Dennis Prager Show - Trump Advisor: "We're Not Done Fighting" Aired: 2020-11-11 Duration: 04:12 === Review Arizona Votes (02:23) === [00:00:00] If you actually want to be a healer, if you actually mean that, you know what you would do, Joe Biden? [00:00:04] You would say, I want to make sure, I want to convince the Trump people, I want to convince the deplorables that the votes are accurate, so let's do a full audit. [00:00:12] I mean, why wouldn't he? [00:00:13] Why wouldn't he say that? [00:00:14] Hey, there are questions here. [00:00:15] We have four states that are in play. [00:00:17] The maximum lead he has is 0.67%, okay? [00:00:21] Fewer than 100,000 votes among those four states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona. [00:00:27] I'd say 100,000 all in, added together. [00:00:29] If he wants to be a healer, one quick way to heal would say, you know what, we need to make sure these votes are legitimate for everyone's sake. [00:00:36] And yet, of course, he's doing exactly the opposite. [00:00:39] He's been crowned as the president-elect by people like Fox News and CNN. And I think they're of the belief, it's almost like, Dennis, you know, it's football season now. [00:00:47] There's a trick in football that I'm sure any fan has seen, where when you get away with a controversial... [00:00:52] The ref calls it your way, but review would probably overturn it. [00:00:56] What does the team do in the NFL? They get right up to the line and snap it immediately because then you can't review the play. [00:01:01] That's sort of what the media is trying to do here for Joe Biden. [00:01:04] Well, let's just call him president-elect, and if we say it 5,000 times over the weekend, it's going to reinforce in people's minds that this is all decided when it is not decided. [00:01:13] Well said. [00:01:15] So the problem, as I see it is, December 7th, I think it is, is the deadline, correct? [00:01:22] Yeah, I think the 8th are right in there. [00:01:23] And the 14th, they have to actually vote, correct? [00:01:25] Yes. [00:01:26] So what can the Trump people do within a short time span? [00:01:34] Well, no, listen, it's formidable, and I don't want to... [00:01:37] Look, I'm optimistic, and I think we have to fight, okay? [00:01:40] But I'm also realistic. [00:01:41] And, you know, I will be the first to admit that given the condensed timeframe that you're talking about, it is an uphill battle for us. [00:01:47] Now, I think it's still a battle worth waging, and we are doing it. [00:01:50] I'm speaking to you from campaign headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. [00:01:52] And believe me, we are not done fighting. [00:01:54] This president isn't either. [00:01:55] But to answer your question specifically about, you know, how can we get it done that fast in just a matter of weeks? [00:02:01] Hand recounts, you know, we know from the Florida 2000 experience, they can be done relatively quickly. [00:02:07] And that's what it takes. === Firmly Believing In Mail-In Voting Risks (02:03) === [00:02:08] And, you know, by the way, if we win Arizona, and it looks like we're going to by a hair, but it looks like we're going to win Arizona in the next 24 hours, could even be today. [00:02:17] If we win there, we're then talking about two states really in play, Georgia and Pennsylvania, you know, potentially Wisconsin as well. [00:02:24] So, you know, realize we're not talking about a hand recount potentially of 10 states. [00:02:28] We're talking about two, possibly, possibly three at the very most. [00:02:32] You know, that's something America can do. [00:02:34] It's something, again, we did in Florida under highly contentious circumstances at that time. [00:02:39] Can we do that again? [00:02:39] I mean, we think it's realistic to at least try. [00:02:42] You know, again, is it going to succeed? [00:02:43] I don't know. [00:02:44] And if I'm being honest with the audience, you know, I don't want to give people false hope. [00:02:48] You know, I think it's an uphill battle for us. [00:02:51] But I also believe we have to wage this uphill battle because I firmly believe, Dennis, I firmly believe that we won the legal vote. [00:02:58] I think what the Democrats did, particularly in states like Pennsylvania, is they used the virus as an excuse to absolutely overwhelm a system with mail-in voting, knowing full well that there would be no way, no way that they could properly vet the validity of these votes. [00:03:14] And by the way, instead of just my opinion, let me give you a number on that. [00:03:16] So Pennsylvania rejected. [00:03:18] In this election, they rejected mail-in votes. [00:03:20] A total of 0.03% were rejected. [00:03:24] Now, let's put that in context. [00:03:26] Typically in Pennsylvania, they reject about a percent, so three times that many. [00:03:30] In terms of first-time mail-in voters, because they just make more mistakes, Pennsylvania typically rejects 3% historically. [00:03:38] So not 10 times more, 100 times more than they rejected this time. [00:03:43] And compare them to next-door New York, their neighboring state. [00:03:46] New York had a primary election in June, and they went to mass mail-in voting. [00:03:51] And just to show you how much worse the mass nature of it is, you know, of so many people sending in, New York rejected 21% of ballots in June. [00:03:59] And so think of that. [00:04:00] We're now talking about New York rejected, in its most recent election, it rejected 700 times the rate that Pennsylvania just did. [00:04:08] Wow. [00:04:09] These are huge factors. [00:04:10] Huge. [00:04:11] Stay with me, please.
