A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host Jack Posobiec.
Deliver us from evil!
The path forward for the House of Representatives is to either bring you into immediate total compliance or remove you pursuant to a motion to vacate the chair.
We will not comply!
Tonight, protest and defiance in Albuquerque.
This is the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Dozens of New Mexicans armed with guns rallying against the governor's controversial new public health order, which bans people from carrying guns openly or concealed in Albuquerque for 30 days.
North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un departed just a short time ago after meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Moscow is in dire need of weapons for its ongoing war in Ukraine, something North Korea possibly seems willing to trade in exchange for satellite technology and food aid.
Kind of like a Pearl Harbor type of tag on Svastopol, on the Russian festival.
So they're really asking us to really practically take part in a major act for Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Today is September 13th, 2023.
Anno Domini.
Folks, there's currently an active shooter situation, a lockdown at UNC Chapel Hill.
We don't have all the details yet.
We're getting into it.
Kids are leaving campus.
Some kids are locked down.
The students that are there We don't know what's going on, but we know there was a situation like this just a couple of weeks ago.
We talked about it on ThoughtCrime, Charlie Kirk and I's podcast that we do on Thursdays.
So we are going to be keeping an eye on those developments as they continue.
Another situation, criminal situation, that we were focused on here at Human Events.
This situation regarding Danilo Cavalcante.
Do we have the clip, guys?
Can we play that clip of Danilo Cavalcante here?
Just look at this.
Look at this.
absolutely crazy.
And so what you're looking at there, Danilo Cavalcante was located.
The illegal alien.
Illegal alien who was on the run in Pennsylvania area.
He was captured this morning.
And actually, I don't know if we have the, uh, the bloody photo.
I posted it on Twitter, but the bloody photo where he looks like Sting from the Wolf Pack.
Because Bortak got in there.
That's Customs and Border Patrol's Special Forces Unit.
Bortak goes in, and that dog, they sent the FIR missile after him.
Sent the FIR missile right at Daniel Cavalcante, the murderous, illegal alien, and he is now behind bars.
Would say that he was taken without a shot fired, unless you count...
The Fur Missile.
Yeah, some of these videos, some of these shots that we have, these aren't the bloodiest picture, but they caught him.
He's down.
But of course, Josh Shapiro, the Democrat governor of Pennsylvania, refused to say that he was an illegal alien and refused to even thank, refused to even thank Border Patrol while they were standing right in front of him.
He was standing right next to them and Josh Shapiro, because he knows that Danilo Cavalcante is a huge problem, huge problem for Democrats.
So they're doing everything they can.
The memo's out the same way the media sent a memo out this morning to CNN and the New York Times saying, directing Directing them to put scrutiny on the Biden investigation, the impeachment inquiry.
So they sent a directed memo from the White House telling them what their coverage should be like.
You see how it works, folks?
This is the pipeline.
This is how it goes down.
They tell the media what to focus on.
But something else that's going on in Washington, D.C.
That not a lot of people are focused on, this is the fact.
That right now, inside the U.S.
Senate, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Sam Altman, the founder of ChatGPT, everyone, the head of Google, the head of every tech firm, they're at the U.S.
Senate right now, sounding the alarm about what?
About AI.
They're saying, and Elon Musk has put out a warning, Saying that AI could be a civilizational risk for the United States and for our entire world.
Zuckerberg there as well.
Of course, Zuckerberg, we know that he loves hanging out in Washington DC.
Why?
Because he's the one who made sure that all those guys would be there and that the current administration Would be there.
We've got a huge show today.
There's a lot going on.
We're going to keep an eye on this UNC-Chapel Hill situation.
We know there was an armed and dangerous person that was viewed on campus.
So as the lockdowns continue, as the potential active shooter situation continues, we are going to keep an eye on it.

All right, I want to bring on now our first guest here for the show, Richard Barris, the People's Pundit.
It's been a minute since we had you on, Rich, but you've got some new numbers for us.
What is new in the world of polling, Rich Barris?
Thanks, Jack, for having me as always, brother.
How you been?
Look, you know, there's something going on right now that I think is interesting.
Guys, do we have Rich?
Yeah.
Can you hear me?
Loud and clear.
So I don't know what's going on, guys, but I can't hear Rich currently.
Let's see if we can work on that to make sure that we can get it up.
I'd like to have our guests for the audience to hear them.
I like hearing the guests themselves, but sometimes we don't get to hear them as well.
One of the things that we've seen now with polling going on right now in the country So, we know the primary.
Primary's over.
Primary's done at this point.
Just completely done.
Completely and utterly done.
I think that it's, I think it's out.
I just don't think there's a primary that's going on at this point.
I think by and large it has been completed.
However, when you look at the general, this is where the real action is.
Also, wow!
Just seeing this breaking news out of the Washington Post.
Mitt Romney.
Is this real?
Can you guys confirm this?
Can we double check this?
Mitt Romney has just decided that he's not going to seek a second term in the Senate.
Wow.
Mitt Romney.
I'm going to double check this right now.
Mitt Romney.
I'm seeing it in In the New York Times, I'm seeing it in the Hill, the U.S.
got it, yeah, Mitt Romney, wow.
This is an absolute bombshell across the entire political spectrum.
Mitt Romney not running for his, now, however, I'm gonna say right now, I'm gonna say right now, Mitt Romney not running for Senate, again, does not mean that Mitt Romney will not be running for anything.
Because we need to be very careful about this.
Mitt Romney is someone that we have talked about and his name has been thrown out there for what?
This no labels fusion ticket.
Because we already, it's so interesting, I'm actually speaking at an event in, for a local party event in West Virginia this weekend.
I'll be out there with Alex Stein, I'll be out there with Ashley St.
Clair, and we've been talking about the West Virginia Senate race because Joe Manchin is up.
Now, we know Joe Manchin is coming up.
But most likely that seat is going to flip because he is not long for this world and anyone running as a Democrat in that state is going to get absolutely trounced at this point.
Donald Trump has remade the party, remade the map in so many ways that states like West Virginia are falling directly and squarely within his crosshairs.
Those people gravitate towards a candidate like Trump.
So what does it mean?
It means that Joe Manchin is done in the Senate.
So if you have a guy like Joe Manchin, who's down in West Virginia as a Democrat, who's kind of a conservative Democrat, you got a guy like Mitt Romney, who's an extremely liberal Republican in name only.
If the two of them work together on a fusion ticket, that could spell a very interesting situation for the top of the ticket.
Do we have Rich now, guys?
Rich, you there?
I'm here, brother.
Can you hear me?
Rich, we have you in the back.
Can you hear me?
Yeah, I can hear you, yes.
Alright!
Let me know, let me get, I know we were planning on this, but bombshell news dropping right here in the middle of the show.
What do you think of my thesis?
Do you think Romney is potentially setting up something for this No Labels, this No Labels Fusion Ticket?
You know, I think that's a really good bet, and thanks for having me, and I was trying to text you when you were reading it, but yeah, that's true, it's confirmed.
He was, you know, the polling was really iffy in Utah, this is worth mentioning.
There was one poll that showed him, you know, 40s in the 40s in a crowded field, people like Staggs and others who the base supports, a lot of the base, the MAGA base supports.
You know, we're struggling in one poll to gain traction, but in another one it showed prior to that that he was vulnerable, so I'm sure there's some of that to consider.
It's just that Utah, as ruby-redded as it is, Jack, it's very establishment.
It's very Rhino, alright?
I don't know how else to put it.
People will be shocked by that, but it's true.
They aren't, you know, super pro-Trump-y in Utah because they're A lot of latter day saints and they don't like Trump's, you know, uh, how let's say machismo, right?
They don't like that.
They like the more, um, polished, you know, politician that people don't like now.
So there's something, there's something to be said for that.
But Mitt Romney is a pathetic little man and he would want to do something like this.
He tried to convince other candidates.
To get out of the race his deadline is quickly approaching and you know this is something I had you and I had been talking about a lot.
His plan was a stupid plan anyway, because you couldn't consolidate a field when a frontrunner has more than a majority.
And it was just ludicrous to believe that as the rest of that field consolidated, anyone was going to be able to, you know, rise and overcome Donald Trump.
It's just ridiculous to somebody like me.
Even just from plain statistics point of view, it's dumb.
So what does that leave him, Jack?
That leaves him with this Maybe I can run as a spoiler.
Here's the problem.
He's gonna scumbag.
He's gonna scumbag.
He's gonna try to scumbag Donald Trump by picking off a couple of states here, maybe try to pick Utah just enough to try to block.
Even if they go all in on Utah, they win.
How many offhand?
How many is that?
was that 10 electoral votes?
Yeah.
So it was honestly, and what the plan is there, their plan.
Okay.
It's six, excuse me.
It's six.
Their plan.
Yeah, I was going to say, I think it's like eight.
Their plan is to try to block Donald Trump and Joe Biden from getting to 270.
This is the goal of no labels.
That's why they're getting a guy like Romney out there.
You're going to see the neocon money go all in on Romney.
They're going to say this is the guy, the principal's candidate.
It's going to all fall on his shoulders.
That will be the mantle.
He's going to try to reclaim this.
Remember, he has the Russia stuff from 2012 with Obama.
This, I can see it coming, because at that point, at that point then, if neither candidate gets to 270 rich, what happens?
Here's the thing.
This is what I was going to say.
In the next national poll we do, we were going to start to test some of this, because we have with other candidates in the past, like a Liz Cheney.
RFK is an interesting dynamic if he was an independent.
Something like Romney, before they get their, you know, small brains all excited, He could take away votes from Biden in an area like southeastern Pennsylvania, which actually could throw bigger electoral college states to Donald Trump.
He may not even need that six, uh, those six electoral votes.
So it, it's, it's going to be interesting if that's what he intends to do.
And I wholly believe that is what he intends to do.
I would just say the ramifications of this, uh, you know, the Mitt Romneys of the world, we need to have some kind of definitive What's the word I'm looking for?
We need to have some kind of definitive resolution to the Trump era in this country, which is really getting ready to burst at the seams.
If we don't, Jack, and something like this was to happen, You're gonna get widespread civil unrest for a long time in this country.
I'm sorry.
That's what's going to happen.
It's not a threat, you know, how people respond to that.
It's just me being real and looking at the way the electorate is, the mood of the American people.
They're so tired of the games, Jack.
They're tired of the games.
You know, on Monday, Barnes and I were talking about this.
Could you have a situation where this goes to the House and then they end up just picking a random person as president?
Is that even possible?
Or does it have to be someone who ran?
Well, technically anything's kind of possible, especially in today's America.
But they wouldn't do that.
They would pick somebody who was running.
Again, You know, that's when congressmen and women start to worry about their own reelection.
So I'm not sure.
You know, as rhino as the House is, and it is rhino, as rhino as it is, I'm not sure they have the stomach to do that.
They would have to understand.
They would have to do it with the knowledge that it's going to cost them their seat.
So I'm not sure.
You know, politicians are They talk a big game, Jack, but they get scared real quick.
Again, I think that I would expect this from Mitt Romney.
For people who know him, he's just a very bitter, small, jealous person, you know?
So I also, again, really want to put out on the table, you know, the possibility that he plucks votes away from Joe Biden, because when we polled similar candidates like him, he actually, they were actually hurting Joe Biden more.
So I would say- But what I'd like to do, can we hold you over because we cut you off earlier at Let's hold over, guys.
Let's hold over, Rich.
We're gonna produce live a little bit.
Produce on the fly.
We're gonna hold you over.
We're gonna finish that out.
Then we've got Terry Schilling coming up behind you.
We'll split the difference.
Coming up next, more breaking bombshell news here in the political world.
Mitt Romney.
to not run for some of us. - You know, they talk about influencers.
These are influencers and they're friends of mine.
Jack, you're so like, where's Jack?
Jack, he's done a great job. - All right, folks, I wanna tell you about one of the sponsors we have today, It's a new sponsor for today's episode of Human Events.
Because when it comes to gardening, believe it or not, most people, if you're like me, you just don't have the time.

But you have to act fast because this order will end on October 15th.
You've got about one month.
That's 15% off at FastGrowingTrees.com slash poso.
FastGrowingTrees.com slash poso.
Let me tell you something.
You should have heard Tanya Tay jumping out of her seat when I told her that we were partnering with Fast Growing Trees.
I want to bring on back now Rich Barris.
Rich, we're talking about this.
Romney setting up what I'm going to call the scumbag ticket because they're trying to scumbag Trump.
He thinks that he can block Trump from getting to 270, but you potentially have a different theory.
So let's just play it out.
We know this no labels thing has been growing.
Now Romney announces he's not going to run.
Look for Manchin.
I would say watch for Manchin to make his announcement next because we know, as Gavin Newsom told us, that the filing deadlines are coming up.
That's why the announcements are being dropped now.
So watch for Manchin next and this scumbag ticket where they're planning to scumbag Trump out of the presidency.
But you've got a potential different theory on their effect in the race.
Yeah, they may scumbag Joe Biden out of a close race, which one where you have to honestly at this point now the way the polling has been, even with everything going on, if you take away the opportunities they're trying to get him off the ballot, take away that and you just look at the trends in the polling and what's been going on, these massive shifts that we've been seeing.
It might actually hurt Joe Biden more than it will hurt Donald Trump, so bear with me.
The YouGov poll that just came out today is a Biden plus one or something.
They were a Biden plus ten in 2020.
Trump in no time let in it.
Some of the other YouGov polls, this one's with The Economist and they happen to be like the least Trumpy along with Yahoo News.
But they all show what we saw in our new national poll I sent over to you.
The New York Times is seeing, Emerson is seeing.
If you look at who these voters are that are shifting away from Biden and to Donald Trump, there is basically no chance that Mitt Romney would even appeal to these people.
Everyone who is, in 2020, 100,000 or more actually went to Trump for household income.
That is the only group that has gotten more pro-Biden.
It went from Trump plus two in this poll today, in 2020 to Biden plus around 15.
It is Biden plus 15.
So they'll be fighting for those higher income earners that are educated.
That's the important distinction.
Those who don't have higher educations that do make a lot of money, that is one of the Trumpiest voters out there.
Now, the shift is coming from everybody who makes below 100 grand, Jack.
They're not going to Mitt Romney, brother.
If I can sneak in here real quick, we've got Trump has tweeted truth to his response.
You gotta hear this, folks.
Trump's response, in all capital letters, the entire thing, as usual.
Fantastic news for America, the great state of Utah, and for the Republican Party.
Mitt Romney, sometimes referred to as Pierre Delecto, will not be seeking a second term in the U.S.
Senate, where he did not serve with distinction.
A big primary fight was in the offing, but now that will not be necessary.
Congrats to all.
Make America Great Again.
Guys, if we can find that photo of Trump and Romney at the dinner, you remember that one when Romney was begging like a dog to be Secretary of State?
Yeah, he wanted the State Department, where he did not serve with distinction.
I love it.
You can just hear it.
You can hear it.
Sorry, Rich.
Go ahead.
Yeah, I'm just saying, so you look at the rest of what has shifted considerably, that under 50,000, which Biden won by double digits, is now Biden plus two in the YouGov poll.
And we consistently have, you know, Trump up a little, Biden up a little, Trump up a little, Biden up a little.
It's a very close demographic.
That's the underclass, folks.
Mitt Romney is not getting the underclass.
That shift to Trump, even if some of them were to get cold feet, maybe they would think, I'm just not going to vote.
Uh, but that that vote is much closer to 50 to 100,000 is the core of the electorate and it also happens to be the most Republican trending group of voters.
Trump is now ahead with them and they just they're not.
Jack, they're not filled with higher education folks.
They're not as white as the rest of the nation overall.
They're more non-white.
So, and by the way, a 10-point shift among Hispanics to Trump in this poll that was out today also has Trump up in about 40.
Some polls have him a little bit over 40.
We have him usually at 40 among Hispanics.
He's not going to lose those newly shifted voters to Mitt Romney, brother.
They're not going to go to Mitt Romney.
I strongly suspect you would see some areas again like southeastern Pennsylvania, parts of outside of Milwaukee, outside of Green Bay where Republicans have been struggling recently.
Maybe they don't want to vote for Biden so they said well I'll go back and I'll vote for the You know, the establishmentarian Republican.
There's no other word for it.
Meanwhile, pulling all those votes away from Biden and delivering some of these states that Trump would have had a hard time winning.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, maybe even Minnesota is a state where someone like Mitt Romney would pull votes from Joe Biden.
In suburban areas, but he sure as hell is not going to get them from the Iron Range or northwestern Minnesota.
So that was a two point race in 16.
It blew up to a 10 point race, uh, in, in, uh, 2020 in favor of Biden.
That's about the shift eight, nine points that we're seeing to Trump that would make a state like Minnesota get closer.
And then if Mitt Romney's presence was on that ticket, that could be it.
Pull a couple of points away from Joe Biden, went mansion on the ticket.
And it spells doom for Joe Biden, even if they carry the states of Utah.
So walk me through which states would do you think would be potentially in that?
Because this is fascinating to me.
I said Utah.
Okay.
Maybe that's the state that he could pull.
Massachusetts, maybe some play there.
I don't know if you have to pull it.
But to your point, though, he may actually dent Biden.
It would be closer.
He would dent Biden in states that we would normally consider to be Democrat states, but some of those D plus 5, D plus 6 states.
So walk me through, what would be the list of states that you would say would now become in play if this ticket does materialize as it seems to be?
Certainly, New Hampshire would come into play because you have so many of those voters outside Concord, those new arrivals from Massachusetts that make New Hampshire the state it used to be a very different state.
Again, Minnesota, Michigan, these all have areas.
Think of a place in Michigan, for instance, like Oakland County, Michigan.
Right?
So, it's trended Democrat for a while.
You have Slotkin, who ran and defeated a Republican incumbent, and she's from Holly.
She played the on-the-girl from Holly.
But, you know, they used to vote for, like, Mike Rogers pretty consistently.
But Oakland is trended to the left because it's gotten more educated and more higher income.
If Biden doesn't get every vote out of Oakland County that he possibly can get, then Trump trouncing him because he's going to.
In Macomb and in Monroe counties, Joe Biden needs every single one of those votes in Oakland to offset the Macomb and Monroe margin.
And then that's how Michigan is won or lost.
Well, with Trump.
Nobody else really has a prayer to win Michigan.
But, it's a fight between Wayne and the rest of the state.
If he doesn't get every vote out of Oakland, Trump's going to edge him out.
Even if it's close, he's going to edge him out.
And again, you know Pennsylvania.
Look at some of those states.
Another one, you know what I throw out there is, we mentioned this in the break, Nebraska though.
I just think a guy like Ricketts, and I've talked about the Ricketts machine on this program many times.
A lot of conservative media won't talk about the Ricketts machine, the fact that they were Clearly tied to Sass going down to Florida, getting this super sweetheart deal for the Florida University system presidenthood.
My alma mater.
And I wonder how it was that that all got worked out there in Florida, and then Ricketts all of a sudden has a Senate seat that he's able to essentially appoint himself to when his successor becomes governor.
Pillan.
They're also the reason Republicans lost.
I easily see that being turned over to Romney.
There's also a lot of gubernatorial elections that Republicans should have performed better in, that they had a very significant role in sabotaging those Republican nominees.
So, if everyone thought that, you know, Ducey was the real head of the RGA, they were fooling themselves.
I mean, the Ricketts pulled the strings there.
You know what happened to Doug Mastriano.
I don't have to tell you.
There's a reason he couldn't raise money.
There's a reason the RGA didn't want to help him.
I mean, he basically took one look at Doug and said, you know what, I kind of like you actually, but you're a Trump guy, so you're not my kind of guy.
He did that all around the country to people he didn't like.
So, I can see Nebraska, but again, you're talking about these red states, these small red opportunities, someone like Mitt Romney may have, where you're only- - Kansas. - There are only a handful of electoral votes, Jack, and it would require them to sweep basically all of them, which I wouldn't think they would do.
And then you look at the Rust Belt and the Northeast- - Right, because Nebraska has the- - Proportional.
- Yeah, yeah, and then you look at the Rust Belt and the Northeast, and Nebraska too, by the way, The two congressional districts, like Maine, is how they allocate their electoral votes.
One has been swinging away from Republicans for a while, and Trump really didn't need it in 2020.
in 2020.
He just needed a combination of, you know, Arizona and Pennsylvania, Georgia, whatever.
So I, especially with the census changing the electoral map or changing electoral votes for each state on the map, I just think that it's, it poses a big risk.
We pulled, I'd love to pull it again and see, I'll do it in the next national poll, but when we did it for Liz Cheney and others, it hurt Biden bad.
Rich, we are, we are just about a minute out.
A lot of breaking news during the show today.
I appreciate you rolling with the punches.
Where can people go?
I know you're going to be talking about this a lot in the next days and hours.
Best place peoplespundit.locals.com.
All right, because that is breaking and that's definitely going in a poll.
Mitt Romney with Joe Manchin, you know, maybe even leave out the VP picks, Jack, but it's important to pull that race immediately.
We'll see if he performs the same as Liz Cheney and others.
Throw it in there, folks.
New developments.
New developments, new polls, a new look.
He's looking good, isn't he, folks?
The People's Pundit, Rich Barris, looking great today, looking like a million bucks rich.
We'll go over there to the People's Pundit.
Locals at peoplespundit.com.
Everyone, make sure you go and get into that community.
Peoplespundit.locals.com.
Terry Schilling joins us next because we have a massive, massive expose from Pornhub.
Buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.
I'm trying to listen to the new Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Alright, Jack Posobiec back here live, Human Events, Washington DC.
And folks, let me tell you something about a new sponsor here at Human Events.
Any day now, Big Pharma, Biden, they're gonna pull the trigger on another drug that doesn't deliver.
They're going after Sudafed now.
Well, meanwhile, there are a ton of health supplements out there that underperform, and that is why I am excited to tell you about StrongCell.

Now folks, we've been talking about pornography addiction.
We've been talking about Pornhub and many of these exploitative sites for a long time here on the show.
There's a video that just dropped from Sound Investigations last night all about Pornhub and Expose.
I want to play a clip for you right now.
Meet Mike Farley.
Farley is a product manager at Pornhub, who has been working at Pornhub for more than 10 years.
How are you gonna tell me, like, who's in that video of the girl smashing her face?
Like, that wouldn't hold in court.
That would be the loophole that I always, like, I look at that and I'm like, that's stupid, but... Everybody is just kind of rolling with it.
Why do they just roll with it?
Why don't they say something?
It would cost money.
Who exploits the loophole?
I f***ing everybody.
Everyone.
You make a lot of money.
Do rapists use it, or...?
Of course.
Of course.
We've brought it up to the CPO, we've brought it up to the CLO, and they're both telling us it's all good.
And the CPO is especially telling us, like, f*** it off, it's all good.
Like, stop it.
They know the risk.
Like, shut up.
I'm like, it's all good.
I'm not gonna get caught.
It's fine.
But what if, like, the government was to find out about this loophole, what would they do?
I don't know.
They're not gonna f*** it up.
They'll do nothing.
They're dumb.
They don't know sh**.
They're not qualified to identify.
All right, so in order to respond and explain to us what we're seeing here, I want to bring on Terry Schilling, the president of the American Principles Project.
Terry, last time we had you on, people were calling you a 90s church mom, saying that we should have to verify age, verify information before we go to Pornhub.
Now we find out that on Pornhub's back end, they're knowingly exploiting videos of rape, videos of girls who are underage, videos of people that aren't even who they purport to be.
What exactly is going on here?
So, thanks again for having me, Jack, and for bringing light to this important issue.
It's such a sensitive topic that so many people avoid, but I know that we can always trust on you to get the word out.
What's happening is the same thing that Pornhub got in trouble with with the New York Times a few years ago, which is videos of rape, videos of sex trafficking victims.
They're being posted on Pornhub, and they're making money off of it.
But there's a loophole that he's pointing out, and the loophole is if you blur out the person's face that's participating in it unwillingly or being raped, then you don't have to verify who that person is, right?
It's a total Total travesty.
It's disgusting that we're allowing this.
First and foremost, Jack, this is pornography, right?
This is offensive stuff.
This is obscene material.
And if it wasn't obscene, no one would care about their privacy when it comes to viewing that.
But this is obscene material, and it should not be on tube sites available without any paywall, without any wall at all.
To anyone, right?
On top of this human trafficking stuff, recently, just a couple days ago in Virginia, there's a Democrat state representative that's running for re-election or running for election who was caught with her husband on a site called Chatterbait.
Now, I'll let you figure out what Chatterbait is short for, but it's a site where you post streaming videos of you having sex and doing sexual things For tips, there's no age verification.
There's no gate to keep bad people out or to keep little kids out.
This is a crazy world.
First and foremost, we need age verification across the country.
If you're a kid, you shouldn't be able to access this stuff, and I don't care what rights foreign users want or have.
They don't deserve to endanger our kids and put them in this way.
But we also need to get rid of these tube sites.
These are, first of all, a lot of pirated material.
Right?
They steal it, and then they make money off of advertising from it.
We need to clean it up, man.
There should be no YouTube but for porn.
Right?
This is a totally irresponsible system that we have.
We need to clean it up.
But so walking through some of this other stuff though, because there's supposed to be a level of regulation here.
Rape videos, sex trafficking videos, underage girls.
What is actually the system that's in place?
Because this guy's laughing about it.
He says we know that we make money off of rape videos and kiddie porn and he actually laughs and says the government can't stop us.
So, the internet has created the Wild Wild West, and it's not just in porn, it's in a lot of other areas as well.
But, you know, the brick-and-mortar stores, you know, if you're a clerk at an adult bookstore and you give someone under 18 porn and didn't check their ID, You get in serious trouble.
You even go to jail and get $5,000 fines or more, right?
But when it's the internet and a little kid types in your URL or finds it on a search engine or a social media site, you don't have any consequences at all.
It's totally lawless on the internet.
And we need some type of internet regulation to rein this in.
And Jack, I would be remiss if I didn't remind your viewers that Congress actually was way ahead of the game for once.
In 1997, they saw where internet porn was going and how out of control it was.
And this is when it's just pictures on 56k modems that you have to dial into, right?
But they saw it was getting out of control, so they passed the Communications Decency Act.
Well, the Supreme Court, in their wisdom, struck it down, and they said, well, yeah, we can regulate porn off of broadcast mediums like television or radio, but we can't do it on the internet.
It's just not as pervasive in our lives.
Fast forward a day, I don't know the last time I watched broadcast television.
I don't know the last time I listened, actually, to the radio, right?
These guys totally created the porn industry through government fiat, through the Supreme Court striking down that rule, and we need to go back and clean it up because it's been, what, 27 years now?
Well, and there's a situation here that I could see as well, where we know that President Trump actually passed the law, I'm looking up the name of it, FOSTA-SESTA, allowing states and victims to fight online sex trafficking, Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act, to go after websites like Backpage.
What I'm wondering is, and I was a huge supporter of that law, places like Reason.com, corporate shills, were totally against it.
What I'm wondering is if Based on what we now know from Pornhub's executive statement, could the Department of Justice, and let's assume that we had a real Department of Justice here for a second, could they actually use those laws to go after Pornhub now?
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
So part of what's held this up is we haven't been able to get an attorney general that's actually willing to enforce the law.
But Jack, it's not just that narrow, right?
There are laws on obscenity.
You're not allowed, for example, to mail obscene materials through the U.S.
Postal Service.
It's illegal.
So the porn companies got around that by putting their magazines into paper bags.
So the only way you'd be able to find it out that there was missing material was to violate someone's rights, right, and go through their mail, which is illegal.
So they found that loophole.
This is just another loophole.
But the Attorney General of the United States, there's obscenity laws on the books.
They could crack down not just on the human trafficking and the rape stuff, They could crack down on all porn and force them, every porn website that's displayed in this country, they could force them to do age verification overnight just like that.
And they're simply not doing it.
Terry, where can people go to follow you to get more information about this absolutely disgusting situation?
Go to protectkids.us.
That's a landing page right now where we're collecting names and signatures.
There's a great video showing how we're fighting the Biden administration, but that's eventually going to turn into a resource for parents that want to protect their kids from porn online.
So protectkids.us.
Sign up and get engaged and we'll put you to work.
Could not support more the American Principles Project.
You guys need to go and check them out.
Thank you again, Terry, for, by the way, not giving out the email address or the URL for Susannah Gibson.
And when I said when I was talking about this disgusting situation, I was not referring to Democrat suburban moms running for state Senate in Northern Virginia, making videos of what my two-year-old calls number one and number two.
When I'm working long hours, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
We really need to talk about Mitt Romney.
This plan that they have to go forward, the no labels party.
It's been in the works for a while.
Let me tell you something right now.
If the DeSantis campaign had been doing better in the polls, if it had looked like he actually had the ability to win in the primary, Then you wouldn't be hearing about this.
But the filing deadlines are coming up.
That's what's going on, folks.
So you watch.
Next, Joe Manchin.
West Virginia.
All eyes on him.
In fact, I'm going to travel out to West Virginia.
I'm going to be meeting with the local party there.
I'm going to be talking to people that are potentially running or running different campaigns that are out there.
I'll tell you something, this is all about preventing Trump from getting back to the Oval Office.
But, as Rich Barris just walked us through, because of the shifts in the demographics, the shifts in the vote, the shifts in the potential for Trump, Trump could actually exploit Mitt Romney's race, running essentially as an independent, for what?
To expand the map against Biden.
Go into blue states.
Go into places that they never thought he would come.
Because you see, folks, there's no easy way out of this.
The establishment wants to take over this country and take over it forever.
It's never going to happen.
There's no easy way.
The only way out is through and establishing the new American Republic.
And you are never going to stop that.
