The Schools Actively Undermining ICE Operations, Grooming Your Children to be Un-American and How to Stop Them

Nikki Neely of Defending Education exposes how 700+ school districts—including Chicago, Denver, and Martha’s Vineyard—defy ICE requests or fund radical policies like "community schools," pushing gender transitions and medical care without parental consent while straining resources. Cases like an 11-year-old victim in Maryland’s Montgomery County Public Schools highlight safety risks from unchecked migrant placements. Neely warns of union-backed school boards ignoring local wishes, citing the 2018 Janice decision, and urges parents to resist what she calls communist-style indoctrination, directing them to her report at defendinged.org. The episode frames this as a growing threat to American values, demanding organized opposition. [Automatically generated summary]

This is what happens when the 4th turning meets 5th generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posovic.
Christ is king.
All right, Jack Posobic, we're back live, Human Events Daily here on Real America's Voice.
Folks, the big medical hack of 2025 was several peer-reviewed studies identifying the direct connections between anti-parasitic medications having off-legal benefits, fighting a wide variety of cancers, and this makes sense.
The connection between tumor growth and parasites has been known for years.
While the CDC remains silent, they've admitted that millions of Americans suffer from parasitic infections that often go undetected or undiagnosed.
This is why Dr. Peter McCullough, Chief Science Officer at the Wellness Company and the world's most published cardiologist, says these studies make a clear case to do at least one medical grade parasite cleanse annually.
The Wellness Company's proprietary USA compounded ivermectin mabednazole is a doctor prescribed gold standard combination dose.
It's designed to help the body eliminate parasites plus other incredible benefits.
Each bottle contains about 90 capsules, enough to complete four 21-day cleanses.
This high-strength formula cannot be found at your local pharmacy, but the wellness company removes the red tape by making the process fully digital.
Fill out a quick intake form, a doctor reviews it, and your medical grade parasite cleanse arrives in a week.

Schools Flouting Gender Policies 00:15:20
All right, we're very excited now because, folks, we are fighting in this country for parental rights, for limited government, for American rights, and standing up for our sovereignty.
And one absolute leader and hero in that fight is our next guest.
It's Nikki Neely.
She is the founder and president of Defending Education.
She joins us now.
Nikki, how are you?
I'm great.
Thanks for having me.
So walk us through because we just got sent this report here at Human Events that you've put out where you're tying together the impact really of open borders on the school system because, you know, we get told again and again, ad nauseum, by the Democrats, by the mainstream media, that there's no impact, there's no resources that are misused or abused.
They don't even use them, the illegal aliens.
But is that really the truth?
No, it's not the truth whatsoever.
For the past four years, and we had the Biden administration having their open borders policies, there were obviously millions of people that crossed the border, including students.
And all those students had to go into American schools because of a 1982 Supreme Court decision called Plyler v. Doe that they're entitled to education.
Okay, fine.
But when there are huge numbers of students going into some of these districts, I mean, think about Chicago, Denver, et cetera.
I mean, even Martha's Vineyard.
These districts have to make choices.
There's not enough seats.
And so we would see districts, we sent dozens of FOIAs out in early 2024 to facilities managers, to finance managers, to look at what was happening to these schools.
They had to rezone.
I mean, you and I know people buy houses based on a school pyramid that their children are going into.
Repurposing buildings to house migrants, things like that.
And so safety concerns came into play.
And so now that the Republicans are finally trying to crack down on this, obviously we're seeing these massive ICE anti-ICE protests across the country.
So my organization has been keeping a running list of about 700 districts across the country and counting that have either voted on affirmatively they will not cooperate with ICE or they're instructing their faculty and teachers on how to resist.
And so these are things that are taking place in our schools with our tax dollars, which is a real insult.
And let's talk through that and walk through that a little bit.
When we are talking about the actual impact of tax dollars from open borders, from this entire situation going all the way back to the 1980s, as you say, who is actually paying?
And do we have an indication of what the total amount is?
There is no indication of a total amount, which is frightening because much of this is some of it's paid by states, some of it's paid by cities, some of it was paid by the federal government.
But even, I mean, we found a district in Western Massachusetts where some of their, they ended up paying, I think, 40 or 50 different kinds of translators, all different kinds of languages, at not a cheap cost per hour to do translations for parent-teacher conferences, things like that.
And so while they are obligated to accommodate everybody, some students, some families need a lot more accommodation than others.
And this is the huge issue because, of course, we're looking at this influx, we're looking at this understanding.
And at the end of the day, it should actually be about, you know, the goal of a school last time I checked is to educate the next generation, not to be partaking in social experiments, in political experiments, being making public policy, or, you know, in this case, flaunting public policy.
Absolutely.
And, you know, we see organizations like the National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, pushing a concept called community schools, which is really kind of a phrase, you know, warm and fuzzy for a wraparound program.
Let's provide families with laundry, laundromat.
Let's provide children with clothes.
Let's transition them.
Let's provide all their medical care.
Just sign here on the dotted line and we'll just take care of everything.
And that's where we see a lot of the assault on parental rights taking place where parents are registering their kids for classes and then not realizing that now the school is running with them and doing things like transitioning their children to different genders behind their backs.
And that really is what the Democrats have been doing all the way back to the days of Michelle Obama, of Hillary Clinton.
The idea that your school is going to be this sort of social benefit distributor for children rather than empowering homes, that they want to get them in the system, get them there as fast as possible, and then the indoctrination begins.
Absolutely.
I mean, that's why, you know, the Obama administration, when they had that cartoon, The Life of Julia, it was cradled to grave.
Uncle Sugar, the government is going to take care of you every step of the way.
Which is also frightening because that's why we, at the same time, we saw that change in language where we weren't just parents.
It was the birthing parent.
It wasn't, you're not the mother, you're not the father.
And so it was a real degradation of the American family, a devaluation of the role of parenting.
And we then see activist organizations like Black Lives Matter at School talk about one of their goals actually is the destruction of the nuclear family, where they want to throw that wall up between a parent and a child.
Once that trust is broken, it's very hard to repair, but they want to step into the void.
And I'm pretty sure that my kid superintendent is not going to be the one who's there to pick my daughter up off our bathroom floor when she's 21 and going through a breakup.
So it's really, it's frightening that this is happening with our tax dollars.
No, it certainly is.
And when you look at the fact that you've now got children who could be illegal aliens themselves, or perhaps, you know, in this case, children of illegal aliens, which by the way, whenever those percentages are coming up, that's what they always do.
They'll say, oh, illegal aliens are a burden to the system because they don't use benefits.
But no, that's because they're playing fast and loose with the definition of the burden of who's getting the benefits.
So yes, because of the Supreme Court's ruling, we currently do allow that paperwork to go to the children of illegal aliens.
But there's a lot of people who would point out to say, well, those children wouldn't be in the system if their parents hadn't crossed the border illegally.
Right.
And I think something else that's frightening is that as our schools are trying to accommodate these students, there are students of all ages that are going into this program.
About four years ago, Montgomery County Schools, actually in Maryland, they had arrested a 20-year-old for raping an 11-year-old, a 20-year-old illegal immigrant who was there.
And so when we see schools that are trying to provide safe passage, like Montgomery County Public Schools is, running sessions through the PTN telling people how to interfere, our children's safety is at risk.
There's a whole category of illegal immigrant students called the acronym is S-L-I-F-E, students with limited or interrupted formal education.
And so you have students who are 19, 20, 21 years old in our high school with our girls, you know, 14, 15, 16 year olds.
Put them together when you have these gender policies.
You can use any bathroom you want.
You can use any locker room you want.
And our girls are a real danger.
And for somebody to raise the alarm and say, I'm uncomfortable, and then suddenly be called a racist is a true slap in the face.
And that's obviously creating issues because you're right.
When, and I remember that story actually that you just cited.
And the real question is, how many times has that happened otherwise?
Where there are people who've come into this country who either have fraudulent documents or don't have any documents at all, and they claim to be a certain age, and yet they could be, I think there was like a 23-year-old who was attending a high school.
Yeah.
And so what are we supposed to do about it?
I mean, again, parents have been shamed by the Biden administration for years and by many state officials still to this day.
When they raise concerns about gender, when they raise concerns about immigration, they're shamed, they're mocked, they're called names.
But this is, fortunately, we now have the Trump administration that is finally standing up for parental rights, taking a stand and saying, not in our schools, not to our children.
Full stop.
No, it's really as simple as that.
And of course, so many people would rather, and you hear, of course, from the teachers' unions, they will be in many cases, like we saw in Minneapolis, it was the teachers union that was heavily involved in organizing those anti-ICE protests, which of course turned directly into action.
There's that video, viral video going around this morning of a woman who's setting fire to a warehouse just because there's an indication that in Kansas City, there's an indication that it might become an ICE facility.
And yet, so again and again, you see this.
It's in many cases, teachers are involved.
In many cases, it's female demographic, female liberals who are doing this type of thing.
And we have to wrap our arms around what is really going on with this country, what is really going on with the radicalization that we see happening every single day.
And certainly, certainly we have to acknowledge that it's true because, of course, as they say, the first step is you have to acknowledge that there's a problem.
Right back.
Quick break here.
Human events daily.
Nikki Neely, President and Founder of Defending Education.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make her effectively get to him.
Amen.
All right, Jack Posobiec.
We are back.
Human events daily.
And, you know, capping off an incredible week, we're going to hit the ground running.
We're not taking, you know, we don't take days off around here.
We don't slow down.
We don't take vacations.
You guys know that.
I know that.
And believe me, Tanya Tay reminds me of it pretty much every chance she gets, my wife.
And so we're on with Nikki Neely, the founder and president of Defending Education.
And Nikki, I want to ask you, so let's get into a little bit more about this new report that you've come out with.
700 districts and schools that are essentially declaring themselves sanctuary districts.
They're not working with ICE.
They're refusing to go along with this.
Aren't these districts putting their own children at risk?
They're absolutely putting their own children at risk because they're prioritizing the lives and the values of illegal immigrants over the safety of American school children.
And you and I know when we drop our kids at the schoolhouse gate, you expect your children to be safe, but you don't expect them to be in a classroom or a bathroom or a locker room with someone who might be a lot older, might have a criminal background.
And for our schools to say, you know what, it doesn't matter.
Stop asking these questions.
You're a little bit racist is rude and disrespectful.
And now, when it comes to the 700, what can you tell us about them?
Are there any areas?
I mean, I would imagine blue states and blue city areas is probably pretty well represented.
But are there any areas that jump out at you as places where people wouldn't expect to find districts like this?
No, I mean, they are coast to coast.
It is in red states, as you said.
It is in blue states.
It is in, you know, largely liberal cities.
But as we have seen over the past five years, many school boards just act with impunity.
They're not representing the wishes of their constituents.
They're representing the values that they have learned from the National School Boards Association or other radicals.
Even in the wake of the 2018 Janice decision about unions allowing union members to disenroll, the teachers unions made a very conscious decision.
All right, well, we'll just have our members run in school board elections.
And so you have somebody who looks credentialed.
I'm a teacher.
I'm running for a school board.
But they're voting with progressive values.
They're not voting with their constituents, which is terrifying.
It certainly is.
And let me ask you, so we're going into this.
By the way, where can people go to find your report?
And what can parents then also be doing, some of the tools that you offer on the site?
Yeah, our website is defendinged.org.
And I think one thing that parents can do is, I mean, let's borrow a phrase from DHS, see something, say something.
So say something.
And if you know what, if you don't want to say anything to your district, if you fear that you might face retaliation or your children might be targeted or bullied by a teacher, let us know.
We have a tip line at defendinged.org.
We get, I mean, we were getting when we launched 50 to 200 tips a week from across the country.
People can check a box that they want to be anonymous.
We will be the bad guys who out these districts, who hold these people accountable because frankly, people in these communities are not even aware that these school boards are passing these policies because the collapse of local media means nobody is paying attention to these votes.
And nobody's paying attention at all.
Tell people again the name of the website and where they can go to get involved and take action.
Yeah, it is defendinged.org.
We have this list of the districts that are ignoring ICE, resisting ICE.
But we also have a list of 1,200 districts accounting that have what we call parental exclusion policies.
School boards that have said, you do not have a right to know your child's gender identity at school.
These are the districts that are telling you that mom and dad might not, telling your kids mom and dad might not love them if you're a different gender.
Maybe you were born in the wrong body.
I mean, really, the things that are taking place in our schools would shock your consciousness.
No, it certainly is.
Nikki Neely, thank you so much for joining us here at Human Events Daily.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And that's incredible, folks.
You know, we talked about this and we put out the book on humans and you get to chapter 13 of that book and there's that question, what can we do to fight back against communization?
What can we do to fight back against the infiltration of our institutions?
One of the first things that we said is that, check it out, folks.
The mama bears are already doing this.
The mama bears are going after the schools.
They're understanding what's happening on the school boards.
That's the level of energy you need to be.
We also pointed out libraries, your local library, your local parks and recreation site.
Why do you think you have drag queen story hour in the park?
That's because your local communist views all of these institutions, schools, libraries, parks and rec.
They don't view them as just, oh, a nice thing that our town has.
They view them as what they truly are, nodes of influence, nodes of power.
And the communist is, of course, addicted to power.
They're intrinsically drawn to it like a moth to the flame.
Average people aren't like this.
Average people just want to go about their lives doing their, you know, doing their thing, living their lives as she was saying here.
But the communist, no, The communist wants to take over.
The communist wants to subvert.
The communist wants to destroy your town, your beliefs, your virtues.
And listen to what she just said.
700 districts, 700.
Those are public school districts in this country that are openly saying that they are going to flaunt the laws of the federal government.
That's the situation we're in.
That's the situation we are in right now in the United States of America today.
You look at the radicals out there.
You've got suburban women torching buildings because they think that ICE might be there.
You've got Renee Goode, a suburban mom who's willing to launch her car, her SUV, in a vehicular style ISIS terrorist attack at federal agents.
This is the radicalization.
The Radicalization Of Suburban Women 00:03:28
And something needs to be done about this.
Something needs to be said about this.
It's the radicalization of suburban women.
There, I said it.
Oh, man, I said it.
This is the radicalization that's going on.
And in large case, oh, man, I'm going to do it again.
I'm going to do it again.
In large case, it is unmarried women.
Not always, but in large case.
In large case.
This is the situation, folks.
Are we actually willing to look at it, to do something about it?
Are we actually willing to fight back?
And, you know, look, folks, we did do something about it over at TPUSA.
We actually did, and with the backing of the incredible team there, the work that went into this in such short order, the massive, massive success of the TPUSA All-American halftime show.
Now, people, I saw a bunch of people saying, why do this?
Why are you just wasting time?
It's just a couple of songs.
And there's been sort of this debate going on, you know, between some members of the conservative media saying, you know, some people like Matt Walsh, by the way, huge kudos to Matt Walsh for coming out and, you know, just being very, very gracious, I think, in terms of his response to it.
But then there were other people questioning, well, what's the point?
You know, they still control the institutions.
Who cares if you guys put on a show?
And I said, guys, you're looking at this all wrong.
This thing broke containment.
When you look at those numbers, this is why I get so upset.
And there's that clip of me from Thought Crime last night.
It's going viral because I said they're lying to you about the numbers.
The current media psyop on this, they say, oh, Bad Bunny had 138 million for the Super Bowl writ large, 122 million during the halftime shows together.
There was a dip, but turning point, oh, they only had 6 million, only had 6.17 million.
Okay, well, first of all, 6.17 million is the second largest YouTube live stream of all time.
All right.
That's number one that we got to talk about and the largest US YouTube live stream of all time.
So it's already record breaking right there.
That is a new record, period.
Full stop.
Next, hold on a second because we were not running it only on YouTube.
It was YouTube, it was Rumble, it was Real America's Voice.
Our other partners, I know so many people watched Real America's Voice here on the network, also on Rumble, where I launched, you know, I let off the pregame show.
So people saw that and we had hundreds of thousands of people watching there as well.
We were also on TBN, we were on OAN again and again.
So you have to put all those numbers together.
That's how we got to 25 million.
Then you look at the Nielsen rating.
The Nielsen ratings have what's called a multiplier of 2.6 people per household.
So wait a minute.
Our 25 million number is a device number.
If you were watching the halftime show with other people, then shouldn't you include the same multiplier for the same event and for the same ratings?
So where's the 2.6?
You see what I'm saying?
Times the 25 million that we put up.
They're terrified of the success of the Turning Point All-American Halftime Show.
They're terrified that we can compete on their own terms.
Ladies and gentlemen, congratulate yourselves.
