Donald Trump's record was peace and prosperity, no wars, lower inflation, rising wages, and Kamala Harris has been chaos all over the world.
She can't answer a single question without sounding like a whatever.
And she has led, she's had policies that have made it impossible For people to afford housing and food in the country that all of us love.
So the records are totally different.
That's my argument to swing voters.
My argument to voters who are already going to vote for us, but of course this is the second part of any political campaign, is we got to get out there and actually vote.
And I know every single person in this room, every single one of us, knows at least one person who's going to vote for Donald J. Trump, but only if they actually go to the polls.
Okay?
Every single one of us has a responsibility to call that person, to offer to drive that person, to make sure that every single one of us gets out there and makes our voice heard on November 5th.
That's what we have to do.
Or before November 5th, right?
Because we know that Democrats have beaten us in early voting for a long time.
I don't like the idea that we have election season.
I think we ought to have election day in this country, but whether we like it or not, we've got election season, so we might as well take advantage of it or the Democrats are ultimately going to win this race.
Now think about this.
I've seen this play out in every race that I've ever been involved in, where I've got friends of mine who are running.
It's like, you take 100 people, and 95 of them, 100 people are going to vote for Donald Trump, or 100 people who are going to vote for, you know, whatever candidate that I think they should vote for.
Ninety-five of them eventually do it.
And then five of them wait until election day, and then what happens?
Well, you know, mom gets sick, so you gotta go and take her to the hospital.
Or the kid, you gotta go pick him up from school.
Or maybe something comes up at work unexpected, and you're there too late, and you don't get an opportunity to make your voice heard.
We've got to take advantage of every single thing that we have.
And I know Pete Hoekstra will talk about this, has talked about this.
We have got to get out there and make our voices heard.
Now, I'll tell you, a Senate colleague, one of my favorite lines from any other political figure is he'll go in front of audiences and say, look, I want every single one of you to get out there and vote 10 times.
And people get kind of uncomfortable.
You know, they sit and sort of shuffle their chairs a little bit.
They laugh a little bit.
Well, we're Republicans.
We don't vote ten times.
We only vote once.
Well, here's the way to legally vote ten times.
Take yourself to the polls, but take nine other people to the polls, too.
And that's what all of us, I encourage you all of us to do.
Maybe we'll take just a couple more questions then we'll have to get on the road.

I wanted to ask you about abortion.
There was a story this week from ProPublica about two women in Georgia who died.
They were trying to get abortions.
You might have seen the story.
And I wanted to ask you, firstly, the Harris campaign put out a statement about it this morning.
I wanted to get your thoughts about the women.
And then I also wanted to ask you policy-wise, if you see a role that the Trump administration can play in instances where states have abortion bans that limit-- or allow women who have medical reasons to get abortions, but in this instance, Georgia did, and it didn't work out, what but in this instance, Georgia did, and it didn't work out, what the federal government can do in Well, I haven't seen the story about two women.
I saw a story about one woman in Georgia, and maybe it's the same story.
I assume that that's at least half of the story.
I mean, look, my initial reaction to it is, what an unbelievable and terrible human tragedy.
I mean, you've got this beautiful young girl, beautiful young child, and this boy's mom has been taken from him.
And I don't know that any person in this country would say that's anything other than a terrible tragedy.
She should be with her son.
She should be still with us.
And it's a terrible, terrible thing that she isn't.
Now, I will also say that we have to remember that these things are extremely complicated.
And I don't know the full details of exactly what happened, but one of the reasons why every single person, whether they're pro-life or pro-choice in this country, I've never spoken to a single pro-life person who doesn't believe in exceptions to cover this exact scenario.
Where you have a pregnancy that is endangering a woman's life, it is a terrible, terrible tragedy.
But you've got to let that woman make the decision that makes the most sense for her.
It's called the life-of-the-mother exception.
Every single pro-life person, even people who are very, very hardcore on the pro-life issue, they believe in a life-of-the-mother exception.
So I'd like to learn a little bit more about this case and understand the details a little bit better, but it's an unspeakable tragedy.
It should never happen in this country, and that's why we believe on the pro-life side in the life of the mother exception.

I want to go back to what you said about believing that Trump needs the same security detail as Biden.
Do you know if there is efforts underway to make that happen?
And have you specifically requested more Secret Service protection?
So, Kit, I have not requested more Secret Service protection.
I think that we have what we need.
And again, I think these guys are doing a great job, and I'm thankful for them, and I'm proud of them.
And I-- Now, sometimes I wish they would drive a little bit faster.
I mean, these Secret Service agents, they drive like Miss Daisy, and I'm trying to see... Well, I got this... I got Matt to laugh a little bit here.
But they do not go faster than 68 miles per hour on the highway.
I'd like to change that, kid.
But otherwise, no changes to my Secret Service detail.
But in terms of what President Trump... What's going on with President Trump, I do not know, to be clear, whether the President, meaning President Trump, has requested additional protection.
I've talked to some of my friends on Capitol Hill, Where they're trying to find ways to appropriate money so that he has a security detail that maps up with President Biden's security detail.
That's as much as I know.
I don't know how likely those things are to be successful.
But, look, my pitch to my Democratic friends who, you know, a lot of them, by the way, I think will vote for Donald Trump in November.
But even let's say Democratic leadership that has made hating Donald Trump the whole reason of their existence in politics, what I'd say is, Assassinations destroy the social fabric of this country.
I mean, we're very proud on our side to have the support of Bobby Kennedy Jr.
And he's a great guy.
I have gotten to know him very well over the last few weeks.
But I think in many ways, this country never healed from the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
And yeah, there were a lot of people who didn't like Bobby Kennedy.
There were a lot of people who loved him.
But whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, If an assassin takes out a presidential candidate in the midst of this election, it is going to cause a rift and a wound in this country that will be so deep it will never heal.
So we cannot let this happen.
We cannot let another person take a credible shot at Donald Trump's life.
It's disgraceful and we can do more to protect him.
And I think that we have to do more to protect him, not just for his sake, but for the sake of the American people and our shared project as American citizens.
So let let me let me leave you with just this this final thought here.
And again, thank you all for being here.
But there was a story that dominated headlines last week.
It was actually a story in southwestern Ohio, about 45 minutes from where I grew up, a town called Springfield, Ohio.
And what happened in Springfield, I think, is an example of what Kamala Harris's Open Border, what she wants to do to every small town and big city in this country, which is over the last few years, 20,000 migrants, primarily from Haysha, have been dropped into Springfield, Ohio.
And it's caused an incredible stress on nearly every local service.
You've got public schools where there are a thousand kids in a small town, a thousand kids who don't speak English.
You've got local hospitals and clinics that are totally overwhelmed.
You've got 8,000 people on the Medicaid rolls that weren't even in the community just three short years ago.
And you've got a lot of people getting evicted from their homes to make way for people who are receiving government benefits, the idea of kicking American citizens out of their homes for non-citizens who are receiving a welfare check is disgraceful and it shouldn't happen.
It is an absolute disgrace.
But President Trump and I have been talking about this issue We're going to keep on talking about this issue because all over the country, I just saw a story about a small town in Pennsylvania where something else similar is happening.
You've got a massive influx of migrants.
You've got people who now can't afford housing.
And in the name of Kamala Harris's open border, you are destroying the American dream of homeownership and home security.
It is a disgrace.
But I want to tell you what's even more disgraceful.
What's even more disgraceful than the policy is the effort to silence the residents of Springfield.
I've seen this from the American media.
Ah, lot of people who pretend to be fair journalists.
You know what they've been saying for the last few days?
Springfield has been experiencing an unbelievable number, something like 35 40 bomb threats in Springfield and just the last in just the last few days.
And you know what?
The governor of Ohio came out yesterday and said every single one of those bomb threats was a hoax.
And all of those bomb threats came from foreign countries.
So the American media, for three days, has been lying and saying that Donald Trump and I are inciting bomb threats, when in reality, the American media has been laundering foreign disinformation.
It is disgusting.
and every single one of them owes the residents of Springfield an apology.
But I think it illustrates something, my friends, that is so sick from the American press in 2024.
And it's that instead of talking about the crises in our country, they try to silence the people who are experiencing them.
Because their message in talking about these bomb threats and in lying to the American people and saying they came from me and Donald Trump, what they're doing is trying to shut all of us up.
They're trying to say, how dare you, citizens of Springfield, complain about this migrant inflow because now these bomb threats are happening.
How dare you complain about the fact that you can't afford housing?
How dare you complain about Kamala's open border?
The media conspired to shut American citizens up.
They owe every single American an apology and they ought to.
And after giving every single American an apology, why don't they think about covering the real crisis, which is Kamala's why don't they think about covering the real crisis, which is Kamala's open border and its many, Focus on the real story, American media.
Stop trying to shut up the people who are telling the real story.
Do your job.
cover what's going on in this race and the American people will be better off for it.

The FBI has assumed the role as the lead federal law enforcement agency in the investigation of the incident that occurred earlier today at Trump International Golf Course.
The suspect in the apparent attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, Ryan Wesley Routh.
Investigators say Routh was the man with an AK-style rifle, 300 to 500 yards away from the former president.
How did he know that Donald Trump I'm signing an executive order assigning the case involving the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump to the office of statewide prosecutor under the supervision of Attorney General Ashley Moody.
The suspect, Ryan Ralph, is believed to have committed state law violations across multiple judicial circuits in this state.
Also, the state of Florida has jurisdiction over the most serious, straightforward offense, which is attempted murder.
So, if Donald Trump wants people, wants Kamala Harris and others to say, to stop saying that he is a threat to democracy, then he should stop threatening democracy.
You know the big difference between conservatives and liberals?
No one has tried to kill Kamala Harris in the last couple of months.
And two people now have tried to kill Donald Trump in the last couple of months.
I'd say that's pretty strong evidence that the left needs to tone down the rhetoric and needs to cut this crap out.

Every question that comes up, the assassination to Springfield, Ohio, speaking for the people there, tough questions on abortion, he's ready.
And look, folks, There's no question.
J.D.
Vance has leveled up.
He's leveled up to meet the moment.
I don't know if Senator Vance, right, there was Senator Vance and that was and he was doing good, but this vice presidential candidate Vance, I mean, this is we're seeing a whole new J.D.
Vance, someone who's really grown into this role.
And I believe he looks more comfortable up there than I've seen.
He looks more just more relaxed and Totally in command of the issues.
Totally in command of what matters.
And I love this, that you ask him a question, a tough question, he goes back to the people.
He always brings it back to the people.
And that's what this entire movement is about.
How does this affect people?
And how do we take our values, right?
How do we take the things that we value and make sure that it affects the people in the right way?
So it's not about putting ideology first.
It's not about putting party first.
It's about putting the American people first.
And in this case, so for example, Springfield, which you talked about as well, the people of Springfield, not only are they people who are willing and are hurting to speak out, They're demanding a chance to speak out.
These are his constituents.
And so there is neighbors, okay?
There's his neighbors in the Dayton area.
I think he lives, he's from north of there.
But again, these are his constituents.
These are people who are living with the same situation that he's talked about for a long time, that President Trump's talked about for a long time, and the media wants to silence them, The media wants to demonize them simply for telling the truth.
The same media, oh by the way, that's been attacking and demonizing J.D.
Vance and President Trump for simply carrying forward.
Carrying forward.
The voices of their constituents, the voices of the people, the voices of the voters.
So they'll demonize J.D.
Vance and President Trump for talking about migrant crime, migrant violence, and all of the things going on.
But meanwhile, if you try to kill President Trump, if you try to assassinate him, let's see how the media responds.
Because I went and checked out the New York Times today, as I do every day, And what did I see?
Suspect in apparent Trump assassination plot.
Crusaded for many causes.
Crusaded for many causes!
They called him a crusader!
And then down, if you go into the actual body of the article, because I was like, oh, I gotta read this article, I gotta read every single word of this one, and I know how the New York Times talks about J.D.
Vance and President Trump, and I know how they talk about me, and I know how they talk about everyone associated with this movement, and Tucker Carlson, and Steve Bannon, who's a political prisoner, and my friend Charlie Kirk, and everybody else.
And what do I see?
A crusader for causes large and small.
A crusader for causes large and small.
The media wants to make this happen again.
The media wants another person to try to take a shot at President Trump.
That's what we know that studies have shown.
That when shooters, mass shooters, domestic terrorists get positive coverage in the mainstream media, what does it do?
It inspires copycats.
The media is trying to inspire a copycat.
Copycat killer.
And potentially this already was a copycat killer of the first one.

He's got the crypto coming out.
So the question, though, is with 49 days to go, what is the vibe in 2024 and what should people be looking to do?
And again, the action that people need to come down on and everyone knows that this rose from the bowels of the engine room of the war room.
Clawed his way to the surface like the like the kidnapped children of the thuggy cult and temple of doom That's actually where Vish got that's actually where Vish grew up when he was down there in the in mining the gemstone So Vish, you know Kalima Kalima.
What's the vibe?
The vibe is that we need to be sprinting to the finish line and everybody knows it, including our enemies.
That's why now they have resorted to taking another shot at the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
The fact is that we are now focused on delivering ballots, banking, There's not much that can be said anymore, and Kamala Harris will not say anything either, because the more you hear of her, the more people dislike her.
This is why she's been hiding since day one.
This is why she won't come out.
This is why even during the debate, she said absolutely nothing that had any staying power, whereas Donald Trump's cat and dog's line is now viral all over TikTok.
Those internals must have been devastating in order for the events of the last few days to have carried out.
I mean, it's not just that someone tried to take another shot at the president, but the senators in the US Senate sent a letter to the Federal Reserve demanding a cut in the interest rates by 75 basis points.
That is insane.
You'd be lucky to get 50.
But the fact is that that must be a signal that not only are we looking at a historic win for President Trump, but we're also looking at possibly historic wins in the Senate, possibly historic wins in the House.
It is just a matter of Again, MAGA is inevitable.
You cannot stop what's coming.
That is the vibe.
We are sprinting.
Full speed ahead.
Again, we are in the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter of this game.
We have no choice but to make sure every target is completed, every task is completed, and we drive this ball right into the end zone.

It's actually a giant form of projection, Jack.
The fact of the matter is that my worst fear came true when I heard that the president had another attempt on his life at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
This was my worst fear going into it when I heard about the first one.
That dread that took over not just us but collectively
All over America, when we heard someone took a shot at the president and he miraculously survived, thank God, but immediately we should have went into multiple modes of deterrence, not just letting people know logistically, operationally, this will not happen again under any circumstance, but to also make a rather large example of not just Thomas Crooks, who was
Um, who was killed when he took that shot.
But including every other failure after, we should have went into deterrence mode and we should have gotten accountability.
But what should have been a whole-of-government approach to not just find out what happened on J13, but to find out the systemic failures that happened on J13, has turned into a whole-of-government failure.
And it's such a failure that someone else felt emboldened to take another shot at the president.
Well Vish, Vish, here's what I gotta ask you.

So we talk about whole of government failure.
But here's the question.
We lay this out in Bulletproof, in the Bulletproof Project that people can go and get.
The question before us is now, was this a failure or was this an intention?
Well now we have no choice but to question its intentionality.
You know, they talk about this guy, this traitor, Mr. Ralph, who tried to take a shot at the president.
They talk about him as a crusader.

I think it's time that we have our own, not investigation, an inquisition into the deep state and into the media.
The media for aiding and abetting These folks, these crazies on their side and inciting them into justifying taking a shot at the president with their rhetoric.
But then the deep state, who then not only has questionable connections to this whole thing, taking questionable actions throughout this whole thing, and then refusing to answer and comply with questions, obstructing justice, hindering prosecution.
These are all crimes.
And we demand We have to demand an inquisition into the deep state and the media for their aiding and abetting and inciting of these freaks to try and take a shot at President Trump.
And we've got to look into the DHS for obstruction and hindering prosecution.
They're the ones that are putting a giant block on this thing.
And let's not forget, the DHS was created by George Bush.
and the Bush family, going back to Prescott Bush, are involved in their own intrigues around assassination.
Well, and Vish, Vish, let me go back real quick.
Let me go back real quick because I know we have a couple minutes with you.
But on the media question, I've gone through and I've looked at this.
New York Times, CBS, Semaphore, Newsweek.
The Trump assassin has done more press than Kamala Harris at this point.
And he's in direct communication with high level journalists at all of these different institutions.
High-level regime journalists were in contact with the shooter.
Now, the question is, that I have, is when did that contact break off?
When did they stop?
Because I see he's got a GoPro up there.
So was he shopping the story around?
Was he trying to give someone the exclusive?
Did he have contact in his phone with any media outlets prior to this?
And did anyone, if you watch that that great film Nightcrawler out there, did any of these media know that this shot was coming and didn't say anything about it because they wanted the exclusive?
Did they have foreknowledge and didn't say anything?
That's one of the questions that I want to see the media on for and I want every single piece of evidence from his phone and I want him interrogated immediately over this and all of the foreign questions.
You're right, Vish.
This guy was a traitor.
Last minute to you.
Not only was it a traitor, but now we have to ask very, very serious questions.
I mean, the fact that both Mr. Crooks and Mr. Routh both appeared in BlackRock commercials, I have to imagine not only is this guy well-connected... I haven't seen a BlackRock commercial for the second guy.

Mike Davis is on with this here Article 3 project because Mike, I actually had a question for you that I don't know that people are talking about right now and it's something that we need to steer the gears back in with 49 days to the election.
You've always told us that Trump's goal and his legal team's goal was to delay the cases out to the election.
So delay it out beyond the election day.
But I want to talk scenario time here.
Tell me, and we know of course that his sentencing date still looms, what happens to President Trump if he does not win the election on the legal front?
So it's pretty stark.
President Trump either goes back to the White House after November 5th or he goes to Rikers Island.
And that sounds Like a doomsday scenario, but it's on track for that to happen.
Judge Juan Marchand, this corrupt Democrat judge in New York, has his sentencing date set for late November.
And make no mistake, if President Trump does not win the White House, Judge Marchand will send him to Rikers Island.
And what is the current date on that?
I think it was November 20, Yeah.
It's like November 25th or 26th, but it's, it's, that's the 26th, Tuesday, Tuesday, the 26th.
So three weeks after the election.
Yeah, it's it's like November 25th or 26th.
But it's it's it's the 26th Tuesday, Tuesday, the 26th.
And think about it.
It's really like, yeah, Judge one, Sean.
Remember, he's corrupt.
And I don't say that lightly as a lawyer.
He is corrupt because his daughter, Lauren Marchand, is raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented trial over which her father, Judge Juan Marchand, is presiding.
He donated, he's donated, he's a Democrat donor, which is Illegal under New York law to be a campaign donor.
His daughter's raising money off of this case.
She gets a percentage of that.
She is a contractor for Kamala Harris's campaign, this Lauren Michon.
And this has been a rigged I don't know what else you would call it.
I've been a lawyer for nearly 20 years, Jack.
Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, who campaigned on getting Trump, Matthew Colangelo getting deployed from the number three office in the Biden-Kamala Justice Department.
They brought these bogus charges against Trump for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim and putting it in his private books as a legal expense.
I don't know what else you would call it.
I've been a lawyer for nearly 20 years, Jack.
I don't know what you would call the settlement of a claim, a nuisance claim, other than a legal expense.
And so I, I guess I've been committing felonies with my clients for almost 20 years by settling these claims and, and booking it as a legal expense, uh, in your books, but somehow this legal expense from 2017 somehow affected the 2016 election.
And, uh, somehow these, Bookkeeping misdemeanors at best.
They're not bookkeeping misdemeanors because a legal expense is a legal expense.
Somehow they got transformed into 34 felony counts against Trump, and they didn't tell Trump what the legal obligations are.
During this trial, we still don't know the legal allegations.
Even after the trial is over, you have a stacked jury that's 87% Democrat.
You have these biased witnesses, these people who are serial liars, perjurers, disbarred attorney, Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels, who's raising money, peddling her porn site, changed her story many times.
This case is—this is the biggest injustice I think you can imagine.
If you're writing a law school exam, this New York case would be a law school exam.
It's so comical, but the problem is, it's not funny, it's reality.
And the issue is, if Trump does not win the White House, Mershaun will send Trump to Rikers Island.
So there you go, folks, three weeks after.
And then can the Supreme Court, I mean, I'm sure they can get involved, but would this be something that you think would be carried out immediately?
Or I guess it would then go as a question.
I'm sure his legal team would obviously appeal this to the federal level.
But again, that's going to take time because this is a state case.
Yeah, I mean, you would hope and pray that the Supreme Court would step in and step in quickly and stay the execution of judgment because there are so many reversible errors in this case.
Again, we don't even know what the legal allegations are against Trump.
So you don't have fair notice, you don't have due process for the criminal defendant.
The bigger problem for Mershawn And Bragg and Colangelo is they let in evidence that the Supreme Court just held in the presidential immunity decision in June, that they can't let in evidence that's subject to presidential immunity.
They let in evidence over Trump's objection, his conversations as the President of the United States with his Deputy White House Chief of Staff for Communications, Hope Hicks, and then Madeline, his Deputy Chief of Staff For operations, those are clearly subject to presidential immunity.
That evidence was presented to the grand jury, was presented at trial to the jury.
That is reversible error.
On that ground alone, the Supreme Court would reverse this case.
But that doesn't mean that Mershawn will not send Trump to Rikers Island on Tuesday, November 26th.
Just to make a point, I mean, Lauren Mershawn's livelihood could depend on that.
So there you go, folks, three weeks after the election, you've got the election, which, by the way, if for those of us, but I'm laughing because for those of us following media coverage, they're also telling us that we're not going to know the results on election day.
The count is still going to be out in places like, oh, I don't know, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.
So there could even be a case there.
As crazy as it sounds, there could even be a case that they're still recounting or counting finding ballots in places like Pennsylvania as President Trump is put into handcuffs and hauled off to Rikers Island.
We might not even know who the winner of the election is and I guarantee you that is something they would attempt to do if they have the ability to do so.
If the election day does not come in with a decisive victory.
Yeah, absolutely.
Look, do you think that, are you going to put anything past these Democrats?
They tried to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for the rest of his life.
Take him off the ballots when they failed.
They tried to destroy the Supreme Court that stopped them, the Republic, ending tactics when it still looked like Trump was going to win.
You had Kamala gut Joe Biden in a bloodless coup and throw out 14 million Democrat primary voters.
A lot of democracy from the Democrats there.
They want to throw Trump off the ballot and they want to install Kamala Harris, who got zero primary votes.
And then they underfund Trump's Secret Service protection.
Trump's career officials on his Secret Service detail have made many requests for beefed up protection.
They deny this.
They say, oh, he's just a former president, like he's Jimmy Carter sitting around a nursing home instead of the leading presidential candidate.
He almost gets his head blown off in Butler, Pennsylvania.
It was by the grace of God, a millimeter and a millisecond saved his life.
And then two months later, we have a sniper that's in the bushes At the president's golf club for 12 hours, and it just happens to be that the Secret Service see him with a rifle barrel and shoot at him to stop another assassination attempt.
I mean, this is recklessness at best that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the way they're handling Trump's protection.
I mean, it is criminal what they're doing.
Look, people need to get their heads in the game.
I was on Jesse Kelly last night, and I said that I would love to hear if President Trump speaks to Elon Musk about personal security and also family security.
He's got his son now going to a high-profile university up in New York City.
Elon Musk is someone who's always taken security procedures and protocols very seriously for himself and his children, and I think that would be huge.

John, how are you?
Hey Jack, good to be with you.
John, bombshell story that you put out today regarding the DHS and Ryan Routh.
Walk us through very quickly what you've uncovered.
Yeah, the fourth instance in which federal authorities had a chance to maybe stop Ryan Routh on his path to becoming an alleged assassin.
Last summer, in June, when he returned from Ukraine where he was Allegedly recruiting foreigners to fight for Ukraine against Russia.
He was stopped by Customs and Borders Protection at the Honolulu Airport.
They were suspicious of him.
They were suspicious of the spontaneous statements he was made.
They conducted a more significant interview.
They dumped his pockets.
So it's what they call a suspicious interview encounter.
And in the course of that, he went on to describe to him that he was in contact with Afghans and Taiwanese and other foreigners trying to get them to fight in Ukraine.
That his wife, he described a woman as his wife, was funding all of these activities overseas and that he had successfully gotten as many as 100 people to join the Ukrainian resistance, the Ukrainian fight against Russia.
The agent was very concerned about the things he said, the intervention in foreign policy, the possible contact with Afghanistan and enemy combatants.
And so he referred Ryan Roth to Homeland Security investigation.
That is the investigative arm that Secretary Mayorkas oversees at the Homeland Security Department.
The HSI, as they're known, declined to do any follow up inquiry about.
Imagine if they had just asked this guy and started to learn at him.
We know twice now that a nurse who was in Ukraine with him reported Ruth for concerning behavior and what he was doing on the ground.
And the FBI was originally alerted to him in 2019 because they got a tip from an informant that he was possessing weapons even though he had been convicted of a felony, possession of a weapon of mass destruction, a machine gun.
And therefore shouldn't have been.
In all four instances, the United States government failed to confront and do the sort of things that might have put Ryan Ruth on a different path than the one he took on Sunday in Florida.
Well, and certainly, John, we still haven't yet to receive any confirmation as to how he actually was able to procure this SKS-style, a Kalashnikov-style rifle, when, as you say, he had this felony conviction, so he wasn't legally allowed to own a rifle.
This is something that he was filed the tip on back in 2019.
That's right.
So the question is, and one of my big questions, and I'm going to have to keep saying it, is the fact that this was a Russian-style rifle, which we know the Kalashnikov, of course, is used in both sides, Ukraine and Russia.
Was there some tie?
Did someone help him bring this over?
Did he bring it over?
Did he have the rifle with him when he was returning to the country, as you say, in June of 23?
Or potentially, was he meeting someone who returned with him?
Again, we're not exactly sure how he was able to conduct this travel and to get the rifle all the way there to Florida from, again, Honolulu, Hawaii.
By the way, John, were you able to confirm where he was coming from or where he was flying from when he was stopped in Honolulu?
We do have all of his exit and entry records in the United States.
No foreign travel since last June.
So if he did any domestic travel, the sources I talked to today didn't have access to that.
We're still working to figure that out.
I think that's one of the big questions.
And you heard the sheriff, one of the two sheriffs that were involved in his arrest.
Say that, you know, there is real concerns that there's a conspiracy here, that there are multiple people that were assisting him.
Now, when you look at it, he had a lot of things that a person who did some preparation would have done.
He had plates to protect him from incoming fire.
He had stayed for 12 hours and he had moved to his sniper's position at the dark of night.
He got a fake license plate on his car.
Those are all signs of somebody who seemed to be planning for a period of time and having some preparation.
Now, Eli Crane, the congressman in Arizona, pointed out some major flaws, that if this was a more accomplished gunman, we might not be having the sort of conversation we're having.
He doesn't cut a hole through the wire fence.
A train sniper would have cut a hole so that his barrel would not stick out and become visible to someone like a Secret Service agent.
He would not have put the plates up, the white ceramic protection plates up around him, which would call attention when the sunlight hit it.
He would have painted him green and put him close on his body so that they wouldn't have been noticed.
So while he took some preparation and was clearly intending on shooting the president, he wasn't as professional as, let's say, someone Hezbollah might hire or Iran might hire or China might hire, which means that the Secret Service got lucky because they had a somewhat incompetent shooter.
Imagine if it was a pro.
The Secret Service would have been completely confounded.
And I think that that's the bigger question.
Whatever we learn about this guy, if he had been a better pro...
Much like the kid in Butler in July, if he had just shot for body mass instead of the head, we'd be having a very different conversation.
And the Secret Service thinks it did a good job.
It didn't.
It left that field wide open.
It was pure luck that they caught this guy.
No, John, that's exactly right.

There's no question that something comes up this close together.
You've got to check that out.
You've got to cover all your bases.
Again, as you mentioned, the foreign encrypted emails.
So we got foreign encrypted emails on one guy and then a massive history of foreign travel on the other.
That's right.
It's definitely something that's raising a lot of questions.
