I feel very committed to saying that, despite the fact that since the lockdowns, I never say since COVID, I believe that a lot of people did not have a good weekend.
Certainly a lot of kids.
Wasting more time on video games and other things, which is fine as a diversion.
But when diversions become substantive, we have an issue.
The damage done by the lockdowns will be with us for a long time.
Why you would still send your kid to a Los Angeles school or a Chicago school or a New York City school?
The only possible answer is convenience, which I fully, by the way, I fully understand and have deep sympathy with you with regard to.
And the reason is they refuse to come to teach your kids.
One of the most...
Glaring examples of the moral quality of many of our teachers.
I say this with great sadness.
I don't know where they get these teachers from.
Is there a listing of woke cowards?
Which stands for WC. I won't go further in that regard.
Woke cowards.
Oh, I saw a demonstration by L.A. teachers.
Did you happen to see that?
Pictures of L.A. teachers.
Refusing to go to work, so they had a rally in their cars, because they wouldn't step out of their cars, they would die.
And the stickers on their cars were, we love students.
That's why we won't go back until it's safe.
The lie is so gargantuan as to evoke either laughter or anger.
We love students, so on the unbelievably minuscule chance that I will die entering a classroom with students, we won't have it.
It is selfish.
Selfish doesn't even come close.
And irrational.
What a lesson to kids.
Why would you want such people to teach your kids?
Think about it.
Do you respect their decision not to go back to teach?
Then why would you want them to teach your children?
Get them out of those schools into schools where teachers are teaching or homeschooling.
Ninety percent of you who have kids or grandkids know I'm right and will do nothing about it.
And I'm not yelling at you.
I'm just stating a fact.
And it's a very sad fact.
Damage done to kids for no good reason is astonishing.
Well, anyway, welcome to the show.
There is a great deal on our agenda here.
The Biden administration is spending $1.9 trillion.
Is that correct?
Is that the number that we're up to?
Do you know how much a trillion is?
It's a thousand billion.
Do you know how much a billion is?
It's a thousand million.
You thought a million dollars was a lot?
You were right.
Thought a thousand million was a lot?
You were right.
So now we have...
So is it ten thousand million?
Is that a trillion?
I'm adding another digit.
10,000 million.
The mind cannot grasp it.
It's like grasping the size of the universe or the idea of eternity or the world always was.
These are not things that are understandable by the human mind.
Wall Street Journal editorial.
Most of the $1.9 trillion house bill has little to do with the virus.
Isn't that something?
What they're funding?
The corruption in this country is now equal to third world levels.
And what will happen is we will deteriorate like third world countries.
All of my life I have said the C word is the word people don't realize how terrible it is.
Corruption.
That corruption is the single greatest reason many third world countries do not progress.
I know this for a fact about Africa, where you have a combination of talent and resources, natural resources.
Africa should be booming.
There's only one reason Africa is not booming, and that is corruption.
I guess it's true for Latin America, too.
And that is true now for the United States.
The Democrats are a corrupt party.
100% corrupt.
Is every Democrat corrupt?
If that's what you inferred from what I said, it only means that you went to graduate school.
The Biden White House is pointing to polls showing that its $1.9 trillion spending bill is popular.
And the press corps is cheering.
Yet we wonder how much public support there would be if Americans understood that most of the blowout is a list of longtime Democratic spending priorities flying under the false flag of COVID-19 relief.
You know what false flag means?
Corruption and lies.
That's what false flag means.
Wall Street Journal editorial page is not a flamethrowing page.
More than $1 trillion are a combination of bailouts for democratic constituencies, expansion of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes.
Start with the $350 billion for state and local governments and cities and counties.
Even as state revenues have largely recovered since the spring.
Now, what is the point of that?
Let's think about that.
$350 billion.
Had we heard $1 billion, it would be astonishing.
$350 billion for state and local governments who have all screwed up under democratic rule and now are bailed out.
By make-believe money printed by the government.
If that is not corruption, then nothing is.
These incredibly irresponsible Democratic mayors and governors are now bailed out with $350 billion in newly minted dollars.
Listen to this.
Democrats also changed the funding formula to ensure most of the dollars go to blue states that imposed state economic lockdowns.
So California, my state, will be rewarded for putting people out of business by the people of South Dakota.
Last year's CARES Act distributed money mainly by state population.
Which is what you would think they would do, right?
But much of the $220 billion for states in the new bill will be allotted based on an average unemployment rate over the three-month period ending in December.
Andrew Cuomo's New York, 8.2% unemployment in December, and Gavin Newsom's California, 9% get rewarded for crushing their businesses, while Kristi Noem's South Dakota, 3% unemployed, is penalized while Kristi Noem's South Dakota, 3% unemployed, is penalized for staying open.
Well What do you think of that, eh?
But you would have to vote Democrat because of Trump.
That's right.
Was there any level of corruption?
Amongst the Republicans that even approaches this level of corruption?
Let me know.
Trending now on the Charlie Kirk Show.
One of the things I wanted to go through is how the Democrats tampered with evidence.
And I was going through it with our team.
I said, you do know that Eric Swalwell, who's a lover of Fang Fang, the Chinese Communist Party spy, he tampered with evidence.
And David Shone, to his great credit, came out and proved that point.
That Eric Swalwell, and this is why this is not a trial.
This is a Hollywood Broadway production.
That's all this is.
In a real trial, you'd say, Your Honor, this evidence is tampered with.
So you had Swalwell, the lover of Fang Fang, who came out and said that Donald Trump called for the Calvary to come.
Calvary.
Now, anyone in the Christian world knows that there's a difference between Calvary and Calvary.
I sometimes, without unintentionally...
Mispronounce one or the other, but I know the difference.
Calvary, C-A-L, cavalry.
One is where Christ was crucified.
The other is horse-mounted infantry.
So Eric Swalwell reads Jennifer Lawrence's tweet, who says, Mr. President, the cavalry is coming.
So Eric Swalwell then comes out and says, well, on the House impeachment floor, you see here, President Trump, he was calling in for reinforcements.
And the cavalry is coming.
Now, to an untrained eye, you're like, well, that might be something, you know, maybe there might be...
It's nothing.

Oh, I'm sorry.
I'm engaging in whataboutism.
Here I am bringing up an example to show my point.
I can't do that.
It shows you hypocrisy.
Selective outrage.
Hillary Clinton can parade around for four years and call the election illegitimate and say it was stolen.
And nobody says, hey, excuse me, you're giving energy to Donald Trump.
Nobody said anything.
You know why?
Because they believed it was stolen.
78% of Democrats believe that the Russians interfered, which everybody knows they did and acknowledged, but that they changed the outcome of the election.
And Jay Johnson, the then head of the Homeland Security Department under Obama, testified there's no evidence whatsoever.
We haven't reached any kind of conclusion that the outcome was changed.
We know that no voting tallies were changed.
They tried, but they failed.
Yet 78% of Democrats, and they get their news from CNN, their feed from Facebook, New York Times, and 78% of Democrats have convinced themselves that but for whatever Russia did, Donald Trump would not be president, even though the intel community has never reached that conclusion.
Am I not supposed to bring that up?
It says something about your reason and your logic.
I said that yesterday about the O.J. Simpson case.
How do you respect a bunch of people who look at the same evidence of overwhelming guilt and say the man was an innocent man who was framed?
How do you respect somebody like that?
How do you respect their judgment, their mentality, their ability to reason?

Hello my friends
Thank you.
I guess money and numbers bore most people.
That's the issue, so they can get away with what they want.
They're bailing out California, New York, with tens of billions of dollars newly printed and going into more debt.
So the more businesses a governor crushed, the more money the Biden administration gives that state.
What I just said is a fact, not an opinion.
On the left, facts don't exist.
I understand there's no one right answer to a math problem, so clearly there is no truth available to the human species.
The bill includes $86 billion to rescue 185 or so multi-employer pension plans.
$86 billion.
The states went into massive debt promising public service unions, pension plans they cannot afford.
And now it's taken care of under COVID. It is pure corruption.
Pure.
What does it have to do with COVID? Okay.
You and I know.
The answer begins with N. It's the N-word.
It's a different N-word.
Nothing.
Managed jointly by employer sponsors and unions, these plans are chronically underfunded due to lax federal standards and accounting rules.
Yet the bailout comes with no real reform.
Elementary, oh God, this one.
Each one caused me, oh, what shall I say?
Angst.
And I'm not an angst guy.
I'm a nice guy, but not an angst guy.
Elementary and secondary schools got another $129 billion, whether they reopened for classroom learning or not.
Higher education gets $40 billion.
That's, I have to say, of all of the corruption, that's the most.
$40 billion for higher education?
What is higher education?
Does that mean college and higher?
Or does it include high schools?
That's astonishing.
Why?
They do nothing for their students.
They do nothing.
They just charge enormous sums of money to put the kids in trouble.
$40 billion to colleges?
What is it?
The college industrial complex.
The CBO, Congressional Budget Office, notes that since Congress already provided some $113 billion for schools, and, quote, most of those funds remain to be spent, unquote, It expects that 95% of this new money will be spent from 2022 through 2028. But, the Wall Street Journal notes, that is when the pandemic is over.
It's just to fund the teachers' unions.
They're great allies in corruption.
Enormous sums go to expanding favorite Democratic programs.
The package adds $35 billion.
To pump up subsidies to defray Obamacare premiums.
And then there's the $15 minimum wage, which CBO estimates will cost 1.4 million jobs.
Final paragraph.
No wonder Democrats want to pass all this on a partisan vote.
It's a progressive blowout for the ages that does little for the economy.
But will finance democratic interest groups for years.
Please don't call it COVID relief.
It's corruption, my friends.
This sheer corruption.
Have you heard about this woman?
Oh, you probably do.
Barry Weiss wrote about her.
Shaw.
I don't remember her first.
Jody Shaw?
Is that her name?
I watched her video.
The woman who works at Smith College, a corrupt institution, where leftists send their kids to become more leftists, and where non-leftists send their kids to become leftists.
That's all it does, Smith College.
It's a joke.
It's an intellectual joke.
It's a fraud.
The issue today is how many people will fight.
She's lost her job, $45,000 a year job.
She's a single mother.
You know, if I had a lot of money, Gates-like, or one-tenth of Gates, I'd set up a fund to help people who lose their jobs for speaking out.
Because if people don't speak up, bad people will be victorious and ruin our country.
Thank you.
So this woman has spoken up.
She was on Tucker Carlson.
I think we should have her on.
The thing that I would most want to ask her is...
Why did you have courage and 99% of others don't?
And I think I know what her answer is.
Because I couldn't live with myself if I didn't speak up.
What is amazing is you folks who work at most companies will have a Mao-like re-education meeting where they tell all the whites that they're racist.
The dividing of Americans by race is one of the great evils of our time.
Did you see, oh, the New York Times, I have to read this to you.
The New York Times had a piece about how young blacks are realizing how racist the country is.
They didn't realize it before.
Because the left has succeeded, just as they have with non-blacks.
In a brainwash.
So, it's amazing to say, you know, how they say, look, I didn't really see much racism before, but now, since George Floyd and the demonstrations of the summer, of the year, I realize now, what do you realize now?
What has changed?
To think that you grow up in a society that you believe has it in for you?
That's healthy, isn't it?
The dividing of Americans by race after so much work by liberals and conservatives to unite Americans by their humanity and their American-ness is just another evil of the left.
If you don't see it, I can't explain you.
What is it if not evil?
I'm Dennis Prager, 1-8 Prager 776. Now, I want to talk about this high school football coach, Massachusetts.
He's suing Dedham Public School District, fired for privately disagreeing with the school's social justice curriculum being taught to his children.
Now, because they're doing online training, kids are at home, and this football coach is hearing what they're learning in world history.
Kind of thought that they were going to learn something about, oh, I don't know, you know world history?
Instead, one assignment asked 12- and 13-year-olds to identify risk factors and mitigation factors when walking down the street with a person of a different skin color.
White students were told to be fearful when they saw a black student with, quote, aggressive body language or in the, quote, wrong neighborhood, close quote, and black students were told to be fearful of white people in general, especially the police.
And he and his wife noticed that the 7th grade teacher had a cartoon character of herself with a Black Lives Matter t-shirt on.
So he contacted the superintendent, concerned about the curriculum that had been changed without notifying the parents, that the coursework was not suitable for 7th grade students.
The teacher was not teaching world history.
So following the email, superintendent holds a meeting with the Flins, with the couple complaining.
And next thing you know, he has been fired from his job as a coach.
And I sent a letter.
Quote, we are writing today.
Sorry to inform you that you will not be reappointed as head coach.
Nobody voted for that.
If they did, Biden would have campaigned on that.
He virtually said nothing about this.
But it wasn't a secret, Jim.
It wasn't a secret, but he didn't say anything, right?
He didn't give people to vote against him.
It came up once in the third debate, and he got so hammered for it, he never mentioned it again.
So they do not have a mandate to do something that gives me sale.
Well, 50% are over here with Trump and 50% are over there with those guys.
This isn't a 50-50 thing.
Most Americans don't want their communities to be less safe.
They don't want some people to have more advantages and benefits than actual American citizens have.
And they don't want more COVID. I don't know who said it, but the wise man said, you can have open borders and no welfare system.
You can have a welfare system and closed borders, but you can't have open borders and a welfare state.

Tell us about what the Biden administration has done with regard to athletes, transgender athletes.
Well, on day one of the Biden administration, he issued an executive order.
Telling all the agencies that you need to start enshrining the gender identity into regulations and specifically called out sports and athletics.
And we know firsthand what happens when policies like that pop up.
In Connecticut, we've got four young female athletes, very courageous.
Hello, everybody. everybody.
I made a mistake.
A trillion is a million million, not ten thousand million.
I wasn't even close.
A million million.
We can't grasp such a number.
Can't grasp a million, really.
A million million.
Wow.
All righty, everybody.
We're going to go to Bill O'Reilly.
He has some very important stuff to say.
He's host of No Spin News.
You can find all things Bill O'Reilly at BillOReilly.com.
Bill, how are you doing?
I'm staying strong.
How about you, Dennis?
How are you feeling?
That's a good answer.
You don't know, but my regular answer to people is better than my country.
No.
Yeah, but history goes in cycles.
That's what I tell my audience on BillOReilly.com.
Look, yeah, you know, I'm liking what's happening, and I don't like it either.
And I can point out the fallacy of it.
but remember, things happen fast in this society, and in 2022, this could tilt back to the traditional forces, because the Biden administration is very weak.
Very weak.
So, you know, you've got to give people hope that it's not a permanent situation.
Good.
I hope you're right.
And we do have to have hope.
But I have an answer to the hope thing.
And then I want to hear you.
But this is a really great story.
Many years ago, a rabbi that I used to stay with when I visited Israel every year when I was in my 20s, he's like a mentor, told me a story that in the early days of Israel it was a social state.
It was very hard to get a telephone.
He went to the Ministry of Communications and said, so when is my phone coming?
The guy said, six months from now.
So he said to the clerk, six months?
So tell me, is there any hope I can get it sooner?
And the guy said, sir, there's always hope.
There's no chance.
But you don't believe that.
You don't believe the United States is gone?
Well, no, but I... I have a theory as to why I feel it's more endangered than what you said.
By the way, I pray you're right.
I have such little faith in human nature that once the things tilt toward the bad, it's not easy to uproot it.
Yeah, but right now, there's not an acquiescence to evil in America.
There's an active progressive movement that wants to obliterate the country for political reasons.
And then there is a resistance on the traditional conservative side.
So it's not like in many totalitarian countries where you see a mass of people floating the streets to scream for Fidel Castro, for example.
That's not happening here.
Most people live well.
They don't understand what's happening.
I'm not being condescending, but they just don't understand.
What the cancel culture is, what the political correctness is, what the white privilege is, what the white supremacy is.
The average American does not know why this has been injected into our society.
And it's all for one reason, to break down traditional America, to convince the population that white people in particular are bad, and have always been bad.
No matter whether you're Abe Lincoln or George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, you're bad.
And I don't think that's getting a lot of traction among the folks.
The media, yeah, they enable it, no question.
And that's why you hear about it every day.
But the regular folks, making a living, trying to raise a family and honest people, I don't think they're buying it, Dennis.
Could be wrong.
But you know me, I'm very rarely wrong.
That's fair.
That's fair.
Bill, you have a very important thing out at BillORaleigh.com on the white supremacy issue.
I'll just say one thing to show you how in sync I am with you, but you have numbers, and I want my listeners to know them.
I have said over and over, given the extent of white supremacy and the proliferation of white supremacists, how is it that I never met one?
Isn't that odd?
Well, no.
You know, when I said that after President Biden made the pronouncement that, you know, he's going after white supremacists because the rise of white supremacy is threatening them.
Where's the rise?
You know, show me where that is.
Are we talking about northern Idaho?
What are we talking about here?
So I asked my staff, because I'm a fact-based program, Dennis, as you know, both on radio and television.
I said, find out how many federal cases there were in the last two years against white supremacists.
All right?
And the number is 10. Hold it there, Bill.
You know about breaks.
Did you hear that, folks?
I'm going to ask Bill to say it again when we come back.

10. 10 federal prosecutions.
There were 330 million Americans.

This is this Democrat New York Assemblyman.
If you're not following this story, this was Ron Kim.
He's a Democrat now.
Remember, he's an Assemblyman in New York State detailing the threatening phone call he says he got from Governor Cuomo, all because Assemblyman Kim is asking for some accountability, some answers over these deaths.
And the cover-up.
Here's what Assemblyman Kim said on MSNBC yesterday.
Governor Cuomo called me the next day at 8 p.m.
While I was about to bathe my kids, I was with my wife.
And for 10 minutes, he berated me.
He yelled at me.
He told me that, you know, my career will be over.
He's been biting his tongue for months against me.
And I had tonight.
Not tomorrow.
Tonight.
to issue a new statement, essentially asking me to lie.
I heard and I saw a crime the other day.
He's asking me that I did not see that crime.
And that was the line that he crossed that can't be undone.
And that's why I had no choice but to come out and speak up.
You know, many people make a huge deal about bullying and triggering people.
Being offensive.
Listen to the way this assemblyman explains what Cuomo's threatening phone call did to his wife.
I mean, it was loud enough for my wife to hear, and I tried to shield her, but she was in shock.
She didn't get any sleep that night, and we were terrified.
And, you know, he left a shocking moment for all of us in our family.

I want to take your calls, but I want to continue first with Bill O'Reilly.
He has an exceedingly important research that he's done.
By the way, I know you're fact-based, because I just, not just, but about two months ago, I read your book on the Indians.
What is the name of it again?
Killing Crazy Horse.
Yeah, it did really well.
I appreciate you reading it.
I'm going to send you another one next week.
Okay, good.
Killing the Mob Against the Organized Crime.
Oh, good.
I actually bought it and listened.
I have to say it's a depressing book.
Which is, to me, that's not an insult.
No, but it's not boring and you learn a lot, right?
No, that's the point.
Exactly.
It's not boring and you learn a lot.
You hit it on the nose.
That's correct.
That's what we do here.
I'm going to give a plug for your work.
Thank you.
So, you decided, after we hear from the Biden administration and the president himself, Joe Biden, this great rise in white supremacy, that it's now the new Al-Qaeda.
In the United States.
So why did you find out?
Well, this is the biggest fraud in the world, and it's dangerous.
Merrick Garland, the Attorney General nominee, spouted it again today, just about an hour ago.
So this is the biggest terror threat to the United States, is white supremacy in these groups.
So in two years, 10 federal prosecutions, 5 in 20, 5 in 19. All 50 states, all 50 states, Total for two years, eight.
Eight prosecutions.
Add them up, federal, state, prosecutions of white supremacies, organizations breaking the law, 18. So what's going on?
What's really going on here?
And it's masking the collapse of law enforcement in the cities run by liberal leaders.
So your city, Los Angeles, total collapse in Los Angeles County of law enforcement.
San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Oregon.
Chicago's the most dangerous city in the country.
New York City's collapsed law enforcement-wise.
So is Philadelphia.
On and on and on and on.
Okay?
So if you can divert attention away from that, away from the progressives not being able to protect people, into the white supremacists that are going to come and get you, that's a win-win.
Because you demonize Caucasians, which...
The progressive left absolutely wants to do.
And people won't be thinking about, if I go to certain neighborhoods in Chicago, I'm going to get a bullet in between the eyes.
If I go on the New York subway, I'm going to get my throat slashed.
So this is why they're doing it.
This is what we produced.
I wrote a column on BillOReilly.com for your listeners, Dennis, who want to read the entire column and why it's happening and what's happening.
You can go there.
It's free of charge.
Just read it.
And weep.
That number...
It's staggering, isn't it?
Yes.
Ask your staff...
That's why I've invited you through the first hour of my show.
I think this is so significant because of the gigantic lie it is.
Look, I said the...
The January 6th riot was the Reichstag fire.
That's what it is.
Yeah, a diversion.
But everybody has to acknowledge there are white supremacists, neo-Nazis, and they cause a lot of trouble because these groups not only hate blacks, Jews, and every other minority, but they traffic in narcotics, they extort, they're violent, and they're there.
They exist.
But they don't exist on the level where they're threatening individual people on a daily basis.
Now, in Europe, it's different.
In Europe, they have a much more intense white supremacist problem in Sweden and Germany and all this because of the massive influx of Muslims into those countries.
And that has disturbed their societal order.
So there are neighborhoods that you can't even go to in Europe because they're run by Very militant Muslims.
And so there's an easy backlash against that.
In the United States, we don't have that.
And as far as the January 6th, there were some white supremacists in there.
You saw the idiots with the Confederate flag and all that.
There were some.
But it wasn't a number that drove it.
Most of these people were ultra-right political people.
Who sincerely believed that the election was stolen, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
It didn't have anything to do with race.
That's not what was involved with that.
And the FBI will bear that out.
But the danger we have now is we have a president who doesn't know white supremacy from an ice cream cone.
He just doesn't know anything.
And you tell him something, and if it fits into the progressive vision that his advisors are...
He's not going to analyze it.
Do you think the Biden administration ran stats like I did?
No.
Because they don't care.
It's a political ploy.
Frighten the populace.
And you're right.
That's exactly what the Nazis did in the Reichstag fire.
I've got to be careful because I'm not comparing the Nazis to what's happening now.
I'm not doing that.
Because you know media matters and you know all these other propaganda outfits.
That's what they do.
I am not doing that.
You have the tape.
If I have to play it on my program, I will.
But the diversionary tactic of frightening people about a non-existent But again, I don't think the white supremacy stuff is non-existent.
I just don't think it's at the level where the federal government has got to change it.
The issue is that they're depriving us of civil rights, of civil liberties, the greatest clampdown by the government ever, and corporations, by the way, in tandem, which is a defining element in fascism.
And I know you've got to run, but the next time we talk, we'll tie all that in.
Okay.
So the big corporations, particularly the social media corporations, are acting in concert with the progressive movement.
That's an enormous amount of power.
Because they have the media in their pocket as well.
That's right.
Alright, it's BillOReilly.com, correct?
Yep.
And thanks for having me on, Dennis.
Always a pleasure to talk with you.

Thank you, sir.
In two years, nine prosecutions, federal and state levels, of white supremacists.
That's the big threat to the country.
Is that not a big lie?
It's very true.
It's very true.
But it wasn't a secret, Jim.
Well, it wasn't a secret, but he didn't say anything, right?
He didn't give people to vote against him.
You know, it came up once in the third debate, and he got so hammered for it, he never mentioned it again.

This isn't a 50-50 thing.
Most Americans don't want their communities to be less safe.
They don't want some people to have more advantages and benefits than actual American citizens have.
And they don't want more COVID. And they don't want more COVID, and they don't want to bear the unbelievable cost of housing everybody from Latin America.

The Biden administration is rolling back religious liberty and doing all kinds of things that are very serious, very far-reaching.
Tell us about what the Biden administration has done with regard to athletes, transgender athletes.
Well, on day one of the Biden administration, he issued an executive order telling all of the agencies that you need to start enshrining the gender identity into regulations and specifically called out sports and athletics.
And we know firsthand what happens when policies like that pop up.
In Connecticut, we've got four young female athletes, very courageous, incredibly talented runners, and found themselves competing against two biological males.
And these were guys that at one season had been competing on the males team where they were mid-level athletes.
A few weeks later, switched to the female team and suddenly at the top of the podium time and time again.
And so there was over 16 instances where girls lost out on championships or had records broken or lost instances where they were able to advance into competition, all because these two biological males came to dominate.
And that was, again, just two guys in Connecticut.
Now imagine we start rolling this out across the country.
All it takes is a handful of biological males to destroy women's sports as we know it, where girls end up being spectators in their own sport.
One of the girls describes how How disheartening it is.
You walk up to the starting line and you look over and you see a biological male next to you.
You know the race is already lost.
You know you don't have a chance.
And that's exactly what the Biden administration's policy is it's put into effect is going to cause for women and for all athletes across the country.

I want to hear from parents about what's going on in school, so I'm glad you're calling in exactly on that.
Mike in Chicago.
Hello.
Dennis Prager here.
Hello.
Hi.
Hi, Mr. Prager.
Hi.
I'll get right to the point.
I'll set up the scenario.
So in Chicago, there's an area called the western suburbs, which is mostly white and mostly very wealthy.
I mean...
Probably 90% million dollar homes.
My son is a white male and he is a freshman in high school.
The history teacher gave them a chart and then told them to answer six or seven questions pertaining to their personal lives.
Color of their skin, religion, political background.
They didn't have to do it in front of class.
They did it individually.
And then after he was done answering the six or seven questions, one of the categories on the chart was the KKK. And according to the chart and according to the answers that my son came up with, it said that he is a KKK member.
I'm silent because I have nothing to say.
Had you said, It's equivalent, in my case, to your saying, then he was labeled a Martian.
Because there's as much evidence for your son being a Martian as a KKK member.
Was this done publicly?
So what happened was, they're doing hybrid school, so on the Zoom, they were all shown this chart.
And then individually, they were to come up with these answers.
So they did not publicly do it in front of everybody, so it wasn't like they said, oh, my son is a KKK member.
So how did your son hear the history teacher say he was a KKK member?
He didn't.
He didn't verbally say.
He said, after you answer the seven questions on the paper, take the seven questions.
So the paper showed it?
Yes, on the paper.
Please send me that paper.
Dennis at DennisPrager.com.
I read to you about this.
There's a scale of whiteness now that is done in school.
A scale of whiteness.
These teachers are thugs.
That's what they are.
They're thugs.
They're racist thugs.
And they're particularly...
Stupid.
I feel silly saying it because they got a degree, but it doesn't mean anything.
Levels of whiteness.
And you respect that teacher and let that teacher have your child every day?
We'll be back.
We'll be back.
Robert Cecil.
Beware of that young man, Palmerston said.
He possesses one of the secrets of success.
For instead of defending himself and his cause, he attacks the other side.
This is Hugh Hewitt for townhall.com.
The GOP ought to ponder that observation as it considers its course as the loyal opposition.
For all the talk about splits within the respective parties, the sharpest, deepest divide remains between the two parties.
The GOP ought to attack the other side, not themselves.
While in the minority, Republicans should attack the points of difference, drawing distinctions with Democrats and not with each other.
Unless, of course, they'd like to remain...
in the minority.

This is not a safe place if you want to be around me.
You said you might get a little bit emotional.
It's like, what's your nightmare?
You know, it's like the Freddy Krueger movie.
Like, you're in a nightmare, and you wake up, and you're looking at Freddy Krueger!
It's the nightmare within the nightmare.
Let's talk about the five-meter target first.
We'll talk about Iran later.
You've unleashed, I'll call them the three horsemen of the anti-apocalypse.
Not the apocalypse, the anti-apocalypse.
You've got the best of DHS, including Mark Morgan at Heritage now, as your fellows.
We had Chad Wolf at the top of your Twitter feed, JJ Carrafano.
So give us the institutional response, your take as well.
The Heritage Foundation, the ICE guidance, the immigration bill.
Bad, right?
So we have to kind of break this into two parts.
So first we're looking at the stuff that the president can do by executive order, which is if you were in for impeachable offenses for high crimes and misdemeanors, you would think not enforcing the laws of the land would be something that people might be concerned about.
Literally, the president has deactivated ICE. This is the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, the guys who are responsible for detaining and deporting people who are in the country illegally.
He's basically told them...
They're still there, but they can't do their job.
They have to actually have permission to arrest someone.
If you...
Let's do a thing.
Seb Gorka, I'm going to take him down to Dulles Airport and have him walk through the airport and try to get on a plane without a mask.
I will bet you that the odds of him getting arrested are way higher than if you're an illegal in this country who is a criminal alien with a felony warrant out for your arrest.
the odds are that Seb Gorka will get a ticket and get arrested faster.
Most people know this is madness.
When you see a young man who suddenly decides that not only does he want to identify as a woman, he wants to compete against women.
You know, who have quadriceps half the size of his.
He's going to be a better sprinter.
He's going to be able to do all kinds of stuff because he says, now I'm a girl.
Look, I don't think we're talking about wanting to persecute people.
This is very complicated stuff.
But my goodness, this is pretty basic stuff.
Wasn't there just an MMA fighter or something that a guy who identifies as a woman and he crushed the woman's Skull?
I mean, I'm not making this up.
I couldn't even believe it when I read it.
Do you know about this case?
I did, yeah.
And I believe the fighter's last name was Fox.
I don't remember the first name.
But yeah, it was an MMA fight.
And his opponent, I mean, just her, I think, some broken bones and some things like that.
And this shows it's not even just a matter of fairness, of making sure women get to compete, but it's a matter of safety.
Because you start taking this into sports like MMA, like soccer, like others, where you've got some physical contact going on.
We've had girls reach out to us to say, I have genuine concerns that if I go out into the field and I get slammed into by a guy, is that going to be the end of my athletic career?
And I think that shows there are so many reasons why we've had men's teams and women's teams.
And we need to preserve those for equal opportunities, for safety, and just for making sure that our daughters and granddaughters don't find themselves sitting on the sidelines when they ought to be out there winning the gold medal and using their God-given talents to their fullest.

Hi everybody, I'm Dennis Prager.
Welcome to the show.
Hope you had a good weekend.
Fox News, SNL's Michael Che and NBC accused of anti-Semitic trope in Weekend Update segment, told to retract and apologize by the American Jewish Committee, which is not a conservative organization, by the way.
That's one of the few, I don't know if it still is, but since much of Jewish life has been corrupted by the left, Most obviously the Anti-Defamation League, which is useless at this time, if not harmful.
This is a sad development, but it's happened in Catholic life and Protestant life as well.
Anyway, normally, on all these accusations, Trump and anti-Semitism, if you attack George Soros, you're an anti-Semite, which is absurd.
It's like saying if you attack Trotsky, you're an anti-Semite.
It's an unbelievably irresponsible attack, and it trivializes anti-Semitism.
But this one is for real.
So I looked it up when I saw it.
Having written a book on anti-Semitism and taught Jewish history on the college level, I have some acquaintance with the subject.
Saturday Night Live cast member Michael Shea is in hot water for a joke he made during this week's weekend update segment.
That many critics are calling anti-Semitic.
And this was his joke.
Israel is reporting that they vaccinated half of their population.
I'm going to guess it's the Jewish half.
First of all, I don't know exactly why that's funny.
In order for something to be funny, I might add, there has to have truth in it.
If you say, you know, he was walking down the street and three visitors from Neptune met him and said, how are you?
It's not funny.
It's because we don't get visitors from Neptune.
So, this is just pure hatred of Israel.
That's all it is.
That line is, and it's a gigantic lie.
All Israeli citizens.
Arab, Muslim, Christian, Jew.
Get the vaccination at the same exact time.
You're over 65, it doesn't matter if you're Arab or Jew, Muslim or Jew or Christian.
That's the fact.
And I'm going to guess it's the Jewish half.
Now, they laughed.
It's very interesting.
That wasn't a laugh track.
Aside from being just an Israel-hating lie and perpetuating one, it's really a despicable line.
But it's Saturday Night Live, which has not yet made a skit about Biden.
Why bother?
First of all, I don't even know what you could do.
He's so boring.
It's hard to lampoon the guy.
But so far, has anything been said?
Do people understand the lie this is about Israel?
How not funny it is?
Former New York State Assemblyman Dov Hyken chimed in on Twitter saying the joke was unsurprising coming from SNL as they have a long record of anti-Semitism.
But Michael Che, or whoever wrote that quote-unquote joke, is obviously also ignorant of the fact that Israel has Arab citizens who've received the vaccine according to the same qualifications as Jew.
That is correct.
So, just thought I'd bring that to your attention.
Now he might say, I'm sorry if I offended anybody.
The issue is not that you offend anybody.
The issue is you lied.
You perpetuated a terrible lie.
We have videos, PragerU, about how much participation non-Jews have in the Israeli government.
I don't know if it still is, but there was.
One of the judges of the Israeli Supreme Court was an Arab Muslim.
You know who the luckiest Arab Muslims in the Middle East are?
The ones who live in Israel.
That's why they don't leave.
Because they have it so good.
They're the freest and most affluent.
Obviously there are super rich Arabs in every Arab country, but...
There's a real booming middle class there.
Data from Oxford University show that Israel has administered more COVID-19 vaccinations than any other nation.
Palestinian Authority Health Ministry announced Friday Israel agreed to vaccinate 100,000 Palestinians who often enter the country for work.
By the way, the Palestinian Authority is responsible for Palestinians.
So if you say, well, Israel's not giving Palestinians COVID vaccinations, it's because that's not their obligation.
The obligation is for the Palestinian Authority to give Palestinians.
They give, but Israel gives its own citizens who are Arab, which is 20% of the country, by the way.
It's a lot of people.
It's quite remarkable.
All right, 1-8 Prager 776.
Now, I have an article here, a news item, that would not seem to be significant or have big ramifications.
but I think it does.
Wall Street Journal, British pound reaches strongest level in nearly three years.
Rapid vaccinations and a trade deal with the EU have made some investors bullish on sterling.
Sterling is the currency of Britain.
They don't have a euro.
They use the pound sterling.
The UK currency rose to its highest level against the dollar in nearly three years Friday as sterling crossed $1.40, its first time hitting that mark since April 2018. The fast pace of inoculations,
combined with the passage of a Brexit deal at the end of last year, after a period when it appeared the UK could crash out of the European Union without one, has led some investors to reassess their expectations of UK assets.
Last year, this is really remarkable, and then I'll tell you why I think the whole article's important.
Last year, the UK economy recorded its biggest contraction in more than 300 years.
As social distancing and the closure of restaurants, bars, hotels, and theaters hurt growth.
How do you go?
This is just...
I'm marveling at this.
Last year, the United Kingdom economy recorded its biggest contraction, get it?
Contraction.
In more than three centuries.
And now, the pound sterling is being invested in.
People are bullish on the pound.
After the worst economy contraction in 300 years.
That's remarkable, isn't it?
But I have theories on this whole thing.
The vaccine rollout is likely to put pressure on the government to relax restrictions and allow for the economy to begin reopening, which is good for our cruise.
We're cruising from London to Iceland in June.
My annual listener cruise.
The banner is up at DennisPrager.com.
They all sell out, and they are the trips of a lifetime.
You meet terrific people on board, and of course I'm with you.
But I still haven't given you my theory as to why this is significant.
Investors expect the dollar to also weaken further from additional U.S. fiscal stimulus adding another catalyst for sterling strength.
In other words, printing so many million, million, million, million more dollars.
The pound could still be vulnerable to drop if the UK government doesn't ease coronavirus restrictions as quickly as some hope.
See?
So that's good news for us.
Two things.
It shows you what the worth of the dollar has become because of the printing of staggering sums of money.
People are regarding it as worth much less.
And the other is, wasn't Brexit supposed to wreck the UK economy?
Wasn't that the prediction?
and now people are bullish on the pound sterling since it left the EU?
Maybe the Brexit predictions were like global warming predictions.
Turning now on the Charlie Kirk Show.
Everyone is now taking a moment for good reason to remember a true American hero.
And, you know, I really never spoke publicly a lot about this, but I had the opportunity to get to know Rush very well.
And Rush was someone that supported Turning Point in a variety of different ways.
He was someone that I had the opportunity to have.
Many different meetings with and get advice and counsel from.
He was always so kind and courteous, gracious and humble.
I remember the first time I met Rush, he was golfing at a certain country club in Palm Beach and was so incredibly magnanimous.
Wanted to meet me, ask questions about Turning Point.
I remember we had breakfast together.
He only ate bacon for breakfast.
And I always remember that.
He said that the grease made him smarter.
So maybe that's a lesson for all of us.
And the years that came, Rush then spoke at two of our events, one of the events being our Turning Point USA Student Action Summit, where we had the opportunity to have Rush and President Trump.
I think this was the last public speaking event Rush ever did in Palm Beach when Rush introduced President Trump at our event.
And it was unbelievable.
And we'll be posting clips from there.
And what I can say about Rush is that he did so much for so many people, and even things for me and for Turning Point that I can't even mention, but I can just say they were unbelievable.
It was really incredible.
The generosity, the spirit, and how he cared for this country.
You know, when I was in the White House visiting many times my friend Avi or Jared or...
Kayleigh McEnany.
You know what a lot of people would be talking about in the White House?
They'd say, hey, did you hear what Rush had to say earlier in the day?

I'm asking.
Is it whataboutism to bring up the fact that Hillary for four years has used the S-word, stolen, and it's for four years referred to Donald Trump as illegitimate, and people on CNN and MSNB, the ones that are accusing Donald Trump of undermining the integrity of our elections by using the S-word, stolen, when they don't...
Can I say that about Hillary?
Am I engaging in whataboutism or am I talking about hypocrisy?
No, you are 100% correct.
You're talking about you're using whataboutism and you're using hypocrisy.
But that's not my point.
That's kind of what I'm trying to say.
Is it okay for Donald Trump to not accept the election even if he thought it was stolen?
He went through proper channels.
He can continue to fight for it.
I agree with you.
What I'm saying is It's great for me because I'm an independent voter.
So if I have a person that's a Republican tell me, well, what the Democrats do are hypocritical, I agree.
Both sides are hypocritical.
That's kind of my point.
Right.
Again, fair enough, Paul.
My reaction is this.
When Hillary claimed that the election was stolen, she had zero basis to say this.
She feels that the election was stolen in part because of the Russians.
The intel community looked into whether or not the Russians interfered.
They found zero evidence that they interfered with vote tallies, and they did not find any evidence that whatever they did changed the outcome of the election.
Yet, Hillary has convinced, and many people on the left have convinced, 78% of Democrats to the point where 78% believe that the Russians not only interfered, but they changed the outcome of the election.

Well, yes, I am.
The problem is I don't fear getting fired.
I have to be truthful on this.
There are people who legitimately fear losing their livelihood if they speak out.
It is harder to come out as a conservative on a college campus or in a corporation than it was to come out as gay 25 years ago.

I'm reading The Denial of Death by Ernest Becker.

The thesis, to the best of my knowledge, I've only begun, is that people deny death because it's so painful they don't want to look at mortality.
And that's largely true.
People tend to, you know, unless you're...
Terminally ill or extremely old, people don't tend to think of death.
And he addressed the issue, this is 1974, that this is not only about death, the book, but that there is a need in the human being to feel heroic.
It's an interesting thesis.
And that's what the left is about.
By combating racism, I am a hero in my eyes.
It was very relevant points to the situation in America today.
This is largely about two things.
Filling the hole in the post-Christian world and self-esteem.

I have a long history with the teachers unions.
But, you know, everybody said follow the science until Randy Weingarten said don't follow the science.
Now we don't follow the science.
All the science tells us that opening schools is not only not dangerous, in fact much less dangerous than any other type of community spread, but it also tells us, Hugh, that the impact it's having on our children not to be in school is devastating.
The suicide increase in Las Vegas.
In Las Vegas.
Yes, indeed, everybody.
Dennis Prager here.
Before I go on, I want to take some calls.
Roland in Denver, Colorado.
Hello.
Hello, Dennis.
Thank you for taking my call.
Yes, sir.
Dennis, so I wanted to ask you about the SNL thing you said.
I don't take it that offensively.
I'm a huge fan of Israel.
I support it actively in my own way.
Here's my larger question, though.
How can you criticize certain things that the State of Israel does without falling into the trap of immediately, you know, yelling anti-Semite at each other?
It's a very good question.
It's a very fair question.
And I have a very precise answer for you.
But before I give you the answer, the first thing you cannot do is tell a lie.
This non-joke was a terrible lie about Israel.
It's like, it would be as if one were to say, eh, the U.S. is giving a lot of vaccines.
Bet you we know what color isn't getting them.
Would that be a lie?
Uh, yeah.
Would you call it an anti-American lie?
I would have to think about that, if it's tongue-in-cheek or not, but yes.
Even if it's tongue-in-cheek?
Tongue-in-cheek has to be based on some reality.
To make a joke that blacks and non-whites are not getting vaccinated is not a joke.
It's just a calumny.
So, same with Israel.
Oh, only Jews are getting vaccinated is not funny.
It's just a pure lie.
There's no truth to it.
Well, let's replace the word Jew with...
I'm from Holland, so let's replace it with Dutch.
So Holland has vaccinated its population.
I think we first did the Dutch hat.
It's a lie, but, you know, I'm not insulted.
That's kind of funny.
It's not.
Why is it funny?
Because it's so obvious that, you know...
It's so obvious that what?
That it's a lie?
That it's funny.
You're kicking in an open door, which can be funny.
Okay, if somebody said, you know, the Dutch have rolled out the vaccine, but only the Dutch have gotten it, I don't think anybody on earth would find it funny.
I don't care whether you like or dislike Holland.
It has nothing to do with liking Holland.
It has to do with whether there's any...
Humor has to have a kernel of truth, or there's nothing funny about it.
There's a lot of absurd humor that has no sense of truth.
Correct.
But this was not delivered as absurd.
It was delivered as having some truth.
Hey, guess which half?
Anyway, look.
Now to your question.
There is a simple answer.
You can criticize Israel all you like.
There are two criteria that...
When you cross that line, it enters anti-Semitism.
One is if you're anti-Zionist.
Anti-Zionist means Israel has no right to exist as a Jewish state.
Since nobody has any other state in mind for non-existence...
If the only one of 207 countries that you think has no right to exist is the Jewish state, which is the size of New Jersey, and there are 22 Arab states that do have a right to exist, we have a right to think you have an animus towards something Jewish.
So that's the first criteria, where you have said, I'm not merely criticizing Israel, I'm anti-Zionist.
Zionism is the Jewish national movement that established Israel.
And the other is, if you only criticize Israel, of all the 200-plus countries, you only criticize the one little Jewish state, one has a right to suspect there's something more here than a great moral compass.
Absolutely.
Okay, great.
I thank you kindly.
So that's the answer to when it...
Nobody says criticism.
No one.
It's a lie that people say as soon as you criticize Israel, you're called an anti-Semite.
I gave you the two criteria that cross into anti-Semitism.
John in Cedar City, Utah.
Hello.
Good to talk to you.
Good.
I might say I've listened to you and Rush for 20 years.
Unfortunately, you seem to be on the same days at the same hour.
So I've kind of had to go back and forth.
By the way, did you happen to see my article on Rush Limbaugh in the Wall Street Journal?
I don't take the Wall Street Journal, but no.
Well, all right.
We should put it up, because I wrote, I think, an important piece on Rush in Friday's Wall Street Journal.
Anyway, go ahead.
Yeah, there's been a lot of great stuff all week on Rush.
But I work up in Utah summers.
Okay, hold on there.
I want to hear about the schools there.
Because I want updates on your kids at school.
Here's an update on Relief Factor.
If you go to relieffactor.com, you will read people's testimonials with regard to how it has helped them.
In pre-lockdown days, People would come to me at lectures and thank me for the product because they heard about it through me.
People told me they have postponed or permanently canceled surgeries, that they have thrown away a cane.
That's how powerful this thing is, and it's safe.
It's over the counter.

This Democrat New York Assemblyman, if you're not following this story, This was Ron Kim.
He's a Democrat now.
Remember, he's an assemblyman in New York State detailing the threatening phone call he says he got from Governor Cuomo, all because Assemblyman Kim is asking for some accountability, some answers over these deaths and the cover-up.
Here's what Assemblyman Kim said on MSNBC yesterday.
And Governor Cuomo called me the next day at 8 p.m.
while I was about to bathe my kids.
I was with my wife.
And for 10 minutes, he berated me.
He yelled at me.
He told me that, you know, my career will be over.
He's been biting his tongue for months against me.
and I had tonight, not tomorrow, tonight to issue a new statement essentially asking me to lie and asking me, like, I just, I heard and I saw a crime the other day.
And he's asking me that I did not see that crime.
And that was the line that he, you know, a line that he crossed that can't be undone.
And that's why I had no choice but to come out and speak up.
You know, many people make a huge deal about bullying and triggering people and being offensive.
Listen to the way this assemblyman explains What Cuomo's threatening phone call did to his wife?
I mean, it was loud enough for my wife to hear, and I tried to shield her, but she was in shock.
She didn't get any sleep that night, and we were terrified.
And, you know, she left, he left a shocking moment for all of us in our family.

Now, I want to talk about this high school football coach, Massachusetts.
He's suing Dedham Public School District, fired for privately disagreeing with the school's social justice curriculum being taught to his children.
Now, because they're doing online training, kids are at home.
And this football coach is hearing what they're learning in world history.
Kind of thought that they were going to learn something about, oh, I don't know, you know world history?
Instead, one assignment asked 12- and 13-year-olds to identify risk factors and mitigation factors when walking down the street with a person of a different skin color.
White students were told to be fearful when they saw a black student with, quote, aggressive body language or in the, quote, wrong neighborhood, close quote.
And black students were told to be fearful of white people in general, especially the police.
And he and his wife noticed that the seventh grade teacher had a cartoon character of herself with a Black Lives Matter t-shirt on.
So he kind of.
Hey.
What was that about?
I have no idea.
I am with you through this whole thing, folks.
That last call reminded me, the call prior to the one I'm speaking to now, that we should put up my article on Rush Limbaugh.
Got about a thousand responses at the Wall Street Journal.
That was a fascinating read for me.
You know, it's interesting.
Let me just mention this.
Rush and I really are almost identical years in radio, although he was syndicated nationally 10 years before I was.
I was in L.A. for those 10 years.
In 1998, I became nationally syndicated.
We're on.
We were on.
May he rest in peace.
Same hours.
Now, of course, he had more stations than I, more listeners, and it had no impact on me.
I was happy that he was influencing people with conservative ideas.
Likewise, he felt no sense of competitiveness with me.
Same hours.
I have a lot of listeners, too.
And in fact, a few weeks before he died, he read my column on his show.
We should get that and play it, actually.
And whenever we met, it was 100% warmth.
Plus, I got an extremely expensive cigar out of the meeting.
I have an upper limit to what I would spend on a cigar.
So, I just thought you'd find that of interest.
I actually chose my hours from the very beginning and when I would broadcast, knowing that I was up against Rush, which is like up against Mount Everest, and I was fine with it.
There's a happiness lesson in that that I'd like to share with you.
If you compare yourself, you compare your life to others, it's a chapter in my book on happiness, you will never be happy.
I go to work every day thanking God that I... Okay, that I have the opportunity.
I'm not choking up.
It sounds like I'm choking up emotionally.
I am emotional about it, but I'm not choking up.
Anyway, I thank God that I have this opportunity.
That I am paid.
To tell a lot of people what I believe is an unbelievable gift.
I never sat down and thought, well, Rush Limbaugh has more stations.
It's not the way I think.
It's an incredibly self-destructive thing, because I'll give you an example.
Whenever the Forbes 400 comes out, you know the list of the 400 richest people?
And I always think about, you know, number 106. Now, if you're the 106th richest person in America or the world, I don't know, is it Forbes 400, the world, or America?
Oh, there are two different lists.
All right, so it doesn't matter, America or the world.
If you're on that list, you're very, very wealthy.
But if your happiness comes from being wealthier than others, You will never be happy.
There's a big difference between allowing wealth to contribute to your happiness and being happy because you are wealthier than others.
There is no comparison.
So I never walked around thinking, oh my God, Rush has more stations.
That's the way it is.
So, what, I don't have a lot of clout?
Is the only way that you have clout is to be the number one in rankings?
Is life a contest?
Then nobody will ever be happy.
Baseball player bats.306, that's awesome.
But the batting champ batted.310.
Huh?
There you go.
Guy's in second place.
It's a very important lesson.
Anyway, it is a loss, and I hope you can read my column from Friday's Wall Street Journal.
Now, back to Utah.
So, John, quickly to the point, you wanted to tell me that schools are open in Utah?
Yeah, I went to high school football games in September.
Really?
Yeah.
How many people did they allow to watch?
There was lots in the stands.
The only mandate I got down in Utah here was the virus went up a little bit and they did some masks.
But not required, but after you wear a mask, and those only happen for a week or two at a time.
Myself, I've always considered it a hoax.
I always figured if you're going to get it, you're going to get it.
Or if your immune system is screwed, you're going to get it.
I haven't worn a mask.
The only time I've worn a mask is to get into Walmart, and then I take it off.
I'm with you, my friend.
It is a fascinating question.
The fears.
Do you know a friend of mine sent me a picture of a one to two year old in a baby cart.
What do you call them?
Baby carriage.
What is the term they use?
Stroller.
Yeah, stroller.
In a stroller.
Completely encased with thick plastic around him.
There was no...
I don't know how the kid breathed.

It's the union that is selfish and tries to get their members something for nothing all the time.

Everyone is now taking a moment for good reason to remember a true American hero.
And, you know, I really never spoke publicly a lot about this, but I had the opportunity to get to know Rush very well.
And Rush was Someone that supported Turning Point in a variety of different ways.
He was someone that I had the opportunity to have many different meetings with and get advice and counsel from.
He was always so kind and courteous, gracious and humble.
I remember the first time I met Rush, he was golfing at a certain country club in Palm Beach and was so incredibly magnanimous, wanted to meet me.
Ask questions about Turning Point.
I remember we had breakfast together.
He only ate bacon for breakfast.
And I always remember that.
He said that the grease made him smarter.
I mean that's the lesson for all of us.
And.
Okay.

There's a piece in the Wall Street Journal.
Science needs criticism, not cheerleading.
Now, my friends, it's written about a scientist, a professor of psychology, neuroscience, and biology.
All right.
Professor John Stadden.
Duke University.
Again, professor of psychology, neuroscience, and biology.
200 peer-reviewed papers.
It's a long article.
Near the end.
You know my theory, four paragraphs from the end.
This is three paragraphs from the end.
He also reviewed the scientific literature about second-hand smoke and found little evidence of serious harm.
Even though the risks of passive smoke have been used to justify banning smoking for most public spaces.
After I published an article that touched on this problem, I was contacted by a co-author of a massive passive smoking study with clear negative findings that I had cited who attested to the fact that it had been deliberately neglected and also by a psychologist colleague Who sent the manuscript of a concurring book on the subject, which he had abandoned for lack of a publisher.
Smoking policy is more driven by the politics than by the science.
And critics of the received view are not welcome.
I told you that the secondhand smoke kills 50,000 Americans a year is a lie.
The secondhand smoke thing is what opened me up.
To the corruption in the sciences in the United States.
That the Mayo Clinic says that cigar smoking is as dangerous as cigarette smoking is a 100% lie.
There's no truth to it.
It is not as dangerous as cigarette smoking.
There is no comparison.
The amount of lying that the authorities have done...
Because they're anti-smoking and think that you can lie on the behalf of a good cause is almost infinite.
So I just wanted to share with you this piece about a professor scientist at Duke and how anything that differs with the prevailing desire to show secondhand smoke kills as so much else.
The corruption is deep.
This is a very sad realization in my life.
but I warned you from the beginning, and people just thought it was a quirk, because I like cigars.

*music* The Biden administration is rolling back religious liberty and doing all kinds of things that are very serious, very far reaching.
Tell us about what the Biden administration has done with regard to athletes, transgender athletes.
Well, on day one of the Biden administration, he issued an executive order.
Telling all of the agencies that you need to start enshrining the gender identity into regulations and specifically called out sports and athletics.
And we know firsthand what happens when policies like that pop up.
In Connecticut, we've got four young female athletes, very courageous, incredibly talented runners, and found themselves competing against two biological males.
And these were guys that at one season had been competing on the males team where they were mid-level athletes.
A few weeks later, switched to the female team and suddenly at the top of the podium, time and time again.
And so there was over 16 instances where girls lost out on championships or had records broken or lost instances where they were able to advance into competition, all because these two biological males came to dominate.
And that was, again, just two guys in Connecticut.
Now, imagine we start rolling this out across the country.
All it takes is a handful of biological males to destroy women's sports as we know it.
Girls end up being spectators in their own sport.
One of the girls describes how disheartening it is.
You walk up to the starting line and you look over and you see a biological male next to you.
You know the race is already lost.
You know you don't have a chance.
And that's exactly what the Biden administration's policy, as it's put into effect, is going to cause for women and for all athletes across the country.

Well, hello, y'all. y'all.
I'm Dennis Prager and About twice a year.
I think, is that about right?
Twice a year, I would say.
I have this, one of the most knowledgeable people, in my opinion, in the world, on international affairs.
And that is George Friedman, founder and president of Geopolitical Futures.
You can subscribe to his private intelligence site at geopoliticalfutures.com.
And it is also linked to DennisPrager.com.
George, where are you holed up at this time?
Well, I'm in Texas.
Have you been freezing?
Driftwood.
It's warm now.
We went through four or five days that was just terrible.
And then it turned around.
This is Texas, and it's going to be in the 70s today.
In a nutshell, I know there's not what you expected me to ask you about, it's not an international affair, but I'm curious, do you have a theory as to why Texas was so unprepared?
Well, it costs a lot to be totally prepared, okay?
And for the most part, you're spending it on something that's not going to happen.
And this was way out of bounds of whatever happened before that we had experienced.
And so you don't spend the money.
And then it comes and overwhelms you, and everybody says, you idiot, why didn't you spend the money?
And the answer is because you would raise your bills by 20%, and you wouldn't have wanted that.
So it really becomes, you know, are you going to take risks?
In this world, you take risks.
This one, the electric companies in Texas lost.
So you don't think it has anything to do with green power and the...
A lack of use of oil.
Well, everybody's jumping on this for a political advantage, okay?
It has something to do with green power.
We were using windmills.
It was about 20% of our electricity came from there, and they froze up.
So you can say that that absolutely contributed, and some say it triggered the whole thing simply because it went down first.
Other people are saying this proves that we should have more wind power.
Other people prove that the governor is an idiot.
And so this is the United States, and now we take a natural catastrophic event that just happened, and we will blame everybody.
Right.
I don't have, believe it or not, I think I'm in your camp.
I only want to know the truth.
So just react, if you would, to my question.
This is what bothers me.
How could the most oil-rich state outside of perhaps Alaska not have enough energy at any given time, no matter how cold and bizarre the weather?
We had the energy.
We didn't have the electrical transmission system that would deliver it at that peak.
So there was no question that we had the energy.
And Houston was loaded with it and delivered it.
But the question is transmission lines.
Never had weather like this.
And therefore, they just weren't sturdy enough and enough enough.
Okay, good.
I'm glad I asked you.
Okay, I got a series of questions.
I read to my listeners last hour a remarkable report in the Wall Street Journal.
That despite the fact that the UK had the worst economic crash in 300 years, the sterling is higher than years vis-a-vis the dollar.
So I concluded two things.
One, all the threats that Brexit would ruin the UK economy don't seem to be correct.
and B, the dollar is losing its value.
Is either or both of my conclusions accurate or inaccurate?
Well, in general, not because of the price of sterling, the terrible things that were going to happen to Britain are not going to happen.
That was nonsense.
Britain is the second largest economy in Europe.
The Germans, for example, sell huge amounts of cars to the British.
So all this was a great pretense because...
There will be free trade agreements.
They will trade with each other.
They need Britain.
And it went up.
Now, why the dollar went down, that I'm not an expert on.
But to me, so long as long-term deals are denominated in dollars and not yuan or rubles or sterling, the world still sees the value of the United States.
It's important to remember that when you do an international deal of billions of dollars, you want a denominator in dollars, not any other currency.
So I'm a little at a loss on how the currencies fluctuate.
I keep my eye on, is anybody making 15-year deals in yuan?
The answer is no.
Right, yuan is the Chinese currency, for those that are not familiar.
And that's quite all right.
So, you are not pessimistic vis-a-vis the dollar?
I may well be pessimistic with the dollar, but that doesn't always reflect how I feel about the currency, and it doesn't reflect how the United States is doing.
A lot of people take the price of the U.S. dollar as a kind of sign of the health, of the confidence that people have.
For me, it's something else.
Will they accept other currencies, or do they insist on still taking dollars, even at these low prices?
So, you don't see, then, a competitor on the horizon.
Obviously not the yuan, and I presume, I mean, I don't even know what else, the euro, I don't think you would consider.
If you don't consider the Chinese currency, you're not consider the European as a rival, is that correct?
Right.
And not only that, they're hedging their bets against the dollar.
And one of the reasons it has gone down is the weakness of the entire global economy.
But as it comes up, you know, it's a wonderful opportunity for American companies to sell.
We're cheaper than it used to be.
And it's a little harder for us to buy European goods, but we don't import all that much, really.
Our major imports are from China.
They are, but even there, our major import is from Canada.
Our second major import is from Mexico.
China's a far third.
Interesting.
Talking about Canada, the XL pipeline, the first day in office, President Biden nixed it.
How do the Canadians feel about that?
Oh, my God.
There's a state called Alberta that's prepared to go to war with the United States.
Look, it was a...
Pardon me, I shouldn't have opinions, but that's a stupid thing to do first thing out.
It's our number one trading partner.
Our number one lie.
Whatever you think of Trudeau, he's a piece of work, too.
He doesn't call Trudeau first.
He just announces that a massive project that's critical to Western Canada is cancelled.
I'm not sure what he was thinking.
Oh, I am.
Forgive me.
It's one of the rare times, I'm sure, and you're not.
He wasn't thinking.
He listens to the environmentalist left of his party.
Well, he wanted to, I suspect, you know, start out by pleasing his base.
Yes.
But they are our number one customers in the world.
It's irrelevant.
So, you know, he's pleasing that.
You know, Americans have a very strange view.
They think China is our major partner.
And it really isn't.
It's Canada.
New Mexico.
And here we are, our biggest partner.
We kick them in the teeth by the way we do it as well as what we do.
Now, if we did this to China, people would be howling in the United States.
That's irresponsible and everything else.
Do it to Canada just fine.
That's why I asked the question.
I'm very...
Sad to hear your response, which I fully agree with.
Do you think that anybody in Canada, like, for example, at the Toronto Globe and Mail, which is the New York Times of Canada, which I state is an insult, not a compliment, and do you think anybody there is thinking, hmm, maybe Trump wasn't so terrible for us?
Well, out west, I spent a lot of time in Calgary, which we call Texas North, and they want to secede.
They actually want to secede and join the United States.
And they really wanted him to do Trump.
They really thought highly of him.
And they disliked Trudeau intensely.
Boy, that would be great.
You get D.C., we get Alberta.
Well, this is something that there is a movement in Alberta.
And it's not a frivolous movement, but they're not going to make any major moves.
It basically says, you know, we're not part of Canada.
Right.
You know, Ottawa doesn't treat us part of Canada.
That's right.
We are part of Texas.
Well, I did not know about that.
I welcome it.
And look, if there were a vote in my state, California, to secede, I would vote to secede.
I think the U.S. without California would be a much better country.
We'll be back in a moment.
moment I'm speaking to George Friedman of geopolitical futures.com trending now on the Mike Gallagher show is this Democrat New York Assemblyman If you're not following this story, this was Ron Kim.
He's a Democrat now.
Remember, he's an Assemblyman in New York State detailing the threatening phone call he says he got from Governor Cuomo, all because Assemblyman Kim is asking for some accountability, some answers over these These deaths and the cover-up.
And I had tonight, not tomorrow, tonight, to issue a new statement, essentially asking me to lie and asking me, like, I heard and I saw a crime the other day.
And he's asking me that I did not see that crime.
And that was the line that he crossed that can't be undone.
And that's why I had no choice but to come out and speak up.
You know, many people make a huge deal about bullying and triggering people and, and, uh.

Now I want to talk about this high school football coach, Massachusetts.
He's suing Dedham Public Schools District, fired for privately disagreeing with the school's Social justice curriculum being taught to his children.
So he contacted the superintendent, concerned about the curriculum.
That it had been changed without notifying the parents.
That the coursework was not suitable for 7th grade students.
The teacher was not teaching world history.
So following the email, superintendent holds a meeting with the Flins, with the couple complaining.
And next thing you know, he has been fired from his job as a coach.
And sent a letter.
Quote, we are writing today.
Sorry to inform you that you will not be reappointed as head coach.

So we spoke about the kick in the teeth to Canada.
I just learned from him that Alberta would like to join the United States.
And, God, if D.C. joined Canada, we would have a net gain there.
All right, I'm allowed to fantasize every so often.
Anyway, it doesn't have to be D.C. California's fine.
I mean, look at how much population they would get.
I don't think the Canadians want them.
No manure Sherlock.
You got me to really say something I haven't said on the air yet.
You did it well.
Thank you, sir.
Alright, so let's move on from North America to the Middle East.
Nobody that I know of predicted that Arab nation after Arab nation would recognize Israel.
It happened during the Trump era.
How responsible is the Trump administration for those peace victories?
They could not have made it happen.
And it was really important that they didn't stop it and that they blessed it.
It was the Israelis and the UAE that basically began the process.
But what we really have here, and this is important, this is an anti-Iranian coalition.
This is the Arab world.
The Iranians are not Arabs.
This is the Arab world pulling together with Israel as its centerpiece to face down the Iranians.
And therefore, if I could show him the gun a little, what Biden thinks he's doing is really stunning.
Because at the moment when we've reshaped under Trump the entire system, he wants to go back and start again with the Iranians.
That's correct, which is as wise as is Canadian policy.
Much more dangerous.
The problem is this.
This coalition is weak, not because of Israel, but the Arab states don't trust each other, and there's tension within Arab countries, and it's fragile, and it has to be held together.
If the United States starts showing that it may be favoring Iran over this coalition, Iran now has an opening to manipulate these countries by saying, look, the U.S. isn't with you.
We're going to attack you covertly and overtly.
Let's talk business.
So we've reached a point of enormous stability in the region, potentially, that's very pro-American, very pro-Israeli.
And he wants to reopen the things that Trump did, primarily because Trump did it.
Trump's strategy toward Iran was rational.
He said, look, One, we don't know if you're going to produce nuclear weapons, and inspections are a joke.
Two, you still have missiles that can deliver them.
And three, you're carrying out covert operations all over the world.
And he slammed sanctions on them.
And he refused to back off and kind of crushed their economy, which right now is not a bad thing to have happened to Iran.
And Biden has come in, and he thinks it's four years ago.
And he thinks he's Obama, and he wants to resurrect the status quo ante, as they say.
Do you have a theory as to why anybody who thinks politically, rationally, or morally would want to return to the status quo ante with Iran?
From what I hear and so on, the Biden administration is an automatic pilot.
Their basic principle is everything that Trump did was lawful.
Let's go back to the way it was before.
They haven't really thought through the implications here.
There's a lot of personal stuff.
Biden doesn't like Netanyahu one bit, and vice versa.
But the first three months of any administration is a zoo.
So I would give him those three months.
To come to his senses.
And I think, I hope he will.
Because opening up those talks, reducing the sanctions, letting Iran out of the box, is going to cost us a lot.
In lives and other things.
That's right.
So who, to the best of your knowledge, is pushing...
I don't think Biden makes decisions so much as listens to people with power and influence.
So who do you think is pushing for this?
I think Secretary of State Blinken, who is a fine person and is quite capable, but has not shaken off the fact that Donald Trump happened.
Four years of history happened, and you can't go back.
And he has his game plan, and that game plan assumes that you can reverse what happened, and you can't.
And I think it's Blinken.
Who's doing this?
Would you hold the same with regard to the Paris Accords?
Well, the Paris Accords also come out as supporters.
They want the United States to follow the Paris Accords.
Of course, most of the members of the Paris Accords pay no attention to it.
It's not like it actually has any effect.
But they're going to use this as a tool.
He, Biden, has to placate his political followers.
And whether we're part of the parasports or not doesn't bother me, because it's a meaningless entity.
But this happening in the Middle East is scary.
We could reverse and collapse everything.
It is scary.
That is correct.
So, here's a toughie.
Do you think that China is planning to invade Taiwan?
Actually...
We study this, and the answer is no.
The reason is they may be able to push an assault group through, but they cannot support it logistically.
You know, it takes a lot to support a battle team, and they have to go across those straits, and the U.S. Navy, Air Force are quite capable of taking out Chinese ships, even if they had a chance.
Okay.
All right, hold on.
This is really important to me, and my listeners will continue.

The Biden administration is rolling back religious liberty and doing all kinds of things that are very serious, very far reaching.
Tell us about what the Biden administration has done with regard to athletes, transgender athletes.
Well, on day one of the Biden administration, he issued an executive order telling all of the agencies that you need to start enshrining the gender identity.
into regulations and specifically called out sports and athletics.
And we know firsthand what happens when policies like that pop up.
In Connecticut, we've got four young female athletes, very courageous, incredibly talented runners, and found themselves competing against two biological males.
And these were guys that at one season had been competing on the male's team where they were mid-level athletes.

I want to get two things to you.
Teachers unions and the Chinese running the Olympics.
Michael Waltz, a congressman, was on the show this week, called for a boycott of the Olympics in 2022 in China.
What do you think about how should GOP be dealing with teacher unions who will not reopen, and what ought we to do about the Olympics?
I have a long history with the teachers unions.
But, you know, everybody said follow the science until Randy Weingarten said don't follow the science.
Now we don't follow the science.
All the science tells us that opening schools is not only not dangerous, in fact, much less dangerous than any other type of community spread, but it also tells us, Hugh, that the impact it's having on our children not to be in school is devastating.
The suicide increase in the Las Vegas area, the increases in drug abuse and depression among children is going to be an issue we're going to be dealing with for years.
It's going to be the next public health crisis after we defeat COVID. And the teachers' union is selfish.
I learned that in the 2010s in New Jersey and fought them, as you know, a hammer and tongs.
And this is the new fight against the union, who not the teachers themselves, because lots of teachers speak out.
It's the union that is selfish and tries to get their members something for nothing all the time.
Very quickly, the waltz option in the Olympics, boycott or not?
I would not boycott this.
I don't want to penalize the athlete, Hugh.
I don't think the athlete should be used as pawns.
But we have to get much, much tougher on China in ways that will matter to them even more economically and otherwise.
And I don't think we've done a good enough job at it.

Hi.
Hi.
Hi, everybody.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I'm speaking with George Friedman, whom I do a couple of times a year to my great benefit and to yours.
So, by the way, with regard to geopoliticalfutures.com, which you founded as this private intelligence, Delivery service, which is self-recommending if you hear George Friedman on my show.
Is there a way to get a free copy, a sample copy for folks?
Sure.
Just come to this website, www.geopoliticalfutures.com, and there are freebies that are all available.
That's great.
And if they mention Dennis Prager, do they get, you know, like, free pizza or something?
We worship him.
I love it.
I had no idea why you would say this.
It's an absurd question.
Great.
Back to China and Taiwan.
So I did not know what you would say.
I really didn't.
Sometimes in my mind I can anticipate a response.
Often I can't.
I couldn't this time when I asked, would China invade Taiwan?
And the gist of your response is that they would not risk confrontation with the American Navy.
Is that correct?
Well, it's two things.
In fact, warfare is the most difficult type of warfare back from World War II. Second, the Chinese have never done it.
Thirdly, they're facing the most powerful Navy in the Air Force in the world.
And they can shut down the invasion or shut down the support for it later.
So, of course, the obvious question is, do you believe the Biden administration would go to war with China?
Well, I always look at the Biden administration and look at Obama.
Their continuity of that.
Obama was pretty hostile to the Chinese.
Only in meetings, not in any serious action.
Trump, who was widely criticized for this by Biden, actually did something imposing tariffs.
But the position of the United States has to be that we will intervene.
The reason is we have an alliance in the region.
Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, now India.
We have a huge stake in the region, and these countries would expect us to do it.
So, given the fact that Biden is very big on international institutions, we have a larger coalition, if you will, than NATO was.
So, if he's going to be at all consistent, He has to back up the Japanese and the Filipinos and everything else.
I'm actually glad to hear this.
I have a great stake politically, morally, emotionally in Taiwan.
Is Hong Kong lost?
Yes.
Hong Kong was lost when the British signed...
Oh, my God.
Are we kindred spirits?
I can't believe you said that.
That was Margaret Thatcher.
How did that happen?
Thatcher knew she couldn't hold on to it, okay?
Thatcher also knew there were things that were important to her, things that were secondary, and as much as she regretted that, she had no choice.
Why did she have no choice?
Why couldn't she say, this agreement was made 100 years earlier with a completely different Chinese government?
The answer could have been simply that the Chinese People's Illiteration Army would have crossed the border.
I think she had intelligence that they would do it.
I see.
This was the best deal she could do.
Okay.
I forgot about that.
Didn't live this long.
So, forgive me, for all intents and purposes, what will the difference between Hong Kong and China be?
Whatever they allow.
In other words, they want Hong Kong to be a financial hub.
The problem is that foreigners don't regard China as independent longer.
There's no advantage of being there.
But we have to understand that what's happening in China represents a great weakness among the Chinese.
The numbers they put out and how wonderful they did it in nonsense, they have been hit badly by the sanctions of the U.S. And Xi wouldn't be arresting people right and left if he were doing well.
When you start arresting people, that's usually because you're scared.
He is.
So I think we would look at this in the context of China as a whole, which I think the world is vastly overestimating, that our dependence on China is overestimated, but also the military capabilities of China are overestimated.
Fascinating.
Do you think that there will be, and I obviously am rooting for this, any movement of any consequence from manufacturing in China to manufacturing in, let's say, Vietnam?
That's already happening.
Okay, so let me get that full answer when we get back.

Hi, everybody.

Go to Geopolitical Futures and get a sample copy of his magnificent...
What would you call it?
A journal publication?
What would you call it?
Publication is as good as any.
Okay.
It's a private intelligence site.
Again, geopoliticalfutures.com.
So I was asking...
Is there a movement of manufacturers of any consequence from China to, let's say, Vietnam?
What we're looking for is a movement to India.
India is a huge, fairly sophisticated producer.
A lot of people don't want to move to India because of their regulations and because sometimes no one is in charge.
Vietnam is a much smaller country, but the bigger question is...
Are they looking to move?
The answer is yes.
They're looking to move to places like Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Middle East, even so.
But there is absolutely a movement to leave China.
Now, a lot of companies are very reluctant.
They've got huge investments there, and they've got everything working.
So they're leaning on the Biden administration to loosen up on the Chinese and, you know, free up the operation.
Big question in the world.
Is Biden going to release the pressure?
He says he won't, but we'll see.
It's amazing what a force for awful values big businesses in America have become.
It just adds to my list of reasons to have contempt for American corporations.
Well, since World War II, most big corporations have become multinational.
Their loyalty can't be to one country, it's to their shareholders.
And it means that the United States, which many of them seem to be a company, really aren't American companies.
They are diverse companies in many countries in the world.
Now, the United States has to make some policy decisions.
Taxing and so on.
How we treat these people.
And they all opposed, intensely, Trump.
So the business community was divided, which wasn't noticed.
Which is, there was the business community that supported Trump in the United States.
They tended to be middle and smaller businesses.
And then the large businesses, Apple and so on, who violently didn't like the Americanist approach.
And so what we're seeing is a process that's been underway since World War II has really gotten tough.
You've absolutely hit up in the net.
One of the most important things is the fact that the major American corporations aren't American corporations.
Obviously, they're publicly owned.
But I was referring, though, to things that have nothing to do with multinationalism, and that is Coca-Cola announcing that...
I don't know.
Its workers all have to take anti-racism seminars.
That's another dimension.
Yeah, no, it is.
I know, and it's not part of your international affairs.
Well, but it is.
We go through these strange phases where our workers and people have to go through rituals, you know, declaring their loyalty.
And that's what really this is, the old McCarthyite loyalty pledge.
Nobody takes it seriously, but everybody makes it.
It's extremely unpleasant.
We fire anybody who even mentions that thing.
Who's we?
By a company.
Our staff.
We have a joke.
We are absolutely opposed to anything that smells of hypocrisy.
Oh, I see.
Oh, you're the opposite.
I see.
Yes, yes.
If you're woke, leave geopolitical futures.
If you're woke, why were you asleep?
When did you wake up?
Fair enough.
We have all sorts of wonderful deaths.
Agreed with that.
So, here's something.
I don't know if it's in your framework of interest.
I mean, I'm sure you were interested in everything.
But anyway, in the very beginning, some people associated the draconian laws of lockdown Left and liberal rulers or presidents, governors, mayors, etc.
But from the outset, Modi in India, Netanyahu in Israel, and Johnson in the UK were just as draconian, if not more, than left-wing leaders.
So, any thoughts on that?
Well, we had a disease.
They looked at the government to do something.
They had no idea what to do.
The best they could come up was wear a mask and don't associate with anybody.
Nobody considered the cost.
What are you saying when you're saying the five-year-old can't play with other children?
Or courtships can't go on?
Or I can't play in my poker game?
I mean, when something like that happens, you're in a social crisis.
And the problem was...
It wasn't that Fauci didn't know virology.
He did.
He just never was in the position and didn't have the ability to consider the knock-on effects.
And that was the problem, which is, yes, it was a solution to spreading this particular disease, but it had incredibly painful consequences.
And in addition to that, it generated tremendous political opposition.
That's intensifying.
So, the problem with experts is not that they don't know their field.
It's that they don't know other fields.
God.
Do I resonate to that?
And my listeners have heard it in different words.
That's exactly...
This is the phenomenon of stage one thinking, to use Tom Sowell's famous phrase.
You don't think of what happens beyond Your policy and the catastrophe for kids not going to school, the catastrophe for addicts, the catastrophe for the economy, the catastrophe for people losing livelihoods.
And now one mask isn't enough.
And now the ultimate idiocy.
Wear a mask after being vaccinated.

So we've gone around the world here.
Let's end with the Western Hemisphere and our country, where we began, with the opening, essentially the opening of American borders.
What do you predict?
Well, you know, down in Texas, There's not much objection to it.
We move back and forth with Mexico pretty much, and half our workforce is Mexican.
So we have a different view than Arizona or California and so on.
On the other hand, it's a basic principle, which is your borders matter, and there are laws, and they have to be obeyed.
When I came to this country, we stayed in the displaced persons camp for two years, waiting for a visa.
Got a visa.
Came in.
It is important, symbolically and psychologically, that there be a border, that there be laws, that the laws be obeyed, both by the government and potential immigrants, because that's the kind of country we are.
We always have been.
And we actually need those workers.
So the idea that the Mexicans coming, you know, undermines our economy, maybe, but I haven't seen it.
The idea that having open borders...
undermines our nation.
That, I think, is true.
Yep.
So why do you think they do it?
Well, it's very hard to understand the thinking that's going on.
We have a long history of successful immigration without laws.
We built a lot of it.
I think, you know, there is a movement to delegitimize virtually every aspect of this country.
That's right.
To try to make every aspect of what we do somehow illegitimate, including the obvious borders.
I think this will go on for a while.
These movements usually fail and blow up in your face.
But what isn't under attack?
Virtually every word we say is scrutinized for propriety.
But this too shall end, and hopefully soon.
The big question is, everything ends but the damage they do before they end.
