Provisional Ballots Explained

| Are there not counted votes? | |
| Not counted votes. | |
| As in votes that are cast. | |
| So there's provisional ballots, right? | |
| So provisional ballots can be cast if there's some question about legitimacy or accuracy of that ballot on the day that the vote is cast. | |
| If somebody said, hey, I sent an absentee ballot, but I'm not sure you've got it, and they say, okay, we'll let you cast a provisional ballot. | |
| We'll have to go back and verify, did we get it, have the counted, things like that. | |
| So there are provisional ballots. | |
| I mean, there are ballots that won't be counted because the signatures don't match or they're received after the deadline, things like that. | |
| But, yeah, and I think that's kind of where we're getting to some of these states like Nevada. | |

| Are you aware of the reports out of Philadelphia that Republicans are not allowed in to counting centers? | |
| I am aware of those reports, and I've seen... | |
| Some instances where I think there may have just been a recent ruling that said, no, they are allowed in there now. | |
| But I think that's another example of something that just sort of raises eyebrows, right? | |
| Like, why would we not be wanting, to me, right, both sets of political eyes on the process to make sure that it's as fair as possible? | |
