Donald Trump's hush money trial resumes with a hearing on his alleged gag order violations earlier this week.
The Biden administration announced its latest round of student debt relief Wednesday.
more than $6 billion will be cancelled for 317,000 borrowers who enrolled at any art institute campus between 2004 and 2017.
The fate of the hostages and more than a million civilians in southern Gaza are now hanging in the balance.

Speech codes from the House of Representatives.
Yes, that's right, speech codes on Israel.
Apparently all the rage at the House of Representatives.
No, the House of Representatives isn't doing anything to actually stop The far left protests and riots that are going on right now.
No, the House is not actually doing anything to ensure peace or an end to the conflict in any way.
No, instead, what they've decided to do, especially the Republicans, is absolutely step in it and potentially give the Democrats a way out from the conundrum they've built for themselves.
Let me explain why this is such a bad idea.
You have to always be against speech codes.
There's no question.
The minute you start supporting speech codes is the minute that you give in to the left using them against us.
Who do you think actually enforces the codes in this country, right?
It ain't the right.
And no, you're not ultra-based for supporting speech codes.
In fact, you're playing into the trap and you are helping your opponents.
You know, there was a guy a long time ago, famous guy, super famous guy, can't remember his name, who said, never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.
The snake is eating its own tail right now as Democrats and the far left on these campuses are pitted against each other.
Understand, not only are these far-left protests pro-Palestine, but more importantly, they're anti-Joe Biden.
They're anti-Democrat establishment.
This is the far-left that has been ginned up by the Democrats and was used by the Democrats to great effect in 2020, now starting to turn against them.
The network has developed and grown beyond and completely out of control.
The pitbull has left the chain.
And so the question before us is, what should the role of the Republicans and conservatives be?
I have a novel idea.
Let them fight.
Let them tear each other apart.
Why are you, why are Republicans so stupid?
That they can't help but step in and rush to the defense of Democrats beating their chests.
I'm gonna help you!
Look at how strong I am!
Guys, I love the passion.
Could we get any of this passion maybe for the American people, or conservatives, or when white students across America are beaten in public schools every single day?
Nothing.
Not a peep.
Not a blip.
But suddenly, when there's something like this going on campus, you guys turn into absolute raging defenders of freedom.
No, it's simple.
Let them tear each other apart, but make sure that you defend the rule of law with swift summary judgment and expulsion.
Freedom of speech is freedom of speech, even for people you don't like.
But breaking the law should lead you to being kicked out of campus and certainly where applicable kicked out of the country.

But one of the key points in the movie, and it has to do with where we are today in this country, I talk about the 5 January 2017 Oval Office meeting that Barack Obama honchoed with the likes of Joe Biden, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Susan Rice, Sally Yates, all the likely suspects and the people that are still running the show for the left.
That's the day, 5 January 2017, is the day the coup against the United States of America began.
And a principal subject of that meeting was myself, and of course, Donald J. Trump.
And during that meeting is when they decided, we've got to get Flynn out.
Because if Flynn had stayed in the National Security Advisor position, then we would have never had a Mueller investigation.
But in order for them to do that, they had to get people inside the government, inside the White House, to enable them.
And I called them enablers.
Maybe they were They were clearly directly involved, and I talk about that in a movie.
These are people that are directly around President Trump.
So why do I say that's what we're dealing with today?
Because that was, whatever, seven, eight years ago, right?
It's 2024, that happened in January of 2017.
Today, the left, what we're dealing with in this country today, and this takeover, led by the face of it in the United States is Barack Obama.
That's the face of it.
He's not necessarily the master of it.
He's just a face of it.
So what we're dealing with when you deal with the devil, when the Democrat Party started to make this deal with the devil—and the devil is this Radical Islamists that are on the campuses of this country and, frankly, in many of the institutions of America.
I've written a book about this called Field of Fight.
I've also written a book about Fifth Generation Warfare.
Both of them are bestsellers if people want to go dig them up to see if I know what I'm talking about.
The other element of the left is this Marxist-Communist element.
There are many of them inside of the Inside of this administration, they're inside of our government, they're inside the legislative branch.
There are even some in the judiciary, but they're clearly in the institutions of power within the United States of America, meaning places like our college campuses, our faculties.
I call it corporatocracy, the corporations of our country.
The amount of money The amount of money that this radical Islamist element has in this country—and it's large, it's much larger than people understand—the Republicans, the stupid Republicans, and those that are these feckless leaders in the House of Representatives right now, they think that this is about politics, that Their policies are going to be better than the Democrat policies.
I'm telling you, this has nothing to do with policies right now.
This has everything to do with the direction of our country.
If the Republicans don't come to grips with this, they're going to be the enablers.
Talking about enablers, they're going to be the enablers that help us lose this country, or that make us lose this country.
On the other side, though, Jack, for your audience, What we have is we have an out-of-control opposition, and the Democrat Party that has really gone this progressive left that has a stranglehold over the White House and over the State Department, over the Department of Defense, and clearly over the United States intelligence community, this progressive left that owns them,
They can't control this really hardcore communist Marxist movement in this country, and they damn sure can't control this rise of radical Islamism, and it will grow stronger as we enter the summer months.
If people think that the summer of love, I call it, the summer of 2020, was bad, just wait.
Just wait.
You think these people are going to stop because the police are coming out?
The police know.
Sadly, in our country, the law enforcement professionals in our cities and these college campuses and in these places all across America, they know that their hands are tied because if they start getting involved—we did see some action down in Miami, if I have that right.
I think, Jack, you reported on this earlier.
We're not talking about college students here.
We're talking about people that are hardcore activists that have been trained to get inside and subvert these mobs and turn them from peaceful protests into mob rule.
We are going to see more and more mob rule as we go forward.
The Republicans in this country, the Republicans that are in charge from The House of Representatives, on down through our governors, they have got to come to grips with this issue.
Donald Trump was at the forefront of this.
I was the first target.
I was the first target.
That's what I talk about in the movie.
The movie is a powerful message that people need to see right now.
It's a very inspiring movie because it does address how we can How we can beat this, how we can fight back, and we need to fight back.
The Republicans in Congress need to fight back.
Republican governors need to fight back.
I wasn't so sure where a guy like Ken Paxson before, a couple of years ago, I didn't know him.
I've gotten to know Ken Paxson as a leader out there in the law enforcement side of politics, as the Attorney General for Texas.
I've seen A guy like Ken Paxson rise to the occasion.
We need more, more of that.
And I bring him up, not because I'm a big fan of Ken Paxson, but we need people at state level.
We need leaders at state level.
We need the governors to start standing strong and come together because we are about to be, we're going to, mark my words, Jack, and you're right, we're about to be taken over by the, by this overreaching, tyrannical federal government that we have on the, on the deck right now, Jack.
Our executive orders to grant asylum to every illegal in this country on the deck right now is a potential executive order to sign off on a climate executive emergency order for this country that gives this president warlike powers.
On the deck right now is the World Health Organization signing up to take control of all of our health decisions Globally.
Globally.
And this administration has bought into it, and they're going to try to convince this Congress to go ahead and buy.
And we're talking about, like, the end of May.
I'm not talking about, you know, five years from now.
I'm talking about in the next few months.
Never mind the shift of the global economy to this central bank digital currency.
Those are just a few of the items that we have on the plate that this administration is contemplating and will likely be They are going to get out of control because this progressive left in this country thinks that they can control them.
They cannot.
Like warfare, Jack, that you know, this kind of stuff is unfair.
GOING TO GET OUT OF CONTROL BECAUSE THIS PROGRESSIVE LEFT IN THIS COUNTRY THINKS THAT THEY CAN CONTROL THEM. THEY CANNOT.
LIKE WARFARE, JACK, THAT YOU KNOW, LIKE WARFARE, THIS KIND OF STUFF IS UNFAIR.
AND IT GETS OUT OF CONTROL AND IT TURNS FROM PEACEFUL PROTEST We cannot have mob rule in this country, and not with the leadership that we have.
The Republican Party, the Republican leadership that we do have, that does exist, which is very, very few.
They need to get their act together quickly.
They need to start taking action and holding some of these people to account.
I'll stop there, Jack, because I know I've said a lot.
Well, General, I couldn't agree more in the fact that we actually need to start seriously taking action.
To your point, 5 January 2017 is the latest in the coup.
That's when it all began.
You could argue that the Republic was lost years before, and people can debate that.
But the point is, this has been an active program, an active measure against our own people by elements of our own government.
And to your point, I was saying earlier, just before you came on, and we were making the same exact points, that they created these networks as part of this plan to sow unrest in the country in 2020.
Now, what are they doing?
They're going back to the same exact networks here in 2024.
And if people think this is just about Israel and Gaza, that is just a simple measure for them to get things kicked off.
They're just lighting the candle.
This is operational preparation of the battle space.
As you remember, former director of the DIA.
This is OPE, and what we're seeing is network development and network stress testing prior to the 2024 election.
And we're only one George Floyd situation away from BLM getting activated.
Now BLM is going to go out in the streets again.
Again, cities, I said this the other day, When I was on War Room, I'll say it again here.
Cities will burn before the 2024 election.
The only thing, the only thing that can be done by Republicans, number one, is hold these people to actual account.
Where are the subpoenas?
Where are the actual investigations?
Mike Johnson wants to go up there and tell everybody how strong he is and how serious he is.
Where are the subpoenas, Mike Johnson?
Show me that and we will be, I promise you, we will be behind you 100%.
If you actually start hauling these people in, but he hasn't done it yet.
Next, what we absolutely need, let them fight it out with each other.
Let the mob turn loose against the Democrats, and that's going to happen in Chicago.

So I think people, you know, they look at me, I've been defined as, you know, ultra right wing, crazy, fascist, Nazi, all kinds.

I was the most Googled name for two years in a row in the world.
And what they would do is, when that name popped up, they would, the way that they were able to, the algorithms that they set, they would send people to, to ways that they wanted to define me.
But I was a blue-collar, and I still am in a lot of ways, blue-collar Kennedy.
This is JFK, right?
Kennedy Democrat.
But this is really where I want people to understand, why am I bringing this up?
I'm bringing this up because there is a segment of America that is looking at America and saying, God, we can't have this.
We have a lousy economy.
We have mob rule on our streets right now.
It's going to get worse.
We have an invasion of our southern border.
We have lawlessness in our streets with the likes of these criminal cartels.
You know, pouring fentanyl down the throats of our children.
We have over 100—I think we're close to 200,000 just this year alone—killed in action on the streets of America by fentanyl.
Never mind these endless wars overseas in Eastern Europe where we're talking about—we are talking about the use of nuclear weapons.
We have this endless war over in the Middle East where we continue to pour trillions all by a White House That we're not even sure if this guy can finish a complete sentence.
So I want every American to think about what I'm about to tell you.
You know, for those that say, orange man bad, right?
Well, you need to get over it because 60% of something is better than 0% of nothing.
If we don't get this election right, if we don't get somebody back in power, and I'm all for, I am all in on Donald J. Trump.
Donald J. Trump has already proven as a president of the United States, despite him being beaten about the head and shoulders for four years.
Remember, the left called, they said there was election interference for four years by the Russians, which was a total lie.
It was a complete lie.
But they said it for four years.
They beat me.
They beat him up for four years.
And now when we say after 2020, hey, there's some election interference, I think these places had problems.
As soon as you say that, they come after you.
I said earlier, and I said this last night, Jack, while I was in Milwaukee doing the movie last night, my wife calls me up and said, hey, Mike, we just had eight, eight subpoenas delivered to our home.
Eight.
Unbelievable.
And I said, well, what's, you know, what are they about?
They're about election integrity.
They're about all these different lawsuits, all this electoral stuff going on in Arizona.
This is insane.
This has got to stop.
This is a communist, Marxist takeover of the United States of America, Democrats.
If you think that you're still a part of that old-school Democrat, that party left the station a long time ago, and it was usurped by the Marxist-Communist movement in this country.
It's a very powerful, very well-funded organization, and that's what's happening on the streets of America.
They've aligned themselves with these radical Islamists On our streets.
And I'll tell you, I could go on and on about talking about Islam, I can talk about Christianity, I can talk about Judaism.
Go ahead, Jack.
Let me ask you this, General, because I think it really is the question.
Should we be prepared for violence from these groups if and when, as you say, you believe and I believe that Donald Trump wins the election, will these groups be unleashed and what kind of violence should we expect?
Well, so first of all, I do think that we should be prepared for this administration to do something out, you know, not out of school, basically, not out of school for them.
We should be prepared for this administration to declare some type of national emergency.
I really, really, I feel that.
I know some of the things that they're doing in the White House right now that they're contemplating.
I mentioned some earlier in the earlier segment.
So that's number one.
The second thing, if everything moves forward and people, you got to get out to vote.
We cannot have 65% turnout for a presidential election in this country.
We have got to overcome.
If there is a rig, we got to overcome it.
And we have got to get 75, 80, 85% of people out there to vote.
And frankly, for the Christian community in this country, You better get out there and vote.
You got to get out there and vote.
So let's assume that we win.
Let's assume that Donald Trump is the president again, and we get some breathing space.
We have a life raft thrown to the American people so we can come up above water and start to breathe again.
If that happens, I can guarantee you that this very, very hardcore progressive movement progressive left in this country and globally, they are going to come in and try to disrupt this country in as many ways as they can humanly do.
Because what they want is they want to point to him and say, "See, see, he's a dictator.
He's a bad guy." I think Trump was exactly right when he said, "How we are going to be judged will be how successful my administration will be, his administration will be." We need to define on measures of success that we can clearly get to, like a strong economy, like getting us out of these endless wars, like clearing the streets of America from these just ungodly amount of illegals.
Giving the law enforcement professionals in our country, you know, their ability to be able to stand their ground again and actually be cops, you know, be good cops, right?
Be law enforcement professionals the way that they're supposed to be.
I mean, and there are other components of a very successful presidential, you know, in this case, President Trump.
He's already proven many of these things, even while he's being beat up you know, in the head and shoulders for the four years about Russian election interference.
So we have to be prepared for those couple of scenarios.
One is what they might do right now.
And number two, we get into office.
And then what we're going to have to be able to start to do almost immediately.
This is not this is not politics as usual, folks.
This is not about big government and little government, less taxes and more taxes.
This is now about whether or not our country is going to be the United Socialist States of America or the United States of America.
As a former blue-collar Kennedy Democrat, I'll go at it with anybody today, but we are in a grave moment in time.
And I want people to understand that.
I really want people to understand that.
I'm not out here fighting for this country.
Go ahead, Jack.
I was going to say, the Kennedys were always anti-communist.
JFK, Bobby Kennedy, they understood that communism was not a political ideology.
It was not a political movement.
It was a criminal conspiracy to overthrow the United States.
And Bobby Kennedy Sr.
actually even worked with Joe McCarthy on his investigations early on as one of his senior counsels, right there, because they understood that communism itself and Marxism is anti-American.

The CIA is not an intelligence agency, which is what they should have been, which is what Truman, President Truman created them to be.
They become this covert operations, covert influence, you know, organization that, frankly, Well, in general, I remember there was a certain national security advisor who was talking about curtailing the clandestine operations of the CIA, and that was exactly why they targeted you.

There's a lot to talk about.
There's a lot going on.

Yeah, so one thing that for the audience that we were talking about on a short break here, Is the word, and using the word existential, and I think Jack used that word in our conversation, and I think that's a really important word.
It's like the word I use, grave, and the phrase I use, we are at grave risk as a nation right now.
And this word existential, it really, it does have great, great meaning for where we are as a nation right now.
The lifeblood of America to continue as a constitutional republic faces an existential time.
And when you think about, you know, in the long arc of history, you know, good always triumphs over evil.
But what happens is that, you know, there's a lot of sacrifice in between, right?
And it can take time to overcome evil.
And we have allowed our nation to just morally decline.
And I tell people this, you know, all of us, all of us that are listening to this show, every American out there that has said, well, I'm going to let those politicians, I'm going to let them do it.
They're all a bunch of crooks anyways.
And we just kind of, We just kind of keep blowing them off, but we keep putting them in charge.
We keep putting them in office.
This is at every level.
This is at county level, state level, and certainly at the federal level, as we are seeing play out right now with these feckless leaders, particularly in the Republican Party.
We face a time where if we don't get this current election right—number one, if we don't have an election, that's bad.
If we do have an election, which is another scenario, and it is generally run fairly, and this is where states are going to have to stand up and be really strong, if we have another election year, by all rights, by all norms, Donald J. Trump should win 50 states.
He should win hands down.
And so if he wins, what he's going to do is he's going to give America some breathing space.
But this is not going to fix all of our problems, folks.
Four more years will not fix everything.
We have so many problems that we have allowed.
We have such an atrophying of the American culture, and it's going to take more than four years.
But we have to start.
We have to get out there to do this.
And to me, this is why getting involved locally, I use this phrase, local action has a national impact.
This is why voting matters.
If you haven't registered, get out there and register.
Go help somebody register.
Go canvas.
Make sure that the people that are registered actually live in some of these places.
I mean, all of the basics of Civics 101 And this is what we need right now across the board.
We cannot afford to lose this election.
So I keep saying if, right?
We cannot afford to lose this election.
If we lose this election, I'm afraid for my children and my grandchildren, especially my grandchildren, that they are going to grow up in a nation that is not the United.
United is the most important I'm afraid that will go away because there's such a strong global alliance that has now formed against the United States of America.

And that global alliance has the likes of China.
Really, China is the main culprit.
And then, of course, you got Russia, you got Iran, Venezuela, North Korea.
And now there are other components.
Turkey, you can throw Turkey in there.
There's other components in there, other nations that are now joined with this global alliance.
And that global alliance also has a component called the World Economic Forum.
And the World Economic Forum are a bunch of people that are in charge of nation states, for example, Trudeau, America First isn't a bumper sticker from Donald Trump.

They have these world organizations, World Health Organization, World Bank, World Trade.
These are real things with real people, and they have real objectives.
And we have got to get our country back in charge of the American people.
That's why when we say America first, America first isn't a bumper sticker from Donald Trump.
America first goes back to post-World War I.
Make America Great Again is the Donald Trump bumper sticker, and it What is wrong with saying, Make America Great Again?
What elements in our government have done if they've taken that and they've tried to define it as a cult?
It's total bullshit.
Excuse my Irish.
Make America Great Again is about taking care of our homes, taking care of our families, taking care of our country, first and foremost.
In this movie, Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost.
People, this is why it's resonating.
This is why the feedback that we have gotten is humbling, Jack.
It's remarkable feedback, because in this movie, this is a timeless film.
It not only talks about General Mike Flynn, but I tell this story through my eyes and through the lens of my persecution to talk about where America is at today and what we need to do to get out of this.
I use the idea of drowning.
I talk about when I felt I was drowning.
And I was able to come up above the water.

But we need more than a breath.

You know, people have to understand voting is a form of service.
Civic service is a form of service.
It's about serving your country in uniform or not.
This is citizens doing their due diligence, citizens building citizen networks and patriot networks in their neighborhoods, working with their churches, or even working with people that are disintermediated because you can join up with other patriots using, I know obviously you've talked about The Digital Warriors before, and the online movement, and the idea that people can connect across using cyberspace, using Telegram, using X, using so many different platforms, through social, to get in.
You don't have to serve in the military to do this.
We've got people doing that because, of course, our greatest threats right now aren't necessarily even the ones abroad.
We don't.
America will never be taken apart by the invasion from overseas.
It's going to be internal.
It's going to be completely internal.
That's why they're flooding us with illegals.
That's why they're flooding us with refugees and migrants and third-worlders.

I was in Northern Africa earlier this week.
And we get it.

That's the kind of people they want to bring to the United States and completely transform this nation because they believe it'll include an eternal electoral coalition for the Democrats.
And for the left, allowing them to maintain total control.
That's why they allow the prisoners out.
That's why they don't crack down on violent crime, because they want you, the middle class, the average person, the small business owner who just heard out, by the way, that, you know, the interest rates are going up and capital gains tax is going up to 44%.
They want you scared to do anything so that the regime doesn't come against you.

He's the politics editor of the Post Millennial.
Thomas, I apologize for having to cut your short a little bit, but you wanted to get, but I wanted to get you on to give us an update.
You've been doing a lot of yeoman's work on particularly the riots and the crackdown at UCLA, but also some of the stuff going on around the country.
Tell us what's the latest with the situation at UCLA, these Gaza camps.
Has this been completely cleared out?
What's the update?
So as far as I can tell, Uh, the last time that I was checking and they were updating the numbers of arrests that have been made.
And there's been now, uh, we updated the story.
It's been, uh, according to NBC, this is some people haven't updated it, but it's up to over 200 arrests of different protesters who are going in these Gaza camps and occupying the area on campus.
And just leading up to this, there was a standoff between the protesters and the police.
If you see in our report, There was a picture of a bunch of police cars all over the parking lot coming up to UCLA.
And the protesters were using stuff like fire extinguishers to hit back at police.
And that's the latest with UCLA, but this is just the latest in all of the other protests that have been going on across the country.
So with that, given that situation, where does your reporting show?
Because I keep hearing people saying on the pro-Palestinian side that, you know, at least at one point they said these were peaceful.
When I look at this stuff, I just see violence after violence after violence.
I'll plead the fifth because I was out of the country for a little bit.
I haven't been going in as tightly.
But is this something where there are elements that are peaceful as well as elements that are violent?
Or at this point, have they really descended into riots?
At this point with some of the schools, they have definitely descended into riots with UCLA and several others with Portland.
You even have in Portland that you had some Antifa members going into the library in Portland State.
But there are.
I mean, it depends on what you mean by peaceful and what you mean and what you mean by violence with the riots going on, because a lot of times what will happen is that they're doing this thing.
They have their press coverage that has them just doing their thing in these camps.
But then the police arrive because it's an unlawful gathering.
A lot of the time if you have different ordinances on campuses.
But then that's when the violence starts.
Because they want to push back against the police when they're making the arrests.
Well, and that's exactly right.
So when it comes down to it, this is what I've said that for and just just opinion wise, I think it makes sense, of course, for the universities to be able to enforce their ordinances.
If something grows out of control or something has been declared unlawful, then that is what it is.
But at the same time, if something is protected and under free speech and under whatever the campus code is, then that's something that honestly, I don't understand why conservatives wouldn't support free, peaceful protests.
Again, if it is actually peaceful and if there's any violence, of course, get rid of them.
So it's sort of this double edged sword, because, of course, if conservatives don't support that, then that very same policy is going to be used against them immediately after.
Yeah, the shoe always goes on the other foot with these things.
And you have to keep in mind, like you were saying, the free speech policies of different campuses, because if you violate them now, then they're going to get violated later on.
And so you don't want to jump too much when it's the free speech issue.
But if they're illegally protesting, like, say, in Portland, where they took over the library, or other protests like this where they They take over buildings, Columbia.
Those types of protests, you have to make the arrests.
But if it's a public space, and of course, there's time, manner and space restrictions on those.
But if the protest is devolving into these riots, that's when the arrests, when they get made.
Now, based on your reporting, do you think that we're starting to see, because all the headlines this morning, police cracking down, police cracking down, do you believe that these will continue?
Are they going to grow or are we seeing a waning of the movement?
I think that they're going to start winding down now that some of the most, the highest ones, like Columbia, like Portland State, the ones with the most violence They've kind of cracked down on the police who cracked down on those.
And as that happens more and more, I think you're going to start seeing them die down instead of keep on growing.
I think it's reached its tipping point, but eventually it'll start going down now.
But what's interesting to me, though, is of course, as we look forward, this is only, you know, it's only the start of May.
We got a lot of year left.
And in terms of the charges, it doesn't look to me that they're really throwing the book against these guys.
So we could see a lot of these very same networks.
Well, of course.
into operation later on in the summer?
Of course, Chicago, the DNC is a big target for these networks coming up in August and then later going into the fall with a repeat of what we saw in 2020.
Are you going to be prepared to report on all of this as well as we see going forward?
And do you see the post-millennial getting into the field?
Well, of course.
So kind of like you were saying with the summertime, and I mean, that's what 2020 was like.
You had these riots going on and a lot of these people that are going and protesting at these Palestine protests, they're the same people who go to all the different riots.
Like there were several different college campuses where you had people who weren't students going on.
I think it was at Columbia.
It was a majority.
But if you want to keep following this so that you can actually report on the protests that are going to win the protests just go in the summer.
