[00:00:10]  I am so aware of the suffering that is ubiquitous.
[00:00:16]  How could I not feel how lucky I am?
[00:00:19]  But I am not alone in this regard.
[00:00:24]  There are so many people in this circumstance.
[00:00:29]  So keep that chart for this next week.
[00:00:32]  Just every time you feel lucky, just put a, you know, a line under that side.
[00:00:37]  And every time you feel unlucky, put a line on that side.

[00:00:58]  I want to say I've been a very optimistic person and a happy person all my life.
[00:01:04]  And it was through the happiness hour that it really solidified, and I recognized how I could even be more happy and have that choice.
[00:01:12]  And it also helped besides just being happy, but it also makes the choice of how I respond to things that have happened to me, like stage 4 colon cancer.
[00:01:21]  And it was through the idea that we don't determine what happens to us.
[00:01:25]  It just happens.
[00:01:26]  But we do have a choice on how we respond to it.
[00:01:30]  Exactly what I was just saying.
[00:01:34]  Well, that's why I broadcast the Happiness Hour.
[00:01:37]  And I know it has an impact.
[00:01:39]  There's no reason it shouldn't have an impact.
[00:01:41]  It certainly isn't political.
[00:01:45]  So I wonder what people do.
[00:01:47]  We're affected by the happy.
[00:01:49]  I do.
[00:01:49]  I think about this on occasion.
[00:01:51]  People who can't stand my views on life other than the happiness error, let's say the male-female error.
[00:01:57]  So what do you think happens with me?
[00:02:00]  So am I sort of like bifurcated?
[00:02:04]  Think really clearly on happiness and really unclearly on life or politics?
[00:02:10]  I mean, I'm just curious.
[00:02:12]  There's no argument there.
