
I don't hate communists, but I hate communism.
Okay.
All right.
So, okay, that's an interesting philosophical and moral and theological question, whether you can hate anybody.
I don't draw a distinction between a communist and communism.
If there weren't communists, there wouldn't be communism.
If there weren't Nazis, there wouldn't be Nazism.
I proudly hate Stalin, Mao, and Hitler.
Proudly.
I think God thinks well of me for doing so.
But that's a theological question.
Anyway, dividing the world into groups that exist is not dividing anybody.
There's a difference between right and left.
There's no difference between a black person and a white person.
That's the reason it's despicable to divide people by race.
You're manufacturing a distinction based on color.
I am not manufacturing a distinction between left and right.
Those distinctions exist.
I am clarifying them so that people will join me in protecting America against the left.
All right.
Appreciate it indeed.
New York Times.
An aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo, who had accused the governor...
Of improper behavior said that Mr. Cuomo had groped her in the executive mansion.
According to new details, this is I think the sixth woman, and this one is the most serious.
This is actual under-the-clothing groping.
According to new details of her account reported by the Times Union of Albany, the aide, who was not identified by the newspaper, So, I have two comments here.
One is, imagine if this were...
While Donald Trump was in office, just imagine the hysteria that would consume the country and the calls for his removal from office, if not prosecution in prison.
But I have a completely opposite take as well.
This man is responsible for the premature deaths of about 15,000 people in New York.
His harassment of women.
That's the preoccupation.
And I'll tell you why.
I truly believe that the overwhelming majority of feminists and other leftists are far angrier at Governor Cuomo for sexual harassment than for killing 15,000 people.
That is my belief.
I may be wrong.
I hope I'm wrong.
But I'm not wrong.
They don't basically give a damn.
I'd like you to see the ratio of reporting of his sexual harassment charges versus the 15,000.
All these people who idolized the guy.
Just idolized him.
Oh.
If everything I do can just save one life, I will sleep well at night.
As he, like Newsom, destroyed people's livelihoods for no good reason.
Well, there's not much justice in this world.
If there were, all these left-wing governors and mayors who destroyed people's livelihoods while they kept their own and all the government workers were doing great.
They would pay a price.
One of the reasons I admit the afterlife and judging God gives me peace of mind.
But, yep.
Oh, sexual harassment.
And by the way, I'm not justifying sexual harassment.
Never engaged in it.
Think it's disgusting.
But I think that what he did to 15,000 people in nursing homes is even more disgusting.

You know, we talked about Cuomo.
I want to stick on this.
This is a guy who really does come across as high-handed.
In other words, a lot of times people say that.
But right now, what happened with the nursing homes?
I mean, people are talking about the Me Too stuff.
I think that pales in comparison to what he did with the nursing home business.
When it came to the nursing homes, He did sign an executive order that said if somebody had coronavirus and they were in a hospital and they were to be returned to a long-term senior citizen care unit, it was okay, even though it defied logic.
And instead of apologizing for that, which was a humongous mistake, he just backed it up more, the science.
And then finally, Eric, he said this.
As an addendum to the fact that God didn't do it, we did it.
He said, don't you understand, Eric?
People are going to die.
People are going to die.
Whether they died in the hospital or died in a senior citizen long-term care unit, people are going to die.
That was probably the most insensitive of all things that he said.
Not understanding, because remember, he's impervious to human sentimentality at that level.
Remember, he had the Emmy.
He had the book on leadership.
He was the god of all of Hollywood.

Because they're racist.
Now, I do believe it's 2021. Why were they not racist for the last 60 years?
70 years?
How do they suddenly become racist today?
The answer to that question is really...
To be found in everything we have discussed on this show for nigh on 26 months since we launched America First.
If you think what you're witnessing today is the result of some crazy bartender from New York being elected to Congress or because Joe Biden is senile and can't answer any questions.
As you know, I am a talk show host who has always talked about religion as well as politics and everything else, because that's the ultimate issue.
The whole battle in the West, in any event, is about...
Opposition to Judeo-Christian values and civilization.
I did a show on the Ultimate Issues Hour of the biblical verses that are the antithesis of the woke culture of the left.
So I periodically also have guests on who have a religious book out.
And in this case, the author is Mark Gerson.
And he has written a book titled The Telling, How Judaism's Essential Book Reveals the Meaning of Life.
It is about the book used for almost thousands of years called the Haggadah on the Passover Seder.
And so many Christians are now having a Seder that I thought I should bring this book to your attention.
It's just been published.
And indeed, the telling is the word.
Haggadah means telling.
So I congratulate you, Mark Gerson, on writing the book.
How long did it take?
Well, Dennis, it's such a pleasure and honor to be here with you today.
Well, the question, how long it takes, what a good question.
It took about 15 years.
Of course, not full time, but it was a labor of love that began.
I began studying the Haggadah about 15 years ago, and then...
Just realized the Haggadah was the gift that keeps giving.
It's a source of endlessly generative and interesting wisdom, and I just ended up studying every day, and then a few years ago said, I'm going to turn this into a book.
And you did, and you have a major publisher, and I'm in the middle of it and enjoying it, Mark Gerson.
The book is The Telling, because that's what Haggadah is.
Do you have any idea?
I don't know if you can even answer this.
How many Christians are now celebrating a Passover Seder?
The number is so large and growing so fast that nobody knows that the data is not in.
But there are thousands and probably tens of thousands of churches that are having Seders, and then multiples more Christians are attending Jewish Seders.
And I think all this is emblematic of the fact that we are living through World historic times and this friendship that Jews and Christians are now enjoying and has really been born and developed and blossomed in our time is of extraordinary significance.
And its focal point is the Passover Seder.
And it's been such a joy to talk with and to study with so many Christians about this holiday and its provenance in the Exodus text.
For those who are theologically oriented, as I am, Christianity can be said to rest on two pillars of faith, and they are the crucifixion and the resurrection.
And Judaism may be said to rest on two pillars of faith, the creation and the exodus, hence the staggering significance of Passover, which you keep emphasizing.
Is actually that, not Rosh Hashanah, is the New Year in the Bible.
Why don't you explain that?
Right.
Yeah, so the key to understanding Passover is identifying what it is in the Bible.
Now, in the Bible, it tells us that the holiday is our New Year.
It says it occurs at the head of months.
Leading us to the question is, what am I supposed to do with the New Year?
And the answer is, we're supposed to take inventory of ourselves now.
And to consider what kind of people individually and what kind of people collectively and nationally do I hope to become in the coming year.
And the Haggadah exists to guide us through that great question, that great set of questions, to enable us to live happier, better, and more meaningful lives in the most practical and actionable ways in the year to come.
You even point out correctly the staggering significance of matzah.
So briefly explain that.
Well, the key to understanding masa is salt.
When we put salt on yeast, the yeast does not rise.
So salt in the ancient context was the great store of value.
It's where the term salary comes from.
And why was it so valuable?
It's because it's the ancient preservative.
It's the second best thing to refrigeration.
So as we eat masa and as we purge our homes of hamates during that week, we should think, what in my life do I want to preserve?
And what in my life do I want to discard as the new year approaches?
I know.
I remember reading the salary line and it blew my mind.
Listen, congratulations.
Not many people have taken the time to do what you have done and do it so well.
Mark Gerson, the book is the telling.
And anyone, Jew, Christian, anyone, even neither, will benefit from it.
Congratulations.
Dennis, thank you so much.
My pleasure.
Mark Gerson, the telling.

I read to you the other day from Newsweek, a major epidemiologist writing that this was the lockdowns were the greatest public health mistake ever a major epidemiologist writing that this was the lockdowns were the Thank you.
And I reminded you that I had said it was the greatest mistake, period, in modern history.
Not evil, obviously.
I'm comparing it to the Holocaust or to the Gulag or to the Holodomor, the massacre of the Ukrainians by the Soviets.
But it's been a colossal mistake bordering on evil.
There's a piece here.
I will get to the source later, but it was a major source.
I think it was the Times or the Wall Street Journal.
Throughout the pandemic, authorities have missed the mark on precautions.
Hospitals blocked family members from being with their loved ones as they gasped for air, gagging on a ventilator tube, what some patients describe as the worst feeling in the world.
In addition to the power of holding a hand, family members coordinate care and serve as a valuable safety net, a partnership that was badly needed when many hospitals had staffing shortages.
Separating family members was excessive and cruel.
Ooh, no kidding.
I said that from the beginning, too.
The medical establishment has joined the upper echelons of the FBI, the teachers' unions, and others as corrupt and as cruel.
There's an element of cruelty in the medical profession that is astonishing, given that these people are charged with saving lives.
It is not possible to overstate how unscientific and vicious it was to deprive the dying of a loved one.
Deep and will be permanent.
I will never forgive the hospitals and medical professions who have claimed that masks work.
So why didn't they give a mask to somebody visiting somebody on a ventilator?
It is amazing to me that they could do these things, not only get away with it, nobody even raises the issue of how despicable the medical profession has been.
Of course there are many exceptions.
I have these doctors on all the time.
The exceptions.
The ones shut down by Twitter.
They're the exceptions.
The kind and decent and science-based doctors are shut down by Twitter and Facebook.
It's a sick, sick world that the left has created.
And anybody touched by it becomes a meaner human being.
That's what is so remarkable.
I've always asked, does the mean join the left or does the left make you mean?
The answer is both.
Not allowing people to have a visitor?
Do you know what has been done to this country in the name of safety?
The cruelty?
The destruction?
The increased suicide?
The increased drug addiction?
The lapsing back into addiction?
The loneliness?
The depression?
The depriving kids of school, all in the name of safety?
And half this country bought that despicable value system?
Wow.
Yep.
That's what it was.
Separating family members was excessive and cruel, driven by narrow thinking that focused singularly on reducing viral transmission risk.
Heedless of the harm to the quality of human life.
That's what the left is.
Heedless to the harm of the quality of human life.
People respect Fauci?
Wear a mask after you're vaccinated?
After you're vaccinated, still don't travel?
People respect people who say this?
That was Walensky back at NIH. These are the fools who run our highest echelons of the medical profession.
They're either cruel or foolish, or both.
Say that on a tweet.
I marvel.
I marvel at the acceptance of this cruelty.
If I had a loved one in a hospital, I would get arrested because I would bust into the hospital.
At least my loved one would know I didn't say yes to the scum who prevented me from visiting you.
In the name of safety!
Yeah, I sure am.
Yes, that's right.
I would have...
And if enough people did that, they would allow it.
That's it.
People are not born fighters.
That's...
Look, I've made...
I haven't made peace with it.
I have made intellectual peace, not emotional peace.
You allowed your loved one not to see you while dying?
Because the damn hospital said a mask won't work?
You might bring in the virus.
then take out the patient.
There's a video in Canada, which is worse than the United States.
Cruelty is an art form in the medical field in Canada.
Maybe because it's socialized medicine, so it becomes even meaner.
Where people could not speak to a loved one from outside the room for some godforsaken reason.
An M.D. degree does nothing to make a better human being.
I wish it did.
No degree does.
That's the way it works.
The better educated you are, the more foolish you become.
That's generally true.
It's not always true.
There are some terrific doctors.
Some terrific PhDs.
Some.
S-O-M-E. Some.
Can't visit a dying loved one?
In the name of safety?
Has this ever happened in American history?
Or modern history?
And people accepted it.

Hello, Dennis.
Thanks for taking my call.
So, first, I guess the reason I called in was as a Trump supporter, I realize that it doesn't...
No, I wasn't hitting the subject vis-a-vis Trump.
I was hitting it vis-a-vis Holocaust denial.
Right.
I'm a Trump supporter and I'm not a Nazi.
Right.
And I'm not either.
I'm not a Nazi either, but for people that...
Claim that just for being a Trump supporter, you're a Holocaust denier and a Nazi.
Whoever said that?
I don't know why you're calling.
Who said that being a Trump supporter was being a Holocaust denier?
It was...
Something that was said earlier on the show.
Not on this show.
Not on this show.
I feel bad.
I have no idea to what you're referring.
All I said was that those who deny the Holocaust are Nazis, and I almost never use the term.
I don't know why you conflated that with Trump.
I support Trump.
A Holocaust denier is a particular scumbag.
I mean, it's the lowest of the low.
First of all, I really loathe people who do not believe in truth.
So, the left specializes in it, but they're not the only ones.
Secondly, to know what happened to the Jews in the Holocaust, and then to have people say, oh, it didn't happen to them.
To use the issue that is most referenced in America today, imagine denying slavery.
Blacks didn't come to America on slave ships, they came on cruise ships.
What would you think of somebody who said that?
Would it be fair to say that they were loathsome human beings?
Of course.
I mean, it's not common.
I only raised it because I was defending the allowing even such scum to have their free speech.
Because the moment you suppress free speech of the real scum, you end up suppressing free speech of the decent.
It never fails.
Never.
That's why free speech means free speech for hate speech.
or it means nothing.

We're talking about the $1.9 trillion so-called COVID relief package.
Very little of it has anything to do with COVID relief and how the left doesn't seem to think there are any adverse consequences.
I got an idea.
We need input from...
We need federal backing.
We need federal support.
This model is not sustainable without federal input.
Remember what Jonathan Gruber said about Romneycare?
He said, the dirty little secret is that some smart people have figured out a way of ripping off the federal government to the tune of $400 million a year, quote, to make the thing work, close quote.
And that is this on steroids.

Everybody wanted to get it.
Remember when Hamilton started streaming on Disney Plus and people ordered Disney Plus for that?
Get all the Disney movies, all the classics, you know, Peter Pan.
Swiss Family Robinson, all the things, and I'm a Disney guy.

Listen to this.
Disney Plus has decided to go whole hog and drop a number of once beloved, now controversial movies from their children's menu.
Children under seven are going to be forbidden from watching Dumbo, Peter Pan, Swiss Family Robinson, Hey
everybody, I'm Dennis Prager.
We have been talking about much on the show today, much.
I began with a picture, so I would like to remind you, if you see this, then please send me a photo.
I was sent a photo from a supermarket.
I don't know where the supermarket is.
And it has signs above product saying black owned and Hispanic owned, different for different products.
And then I'm told the giant supermarket chain has actually, they have now labels in the giant supermarket chain that items...
are companies that are women-owned, black-owned, Asian-owned, Indian-owned, Hispanic-owned, LGBT-owned, and Asian-Pacific-owned and veterans-owned.
This is another example of big business colluding with the left and destroying the country.
Big business has always been despicable, unless it is owned by an individual, but generally speaking, they said as long ago, as 100 years ago, Lenin came to power in 1917 in the Communist Bolshevik Revolution, which created the horror show called the Soviet Union.
And they attributed a statement to him.
We cannot verify.
He said it, but the statement is totally accurate.
Western companies will compete with one another to sell us the rope with which we will hang them.
I am a big believer in free enterprise and capitalism.
I'm also a believer in decency.
Big companies are despicable.
They've acted despicably.
They have joined the left in crushing this country.
This is the giant supermarket chain of which I know nothing, except this, is another example.
The examples are legion.
Alright?
That's the way it is, folks.
When you have the big media and the big academia and big business all run by the left, that's the only way you could suppress half this country.
Half this country loves this country.
Giant supermarket has contempt for this country.
I don't know what animates them.
I assume what animates them is to be on the good side of the left.
That's really what it is.
The fear of the left is so much greater than fear of God in the United States of America in 2021 that there's no contest between God and the left.
God schmod, but the left, oh, I don't want to alienate the left.
It's so powerful, the fear of the left, which I don't have any of, or let's put it this way.
I don't act upon it.
They are fearsome because they're cruel.
But it is so great that people, even when they are destroyed, then grovel their apology.
It's a mind-boggling thing to see.
They said nothing wrong, or they said something wrong and it was one mistake.
The word forgiveness does not appear in the left-wing vocabulary.
Anyway, if you see such signs in a store, send me the picture to DennisPrager.com.
Email Dennis or Dennis at DennisPrager.com.
Very simple.
And attach a photo naming the supermarket and the date you took it.
The supermarket, ideally the address.
I mean, I need as much info as possible.
The idea of dividing...
Products by race?
That's a Ku Klux Klan notion.
The KKK and the left have far more in common than the left has with liberalism or conservatism.
It's really something what's happening.
But listen, if you have the media, that's the number one, the media.
They are the lying media.
That is exactly correct.
Do you have the media?
The Pravda-like media serving the Democratic Party on the left, not the country, not truth.
You have academia completely taken over by the left.
And that's now true from kindergarten up.
That's why you should pull your kids out of school.
See my column this week on how schools are damaging children.
I hate to advise you to take your kids out of private.
It's not just public school.
Private, public school.
There are exceptions.
Either put them in an exceptional school.
In other words, one that actually teaches according to the rules of education, not according to the rules of the left.
Doesn't have the 16, 19...
Project as its distorted picture of America.
Or homeschool them.
But you have been warned, because when they turn out to be mean, stupid, and alienated from you and everything you treasure, don't say you were not warned.
Okay?
It's amazing the precautions people will take against COVID, but not against leftism.
Thank you.
Your kid is far more likely to be hurt by the left than by COVID. There's not even comparable numerically.
So that's our story.
Chicago, Linda.
Hello, Linda.
Janice, I feel so privileged to talk to you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I just wanted to validate what you were saying in the last hour about the anger that won't go away.
My dear sister-in-law was put in a care facility in San Francisco.
She was in pain from multiple sources, multiple issues, COPD, sciatica.
And she didn't have COVID. She was isolated from her family.
She ended up dying alone.
And this is a woman who, on a typical, her birthday was not unusual for her to get over 100 birthday cards.
She was so loved by so many people.
Died alone.
I'm so angry about this subject.
As I said, I vented against the cruelty of the medical establishment and the hospitals.
It is vile that these people could not get visitors.
And then they claim that masks work.
So why couldn't you visit somebody wearing a mask?
Why?
We're living a gigantic lie and a cruelty from the medical establishment, and Americans take it like they take the suppression of free speech.
Cruel, for sure.
And she told me on the phone, she said, Linda, all the pain I'm in doesn't even come close to the fact that I can't have my family around me.
That's right.
That's exactly right.
I don't fear much, but I don't want to die alone.
Exactly.
And I think that I represent most of the human race.
I mean, that's cruelty.
I've got to tell you, nursing homes, their cruelty, the hospitals and their cruelty, the medical profession, why would they have no doctors opening those doors for people walking in with a mask?
Masks work, but not to visit your relative.
Really?
Then they don't work.
How come you can walk into with your mask?
How come doctors and nurses can walk into a patient, but a child, a son or daughter can't?
How come?
And why do Americans not ask these questions?
They're so basic.
You can visit my relative with your mask, but I can't visit my relative with...
No, no, no.
You can visit my relative with your mask.
I can't visit my relative with your mask.
Explain that to me, doctors!
And in the doctor's opposition to hydroxychloroquine and zinc and ivermectin, the profession has disgraced itself.
There are some fine doctors.
Some.
Okay?
That's the way it works.
It's not odd that it would.
They're highly educated, and highly educated people, as a rule, are fools.
You are taught to be a fool when you attend any graduate school, including medical school.
I have a friend who teaches at a medical school.
What he hears from students is frightening.
Frightening.
Your future doctors, most of whom believe in socialized medicine.
And as we all know, working for the government makes you kinder, right?
That's a law of life.
I work for the state.
I now care about you even more.

We all, my family and I, we're Disney people.
Well, we can't watch necessarily Swiss Family Robinson, Peter Pan, Dumbo, the Aristocats.
If we have children under seven, it's banned.
Like somebody over the New York Post called it, it's more like Disney minus.
Listen to this.
Disney Plus has decided to go whole hog and drop a number of once beloved, now controversial movies from their children's menu.

The liberal media is saying that the Republicans blew their chance to defeat the COVID bill by not arguing the specifics, instead arguing Dr. Seuss.
How do you respond to that?
And then which specifics do you think are going to become the key reminders of how bad the COVID bill is?
It's not that you refer to it as a COVID bill, because it's far from a COVID bill.
People like the Boston Marathon bomber and Harvey Weinstein.
They voted to give money to cities and states that remain sanctuary jurisdictions to protect criminal illegal aliens without providing any sanctuary to their victims.
They voted to continue giving checks to illegal aliens.
So the Democrats cast a lot of astonishing votes and I suspect that you will see a lot of those votes come back in television advertisements next year in the midterm election campaign.
I also think People need to know that San Francisco got bailed out.
I just can't believe that Nancy Pelosi stuck in hundreds of millions of dollars for the city of San Francisco, one of the worst managed cities in the United States of America, Senator.
Did Little Rock get any money?
Well, he probably not as much as San Francisco will.

Now you know why I said all these years, don't let fear of visiting Israel stop you.
Because fear is paralyzing.
Do I ever get tired of going to Israel?

It's a totally logical question.
I've been there about 25 times.
I would happily go a couple of times a year.

Hello.
Hello, Dennis.
I wanted to help you out on the caller that called about Holocaust deniers.
Those would be QAnon.
And QAnon happened to be Trump supporters.
And I believe that's what he was talking about.
Are you aware of that?
And you're aware that Trump has not denounced those supporters?
Hello, Mr. Prager.
Yeah, okay.
What does that mean?
You don't think that if Trump were asked, do you denounce Holocaust deniers?
I find your call absurd.
You're not absurd.
I find your thoughts kind of absurd.
Okay, that's fine.
I'm sure you feel that way.
Are white nationalists and he didn't denounce those either?
Yes, he did.
He did denounce them.
You're telling me a lie.
He did denounce them.
I'm 73 years old.
I've been a Republican all my life.
Wait a minute.
You're 73?
Why did you tell the screener you're 50?
I'm also Jewish.
Why did you tell the screener you're 50 if you're 73?
And I can't understand how you can go to Israel and support Trump at the same time.
Come on.
You don't understand how I could go to Israel and support Trump?
Do you know that most Israeli Jews support Trump?
If you don't respond to me, I'm hanging up on you.
Okay, it's not possible to talk to you.
I will ask a question.
I will then put you back on.
Did you know that the great majority of Israeli Jews supported Trump?
I'm just curious if you're aware of that.
Are you?
Yes, I am.
Okay, so your question is pointless, isn't it?
Netanyahu.
And Trump, yes.
I do know that.
Now, I'd like to ask you, why do they support Trump?
Because they know how good he is for Israel and the Jewish people.
You don't.
Well, let me tell you, I'm Jewish, and a man who cannot denounce that.
Okay, he denounced it.
Okay, you're just perpetrating a lie.

Trump hatred is a moral sickness.
Because it leads people to do bad things and support bad things.
Okay?
That's it.
I don't care if people hate Trump.
I care if it dominates their speech and their behavior.
This preoccupation with Donald Trump is pathologic.
Pathologic.

Because truth is not a left-wing value, even in that realm.
Ah, life.

But anyway, this call basically is entirely complimentary.
There's really no words to express the immense amount of gratitude that I have for your truthful, insightful influence and the clarity.

I got an idea.
He said, the dirty little secret is that some smart people have figured out a way of ripping off the federal government to the tune of $400 million a year, quote, to make the thing work, close quote.

There's a PragerU video up this week by a man who joined Antifa and then eventually left Antifa.
It's quite riveting.
I have the man on.
Gabriel Nadales, or Gabriel Nadales, student rights advocate at the Leadership Institute.
I used to be Antifa is the name of the video.
Gabriel, welcome to the Dennis Prager Show.
Thank you for having me on, and you know, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my story on PragerU.
How did we find you?
How did we find me?
Yeah.
You know, I went ahead and I emailed one of your staffers who was my friend.
We had, when she was, before she joined PragerU, she was working over at Turning Point USA, and Turning Point USA and the Leadership Institute worked very closely together.
I decided to start telling my story.
I asked her if she could, you know.
See if I had that opportunity.
That's kind of how it started.
I see.
So, what age were you when you joined Antifa?
I was 17. I mean, at this point, I was already a liberal activist, but the first time that I, as I like to say, I put on the black mask was about 10 years ago, actually, in March of 2011. I was to fight against the National Socialist Movement, which is a It's a neo-Nazi group, you know.
And I remember I just put on a black mask, tried to figure out what I was going to do there, and all of a sudden I met a bunch of different anarchists, other members of the anti-fascist movement, and I mean, they invited me to do more and more with them, and that's kind of how I entered this rabbit hole of radical activism.
They claim that you can't really join Antifa.
It's not an organization.
Like the Boy Scouts or whatever.
So when you say you join, what does that mean?
Well, you know, obviously the left always wants to dismiss Antifa as an idea because they just don't want to deal with it.
But as I mentioned in the preview video, Antifa is not an organization, but a movement, and which includes several radical left-wing organizations.
When you join the anti-fascist movement, you typically will join a group that goes by a different name.
In Southern California, we had DAC, we had the IWW, the Anarchist Black Cross, and what's it called in Portland, everyone talks about Rose City and FIFA, but there's also the Youth Liberation Front and the Redneck Revolt and many other organizations.
Those are traditional organizations that you can join, in fact.
But, you know, the whole name is pretty deceptive because they like to claim that this is the anti-fascist movement.
We're fighting fascism.
But when you're part of the movement, you're joining all these other groups that typically don't have the Antifa name.
That way they can also claim that, no, there's no such thing as an Antifa-like membership.
There's no official Antifa groups out there.
I mean, it's a bunch of misdirection in order to promote their ideas, but at the same time not getting any criticism for it.
So, how would you be informed that there would be a demonstration or a riot?
Would they send you an email?
Well, it really varies from group to group.
I mean, personally, it was very much a word of mouth.
In Southern California, which is where I did all this stuff, there's a lot of different bookshops as well as record shops that lean very far left.
And a lot of times, if you look at some of the bulletin boards, like, you know, they're getting involved boards, there'll be little flyers just saying, like, oh, we're going to do this.
I remember seeing a bunch of different Occupy protests that I knew about the Occupy protests about, like, three or four months before they started.
And it was by going to some of these venues and just getting involved with some of these people.
That's the way it used to work back then, but, you know, with the invention of Twitter and Facebook organizing, it's gotten much more online.
Now, a lot of these Antifa groups will post a...
One example I often give is in Minneapolis, the Young Democratic Socialists of America, which tends to be very pro-Antifa.
They posted a call to action in Minneapolis to get people to show up in the black block armed with bricks or armed with a bunch of different tools in order to fight against a police precinct.
And then that's kind of how it starts.
You have an action of maybe some people who don't know each other, but when you leave, you met other people from smaller, different, what they call affinity groups.
Let me understand.
You said Facebook as an example or Twitter?
Yeah, Facebook and Twitter.
Hold on.
So let me understand this.
Facebook and Twitter allow Antifa violence to publicize itself, but doctors who recommend hydroxychloroquine and zinc are banned.
Exactly.
It was ridiculous, because on January 6th, obviously, there was a riot at the Capitol, and then Facebook and Twitter started banning a bunch of different conservative accounts, saying that they used their platforms to mitigate violence.
Yet Twitter, on that same day, you have the Youth Liberation Front and Rose City Antifa calling for violence, and those posts are still up.
You can actually go find them right now.
It just shows you that big tech is not, and they don't want to stop violence.
They're just trying to silence conservative thought.
That's right.
Hold on.
His video is up at PragerU this week.
I used to be Antifa.
I've got a few more questions for him.
I also have a deep...
Deeply felt recommendation for you, and that is Relief Factor.
The story, as many of you will know by now, was I was asked to advertise to endorse this product.
I never endorsed a pain reliever in my career, and I was about to say no here.
My wife got wind of it and told me, oh, I've been taking this for a while, and it simply alleviates my knee pain.
And one way she knows it does is when she forgets to take it, the knee pain comes back.
A very direct reminder, you better take your relief factor.
If it doesn't work in three weeks, it won't work.
That probably won't work.
Therefore, they give you a three-week price of $19.95 plus shipping at relieffactor.com, 800-500-8384.
Thank you.
I just had a caller assert that because the bill was read, the stimulus bill was read in the Senate, that senators know what's in it.
Do you actually know what's in this bill, Senator Cornyn?
Well, I feel like I've got a general understanding of what's in it.
90% of it doesn't have anything to do with COVID-19, and less than 1% of it has to do with deploying vaccines.
And so this is a Trojan horse, Hugh, for a lot of the left's agenda that they couldn't otherwise pass through Congress.
So, yeah, I understand that much.
Last night I read that half of the San Francisco city budget is going to be covered by this bill.
And I kind of sat there stunned thinking, did it get down to that level of detail?
Is it that granular that cities know how much money they're getting?
Yeah, earlier in March of last year in the CARES Act, we appropriated money for state and local governments to try to help them with their COVID response and in part make up for the reduction in sales tax revenue, which is an essential part of their base, tax base.
But this floods the zone with a lot of money where there's no demonstrated need.
But yeah, it will filter down not only to the states, but to...
Municipalities as well.
How much leverage does Team Biden have to steer the money?
Well, quite a bit.
The money that goes to states and local governments, health care, schools, and the like, will be basically controlled at the local and state level now once the money has been appropriated.

And yet about half the nation is worried that Joe Biden is physically and mentally not up to the job.
Did you hear about the Rasmussen Reports survey that came out this week?
50% of Americans in the Rasmussen poll say they're not confident that Joe Biden is physically and mentally up to the job of being president of the United States.
The former general I keep calling him general my my the guy who runs that out Okay.
All right, everybody.
Gabriel Medales, who's an Antifa member, if that's a proper word, no longer, and he gives the video, I used to be Antifa.
Up this week at PragerU.
So you were 17 and you were already on the left, is that correct?
I was on the left far before that.
Were you raised to be on the left?
Are your parents leftists?
My parents are definitely not a leftist.
They're more moderate though.
I think that really the reason that I became a leftist is because I'm a Mexican immigrant and I grew up in California and I was exposed to the public education system in California, which is extremely leftist.
You know, I didn't remember this, but my mom told me a story a few days ago in which, apparently, when we first came into this country, I used to grab my uncle's cigarettes, crush him up, and throw him on the floor, and I used to yell at him, saying that, like, oh, at school they told me I could do this because you're polluting the earth.
I don't remember that, but it just goes to show you that, like, the California education system was incredibly leftist, and they don't care about personal freedoms.
That's very believable that you were rendered a leftist by the educational system.
That's their purpose.
Their purpose is not education.
It's to produce more leftists.
I didn't know that.
That's really how it happened with you.
Were your parents unhappy, happy, neutral with regard to your radicalization?
It's not something that I talked to them about when I was part of that movement.
We were having a lot of problems with my family, specifically with my sister, and they were very preoccupied with making sure that she was well.
And I just remember that I was just doing my own thing.
A lot of times I would just tell them, you know, I'm going out with friends, but then I'd be at Occupy protests, or I'm just going to go to school.
Did you participate in anything violent?
You know, there was a couple of things that did...
That they were trying to escalate towards a riot, but fortunately, one of the things that I'm very proud of is that I never hurt another person for a political purpose.
No, not a person.
A building.
Yeah, I mean, I've broken windows.
I've spray-painted.
When you broke windows, was there an adrenaline rush?
Yeah, I mean, it's kind of like you're part of this club.
You see yourself as some sort of hero or anti-hero, and then you want to fight against these people who are self-proclaimed like the evil guys.
We try to cast them as evil, and anybody who is against us must be the villain.
So there's definitely an adrenaline rush.
What is the villain of a guy who runs a grocery store or a drugstore?
What is the moral justification?
Well, for me specifically, it was McDonald's.
And when I was thinking, when I broke that window for McDonald's, I remember thinking, like, well, you know, those greedy people up in wherever their headquarters are, they need to be taught a lesson for destroying the earth and for...
You know, being so greedy capitalist.
That was the kind of mentality that you had.
Unfortunately, as you mentioned, basically nobody who breaks windows realized that when you're breaking a window, that these executives will never even hear about it.
You're really hurting those people who have to go to work next day, and they can't get a paycheck because now their business is broken.
So you're basically taking away the livelihood of innocent Americans who have nephews.
Yes, we definitely know that.
So finally, Was there something or not that started you to think clearly?
Well, you know, I was actually introduced to great economic minds like Milton Friedman and Thomas Sowell sometime in about a year after I was doing all this stuff.
And I've got to tell you, I call them great now, but at the time I didn't like them.
I disagreed with them.
And in fact, I just wanted to debate them.
And I always like to say that for being an anarchist, that was the very first time I was called a capitalist pig by my friends, who just were asking questions.
They decided that I was their enemy, just because I was trying to figure out what the free market truly meant.
And, you know, when you're told that you shouldn't do something, well, I kind of wanted to see the other side, and kind of, that's how I started talking to conservatives.
So when you started reading conservative economists, somehow or other, you're...
Your, I would say, colleagues, your peers found out about it?
Comrades.
Comrades.
Yeah, you know, I wanted to talk to people about these ideas.
I see.
So the very fact that you would want to talk about it rendered you suspect.
Yeah, I was definitely kind of cast aside.
They would say that they were, sometimes they would just say, they'd be a little nicer saying that we're disappointed that you're believing this propaganda.
And I'm like, I'm literally just...
Right.
So I have a theory that most people who join Antifa or BLM or the like, they overwhelmingly are seeking what traditional religion has given people, and that is meaning and purpose.
Do you subscribe to that theory?
I 100% believe it.
I mean, the purpose of being part of the anti-fascist, in the best light, what they argue is that they're trying to defend the defenseless minorities who are supposedly being attacked by a quote-unquote fascist community.
Right, right.
It's definitely a very religious kind of thinking.
Right.
So did you grow up secular?
Oh, no.
I was raised Catholic.
But around this time, I should mention that, as I mentioned a little earlier, we were having problems with my sister.
So we neglected our religious education.
It was actually a couple of years after I became a conservative that I went back to the church.
Right, so at the time you were not church-going.
Yeah, I would imagine 98% of Antifa are not religious.
Yeah, definitely.
Anyway, listen, thank you.
You're very articulate.
It's a pleasure to know you.
Gabriel Madales.
And his video is, I used to be Antifa up at PragerU.
I hope we meet one day.
Okay, thank you.

All right, everybody.
Ken in Los Angeles.
Thank you for calling.
Hello, Dennis.
I would like to do two things quickly.
A, explain what you didn't understand about the policy to keep people, relatives out of hospitals, and B, to tell you what happened very briefly to my elderly parents.
A, the policy, and I'm not defending it.
I think that there's some...
logic to it, but it's gone way, way, way off the deep end.
The policy is to reduce the number of possible people who are infected from contacting patients in a very, very weakened state in the hospital.
That makes sense.
It makes no sense.
It makes no sense.
Sorry, and I'm sorry for yelling.
I'm so passionate about the evil done to people dying that I am overwhelmed with anger at the medical profession and hospitals.
It's a gigantic fraud.
Why don't people use common sense?
Dennis, may I say something?
In the hospital, there are not only people who are dying, there are people in weakened states who are...
Do doctors and nurses walk into their rooms?
Absolutely.
Wait, wait, wait.
Why can't I, the son, walk into the room?
I'm saying that it went way, way, way too far off.
No, no, no.
What you're saying makes no sense.
It didn't go too far.
It was evil from the outset.
Why?
Do you have an answer to my question?
Why can a doctor with a mask walk in, but a son with a mask can't walk in?
Yes, I can answer that question.
That's right.
That's why, my dear friend, it is despicable.
Hospitals and doctors and the entire medical profession has been a disgrace in this regard.
There are individual heroes, and even the heroes almost never speak up.
Masks work, ladies and gentlemen, but apparently they don't work for your dying parent, whom you can't see for a year.
Nursing homes and hospitals have been a disgrace, and they saved my life.
I got goodwill, just want you to know.
My life was saved in hospital surgery.
Technically, they're awesome.
Morally, they are like other...
Educated people, mostly stupid.
Because college makes you stupid and graduate school makes you stupider.
And the medical profession is in no way different than the gender studies profession in the people it produces.
There are some great ones with the emphasis on the word, some.
I wish it weren't true.
