[00:00:21]  The serious comment is, you know, Bloomberg has retreated from so much of what made his three terms as mayor successful.

[00:00:32]  He's apologized for stop and frisk.
[00:00:34]  He's apologized for charter schools.
[00:00:36]  He's apologized for attacking and criticizing political correctness.
[00:00:40]  He's apologized.
[00:00:41]  In other words, while Bloomberg has a moderate reputation and governs sensibly, he's repeated much of that.
