A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Deliver us from evil!
Is a hostage deal near?
I believe so, but I'm not prepared to talk to you.
You believe so?
Yes!
Thank you.
If the election were held today, it's showing that Joe Biden would only get 44%, but Donald Trump is still at 46%, Brian.
This is a drop from that 51%, and that's NBC.
NBC, he's never been leading in the NBC poll.
I think it's our job to explain to Americans what President Biden has done to improve the economy.
President Biden is now saying that inflation is basically over.
89% of Americans say that's bull.
They don't believe it because they're still very concerned about it.
To tell me that inflation isn't still available, it tells you how out of touch that the White House and the Biden administration is, and Biden himself.
I think October 7th was kind of the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back when people in Europe and the United States especially saw all of these immigrants that had come to this generous country and they repaid our magnanimity with disdain.
The army is having a tough time right now getting people to join.
They were 10,000 short of their latest recruiting goals so they are starting to court people they kicked out for not getting the COVID vax.
Earlier today, in a two-to-one decision, a panel of judges on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals said that only, only the federal government, not private citizens and civil rights groups, can sue under a key part of the Voting Rights Act, effectively gutting the legislation in seven states.
He will do, he will get away with, he will imprison, he will execute whoever he's allowed to imprison, execute, drive from the country.
Just look at his past.
It's not really hard to read.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily live from Washington, D.C.
Today is November 21st, 2023.
Anno Domini.
You know, folks, what can I say?
Mike Lindell vindicated on the voting machines this huge ruling out of Georgia.
We're going to have Mike on the show later on to talk about this because this is absolutely massive.
Talk about a guy who's been Smeared, who's been attacked, who's been drugged through the mud, and has done it all with a smile on his face, sitting there day in, day out, saying that he wants to save his country, that he wants to stand up for our actual ability to be able to cast votes on Election Day and have those votes counted.
Guess what?
Argentina did this in one day, and within a couple of hours, the entire country of Argentina Gave us the answer right away.
It's as simple as that.
So if Argentina can give us the answers, can give us them so quickly, then the question is, why are we using machines?
If paper is faster and the machines can't be audited, plus the machines are open to vulnerabilities.
We're going to talk to Mike about those and about this case.
Then why are we using machines?
Look, I think that machines should be taken out of the United States.
Period.
We should not be using these things.
There are other countries, I've been saying it for years now.
Other countries don't do this.
France doesn't do this.
Argentina doesn't do this.
And guess what?
Their elections are perfectly fine.
I get it.
It was an experiment.
We wanted to see if it could work.
Doesn't work anymore.
So here's my question.
Why is it that people on Team DeSantis don't seem very interested in talking about this.
Why is it that people on Team DeSantis only sit around and talk about what's going to happen when Trump gets convicted?
When Trump goes to jail?
When Trump's a felon?
And I threw out there yesterday, as a simple thought experiment, I said, why is it that a guy like Ron DeSantis and his supporters, his high-level fans, Can't come out and say that Joe Biden should be stripped off the ballot when he controls the entire machinery and the infrastructure of the elections in the state of Florida.
And it's simple.
He doesn't have what it takes.
He's a lawyer, okay?
Consensus building, legal arguments, appeal to authority.
That's legalese.
But lawfare is being used, and this is supposed to be America's top lawyer, right?
Or at least the conservative's top lawyer.
Yet he won't come forward and fight fire with fire.
He won't come out and say, well, we could do the same thing to Biden.
He's a traitor.
He took money from China.
Okay, he's a traitor.
Can't put you on the ballot.
The other side is already doing this.
They'll run around screaming, oh, my principles, my principles.
Well, guess what?
If your principles make you lose, then maybe they're not good principles to begin with.
I'm gonna say something right now.
If you don't have the killer instinct, if you don't have the ability to fight back and politically punch these people in the face, then guess what?
You're gonna lose and probably you deserve to.

We've got the great Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online rejoining us to Human Events Daily.
Mike, the last time we had you on here, we were talking about Media Matters, we were talking about Elon, we were talking about what could be done.
All of a sudden, it seems like Elon has been activated by this.
Do you think Media Matters has woke the dragon here?
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, there's like a funny scene in the Avengers where, you know, I think like the bad guy is saying, oh, we have an army, you're so helpless.
And the response is, well, we have a Hulk.
And there's this strange situation right now where, you know, for the first time we have a tech titan, a champion, a sort of neo who is the man in the arena who is, bless his soul, a principled man
Going after freedom and this is something that I think the censorship industry has never experienced before because everyone typically when the c-suite is pushed on by ad boycotters they fold like a deck of cards.
This happened to Mark Zuckerberg when they were Boycotted by the ADL and Color of Change and Media Matters to the tune of $60 billion in 2019 with the whole Change the Terms campaign, which was a campaign to get them to change their terms of service so that they would censor more.
Mark Zuckerberg had just given a speech in San Jose about how he was sick of censorship and didn't want to censor anymore.
But then when he got kicked in the piggy bank, he folded up very quickly.
And Musk seems to have adopted a fighting posture in terms of defending his principles and defending his platform that Silicon Valley I don't think has ever seen before in the face of ad boycotts.
And this could be the start of something very big.
So we've gone through and sliced and diced some of this.
I I know you've looked at it as well, but when it comes to the actual data here, and you've got ex-employees coming out as well as their officials saying that they looked into the data and it looks as though Media Matters, not only did they manipulate the algorithm, they actually created fake accounts to essentially create the system that gave them these ads.
Can you walk us through a little bit of that?
And why is it that when they're doing this, they're calling it Right.
Well, that is the allegation.
Now, on the research side, this has been an intricately compiled rhetorical framing technique that has served the censorship industry for about six or seven years now to use research as a cloak for active operations.
This is something that the CIA used to do.
From the 1950s all the way to present day, many times when there's an active operation that clandestine services want to organize, they cloak it in academic front groups or in research organizations that appear to have a passive rather than an active role in things.
Perhaps the best demonstration of this is actually on the finance side.
Sam Bankman-Fried, who was recently convicted on multiple felony counts for organizing the biggest crypto scam in world history, his firm was called FTX, but it was actually traded out of something called Alameda Research.
And he was asked in an interview once why he called his trading arm Alameda Research.
And he said, well, there's a funny backstory.
When we said that we were doing crypto trading and arbitrage, we couldn't get a bank account.
We were always held up on reviews.
We could never get approval.
So we decided, well, hey, if we just call it a research institute, every bank wants to serve a research institute.
So we basically fooled them by calling it research when it was active trading operations.
It's the exact same thing here with this Moten Bailey trick.
What they do is they attack with activists, with operatives, with hitmen, with mass flaggers, in order to economically coerce, pressure, and break platforms or social media accounts or third-party websites.
But then when they're attacked, they say, oh, it's research.
This is like the equivalent of, you know, an atom bomb going off and saying, oh, well, we were just researching.
We were just, you know, we were Which is Manhattan Project researchers, but not only were they researching how to drop the bomb, they were, you know, they were the battle organizers of the whole operation and then the ones actually physically dropping the nukes over Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
This is a trick to hide what they're doing and it's been totally exposed.
You can go to my timeline on X and I have a 40-minute video breaking down the whole thing at MikeBenzCyber.
Well, that's exactly right.
See, this idea that they're just, they're this, you know, non-partisan, non-biased researcher.
And then, of course, this is the same thing that they've used to set up shop at actual institutions around the country, or should I say former institutions.
I call them skin suits.
Or, you know, skin-suiting is basically one of the favored tactics of these types of organizations, where they will burrow their way into, say, Harvard University with the Shorenstein Center, or the lab over at Stanford, the Internet Research Observatory.
These ideas that they're just, they're researching!
The Observatory!
What a name!
Observatory!
As if it's, you know, this wonderful telescope, the Galileo, and Hubble, and all of these different You know, these different images they're trying to evoke when really what they're doing is they're censoring the internet.
The Shorenstein Center, which I believe, by the way, actually went down in flames because half of their budget was going to Joan Donovan's Uber Eats account, from what I'm told.
I haven't been able to confirm those reports of Joan Donovan's Uber Eats account eating up the entire or at least half of the budget of the Shorenstein Center.
I don't know if you've heard, can you confirm that by any chance?
I've heard rumors, but that's a great point about the Stanford Internet Observatory because if they caught at the Stanford Air Force Base, they couldn't get $3 million in funding from the National Science Foundation.
So, again, it's exactly what you just said, you know, with the term observatory and Stanford Airnet Observatory.
What that obscures is the fact that they weren't observing social media posts.
They were mass flagging thousands of social media posts.
They were pressuring the tech companies that their government allies on the Hill would break them up in antitrust or would serve them subpoenas.
They were inducing crisis PR through organized media campaigns.
And they were helping with the computational data scientists to actually come up with the banned words and phrases.
So nothing about that is observatory.
This is, again, like a Death Star censorship superweapon.
If they called it the Death Star, they wouldn't exactly be the media darlings that they're allowed to be when they're simply called an observatory.
But research, again, is a hoax word.
If you believe that for one second, you're a sucker.
You know, it's interesting, I obviously can't get into it too much, but when I was in the Navy, some of the most highly, you know, sensitive programs and operations that you would see, they have them in the real world, they have the most benign sounding names, the most common, if you saw a list of it that was just left out somewhere, you would see, oh, the operational team, whatever, blah, blah, blah, you know, oh, Navy, Ocean, Activity, support, working.
It's just the most blase, simple.
Well, of course, I think most people know this one.
So I won't get into it.
We're saying that most people know that SEAL Team 6 actual name is Naval Special Warfare Development Group, which again, if you didn't know that DEVGRU was DEVGRU, you wouldn't think, okay, development group, that's kind of interesting, but probably not enough that I'm really going to sit down and look at it.
But it's interesting.
Why is it though, Benz, that when when I read NBC, when I read CNN, I can see these people from these various entities and even places that are just far left as you can go, like Media Matters or the SPLC, and yet they're still referred to as researchers.
Oh because they're in on it.
These media allies depend on these economic hitmen to take out their media opposition.
CNN is on the side of these political operatives because these political operatives are killing outlets They're trying to get human events censored.
They're trying to get Real America's Voice censored.
These are competitors to CNN and NBC.
They are all in it together.
This is the whole-of-society censorship industry framework where the government, the private sector, the civil society institutions, and the news media and fact-checking orgs from the legacy side have all created this whole-of-society fusion in order to mutually prop each other up and provide each other the necessary resources at all of those levers to pull In order to take out opposition media and opposition political organizing.
But again, it's all in a name.
And I can tell you, as somebody who spends the lion's share of my day inside these people's Zoom calls and inside their source documents, the amount of attention that they pay to framing things is most of what they do.
These people will be on 15-person Zoom calls with each other, these consensus building meetings, where they will be talking about some new censorship technique they want to roll out.
And they'll be describing it in certain terms, and then they'll say, you know what, we actually, before we go public with this, we're going to need to come up with a better way of describing it.
You know, there's one example where Alex Deimos, the head of the Stanford Internet Observatory, was doing a talk, a recorded talk at one of the Stanford University lecture YouTube videos, where they're talking about the need to kill.
At this point, there was this, there was this plandemic movie you may have remembered from the beginning of the COVID outbreak.
It was highly, highly censored.
And they were talking about this and they said, well, we need to, the question is whether we nuke this from orbit.
And throughout the term, It's gonna look bad.
They're worried about the optics.
It's just an intervention.
It's just an intervention.
The same way that our invasion of Libya was an intervention, Afghanistan, Iraq.
These are just interventions.
Simple, humane, surgical, really.
These are influences and they're friends of mine.
Jack.
Where's Jack?
Jack?
He's done a great job.

Continuing our discussion with Mike Benz.
Mike, You've gone through and actually put together, and I know you're working on a longer piece on this that you're not quite ready to present yet, but if you can give us a little taste, I understand you've been working on sort of a timeline, a chronology of Media Matters and their role in this censorship, what you've called an active operation against Elon Musk.
Yeah, so Media Matters started with a, they're basically a DNC front group, And they started campaigns to economically blowtorch opposition right-wing media figures and mainstream conservative media figures off of broadcast media for a long time.
They were responsible for basically killing the ability of Glenn Beck to advertise for Fox News boycotts, for Bill O'Reilly.
They started off as a David Brock operation.
It was one of the most notorious So they started with this pedigree of being a DNC hit shop for killing conservative media in the sort of analog TV era.
And then when the 2016 election happened, David Brock had this epiphany about the role of social media.
Basically, he at the time was running a super PAC for the Hillary Clinton campaign called Correct the Record.
Which had a couple million dollars in funding and was set up because the Hillary Clinton campaign noticed that even though all of the mainstream media was completely in the tank for Hillary, And there was not a single print media endorsement for Donald Trump.
Somehow Trump was still doing extremely well in the polls during the summer of 2016.
And so they did a bunch of digital sort of forensics investigations around, you know, how much engagement are people getting on social media?
What's actually the root cause of Trump's success?
And David Brock, running Correct the Record, made this assessment that the Trump phenomenon was almost entirely An internet phenomenon, a social media phenomenon powered by Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
And so he created this thing called Correct the Record before the 2016 election to try to create for Hillary Clinton a sort of sweet and low, sucralose, artificial sweetener version of a ground up organic social media support base for Hillary Clinton.
So they noticed that trolls online were They call them trolls.
But basically, these anonymous and also social media account influencers were driving 4-5x the engagement and reach and membership in political groups supporting Trump than on Hillary Clinton.
Basically, it was the complete opposite of legacy media.
And so, correct the record, was this David Brock operation to basically get a bunch of people in a Brooklyn sort of sweatshop to copy-paste these pro-Hillary Clinton talking points and try to gin up hashtags, Reddit forums, do the trench warfare in the replies.
And David Brock was extremely disheartened by the attempt to do counter speech, pathetic operation to simulate organic social media support.
So when David Brock did the assessment, he did basically the Hillary Clinton campaign's autopsy of why they lost the 2016 election.
And he published this in a 49-page memo in January 2017, just the week before Trump was inaugurated.
And this 49-page blueprint said, listen, we need to take this blueprint that we took out for Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly and for the sort of the We need to bring it into the digital age.
We need to create this economic coercion and de-platforming apparatus to break the banks of opposition media to kill their institutional capacities because that's the way that we're going to ultimately stop the message.
There's too many messengers with these non-accounts.
There's too many messages.
We need to shoot the messenger.
And so this was all organized at a summit In Florida, in January 2017, with about 120 major political backers, and these were not just all Democrat, even though David Brock represents the sort of DNC left at the current time, he started out as a Republican and he very much represents this kind of uniparty, neoconservative, neoliberal
cowboy-yankee alliance that is now banded together to stop populism, both in the U.S. with Trump, but then around the world in all of sort of populism or anti-globalism's political manifestations.
So they have fused together this whole network that has brought in these advertiser networks, because a lot of these corporations depend on government support, or they depend on DNC support.
There's a lot of commercial and political interlinkages, and those are what are exploited by media matters to organize these ad shakedowns.
So there's a lot more there, but I'll pause it for now.
So, Ben, there's a couple things I want to throw out.
So, as a guy who, you know, I guess would be, was obviously on pretty much all of those correct-the-record lists and those 2017-2016 reports from, you know, the American Bridge and all these different things that were Brock Operations in 16, I remember these guys.
We used to call them the Hillbots.
You would tweet something about Trump or whatever the sort of the hashtag or the keyword of the day was.
A lot of them were targeted to the WikiLeaks drops, which everybody seems to have forgotten about.
from the final stages of the 2016 election those tranches that were coming every day and it was like it was like you know drop one drop two drop three it was always number one hashtag on twitter and i could remember you know we even used to go on there and uh and sort of joke about which word we were going to use to trigger the hillbott response today because then we would force them to waste their time so we were running counter-ops to their active ops In 2016.
This, by the way, of course, one of the top guys who was involved in all of that was, at the time, we knew him as Ricky Vaughn.
We now know his name as Doug Mackey.
He's been sentenced to seven months in federal prison for his role in fighting these operations.
MIT actually labeled him as one of the top influencers in 2016.
And so this idea that they've been fighting back ever since, it's something that I've been saying for years, that if Trump had never won, this censorship operation never would have turned on to begin with.
But before we break down all that, and I'm very excited to see your video when you put it together, you mentioned something about the Yankee Cowboy Alliance, and I've seen you talk about this online before.
Explain it for our audience.
What is the Yankee Cowboy Alliance?
We've got about four minutes left in the segment.
Yeah, this is basically the economic alliance underpinning the political uniparty in America.
So this was a theory that was posited by researchers, actual genuine researchers, not political operatives, just literally published authors from no names, I should say, because these are people who were not political operatives.
They didn't do anything other than publish books.
Right.
But these are essentially, you know, people who publish books.
There's a book called The Yankee Cowboy War on this.
I think it's by James Ogilby.
And essentially, this describes the attempt to reconcile political power structures in this country around the time JFK was assassinated, where it basically posited two groups of Washington power brokers.
One of these were called the Yankees.
And this was the traditional Northeast Corridor power base stretching basically from New York City to Boston.
That was old money.
It was finance.
It had that transatlantic relationship with the city of London.
These are the investor class.
You can think of it today as being everything from the Goldman Sachs to the JP Morgans to the Black Rocks to that whole sort of George Soros activist philanthropy class.
And then you had the, this, the cowboy faction they called, which was mostly Republican.
I should note that the Yankee base in the Northeast corridor is sort of the Democrat power base, the Democrat finance power base.
And then They referred to the Cowboy Alliance as being principally based out of Houston, Texas, and at the time, California.
This is before California moved to Virginia, to Arlington.
That is to say, we began our military-industrial complex in the 40s until the 80s in California.
This is a big part of the wartime production, and it was a Republican stronghold.
That's why Ronald Reagan was a California Republican.
But you had this basically Texas, California cowboy faction, which merged energy companies with military companies.
So you had this Houston energy set, which goes back to the whole Rockefeller standard oil diplomacy.
That was so much of our energy power projection in the 20th century with this California military base.
Now, that moved to Arlington, Virginia in the 1980s with Reagan.
And today that's there's sort of more of a Yankee flavor to California.
But essentially these two factions, the Yankees and the Cowboys were in tension with each other.
You had Republican, low-tax, conservative blue-chip corporations.
The Chamber of Commerce, until very recently, was always considered a Republican thing, until the Trump era.
And they were in tension with the financier class in terms of You know, you had these social justice and these philanthropy and these political activists.
Now, they always sort of rotated power, but it was sort of a gentleman's game.
They had this sort of cold war.
But when Trump defeated both the Bush dynasty, the Cowboys, and the Clinton dynasty, the Yankees, in a single edgelord meme campaign election in 2016, these two power bases that were once at war with each other, banded together to stop their mutual enemy, which was Domestic populism, both in the form of Trumpism in the U.S.
and how domestic populism and nationalism threatens global interests abroad, global investments abroad.
Ben, I've got to get you on.
I've got to get you on for an entire special about this, man.
I found this topic fascinating.
It's something that I've discussed a long time off air.
We've got to get you back.
Where can people go real quick to find you?
You can find me on X at MikeBenzCyber.
My foundation is FoundationForFreedomOnline.com.
Find him, go and support his work.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mike Lindell joins us next.
My ear about the boring people at your office.
I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Human Events Daily.
Mike Lindell will be joining us momentarily, but I'd like to say something to, I don't know, everyone within the sound of my voice right now, because we're told The people on January 6th were a bunch of traitors, a bunch of treacherous, deplorable, scum, idiots, psychopaths, tinfoil hat wearers.
And guess what?
Those people down there, they had a right to protest a stolen election.
And guess what?
Every single day we are getting closer and closer to the truth.
Those people, many of whom are still behind bars right now, like Owen Schroer, were right.
The election was stolen, and the machines were a big part of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mike Lindell joins us back here today.
Mike, how does it feel to get a ruling like this after everything they've put you through?
The tinfoil hat is off?
Is that the tinfoil hat is off?
The tinfoil hat is off, everybody!
It's gone!
It's off, folks!
The tinfoil hat is off.
All signals are being received at this very moment.
It's very encouraging.
It was like a double ruling.
Yes, the machines, they're vulnerable.
And yes, if you talk about them, you're not a conspiracy theorist.
And, you know, our great real president even re-truthed that.
The word's getting out there now.
And people, you know what I think, Jack, is people, they're open to hearing it now because they're going, I don't think a lot of them wanted to believe that this problem went so far.
You know, our elections, is it really even feasible to get to paper ballots hand counted?
We've just seen proof of that, too.
That can be easily done, like Argentina.
But yeah, these machines, everything I've been preaching for since I got evidence on January 9th of 2021, it's vindication after vindication after vindication.
And for me, it's It's more about not being vindicated.
For me, it's more important that we're going to be able to get these elections secure and get rid of these.
We have over 200 counties now committed to paper ballots, hand counted.
And as they hear more and more of this, more and more are jumping out.
We just got six more the last two weeks that are committed for 2024.
So it's very exciting.
No, Mike, when it comes to Georgia, let's let's focus on this and drill down because Georgia, of course, that's a swing state.
That's a state that Trump needs to win.
If you look at this electoral count, we all know that he needs to win Georgia.
We need that state in the Trump column if he wants to.
Any Republican needs it.
But Trump is going to be the nominee.
So with this ruling, it now sets up there's going to be, if I understand correctly, a trial in January of 24.
Is this setting up a potential situation where Georgia runs their primary and general election in 2024 without machines if we win this thing?
Absolutely.
And I, and there'll be a lot more than just Georgia.
And I, you know, you got to put the way this lined up, Jack, it's so important because just on the heels of Argentina doing these, they, four months, in four months, everybody, they went from, from machines, a judge made one ruling.
We're getting rid of them.
We're going to paper ballots, hand counting.
30 million people did an election with paper ballots and they got done and the results in the same day of the election.
What a concept.
So we're not going to, that takes away a big argument.
Like in Georgia, if they say, Oh, it's going to take too long.
We can't switch over in time.
This is what a horrible Brad Rassenberger keeps saying.
The unit or the, the unit party rhino down in Georgia, the secretary of state, he keeps saying, well, he's trying to push it off past 2024.
Well, of course he is.
That's all he got elected.
They control the machines down there.
So, so if they, If that judge makes a ruling and says, they got to go.
One of the things she did say, Jack, was, you know, this will be hard maybe to what the alternatives are, but we already have that.
We already have the best hand counting alternative there is in the world.
Remember I've met with the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
We developed one right here in the U S it's even better than theirs.
So we have a pull plug in little thing that just is beautiful.
Um, So I'm really encouraged and I would love to see Georgia.
If Georgia goes to paper ballots, Donald Trump wins Georgia by 75%.
I'm telling you, it's a complete landslide.
I mean, it's Georgia.
You know, and you look at these things too, and when you understand, and as much as we've learned about the machines over the years from, and to her point, which is the same thing that you've always said, this is a liberal judge.
It was always the liberals that were talking about election machines and electronic machines beforehand.
It was always, always, always something, and of course, we've seen the HBO documentaries, and we've seen all of the interviews that go back all the way, she says right there, the cybersecurity So here's my question.
and potential vulnerabilities of these machines could lead to people losing their constitutional rights.
So here's my question.
If the machines are slower, okay, we know the machines take longer time.
If we can't audit them because you can barely get an actual readout out of these things, and we know that they increase the vulnerabilities, then what other possible reason would we have them other than to increase the likelihood of fraud.
Simple question.
Why not just go back to the most basic system, paper ballots?
Right.
And, and, and, you know, Jack, that's my plan that I've had now for a year.
If you go to Lyndaleplan.com, it's all laid out there.
What this is, we're, it's a sales pitch.
We're going to every county in the United States, 3,107 And we go to that clerk and it's just like a sales pitch like you just said it.
Anything that could come out of that clerk's mouth or has come out saying, you know, oh, it's going to cost more.
No, it's 10x cheaper using this paper ballots we have.
Oh, it'd be more, it'd be harder to audit.
No, it's 10 times easier because they're under camera.
We've got all, any, any problem solution we've got the answer to now.
So there's no reason.
Here'd be another reason with the Republicans always block this.
Now the Republicans passed, the RNC passed a resolution in August, paper ballots, hand counted, same day voting, precinct level and signature required.
So now if one of these Rhino Republicans says, well, I want to keep it anyway.
I believe in our machines.
Well, that's not what the party believes in.
So that takes away that.
We basically took anything they can say.
Oh, it's going to take longer.
No, we had, we already did a prototype in this country.
We were approved for concept.
Osage County, Missouri ran a full election this last spring, everybody.
And it was done at the same time as a change with a hundred percent accuracy.
That was Democrats and Republicans working together.
So you're exactly right, Jack.
What this plan does too, is it calls out the uniparty rhinos.
It's like a, it's like a uniparty finder, right?
If you give them all the reasons to get rid of the machines and they still want to keep them, eh, eh, we got one.
We got one.
And on my show every day, we're going to have the Rafty Awards, the Rad Rassenberger Awards, the shame on you awards for any of these people out there that are in the uniparty that block us from getting our election platform secure.
I'm tired of it.
I've had it.
We're going to call them out every single day because now we have, we have proof of concept of a whole country now with Argentina.
We have proof, you know, we have a judge that just ruled that you're not a conspiracy theorist.
If you ask about machines or if you ask about our elections, I mean, this is, should be just common sense 101.
And you are exactly right.
For two decades, the Democrats, including my own Senator in Minnesota, Amy Klobuchar, And Kamala Harris, all of them said, we got to get rid of these electronic voting machine.
All of a sudden they're, the Deeds are in power and they're going, Oh, I think they're okay now.
Well, we got to get rid of them for the people.
All people want transparent and fair elections, not selections.
Well, we're told again and again, we have to protect our democracy, we have to protect our democracy.
Well, I said, Mike Lindell's been out there trying to protect our democracy for three years, and look how you treated him, look how you've treated his company, look how you've treated his employees, going after him six-way from Sunday, taking his cell phone.
By the way, do you even have your cell phone back, Mike?
Have they even given that back?
Probably not.
Of course not.
No, the federal the federal court in Minnesota ordered it back, but the government still won't give it back.
You talk about delay.
I mean, they said you can't keep his phone.
I've done nothing wrong.
You're treating you like a terrorist.
You take my livelihood.
I mean, it's crazy.
It was unbelievable, that whole thing.
And that just goes to show you three Supreme Court judges here in Minnesota say, what are you doing?
You could have took a download of it.
It's nonsensical.
You guys, when things are done that don't make sense, they have a different agenda.
If it doesn't help, when you see decisions being made out there by our government that doesn't help either party or either people in the party, if it doesn't help any people, there's a hidden agenda.
And that's the uniparty, that's the globalist.
We've got to get through and secure our elections and help save our country.
And we will save our country.
If we let them, if we let them, they will punish us for telling the truth for the rest of time.
You have to fight back, folks.
You can't sit there and complain.
You can't whine.
You can't say, oh, they're breaking the rules, they're not playing fair, it's not the double standard, etc.
No.
You have to fight back and you can't quit no matter what happens.
We've got a quick break here.
Mike Lindell joins us next.
Mike Lindell, by the way, who will be there at AmericaFest.
Make sure you're getting your AmFest tickets now.
AmFest.com.
Use promo code POSO because when those things are gone, I don't want you to come crying to me that it's sold out.
Ain't gonna happen.
No freebies.
I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Alright, Jack Posobiec, we are back and Mike Lindell is on fire today like I've never seen him before.
Mike, it's like you've been activated over the last 96 hours or so since this ruling came down.
It's amazing.
Tell me, what's it like from the company side?
Are you guys seeing a reflection here?
Because the attack wasn't just on you, was it?
It was an attack on your company, it was an attack on your staff, your employees, your entire business.
They tried to take you and take my pillow down completely.
Tell me, where do things stand?
Well, it's all about taking away my voice.
And they've been doing that for almost three years now.
But since I did the election summit in July, everybody, they didn't come after me.
They know I don't stop talking.
I just keep fighting.
They went after my pillow.
It's been de-banked, de-merchant server, de-platform, you name it, what's happened.
The attacks on my pillow.
The biggest attacks we've ever had.
My employees went after my home reps and the IRS saying, we don't want you to work from home anymore.
And they work on commission.
They came from every angle, the government and everything after them.
And we're coming out the other side by the grace of God.
Everyone out there, Has been a great supportive of us and, uh, and buying the products even, you know, through this, my employees, we've had, we have calls almost every day where I'm talking to them all saying, you guys keep faith, our faith in God keeps us going.
But you know what, Jack, this is an employee owned company.
This is an employee owned company.
And they've been, they've been attacked.
They're not, you know, I just am the biggest stockholder, but they, but they're, You know, you go after my employees and you go after the company.
I can take hits just fine.
I've probably made for such a time as this, but with the media, you know, when everybody's attacking over here, that's pretty dear to me.
So I've been, I've been back in Minnesota where I've been just kind of navigating through this and doing everything we can to stay afloat while they're shooting holes in the side of us.
And one of the things we want to do to thank everybody, it seems like we're coming out the other side and we, My employees and I, we wanted to do this.
All of you that supported us, your great audience, and everyone else that has bought my pillow product, we have over 240 products on sale, and we're gonna do free shipping, forgive thanks here for Thanksgiving, so free shipping to everybody out there using your promo code, I think yours is POZO, right?
Is that correct?
Mm-hmm.
And yeah, use that promo code.
We don't use promo code Tanya, we never use my wife's promo code around here.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, only POZO.
Wait, we don't need to get into which number is ahead unless it's definitely mine though, right?
For sure, for sure.
It's Pozo, right?
Let's just go back to the sale.
Let's go back to the sale.
Tell me everybody, because when we just went through this election, when we just went through this election and I have our plan to secure our election, I was very concerned over here.
My biggest concern in MyPillow, I can't leave, you know, so you're working two things and I just didn't know to have that sense of security that everybody was out there supporting MyPillow and buying the products that, you know, most of them we make right here in the USA.
They're down there making the MyPillow 2.0 with the new technology.
And we kept them all employed.
All of you did.
So we're giving thanks.
Your entire order.
I don't care if it's our great beds we make here in the USA.
The best beds ever.
The MyPillow mat stopper.
They cost a lot to ship.
Your whole order ships for free.
And that's using that promo code POZO.
I want to do it.
Jack, I want a number.
My gal just gave me a number here that they can call to.
Those operators I told you that are attacked at home.
If you call 800.725.
2248-800-725-2248.
They're standing by.
They would love to talk to you.
Take your orders.
They work off commission.
It's a small commission, but there's so much that they, that this is, this is their livelihood and they're being attacked.
And remember, there's no in between.
The box stores have canceled us.
You're buying direct from us.
So not only are you getting all these great sales, but you're getting free shipping on your entire order for Christmas.
I want to add one more thing we're going to add to that, because I know people have said to me, well, Mike, you know, I'm buying them for Christmas present.
Does your 60 day money back guarantee still in effect?
You know what we're going to do?
We're going to extend that to March 1st of 2024.
Get all your Christmas gifts, go to my.com, use that promo code POZO.
It gives me a sense, you know, like Jack said, you guys, I'm ready, I got renewed energy here to go out and fight.
And since this judge made that ruling that I no longer had to wear a tinfoil hat and you can talk about machines, that's like a newfound energy.
And I've been 18 hours every day since then from morning till night, getting my show ready, I just let a call to 300,000 people on the ground, all their leaders on Monday night, and they could feel it too.
We're moving forward with the plan and we are going to secure our election and save the United States of America.
The government deemed our elections critical infrastructure.
And you know what?
They're going to listen to us.
We got, we got, we're starting up.
We got the Supreme Court all the way from the counties on up.
We're coming at them from every angle and you can all learn about that at thelindellplan.com.
Learn about it, get educated on it because we are winning and everybody needs to know that, that we are winning.
Might not feel like it right now, but we are.
Oh, I feel like I'm winning.
Now, I gotta ask you though, so I'm gonna see you in a couple weeks here down at Phoenix, right?
For the AmericaFest with Charlie and Turning Point and everybody.
I gotta ask you, are you going to bring your tinfoil hat up on stage at AmericaFest?
Will it be there?
I don't know, maybe you set it on fire.
I'm not sure what the fire code is.
Maybe you throw it into the crowd.
Will the tinfoil hat be there?
Absolutely.
You just made it up for sure.
We'll bring it there.
They're going after you for the hat now too.
I saw that on Mediaite.
Yeah, yeah, media, and you know what?
Now you think of media, Jack, they write horrible articles normally.
If you read that article, you actually, people got something out of that.
People even on the left or right, doesn't matter, they're going, well, you mean to say that there's really this judge made this ruling?
It was a way, because you know what?
If you're just watching Fox News, you're not finding out anything, everybody, or all these other outlets where they can't talk about elections.
So, you know, using these horrible outlets, You know, that's why I went in the claw game that time, Jack, when I went on Jimmy Kimmel, the claw game.
Right, no matter what it takes.
You think I was embarrassed in that claw game?
I could care less.
I want to get, we want to save our country.
So if I have to wear this hat on that stage and You know what you should do?
You should do a bit like, remember the old comedian Gallagher?
You should put the hat on and then get one of those sledgehammers out and just start sledgehammering one of the machines right on stage.
We'll plan something really good, everybody.
That's a great idea.
Oh, this is going to be good.
Charlie's watching this, thinking about the insurance cost now.
It's going through the roof.
Sorry, Charlie!
Sorry, Charlie!
We'll be alright.
Mike promises he'll be good.
I'll get a big, I'll get a letter from Journey Quick on Mike.
