| I didn't know that I was being videotaped. | |
| We're always being videotaped right now. | |
| A guy who looks like me was videotaped during those D.C. riots, and it's just an amazing thing. | |
| Eric Metaxas, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the handful of truly funny people. | |

| That is the truth. | |
| And he does it deliberately. | |
| There are people who are funny unintentionally. | |
| But he is deliberately so. | |
| And very profound. | |
| We have a great time when we're together. | |
| It is about one-third trading insults and two-thirds profound stuff about life. | |

| His latest is Donald and the Fake News. | |
| It's a humor book, just in case people... | |
| People keep thinking it's a kid's book. | |
| It's a humor book for adults, but it can work as a kid's book because it's meant to look like a kid's book. | |
| But adults are going to get the humor. | |
| It's political humor, making fun of... | |
| There's a character with a gavel named Madame Misspeaker. | |
| She's the head of the Resistance. | |
| There's a crazy old man in a deli who looks a little bit like Bernie. | |
| It's a lot of adult humor, but it's a simple story of what is fake news and why we need to understand it. | |
| It's fun, folks. | |
| It's part of his series, Donald the Caveman book series. | |

| Is that the new documentary Trump 2024 is coming out? | |
| Is it coming out this weekend? | |
| I was told the primary reason we were talking was to plug Donald and the fake news. | |
| So the answer to that is, I don't know. | |

| It's a documentary about what the significance of this presidency is. | |
| And I don't say president, I say presidency because we're talking about an administration of people who are doing things for the American people that... | |

| You know, we've elected all these Republicans and things, and they don't seem to get to it. | |
| I think that they take social conservatives and conservatives and evangelicals pretty much for granted, the way the Democrats have taken black voters for granted. | |
| It's like they think, hey, where are you going to go? | |
| We don't need to do anything for you. | |
| Where else are you going to go? | |
| This president... | |
| Has taken seriously a number of things that it's just astounding to me that he's the guy doing the things that you would have hoped others would have done. | |
| I mean, moving the embassy to Jerusalem is the most obvious and insane thing. | |
| They all said they were going to do it. | |
| Nobody had the guts to do it. | |
| He did it. | |
| What happened? | |
| Nothing. | |
| You know, except he just looks better and better for doing the things that he said. | |
| I was talking today to somebody. | |
| I was laughing that this president actually brought back the idea of keeping your campaign promises. | |
| In my lifetime, it just became a joke. | |
| Because not only would they break their promises, usually they would simply never mention them again. | |
| Never. | |
