	Why was the lockdown done by Democratic governors and mayors almost entirely?
	In order to hurt the economy so that President Trump not be re-elected.
	Not in order to save lives.
	They actually destroyed lives with the economic calamity.
	What was the statistic on unemployment?
	It is the greatest single rise in history that we have gone through from 2019 to now.
	This is the steepest rise in unemployment in recorded American history.
	Yes, so I just wanted you to know that about the governor.
	And how it is political and not science.
	Hurt people so that Trump loses.
	That was the ambition, and it worked.
	What can I tell you?
	Now, I marked up the speech that the President of the United States, Joe Biden, gave.
	And, amazingly, here we go.
	I want you to hear this.
	Remarks by President Biden at signing of executive order on racial equity.
	It was, I think, Tucker Carlson who was a gift to the country.
	Tucker Carlson spoke about the use of the word equity.
	No longer equality.
	Did you notice the switcheroo?
	Like we switched from global warming to climate change?
	It's a real switcheroo.
	Now what does that mean?
	Equality is equality of rights.
	Equality of opportunity.
	Equality before the law.
	Equity is results.
	And it was he or a guest who pointed out, here is equity.
	And I will...
	Add my own helpful, hopefully, insights into this analogy.
	You are seated at a casino.
	And a bunch of you at a blackjack table, let's say.
	I don't know if that's the analogy.
	You use blackjack table, but it doesn't matter.
	It was a casino analogy.
	And equality means you all get the same chance to win against the dealer.
	Right?
	To get blackjack, for example.
	Or to double down.
	Or to split your cards.
	The only gambling I am aware of is blackjack.
	So I'm using that analogy.
	That's equality.
	Equity is you all have the same result.
	You all lose or you all win.
	And the same amount no matter how much you bet.
	So this is the new...
	Totalitarian word.
	Equity.
	So listen to, I have some remarks.
	I will read them.
	I didn't send them in to Sean to have you hear it stated by the President.
	I didn't see any great need to because I could do it for you.
	Those 8 minutes and 40 second seconds that took George Floyd's life.
	Opened the eyes of millions of Americans and millions of people around all over the world.
	It was the knee on the neck of justice and it wouldn't be forgotten.
	It stirred the conscience of tens of millions of Americans and in my view it marked a turning point in this country's attitude toward racial justice.
	It's because of what was done by the media.
	How many of you actually have seen, as I have, the video of what the police tried to do with George Floyd prior to his being on the ground?
	They basically begged him to get into the police car.
	And he kept struggling.
	He wouldn't get into the car and complained he couldn't breathe.
	He couldn't breathe before they touched him.
	He was saying, I can't breathe.
	Just getting into the car, he said he couldn't breathe.
	And one of the autopsy reports revealed that he had fentanyl.
	He had exponential times the amount of fentanyl needed to kill you.
	That could be fatal.
	One of the procedures of the Minneapolis Police Department is to put a knee on the side of the neck.
	It's not the front of the neck, the side of the neck.
	To keep a recalcitrant subject.
	Stationary.
	This is a hold, if you will, that is used by the Minneapolis State Department.
	Now, did I say State Department?
	That was cool.
	The Minneapolis State Department.
	Wow.
	Is there such a thing?
	I doubt it, yeah.
	Although, they would make their own foreign policy, when you think about it.
	If they were a Republican president.
	Now, what is disturbing, having watched it, is the number of people saying to the police officer, he can't breathe, he can't breathe.
	So, this was evident to bystanders that George Floyd could not breathe.
	Reason for the not breathing, I don't know how much it was related to the knee on the side of the neck, which does not, to the best of my knowledge, affect breathing.
	Now, I don't know, only God knows, had this not taken place, or had he taken the knee off his neck, what would have happened?
	But anyway, he did die of suffocation.
	He stopped breathing.
	And And this video went around the world and unleashed the terrors of rioting and mass protesting as if this characterizes America.
	Right?
	Which is what Joe Biden said.
	This characterized America.
	It opened, it stirred the conscience of tens of millions of Americans, marked a turning point in this country's attitude toward racial justice.
	Only because that's what Americans were taught to regard.
	The apathy toward black life is evident in the data on the numbers of blacks who are dying because the police have pulled back.
	This has no impact on Joe Biden or the Democratic Party.

	Think how crazy this is.
	So look, AOC goes on and on and she'll call Ted Cruz a white supremacist.
	Ted Cruz isn't even white.
	And a whole bunch of other stuff, right?
	It's one thing you're just calling the white people white supremacists.
	You're also calling the Latino people white supremacists.
	If Candace Owens can be a white supremacist, then, you know, right?
	I know.
	She's, yeah, exactly.
	But this concept where they've used emotions to supersede everything.
	She knows that she's not afraid that one of her fellow congressmen is going to shoot her.
	But think how dangerous that language is.
	And it's very tempting, then, for us to go in with...
	Equally as emotionally charged and over-the-top language.
	But that's just all of us going on the road to hell together.
	So the question really is like, well, what do you do?
	So what do we do in the face of a group of people who now have power, whose goal is to have power, who are telling us what they're going to do with that power?
	What do we do as people that don't want to use governmental power?
	This is the great challenge, I think, of our time.
	For liberty-minded people.
	It's like, alright, we're live and let live, but if the other guys are trying to come onto our property and do stuff or indoctrinate our children or whatever it might be, then our live and let live has to have some limit.

	So, you know, I think a lot of people, they want to fall in those steps, but they also, they don't want to receive the backlash.
	There's a lot of negative that comes with being a Trump supporter or a Republican, you know.
	It's not the cool thing.
	I don't think Antifa is going to mess with you anytime soon, though.

	That's why you don't see any stories on CNN about how much money is being raised for campaigns because then they'd have to concede that One of the reasons their candidate did as well as he did is because you guys outspent Republicans two to one.

	But my question is, going back to what you were saying about George Floyd, are you saying that he didn't die from the officer's knee being on his neck?
	Apparently, according, there were two autopsy reports, and one says he didn't, and one says he did.
	I haven't heard of the two autopsy reports.
	I've only heard of one that said that he died.
	Right.
	Well, let me say, listen, I have zero vested interest except truth.
	I've been broadcasting 35 years.
	I am committed to the truth more than any other single thing.
	It does not appear that that common use of a way of subduing a suspect who won't enter the police car, this commonly used tactic has ever killed anybody.
	It might have.
	I don't know.
	It'll be interesting to see what the jury recommends, but I don't believe the Minneapolis Police Department would have something that is likely to kill somebody.
	Okay.
	I'm not going to say that it didn't kill them.
	I'm not going to say it didn't either.
	I don't know.
	I said, because I'm committed to telling you the truth, people were saying he can't breathe, he can't breathe.
	And that is a charge against the policeman.
	But it is also a charge against the charge that he was killed, which is the mainstream press's I don't know if he was killed by the policeman, and I don't know if he was killed by the policeman that it was racist.
	These are two huge leaps that the country has taken, causing untold anger and damage.
	Okay?
	I absolutely believe that.
	I can agree with the fact that the media has definitely turned America into something that I don't think it's been in quite some time.
	Elevated.
	Of course, social media has completely reformed the entire world and the way that we operate.
	That's right.
	I will say, with regards to this police brutality that everyone's talking about, and more specifically with George Floyd's scenario, since that's what you're talking about this morning or this afternoon.
	I do think that looking at that video, that there should be some type of reforms done to the police department.
	The police department shouldn't hurt people, shouldn't kill people.
	That's not their goal.
	Their goal is to protect.
	I am with you.

	I just want to say, I don't know.
	I admit, I don't know if this thing has ever killed anybody.
	I would allow myself, let me put it to you this way.
	I would allow myself to have a knee on the side of my neck and see what happens.
	That is how skeptical I am that that is a direct killer of human beings.
	It's hard for me to believe the Minneapolis Police Department would have something routine that has a likelihood of killing.

	One of the reasons I'm so optimistic about this nation is that today's generation of young Americans is the most progressive, thoughtful, inclusive generation that America has ever seen.

	And they are pulling us toward justice in so many ways, forcing us to confront the huge gap in economic, excuse me, economic inequity.
	I'm reading as it's written.
	Between those at the top and everyone else, forcing us to confront the existential crisis of climate, and yes, forcing us to confront systemic racism and white supremacy.
	Almost every talk he uses the words white supremacy.
	This is a gigantic lie of the left, that white supremacy is a danger in this country.
	Do any of you know a white supremacist?
	I mean, other than Sean, I don't know one.
	Just the other day, he walked in, he goes, whites are supreme.
	He was talking about egg whites, but it doesn't matter.
	His very preference for egg whites is suspect.
	There's no question.
	And now, as I return to Earth, Do any of you know a white supremacist?
	Is there anyone?
	Let me explain white supremacy.
	It's almost impossible to be a white supremacist if you give it any thought.
	So, let's say in my case, I have not been charged with white supremacy, I will admit.
	Bigotry, yes.
	Let's see, sexist, intolerant, xenophobic, homophobic, racist, bigoted, yeah.
	But I'm not white supremacist.
	But let's say I were.
	So here's one clear reason why it would be unlikely.
	Were the Nazis white?
	Yes.
	So how can you be a white supremacist?
	Now, you could say, well, you could be Nazi.
	Okay, but I'm a Jew, so A, they wouldn't have allowed me in the club.
	B, I would have been dead.
	But other than that, it's powerful rhetoric.
	But how about this?
	What color were the communists in Europe?
	What color was Stalin?
	What color was Lenin?
	What color was Trotsky?
	What color were all the communist leaders of Eastern Europe?
	White.
	They were all white.
	So the notion of white supremacy...
	Is a self-contradictory notion because there are gigantic numbers of whites who have done evil.
	To whites!
	Who do you think Stalin sent to the gulag?
	Blacks?
	White supremacists.
	For the President of the United States to regularly talk about white supremacy means he lies.
	in a much more serious manner than his predecessor.

	If we could get 51 senators to dismiss, it's all over.
	There's more than a handful of Democrats praying that Joe Biden will get on the phone and call Schumer and say, it's over.
	Because they understand this is going to blow up in their face politically.
	I've never felt better about the Republican Senate conference being united behind the idea that what the House did was wrong in terms of process.
	And I think we're going to have an overwhelming Republican vote that this second impeachment of Donald Trump is unconstitutional.

	Today, Chuck Schumer announced that...
	Pelosi has informed him that the article of impeachment against President Trump will be delivered to the Senate on Monday, which paves the way for a trial.
	It's obviously a developing story.
	We're going to see what happens next.
	We're going to see what Republicans are made of.
	And honestly, I don't know that Rand Paul is incorrect.
	I think Rand Paul is absolutely right.
	There's been all this talk about a patriot party, a third party.
	If Republicans are stupid enough to vote to convict a guy who's already out of office of impeachment, of inciting an insurrection, there won't be a Republican Party left.

	I know you believe a trial of former President Trump is unconstitutional.
	Is that the majority view of the Republican caucus?
	Hugh, I think Senate Republicans are coming around to that view as they think more about it.
	I mean, I think for most Americans, it's just a very common sense position, though.
	I mean, the Democrats want to have a trial to convict and remove from office a man who left office yesterday.
	And by the time we get around to that trial and a few more days, that's going to be an even stranger proposition.
	Why are the Democrats spending the Senate's time in an obsessive inquest against a private citizen when we could be focused on what really matters, like getting more vaccines out to Americans or helping Americans get back to work or defending this country from threats we face abroad?
	That's just a common-sense view of things, Hugh.
	Now, I think the Constitution really couldn't be much plainer.
	It says that the President, the Vice President, and civil officers of the United States shall be subject to impeachment, conviction, and removal from office.
	Donald Trump is none of those things now.
	And to put a punctuation mark on that to you, the reports I'm hearing in the Senate is that the Democrats proposed not to have John Roberts preside over this trial because The Chief Justice only presides of a trial against the President.
	And if that's, in fact, their position, they are admitting that Donald Trump is no longer the President and therefore is not susceptible to impeachment proceedings.
	The whole thing, again, to me just shows how obsessive the Democrats and the media have become about Donald Trump over these last five years.
	Donald Trump may no longer live in the White House, but he is living rent free in the heads of Democrats in the media.

	Did one Democrat call them thugs?
	Is there a left-wing thug?

	White supremacists?
	Do you know that they were white supremacists who went into the Capitol?

	I thought they were there because they were angry about the vote.

	Can you imagine the President of the United States feeling an obligation, I guess, to his people to bring up these two things, which I consider essentially fake?
	I mean the idea that anybody that you know or I know would agree with white nationalism or domestic terrorism much less be a part of it is just outstanding.
	It is breathtaking to me that he said this in an inaugural speech where he's calling For unity, I just...
	No, you're not by yourself.
	And there's a lot of people that are pointing to the same realities, that it's one thing to have rhetoric that talks about being unified.
	And here's something else I think we all need to just get over.
	Unity may on some level be virtuous, but it is not the highest of virtues.
	And there are virtues that are actually much more valuable from a moral and even civil scale.
	And one of those is freedom.
	Take out all of the references to unity in yesterday's speech and replace it with conformity.
	You have a better understanding of what The left actually means.
	But I think that there are some things that are far more important than unity.
	Clarity is one of them.
	To be clear and to clearly understand what truth is, is a far higher, greater virtue than unity.
	I also believe that at the end of the day, conformity is what they're really talking about.
	I believe that the defense of freedom is a greater virtue than what they're dealing with.

	For too long, we've allowed a narrow, cramped view of the promise of this nation to fester.
	You know, we've bought the view that America is a zero-sum game in many cases.

	This is the straw man thing of his predecessor on the Democratic side.

	When they've done that, the places it's been done, it shows they have an exponentially greater chance of going all the way through 12 years of school and doing it well.
	I thought the study showed that this preschool stuff didn't matter.
	It doesn't.
	Am I right?
	So he made that up.
	By the way, wouldn't he be for school choice for blacks?
	They're held back in education by the Democrats.

	So I hope our leadership will think twice about these undercurrents and rumblings about them actually voting for impeachment.

	I asked Peter Baker yesterday if the president's new proposal of an eight year path to citizenship and stopping the wall was an opening bid or a bottom line.
	And he agreed with me that if it's a bottom line, it's dead on arrival.

	But let's remember, Hugh, even if it's just an opening bid, there's an element of kabuki theater here.
	Joe Biden may be expecting some willing Republican accomplices to swoop in at the last minute with a fig leaf of enforcement, like money for drones or something at the southern border.
	We should be anticipating That highly stylized gambit right now, and we should reject it out of hand right now.
	Republicans should not pass an amnesty-first bill that puts an amnesty in place for 15 million illegal immigrants while also increasing guest workers' visas at a time when we still have 10 million people out of work.
	The focus should be on getting Americans back to work and getting our borders secure and enforcing immigration laws.
	At the place of employment.
	This bill, by the way, is not just lacking in enforcement, Hugh.
	It actually guts enforcement.
	It guts the Evarify program that we already have in place.
	Some states use on a mandatory basis that we should use nationwide.

	Is it an absolute must-have, the completion of at least 700, and I would prefer 900 miles of wall of the sort that President Trump has built?

	No, we shouldn't proceed to a discussion of a bill that's going to be focused on giving American jobs to foreign workers.
	Can you imagine the President of the United States feeling an obligation, I guess, to his people?
	To bring up these two things, which I consider essentially fake.
	I mean, the idea that anybody that you know or I know would agree with white nationalism or domestic terrorism, much less be a part of it.

	It is breathtaking to me that he said this in an inaugural speech where he's calling for unity.

	Take out all of the references to unity in yesterday's speech and replace it with conformity.

	But I think that there are some things that are far more important than unity.

	Why are the Democrats spending the Senate's time in an obsessive inquest against a private citizen when we could be focused on what really matters, like getting more vaccines out to Americans or helping Americans get back to work or defending this country from threats we face abroad?
	That's just the common-sense view of things, Hugh.
	Now, I think the Constitution really couldn't be much plainer.
	It says that the President, the Vice President, and civil officers of the United States shall be subject to impeachment, conviction, and removal from office.
	Donald Trump is none of those things now.
	And to put a punctuation mark on that, Hugh, the reports I'm hearing in the Senate is that the Democrats proposed not to have John Roberts preside over this trial because the Chief Justice only presides over the trial against the President.
	And if that's, in fact, their position, they are admitting that Donald Trump is no longer the president and therefore is not susceptible to impeachment proceedings.
	The whole thing, again, to me just shows how obsessive the Democrats and the media have become about Donald Trump over these last five years.

	We should be anticipating.
	That highly stylized gambit right now, and we should reject it out of hand right now.
	Republicans should not pass an amnesty-first bill that puts an amnesty in place for 15 million illegal immigrants while also increasing guest workers' visas at a time when we still have 10 million people out of work.
	The focus should be on getting Americans back to work and getting our borders secure and enforcing immigration laws.
	At the place of employment.
	This bill, by the way, is not just lacking in enforcement, Hugh.
	It actually guts enforcement.
	It guts the Evarify program that we already have in place.
	Some states use on a mandatory basis that we should use nationwide.
	Let me ask you, Senator, very quickly.
	Is it an absolute must-have, the completion of at least 700, and I would prefer 900 miles of wall of the sort that President Trump has built?
	No, Hugh, I don't think the wall in itself is a critical point that would get Senate Republicans to vote for an amnesty.
	No, we shouldn't proceed to a discussion of a bill that's going to be focused on giving American jobs to foreign workers.

	They have engaged our enemies in a completely different way.

	They have already spent tax dollars that you and I have paid to help fund abortions that have already happened in other countries outside of our borders now.
	These are all things that they came in on day one.
	Signed 17 different pieces of paper and are already transforming American policy in all of these different areas into a very different direction.
	But this is obviously what America wanted, is it not?

	That's what we have evidently walked through the process to approve of.

	Denmark's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has set a target of zero new asylum seekers as her government's new goal.

	The Danish Prime Minister stated her goal on Friday at the Danish Folketing, I assume that that's the parliament, saying, quote, Zero asylum seekers, but we can set out the vision that we also did before the elections, namely that we want a new asylum system and then do what we can to introduce it.
	The Social Democrat leader, she's Social Democrat.
	You understand the Democratic Party in the United States is to the left of most Social Democrats in Europe.
	It's much closer to a Communist Party.
	The Social Democrat leader went on to add that too few past politicians had done enough to integrate migrants and said that they had made too few demands on them.
	Can you imagine saying that in the United States?
	We have made too few demands on migrants?
	According to the broadcaster, Prime Minister Fredrickson stated that migrants must be able to support themselves financially and adapt to Danish values.

	The focus should be on getting Americans back to work and getting our borders secure and enforcing immigration laws at the place of employment.

	At least 2,000 more Americans, most of them black, were killed in 2020 than in 2019. And that's with the lockdown.
	That's with people staying home.
	And now the criminal justice policy supported by President Biden promised to exacerbate the current crime wave.
	The local murder increases in 2020 were startling.
	95% in Milwaukee, 78% in Louisville, Kentucky, 74% in Seattle, 72% in Minneapolis, 62% in New Orleans, 58% in Atlanta.
	Dozens of children overwhelmingly black were killed in drive-by shootings.
	They were slain in their beds, living rooms, and strollers.
	They were struck down at barbecues in their yards and malls, in their parents' cars, and at birthday parties.
	Fifty-five children were killed in Chicago in 2020, 17 in St. Louis, 11 in Philadelphia.
	In South L.A. alone, 40 children were shot, some nonlethally, through September.
	Why this mayhem?
	The St. Louis Post-Dispatch expresses the conventional wisdom because of the economic, civic, and interpersonal stress, unquote, from the coronavirus pandemic.
	Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot blamed pandemic-related, quote, frustration, anger, trauma, and mental health challenges.
	But crime fell during the first months of the pandemic shutdown, both in the U.S. and globally.
	Only at the end of May did that trend reverse itself.
	And only in the U.S., thanks to a surge in drive-by shootings.
	Eighteen people were murdered in Chicago on May 31st, the city's most violent day in 60 years, according to University of Utah Law Professor Paul Castle.
	Systemic racism.
