| So you could spend on yourself $500 million, but you could only give somebody else A few thousand dollars. | |

| So if you did not spend your life making money, as Bloomberg has, if you have not spent... | |
| And he's not the worst. | |
| He did other things. | |
| He was mayor of New York City. | |
| Anybody who becomes a billionaire spends their life trying to make money. | |
| I'm not knocking it. | |
| I'm just telling you that's a fact. | |
| You don't make billion dollars if you're not preoccupied with making a billion dollars. | |
| So those people can spend, like Tom Steyer. | |
| He has a giant for you. | |
| Man's a fool. | |

| I've never heard an intelligent word from him. | |
| It's amazing. | |
| It's actually amazing. | |
| But he can spend on himself. | |
| He spent his life making money. | |
| That's what he's done for a life. | |
| What have you done with your life? | |
| I've made a lot of money. | |

| I can spend all I want on me. | |
| But if I think you're a good candidate and you have done other things with your life, I can't give you any more than a few thousand dollars. | |
| So anyway, that's another gift of the left. | |
