The full extent of Helene's destructive toll just now coming into focus.
We have no water. We have no power.
After the rising waters rushed through these communities, forcing some to puncture holes in their roofs just to escape their homes.
It's been six days since Hurricane Helene carved a path through the U.S. South.
Now, residents of hard-hit Asheville have been warned to expect dry faucets for days or even weeks while pipes are repaired.
The federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met.
Day six and I just can't help but I mean I literally am just crying for my people and for I mean Like, how could the government do us like this?
And how could the whole country just forget about us?
It's not enough.
What is being done is not enough.
I mean, there are entire communities that have been just decimated.
I mean, for Kamala, for her to stand in Florida today and make, I mean, make a statement, where is our government?
I'm at the Newdale Fire Department.
Here is what supplies they have so far.
Absolutely nothing from the government.
This is all volunteers, just personal donations.
So this is where your money on the GoFundMe is going.
But yeah, the government is not helping.
Uh-oh, no ball prize-winning economist here to tell us how great the economy is.
I certainly wonder how the residents of Asheville, North Carolina must be feeling right now with no access to power or water or communication with the outside world.
I mean, I'm sure the economy is great for smug liberals like yourself who make $5 million and are worth $5 million.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here in Washington, D.C. Ladies and gentlemen, let's not talk about Hurricane Helene, not just as a natural disaster, but as a stark illustration of something deeper, a more sinister narrative playing out in our country.
See, this isn't just about weather.
It's about the deliberate failure of those in power and why that failure might just be By design.
So this summer we released the book On Humans, about the recurring patterns of revolutionary tactics used by those throughout history seeking to upend societies.
These revolutions aren't about uplifting the downtrodden or creating equality.
They're about power, control, and the dehumanization of entire groups of people.
So let's apply that lens to Hurricane Beline.
When Hurricane Helene struck Appalachia, we didn't just witness natural destruction.
We saw the systemic neglect of a region largely populated by what the federal government might call poor white people.
This is where the Unhumans thesis comes into play.
You see, we suggested there's an ongoing, covert, communist revolution in America.
And you know, the government's response, or lack thereof, to Hurricane Colleen starts to look less like incompetence and more like strategy.
Here's a term for you folks.
Intentional neglect.
When resources take forever to arrive, when aid is misallocated to illegal aliens, when promises of help are broken, you begin to see a pattern.
Why? Because these areas, these people don't fit into the progressive urban-centric narrative that's being pushed.
They're not the demographic that's supposed to benefit from the new world.
Order. Look where the money goes.
Look where it goes. It goes to illegals.
It goes to migrants.
This isn't accidental.
It is a tactical move.
Where's the media focus?
Where's the public perception focus?
This is media manipulation serving to dehumanize and further isolate these groups from mainstream sympathy or aid.
And what is the endgame?
The endgame is simple.
To break down these communities, to make them dependent, to force a migration from rural America into urban centers where control is easier, where votes can be more predictably harvested.
It's not about changing demographics just out of neglect.
But as a calculated move to shift the political landscape.
And I'm sure they've got the Haitians already set up to backfill these towns.
Let's not get it twisted.
This isn't just about one hurricane or one region.
It's about recognizing a pattern, a playbook that's been used time and time again to dismantle societies and structures under the guise of progress and equality.
Is it failure by design?
Well, if the unhuman sleds is to be designed, then we don't view them as fellow humans.
This is a war against the very fabric of our nation's identity.
These are influences and they're friends of mine.

So with this hurricane response going completely insane, you see, the media doesn't really seem to be talking very much about this.
They're not talking about the Jersey port strike.
They're not talking about any of the things that we should see as being focused on what's going on in our country.
So we really need to understand the things that are happening, that are putting stresses, that are putting all of these forces on our supply lines, on our supply chains, to these people, the disasters that are going on.
And we're talking about impacts here from the supply chains that are absolutely critical.
This comes at the time when we're looking at the catastrophic damage of the devastation of Hurricane Helene.
All of these communities are in need of desperate items being held up by, of course, some of the port strikes are facing this too.
And look, we're facing the possibility of not receiving these much-needed items, including life-saving and essential medications.

How are these people supposed to vote?
How are the people of Western North Carolina going to vote?
Governor Roy Cooper Governor Cooper, I have a question for you.
Are you going to make sure that these rural communities vote?
Even though I know they're not exactly your voters, are you going to make sure that the mobile centers would be up there?
Are you going to make sure that ballots are going to get there?
Are you going to make sure, Mr.
Governor, that these people are able to vote in this election, which is just about 30 days away?
When all of the polling locations, the churches, the schools are flooded out, many of them are destroyed, what are you doing, sir?
What are you doing to make sure that these communities will not be disenfranchised?
Because if you want to let their votes wither on the vine, if you want to wash away their votes the same way that they've lost everything else in these floods and in these storms, then you, sir, are a criminal if you do not allow them to vote, if you disenfranchise these people.
They've been through enough.
And the last thing they need is for someone to take away their votes because we've got a sacred election coming up in just about 30 days.
And that's all I have to say about that for now.
But rest assured, I will be bringing this up more and more and more.

We'll be paying very, very I want to go now back up to Pennsylvania, because Pennsylvania is something where we need to put a lot of focus.
And I've said this before, I'll bring it out now.

He came up and he pumped his fist back in the air and he got right back to his feet.
Cliff Maloney from the Pennsylvania Chase is going to be there as well.
He joins us now. Cliff, how's it going, man?
It's great. Looking forward to the Butler Rally.
Going to be a historic moment.
So pretty pumped for it. Talk to me about how the Butler rally, yes, on one hand, it's about the historic nature of what happened in Butler on July 13th and the fact that we still don't have the answers to what happened on July 13th.
But it also plays a strategic role because Butler's in a very important part of a very important state, isn't it?
Yeah, I think Butler is key.
You need to see a strong turnout there for Trump.
One of the things that Scott Pressler has put out there and broke is the story that the Department of State is now shutting down temporarily their registration portal.
From 6 p.m.
to midnight, the day of the rally.
I mean, these people, they have no shame, right?
I mean, obviously that's political.
You know, we're going to be working the rally.
Scott's going to be there. Turning point action.
Trump Force 47. You know, this is a great way for us to get out and be able to register folks.
And Scott Pressler is rightly calling them out.
I mean, how is this not election interference?
You take the biggest event you know is going to happen.
In the most important swing state, We're all set up to register, and now you're saying, oh, for six hours.
Like Scott Presser says, why not do it from midnight to 6 a.m.?
They're targeting Trump.
They know we have momentum.
They look at the registration numbers, see that we've cut them in half since 2020 because of all the work we're doing.
And they're running scared. And so these are the tactics they use.
And then afterwards, Jack, they'll say, you're an election denier.
There was no fraud.
It's like, these are the decisions that they make.
Like when a governor uses his pen to change the rules, that yes, that's why you would call it a stolen election.
And they're doing it in front of our eyes.
So let me, a little bit of the backstory for folks out there.
Al Schmidt is currently the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and that's what we call the Secretary of the State who runs the Department of State.
So Al Schmidt is a guy who Is one of these traitorous Republicans who used to be the city commissioner in Philadelphia.
Now, the commissioners in Philadelphia get a minority seat, so that means that no matter how many Democrats there are, there will be at least one Republican.
There always has to be. That's one of the bylaws in Philadelphia.
So back in 2009 and then 2011, me and a whole bunch of people said, hey, Al Schmidt is our guy.
He was the executive director of the Philadelphia GOP back when I was running college Republicans at Temple and was coming up in politics.
And Al Schmidt was the guy who said, I'm going to run on cleaning up the fraud in Philadelphia.
That's what he said. He said that he was going to run on cleaning up the fraud in Philadelphia.
And what did he do?
He got in the office, and I'll tell you exactly what he did, Cliff.
All of a sudden, he got tempted by the limelight.

Yeah, the Filthy Inc.
And then all of a sudden, CNN started knocking.
Jake Tapper said, oh, you know, if you just make a few rulings our way, Al, if you just take care of things our way, we'll help you out.
We'll put you on. Just repeat the narrative.
Just don't do anything about the fraud, Al.
Just don't do anything. All you gotta do is say, just say it with me now, the safest and securest elections of all time.
The safest and securest elections.
And so it was Al Schmidt who was running the election in 2020 in Philadelphia After turning his back on myself and all the people that helped put him in office, and then when Josh Shapiro got elected governor in 2022, and it's amazing.
It's so amazing. By the way, Schmidt then went, same guy, testifies against Trump at the January 6th committee, testifies against him, cuts a deal with Shapiro that says, I'll give you the city of Philadelphia.
I'll put you in the governor's mansion.
But I want to be the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
So now Al Schmidt on something like the first day of the Shapiro administration was appointed, and that's an appointed position in Pennsylvania.
That's not an elected position.
So Al Schmidt got the appointment so Josh Shapiro can say, oh look, it's not just me saying it, it's a Republican saying it.
Isn't it great, Cliff?
Don't you just love Pennsylvania politics?
Well, and look, they have to do these corrupt things because they're treading water.
I mean, the Philadelphia Inquirer, as much as it's a corrupt rag, Philadelphia, I'm going to start calling it that.
That's pretty good, Jack. They just put out a huge story, you know, showing that inner city Philadelphia...
Yeah, the story yesterday was good.
The story yesterday actually surprised me because, you know, everybody's sending it around, and I'll let you talk about it in a second, but I was like, I don't trust them, so I don't know why they're being nice to us all of a sudden.
Yeah, and I think what they're doing is they're sounding the alarm, but it's like, you know, we're in the 12th hour.
That's already happened. And look, if they look at the mail-in requests, I mean, this is a number I'll share with your audience.
You know, I just put these out.
It's startling if you look at where Democrats were four years ago compared to where they are today.
I mean, these mail-in requests, you know, Dems are down 414,000.
From where they were at this point in 2020.
Now, Republicans, people say, oh, it was COVID. We're only down 87,000, right?
You see it there on the screen. 414, they're down.
We're down 87. So if you look at where we are compared to there, we're in a better spot by 326,000 requests in a state that we only lost by 80,000.
Forget about the polls.
Forget about the pundits, the people yapping, especially on the left.
Look at the actual mail-in ballot request.
It is our best indicator of where we're going to land.
Because think about it. That's 414,000 Democrats who voted by mail last time, or at least requested.
Now they don't have 40 or 50 days to vote.
Democrats have to spend money, time, and energy to get them a vote on election day.
That's going to be difficult for them.
Look, this is huge. So you've got this massive delta between where they were in 2020 versus where they are now.
Josh Shapiro, of course, gets humiliated by Kamala Harris.
And I got people all across PA saying Josh is paying lip service to the campaign.
He's not whipping union votes.
He's not putting out what he needs to do out there to put Kamala across the line.
And then you got the Filthy Delphi Inquirer coming out yesterday saying that Black and Hispanic We're good to go.
What they're doing is they're sounding the alarm.
I like the way you put that, Cliff. They're sounding the alarm that Philadelphia has a big problem for Kamala Harris.

Look, and this is what it's all about, folks.
This is what it's all about.
You've got to find these areas, you've got to find these key districts, and then go in and help.

If you can help by going in person, and yes, Kevin is going to be flying in for the Butler Rally, and who knows, maybe he'll just stay, Cliff will take him off my hands, because we all know how Kevin gets.
But this is huge, right?
And I think he's watching right now, actually.
He just texted me. So, look, it's what it's all about, folks.
It's what it's all about. Look, Pennsylvania, for me, it's my home.
And I've been asked, you know, Charlie said, oh, Jack, come to Arizona.
And then you have people saying come to Wisconsin and come to Michigan.
Look, look, many states are important, okay?
I'm not going to say Pennsylvania is the most important state, but I will say this.
It has been identified by Nate Silver and so many others as the tipping point state.
What does that mean? That means if we can push Pennsylvania over the finish line, then it becomes that much harder for Kamala to win because her math, her calculus gets really hard if the 19 electoral votes of Pennsylvania slide into the R column.
That's why Pennsylvania is so essential.
Now, obviously we've got to deal with North Carolina.
I think that's huge. That's something that I really need.
We need Mark Robinson and everybody down there to figure out what's going on in Western North Carolina.
But at the same time, if you shore up Pennsylvania, then that puts them on the back foot everywhere else around the country.
That's why you need PHAs.
That's why this Philadelphia Inquirer article yesterday about the working class neighborhoods.
Cliff, talk a little bit about what you're seeing on the ground in terms of these working class neighborhoods.
And it goes across race, right?
It's mostly class-based as opposed to race-based.
So it's not like the whites are all on one side and the blacks and Hispanics are on the other side.
That's kind of how it used to be in sort of the Karl Rove era of politics.
Now we're starting to see something else.
Yeah, and I've never seen a shift like this.
I mean, this is not 2016.
This is not 2020. 2024 is very different.
I'll give you two examples.
One, just look at the people that are applying to be a part of the PHA. When we're vetting folks, I'll be honest with you guys, a lot of times you do have that white dude stereotype in politics, and those are the people applying.
A lot of the folks that we're working with now, I get applications from all types of ethnicities.
We have donors from across the spectrum of people of every background.
And when we're talking to voters, the second thing I'll tell you, the voters' reaction, young people, they're not viscerally reacting to the Republican Party.
That's because of Donald Trump.
When you look at Black voters, when you look at Hispanic voters, the reactions we're getting, I just think, whether it was Butler or whether it was a culmination of these moments, the working class is now heavily and clearly with Donald Trump.
And I think this shift is not going to be something they're going to be able to reverse.
And I think if we have a resounding win on November 5th, if we do the work leading up to it, and we have a resounding win, I think the Democrat Party is going to be lost nationally because they're not going to have anywhere to turn except illegal immigration.
We win this election.
We close our border.
We save the Republic.
Period. End of story.
Look, and it's just as simple as that.
It's do you want, and as we look at this hurricane response or lack thereof, you know, you have a government that clearly is focused on the needs of far-off countries, of far-off lands.
Do you want a government that actually cares about About your citizens.
About our people. About our citizens.
This is the path to do it.
And I know there's so much else going on in the world.
I know there's all these different things.
There's all these issues. But look, they don't need billions of dollars ahead of the people that are here.
So if you care, right, if you actually care about all of these issues, now is the time to get off your butt, to get off your keister, And get to one of these swing states or send resources to one of these swing states, whatever you can.
Don't just sit there and say, oh, well, you know, I watch human events and, you know, Bannon, he's, you know, he's coming back out at the end of the month.
And by the way, we're, uh...
I don't have anything to announce yet, but there's some discussions going on about what Steve has planned for the last couple days of the election.
But I think it's going to be, when he returns, it is going to be absolutely historic.
Again, we are living in a country right now where we have political prisoners.
We have a government that sends billions overseas, and where all the FEMA money is being given to illegal aliens, and we don't even have enough for the hurricane victims.
We have an occupied government.
Because I don't know who's in charge of this thing, but it sure ain't the citizens, I'll tell you that much.
This is how you actually change things in America.
This is actually how you do things right.
And you got people who, like we had this big event this weekend with RFK and Russell Brand, I think that everybody else should be too.
I think this is where we win.
I think PA is it.
You win PA, you win the White House.
There's one thing we got to fix.
Mail in voting.

I spent the entire day in Philadelphia.
I was running around the precincts.
I was running around the different wards in Philadelphia, trying to see what was going on.
And we found voter fraud.
We found all sorts of issues.
I even got a voting machine impounded by a judge because of some of the reporting that I was able to do all the way back in 2016.
Now, obviously, you report it through the chain, right?
The legal teams, the Tiger teams that the PAGOP or the RNC has at the time.
It goes through the lawyer. They get an injunction.
Boom. Voting machine out because there were some issues with this machine.
Had some Democrat votes on there that should not be there.
And it's a long story.
I'll get into it. I saw that President Trump was going to win Pennsylvania.
I saw that by about 5 p.m.
or so. Then at 8 o'clock, I went over to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, bought myself a train ticket, and went up to New York City because I knew That Donald Trump was about to become the next president of the United States.
And folks, I'm telling you, if we do the work like we did in 16, it's all going to happen again.

Joe, tell me how MyPatriotSupply, I understand you guys have been helping out, that you've been doing what you can.
You're hearing a lot about the operations that are going on on the ground.
Yeah, absolutely. You know, first and foremost, our hearts and thoughts and prayers go out to the people that have been affected by this traumatic, catastrophic hurricane.
And, you know, we've partnered with several different organizations to help provide some of that relief.
And I just want to give a shout out to some of these agencies that we partnered with.
We partnered with Information Technology Disaster Resource Center to help get communication hotspots, get charging stations set up.
Cell phones towers up across North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and the Appalachian region.
We've partnered with Operation Barbecue to help get hot meals to victims of the hurricane.
Right now, they're currently on the ground in different locations throughout Florida and Georgia.
We've teamed up with Mercury One, Congressman Cory Mills, and Moms for Liberty to get much needed items such as diapers, baby supplies, personal hygiene products, paper towels, and non-perishable food to those in North Carolina.
We partnered with Jack Brewer to get a truckload of emergency food and water sent out, as well as Operation Blessing, who has set up base operations there in Georgia, where their team's fully engaged.
In fact, they're using a large portion of our fleet, mobile kitchens, construction trailers to help with the relief efforts there.
It is a massive undertaking whenever these types of events happen, and it's just a humble reminder That we need to do our own part to be able to prepare for these types of situations.
Something as simple as having a little backpack, and it doesn't have to be a backpack like this, but go get one of your child's old backpacks and put essential items in there.
Items like a first aid kit, a water source, a water filtration bottle, or even something like this, like a little ready-to-eat 2,400 calorie bar pack that has up to a five-year shelf life.
Get it prepared before these events happen.
So that way, if you do get that call in the middle of the night, you don't have to scramble to find these items.
You can simply grab your backpack, one for each member of your family, and you can escape and run out the door should you need to.
And so emergency preparedness, Jack, like we've talked multiple times about this.
It's a very, very simple concept, but still very foreign to a lot of people.
They don't know what to do, how to get started, what items they may need in different situations.
And really, a majority of the things that we do here at My Patriot Supply, besides providing emergency long-term food, emergency water filtration systems, we educate customers on preparedness plans, what you can do for different sorts of emergencies, how you can have that peace of mind, because there is a lot of power and a lot of comfort by being prepared, being ready to get that call if you need to evacuate or even shelter in place.

You know, we've had several distributors, several partners of ours Wanting to get emergency supplies into the people in North Carolina and they're being blocked because they don't have access to these roads.
They're only letting certain people in.
But in times like this, you know, we need to rally around our communities, rally around people who are wanting to provide that assistance and let them go in there and do the job to save and help those people that are in desperate need, Jack.
You know, I mean, Joe, that actually kind of ties up with something that I've been reporting earlier, that Pete Buttigieg, through the FAA, issued a NOTAMS saying that drones aren't even allowed to fly over these areas where you've got people, again, in isolated areas where they don't have access to communications.
This is the Hill Country.
They don't have access to roads in many of these cases.
And so they're just trying to get information out, number one, that they're alive, and number two, that they need assistance.
and they won't let civilian drones, civilian aircraft assist.
They're talking about helicopters, be it some of the civilian pilots
being threatened with arrest.
And now just walk me through that again.
I know we were talking about it during the break.
You're saying that some of your partners, is this the actual trucks,
that they're saying the trucks need a special permission to be able to, we're not talking about blocked roads.
The roads are open, but you're saying they're still not allowed to go
even though it's just humanitarian assistance?
Yeah, that's some of the reports that I received through some of my contacts
who are trying to provide assistance.
You know, we're trying to get some long-term emergency water to the people in North Carolina.
And they're being told that they need special requirements from FEMA in order to enter these certain areas.
And so we're trying to find the workarounds for that.
But those are some of the reports that I've been getting in.
And we're trying to find different ways in which we can get this product to those who desperately need it.
But yes, we are being blocked in some places that are just simply blocking us from providing that assistance.
Well, I mean, and that's just, again, you know, you talk about communities coming together.
You talk about people coming to help.
You got My Patriot Supply.

You know, I mean, imagine if they just had just dropped a couple of pallets of these, just the disaster preparedness food kits in.
I mean, the town would be eating great.
And that's what's so...

Scott, you tell me that you've got a little bit of news to break.
That's right, Jack.
Well, we discovered by going to the voter registration website for Pennsylvania that they were scheduling maintenance During the exact time that President Trump is doing this rally, his historic rally, triumphant return to the site of the assassination attempt in Butler.
Now, anyone that knows anything about IT knows that usually maintenance is done in wee hours of the morning, you know, 12 a.m.
to 4 a.m.
This was scheduled originally from Saturday, October 5th, From 6 p.m.
to 12 a.m.
And just for our viewer to know, the Trump rally was going to begin at 5 p.m.
And so it was clear that the Pennsylvania Department of State was engaging in election interference, trying to stop all of this national attention from translating into new voter registrations.
And so our early vote action team posted across social media.
And I want to give a shout out to Laura Trump because Laura Trump immediately flagged this issue.
And I'm proud to say, Jack, that that time has been changed now to 10 p.m.
to 4 a.m. I'm still not 100 percent happy with this.
It's still election interference.
But it shows you public pressure campaigns that are peaceful.
They work and get things done.
I mean, that's exactly what we're talking about here.
You know, I was talking earlier in the show as well about sort of the background of Val Schmidt and how he got to come up where he is.
But I was also talking about the citizens of North Carolina, Western North Carolina, and the fact that I'm not hearing anything from the North Carolina government about how these people are going to be able to vote when their polling places have all been destroyed by flash flooding and hurricanes and everything else.
So, Scott, kudos to you for ringing the bell on this.
And doing so with enough alarm and enough passion, as we all know that you have, and enough, shall I say, persistence in order to be able to get it done.
Thank you. Well, and that's the next issue.
You know, the whole model from this beginning, Jack, has been Pennsylvania wins the White House.
A part of that pathway to victory runs through Georgia and North Carolina.
And I do want to say Our immediate priority must be making sure that the people of North Carolina have water, have access to food, are safe and sound.
But ultimately, if we want to continue to have a prosperous nation, that means they need to have the ability to vote this November.
And I'm being kind in saying this, but Chairman Watley, what is your plan to make sure that Western North Carolina can vote?
To our candidates like Mark Robinson that's running for governor, what is your plan to make sure that these people are able to vote for your campaign?
And anyone that knows anything about North Carolina, Western North Carolina is ruby Republican red territory.
If these people do not have access to vote, then North Carolina will lose the governorship and we might even lose the electoral college points necessary To putting President Trump across the finish line.
This is a very real and scary situation if the Republican Party is not taking this seriously and helping people and helping them vote this November.
Well, Scott, I mean, look, you've been coming on here for over a year talking about disasters, talking about things that could happen that affect your vote on Election Day.
And now here we go, where there's a massive swing state that just had a hurricane, tropical storm dumped on it, flash flooding, everything else.
This is exactly what early vote action is all about, isn't it?
It is. Well, you know, we were born, Jack, from November of 2022.
And everything that I'm about to say is factual.
Fact-checked me. In Maricopa County, in November of 2022, the machines had errors on Election Day.
In Nevada, we had another weather situation that in Washoe County, Reno, Republican area, it snowed on Election Day.
And in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, the heart of a lot of scandals that are going on right now at this present moment, they ran out of paper, Jack.
On Election Day and Florida, we know it's always hurricane season, that something happens going into the November election.
Republicans, we must have an all of the above approach to voting.
We cannot allow for natural disasters to stop us from saving our country and electing Donald Trump this November.
It's as simple as that, folks.
It's as simple as that.
We have to set up a plan.
Look, I don't like voting by mail.
I don't think any of us like voting by mail.
And I'd love to be able to turn it back to the way it was.
But that don't work if we don't play their game.
If we don't play the game...
And by the way, you know, it's funny, Scott.
I was actually thinking about this earlier. When, you know, when we were talking about mobile drop boxes and mobile voting stations, etc., etc., like...
I don't want those in peacetime.
But for God's sake, when people have lost their entire village right before an election, that's a time that it actually makes sense.
So you'd think the Democrats would be all over this one.
