Vice President Vance delivered a full-throated, America-first vision on artificial intelligence.
The Trump administration is troubled by reports that some foreign governments are considering tightening the screws on U.S. tech companies with international footprints.
And will not accept that.
And we think it's a terrible mistake, not just for the United States of America, but for your own countries.
Russian drones and missiles pounding cities.
And the Ukrainian president, Vladimir Zelenskyy, rushing to the Munich Security Conference, hoping to secure continued U.S. support.
We are three weeks into the second Trump presidency.
Three weeks.
And tonight, there are warnings that the U.S. is dangerously close to a constitutional crisis.
Now, the first shoe on this dropped when a federal judge today said the White House is defying his order to unfreeze billions of dollars in federal aid, marking the first time that we've had a judge expressly accuse the Trump administration of ignoring a court ruling.
We received a statement from the DHS regarding the $59 million sent from FEMA to New York City migrants last week.
Four employees being fired today for circumventing leadership and unilaterally making the egregious payment for hotels for migrants in New York City.
We think it's coming from inside.
And we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation.
We think we identified that person under investigation right now.
The California leak, Secretary Noem, she's correct.
Some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to Deputy Attorney General all this weekend.
They've opened up a criminal investigation, and they have promised that not only did this person lose their job and lose their pension, they're going to go to jail.
They're going to criminally prosecute.
So we're all over it.
And as they shouldn't go to jail, because that is treason.

They're a leak within the FBI. Is what they're finding over a tip from Trendy Aragua, the violent game that has infiltrated the United States.

Yeah, and Kevin, let's remember, the FBI handed over 5,000 names, the people working on January 6th related cases.
Imagine in that time what they could have been working on, actual crimes, actual punishments, exposing actual corruption and violence, and yet that's what they were working on.
That's the state of the FBI right now, and that's why the deep state and the Democrats are so afraid of getting Kash Patel confirmed.
I know we're going to talk about it later in the show, but Kash Patel will get confirmed, but the Democrats...
Are going to try to slow walk this as much as they can.
Keep in mind as well, this is California.
There's movies and documentaries recently released about you have so much of the fast fashion, child labor, sex trafficking, human trafficking exposed in California.
And people like Gavin Newsom just turn in their head like, oh, I don't know when that's happening.
I don't think that's happening here.
This is more than just somebody, like, cooking empanadas on the street.
Like, oh, I'm here illegally by accident.
Like, this is life and death for some people.
So it's very, very important.
This is much more sinister.

And of course, the goal is MAGA World Peace, working together side by side to stop World War III, a massive concern.
Of course, Jack could not go without telling us exactly what's going on at this moment.
So take a listen to what's been happening.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard.
I wish I could be there with you on the show today, but as you now know, I am aboard a US delegation to Europe where we are working on carrying out President Trump's agenda.
to end the Third World War and the kinetic arm of it which took place in Ukraine.
So we've got a lot going on on the European continent this very week and President Trump's envoys Are here to see that that agenda is implemented and put into place.
So you've got right now Pete Hegseth.
He is reviewing the troops.
You've seen, of course, those videos going viral across X this morning, actually going out and conducting PT with the troops, going and working with them, having a great time, but also meeting and understanding their morale, their issues, the issues of the warfighter, and the issues of EUCOM, European Command in Stuttgart, Germany.
J.D. Van...
Remember, the Munich Security Conference is basically the Davos for the military-industrial complex.
This is the place where Kamala Harris went as a vice president, sitting vice president in 2022, just three years ago at the MSC in Munich, telling them that Ukraine will become a NATO member.
Then, of course, just a few weeks later, what happened?
The Russian tanks rolled into Ukraine, just after Vice President Harris said all that.
So now, Vice President Vance is going to be coming along with a very different message.
No more World War III. And that's going to be put down, and he's going to drop the hammer just later this weekend.
Bloomberg is reporting now that President Trump has dispatched also his Treasury Secretary, And essentially, what it looks like, according to this report...
Is that the deal could potentially hinge on access in return for aid.
And what they're talking about is these vast deposits of uranium, titanium, lithium that are within Europe.
And the deal that President Trump is attempting to put together is essentially this, a way for the American people to benefit from ending the war, but also to recoup some of the loans that have been made from the United States, not were made under Trump, but were made under the previous administration.
To be able to recoup some of that Now, President Zelensky had told reporters in Kiev earlier on Monday, so he said yesterday, that he was planning to meet with a serious delegation from the Trump administration in Ukraine before the Munich Security Conference, which begins this Friday.
And Zelensky has said that he wants to cut a deal.
He says, we want to do a deal.
He said this to Reuters and said that he wants this U.S. backing in exchange for some of Ukraine's rare...
Here's what we're talking about.
Significant reserves, uranium, critical minerals like titanium, lithium, graphite.
The estimates could be in the trillions of dollars.
Mike Waltz, the national security director, said to NBC's Meet the Press, we need to recoup these costs, and that is going to be a partnership with the Ukrainians in terms of their rare earths, their natural resources, and their oil and gas, and also potentially seeing an economic deal where they are purchasing LNG from the United States to move forward.
Again, this is about the conditions for peace.
Setting the conditions for peace, setting up a lasting peace between the United States, Ukraine, Russia, NATO won by which in not everyone is going to be happy.
Remember I said this yesterday.
80% is the most you're going to get out of this.
You're not going to get 100%.
There's going to be things that other sides don't like.
But when you have a negotiation and everybody walks away with a little bit of chagrin, a little bit disappointed, that is what you're going to want.
So President Trump won the election.
Decisively.
His envoys are here in Europe.
And myself, your humble host, Human Events Daily, is riding along with them to bring you directly into the heart of the action.
These negotiations, we know how NATO is certainly going to respond when Secretary Hegseth arrives.
On Wednesday to drop the hammer there, then VP Vance going over to the Munich Security Conference itself.
This is the heart of globalism, but President Trump is sending his top aides and his top assets over.
Hegseth, Vance, Besant.
He's going over it because these are the people who understand you can't End this thing with one side winning, with one side losing.
You're going to end this thing where the winners are the American people.
That is our goal.
America first is the goal.
Peace is the prize.
MAGA world peace will commence.

I love the sound of that.
He really is the great negotiator.
We're also receiving reports that President Trump says Ukraine has agreed to repay the U.S. by giving them $500 billion in rare earth materials.
And Kevin, it's interesting because China is typically the stronghold when it comes to these rare earth materials.
You know, these are things that are used in weapons, in the manufacturing industry, a lot of different things.
But the thing that's interesting...
About all this is this is Ukraine's negotiating power, these rare materials.
This is Ukraine's bargaining power.
It sure is.
It sure is their bargaining power.
And yeah, we hear a lot about China and Taiwan in their dealings and tribulations with lithium resourcing and whatnot.
But now it comes to us and we have a hard line towards possibly getting more of a deal out of these resources now.
That we're conducting an end of the war and bringing world peace back.
So I'm a little hesitant about it because we haven't heard it really in the news lately.
But it is interesting because we have people like Elon Musk, I will say, for instance, who would be interested with lithium, graphite, titanium.
These are all used for electric cars.
And what not.
So, aside from uranium, which any country would really want, but, you know, that's not why we're there, I'd say, right now.
Right now, we have Besant, Vance, Hegseth, and Poso over there bringing world peace about, and I didn't, that was news to me, what you just said, what was it, 500 million or trillion that they agreed to?
Is that breaking now?
Yeah, I'm seeing reports right now, $500 billion in rare earth materials.
Trump said that he wants the money back from Ukraine.
And think about the amount of money that we blindly funneled over to that country.
I had said it before, we've practically been Ukraine's sugar daddy.
And I'm not sure if you saw these reports, but Ukraine was selling U.S. weapons on the black market.
These weapons, these U.S. weapons were ending up in Mexican drug cartel lord's hands.
And we have no trace of it.
Zelensky has even admitted, Kevin, he's not sure where some of the money went.
No, Jack and I actually witnessed to that a few years ago, actually, when we traveled through Ukraine and Lviv and elsewhere, you know, what the militia was actually doing with these, like, Amazon GoFundMe accounts.
And, yeah, I mean, it is fair.
We want the American taxpayers' money to come back and not go on the black market with all the rest of, or to China, really.
Yeah, I want, you know, to have a country for, you know, my family one day, my nephews, to prosper in peace and not be caught up in a forever war with any country, regardless of whether they have rare earth minerals.
Our top priority is peace.
That's what we should be after right now.
And if anybody that has credibility, it is these people.
Vance, and Hegseth, and my brother, honestly, that have been in the midst of it.
The big three, right there.
That's right, that's right.
So they have the credibility.

Well, let's get right into it because this is still looming at the back of all of our minds, especially as we inch closer to March.
The race for reconciliation as House Republicans are now looking to cut federal spending by two to two and a half trillion dollars, according to multiple sources.
I also want to bring in Kevin Pasovic to chat more about this because, Kevin, of course, they're going to continue with the same thing they say every single time, which is...
There's going to be a government shutdown.
They tease that government shutdown.
What are your thoughts on this?
I know you've been diving deep into it.
Well, Mike Johnson needs to step it up.
He keeps dilly-dallying about who he's talking to and all the personalities that he has to deal with every day.
But we're also faced with this new age of transparency.
But either way, the left is going to say, you know, this is about the needy.
Is it about the needy?
I don't think so.
It's about the greedy.
And I want to pull up this article here, especially where Mike is saying he reminded his friend Lindsey, talking about Lindsey Graham, that he has about 170 personalities in the House to deal with, and he's only got 53 on the Republican side there.
And yeah, I just...
The overall sense I'm getting is that it's why do we see so many people being just closed off and walled off when the left, especially the Obama administration, has always touted that as something they cherish and want to bring forth in our dealings.
And we're not seeing that because I think that most of the House Democrats right now are still operating under the guise of You know, if Kamala won, you know, what they'd be doing to stall any of these kind of budgets.
And we just want everyone to be cared for that needs care, right?
And we don't need all this stalling from the left.
And it's just a classic playbook.
It's total hypocrisy is what it is.
Well, and it's interesting, too, because a lot of these programs that are being funded right now in an exorbitant way, mind you, also contain massive amounts of fraud that Doge is uncovering as we speak and will continue to do so.
You know, I always think back to the rhetoric that the mainstream media is going to play in these situations and the Democrats.
One of the big things is, of course, Medicaid and the potential cuts to Medicaid here.
What's your take on that?
Well, Medicaid is, we don't really want to touch Medicaid.
We just want to route out the corruption and the fraud.
Just take what Doge is already doing and maybe hopefully put that into one of these reconciliation bills.
And it's interesting that everything is kind of coalescing at once right now.
We have everyone over in Europe making deals and so potentially a lot of money coming in.
Which could be used towards the budget.
We'll see.
But instead of taking it out of taxpayers' pockets, and also we have our own taxes to fill out this year, another point I wanted to bring up is, you know, when we're going to see some of these benefits ourselves from DOGE towards the next budget.
And it's all, you know, we have until April 20th, right, the tax day to file, but...
House and Senate only has until I think this week or March when the new year starts.
March 14th.
14th, correct.

It's all kind of converging at once.
So it's interesting to see why it's all stalled out the way it has until now.
Yeah, it is interesting.
And again, it goes back to the point that a lot of the things...
That Congress has funded already that has been approved are rampant with fraud, rampant with waste.
And that's exactly the point of Doge.
And that's also why you see the deep state and the Democrats as concerned as they are.

What is their argument?
This is the argument that the Democrats are trying to pose right now, which is basically trying to argue against getting rid of government waste, getting rid of wasting your taxpayer dollars, and they're failing miserably, hence why you're seeing these protests on the street.
We're going to talk to someone in the next block here about that.
But look, it goes back to the point, Kevin.
No more wars.
Balance the budget.
Go line by line.
Let's stop wasting taxpayer money.
I think a lot of it is just cleaning up what everybody abused during COVID as well.
I was living in Philadelphia at the time, and there were so many people unemployed and are under disability or had COVID ramifications, and they really abused the Medicaid system and Medicare system through that.
All those extra checks they got is ludicrous.
We're cleaning it up.
We're getting efficient.
Yeah, I know, like, doctors, very wealthy people that were receiving stimulus checks.
I won't even get into the other stuff.
That's a segment in and of itself.

Democrats, they're trying to fight against doge.
They're trying to find an argument against Trying to stop federal waste, trying to stop people wasting your taxpayer dollars.
And quite frankly, they can't figure it out.
In fact, they're resorting to still trying to call Elon Musk a Nazi.
But take a look at this next order out on the streets, trying to ask Maxine Waters some very understandable questions.
And just take a look at this video.
She's got to go get in her big black.
Taxpayer-funded SUV! That's what happens when you don't have transparency in the government.
Why do you deserve a big black taxpayer-funded SUV? Is that why you're so against Doge?
Is that what the problem is?

The Democrats are getting violent, you guys.
And I think they're getting violent because they're so frustrated.
They don't have a good argument to go against Doge.

So, Nick, why do you think Maxine Waters is so against government transparency, the golden question?
She just couldn't answer for you.
Well, I mean, look, I know third graders that are more intelligent than Maxine Waters.
I think, I mean, she is easily, she's up there in the running with Jasmine Crockett for the dumbest member of Congress.
I mean, and that's a close race.
Really tight.
But you know what?
I'm telling you, they're not used to being asked these questions.
They're not used to—I mean, we're in D.C. Keep in mind, the media, the other—the mainstream outlets that were there were more ticked off at me than they were the fact that I was being, you know, assaulted and they were trying to steal my phone, they tried to steal my AirPods straight out of my ear.
And run off with it.
I had to chase them down and get that back.
And they were more upset because I wouldn't allow them to get in there and ask about, oh, what color nail polish are you wearing today?
You know, what shade of blue?
You know, it's like that's what these politicians, especially Democrats, are used to.
And that time is over.
You know, we are the media now.
You, me, Kevin, Jack.
Bannon, everybody on this network, we're the media now.
The mainstream media, we're just kind of, you know, let them go off to the wayside.
They can ask about nail polish later.
We're going to ask the real questions now.

They actually, so they, I spent a little bit extra money this time.

And so they took the one right out of my ear and hit it over in the crowd, and then I started pinging it.
So I was able to hear it, and so I was able to find who had actually stolen it, and then she tried to hide it again.
And so I went up, I tried to grab it, and she pushed me out of the way and grabbed it and threw it.
So that I wouldn't be able to find it.
I mean, it's just these people are sick.
And I got yelled at.
I got attacked by Antifa after that.
I'm sure there are videos floating around because all the cameras, you know, convulge on you when you do something like that.
But it's just these people are, they will hurt you.
The Democrats have been openly calling for violence at this point.
They've been saying that they need to fight in the streets.
And one of their chants is now agitate, agitate, agitate.
And then you had that other congresswoman, who the hell knows her name?
You know, these people are totally irrelevant, saying, this is war, this is war.
They are calling for violence, and that's what they're getting.
They're literally advocating for violence against people like me and you.
And it shows.
This video shows exactly what their intent is at this point.
Wasn't Maxine Waters famous for saying, make MAGA Patriots not welcome here a few years ago?
She's always been in the news about that, Nick.
And then just recently, before you got to meet her again, she was asking for that guy's ID when he wouldn't let anybody into the, what was it, the Doge building or whatnot?
He was standing in front of her saying he wouldn't give his ID and just...
That's what they do.
So that's a question, Jack, that I wanted to ask her, that I wanted the opportunity to be able to ask her, but when you're being pushed and shoved and grabbed and...
They were trying to steal my phone out of my hands, as you can see.
It makes it much more difficult to be able to ask them questions, and they know that.
Luckily, I was still able to get some of those questions out.
But I wanted to ask, okay, why are you demanding ID from a federal employee that's carrying out orders of the Trump administration, what you and I and everyone else, most of the country voted for, but you won't demand ID at the ballot box?
That was the question that I really...
We wanted to get out to her, but I was unable to do so because they kept, you know, assaulting me and stealing my gear.
Is it the staffers?
Is it the security detail?
Is it Antifa?
Who keeps assaulting you?
Can you identify any of them?
Both.
In Maxine Waters' case, it was her entourage.
That was doing it.
They're the ones that tried to steal my phone.
And I don't just mean they were covering up the camera.
There was a scuffle where I had to take my phone.
They had grabbed my phone and tried to pull it out of my hands.
And so I had to lock up like this.
And that's when the video cuts out because I gripped my phone really hard to stop them from taking it.
And it was a literal struggle in the middle of the street to keep them from stealing my phone.
They didn't want me to embarrass her and show how, you know, dumb.
And incompetent and unable to answer basic questions.
I mean, this could have been a very easy conversation with her.
She could have explained her viewpoint on why she believes that You know, maybe Doge isn't transparency or I've got the wrong idea and I'm just wrong about transparency.
You know, this could have been a very simple conversation, but they won't have that.
And they didn't want me to be able to post this video.
It's gotten millions of views now and, you know, almost 100,000 likes on X alone.
It's been stolen and posted on every other platform.
And I don't really care at this point.
I want people to see this.
I want people to know who these people are.
And we're going to expose them one by one.
I'm staying in D.C. I'm not leaving.
And this is going to continue.
If anything, the pressure is going to get amped up.
If I could add on to that a little bit, just from a personal anecdote, I mean, you and I, Nick, we had just linked up about a week or so ago for the unfortunate, devastating Reagan air crash.
And I want to point out, like, when we went to...
You know, the presser with Secretary Duffy, like how close we could get to him and seemingly how transparent he would have been after being escorted out by police and everyone else.
And it seemed like they were, it was a very, you know, sobering moment, but still we were able to get close with like...
No nonsense like that.
They didn't say anything to us.
They didn't push us away.
They didn't block us.
They did none of that.
No, no.
And respectfully, it wasn't the right moment, but we just kind of let them go.
And I even asked you, I was like, man, we got really close there, and they didn't say anything.
It was so cool.
So just to keep in mind for the future, but it's a glaring...
It's a glaring representation of, like I was getting back to, like why these people on the left are just clearly not transparent.
No pun intended, but it just is what it is at this point.
What are they trying to hide?
We know what they're trying to hide at this point.
You know, you have to think about it.
One of the other, I don't know if you guys have played the clip or not, but I also confronted Elizabeth Warren and asked her how she amassed a minimum $12 million net worth on a $174,000 salary.
You know, I thought that was a...
A pretty fair question because, you know, the data has come out.
How much money she's been taking from Big Pharma, you know, after she was railing RFK Jr. for and saying that he was going to take money from Big Pharma.
And she probably got laughed out of the committee hearing for asking that question.
She's a total hypocrite.
It's a fair question, you know, and it goes to show that these people are so anti-transparency.
That she won't even say how she amassed such a massive net worth.
Keep in mind, $12 million is the number that she gave.
So it's probably much, much higher than that.
It usually is.
That's a very low estimate.
How do you make that on a government salary?
Explain that to me.
Can anybody explain that?
She hasn't done anything to work in government.
That's a good question.
It's her partner's consultations on Wall Street, I heard.
And these people know exactly.
We're going to hide this money, too.
So I agree with you, Nick.
It's not just that $12 million.
Do we have that clip we could play real quick?
Yeah, and honestly, Nick, I couldn't believe you were on the show.
I thought you'd be laid up in the hospital after that elbow shot she gave you there.
Well, I'm emotionally scarred permanently.

Look, you look at these Senate confirmation hearings.
You look at the Democrats trying to slow walk these as much as they can.
Now, looking at that past vote with Tulsi, 52-46, she will be confirmed.
That's very indicative of the fact that she's going to make it.
She's going to get through.
And if all goes as planned here, Kevin, we have Bobby on Thursday.
We have Cash, who will get a Senate Judiciary GOP vote Thursday.
We're trying to make this move as quick as possible.
Absolutely.
I mean, they've been trying to drag Tulsi through the mud here.
Through the mud.
I tried to get there.
I was in attendance for the cash confirmation hearings.
But what's interesting was that although his had a lunch break, Tulsi's did as well.
But...
The second half of Tulsi's confirmation hearing was closed to the public, so I think that's indicative of some higher-level information, you know, classified, perhaps.
But yeah, she's been drug through the mud.
She originally came in as a Maha partner with RFK, and I think that still has a lot of promise to it.
I think there's still potential for that, but we'll see.
She's, as any United States patriot would be, is just willing to serve where she's needed.
And I'm excited to see it.
I don't think there'll be any other delays in this.
This is going to be a huge week for MAGA, for MAGA World Peace.
That's what I like about Tulsi the most, is that although she's...
Former Democrat, that's what everybody says.
Like, oh, I don't know about Tulsi.
Like, once she gets in, like, maybe she'll change her tune.
Maybe she'll whatever.
But I don't know.
We got people like Pete Higseth coming in, other military greats coming in.
It's very popular nowadays to see veterans hired.
Americans love veterans.
We want to return to order, return to law and order.
And Tulsi is unique in that sense coming from the left and being so graceful as she is, but also lethal as she is.
And it's a great blend to see.
So I'm excited.
I don't think there'll be any other delays for her.
I don't think so either.
I think this is pretty much in the bag.
It is odd that it's at 1230. I guess you would say this morning instead of tonight.
But, you know, I was a little skeptical of Tulsi at first, but I also do believe that people change.
And think back to the amount of people that voted independent or voted Democrat the past cycle were now voting for Trump, now Republicans, because of what happened.
They saw it firsthand with these Reckless democratic policies, especially if you lived in one of these blue states.
And I definitely think she was red-filled.
I think she woke up.
I don't think we have much to worry about there.
But look, I mean, think about it.
November, that was a mandate for people like Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., Kash Patel.
That was the people's mandate to get veterans, to get real people who care about getting this country back on track.
You know, Kevin, I also think it's interesting as Jack Posobiec, our dear friend here, the host, is over in Europe with Pete Hegseth.
Pete Hegseth came out and said, I want to get that direct quote.
I think I wrote it down because I thought it was so important.
You know, he skipped the MSC to instead talk to American troops over in Europe.
And he said, quote, I'd rather talk to troops.
Then go to cocktail parties.
That's so indicative of the type of person that we need in that role in a lot of these roles, right?
Not the deep state.
Not the people just trying to schmooze and figure out where their next under-the-table paycheck is coming from.
People that actually want to be a part of making this country better.
Absolutely.
I love to see it.

I'm just curious, Kevin.
I heard it's tough.
You can get waivers.
You can get medical waivers.
I think for the Marine Corps, it's the least, but I believe the age, it varies between 35 and 40. Each one is different, but I think the Army and the Marine Corps, especially, you would need waivers for because they're the most intense.
I won't disclose which one I'm interested in, but it is plausible.
So stay tuned for that.
