They took their grand old time slow walking all these ballots and now to come back and say that oh they're too wrinkled or they're they're not dated and now they're doubling down like where's where's Mark Elias on this like Bob Casey has been what 30 years They're ground in.

The way the ruling works is this.
They're court shopping and judge shopping basically.
Mark Elias is judge shopping all around the state of Pennsylvania because he understands that you don't need a Bucks County judge to make the ruling because they're making the ruling for All judges and all courtrooms.
So it's not just Bucks County.
Now, what these guys are saying is, they actually lost a case in one of the courts in Pennsylvania, I think it was about a week and a half ago, so just before the election, regarding the counting of what are illegal ballots, by the way, under Pennsylvania law.
If it's not dated, if it's not signed, if it's not in the secrecy sleeve, if it hasn't gotten in by election day, then guess what?
You cannot count it.
And what they're saying is, we don't care what the law says.
We're going to count them anyway.
We're going to count all these ballots.
Wherever they found the ballots, they're going to count them anyway.
And it's a joke, and it's illegal, and they admit that they know it.
This isn't going to last.

So with a lot of the veterans community that we have now, it's about helping people when they get broken in war, when they come back with a mental or physical disability.
But what she's saying is, shouldn't we be more careful about when we go to war in the first place so it doesn't have to happen?

What's really going on here is that AOC and Joy Reid, you're on the side of war.
You're the party of war.

We need a system of like, just like Europe, the socialized healthcare of the Scandinavian countries.
That's what we need.
So you can have the healthcare system of Europe, but oh, by the way, you don't want the healthy food of Europe.
The same deal with like, like when Jack-Jack and AJ were younger and we did the formula, she would only get formula from Europe.

So we were bringing entire suitcases of baby formula from Europe for Jack-Jack and AJ because we didn't want to get them the American stuff.

I got a couple of things to say.
Number one, Sly Salome was up on stage last night at Mar-a-Lago.
We were down here at the gala, and Kev, what did he say about 1776 and Donald Trump?
He said something very similar to Vivek.
He said, Mr.
Donald Trump is quite like General George Washington.
The second George Washington.
Just absolutely incredible.
So right in line with what you're saying.
But Kenny, hold on a sec.
Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa.
1776, that was not an election.
That was something a little bit different.
That was something a little bit different.
That was like...
That was like a new founding.
That was a new, it was a reset on America.
Because America existed prior to 1776, but it was British colonies.
And then it had a reset in 1776, and we became the 13 colonies, then we became the 13 states, then it went to the Articles of Confederation, 1791 it becomes The Constitutional United States of America, obviously there's a civil war, etc., etc., all these things happen.
So, Kenny, are you talking about how this election really was a revolution?
Yes, it absolutely was a revolution.
It was a revolution against a weaponized federal government.
It was a revolution against a federalized bureaucracy that went after one of our presidential candidates of the two major parties, imprisoned him, was wanting to imprison him rather, tried to shoot him, impeached him twice, went after all of his allies, went after all of his personnel, and went after all of the GOP senators, congressmen, and supporters in the general public that supported this man.
And we have put him back in office.
This was an American Revolution against cultural Marxism.
This was an American Revolution against progressivism.
This was an American Revolution against the idea of leftism.
And not just leftism, it is everything that they embrace, flawed gender ideology.
The idea that pro-life parents can be arrested at school board meetings by the Department of Justice, this was a rebuke and a referendum on the control that the progressive left has on our democracy, has on our constitutional republic, and we have rejected that in whole and for the only second time in American history I've elected a president Two times in non-consecutive terms because of the election of Donald Trump.
This is an idea.
America's not just an idea.
As we talked about before, Jack, we are a country.
And this America First movement that has been put back in office with the personnel that Trump is going to put in his cabinet and the people around him are a referendum on the rejection of progressivism and the rejection of cultural Marxism in our society.
So yes, it is another American revolution.
And we're about to say the golden era of politics about to begin.
Well, I couldn't agree more, man.
And I say this as, you know, Kevin and I grew up going to Valley Forge.
We grew up in the Philadelphia area, Valley Forge, every single weekend.
Tanya and myself, we got married at Valley Forge.
And we understand that in order to fight a revolution, it requires suffering.
It requires sacrifice.
And there's been a lot of people who have suffered.
There's been a lot of people who sacrificed on this.
And Donald Trump knew.
He knew that if he lost this election, he was going to jail.
He was going to jail possibly for the rest of his life.
And all he had to do was step down.
All he had to do was step back.
And I'm sure George Washington, same way, right?
He basically became a traitor to the crown.
And they labeled him a traitor.
And he was told many times, He was given the opportunity, stand down, stand down, we'll declare it a rebellion, we'll put you in, you'll be exiled, but you know, you'll be allowed to live.
He never once wavered, he never once faltered, he never once gave up because he had the vision of the United States as a great and independent nation.
And a nation, not a republic.
Exactly right.
Excuse me, excuse me.
A nation, not an empire.
A nation, not an empire.
By the way, Pat Buchanan had the great book, A Republic, Not an Empire.
Yeah, he did.
Classic.
We are a nation.
We are a country.
We are not an idea.
While this country was founded upon the ideas that George Washington and the Founding Fathers founded upon when they came over from Europe, We are a country.
We have to put America first because our priorities come first.
Our people come first.
Our immigration system needs to prioritize not how it's going to benefit the rest of the world, but how it's going to fit the domestic citizens that are existing currently in the United States.
And that's what Donald Trump ran upon.
He ran upon rejecting the federalized bureaucracy and the weaponry of the federalized bureaucracy going after him and not only after President Trump.
Now this man, like you just said Jack, this man went through everything that a political candidate could do but die and has now won the presidency again and given the powers back to his supporters.
This is not like the first time around where Trump had to get accommodated into the political realm that he had to enter into in 2016 and 2017.
He has been through the ringer.
He now knows who to put exactly around him.
And with the hires that we've seen so far, the people who are going to be in charge of putting his circle together, the people he is putting in cabinet positions such as Tulsi Gabbard, Robert Kennedy Jr., and Pete Hegseff, these picks and these selections Well,
you know what's interesting, Kenny, is that This actually has fulfilled, and I haven't really said this yet, but what we've done in 2024 is we have fulfilled the prediction of the fourth turning.
And we say at the beginning of every show where the fourth turning, that's fifth generation warfare.
And we saw the fourth turning coming.
And what does that mean?
That means historical epochs, usually about 80 year cycles.
There is a massive cataclysmic event.
And at times, this can be very positive, like the American Revolution.
That was a fourth turning.
But then you also see great devastation like World War II. That was a fourth turning, but it also did remake the world order.
Now, here we are 80 years, exactly 80 years after 1944.
And 1944 really was the pivotal year in World War II. We do a whole episode on that one day.
But here we are, in fourth turnings, you see revolutions, you see civil wars, you see global conflicts, you see nations dissolve, and America was left with a choice.
One choice was a global war.
One choice was a civil war.
But the American people, in their wisdom, in their absolute wisdom, saw another path.
They saw a path to a peaceful governmental revolution.
And that was the way they chose.
We are going to carve a new path forward and potentially A way back.

Now, I know you're not from Pennsylvania, so you're looking at this from an outside observer.
Why is it, though, that you have these narcissistic liberals who actually will now openly advocate for the fact that they don't need to follow the law?
I mean, it just proves that all the stuff from 2020 about calling us anti-democracy and all this stuff was just nonsense.
Whenever Bob Casey is going to inevitably lose to Pennsylvania, they're going to have the same claims that we stole the election from them.
You've already seen this whole idea that Elon Musk bought the election with his America PAC and bought the election, has all these analytics because he's so rich.
It's the same idea, and they want to use every single avenue to steal the election from us now that we have won it.
So all this nonsense in Pennsylvania, I mean, we're going to see Bob Casey challenge the elections, go for a recount.
McCormick is going to win anyway, but you're going to see every exhaustive effort from those Pennsylvania election officials so to get back to conservatives because they're just closet liberals.
That's all these people are.
And I'm glad that the person who just wrote that email are the ones that are standing up for what's right, standing up for the Republican Party, and standing up for the conservative movement because that's the energy that we exactly need are people like that, even those that are in their 80s, fighting against progressivism, fighting against cultural Marxism, and fighting against people who want to steal our elections from us.
It's as simple as that.
I mean, Kev, this is the mentality we're fighting.
Whether it's in the deep state, whether it's in FDA or in health or in the DNI with Tulsi's up, it's people like this all over our government that are occupying this thing.
