This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
If we can name a favorite candidate, it was, it used to be Joe Biden, but now he is not participating.
And he recommended to all his allies to support Ms.
Harris.
So that is what we are going to do.
Under Governor Tim Walz, the state of Minnesota awarded over $2 million to an Islamic group that fund raises for a charity linked to an al-Qaeda affiliate, according to funding records reviewed by the Washington Examiner.
The feds have taken custody of an immigrant who they say committed a crime while staying in Massachusetts.
Mansfield police say a mother and her 10-year-old son came to the police station and reported that the child was inappropriately touched at a neighbor's home.
In a new report, the K-File team scoured Kamala Harris' tweets and statements going all the way back to 2017.
And what they found was more than 50 instances of Harris slamming Trump's border wall.
But now, new Harris campaign ads actually showcase that very wall.
Take a look at Aurora in Colorado, where Venezuelans are taking over the whole town.
The people are petrified, and it's getting worse and worse.
You look at New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and now you look at Iowa, Idaho, places that never had the problem.
They're pouring in.
Missouri Senator Josh Hawley said this week that Secret Service whistleblowers passed along damaging information to him on security failures at the July rally where the former president was nearly killed.
Most of the agents who were there at that rally in Butler were not Secret Service agents.
They were, in fact, Homeland Security agents.
Hawley alleges that Homeland Security agents were pulled off other investigations to try and guard Donald Trump.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live in Washington, D.C.
Today is September 5th, 2024.
Anno Domini.
I have some questions for Freakish Timothy Walls.
Yes, it turns out that Freakish Timothy has just been issued a subpoena from the U.S.
House regarding specifically the Committee on Education and the Workforce regarding Little, little project that old Timothy was involved with.
Yes.
Was Timothy Walls involved in a massive COVID fraud scheme where $250 million was laundered to Somali migrants?
What is this?
Well, we're going to tell you about it today and we're going to have on Liz Collin from Alpha News to break down the entire scandal.
But essentially it was this.
Do you remember the COVID fraud schemes, the PPP loans, and everything else that was going on throughout 2020-2021?
Well, it turns out that Tim Walz knows all about them and he would rather not talk about it because one of the biggest scandals was a Somali community-based non-profit referred to as Feeding Our Future.
Feeding Our Future.
And between them and the Minnesota Department of Education, which was given COVID funding all the way back in March of 2020, so four and a half years ago, this funding had relaxed oversight.
The funding was then distributed to various subcontractors in the Somali community, But it turns out that about 250 million of it never actually made it to children or hungry children.
And all of the people involved got convicted.
Pretty much all of which were also members of the Somali migrant community there in Minneapolis.
Tim Walz, of course, seemed more than happy to let this all happen when he was governor.
Now, he's been issued a subpoena over this.
Oh, and by the way, one of my favorite parts of the entire story, that at one point, the Somalis even tried to bribe a juror with $120,000 in cash in a bag covered in flowers that was delivered, and ribbons, flowers and ribbons all over the bag that was delivered to a juror's home.
This is what's going on, folks.
You import the third world, you become the third world.
That's what's going on in Minnesota.
That's what's going on in Minneapolis.
And Tim Walz was more than happy to do this.
If this feels like something that would happen in Mogadishu, that's because that's exactly where all of this comes from.
This is third world behavior and it's going on in American cities.
$120,000 in just a bribe, $250 million laundered.
And the question is, did any of that money perhaps make it back to Tim Walz's pocket?
Did any of that money get kicked back, as they say, in terms of campaign donations or something else?
Very interesting.
And I think that the House Committee on Education is going to have some very, very fascinating questions for freakish Timothy.
We'll be right back.

Jack?
He's done a great job.
All right, Jack Grosovic here, back live, Cuban Events Daily Folks, y'all heard the news from Elon Musk.
He said that if Apple were to implement open AI into their operating systems, all Apple products would be banned from each of Elon's businesses.
And if you happen to visit one of the offices, you'd have to check your Apple devices at the door in a Faraday cage.
Elon understands that we have to stop big tech and government overreach.
There's no other option.
You gotta protect yourself, and the best way to start is with Silent.
Silent's Faraday products block all incoming and outgoing signals, so no one can get their hands on your information.
From key fobs, to phones, to laptops, it's so easy.
Simply place your device inside the sleeve, close it up, and that's it.
You're off the grid.
You're safeguarded from unauthorized access.
Alright, we need to get to the bottom of this.

So all right, we need to get to the bottom of this.
It's one of the most insane stories that I remember reading from a couple of months ago.
This isn't even that long ago that all of this was adjudicated and And of course, the story that really, I think, blew this into the mainstream media and onto the national scene was, well, not so much the mainstream media, but at least for those of us who were paying attention, was the attempt to bribe a juror.
But someone who has been all over this and all things Minnesota is, of course, Liz Collin from Alpha News.
She joins us now.
Liz, how are you?
Doing well, Jack.
How are you?
Thanks for having me on.
So walk me through, what was the Feeding Our Future scandal?
So this is the largest COVID scheme in the country that happened right here in Minnesota.
Nearly $250 million built out of this program.
This was a program set up in the wake of the COVID pandemic.
So these meal sites supposedly went up all across the metro area in Minnesota.
And they were feeding millions of hungry children.
The records were not matching up.
People began asking questions.
And this was done through the Department of Agriculture.
This Feeding Our Future was basically a nonprofit that would send the receipts to the federal government.
So people started asking questions.
You know, it doesn't seem possible to be feeding thousands upon thousands of children at these certain sites every day.
And this is all at the time that Governor Walz is serving in that capacity in St.
Paul as governor, and his education commissioner at the time, Heather Mueller, was her name, was signing off on all of this as well.
So finally, they put a stop to these payments, and they uncover that this money is spent on homes, boats.
Some people had traveled internationally.
Some people fled the country in the wake of these charges.
70 people, I believe, have been charged in the wake of this.
So far, five have been convicted.
18 have pleaded guilty.
You mentioned this bag that was left on a juror's front doorstep when a lot of people were then paying attention, it seemed, to this trial in downtown Minneapolis.
But yeah, can you even imagine it?
More than $100,000 dropped off at a doorstep.
And they specifically identified this juror because she was a woman of color, they said.
These are Somali defendants, for the most part, involved in this fraud.
But what's interesting is Alfa News has uncovered also, Heather Mueller, you have Governor Wallace quickly say that the person is no longer in charge.
The top of his education commissioner.
But interestingly enough, she transferred to a different job that received a pretty lucrative state contract just recently that we've done some reporting on as well.
So now you have people in Washington, rightfully so, trying to get to the bottom of this.
I think it's September 18th that Walls has to reply to this subpoena.
They want answers.
What did he know?
What can they find as far as documentation is concerned?
He certainly knew about this early on.
We've reported on that as well at Alpha News.
But many of these defendants have made campaign contributions to different politicians in Minnesota, too.
So a lot of questions that still need to be answered.
And I want to just put a price tag on this for everybody, that we're not talking about, you know, a couple of thousand dollars here, a couple of thousand dollars there.
If I'm reading this correctly, and fact check me in real time if I'm wrong, Liz, they are accused of defrauding the government of $250 million.
That's a quarter of a billion dollars.
What's interesting is there's nearly $500 million in fraud that has happened here in Minnesota under Governor Walz.
We've uncovered Medicaid fraud that has happened.
Again, many Somali defendants involved in that.
Basically submitting reimbursement for trips that were not taken to doctor's offices, chiropractic clinics.
There's extensive fraud that has happened in Minnesota these last few years.
So this Feeding Our Future scandal has rightfully, you know, has received a lot of attention.
But we continue to cover people being charged and even more fraud within Minnesota here.
That's right that's right that's that's such a good point that uh and an excellent see I asked you to fact check me you did fact check me because I asked if it was 250 million involved in fraud and that you're right it was 250 million in one case that's certainly not the only case of fraud but just to put that in perspective for folks we're talking about 250 million in one case so a quarter of a billion dollars another quarter of a billion dollars in these various other cases by the way we're showing a video of uh who is this individual Amy Brock
Yeah, if I recall correctly, she reached some sort of plea deal in the case, another person who was charged with connections with the education department.
But you also have Walls, who's been pictured.
I'm sure you've seen that.
Actually, I think you put that out on X.
Being pictured with one of the defendants in Feeding Our Future.
He certainly had a relationship with many of these people.
I've talked about these campaign contributions from some of these defendants that have been made to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry.
Attorney General Keith Ellison has received some of that money as well.
Some city council members in Minneapolis.
So again, so many questions that have yet to be answered.
These are questions that have been asked, I will say, you know, even by by the local press.
But no one has received any answers or any replies to different, you know, FOIA requests and different questions that have been asked.
Yeah, Amy Bach.
So she was the was the founder of it, someone who claimed innocence.
Her live in boyfriend was also later charged with eight unrelated felony counts.
And that's that's who was in the video we were showing being basically paraded around by the migrants.
And she ran the center.
And essentially, it's she claimed that she wasn't involved.
Even all of this went on under her nose.
Pretty much everyone else who was defended in this was one of the.
And there's also, by the way, there's so it was it was restaurants who were involved in this.
Essentially, they were it was all on paper, if I have this correct.
So the restaurant would say that they gave out, you know, thousands of meals.
But in reality, we could tell that there weren't thousands of meals and they were just happy to accept the money for it and fill out the paperwork.
Yeah.
And what's interesting, too, is that a lot of work was done just by almost citizen journalists here here in Minnesota at the time.
They would go to these sites after this started, you know, hitting the news and you could easily see that it wouldn't even be possible to facilitate, you know, thousands of meals that would be served out of a You know, a basement or a church that would be there sitting empty.
So this didn't take a lot of investigative work to realize that this just was not happening.
And instead, all of this money was just lining the pockets of these people.
Again, more than 70 people have been charged at this point.
And I have some sources that have worked the case, and they've said that all the charges are still not even complete when it comes to not only defeating our future, Uh, fraud scheme, but other things that we've been reporting on in Minnesota.
And you have the Legislative Auditor's Office that has come out and said what the heck is basically going on at the state level that more red flags, you know, haven't been thrown up in the wake of all of this.
Where are the safeguards?
Why is this, you know, why has this been allowed to continue when it comes to so many other programs?
Well, and it seems, by the way, we have that photo that you mentioned, I believe that's Tim Walz with Defendant 58 in the program.
And it seems to me to smack of political correctness and this danger of being accused.
Look, Tim Walz has been someone who's labeled his entire campaign, his entire political career about bringing people over from the Middle East.
We're welcoming, we're welcoming migrants, we're welcoming refugees.
We're the Emma Lazarus poem over and over again.
To be, you know, to have to then turn around and claim that these people were involved with fraud, to have to put scrutiny over them would fly in the face of his political prospects.
Yeah, it's interesting.
I've had some conversations with Somali voters this time around who have talked about, you know, they're conservatives.
They don't like a lot of this ideology that's being forced upon their children in Minnesota schools, also under governor walls.
And they've said just how difficult this has been for their community as well, but also that in Minnesota, it is a very welcoming place.
And they've talked about just how easy this seems to be and the message That that seems to send that you can go ahead and get away with it.
You know, as you've even talked about this, this bag of money that is that is left on a juror's doorstep, you would expect something like that to happen in a third world country.
But right here in Minnesota, that made international news.
A bag of money.
Look, folks, when someone shows up at your door with a bag of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cold hard cash and it's decorated with flowers and ribbons, you don't have to be Liz Collins to know that you probably shouldn't touch that money.
I want to ask you so many more questions about this.
We've got to hold you over because this is what was going on in Tim Walz's Minnesota.
And if that's what was going on there, then what would he do if he were given access To the White House.
Stay tuned, folks.

Liz, we're on with Liz Collin from Alpha News, and you know, Liz, I even saw this other story from the Washington Examiner just a couple of weeks ago.
Wall's administration awarded $2 million to Muslim Group fundraising for an Al-Qaeda-linked charity.
This is the Islamic Association of North America, the 2019 I think there are questions that need to be answered when it comes to all of this.
It says Kuwait and the group that's actually been sanctioned as fundraising for Al-Qaeda.
This is an issue that a lot of these care groups were running into in the past.
What exactly is Walls' relationship with these various communities?
I think there are questions that need to be answered when it comes to all of this.
I mean, as we've talked about already before, Jack, being pushed upon the public as this very moderate Minnesotan who wears flannel and a camouflage hat at all times.
He's really anything but.
He embraces this left wing radical ideology and it's all there in his past.
But yet he has yet to answer any real questions.
I mean, you have that, I would call it a disastrous interview with CNN where he called the rest of us liars because he just talks like regular people.
Right?
And he has bad grammar.
That's why he's lied about so many things in his past.
You have him, he made a trip to the Minnesota State Fair this last weekend where he was asked a couple of softball questions and a reporter then asked, you know, what he had to say after, you know, the horrific news of the hostages, the Israeli hostages being killed.
And he quickly looks at his press person, gives the nod and says, all right, thank you.
doesn't even answer the question and then has to issue a statement hours later.
We saw it in Lancaster County yesterday that the press was told to leave the guy alone.
And this is really how he has run the ship here in Minnesota.
He enjoys a press that for the most part leaves him unscathed.
But if you do get out of line or ask a question, they don't like that.
And he's basically been in hiding since being the VP pick.
But we had an $18 billion surplus going into this last legislative session.
He was actually at one point, I think, promising $2,000 checks to every household in Minnesota, trying to buy votes at the time.
Those checks never materialized.
And that surplus was dwindled down to nothing.
In fact, In fact, it sounds like they'll be raising taxes this next year as a result of decisions that were made.
So there's a lot of scrutiny that the Minnesota budget certainly deserves.
And much of that, some of that money, it seems, going to these radical groups that have supported him in the past.
And so, there was some interesting polling that came out, something where, you know, I'm one of these guys who, when I get good news, I try to just categorically reject it because, you know, too good to be true, etc.
You know, like a bag of money showing up at my doorstep covered in flowers and ribbons, but...
It says that the polls for Kamala Harris in the state of Minnesota have been cut in half since Tim Walz was added to the ticket, which of course, you know, typically when you add someone to your ticket who's the sitting governor of a state, like, you know, Like if, you know, if J.D.
Vance was the governor of Ohio or something, that you would expect to get something of a boost in that state or a bolstering because of their standing.
Is this true?
That her polling has actually dropped in the state after choosing the governor of that very same state?
Yeah, I think it really does point to, you know, what I've been saying, that so many people have turned on him in this state.
So the first poll, this is conducted by KSTP and SurveyUSA, was in July when Harris was picked, you know, basically then by President Biden.
So 50 percent at the time during that poll We're going for Harris, 40% for Trump in Minnesota.
Keep in mind, Minnesota has not elected or voted in favor, I should say, of a Republican presidential candidate since 1972.
So it's been a long time since Richard Nixon.
But then the poll is conducted weeks later after the news, of course, that Minnesota's governor has been chosen as the vice presidential pick by Kamala Harris, and from 50% then to 48% then for Harris and 43% for Trump.
So this five-point turnaround, which again is pretty remarkable news considering he is the governor of this state.
Yeah, there's even some reporting that Kamala's camp actually has a little bit of buyer's remorse there and is wishing that she had actually chosen Josh Shapiro, the governor of my home state of Pennsylvania, although she did not choose him because there's a guy who's got a lot of skeletons in his closet as well.
And folks of Human Events Daily know that, oh, me and Joshie go way, way back.
Yes, we do.
I know so, so much more about him, but I'm interested to hear what Tim Walls is up to because it seems this is something that two of them absolutely have in common.
Now, I don't know that Josh Shapiro has been involved with as many Somali migrant groups and Islamist charity fronts that are fundraising for militants in the Middle East.
But gosh, I mean, what can I say?
I thought that he was just, you know, mayonnaise tacos and carrying weapons of war in Iraq and turns out that there's so much more to Timothy than meets the eye and do you know we're told by the way that If I remember correctly, the Harris-Wallace campaign, either him or both of them, are going to be spending time in Minnesota this week.
This is not a state that typically, as you say, Democrats normally would be spending time in nor trying to campaign in.
Do you think that there's a possibility that adding him to the ticket actually has hurt their standing in the Rust Belt?
Yeah, I mean, I think that some of the polling seems to suggest just that.
And I think even in Minnesota, I think for the first time, Minnesotans are really learning, for the most part, who this guy is, because it has forced the local media here in the state.
And Minnesota's largest newspaper, the Star Tribune, who Walls, his very good friend and former commissioner, Steve Grove, is running that paper.
But they've been forced to actually report On so many of these aspects of Governor Walz and his past, these connections to China, the fraud story.
You know, what does business look like in Minnesota now, going back to even the George Floyd riots and how he hid for days during those riots, bringing this all back up, and for the most part, this being new to many people.
But, you know, Trump has obviously said that he thinks Minnesota is in play and has been here a couple times already.
And I think we expect his campaign to be back here as well.
But I think even those numbers are pretty telling.
In that, you know, Minnesota-focused poll that Kamala Harris has lost support as a result of picking the person who is, you know, the head of the state here.
It's truly fascinating.
I'd love, by the way, I think the next phase that I want to get into, of course, is looking into these trips in China.
And, you know, it's something where the 30 trips and, you know, I'm a guy who, I lived in China for two years and I've told people that a million times.
I lived in Shanghai.
I had a job, you know, I was working for Americans while I was there the entire time.
But, you know, these 30 trips, who hosted him?
Who did he meet with on these trips?
Did this potentially play a role in his political rise?
I'm starting to think that people are actually asking these questions. - Oh, absolutely.
He is under a microscope and then some.
And I've been in touch with many people.
We're continuing to do our reporting at Alpha News about the people who've been on these trips with him.
Obviously, James Comer has opened an investigation and wants to know more about all of this as well.
It's kind of interesting.
A brother of his has come out against him.
He's backtracked a little bit, it sounds like, but doesn't seem to be on the best footing with his own family, which some might say says quite a bit about his ideology.
But he kind of fled to Minnesota after this DUI, but there's certainly a lot more there when it comes to his time in Nebraska.
He was in the National Guard making these trips to China, so what did Did they know?
Or did he, in fact, even disclose that?
So much more that needs to come out, and it needs to come out pretty quick, as November is going to be here before we know it.
Well, there's no question.
And I'll just say this, though, when I spend time in China, I've said this publicly many times, that I would see American politicians come over again and again.
And rather than them going and promoting democracy or promoting the American system, what I would see is that American politicians by and large would go to China and become enamored with the China system and the China model, the government top down model, where government is in charge and citizens are sort of just waiting to hear what government what decision is going to be made and it seems to me that that's exactly what happened with tim walls that he went over there
he became completely enamored with the ccp's model and he's waved away these uh atrocities like tiananmen square which apparently he was uh i think as far as i could tell he was actually in china when it happened or right around that time and uh he seems to love their model so much that he's willing to overlook such things and he's implemented that in his state he seems to love the model so much jack that he was married on the five-year you know anniversary i would
i don't even like calling it that of tiananmen square so he could remember the date and And those are things that his wife has actually said.
But I think you're right.
There's certainly so many parallels to the way that this state has been transformed under walls, and so much of it being kind of that power trip that he's on.
Liz, where can people go to follow you to get all the receipts that we know you constantly have?
Yeah, follow us on Alpha News MN, A-L-P-H-A News MN.
On X or alphanews.org is our website.
I'm Liz Collin on X as well.
But good to see you again, Jack.
Thanks for having me on.
You as well.
Guys, go check out Liz Collin.
Go check out the documentary, the book, the work.
If you're looking for receipts with anything you do in Minnesota, it's Liz Collin.
Jack, where's Jack?
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting policies.
The colonies did nothing to stop Trump from running.
No, in fact, they made him more relevant.
Did that backfire?
Sure do.
The whole thing is disgusting.
They're just out to get him.
That's why, like, the surgery?
You know, it's a perversion of justice.
Who's stacking charges and, like, rearranging things just to make it fit a case?
No, to be honest with you, I think the case is nonsense.
State levels are f***ed.
They're like idiots, they don't care, they're all political.
So yeah, this guy's probably gonna try to lock them up.
It's gonna be ugly.
They're so obsessed with getting here.
Who is they?
Okay, so what you just saw there was an undercover video with the head of public affairs for the DOJ's Southern District of New York saying that, essentially, these cases against Trump are a joke.
They are completely a travesty of justice, and they are just driven by people who are obsessed with getting Trumped.
And that comes with us via way of Louder With Crowder, and we've got Gerald Morgan Jr., the CEO, joining us once again.
Gerald, walk us through, what did we just see?
Unfortunately, what we just saw was a confirmation of what we all thought was the case, that these charges were trumped up charges, that they didn't make any sense, that this was just Alvin Bragg trying to make a name for himself out to get Donald Trump.
And we now have confirmation.
It's not just people talking about this on the internet.
It's not just talking heads on show saying it.
It's actually people with inside information People that are in the game at the highest levels coming out and telling you that this is all nonsense, that this is all a travesty of justice, that all of my friends know this, all my buddies know this, but they didn't come out and say that publicly.
They didn't stand up.
They had to be found out behind the scenes, unfortunately.
And fortunately for us, we can actually get this information out there because of Mug Club.
And we're excited that we got it out there, but it's aggravating and it's frustrating.
And I think everybody here has a right to be pissed off that this is actually confirmed what is going on behind the scenes.
And it's one of those cases where, you know, you see something that we all in the public kind of get it.
We understand these are unprecedented charges.
These are cases that would never be brought against anyone else.
But what really strikes me is how brazen this guy is to just be freely admitting it to someone that, you know, clearly you shouldn't be talking to.
And that's, oh yeah, that's exactly what it is.
It's all about getting Trump.
It's all about dirtying him up before the election.
It's completely political.
This is the stuff that you saw in the Soviet Union, isn't it?
Absolutely, and it's this open secret, right?
I think that's one of the things that we need most is accountability here.
These people have no accountability right now.
They know Alvin Bragg's of the world.
They know that they can bring these kinds of cases against Donald Trump that are absolutely 100% junk cases that would not be brought against anybody else, and nobody's going to hold them accountable.
Not the voters, not people in the Department of Justice, And certainly not the press.
They're not going to call him to the carpet when they need to.
And so everybody behind the scenes is talking about this, saying, yeah, this is what's going on.
But all of us are left out here going, wait a minute, I thought we lived in a democratic republic where we get to elect the president, not you guys get to throw him in jail when he looks like he's going to win.
And that's what this looks like.
That's exactly what they're trying to do.
And look, Nicholas Piazzi, he needs to stand up and say this.
Too many people have been silent.
Too many people in his office knew this was a sham.
Too many people in Alvin Bragg's office know this is a sham, and they're not standing up and saying, hey, hey, hey, this isn't good.
This will ultimately result in the downfall of this country if you can just lock your political opponent up when he's leading in the polls.
Well, and of course, what we know is going to happen is that the, is that Kamala Harris will inevitably fail in this debate that comes up next week.
And what are they going to do?
They're going to sentence him just a couple of days later.
I think it's what, eight days after the debate is when the sentencing takes place.
And if we're listening to this, well, it sounds like he already knows the future because it sounds like he's basically saying that Trump will be sentenced to prison.
Yeah, and he even refers to the state level of prosecution as the effing Wild West.
They're all like idiots.
They don't care.
They're all political.
Jack, I don't think that's the kind of justice system that we want in this country, where even at the top we have problems with the DOJ, we have problems with what they're doing, but they passed on this case.
They didn't bring these charges against Donald Trump, but the DA, wanting to make a name for himself, Alvin Bragg, he even talks about it.
He's like, did you know who Alvin Bragg was before this?
Well, now you do.
Referencing him, knowing him for 15 years, saying he has ambition.
He's only limited by his ambition.
And I don't think that's the kind of justice system that any of us want, because let's say that Alvin Bragg brings these charges.
Distracts Donald Trump long enough, gets to sentencing.
Let's say you didn't even convict him.
He's keeping somebody from campaigning.
Now, fortunately for Donald Trump, we all know enough about who he is and what he has done and the kind of job he would do as president that it doesn't seem like all this stuff sticks.
But they're trying to get people not to vote for a convicted felon and instead vote for the prosecutor.
That's this case that is being outlined right here, and let me just tell you something.
We found out something in the process of putting this out.
This is Hunter Biden Laptop 2.0.
Facebook is actively preventing, right now, the upload of the Rumble link on its platform, flagging it for breaching community guidelines immediately.
All the other links that we've tried to put up on other videos, totally fine.
YouTube link, totally fine.
The one place that we want people to go to see this rumble, Facebook meta Mark Zuckerberg, who apparently had a mea culpa moment a couple of weeks ago, I guess it didn't take, is now actively censoring this so that people cannot find this story.
So what does this mean going forward for the cases?
Is this something that Trump's lawyers can use in making filings, making motions, potentially appealing to higher courts?
That's going to be something that the lawyers are going to have to decide.
I know in the court of public opinion right now, where a lot of this is being tried, especially at holding a DA accountable for his actions, because vote those people in, you can vote them out.
This is absolutely going to have an impact on it.
What I want Donald Trump to be able to say when she says you're a convicted felon, When they're on that debate stage next week, say, watch the video.
It's all a sham.
You guys know it's all a sham.
It's not just Donald Trump saying that anymore.
It's not just us saying it anymore.
It's not just people defending him.
It's somebody inside saying, this is all a sham.
This is a travesty of justice.
And it's making a mockery of justice.
And these were quotes used by this person for all these cases, the Georgia case, this case.
It's absolutely insane to me.
And I think it's great that Donald Trump now has this ammunition.
Whether he chooses to use it or not, that's completely up to him.
Whether his lawyers choose to do anything with this, I have no idea, but I want him to be able to turn and say, oh yeah, you mean, hold on, let me check my notes.
The case that is nonsense, the case that it's a perversion of justice, that case, that's the one you're talking about?
I think it's important for him to have that ammunition.
For folks who want more videos like this, tell them how this video came about, at least not breaking total operational security or OPSEC, and where can people go to support getting more of these videos out?
So you can follow Steven Crowder.
We do a daily show.
It's 10 a.m.
Eastern, Monday through Friday.
We're going to be live on air tomorrow discussing this a little bit more.
At S. Crowder on all social media.
Also, you can find us on Rumble.
That is where we put most of this stuff.
You can follow him on X at S. Crowder.
But it literally takes dozens of people to put videos like this together.
We have an undercover unit that is doing a phenomenal job putting everything on the line to bring this kind of information to us.
Unfortunately, having to pick some fights to be able to get this information out to the public.
And it only happens because we are completely funded by Mug Club.
Nothing else is funding this.
There is no outside influence for us at all.
It's purely Mug Club.
It's independent journalism at its best.
And if you want to support us, join Mug Club.
That is the best way.
It supports stuff like this and pays to get this kind of information out into the public.
And we appreciate all the support that we've gotten from you guys.
These felonies did nothing to stop Trump from running.
No, in fact they made him more relevant.
Did that backfire?
Sure do.
The whole thing is disgusting.
The judge is out to get them.
That's why I like the Surgeon of Justice.
You know, it's a perversion of justice.
You know, stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.
Yeah, to be honest with you, I think the case is nonsense.
State levels are the f***ing Wild West.
They're like idiots, they don't care, they're all political.
So yeah, this guy's probably going to try to lock them up.
It's going to be ugly.
They're so obsessed with getting here.
Who is there?
Buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.
I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.
So back live, Cuban events daily, Washington, D.C.
We've got Lieutenant Colonel Tony Schaffer now joining us.
Tony, what's up, man?
It's been a minute.
Hey, good to be here, Jack.
Thanks for having me.
Well, the main thing I had to ask about, you know, I know it's been a couple of days past since all this, but I can't get over it.
This whole controversy that started with President Trump attending a memorial service at Arlington National Cemetery, and then Kamala Harris attacking Gold Star families.
I've got to get you in as a veteran, someone who's been a veteran leader also, to talk about this scandal.
No, first off, Trump had the appropriate approvals to have a photographer there in that area.
They got the approval.
It's in writing.
And the NPR in particular lied about that.
So just let me be very clear that whatever people may have heard from the mainstream media, let me just be very clear, it's a lie.
So, secondly, there's nothing that restricts anyone from taking pictures of any grave at Section 60.
The only thing Arlington says, they recommend people do not, quote-unquote, take photos of those who are grieving.
Okay.
Well, Trump wasn't.
Trump was taking photos with families who asked him to be there, who may be grieving, but they were part of the party.
So that was the reality.
Those families asked him to be there.
Oh, by the way, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden were asked to be there, too, and Joe was sending himself like a beach whale on a beach.
And Kamala was at her residence in Washington, D.C., within, I think, less than five miles from the site of the ceremony.
So she could have been there easy, but it was a political choice not to be there because they don't want to publicly acknowledge they murdered these 13 people.
So that's the background.
And so Trump's there with the families, giving them comfort and support at a critical time.
And yet somehow we're supposed to believe his being there, being photographed by others, and not a single, let me be very clear on this as well, not a single photograph taken was for the campaign, ended up on a campaign site.
It's on Donald Trump's personal social media.
That's not campaign.
And other families, other politicians have also posted pictures.
Again, this has been completely misportrayed by the progressive left's media.
Everything was appropriately done, I think, with a great deal of care and concern for those families.
And Jack, I think this is horrible that Kamala then, because she lost the battle of the narrative, then attacks the families who she helped murder by the fact she was the one who was last in a room with Joe Biden before he pulled the trigger, so to speak, of the completely feckless and ineffective dangerous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
And the you know, what's interesting to me is that in another I get that, you know, we don't live in the previous era of politics that we used to.
I get that everything has changed.
But this one really just jumped out at me.
And it strikes me because in another era of politics, this would be something that ends a campaign.
This This would be something that's like, you're done.
You were just, you were done.
And this is different, by the way, it's different from what happened in 2016 where there was a gold star father who got into it with Trump, but he went and spoke at the DNC and attacked Trump personally at the DNC when Trump hadn't even been in office at the time.
So that's totally different from what happened here.
Yeah, absolutely.
And at the time, again, the mainstream media carried the water of a false set of comments and statements from this gold star father.
I mean, I feel sorry for the father, but it wasn't Donald Trump's doing.
And in this case, it was not Donald Trump doing that those 13 service members perished.
It was because of both the strategic policies of this administration to abandon Bagram to pull the military out before you pull the civilians and State Department out.
Yeah, that was really smart.
And then you make that mistake in the tactical mistake of giving up Bagram.
And not maintaining Bagram, as was the plan, the Pompeo plan, was to maintain Bagram indefinitely, to do special operations, direct support operations, as well as intelligence collection operations.
Bagram is a much more logical location.
It's located about 40 miles from Kabul.
I spent a lot of time there.
And it would have given a better area of protection and area to process And of course that was given up overnight.
They just literally walked away.
So those strategic and tactical decisions made by Kamala Harris, because she was the last person in the room, resulted in the tragic and unnecessary deaths of 13 Americans that Donald Trump tried to comfort the families.
And yes, Kamala Harris's campaign and Tinkerbell Tim Walz's campaign should both be ended at this point because of that very issue.
Well, you know, I mean, the entire thing has just been completely insane to me.
Plus, you got the, you got the hostages that were lost in, in Rafa, the same family who spoke at the DNC.
Again, these are things that in another era of Jimmy Carter, when Jimmy Carter presided over the loss of or a failed hostage rescue operation, many people pointed out that it ended his career.
This is, by the way, one of the things that led to the creation of JSOC.
Right.
Yeah, look, Desert One was the coroner for Jimmy Carter, and two reasons, because he, like Kamala and Joe, were meddling in military affairs.
Jimmy Carter, just for a quick aside, Jimmy Carter purposely cut the number of heavy lift helicopters out.
He cut the number by, I think, five.
And by cutting five helicopters out of the plan, he literally doomed it because they knew, Jack, going into Desert One, just by mechanical failure and other odds, you're going to have to have enough helicopters to go into Tehran to do the grab.
You don't have that number.
You can't get them all out.
And he and he by cutting the number of available airframes doomed the plan.
And back then, I don't think people really held back in JSOC.
They said, yeah, he cut the plan.
So he personally involved himself in a military plan.
Same thing with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
There was a cohesive, effective plan to both reconcile the Taliban and the Afghan government, as well as oversee a conditions based withdrawal.
Well, they abandoned that and they decided, oh, I'm smarter than all the military leaders.
And I do fault people like Jerome McKenzie, who was a commander of Central Command.
Who did not speak up and resign over the fact that he was told to execute orders he knew would fail.
I do fault him at that.
But they were told.
Tony, we've got to get you on for more on this because it's a fascinating story.
We're just about out of time on the episode.
Where can you go to get your info?
Get your contact, man.
So, Project Sentinel, ProjectSentinel.com, and check me out on Twitter.
We're always there doing interesting things on Tony T Spooky, and of course, I follow you, and we put out very interesting information on Twitter.
So thanks for having me.
Or X, I should say.
Sorry.
Appreciate it, Tony.
Folks, we are dropping the receipts.
We got receipts on them all.
