In London, more than a dozen leaders from Europe and Canada, respectively, met with Zelensky for an emergency summit.
The UK Prime Minister said the group is working on a peace deal to present to President Trump, and the group will boost military aid to Ukraine and look at building a coalition of peacekeeping troops.
These big arms deals are also happening with NATO. The major producers of these weapons systems are coming from the military-industrial complex here.
So there are a lot of interests that are pushing to build and strengthen this whole NATO complex, and this war is giving them a great opportunity to do it.
So I'm not hearing from you, Mr. President, a thought that you owe the president an apology.
No, I respect the president and I respect American people.
And if, I don't know, I think that we have to be very open and very honest.
And I'm not sure that we did something bad.

Good to get back from a great weekend in Texas.

President Trump expected to speak shortly from the Roosevelt Room of the White House.
That is a deal.
That he's expected to put together with the Taiwanese regarding chips, regarding semiconductors, things that we're going to see.
Now, this was originally scheduled for about 30 minutes ago.
It hasn't begun yet, and so we're going to be keeping an eye on that.
We'll cut to it directly live when it comes in.
But I want to juxtapose that, his meeting today with the Taiwanese with his meeting with the Ukrainian leader, Zelensky, on Friday.
That, of course, also underpinning an economic deal.
And look at this.
What President Trump is doing, it's very clear.
He's saying if the United States is going to have a relationship with any entity, wherever it is around the world, he wants to see an economic component along with that relationship.
Why would we give hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine for nothing material in exchange?
That's where it came with the mineral deal.
That was the mineral deal that Zelensky rejected the first time when I was there with Scott Besant in Kiev just a couple of weeks ago.
Then again rejected with J.D. Vance in Munich.
And finally, for the third time, was rejected at the summit that was aborted with himself, President Trump, and J.D. Vance again in the White House, as you all saw last Friday.
Folks, all the cards are on the table.
And as President Trump has pointed out, America has the leverage right now.
Europe spent the entire weekend posturing, but let me tell you something.
They look pathetic.
They are They're penniless.
They are poor.
They're broke.
These European countries don't have the ability to field anywhere near the military might of the Russian state right now.
That's why they're trying to rope us in.
That's why they're trying to rope the Americans in because they understand that America has funded their defense for all these years since the Cold War and even prior to that.
They've never recovered.

This shot that we have of the room President Trump expected to arrive soon.
But there is some information that I'd like to talk about regarding President Zelensky and where we are moving to.
So what do we hear all weekend?
The Europeans want to get in.
They want NATO troops on the ground.
NATO troops on the ground, on the contact line.
They're in Ukraine.
They're between the Ukrainian army and the Russian army and keep the NATO troops in the middle.
And I remember thinking that, saying, hmm, sounds a little familiar.
I want to go back and play now for you a clip of myself from exactly one year ago.
Where you're going to see these backfield attacks, civilian attacks, terror attacks, clandestine operations, that $60 billion, if they shift to a new phase of the war, what they're doing, Steve, is they're not planning for more of these wide-scale attacks.
What they're going to be doing is shifting to an insurgency where they're attacking civilians.
Hang on.
Is this like this is going to become the new Syria?
Is that what you're telling me?
It's Syrianization.
That's the plan you laid out.
Syrianization is the policy.
So take a look at what they've done in Syria where we've got our troops acting as the human meat shields for the Iranians, for the Iranian proxies, for the Turks to the north, for the Syrian army to sort of the southwest.
What you're going to have then, and they're not, by the way, they're not going to put U.S. troops there.
Who are they going to do?
they're gonna put the polls in because they've got Donald Tusk over there and his new defense minister already saying, and remember this guy, everything Donald Tusk does is directly operated from Brussels because he's directly operated from Brussels.
He's Merkel's deputy, that they are going to have and basically a Klaus Schwab puppet, that they're already talking about mobilizing Polish troops What you're going to have is Polish troops move in into Western Ukraine.
They're going to say, we're here to stabilize the area.
Meanwhile, you're going to have a massive DMZ in the middle of the country.
And then you're going to have this guy, Budinov, using the $60 billion of U.S. taxpayer money to commit these attacks, to commit these provocations, possibly even, and it has to be said, possibly even committing attacks in, this is Operation Gladio.
Committing attacks in Western Ukraine, blaming it on Russia, and trying to use that as more provocation for a wider escalation of NATO operations in Ukraine.
And who said that publicly recently?
Oh, right.
Chuck Schumer.
Oh, right.
Oh, right.
So that's me one year ago explaining to Steve Bannon exactly where they were moving to in Ukraine.
And what do you know?
That's exactly where we are now.
The difference being...
Poland has an election in a couple of weeks, so the Polish globalists like Donald Tusk And Sikorsky and these other guys over there, they're not going to say Polish troops on the ground.
You know, they're saying, oh, no Polish troops, no Polish troops.
Of course, no Polish troops.
We would never, ever do such a thing.
But of course, they'll do whatever their puppet masters in Brussels tell them to do once and if they get elected after these elections are going to be held in May in Poland.
But what are we hearing?
We're hearing British troops.
We're hearing French troops, maybe even Canadian troops under Governor Justin Trudeau.
Here's the problem.
Western Europe is, and by the way, when I say this, I mean Western European governments.
These governments are pathetic.
They're broke.
They're living out 1914 fantasies with rusted out tanks and empty ammo lockers and third worlders running amok.
Starmer's yapping about boots on the ground.
Mate, you can't even pay your own electric bills.
You can't even trust your people to take the bottles, right?
The bottle caps off your bottle.
Have you gone and actually tried to use a bottle in Europe in the last couple of years?
The bottle cap doesn't come all the way off.
It's got a little sticky thing where it comes off, but it still attaches.
Why?
Because they don't even trust their people to throw out their bottle caps.
So you can't even be trusted with bottle caps.
In Europe, you can't even be trusted with battle cabs, but we're going to trust you with main battle tanks, we're going to trust you with ISR flights, we're going to trust you with nuclear weapons and all of this.
It's a joke.
It's a complete joke.
And these are your priorities.
Meanwhile, do you really expect us to take you seriously when you puff your chests out and you say, we stand for nationalism, we stand for freedom, we stand for democracy, when your own countries Are being overrun by invaders from the third world that are killing and raping your people in the streets every single day.
We saw another one just happen in Munich.
Another one happened in Germany.
It's ridiculous.
And it happened in Munich when we were there.
There's so many of them you can't even keep track.
Again and again and again.
And this has been going on for a decade.
So don't sit there and tell us that you care so much about the sovereignty of your countries when you are actively working to undermine it, when you are actively working to destroy it.
What President Trump is doing with J.D. Vance, it's not just about rapprochement.
It's not just about a peace deal with Ukraine.
Understand that.
It is about resettling the stakes vis-a-vis the global conflict.
When I say global conflict, I don't mean World War III, but I mean the global competition between superpowers.
And currently, there are three superpowers in the world.
United States, China, and Russia.
Okay?
Those are the three.
What the Biden administration did and the Obama administration prior to them was drive Russia and China together.
So what do you have?
The Sino-Soviet merger.
Yet again, just like during the Cold War.
But what President Trump and J.D. Vance are attempting to do is re-engineer a second Sino-Soviet split.
And if they can do so, they can then rebalance Russia towards Europe, towards the West.
And against China.
Remember, Russia also has great relations with India.
India is, of course, a main antagonist of China.
Why?
Because India has the only standing army on the Asian continent, or Asian subcontinent in this case, That could stand a force against China.
It's so obvious.
This is why Southeast Asia security is so important.
This is why China is in Myanmar, Burma.
They need to control their Burma Road.
This is also why China has such good relations with Pakistan.
Pakistan, Iran, of course, they are always antagonistic towards India, so they want to box India out.
It's very simple.
If you understand basic geography, a little bit of history, you read your maps, you can understand what's going on.
So rather than have the Third World War actually break off and break out and go hot, which is exactly what they want to happen.
What President Trump and J.D. Vance are doing is saying, you know what?
Rather than overextend ourselves and decide that we are going to be the world police and we're going to backstop the funding of the defense of all of Western Europe.
And the entire world, and we're going to stick our nose in all the places it doesn't belong, what we're going to do is say, what makes the United States safer?
What makes the United States more secure?
What makes the United States more prosperous?
We are going to conduct ourselves in that manner.
And if this war, or another war, or another deal isn't good for the American people, then we're out!
We're going to pull chocks.
It's just...
That simple.

I want to take you out to the Melania Trump Roundtable happening out on Capitol Hill.
Virtually the identical crime within weeks of each other.
Elliston was just 14 years old when a male classmate of hers We're back here on the Salem Radio Network, Charlie Kirk Hour 3, doing the live to First Lady Melania Trump's roundtable.
...that in turn was sent to her classmates at school.
Elliston helped inspire the Take It Down Act.
She's a Texan, and she and her mother contacted my office and relayed what happened, and we were horrified, and she was the initial inspiration.
For writing this bill.
And, Melania, I'll tell you an amazing aspect.
When I was sitting down with Elliston and her mother, Anna, who's here as well, I asked in my office, I said, what's happened to the images?
And they looked at me with enormous frustration, and they said, they're still up.
It's been nine months.
Elliston's mom said she had called Snapchat, she'd emailed them, she tried repeatedly, take this garbage down.
Of my daughter.
And she had gotten no response at all, no movement.
I turned to my staff in my office that afternoon and I said, I want you to get the CEO of Snapchat on the phone today.
I want those pictures down today.
Within two hours, they pulled them down.
Now, it should not take a sitting senator or sitting member of Congress picking up the phone to get a picture down.
Or a video down.
It should be the right of every American.
Every teenage girl victimized should have the right to get this garbage taken down.
And this bill will give them that right as a matter of federal law.
And with that, Ellison, if you would share with the First Lady and share with everyone here just what happened to you.

I was just 14 years old when a classmate created AI nudes of me from an innocent social media picture.
I was 14 years old when I was violated all over social media.
And I was just 14 years old when my innocence was stripped away.
October 2nd, 2023, I woke up to messages from a friend notifying me that these photos of me were circulating social media.
Pictures from a past Instagram photo with a nude body and my face attached, made from AI. Fear, shock, and disgust were just some of the many emotions I felt.
I felt responsible and began to blame myself and was ashamed to tell my parents despite doing nothing wrong.
As I attended school, I was scared of the reactions of someone or someone could recreate these photos, and I lived in fear that they would resurface and that they would get brought up as I attended school.
The school was little to no help and said that it was out of their control.
I not only blame the classmate Big Tech.
The boy used a Google app called DNGG that existed to remove articles of clothing from a photo available for all ages for free.
While that app is no longer available, thousands of other apps similar are available.
Additionally, social media needs to be required to take action.
It wasn't until Ted Cruz's office heard my story and reached out to Snapchat personally, and my photos were removed.
We need to hold Big Tech accountable to take action.
I came here today to not only promote this bill, but to fight for the freedom of so many survivors.
Millions of people, male, female, teenage, children, kids, all are affected by the rise of this image-based sexual abuse.
This is unacceptable.
The Take It Down Act will give a voice to the victims and provide justice.
I want you to Senator Ted Cruz and his team.
Thank you to all the advocates pushing this bill and this legislation.
It is vital for the growing of technology.
The situation is bigger than politics.
This bipartisan bill is to protect America's children.
Thank you to the First Lady and the House.
And the House leadership for understanding how important this issue is and taking time to learn about this vital piece of legislation.
I share my story to give victims a voice they never heard and had changed this horrible situation into something good.

So I'll tell you, Elliston and I and her mother several months ago had the opportunity to do a number of TV interviews and we went on Good Morning America and at the end of it I think Good Morning America was ready to offer Elliston an anchor spot.
I think the folks interviewing us got nervous for their jobs, because thank you, both you and your mom have enormous courage, and you're standing up and speaking the truth, and it has the power to change and protect others.
What is remarkable is in the exact same month that Elliston was being victimized, 2,000 miles away in New Jersey, Francesca Mani was going through the exact same situation.
She was also 14. She was also a target of this same predation.
And like Elliston, Francesca has spoken out about her experience, both Francesca and Elliston.
Testified at a field hearing that I held in Dallas.
Francesca recently appeared on 60 Minutes to tell her story.
And she's another incredible young woman, along with her mom, who are standing up and fighting to protect others.
And so, Francesca, thank you for being here as well.
And would you please tell us what you experienced?
Okay.
Is it on?
At 14 years old, my classmates created deep fakes of me and other girls at my high school.
The most disturbing part, not just that they thought it was okay, but that the school failed to hold them accountable.
While the girls' names were announced over the intercom, the boys were quietly pulled from their classrooms, a blatant violation of privacy and disrespect towards us.
Despite the seriousness of the incident, only one boy received a one-day suspension.
Two years later, those responsible are still in my school, representing in team sports as if nothing ever happened.
That is not okay.
When I asked my school why they weren't using the code of conduct or HIP policies, their response?
They need to be updated to include AI. My response was, then update it.
It took them one year to make changes, yet my mom's lawyers created an updated version within a week of that incident.
The HIP investigation, which was supposed to take 10 days, dragged on for almost a year.
Completely unacceptable.
The school's only response to the community was a single email dismissing the issue as widespread misinformation.
This silence sent a dangerous message.
To the girls, you are not worth fighting for.
And to the boys, what you did is okay.
I expected clear and decisive action.
The school chef said, this is not okay and you are expelled.
In school, the question should not be about legality alone.
It should be about what is right, what is ethical.
Teenagers might not know all the laws, but they do know when something is wrong.
Schools need to take immediate serious action to ensure that AI exploitation, harassment, and deepfake abuse are met with real consequences.
We need laws, and with the help of Senator Cruz, Congresswoman Salazar, and now the involvement of you.
The First Lady, I truly believe we are on track to passing a federal law to protect women and children.
Even though AI exploitation can happen to anyone, 96% of victims of AI misuse are women and children.
So we are seriously vulnerable and we do need laws.
The Department of Education must finally step up and issue clear AI guidelines on how schools should handle these incidents nationwide.
AI isn't going anywhere.
It's here to stay.
Schools must be proactive, not just in teaching students how to protect their image or avoid committing a crime through AI misuse, but also in teaching how to use AI as a tool for advancement.
Throughout my advocacy, I have met incredible Organizations, leaders who are focused on legislation and regulation.
But that's just one part of the conversation.
Since being named one of Time 100's most influential people in AI, I've had the privilege of meeting brilliant minds using AI to advance society in research, medicine, education, climate control, art, and more.
Yes, AI needs regulation, but we also need to acknowledge its potential and prepare the next generation through AI literacy programs in schools ASAP. I love JFK's speech, where he challenges us to ask what we can do for our country.
Lately, it feels like everyone is asking what the country can do for us.
With AI, we should all be asking, what can I do by myself to advance and empower my future using AI? Now.
Let's be clear, every aspect matters, but it must start with legislation.
A strong federal law is crucial, one that shifts powers back to the victims, ensuring they can remove harmful images within 48 hours.
That's not just policy, that's real tangible protection.
That's take it down.
We need this to pass.

And Breeze Liu, when she was 24 years old, She got a nightmare phone call from her friend that an explicit video of hers had been posted on a pornography website.
That phone call started a series of events in which Breeze would rise to lead the fight for the removal of these abusive images.

It is both humbling and empowering for me to be here today.
On behalf of millions of survivors, I'd like to thank you for giving us a voice and shining a spotlight on this critical issue.
We stand at a defining moment in human history.
Artificial intelligence has given us unprecedented power and brought profound transformation.
But with extraordinary technology advancement, we also face immense challenges.
In April 2020, my life changed forever.
A friend called to tell me that a video of me was circulating on Pornhub.
At first, I thought it was a mistake.
I have never even visited Pornhub, but when I clicked the link, I saw my face on a pornographic video.
The devastation I felt is indescribable.
I was humiliated, dehumanized, and overwhelmed with shame.
But when I sought help, the system failed me.
I was victim blamed and slut shamed while the perpetrator faced zero consequences as more videos spread to hundreds of millions from the White House.
And of course, we'll be able to get to that and break it down when it takes place.
Meeting with the Taiwanese, of course, the First Lady there up on Capitol Hill as well, giving her first Capitol Hill, really just holding a roundtable.
It wasn't addressed.
It was a roundtable discussion, including some of the victims of deepfake pornography, which, by the way, if that's a minor, absolutely should be banned.
Absolutely, 100% should be banned.

And when all of that goes down, people are thinking, what is a safe harbor for my own My own finances, my family's finances.
They understand what President Trump is doing, but they also understand that in the short term, there is going to be friction.

So it's quite a lead in there.
You know, we've been talking, of course, that, you know, everybody knows the Fort Knox stuff and it's become this sort of, you know, but I think a salient question, certainly from President Trump, starting with Elon Musk.
But then with this, the fact that the mineral deal didn't go through on Friday, now the Europeans saying that they're talking about possibly being willing to go and fight and go actually commit combat brigades.
To the Ukraine and actually to the Znepra, to the Donbass, going into battle with Russia's forces.
Again, I don't particularly think that's going to happen, but at the same time, that could happen.
So let's go and paint the picture.
What does that look like from an economic standpoint if Europe does commit itself to this?
You know, I think that will increase the geopolitical tension.
The whole point of one of the things that President Trump campaigned on was to end the war.
And if anything, last Friday was evident that there is a political party that kind of doesn't want that.
So when you look at the big picture, we are the bigger spender in NATO. And when we stop spending, that's going to force the European nation to step up.
Unfortunately, UK's economy is not doing that well.
Same thing with Germany's economy.
So they're somewhat limited of how much they could do and how much they could spend.
I think the mineral deal was at the very least going to allow the U.S. government to somewhat recuperate some of the spending and investment that we've done in Ukraine.
And also, it's worth it to note that President Trump was in discussion with Putin.
Specifically, the Western banks and the U.S. have actually frozen about $350 billion worth of Russian assets.
That somehow, some way, that was actually going to come in the mix.
So to take a step back, I think the bigger picture is that geopolitical tension is going to continue.
And unfortunately, there are a side of the political spectrum that actually want and need that to continue.
And so when we're looking at that, we're talking about the spending, we're talking about the drawdown.
Western European nations, they're going to have to borrow if they do this.
What effect is that going to have on these national currencies and the basket of national currencies that we see in the West?
Well, I mean, over the weekend, we got the numbers.
Global debt as an all-time high and global debt to GDP. In other words, the global economy.
We're seeing some of the slowdown.
So, you know, when you take a step back and you look at the sequence of events, when President Trump got elected, everyone knew that tariffs were going to occur.
Then all of a sudden, we started seeing the migration and the rush of gold out of the European countries into the U.S. Roughly 6,000 tons of gold moved from the Bank of England and the London bullion market to the U.S., specifically in New York.
Then we obviously had the tariff announcement.
Our U.S. Secretary Treasury, Scott DeSent, mentioned that we want to be able to monetize the asset side of the balance sheets to help the Americans in general.
So specifically, the U.S. government has gold, has land.
And the idea floated around about to possibly reevaluate gold because gold is at about $42.22 on the government's balance sheet versus the current market value roughly at about $2,900, almost 70 times difference.
What that could allow is the government to have an ability to borrow new capital at a discount of the price.
Now, it's not a surprise that the need or desire to audit Fort Knox came after the gold migration.
So if you kind of take a step back and look at the big picture and say, we want transparency.
What Doge has done is to basically expose about $140 billion of inefficient government spending.
The goal is to bring it up to about a trillion dollar by September of this year.
The less we spend, the better our value of the dollar is going to get.
However, when the European nations, where they are indebted and they continue to spend...
And when we see the migration of gold out of Europe into the U.S., it's a big question mark about what's going to happen to their value of currency.
All right.

So walk me through, and as well as online.
So walk me through this then.
When it comes to precious metals...
What would that market do when we're seeing this drive towards perhaps even, and what I think is going to happen is actually, and I'll just drop back here, from a geomilitary focus, is what you're going to see and what we're already seeing over the weekend is that Ukraine has launched offensives.
We're also seeing Russia launch counteroffensives.
Why?
Because both sides are going to want to put themselves into the best possible position.
For these negotiations.
And if it looks like the negotiations might be scuttled, then there's certainly going to be an impetus here in the near term for some perhaps very drastic escalation because they're going to want to ratchet things up with the hopes that there will be some kind of deal.
But each side is going to want to see how they can get themselves in the best possible position.
So Ukraine is going to try to take even a bigger chunk out of Kursk region in Russia that they currently have a foothold in.
Russia is going to try to pound more in the Donbass.
And by the way, everybody keeps missing this point, but Russia always has that long strike capability that Ukraine doesn't really have.
So Russia can begin raining down cruise missiles anywhere in what would be considered the backfield, what can be considered Western Ukraine.
So you're going to see a number of potential escalations here over the near term.
Now, that's all barring any potential negotiations or back channels that President Trump and Putin do have, where perhaps they already have a discussion on the board on that.
It wouldn't surprise me if we see escalation in the near term, is what I'm saying.
And that's kind of our most dangerous scenario.
So if you're seeing that, if you're seeing the Russians double down, if you're seeing the Ukrainians double down, Western European nations double down, what's going to happen with our precious metals market?
Where it's saving assets.
Anytime that there are some geopolitical tension, there is a little bit more fear in the market.
You see more and more move towards the stability of gold.
And it's not a surprise.
Over the weekend, we saw gold go up about $30.
If the agreements had been settled on Friday, that could have changed the outcome of gold.
But gold is foretelling.
The more problems we have, the more uncertainties we have, the more investors are seeking more of that stability and more of the safety nature.
Right, because when it comes down to it, we don't know what's going to happen.
We also don't know how this Ukrainian mineral deal, so let's say that goes through, and that's, you know, this is perhaps the safety valve gets switched.
Let's say Ukraine comes in, Zelensky goes in, hat in hand, says, okay, you know what?
I'm done with this, but I want this mineral deal to go forward.
So you're going to potentially see pressure on U.S. dollar there.
You're going to see pressure from, because the Ukrainians, this is something that I found out when I was in Ukraine three years ago, by the way, that when you go into some of these areas that are getting closer to where the fighting is, and we made it to within about 15 kilometers from where the shells were falling in Nikolaev a couple of years ago, that they're not even, You know, they want U.S. dollars.
They want those greenbacks.
They want that on the ground.
Why?
Because it has more stability than the Ukrainian grivna and, of course, the Russian ruble.
We've also seen a lot of flux there.
It's been more stable than, of course, the Biden administration was trying to destroy it, but it's going up and down like crazy.
So could that be another potential driver if the peace deal is signed and now this mineral deal gets going as well?
Yeah, absolutely.
Look, at the end of the day, You want to look at the overall need and demand and supply of gold.
Although Ukraine is rich in a lot of minerals, they're rich in uranium, they're rich in other types of metals.
They're not as rich as gold, silver, or even platinum.
Unlike Russia, Russia is a self-sustaining country.
They have all the resources.
And I think the bigger question people that are just not focusing on is China.
You talked about the shells.
You talked about all the weaponry that's been Supply to Ukraine.
In the background, what we've noticed is that the global trade in the last four years, China has been the beneficiary.
I know last time we talked about the BRICS nation and how China has built coalition and they see strength in numbers.
One of the things that President Trump is doing as of late is not only the tariffs that he is imposing on Canada, Mexico, and China, but also the fact that Mexico, some of our closest allies, are thinking about imposing tariffs on the Chinese.
So to go back to your question, absolutely, there will be a lot of dynamic.
And this is the whole point of having some gold.
It is a neutral asset.
It is not dependent on one country's ability.
When the U.S. talks about gold, U.S. will move the market.
And it's important for investors, retail investors, to start to position themselves just like institutional and central banks.
We're going to look back in time, March of 2022. Where the Biden administration weaponized the dollar and froze the assets, the world started paying attention.
Central banks and other countries.
So instead of them having the confidence to continue to buy US Treasury bonds or even US dollar denominated assets, they've been migrating towards more gold because it's a neutral asset and it eliminates the counterparty risk.
Once there is a lot more transparency, once there is a lot more trust in the system.
We're going to see more and more investors have an adequate allocation in their portfolio to combat some geopolitical tension.

What happens, what if scenario, I've been talking to Senator Mike Lee about this as well, what happens if Elon and Trump open up that vault door at Fort Knox and the The place is empty.
Oh, lack of trust in prior governments.
Absolutely.
That would be the biggest heist that our nation has experienced.
You know, in addition to Fort Knox, we should think about there are four different locations.
There's West Point, Denver, and in New York, part of the Bank of the Fed.
So as we're going to audit all the gold, I think it's a great idea to also audit the remaining three spots.
Mitch McConnell audited Fort Knox back in 2017, and there was this media publicity.
There were some gold bars behind him.
But I think what we ought to audit is to know what is the total quantity, what is the brand, the purity, and the title.
Who owns it?
And that's very important.
It's one thing that it's there, and it's another thing for who actually owns it.
So let's think about two scenarios.
One scenario if the gold is there.
Great.
That gives the government the confidence if and when they are thinking about re-evaluating gold, at least we have the confidence that it's there.
And transparency has been key of what Doja has been doing and the fact that President Trump and Elon Musk have been really looking at every line item.
So gold has been a conspiracy theory for the past 50 years that it hasn't been audited.
And I think...
They owe it because the public owns the gold.
No, no, it's not owned by the U.S. government, so to speak.
We all own it, and it's important for us to know that it's there.
Well, and that's just it, right?
Because this is something, of course, where we're looking at it as everybody thinks this is what's supposed to be backing the U.S. dollar.
And so if the U.S. dollar, everyone suddenly finds out, isn't actually backed.
By the gold reserves at Fort Knox because perhaps, and there's this theory, I'm going to say it's this theory that's been out there on the internet.
I don't particularly subscribe to it, but you know, I've seen it out there.
I see things.
And they say that perhaps the gold hasn't already been spent, and it's just the illusion of the gold in Fort Knox that still props up the U.S. dollar.
What say you, Alex?
That could be the case, but I think the better question is, why did they rush 6,000 tons of gold?
Did they actually give it to other nations?
Were they leasing it?
Was someone else hyperthicating the gold?
Or is it time?
As we move from a globalism to nationalism, we're seeing a lot of countries want to actually own the gold outright, and they want to eliminate the counterparty risk.
So it's just a matter of time.
We want to make sure that the gold is there.
So like I said earlier, if and when we do want to go ahead and reevaluate it, at least to bring it up to mark the market, we know that it's there.
The other thing you mentioned, Jack, it's important to note to the public that since 1971, our dollar hasn't been backed by gold.
It's been backed by the full faith and the credit worthiness of the government.
So if there is a dink to the confidence of our nation in terms of not owning the gold, that's just going to open up a can of worms and a lot of investors are going to start losing trust, not only in the US dollar, but potentially on the US Treasury bonds.
And that's a catastrophe to us.
That would be an absolute catastrophe.
