[00:00:22]  What does the average citizen of Portland think?
[00:00:27]  Most people are to the left, leftists as you would call them.
[00:00:32]  Apparently they like this mayor.
[00:00:34]  They plan to re-vote for mayor in November.
[00:00:37]  So if I asked your neighbors what should be done about the violent rioting that has gone on now for two months?
[00:00:45]  Well I just found out that the young neighbor next door has been participating in this and she got an earful from me.
[00:00:55]  Do you speak to her parents at all?
[00:00:58]  No, I don't generally.
[00:01:00]  They've been kind of quiet over the years, but we had an encounter the other day.
[00:01:06]  She had a concern, and I mentioned the rioting downtown, and she said, oh, I participate.
[00:01:15]  And she seemed totally oblivious to rules, law, order, civil respect.
[00:01:24]  She just thought that that was what you do when you're stupid and educated by the government over the last 20 years.

[00:01:33]  She's early 20s.
[00:01:35]  Right.
[00:01:37]  And she went to college, I presume?
[00:01:40]  I presume she has some college, but the local public schools here, middle through high school.
[00:01:48]  I think they're just as bad.
[00:01:50]  Oh, they are.
[00:01:50]  No, no, you're absolutely right.
[00:01:52]  College is irrelevant now.
[00:01:53]  It just cements what has already been paved.
[00:01:58]  Right.
[00:01:59]  But still, what do the business owners think?

[00:02:06]  have we have had this problem for 30 years long before Antifa that ingrates the miscreants the hate America first crowd has been here for a very long time and Chamber of Commerce seems to do absolutely nothing second another world Portland It is indeed.

[00:02:31]  It still has some fantastic places to go, places to see.

[00:02:41]  I have lived here 65 years and have seen my once beautiful city to the point where I cry.
[00:02:48]  For 35 years I drove by the Washington statue that the President has mentioned.
[00:02:53]  I drove by the other day and it's just the pedestal that's standing.
