[00:00:10]  Everything about her, she's sort of, you know, close to perfect, which is what you have to be at this point with regard to being a nominee for judge.

[00:00:29]  Be very bright Be very calm be very fluent have a great family and she has all of that If they if they pack the court I actually at this point I I never make well never very rarely do I make predictions The consequences of
[00:01:00]  packing the court are so severe that I don't think the Democrats would go that way.
[00:01:10]  What they will do, if they can, is add four more seats, Democratic seats, to the Senate by making Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia states.
[00:01:28]  And they will further erode the electoral college.
[00:01:33]  I want to remind you that there are states trying to get rid of the electoral college in a roundabout way.
[00:01:42]  They have pledged that their electors will not follow the vote in their state.
[00:01:54]  But will follow the vote in the country.
[00:02:02]  I don't know how they could get away with that.
[00:02:05]  But I guess states can run it.
[00:02:10]  Now, these are Democratic states, so I believe Colorado is one of them.
[00:02:15]  But let's say Colorado votes Republican.
[00:02:19]  And that those electoral votes...
[00:02:22]  Are the difference between a Biden or Trump win?
[00:02:26]  But Biden gets more votes nationally.
[00:02:30]  Even if Colorado votes Republican, theoretically, their electors would have to vote Democrat.
