It's Mark Isler back with you again filling in for Dennis Prick.
Actually, I was just thinking, Sean, when I hear that music at home, sometimes I get, oh no, you're not on.
Just relax, Mark.
It's Dennis' music, not mine.
Mark Eisler back with you again.
And you probably know after 12 years of filling in for Dennis, you can still reach me at markislerataol.com or on Facebook at Mark Eisler Show.
It's spelled M-A-R-K-I-S-L-E-R. Although at some point I think I'm going to leave Facebook for one of the alternatives, I notice a lot of people are already doing that, not just Facebook, Twitter.
Unless it's an emergency, someone contacts me, I have nothing to do with Twitter, and you may want to consider that too.
I cannot support the left-wing media anymore, which is why I barely watch Fox anymore, but more of that probably in the third hour.
But I did post this on Facebook last week.
So let's see.
So it wasn't this Sunday.
I think it was the Sunday before.
I was correct the other day when I said I was confident that Donald Trump would be re-elected.
He was, despite the continuing coup attempts to steal the election.
As Winston Churchill said in 1941, this is the lesson.
Never give in.
Never give in.
Never, never, never, never.
In nothing great or small, Large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.
We owe it to President Trump and even more to America.
As the days have gone on, there is nothing new that we have learned that makes me think the President lost this election.
In fact, the more I learn, the more I think that any reasonable person would conclude that he did win this election.
But more of that in the second hour when I go over the considerations that make it clear that they are trying to steal the selection from the president.
I think I have over 20-some odd things.
They're not mine.
I mean, a lot of them I knew, obviously, but this person, I'll quote in the second hour, did it in a very organized fashion.
And I posted that, too.
I said, any reasonable person in some of my...
I don't know why.
I get more...
Democrat leftist comments when I post something these days that even conservatives say, maybe they're unsure.
Maybe they really know what's been going on.
For now, I want to talk about Winston Churchill's admonition, as I said, to never give in.
Never, never, never, never.
There are four nevers there.
In nothing, great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.
So to all of Dennis' listeners, you can never give up or give in.
I don't care how hard the mainstream media and social media try to depress you or make you think it is over.
And boy, they're going full speed ahead on that.
No matter how often they try to make you think we are sore losers or that we are in denial, fight all of their attempts to make you think it is over and to get you to give up.
Well, let me give you some examples.
Like when they say he has lost all the court decisions.
First of all, he hasn't lost all the court decisions.
But who made those decisions?
You mean by corrupt local Democrat judges?
I didn't do the research.
But since the cities in question are all heavily Democrat cities, I'd bet those are Democrat judges.
Judges who, you know, will do anything to defeat him.
Yeah, they're supposed to do the law, but they don't on that side.
Or here's one that you're probably tired of, calling it the office of the president-elect.
There is no such office.
It's all made up as part of the spin.
Did you see that in the background, Biden's got that?
Office of the president-elect.
Or how often the major media call him president-elect Biden, including, of course, Fox News.
Who the heck and where does it say the media gets to call our elections?
They don't.
They absolutely do not.
Or, of course, there's always some senators supposedly on our side, like Romney or Susan Collins, calling Biden to congratulate him on a supposed win.
Oh, the new one there is Lankford.
I didn't mention Lankford from Oklahoma.
I don't know what he's all about.
These people need to be primaried.
I mean, Susan Collins is hopeless in Maine, but I'm glad she won so we can have the Senate majority.
And Romney, I expect it these days.
Lankford in Oklahoma?
Those people out there, you need to call that officer.
What fools?
Let me see.
I believe Al Gore took 36 days to concede, and only after the Supreme Court ruled.
Or erstwhile, there are never Trumpers, of course.
I don't know if he's officially never Trump, or like Karl Rove, telling us to move on.
Or the sellouts at Fox News acting as though it is over.
Move on and allow these thieves to steal the presidency?
Are you kidding me?
I want us to fight until the bitter end, if there is an end.
In fact, I will do just what they did and resist if somehow the initial results are not overturned.
I will never really accept Joe Biden as president, nor Kamala Harris as vice president.
She never, by the way, Harris, never even won one Democrat vote in the Democrat primaries because she withdrew.
She could become president if Biden wins and take over and so on.
She has no support, really, of any substance.
And neither should you accept her or Biden.
Donald Trump won without phony Russian collusion last time, no matter what they claimed.
Or phony calls for impeachment because of what he did in Ukraine.
When Biden, they always reverse things.
He was the one who was corrupt in Ukraine, China, and many other places.
It doesn't even matter if the states send in their electors who do not support President Trump.
By the way, yesterday I sent things on to my family and stuff, and the leader of the House of Representatives in Michigan, I was glad to see this, said this needs to be investigated.
If it's truly investigated, Maybe a state like Michigan will not even send their electors, excuse me, send Joe Biden's electors on and confirm them.
How about sending Trump's electors on if you find out there was corruption and fraud?
Which they will, any honest person looking into it.
So that's good news for you people out there.
So they should be sending in Trump-supporting electors and let Congress decide.
Or even if Congress declares these thieves the winners.
We owe it to all the people who fought so hard for this country over all these years, some of whom paid the ultimate price.
We had Veterans Day last week, but sometimes, obviously, once you use Memorial Day.
Why did they fight?
To save us from the tyranny of socialism and communism, only to have a thrust on us from would-be tyrants who stole an election, and to have Joe Biden and Kamala Harris sworn in despite attracting limited real support.
We will never win another election if you join the never-Trumpers and would-be Republicans and wave the white flag.
I know we all want to get on with our lives.
Conservatives, Republicans, we're different.
Whereas a lot of the Democrats and the left are sure this is their life.
Not to mention, the American people don't want this revolution.
They don't want to be Venezuela.
Wait till you hear that.
The next hour, if you don't already know it, the machine program was started, it looks like, in Venezuela.
The one that's falsely reporting that Biden won, but more of that later.
They don't want to be Cuba.
They don't want to be North Korea or communist China.
I know, as a part-time teacher, many of the young have been indoctrinated by the schools, and they have no idea what socialism or communism will mean for them.
But with the help, of course, the major media who control the narrative, they're part of this coup too.
They believe in overturning this great country.
A coup that began even before this president was elected.
And yeah, resist they did.
And so must we.
We must resist at every turn.
Dennis has been right.
He called it ahead of a lot of other people.
This has become a civil war.
And I think it's going to get worse.
Can you imagine what it's going to be like if this election is overturned?
Nothing to overturn.
If it's honestly investigated.
They started this, and we must finish it.
I saw a sign on my walk.
I walk every day.
I used to play tennis once or twice a week.
I don't do that as much.
But I saw on my walk the other day a sign for Biden and Harris.
I say a lot.
Ouch.
Los Angeles or a suburb of Los Angeles is all I see.
I never see Trump signs.
I never do.
It'd be too dangerous, right?
And here's what the sign said, though.
Unite.
No more division.
Like all on the left, this person was delusional.
They only want us to unite on their terms.
It's never going to happen.
We must do everything in our power to defeat them.
No, we will not riot because we don't believe in destroying other people's private property.
We are not Antifa or Black Lives Matter.
We are patriots.
We love this country.
I want them to fail, and I want them to fail badly.
Their ideas and policies will fundamentally change America.
Sound familiar?
We must never unite in the quest towards socialism and communism.
We owe it to President Trump, who worked so hard for us.
And even more, we owe it to America and all those who came before us to make America great again.
Better yet, to keep America as the greatest country in the history of the world.
Let me know what you think at 1A Prager 776. Are you giving up?
Do you think President Trump will pull this off?
Will you resist no matter what happens?
I'm Mark Eisler filling in for Dennis Prager.
I'm Mark Eisler filling in for Dennis Prager.
I think he's going to end up winning Arizona.
But it won't matter if he ends up losing Pennsylvania and or Georgia.
Now the question is, you know, the legitimacy of those votes.
And, you know, we're looking at the count rather than axing the question on whether all those absentees that were turned in were turned in in compliance with state law.
Whether the signature verification was done or what have you.
But the significance of the signature verification is to prove that the votes actually being delivered are cast by voters who had the legal authority to cast a vote.
And without the signature verification process being done publicly and openly, as we saw in Detroit, for example, up in Michigan, where they actually boarded up the windows that would allow people to look at what was going on.
In the Wayne County canvassing of these absentee votes, then you have no legitimacy to the results of the election because both parties weren't there present to determine whether, in fact, the vote that was being separated from the envelope was actually a legally cast vote.
And the statistical anomalies that we're seeing in large port in Detroit and over in...
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and in Philadelphia, and in Atlanta, really suggest that what we're witnessing was, let's wait to see how much Trump wins on election day, and then make sure we have enough ballots thrown in with absentees to overcome that lead that and then make sure we have enough ballots thrown in with absentees to overcome that

But what are the things that we must, we must now recognize?
Here they are.
No president in our republic's history received as many votes as Donald Trump did.
Oh, and we didn't need to cheat, by the way.
We didn't need to get people.
To say, oh, you've got to vote early.
Mail those ballots in.
Harvest those ballots.
No.
More than 71 million votes already.
More, and I bet this stings, than even Barack Obama.
Yes.
And what's stunning is he received almost 5 million more votes.
Than he did four years ago.
Now, why is that interesting?
Because if you look at the exit polls, Donald Trump received almost 20% of the male black vote in America.
He received the highest minority support since the 1950s as a Republican candidate, nominee or president.
He even received, latest counts, 28%.
Of the gay and lesbian vote.
Now, why does this matter?
It's not just impressive.
It is stunning.
If we think about the last four years.

Mark, actually talking to Sean, that's what you're laughing about.
It's always a better show, actually, right between you and me than what we put on there.
At least we like it.
Look, I'm talking about you can never give up.
You can never resist.
And look, even in my case, it gets me down.
I hear some of this stuff, they won't stop.
And I don't want to hear it.
Oh, New York Times reported this.
CNN reported this.
I forget who it was.
State legislatures, we checked, and they're not going to certify it otherwise.
We'll see what happens.
This has got a long way to go.
And I want you to hear, and Sean, I thought I sent it to you, but I didn't.
Sidney Powell, who's the attorney for Michael Flynn.
I tried to get her on the show, but she's like barely sleeping.
And Rudy Giuliani.
They're both great clips about what they have discovered.
And we'll do this more, I guess, the second and third hour.
Sidney Powell says it's not hundreds of thousands of votes.
It may be millions of votes that were stolen from him.
But I don't want to go into that.
That's supposed to be played the third hour.
Save it.
Save it, John.
It's okay.

Cindy, thanks very much for being here.
We appreciate your time this morning.
I want to get right into it.
We just heard about the software made by Smartmatic from Rudy.
And I want to get your take on what you and I spoke about just a few minutes ago.
And that is a gentleman named Peter Neffinger.
Tell me how he fits into all of this.
Yes.
Well, he is listed as its former Admiral Peter Neffinger, or retired Admiral Peter Neffinger.
He is president and on the board of directors of Smartmatic.
And it just so happens he's on Mr. Biden's presidential transition team that's going to be non-existent because we're fixing to overturn the results of the election in multiple states.
And President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.
We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed.
It was designed to rig elections.
He was fully briefed on it.
He saw it happen in other countries.
It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.
They did this on purpose.
It was calculated.
They've done it before.
We have evidence from 2016 in California.
We have so much evidence.
The software they used was made by a company called Dominion.
And they have subsidiary.
I'm going to mess up that name, Symantec, or something like that.
And it looks like it came out of, I don't know, Venezuela originally.
And who knows?
Hugo Chavez used it.
that people have used this software to defeat the attempt of the voters, whatever it was in different elections.
So Sean kills the pace of the show because he said it's been so long since he played So he wanted to hear it.
When I'm in, he takes over and, you know, can't do this with Dennis or the living martyr, but he does it with me.
Okay, that was Hugo Chavez.
But the connections, if this is true, and Rudy Giuliani was explaining it yesterday too, if what Sidney Powell, who's done a great job with Michael Flynn, as Dennis would say, she's either telling the truth...
Or lying.
It happened in all the four states that were of very much interest, right?
In Michigan, in Wisconsin, in Georgia, and in Pennsylvania.
And all of a sudden, if you remember, I'm getting into it and I didn't want to.
In the middle of the night, I watched until 3 a.m.
the night of the election.
I went to sleep thinking, oh, he's going to win Wisconsin and Michigan.
That one seems pretty obvious.
There aren't many votes left.
All of a sudden, the vote counting stopped.
I said, you know.
Might as well go to sleep.
I don't know why it's taken so long to go up 1% more counting the vote.
All of a sudden, it looks like, and I'm not a conspiratorialist, although one caller I see up there says, Mark's a pathological liar, an angry dude.
I wonder what I'm lying about.
We'll find out.
But all of a sudden, in the middle of the night, all these votes came pouring in.
Isn't it funny?
Only in the areas, this will be interesting, we'll talk about it at the second hour, only in the areas that Biden wind up beating Hillary Clinton's count and even Obama's count.
Just in these four areas he destroyed her.
Did very well, didn't destroy her, but did very well against Trump.
And yet the areas right next to it, Trump areas or whatever, they didn't have this kind of votality.
Only in those four areas.
Credulity to believe that this is what was going on.
All right, let me, someone, James wants to call me a pathological liar.
We have time for James to get it out of his system.
Good morning or afternoon.
Let's see, you're in Arizona.
Good morning, James.
Really, it's about 30 seconds until break.
Are you going to hold me over?
Okay, I'll just drop you.
Yeah, have a nice day.
It was two and a half.
I was going to say, you're going to tell me.
Are you going to hold me over?
I must have had that guy before.
No, I try to be as nice as I can.
You're making the terms.
Oh, not unlike what the Biden people did.
They set the terms, the parameters of what was going to happen.
So I might have held you over.
I don't know.
It depended on what you had to say.
Yeah, you were wrong from the beginning.
Oh, I have 30 seconds.
Will you hold me?
No, it was actually two and a half minutes.
So I'll even go to another caller now.
Let's go to...
This is the left.
Carl, let's go to Westchester, Illinois.
Carl, you're on with Mark.
Hi, good morning.
Good morning.
I was just thinking, you know, I listen to Dennis.
I don't really agree.
I'm pretty much a such Democrat and all that stuff.
But Mr. Biden, President, I wouldn't mind what the election, sir.
I mean, I don't understand why all the animosity and civil war talks.
Is that really going to...
No, but you guys didn't do it last time either.
I mean, you know, when our guy got elected, it was a coup, basically, to get him out of office.
He hadn't even done anything yet, and they came up with the Foti dossier.
What are you saying?
But when you guys went, and I'm trying to be pleasant, you sound reasonable, you guys tried to destroy him from the beginning on false stuff that Hillary did.
Or Ukraine, which Biden did.
So now that you guys...
Huh?
Go ahead, I'll give you a chance.
If we live in the past, how are we going to press?
So even if you're right, even if you're right, what difference does it make?
It's time to bring the country together.
It's time to see if we can fix...
Sean is smiling.
Go play it, Sean.
Thanks for the call.
I knew it.
Isn't that funny?
When it's on their terms, when they're about to win, let's move on.
Let's get on with everything else.
What difference is this?
What difference?
I thought I heard that, but I knew Sean.
He would want to play that very much.
Besides Hugo Chavez.

Bill Belichick, coach of the New England Patriots, had a line from his most famous news conference ever.
After a 41-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014, Belichick answered question after question with, we're on to Cincinnati.
After Joe Biden's victory was declared by media organizations on Saturday, the mantra of Republicans for the next two months should be, we are on to Georgia.
Because on January 5, Georgians will decide two United States Senate seats and run off election.
The course of the nation over the next two years is in the balance.
If Republican Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler win, Americans will have divided government and compromise.
If left-wing, indeed radical, Democratic challengers John Ossoff and Raphael Warnock win, the nation will see Supreme Court packing, cuts in the military spending, and socialized medicine.
If Trump wants a comeback in 2024, it starts in the Peach State on January 5.

If I told you that one of these two Democrat candidates For Senate has called police gangsters and thugs.
Would you believe it?
Of the two of them, which one do you think it would be?
Raphael Warnock or John Ossoff?
You'd probably think Ossoff, surely a guy with reverend in front of his name, wouldn't call police gangsters and thugs.
But actually, you would be incorrect.
It's the...
It's the Reverend who has called police officers in America gangsters and thugs.
Now, we got a lot of drama and emotion and raw intensity over what it means to be a police officer in 2020. The George Floyd death hurt.
It hurt the country.
It tore the country apart.
People took to the streets.
People rioted and looted while the media gave rioters and looters cover by calling those peaceful protests.
But many, many, many more people did peacefully protest the death of a man who we witnessed in a nine-minute video under the knee of a police officer.
But of course...
But of course the left's version of policing is to reimagine it all.

Let's go.
I agree with Bill in Charleston, South Carolina.
Bill, you're on with Mark.
Hey, Mark.
Great talking to you, and thanks for taking my call.
Sure.
Listen, I worked in D.C. about a decade.
I have a T.S. Clearance Plus.
There are two things that need to happen right now.
Number one, the election process needs to be fixed right now.
Otherwise, we're going to lose it forever, and we're done or cooked.
Funny choice of words.
I think it is already fixed, but you didn't mean that.
It is, but it's only getting it worse unless we fix it somehow.
It's going to take a national effort to delegitimize these state legislative groups that have basically imposed their will over the Constitution.
Secondly, I'd like to say that all the investigations that are being done right now need to be exposed before Trump leaves office.
And a lot of people try and tap this stuff down by saying it's classified and can't be released.
Trump can't release it all.
He needs to release everything we have.
We're not going to get any convictions.
Just release all the dirt we've got on all these jerks in D.C. And, oh, by the way, it is a swamp.
I worked there for about a decade.
The politicians are self-serving jerks.
And on the Democratic side, I love your monologue, by the way.
You hit it perfectly in the monologue.
These guys need to be taken out.
And the only way to do it is to expose all the information now.
Thank you, Bill.
Great call.
But you made me think of something.
This idea that you can't get your ballot in by Election Day, well, start a little earlier.
I mean, you know, get the stamp and the envelope ready.
I mailed mine in.
Well, what is the stuff you need a few extra days?
And what happened?
To the sanctity of the elections, if you can't come in on that day, well, and vote, yeah, they use COVID against us, right?
They can have all these events, maybe in the third hour, I'll get to it.
Even Gavin Newsom in California, you see that, Sean, the fancy restaurant he went into and didn't follow the rules?
Oh, I'll tease you too about it.
Look, here's the name of the restaurant.
Give it away right away.
Let's see, the French Laundry.
Now, I would have thought that's a place for shirts.
No.
I think it's an $800 restaurant.
I think you...
I think you'd be prepared to spend $800.
These people speak one way and live another way.
Why can't you vote on Election Day?
You tell me why you can't come in.
You're disabled?
Okay, that's what absentee ballots were for.
You know, you get it in advance.
You're counting it days later or weeks later?
Well, this is all nonsense.
Let's go, yeah, Gregory.
Let's go to Gregory in Los Angeles.
You're on with Mark.
How are you, Mark?
A lot of the stuff I've got more insight on the liberal-left socialism has come from Mr. Perger's show.
I'm very grateful for him bringing these things up, because these are the things I learned about here and there, but Mr. Perger kind of codified it as in socialism.
It's basically race, gender, class, point number one.
Yes.
Number two is that they're all about defamation.
If they don't agree with what they're getting from the opposition, I'll say conservatives.
Good opinion.
Left and right.
Left and right.
That's what they're all about.
I understand that.
I saw this growing up during the Cold War era.
And as a baby boomer, we're not all corrupted.
I'm very grateful to the instructors I had that taught me on what it means to be an American citizen, that I have certain duties to abide by as a U.S. citizen.
I'm just not there to try and grab and get anything I can under the sun.
It doesn't work that way.
And as a direct descendant of the World War II generation, again, parents that didn't have a family until they finally came back together after being apart for three years, just about three long years.
My father, a combat soldier in World War II, fought in the Philippines, eventually died on to the protective forces in China, excuse me, Japan, Tokyo, Japan.
Great service.
It's part of the security system.
Get to your point.
We work through a lot.
Yeah.
No, I understand.
And the point is that Mr. Trump has every writer under the sun to contest his logo Go back to Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy, their election campaign.
At that time, Nixon had every right to contest the vote, but he chose not to do that.
But he did have the right to contest it.
Absolutely, and in fact...
In fact, Nixon said he did it for the good of the country, but it was clear that the Kennedys had cheated in Illinois.
They got the mob to do it.
I've had on my buddy Tom Dreesen.
We talked about that, what the Kennedys had the mob do.
And even, I think, West Virginia was suspect, if I remember correctly.
But what about Norm Coleman?
Do you remember that election?
Norm Coleman won by a few hundred votes for Senate in Minnesota.
And, Sean, they found votes in the trunk of a car and counted it.
Days later.
I mean, they've been doing this forever.
They just made it big time this time.
And I think Sean and I were discussing this.
I think this was planned way in advance.
That's why they didn't need a ground game.
That's why they were sure they were going to win.
And Pelosi was out there saying that all the time.
The fix was in.
For any reasonable person, listen to the second hour.
You'll see what's going on.

Oysters, and I shouldn't do this to a full board, and I'll get to you in a second.
Oysters and pearls.
I can't even pronounce it.
When you can't pronounce it, you know it's expensive.
This is where Governor Newsom went without a mask or whatever else he did illegally.
Sabayon of pearl tapioca with island creek oysters and Regis over caviar.
You know, that's not going to be cheap.
One of the people gave it to me.
I think he said, you've got to be prepared to spend $800 or more to go to this restaurant.
So we know this.
This is how the left lives.
They live one way and preach another way.
And I was going to do this the last hour.
Thanksgiving, he said, you can only have, I don't know, three families over or something.
But you've got to have a mask on while you're eating.
No, while you're eating, take the mask off.
But then you've got to put it right back on.
Is he going to knock on the door and say, let me check who would ever let them in?
This is great.
Well, Sean, if you thought it was a food delivery, would you let them in?
Yeah.
I'm not picking on you.
I mean any of us.
All right.
Yeah, let's go to Alan in Chicago.
Alan, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Alan.
Hi.
No, I just found it interesting that Biden somehow managed to get more votes by almost 20 percent than Obama, who was the supposedly the most, got the most votes in the history of the world.
It's just incredible that in eight years he's gone from 69 million to almost 78 million.
You know, I just, it's one of those things that makes you go, hmm.
Alan, I want you to listen to the next hour.
Do you get the next hour?
I want you to listen.
Because I'm going to go over about 20, I don't know if it's 20, but a lot of items well organized by this writer and asking reasonable people.
And I posted that on Facebook and one of the nice young men said to me, I want to see why I'm not reasonable because I think there was zero fraud or whatever he said.
So listen to the next hour.
We're going to go over all of this.
That was just one of the many, as I said a little bit ago, that he beat Hillary.
And Obama in areas around Milwaukee and where else am I leaving out Atlanta and Philadelphia and Madison, Wisconsin.
In those areas, big time, he beat Trump.
But in the areas outside of that, Obama beat him.
And Hillary beat him.
And by the way, often these are inner cities with a lot of blacks in them.
He beat Obama, and he beat Hillary in those counts, just in those areas that change dramatically.
Defies common sense, right, Alan?
Right.
But I mean, I guess the question is, is that how does this get resolved?
Because the people who...
Politics now is not about issues anymore.
It's about, you know, it's a team.
Like, you know, whether you're the Bulls or you're the Houston Rockets, right?
It's just...
It's about team sports.
And so what happens now?
You know, they're not going to, you know, either the election goes to Biden, which honestly what scares me is Kamala Harris, not Biden, or you wind up that...
Trump will pull the victory out, but then we're going to wind up having, what, another four years of Russiagate?
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
Or riots.
You left out the riots, right?
They were all prepared to riot until they saw their guy won, and then they didn't.
This will be an incredible four years.
But what are we supposed to do?
What's right or not?
What's right?
I don't think you were suggesting that.
So Jeff in Long Beach wants to know, where's the evidence?
I'm going to go over that next hour.
Tom, I remember.
Tom from Glendora.
Go ahead, Tom.
Hey, thank you, Mark.
You're doing a great job as usual.
Thank you.
God bless you, and you have a very sweet screener as well.
Thank you.
You know, Mark, Steve Cortez was on Adenis last week, and he laid out the case.
When you look at the number of Biden-only votes, when you look at the dead people voting, the ballots that were manufactured, All the way, the software, that Dominion software, you say that doesn't prove it, but it's so compelling.
The analogy that Cortez made in his column that he didn't make on air, I wanted to repeat.
He said this statistical analysis is so compelling.
Use this as a sports analogy.
If you had a team in the World Series, they sweep the World Series four games.
Okay, big deal.
Every game is a perfect game.
Now, you can't say it can't happen, but the odds are about what?
One in a quadrillion billion.
So the evidence is so compelling, and for the news media to have the temerity and the lack of integrity, the deceit...
To say every night, over and over, on ABC, CBS, that, oh no, it's been proven there's no nothing wrong.
This is the best election ever.
It's just Donald Trump's ego.
It's obscene.
We have to fight.
God bless you, Mark, for leading the fight to expose this evil plot.
Thanks, as always.
God bless you, Tom, too.
And there are affidavits.
If you listen to Sidney Powell, and we can't play the whole clip, and Giuliani, they've got hundreds of affidavits from people, including, it sounds like, from the machine company Meridian, that'll prove that there are ways to prove it, beyond a doubt.
And that's what Sidney Powell said.
I believe her.
She's either lying or telling the truth.
And I think if you hear the stuff I'm going to lay out next hour, reasonable people will say, yeah, it looks like there was election fraud.
And people, the Democrat base, they don't want to listen or they don't care, they'll probably say it's all nonsense.
I get that.
But you just want to convince some of those people who are reasonable.
Let's go to Charles in Irvine, California.
Charles, you're on with Mark.
Hi, I just wish that you could take the calls from the liberals, the angry liberals.
They're incredibly entertaining.
You know, that's the reason I don't listen to Rush very much, because he's always taking calls from people who agree with him.
And, you know, I'd rather hear him speak than people that agree with him.
And, you know, you know what I mean?
So, does that mean since you agree with me, I shouldn't take your call?
I'm just being a wise guy.
I'm sorry, Charles.
Yeah, maybe.
Yeah.
I'm just being a wise guy.
Yeah, well, yeah, we have about 30 seconds left.
Go for it.
Let's go.
James, you've got 30 seconds.
Go for it.
That's why I have to be held over.
You are a liar and a coward, and Joe Biden is still your president.
That's why I purposely gave him 30 seconds.
I'm not blaming you, Sean.
I thought about it, too.

Yeah, well, where we're at is uncovering just massive, massive fraud.
And this is, there will be lawsuits that will be filed in the forthcoming days, possibly even within the next 24 hours.
And remember, of course.
of course, for all the American people who are wondering, you know, when are we going to see the evidence?
When are we going to get to the bottom of this?
Investigations do take time.
We're working as rapidly as possible.
It's only been a little over a week.
But what we are discovering, the people who are coming forward as whistleblowers to explain what they saw, not only at the polling locations, and then how they were denied access to the polling locations.
But even more than that, Eric, what we're seeing with this Dominion voting system.
This is huge and the president has tweeted about this today that reports are coming out and what we're seeing of possibly up to 2.7 million or more votes that were simply deleted that were for President Trump how their voting system was able to have Users that would log in and see the votes as they were coming in.
And if it was a Trump vote, they could manually change it to a Biden vote.
They could duplicate the vote if it was Biden and have a person actually cast not one, but six votes for Biden.
So all of this technology, we really, really need a forensic audit.
We need to know exactly what happened.

The Middle East is a more stable place today than it was when President Trump took office.
Are the Abraham Accords, Mr. Secretary, going to thrive, not just for four years, but for four decades and beyond?
You know, what fundamentally shifted is by President Trump making a few simple decisions based on his belief in conservative realism.
Jerusalem is, in fact, the capital of Israel.
Golan Heights, in fact, are inside of that country.
It's not illegal, per se, for every settlement to be established.
Those basic understandings, along with a commitment that says to the Gulf states, you are better off with a foreign policy that recognizes Israel.
That is the direction of travel for humanity.
It's the direction of travel in the Middle East.
And President Trump took away this notion that after solving the Israel-Palestinian problem, you can't increase stability, security, and prosperity in the Middle East.
That is now gone.
No one can possibly believe that anymore.
And I think that's deeply connected to the pressure that we've put on Iran.
Iran, if you undermine that pressure, if you undermine the confidence that the Gulf states have, that the United States will be a partner for peace in the Middle East.

I just want to say, you know, I have no doubt that there was voter fraud.
But in addition to that, you know, the left has been on a campaign, a war of disinformation.
My dad to this day, you know, to him, it's no doubt that Trump's a Russian agent.
And I can't convince him otherwise.
Wow.
And nothing that happened during the last four years, Mueller and everything else convinced him.
Yeah, no, I think you're right.
There are some people, there's no talking to him, right?
They've got it down, they've figured out who he was in their mind.
Yep.
Yeah, and if I could also say, I mean, you know, I think that Trump is really the only thing that was stopping us from the totalitarian left.
I mean, with the statue coming down, if Biden wins, that is the end of America.
We need to take this seriously.
They are radical.
Yep.
You know, they won't stop at anything.
Mark, no, we agree.
I mean, I'm going to go over that, too, if I get a chance.
But we know it already, what's going to happen, right?
From back with the Iran deal to the Paris Peace Accords to maybe they'll move the embassy away from Jerusalem and Israel.
Good luck during these years.
And, of course, another caller hinted at it.
It won't really be Joe Biden.
It'll be Kamala Harris and other handlers.
I don't know who exactly it'll be.
It'll be the left back in power.
And they poison everything they touch.
We know that from Dennis and others.
Thanks for your call, Mark.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
So I'm not saying, you know, to listen to the next hour because I did it.
There's someone else who organized these people's, I think, oh, we lost one of those callers from Long Beach.
So listen to the next hour.
We'll go over all the things that we know of so far and probably leave a few out about how they cheated, committed total fraud.
There's no doubt in my mind, so they have to prove it, right, with affidavits and everywhere else possible.
Maybe it'll go to Congress.
You know, that's a real possibility.
If this election is contested and nothing is solved, then the House of Representatives gets to decide.

It appears that he increased his percentage of the black vote by about 50%.
And I heard some caster say, well, it's not that big of a deal.
Really?
If your ratings went up 50%, you'd say it's not that big of a deal.
It's a huge deal.
And Democrats are losing ground with blacks every four years for the last several election cycles.
2020?
Looks like Trump is getting around 12%.
That's the highest percentage of the black vote any Republican candidate for president has received since Gerald Ford, 1976. And the reason that there's so much anger about Nancy Pelosi within her own caucus is that she confidently predicted that they were going to pick up anywhere from 10 to 15 seats.
They're down six, maybe even more, with about a half a dozen still yet to be decided with Republicans ahead.
It's possible Republicans could gain double digits.
That would be massive.
And, of course, they assumed that they were going to take control, but the Senate did not.

In this hour I want to go over, I said I would do this, all the reasons to doubt the results of the election that some say Joe Biden won.
But first I want to say something about human nature.
If you think, and I heard this, my brother was mentioning it to me, my brother Jeff, but also, what's his name?
Scott Adams.
You should check that out, Sean.
Scott Adams from Dilbert, right?
The cartoon strip is Dilbert.
I saw it last week ago.
I bet you can still find it.
And it's over an hour, I think.
And he lays out the probabilities about Joe Biden.
And he did something like this, too.
That's what made me think of it.
If you think Donald Trump is a Nazi or a fascist, to ensure his defeat, wouldn't some people at least do anything to stop him, including cheating?
Wouldn't you have done the same thing to stop Hitler?
I would have, if I could have done something to stop Hitler.
So, is it not so far-fetched to say a fair number of people might have cheated in the battleground states to ensure Donald J. Trump's defeat?
After all, I said this last hour, their cheating goes back to the days of Kennedy, when he got the mob to, maybe he didn't do it, but his campaign certainly did, to change the votes in Chicago, to make sure that Kennedy won in Illinois.
And as I also mentioned, more recently, Norm Coleman's supposed defeat by Al Franken in Minnesota, when they found votes, conveniently a few hundred more votes, there was a very close election, I don't know, 78, I don't know what number it was, that Norm Coleman was winning by, but they found enough votes in the trunk of a car and counted it.
So, this is not new for them.
So now I want to take you to an analysis by Al Parada, managing editor of The Stream.
My brother's been sending it to me, my brother Jeff, and it's a great publication.
So here I go, bear with me, and I'll take your calls maybe in between so I take a break from it.
And here's what it starts.
Yesterday I laid out, with the help of the BBC and State Department, the six signs to look for when determining if an election was stolen.
There are some indisputable evidence and many very suggestive indications that each of those conditions for concluding fraud in this election has been met.
But many still refuse to even entertain the idea, I get that all the time, Facebook and elsewhere and some of the callers, that this election was as crooked as a witch's nose after she's been in 100 MMA fights and fell from her broom flat onto her face.
Yeah, Sean picks his face up to hear that one, right?
That illusion.
The media and big tech censors are working overtime to crush the evidence.
So a lot of people don't even know what is being alleged in sworn affidavits.
I desperately want to believe that people, if presented the evidence, will accept it.
Or at the very least, be open to it.
Okay?
Being open to it, awaiting further confirmation.
Please tell me my belief is not unfounded.
This is the writer speaking.
But before we get there, I want to ask a simple question.
Remember that A. Lying in a sworn affidavit to a court is a crime.
And B. Doing anything that is seen as helping Trump will subject you to all manner of hell.
In light of that, do you believe that countless witnesses who have now sworn to seeing illegal activity leading up to and through the election would lie?
Would any of this be right?
Now he lists some of the things.
Now for those fair-minded people who support Biden, may I ask a few questions?
Do you believe?
Here we go.
The list starts.
It would be wrong for election supervisors to coach workers to correct mail-in ballots for Biden, but not for Trump.
That's been reported over and over again.
We have witnesses.
These are the things that witnesses have sworn in affidavits.
That it would also be wrong for election workers to coach voters to vote for Biden and Democrats and follow them to the ballot station.
It would be wrong for poll workers to go out to a Biden-Harris van in the middle of the night and fill out ballots.
These are things that have been sworn.
That it would be likewise wrong for poll workers to fill in the names of people who hadn't yet voted when a voter comes in who is not on the voter rolls.
That it's wrong for poll workers to ignore matching signature requirements.
They've done that in Philadelphia and elsewhere.
That it's wrong for counting centers to keep Republican poll watchers from observing hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots.
That's what they've done, right?
They put the paper up.
They even said recently you may have to use binoculars.
They won't let them see what's going on.
That it was wrong for Philadelphia Democrats to ignore a court order that demanded poll watchers have their rightful access.
Why would you do that if you weren't cheating?
Why wouldn't you let everybody in to watch what's going on?
That it's wrong for a Democratic-controlled ballot counting center, Fulton County, Georgia, you probably have heard this, to tell GOP observers they were done counting for the night, then resume counting the minute the observers left.
These are all things sworn with affidavits, is my understanding.
It was wrong for Nevada voting officials to fabricate proof of residence data for non-eligible voters.
That it was likewise wrong for postal supervisors in several states to order workers to predate late-arriving ballots so it would falsely appear they arrived on time.
Isn't that what the postal workers swore?
And then the Washington Post then said he recounted his testimony.
And he got on and said, I never recounted my testimony.
That it's wrong to cast ballots using the dead.
That clearly has happened in Nevada and elsewhere.
That it is wrong to count ballots from people ineligible to vote in a particular state.
As an example, there are reports many, or at least a fair number of people in California may also have a residence in Nevada, as an example.
And so maybe they got two ballots, and so they voted in the one that mattered more, in Nevada.
It is wrong for a state Supreme Court to ignore state law and the U.S. Constitution to change the voting rules right before an election, rules guaranteed to make the process more susceptible to fraud, like counting absentee ballots days afterwards when it can be sent in or backdated or whatever you want to do.
I was right.
Here is the next statement.
Each of those statements is asserted in 131 sworn affidavits from poll workers, poll watchers, and whistleblowers or happened in broad daylight.
So please answer me honestly.
How many of these wrongs laid out in lawsuits are you willing to outright dismiss?
Doesn't fairness dictate you at least listen to what these people have to say?
How many people must swear, this is a great point, under penalty of imprisonment for perjury before you acknowledge the vote tallies are horribly tarnished?
That's a brief list.
He didn't even do a big job there.
I think he gets to it a little later about the machines.
And I'll do that.
Let me know what you think at 1-8-Prager-776.
Oh yeah, here it is.
I continue with the article.
We have some time.
Would any of this be suspicious?
Now, my Biden-supporting or Trump-hating friends, can we do a little gut check?
Aren't you a little bit queasy about tens of thousands of ballots suddenly appearing from out of state?
With only the presidential race filled out and all filled out for Joe Biden.
Hundreds of thousands of votes popping up overnight election night after the inexplicable halt in counting.
I went to bed at three because nothing was going on, no more counting.
In some places, 100% for Joe Biden.
Philadelphia, a city notorious for election fraud, absolutely refusing to let Republican observers anywhere near the people handling mail-in ballots.
In several states, Piles of Trump votes suddenly getting taken from him.
Then the same exact number suddenly popping up for Biden.
Here we go about the company.
Dominion, the company behind the election system used in these states being connected to the Clinton Foundation and George Soros.
That's either true or not true.
Dozens of states accepting Dominion's system despite its security weaknesses being so evident that Texas rejected it three times.
The Associated Press reporting just last year that Dominion and its sister companies, quote, had long skimped on security in favor of convenience and operated under a shroud of financial and operational secrecy despite their critical role in elections.
And if you listen to the first hour, we're going to play it again.
And now Giuliani and Sidney Powell are reporting it is a company out of Venezuela where its subsidiaries sent the votes out of the country.
To owners of the company before reporting it to the states and where these votes were mostly changed in the middle of the night.
I think the meridian is the big one.
That if we get to the bottom of that, it'll be obvious to everyone.
How much time do I have left, Sean?
I'll continue some of this afterwards.
There's more to come.
So I'm asking if you're a reasonable Democrat out there, and then I'm going to go over some odds that my other brother gave me to talk about odds and what is the likelihood of something happening.

Where are we?
What direction are we in?
Are we headed towards?
We can have social workers.
We can have social workers.

India today, in my understanding, has voter ID for every single Indian citizen.
But we don't in America.
Are we being overtaken by countries like India?
Is the putative announcement of Vice President Biden as quote-unquote present-elect, does that mean that we will be condemned to slipping further behind other nations whose people have wanted to come here like your parents did, Dinesh?
I mean, it's kind of funny, Seb, but we might reach a point soon where we will need election observers from countries like India to ratify that the American electoral process is legitimate.
I never thought I would see a time when not only would the media ignore huge stories, because think of how hard that is to pull off in a free market.
There are thousands of journalists, hundreds of media institutions.
Why won't even one guy at the Dallas Morning News or the Sacramento Bee go?
Mark Eisler filling in for Dennis Prager.
And there's more to come, but I see some challenges.
Let's see where I go first.
Okay, Patricia in Atlanta, Georgia.
Patricia, you're on with Mark.
I just had two questions.
If the Democrats were about committing voter fraud all the way back in the spring, the polls were showing Biden with a big lead in all these states, with the chances to flip the Senate, to maintain and even gain a bigger majority in the House, why didn't they do a bigger amount of fraud and have Biden win by a landslide, flip the Senate?
And win all these other races as well.
And secondly...
Hold on, let me do the first one, so I don't forget your points.
And it's a fair question.
The fact is that the reports are, and this will be coming out from Powell, and they're going to either will or won't, is they waited in the middle of the night to see how many votes they would need, the way these machines, I don't know the intricacies of the machine, I think you could change it, only change it for present as an example, not do everything at once.
That's why...
Very amazingly, all the vote counting stopped in these four major areas about the same time, is my understanding, so they could see how many votes they needed.
You couldn't do this all in advance, the way the machine technology...
This is my guess of why, according to what I heard from Powell so far, she said it'll all come out.
Technically, for procedural reasons, they had to do it this way, and they couldn't do the Senate at the same time.
So that answers your first question.
What's your second question?
I don't buy your response anyway, because how do we know?
I mean, where is this all going to come out?
Where is the evidence?
There's affidavits.
Wait, wait, wait.
Wait, wait, wait.
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
I'll put you on hold.
Okay, you're just not going to let me talk.
So I put you on hold.
I'll go back to you.
I answered you and you weren't listening.
If we can have a dialogue, it'll work better.
So, Patricia, I'm putting you back on now.
There are affidavits, sworn affidavits.
A penalty of prison time or jail time.
That's the evidence.
Well, they already had one person who swore that there were instances of fraud in Nevada, and he recanted and took back what he said.
I don't know if that's true, but I'll take your word that that's true.
What does that have to do with hundreds of people swearing under oath different things that these things happened?
Because if there were all these people that were swearing and this was real, then all those court cases, all the things that have been brought forth in all those states would not have been dismissed.
No, that's not true because they're in...
Patricia, are you going to go on again and not dialogue with me?
Because in local cities where it's Democrat-controlled by Democrat judges, we're going to have to wait and see until it gets...
As an example, the Pennsylvania State Court...
The governor of Pennsylvania ignored the state legislature, which is clear under the Constitution they're the only ones that could change election law.
The governor didn't like that, so he went to the Pennsylvania State Court, controlled by the Democrats, and got them to say it's okay what they were doing.
When that one is so clear...
You don't have to be a lawyer to see it.
The Constitution says the state legislatures have control over the voting process and set the terms and the procedures.
So don't tell me about local judges who ruled otherwise.
I'm not sure Gore didn't win in some cases until it went to the United States Supreme Court.
So that doesn't prove anything either.
Well, it went to the...
In Pennsylvania, it did go to the Supreme Court.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court allowed the ballots...
That's correct, but that's illegal, Patricia.
Do you know the Constitution?
That's illegal.
Only the states can control election law.
Not the courts, not the local election officials like the Secretary of State of Pennsylvania.
They don't get to decide.
Only the state legislatures.
That's what's in the Constitution.
The State of Pennsylvania said...
Not the state of Pennsylvania.
The Supreme Court ruled that.
The state of Pennsylvania didn't say that.
What's the difference between the state of Pennsylvania and the state of Pennsylvania's Supreme Court?
I'll answer you, Patricia.
We have three branches of government.
One are the courts, one is the executive, and one is the legislative.
I think the phrase is plenary power, but I don't want to misstate anything.
That's the state legislature.
That's not the state court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
They don't have any right to do that.
It's not given to them under the Constitution.
So you're asking...
And all those votes were not counted and Joe Biden still won.
No, all those votes...
No, Patricia...
Okay, I've given you a lot of time.
Wrong.
All those votes have not been not counted.
They have been counted.
And there's much more fraud to come if Sidney Powell is right when you look at the machines that they changed all these votes.
Now, I gave you a lot of time.
I think we have time for someone else.
Who disagrees with me in Philadelphia.
Tony in Philadelphia, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Tony.
Okay, I'll put you, he disagreed with me too, and I'll put him on hold.
Let's see.
Okay, here's another one who disagrees with me.
John in Libertyville, Illinois, you're on with Mark.
Hi, thanks for taking my call.
You said a little while ago that, you know, if there's all these people who think Donald Trump is a Nazi or a fascist, doesn't that mean that they will go to any lengths, even cheating, to deny him the presidency?
I have to tell you, sir, I hear you say that, and all I can think is, if there's so many people who think that Joe Biden is a corrupt Marxist who's going to let Antifa come burn down the suburbs, Don't you think there's a lot of people who would either cheat or, after Trump loses, go on the radio and lie about a bunch of vote fraud?
That seems a lot more likely to me.
So you're accusing me of lying.
I just made up everything I read by this writer.
This is what he's saying.
He's the one lying.
I'm reporting it, so I'm complicit in this also.
But here's the answer to you.
I have the answer for you, okay?
Did you see the march in Washington?
People dispute how many people there were.
We don't riot.
We don't loot.
We don't break the law.
That's on your side for the most part.
I'm not saying it's perfect.
But we don't do those things.
We don't destroy stores.
We do not listen to the lawful legal authorities.
And did you see that it's not getting much media coverage?
There are people beat up by Antifa and others because they marched for Trump.
On Saturday in Washington.
We don't do that stuff.
It's not in our moral code to cheat and you'd have to go pretty far.
And I didn't get a chance to say it.
If Joe Biden won this election legally...
Talk about me, I would never cheat.
It's not in my code of ethics to do that.
I could live with myself, which is the question for a lot of people, including the media and the press.
How could you not report on Biden's dealings, his son's dealings, but he looks like he got a cut of the money with Ukraine and other countries?
How could you live with yourself as a journalist, so-called journalist?
How could you not report the other side?
We don't...
Do that kind of stuff as a rule.
I'm not saying this is perfect.
But I don't think Joe Biden is a fascist or a Nazi.
I don't think he's anybody.
I just think he's always wanted to get elected for 47 years.
That's not how we do it in the country.
I accept the rule of law.
And I accept the conditions.
But don't go cheating on me.
Don't do this illegally.
But I know what the other side is capable of doing.
I get it all the time.
The guy called me a pathological liar.
He doesn't even know me.
And all of a sudden, I'm a pathological liar.
And then he gets on and says, I only have 30 seconds.
Will you hold me over?
No, he was even wrong on that.
Let me know what you think.
Thank Mark Geister for Dennis Prager.

The mainstream media, as we've talked before, is trying to use this term widespread fraud to move the goalposts and to basically say this doesn't matter.
This doesn't matter.
Biden is the president elect.
We've coronated him.
That's the end of the story.
But even more than that, when you have this much of intentional Malfeasance.
And you have this much intentional criminal activity.
This is really a disenfranchisement of the entire nation.
And so this isn't just about those specific votes that were manipulated.
This is about leaving open this electronic activity for this type of fraud on purpose.
And I posted a link on my Twitter page.
And I encourage everybody, you know, follow me, follow Team Trump.
Of course, follow the president on...
Twitter, but I posted a link to a report just from last year in 2019 from the state of Texas who refused to certify Dominion voting systems because they found that it was too open to this kind of user abuse and it had portals that were open for USB for other online activity that it was too open to fraud and so on the Texas Secretary of State website,
there's this four-page document where an Assistant Attorney General in Texas says, I recommend that we don't use this because it's too open to manipulation and fraud.
Okay, so Texas said, this is fishy, we don't want to use these machines, but these machines were used in how many states?
Right now, we're looking at upwards of possibly 38 states.

So when you know that if the Democrats control the entire government, We will be facing a sea change of the way law enforcement is regarded in America.
It is widely believed that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is going to run the Biden White House, already runs the House.
And could very well influence the Senate.
She was on a town hall, virtual town hall meeting yesterday, and this brash, bold, prominent, powerful young Democrat had the following to say about what she believes the path of justice in America actually looks like.
Is that I believe that the path towards justice is a long arc and that it happens in steps.
And I believe that this call for me personally is a step to build a world where we are safe in more than one way.

First of all, I've said this in the past, too, this part, that everything they accuse us of, they do.
That's always interesting.
But it so ingrains so many things, so if they're willing to lie and cheat and whatever, we must be willing to do that too.
No.
I could not change a vote if I was a vote tabulator.
I could not live with myself if I changed the vote from Biden to Trump illegally.
It's not in my moral code.
It just wouldn't happen.
And I think most of the people on my side...
That's how we think.
And we were both talking about, you know, we were born Democrats into Democrat families.
It took a while to think and say, wait a second, this doesn't make sense.

I want a smaller government.
I don't want people intruding in my life.

Brian, you're on with Mark.
Hi, I'm in Shoreview.
But about the comment the lady, previous caller, mentioned about this guy recanting his affidavit of election fraud, that's not true.
That was some, one of the congressmen or senators lied nationally about that.
A couple days later, a national news organization or two interviewed this guy, and he said he never, ever spoke to anyone, never recanted anything.
He totally denied it as a complete fallacy, a lie, a made-up story.
I think I mentioned it was a report in the Washington Post, too, and I saw him.
He said, I never said that.
He didn't recant anything.
They just made it up.
There's just so much lying going on.
It's horrible from the Democratic side of the aisle.
That's correct.
Thanks, Brian.
Appreciate it.

Gore sued Florida.
Let's go to Mark in Los Angeles.
Mark, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Mark.
Yes, hello.
I hope Patricia is still listening.
In the crime of 2000, what happened is that Al Gore successfully sued the state of Florida, A supporter of the Supreme Court changed the election law to benefit Al Gore.
It was a seven-minute member panel of judges, every one of them, were Democrats.
He successfully sued and changed the voting law during the vote.
That went to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Two issues.
The U.S. Supreme Court said existing law must end and Al Gore law on existing law.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was on the wrong side of the Constitution on both issues.
Moving forward, Trump is suing the five states, not to change election laws, but to preserve the election laws as they stand now.
not just not law that were created by judicial fiat my law that were create or lack of a better term of their quote are not created by uh... uh... uh... judge uh... governor's uh... executive order but the law of out-of-date picture so it's a different standard uh... while we are president trump is preserving the existing law but he wins now a funny thing happened on the way to the department of fraud
bruce bader ginsburg dot i think that bombs up all the bombs up the whole game they were thought the democrats of it were going to be perfectly happy with the five-fourth of the left uh... in the bible favor all you up by large uh... state court and governors can change the existing election law during election that would have been okay on a five-fourth but but ginsburg died and replaced by a strict constitution of i think
uh... uh... president trump went on what this uh... not that gets up to the uh... uh... united states supreme court what do you think I think he wins at the Supreme Court level.
And even if not, I think if we have, like I mentioned in Michigan, I saw the leader of the House in Michigan saying we need to investigate this.
Anybody who investigates this is likely to come out on our side.
So as an example, Michigan sends...
Go ahead, make your point.
Yeah, thank you.
He's the host, too.
We've got a number host today.
In Michigan, if they send a slate dedicated to Trump...
You could have it where no one gets the 270 votes.
I think that's possible, too.
And then it goes to Congress, and we control most of the states in Congress.
26-24, we win still.
So, Patrice, please educate yourself.
What you believe isn't so, as Reagan put it.
Yes, but they'll never change.
If you want to believe a certain way, you're not going to be open to it.
Let me know what you think.

With all the election coverage going
on, with Republicans winning 28 out of 29 House seats, doing very well in the Senate, flipping a Senate seat in Alabama, Republicans winning competitive House races, President Trump doing phenomenally well in Florida, We talked about a red wave that was interrupted in just a couple of states.
President Donald Trump doing five points better in Chicago.
And so with all of that, I kind of took my eye off the ball on something that I was just really curious about.
So I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, the suburbs of Chicago.
I grew up listening to AM560 The Answer.
Hello to everyone that's listening right now in AM560 The Answer to this program right now.
And in the last decade, I saw Illinois make a sequence of decisions that were so incredibly self-defeating, some would almost call it economically or politically suicidal.
Tax hikes, re-electing corrupt politicians, legalizing marijuana, bailing out public sector teacher unions, appeasing the Chicago Teachers Union.
It has been...
A very difficult decade for those of us that grew up in Illinois.
So difficult that I left.
I'm technically now a Florida resident.
And I voted proudly in Florida for President Donald Trump.

Because on January 5, Georgians will decide two United States Senate seats and run off elections.
We're on to Georgia.

And in a moment, I'll tell you how you can help.

And let's go to Chuck in Cleveland, Ohio.
Chuck, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Doc.
Fine.
Can you hear me?
I can.
Okay.
The reason I was calling is because it sounds like, you know, a lot of us conservatives are basically just fed up with The left making up their own laws, like you were kind of like in a debate with that woman a couple callers ago.
It's like, they don't acknowledge the law.
They don't care about the law.
When was the last time in the last four years that the left has actually acknowledged the law?
And just now, Durham, a couple hours ago, says he's not going to bring the diapers.
I mean, obviously, they're in a deep state, too.
Well, Bob.
Everyone's bought out.
And then Trump wanted to bring these people home from Syria, and the guy just ignored them yesterday.
They don't...
There's a law.
That's the whole point.
That's why everyone's not happy.
Because nobody follows them.
They follow the law for themselves.
Just like in all these cities.
You think it's a coincidence that these mayors and governors and chief of police allowed rioters, they literally allowed rioters to destroy their city and then let them out once they were arrested within 24 hours.
Not even 24 hours.
That very night they were let out.
That's not a coincidence.
These people are complicit.
And anti-American.
All of them.
I bet you, Chuck, I bet you, and I appreciate your call, I bet you know this, though, that Soros has funded district attorneys throughout the United States that are so far left.
The election for DA in Los Angeles County was between a Democrat, probably liberal, and a leftist.
And who do you think won?
The leftist won.
I think supported by Soros.
This guy was rejected from San Francisco.
Good luck if you live in L.A. Oh, hi, Mark.
You know, I've been listening to some of these people that are calling in today that they seem upset that Trump may, you know, that it's like they want Joe Biden to win.
You know, I've been watching Donald Trump for over 30 years, and that man has done more for New York City, for the communities where he's been a part in his business than people realize.
And, you know, all these people that are against him now all loved him before he ran for president.
And I don't think people are thinking clearly because there's definitely, if Joe Biden gets in as president, they are going to try and turn this country into socialism.
No doubt about it.
And that really does concern me.
And I think everybody should be concerned.
Despite the fact he may not like Donald Trump, if they don't start looking at this and really take a look at what they have planned for this country.
You know, I know this is all in darkness.
We've got to go, so I thank you for your call.
Yeah, yeah.
Socialism and communism, that's what you're going to get.

Yeah, well where we're at is uncovering just massive, massive fraud.
And there will be lawsuits that will be filed in the forthcoming days, possibly even within the next 24 hours.
And remember, of course, for all the American people who are wondering, you know, when are we going to see the evidence?
They could duplicate the vote if it was Biden and have a person actually cast not one but six votes for Biden.
So all of this technology, we really, really need a forensic audit.
We need to know exactly what happened.

This means that they can bribe somebody inside the company to get the software changed, which I believe they did.
They can make a third-party payment for the bribe, and nobody would know it.
This is the highest form of corruption because these two ladies could have bought 10,000 companies and stocked those companies.
They chose this company.
Why?
For only one reason.
To bribe and change the software, in my opinion.
The second thing I want to say is Trump would have won the election if he didn't have such a big mouth.
I am so angry at his mouth because if he would have loved the people and said something in a different way, had he done that, he would still have been the winner even though the pandemic hit.
And many people that I'm friends with have said were sick of his big mouth, but he does so many good things.
That's what I have to say.
Good, and I'll respond to you.
So let me do the second one first.
And people have suggested this to me before.
First of all, you get the whole package.
This is who Donald Trump is.
He's got more courage than any other president, it seems, that we've had for moving the embassy to Israel and out of the Iran deal and out of the Paris Peace Accords.
This guy's got courage.
But the complete package includes some personal things that people don't like about him.
But it's hard for me to imagine that that would stop people from saving America.
So that's my response to him.
And also...
If this election was fixed as you and I think it was, they would have just gotten more ballots.
That's why they stopped in the middle of the night to see how much they needed.
So even if your friends and others like that would have gotten a higher percentage, they would have just fixed more ballots.
That's my response to that.
And as far as I also think Pelosi's former chief of staff is in dominion.
So there's so much corruption going on.
Any reasonable person, and I'm going to continue reading some of the points that article mentioned in the next hour, any reasonable person would have to say, let's investigate this.
It looks like it's possible there was a lot of corruption there.
Some of these things don't make sense.
But you've got to have that mindset.
Now I know I'm not going to convince the hardcore Democrats who would never change.
Biden had a D in front of his name.
That was enough.
They don't care.
Let me know what you think.

For people who are really, really crushed by how this election appears to be turning out, Donald Trump has changed this country.
Donald Trump has changed this party.
And the man is not going to go away.
Donald Trump has expanded the number.
It appears that he increased his percentage of the black vote by about 50%.
And I heard some Castors say, well, it's not that big of a deal.
Really?
If your ratings went up 50%, you'd say it's not that big of a deal?
It's a huge deal.
And Democrats are losing ground with blacks every four years for the last several election cycles.
2020?
Looks like Trump is getting around 12%.
That's the highest percentage of the black vote any Republican candidate for president has received.
Since Gerald Ford, 1976.
And in that conference call that they had that they leaked, it is clear that a whole lot of people were PO'd at the so-called squad and blamed, defund the police, Medicare for All, Green New Deal for the defeat.

You're there.
You're a lawyer.
What do you see happening right now?
Where are we?
Yeah, well, where we're at is uncovering just massive, massive fraud.
And there will be lawsuits that will be filed in the forthcoming days, possibly even within the next 24 hours.
And remember, of course, for all the American people who are wondering, you know, when are we going to see the evidence?
When are we going to get to the bottom of this?
Investigations do take time.
We're working as rapidly as possible.
It's only been a little over a week.
But what we are discovering, the people who are coming forward as whistleblowers to explain what they saw, not only at the polling locations, and then how they were denied access to the polling locations.
But even more than that, Eric, what we're seeing with this...
Dominion voting system.
And there's even more than this that I can't even go into detail right now about this company.

If you undermine that pressure, if you undermine the confidence that the Gulf states have that the United States will be a partner for peace in the Middle East, we are in for a very difficult, long time.
Mr. Secretary, I want to turn to the Chinese Communist Party and to the conservative realism about it that you and President Trump have articulated and defended.
Do we expect, short-term, more sanctions in December and January on entities like Huawei?
I don't want to get out in front of what decisions the President will make, but make no mistake about the work that we're doing to ken the threat from the Chinese Communist Party continues.
So there's still a fair amount of work to do.
The State Department's got work to do.
The Treasury's still got some things that they're going to do, and I'm confident the White House will have.
J.B. Pritzker, who was born on third, thought he hit a triple. thought he hit a triple.
J.B. Pritzker, who is of the Hyatt Hotel fortune, multi-billionaire, ran for governor in 2018, defeated incumbent Republican Bruce Rauner.
He spent $100 million to become governor.
And basically, people said, if you want it that bad, you could be governor of Illinois.
So J.B. Pritzker is not a very smart man.
And so he spent...
$56 million of his own money recently to promote something called the fair tax in Illinois.
The fair tax would have dramatically increased taxes on all people in Illinois.
He spent $56 million.
Public sector teacher unions spent money on it.
It was an overwhelming campaign to try and implement A tax hike in Illinois.
I was almost certain this tax hike was going to be voted for overwhelmingly and decisively.
And I spent a lot of time here in Arizona.
Thanks for stopping.
And in Arizona, Prop 208 passed,

So if you didn't hear it, it's on the second hour.
Lindsey Graham's report on evidence of ballot harvesting operation at Pennsylvania nursing homes, which could have netted Biden 25,000 votes.
Ballot harvesting is illegal in Pennsylvania.
Biden vote tolls in specific swing cities and nowhere else, this is important, exceeding Obama's total by up to 40%.
Now, you're going to tell me that Biden out-polled Obama by 40%?
This non-campaign, no ground game, it's just incredulous.
Vote tallies for Biden in Milwaukee exceeding Obama's 2008 landslide.
Despite, get this, Milwaukee having fewer people than it did in 2008. And despite Donald Trump greatly increasing his share of the minority vote.
Okay, next.
I think I mentioned this before.
Joe Biden underperforming Hillary Clinton almost everywhere.
Catch this.
Except in a couple of crucial swing state cities.
And only after counting in those states was halted.
Okay, did you catch that?
They halt the counting of votes.
I was just talking to someone saying that I went to sleep at about 3 a.m.
because the votes in Wisconsin and Michigan weren't moving.
So what is this going on?
That's probably the time they took care of the stuff they needed to take care of.
And, amazingly, only beating Hillary's count in four major cities.
What are the cities?
Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta, and Philadelphia.
Where the votes exceeded registration.
The votes cannot exceed registration and be legal.
Next, Joe Biden handily losing bellwether states Florida and Ohio, but somehow defying history and winning.
This despite very little campaigning, a non-existent ground game, and a campaign message that ran counter to the economic interests of the American people.
You may not agree with the last part that he makes.
But here's his ending.
Honesty is the path to unity.
Yes, it is possible a good percentage of people could go, I don't care, orange man bad.
But I want to believe that a majority of Biden voters will be honest enough to check their dislike of Trump long enough to acknowledge the reality of all the smoke and the possibility of fire.
That they would rather have an honest count of legitimate and only legitimate votes.
And they would want to see those who have committed fraud punished.
I hope they agree that the only path to reunifying the country is the assurance of an honest count, and it is worth a few weeks of time to check it all out.
That's all he's saying.
Even if Orange Man is bad, a stolen election is far, far, far worse.
And I know that's true, and I speak for a lot of people out there.
We're never going to accept this if this thing was stolen.
Now, that was his commentary, and I want you to call to agree or disagree with any or all of these reported conclusions.
But I want to talk about several of these points in a more specific and what I think is an easier way to understand it.
And I give my other brother credit for throwing it out to me.
I thought of some of these things, but he puts it in a pretty good way.
If you had a deck of cards and you drew 13 cards in a row that all came out hearts, would you think something was wrong?
Or better yet, if you threw a coin, I don't know, how about 25 times?
And it came out heads every time.
What would you think?
How about thousands of times?
Would you think, or you would think, I believe, that both sides of the coins were heads, right?
Some of the facts that I've mentioned over the last two hours have the same kind of incredulity.
Thousands of ballots being discovered with only Joe Biden's name on them.
Or in Georgia, for example, over 90,000 ballots appearing with only votes for the president.
Doesn't make sense.
Georgia had two contested Senate elections.
How does that happen?
It defies common sense like with the deck of cards or the coin tossing.
So I get if you don't care because you hate Trump so much.
But at least be honest and admit the likelihood of widespread forward.
Or at least some of you agreeing that it should be investigated.
What have you got to lose if everything was on the up and up?
You have a lot to gain.
But a lot to lose if you ignore all of this.
Excuse me.
Half of the country, and probably most of them, will never believe a fair election can be held again.
You will have permanent distrust and chaos.
And people like me will do everything possible to destroy the illegal presidency of Joe Biden and future presidents.
If we truly investigate and count all the legal ballots, I would still be very unhappy if Trump lost legitimately.
But I wouldn't try to resist, and I would accept his presidency.
Let me know what you're thinking.

Hello, Mark.
How are you doing today?
I'm pretty good talking to you.
I'm doing fine.
My comments, I'm going to get out of this wind because I know it's messing up the phone, but back in between 2015 and 2017, The Clinton Foundation worked with this company on their software, programming it for elections in the United States.
And then Clinton got on the television and told Joe Biden, never to concede.
We'll find the votes somehow.
Don't concede.
If you ain't got enough, we'll get them somewhere.
And then all this comes up with this software.
I mean, it's just so obvious.
That's what I was thinking.
I don't understand how people don't see that.
Well, some, thanks for your call, and I want to be careful about that.
Hillary didn't say, we'll get you the vote somehow, but you're right, that's probably what she was thinking.
But, you know, they don't want to see it.
A lot of people don't want to see it, because he's a fascist, we're fascists.
We're extreme right-wingers.
What they're doing is right and what we're doing is wrong.
And anything in the name of that is okay.
Let's go.
So many good calls.
Jerry in Beverly Hills.
You're on with Mark.
Hey, Mark.
Good morning.
Good morning.
In keeping with Dennis Prager's philosophy of clarity more importantly than agreement, it seems to me that discussing whether you're discussing with colleagues on the phone or ultimately whether it's a judge deciding this, it's not right or wrong.
It's not right or left.
It's how you lean.
If you're a Democratic judge, as you suggested, you're going to vote against this.
So if you're a Republican, you might vote in favor.
There's no right or wrong anymore when we have a divided Supreme Court that votes five to four.
It's not four wrong and five right.
It's four dissenting and five in the majority.
It destroys this theory of what is absolutely right and what's absolutely wrong.
And in regards to particularly these allegations by the Trump campaign, although I voted for Trump, you know, if in fact there's some definitive proof...
Then give it to the judge so that they can stop this dismissing of it for lack of evidence.
But if it's only allegations and affidavits submitted under perjury, well, when's the last time anybody got convicted of perjury and got sent to jail?
And if you want me to fill out something that says today's not Monday and swear to it, I will.
Well, most of us wouldn't.
Maybe you would, Jerry.
I wouldn't.
I wouldn't swear to something that's not true.
You have very little faith in the vast majority of the American people.
Let's go to James in Yuma, Arizona.
James, you're on with Mark.
Hey, yeah.
This is going to be hard to swallow because I am a Trump supporter, but I think this is becoming too much about the personality of Trump versus right and wrong.
You know, I could cite as an example.
I actually live in California, although I'm in Yuma right now.
And we've been ballot harvest for the last 20 years, and nobody has said a word about it.
Well, people have said a word about it.
There are a lot of people upset about it.
That's where Republicans put out their own boxes this time.
But we can't have a country anymore if we don't accept the sanctity of the vote.
Let me know what you think.

*music* Folks, the new guy on Joe Biden's task force is named Dr. Michael Osterholm.
He recommends a four- to six-week nationwide lockdown.
We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers, for losses to small companies, to medium-sized companies, for cities, states, county governments.
We could do all of that.
If we did that, then we could lock down for four to six weeks.
And if we did that, we could drive the numbers down like they've done in Asia, like they did in New Zealand and Australia.
Okay.
Man is recommending a four to six week nationwide lockdown, right?
Here's what Dr. Fauci said about that.
You know, I don't know.
We would like to stay away from that, Robin, because there is no appetite for locking down.

This doesn't matter.
Biden is the president-elect.
We've coronated him.
That's the end of the story.
But even more than that, when you have this much of intentional malfeasance and you have this much intentional criminal activity, this is really a disenfranchisement of the entire nation.
And so this isn't just about those specific votes that were manipulated.
This is about leaving open this electronic activity.
for this type of fraud on purpose and I posted a link on my Twitter page and I encourage everybody to follow follow me, follow Team Trump, of course follow the president on Twitter but I posted a link to a report just from last year in 2019 from the state of Texas who refused to certify Dominion voting systems because they found that it was too open to this kind of user abuse and it had portals that were open for USB for other online activity that
it was too open to fraud and so on the Texas Secretary of State website, there's this four-page document where an Assistant Attorney General in Texas says, I recommend that we don't use this because it's too open to manipulation and fraud.
Okay, so Texas said, this is fishy, we don't want to use these machines, but these machines were used in how many states?

So let's go next.
We've lost him.
Abby, in Columbus, Ohio, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Mark.
Hi.
Just a quick question.
So there is a letter circulating on social media from Congress of the United States addressed to the Honorable Emily Murphy.
It was submitted by ranking member Jody Heiss.
The letter basically summarizes that Biden and Harris are not president, vice president elect and due to a precedent set by the Clinton administration, they are basically telling them that they need to stop losing that title.
Just wondering if you have heard anything about this and if it is a legitimate letter.
I have not heard anything and so I try to be careful, certainly in the tradition of dentists, to check everything out before I say it.
That's why I'm even saying all the things about Meridian.
It's reported that Meridian was involved in Venezuela and Cuba, that Nancy Pelosi's chief of staff is on the board.
I mean, Powell, Sidney Powell, the attorney, has said these things.
But, you know, you want to be sure.
So I haven't heard about that letter, and so I wouldn't assume it's true until we get confirmation.
Okay, and then how do you go about getting confirmation?
Well, it comes from a various number of sources, right?
That's what you have to check out.
There are so many things on the internet you have to be careful about, and you could be taken by it unless you, you know, things on my side, on our side, I'll say, wait, let me check out if that's true.
And then I had to see Giuliani saying, he said a lot of stuff yesterday, too.
You've got to see if enough people say it or people verify it.
It's got to be from more than one source.
That's one way to do it.
But that's what you need to do.
Before, I haven't heard anything about that letter.
It may be accurate.
I've seen nothing about it.
And let's go to, let's see, so many good ones.
I don't think so, but let me take J.D.'s call in Boulder, Colorado.
J.D., you had a question.
Hi, Mark.
Yeah, my question is about back-ballotating the ballots.
Two scenarios, the one where the voter only votes for the president and doesn't vote down-ballot, or the Dominion one.
Where the votes were changed.
Now, I can't seem to find answers as to can they take a ballot and back validate it to an address to a person and at least validate whether that person voted in the election.
They only need to do it in a sample.
They don't have to do it with everyone.
They just have to do it with sample to see whether they correspond correctly.
And then with the Dominion one, I don't know how that works, but my ballot was paper and put in a box.
Does the Dominion process, is it all electronic, or do they fill out a paper ballot?
No, as far as I know, it's all electronic, and they can literally, I've seen reports, like I said to the last lady, it's got to be verified, that they can, on the Internet, change votes, or come up with votes.
And as to your question, can you check individual ballots to see what a particular person, how they voted?
I don't think you could do that, and I worry about that with Pennsylvania.
You know, if they refuse to segregate the ballots, as the Supreme Court Justice Aliotto suggested, Alito, I'm sorry, I think it's someone else.
Alito, yeah.
Yeah.
Can they, did they do that?
What if they didn't do that?
How do you prove it?
I mean, this is going to be one big mess.
But the court's going to have to rule on it, the Supreme Court, not the local little courts with Democrat judges.
I just want it to be fair.
Let me say that clearly again.
Most of the people on our side just want it to be fair.
I'll be disgusted if he lost and miserable for four years or two years or whatever, but I don't believe he lost.
And that's what we're all saying.
So watch Dominion, though, J.D. I think you're going to see a lot of stuff come out about that.
And there are affidavits.
There may even be, Sidney Powell alluded to this, there may be people who work for Dominion who are willing to swear under oath what these people are up to.
That would be big.
Okay?
All right.
Well, thank you.
I just gave you some answers.
Good.
I hope I gave it to you.
Always check all these things out.
I can't be sure.
That's why I say Sidney Powell said this.
Rudy Giuliani said this.
You hear all kinds of things.
Let's go.
Here's someone who's been waiting a long time and I think they want to challenge me.
Bert, Inkster, Michigan.
Is that correct?
Or Minnesota?
Hi, Bert.
Bert is so shocked that after two hours I took his call.
Bert is not there.
I'll put him on hold.
I'm sorry, Bert, I apologize.
Let's go to Mike in Los Angeles.
Mike, you're on with Mark.
Hey, Mark, how are you?
I'm well.
A few seconds, a few minutes ago, you made an argument regarding flipping a coin X number of times, or the fact that you draw cards and you draw 13 hearts in a row.
I think one of the things that the argument omits, and it's something really to think about, is if I'm the Democrat and I'm constantly winning, because in California we have ballot harvesting, In California, we have all of these various constructs that have resulted in a single-party state.
Who cares?
I continue to win.
I don't want to hear anything you have to say.
Be done.
Do you see where I'm coming from?
Yeah, I think I do.
But they didn't think they were going to win in Michigan and in Wisconsin and in Pennsylvania.
They worried about it.
They saw the rallies like we did, right?
They know what happened last time.
So they didn't think they were going to win unless they fixed the election.
Correct.
But if your point is, what are we going to do in the future if we know we're always going to lose, the answer is we won't have a country anymore, right?
Correct.
Well, California is really the model, because if you can take a look at what happened, for example, in Orange County, Orange County has always been a very Republican county, right?
Right.
And one would believe that they had enough votes in the last 2015 election to go ahead and win all the seats they had.
What happened?
We introduced ballot harvesting, and now we lost a lot of those seats.
Right.
No one would have predicted that.
I think what we're doing, what the Democratic Party is beginning to get in the process of doing is to take that California model and take it nationwide, which is why you're seeing a lot of this irregularities that are happening in Wisconsin, they're happening in Pennsylvania, they're happening everywhere, right?
And ultimately what you're going to end up with is you're going to end up with a country where you ultimately have a government that is in the business of separating you from your tax dollars for whatever cause there is out there.
Whether it's the homeless...
No, not just that, Mike, and it's a great call.
They'll do it with everything, right?
They'll turn this country into a leftist, another country, at least like Western Europe, if not worse, because they'll have their way, and as you're indicating, they know they can get away with it.
Keep on doing it.
They cheated in the past.
They just had to take it to a bigger level this time, because they knew what would likely happen.
You see, not only won President Trump, but he won big.
Let me know what you think.

Of course.
The right time to normalize with Iran is when the regime complies with the basic set of rules and behaviors that we expect of every nation today.
They continue to...
Build out their missile program to extend their capacity to wreak terror across the world.
They continue to behave in ways that are inconsistent with the commitments even that they made under the JCPOA itself.
As crazy as that was, this is a theocracy, a kleptocracy.
They have destroyed so much wealth and basic prosperity for the Iranian people themselves that we have supported for four years now.
This is a crazy idea to think that you're going to get back into a deal that permitted So many people who have spent four years demonizing President Trump, and a lot of that demonizing you, will not say a bad word against the Iranian regime.
Now, I know you think about international relations a lot.
What is that?
Why can they not come to grips?
Have you thought about what it is in the American psyche on the left that will not let them denounce a cruel, barbaric regime?
One might add anti-Semitic and one that continues to put at risk the basic understandings that we've built out over four years throughout the Middle East.
No, I can't comprehend it.
I couldn't comprehend it when the Obama-Biden administration before went for the JCPOA and ran the linchpin of their foreign policy in the Middle East.
But going back to it, just be crazy.

*music* Folks, the new guy on Joe Biden's task force is named Dr. Michael Osterholm.
He recommends a four to six week...
nationwide lockdown.
We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers, for losses to small companies, to medium-sized companies, for city, states, county governments.
Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
Did you just hear what I heard?
Let me just play that again.
You know, I don't know.
We would like to stay away from that, Robin, because there is no appetite for locking down.
Did he just say there's no appetite for locking down?
But, but, I thought it was all about following the science.
Are you telling me you're taking into consideration public opinion the way Trump has?
How people feel about it?
Whether they feel it's worth it?
Whether they feel the benefits outweigh the cost?
The cost being possible bankruptcy, certainly financial insecurity, divorce, depression, suicide.
Drug abuse?
Have I left anything out?

The mainstream media, as we've talked before, is trying to use this term widespread fraud to move the goalposts and to basically say this doesn't matter.
This doesn't matter.
Biden is the president-elect.
We've coronated him.
That's the end of the story.
But even more than that, when you have...
I'm not supposed to do that on the air.
Mark, I'm sitting for Dennis Prager.
And we have this little thing I also fill in for Larry a lot, and Larry's got his theme song, and he never plays it to me.
The very end, then Sean will play it for me.
Way back home.
George Ezra.
Okay.
What's the name of it?
Is that too much?
Budapest.
Budapest?
Yeah.
Yeah, something like that.
I appreciate it, and we're taking all your calls.
The board is filled, so be patient with me.
Raphael in Los Angeles.
You're on with Mark.
Good morning.
Thank you very much for answering my call.
Sure.
I have one question.
Is that possible to find out the number of registered, voted in each state and find out how many people have voted?
Yes.
There is a report that more people have voted in Nevada than there are actual registered voters.
How could that happen?
It's called cheating.
It's called...
Exactly, but nobody talks about it.
No, they're talking...
Here's what I want to refer everybody to.
Keep watching Sidney Powell.
We played a little of her in the first hour.
P-O-W-E-L-L. She was the attorney and is the attorney for Michael Flynn.
Imagine what Michael Flynn has been through.
Our hearts go out to him.
The guy did less than these people have ever done in terms of supposedly talking illegally to the Russian scene.
It wasn't that.
They got him on procedure.
She's been terrific representing Michael Flynn.
And now she's in the Trump campaign as far as I know.
Check her out online to see her being interviewed by Maria Bartolomo, I think is how you say it, and also Rudy Giuliani Bartolomo.
Thank you, Sean.
Bartolomo.
And check her out.
Check out.
See what Rudy Giuliani is saying.
They're saying that they're going to come up, she is certainly said in particular, with things that will break this wide open, especially with...
The Dominion Company and what they've been up to and how they rigged the election.
So the answer is you can only have more people voting than registered voters if you cheat, which is just one of the many factors that I read by Al Perotta from The Stream.
And you should check that one out, too, if you can't find it.
I'll get it to you.
MarkIsler at AOL.com if I'm not remiss.
Not remiss in knowing my email, but remiss in getting back to you.

Darren in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Darren, you're on with Mark.
Hi, Mark.
Hi.
Nice to hear you.
Thank you.
I just wanted to call and say I completely, 1,000% agree with you.
There is no way on any planet that Joe Biden would have gotten the number of votes he got.
And the only reason I think, and possibly it did happen in 2016, but not to the extent, is because Hillary Clinton, everybody, every politician, other than the Republicans, hopefully, but the media, everybody thought Hillary would take it by a landslide.
That's correct.
And this time I think they thought, we will make darn sure that this guy does not get reelected and Trump has got to fight this.
And if you're a supporter of Trump out there, You had better stay up, stand up, donate money if you can, and fight this thing, because this is going to be the destruction of the United States.
You said you agree with me a thousand percent.
I agree with you, Darren, a thousand percent.
Thank you so much.
It's great to hear you on the radio, too.
Thank you so much, and we'll see you the next time, too.
Thanks, Darren.
Thanks.
You're welcome.
And let's go...
We did that call.
How about Shannon in Center, Texas?
Shannon, you're on with Mark.
Yes, sir.
I just wanted to say I was listening to the program, and I'm like the other caller.
I agree with you.
If Biden won, great.
I mean, let's just be fair about it.
But I don't believe he did, and the Democrats have whined and cried for the last four years.
They've done everything.
I had the same thought that he did.
In 2016, they didn't think they would win.
I mean, they thought they were going to win.
Excuse me.
Didn't think President Trump would become president.
And so, this time they had to cheat.
And I get tired of the...
I heard something on Whoopi's.
I don't watch the mute.
She commented, we should all suck it up.
Well, why do we have to suck it up?
They haven't sucked anything up.
No, you put it in a different way than I might, but you are right.
They never have to do it, didn't have to do it the last four years, right?
I mean, they didn't accept it the last four years.
Now, we're supposed to accept it when the cheating is blatant and obvious, and they came up with absolutely nothing.
He didn't collude with the Russians.
Hillary colluded with the Russians.
He didn't call Ukraine inappropriately.
Joe Biden did.
That's why I often feel I'm on another planet.
I wonder, is this really happening?
Is this really happening in my beloved country where you'll cheat to get ahead?
Let me know what you think.

Are the Abraham Accords, Mr. Secretary, going to thrive, not just for four years, but for four decades and beyond?
You know, what's fundamentally shifted is by President Trump making a few simple decisions based on his belief in conservative realism.
Jerusalem is, in fact, the capital of Israel.
Golan Heights, in fact, are inside of that country.
It's not illegal, per se, for every settlement to be established.
Those basic understandings, along with a commitment that says to the Gulf states, you are better off with foreign policy that recognizes Israel.
If you undermine that pressure, if you undermine the confidence that the Gulf states have that the United States will be a partner for peace in the Middle East, we are in for a very difficult long time.
Mr. Secretary, I want to turn to the Chinese Communist Party and to the conservative realism about it that you and President Trump have articulated and defended.
Do we expect, short-term, more sanctions in...
I don't want to get out in front of what decisions the president will make, but make no mistake about the work that we're doing to kem the threat from the Chinese Communist Party continues.
So there's still a fair amount of work to do.
The State Department's got work to do.
Treasury still got some things that they're going to do and I'm confident the White House will have.

Thank you. you J.B. Pritzker, who was born on third, thought he hit a triple.
And so he spent $56 million of his own money recently to promote something called the fair tax in Illinois.
The fair tax would have dramatically increased taxes on all people in Illinois.
He spent $56 million.
Public sector teacher unions spent money on it.
It was...
An overwhelming campaign to try and implement a tax hike in Illinois.
I was almost certain this tax hike was going to be voted for overwhelmingly and decisively.
And I spent a lot of time here in Arizona, and in Arizona, Prop 208 passed, which raised taxes in Arizona.
So Arizona raises taxes.
How did Illinois vote on the tax hike?
In a stunning victory for taxpayers.
And this connects directly to President Donald Trump, everybody.
It's a very important point.
The fair tax lost 55% to 45%.
The bad guys lost in Illinois.
Big time.
They lost by 10 points.

Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, and this month has been both challenging and wonderful this year, wasn't it?
And can you believe it?
Our friends at Prison Fellowship are already hard at work coordinating Christmas surprises for the children of prisoners through their annual Angel Tree program.
It takes a lot of work to line up families, select just the right presents, and arrange for kids to receive a personalized note.
From their parent who is incarcerated so that they're blessed at Christmas, even though their mom or dad can't be with them.
I think it's a great idea.
And in a moment, I'll tell you how you can help.
Share the love of Christ here on the Dennis Prager Show.
The Marshall family was held together by Angela, who took care of their daughter while her husband was in prison.
And they were blessed by Angel Tree donors.
But he's out now.
The two of them have planted a church, and together they're singing the praises of the angel tree program.
Can't be with them.
I think it's a great idea.
And in a moment, I'll tell you how you can help.
Share the love of Christ here on the Dennis Prager Show.
The Marshall family was held together by Angela, who took care of their daughter while her husband was in prison.
Children of prison should not be punished for the misdeeds of a parent.
They deserve to experience the love of Christ that only you can make happen.
Please make sure these precious kids are not forgotten.
Just go to MikeOnline.com and the first thing you'll see is the Angel Tree banner reading, Give Christmas to Children of Prisoners.
For a gift of just $220, you can bless 10 children of prisoners with special Christmas presents and a personal note from their incarcerated parent.
Plus, every Angel Tree family is also given access to a free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible in English or Spanish.
Once more, please go to DennisPrager.com and click on that Angel Tree banner to join Dennis' campaign for Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree this year.
Or you can phone your donation in any amount to 888-206-2801.

Now, there are so many calls they want to start with me.
All right, I hate to end it on this, but go ahead, Ron.
Let me have it.
Okay.
Gave him a chance, but I can tell you what he said.
Trump lost.
Get over it.
World not coming to an end.
Well, it's getting close, let me tell you.
Because if this just becomes another leftist country, we're finished.
There's something special about the United States of America.
And there's no point if the left takes over.
Before we go, I still have a full board.
I promise to get back there.
I wanted to get this in, too.
I've abandoned Fox News.
Even as late as yesterday, I turned on Fox News briefly, only to see the anchor angrily asking a Trump campaign spokesperson why they were against allowing President-elect Joe Biden to get security information.
Notice, President-elect Joe Biden to get security information.
He said that was not his job as a campaign official, but she still went on and she kept interrupting him.
So, of course, I shut it off.
I couldn't take it.
They're as bad as I heard this CBS radio news announcer on the top of the hour saying there's no fraud evidence on their hourly newscast.
How does he know that when I don't know that?
I thought they were supposed to just report the news, not give commentary.
This, of course, follows Chris Wallace's totally biased debate, so-called moderation, in the first debate.
And then I saw Brett Baer, who I always watched all these years.
I'd make it a point to turn on the television at 3 o'clock Pacific Time.
He was defending Chris Wallace in an arrogant fashion.
And Fox calling, of course, we all know, Arizona early and Florida, among other states, late.
Or Fox, several weeks ago, not allowing Newt Gingrich, I don't know if you heard about this, to speak about George Soros' influence on the election.
It may even be true that some of Soros' people work or are involved with that suspect company, Meridian.
Like I told the other caller, I heard that, saw that.
I don't know if that one's accurate or not.
So I just throw it out there.
Maybe.
And of course we know once Rupert Murdoch allowed his sons to control Fox, it moved decidedly left.
This one is accurate.
With one of his daughter-in-law's proclaiming, I watched her on tape say, we did it.
Speaking of Biden's supposed win.
Not to mention that likely never Trump or Paul Ryan now sits on the board.
He had no great love for Trump, and that's one of the callers said, oh, if Trump didn't run on the mouth and do all the stuff he does, maybe he wouldn't have lost.
Then I answered, they just would have had more phony ballots.
But there's no doubt Paul Ryan is not a big fan of Trump, and the president has said things about him.
That probably doesn't help.
So I'm done with Fox, just so you know, except for Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and perhaps Laura Ingraham.
Something she said one night sounded like she was getting on with it, but she was better last week, so I still hold that out there.
And I suspect they're going to move somewhere soon, because their views are incompatible with the movement of Fox News going left.
By the way, what is Fox News thinking?
Sean, you're a good entrepreneur.
You screw your base.
You kill your base.
And you think you're still going to be in business?
What are they thinking if they don't know who their market is?
I have no idea.
And I suspect their ratings are going down pretty badly.
And I think I've seen signs of that.
For me, it's like being a jilted lover.
They only got so big because the viewers they are now throwing under the bus.
What ingrates?
There's nothing that bothers me more than people who are not grateful.
It's hard to believe.
At least the good news is I get some of my life back, not watching most of their programs anymore.
As a talk show host, I don't have a choice to not watch anything.
So I know people who recommended Newsmax.
I knew their CEO years ago, Chris Ruddy.
I had him on my TV show, The Strange Death of Vincent Foster.
I even remember what he came on and his book was about.
And what's the other one, Sean, with initials with an O? O-A-N or something?
I don't want to misstate it.
Is it O-A-N? So people are suggesting alternatives to Facebook.
I get that.
For now, I'm still on Facebook.
I just wanted to throw that out before we have to go.
How much time do we have left before the break, Sean?
Okay, may not.
Well, let's try Ron one more time.
He's got a minute.
Better than 30 seconds.
Go, Ron.
Yeah, go.
You know, I'm a 76-year-old Vietnam veteran.
I believe in fair play regardless of what side.
Now, I'm a true blue Democrat.
But if Biden, if there was anything done that could be proven that anything was done wrong, to put Biden in the White House, he should not be there.
Exactly.
I didn't want to...
Cut you off, but we're about to run out of time.
I didn't give you a chance to do the but.
I have a feeling that would have been on the other side of what you were saying.
That's all we want to do.
If this was fair, great.
Let's investigate it.
It doesn't look...

Donald Trump has changed this party.
And the man is not going to go away.
Donald Trump has expanded the number.
It appears that he increased his percentage of the black vote by about 50%.
And I heard some caster say, well, it's not that big of a deal.
Really?
If your ratings went up 50%, you'd say it's not that big of a deal?
It's a huge deal.
And Democrats are losing ground with blacks every four years for the last several election cycles.
2020?
Looks like Trump is getting around 12%.
And in that conference call that they had that they leaked, it is clear that a whole lot of people were PO'd at the so-called squad and blamed defund the police, Medicare for All, Green New Deal for the defeat.

It's only been a little over a week, but what we are discovering, the people who are coming forward as whistleblowers to explain what they saw, not only at the polling locations, and then how they were denied access to the polling locations.

There's just so much I could say today, but I think the number one thing, in light of the Barr and Durham investigation being over, which I predicted a long time ago, I think the one thing that has to go forward is Sidney Powell must...
Must address the country and present the evidence.
Not in some judges' chambers.
Not in front of a group of staunch Democrats.
She has to address the 70 million people.
Make it 72 million people that love Donald Trump and what he's done for this country.
