I have no idea what he's talking about, Neil.

He's talking about the Fauci files that were supposed to come out last week.
We're now at the end of this week.
I just don't understand what he's doing, and I don't even think I should be addressing it.
Well, the Fauci files are finally out here at Twitter, and we're going to dig into this even more.
This was the promise, remember, from Elon Musk all the way back in December, and I've got to give him credit.
Because he is kept to his word.
And then you saw Fauci there going, I have no idea who this is.
I'm not even sure who this is.
But Paul Thacker, foreign investigator from the U.S.
Senate.
Let's see what this is.
What does it say?
This is rough.
Because Fauci, who says he has no idea, no idea whatsoever what Twitter is.
I was like, did anyone actually think that Fauci didn't know what Twitter was?
Like, when you heard him say that, did you actually buy it?
Because if you did, you're a fool.
What we now know is that that was a complete lie.
Fauci made public statements and sworn deposition through 2022 November, stating that he did not, or that he was not involved with Twitter, but it turns out that he was running the account that said WHO COVID response.
It turns out that was Dr. Fauci all along.
The first takeover was in March, 2021.
The second came in April of 2021.
This is according to Post Millennial.
Other in the COVID White House team working for the Biden administration, Dr. Walensky, Andy Slavitt, also undertook similar engagements on Twitter to answer 32 questions about COVID and the COVID response.
This got 4 million impressions.
What else are we seeing?
His presence at Twitter went far beyond the facing pages of the site.
We also know that the employees of Twitter had an internal Slack channel dedicated to Fauci called the Fauci Fan Club.
And it indicates that Fauci's perspectives were not taken as guidance, but dictated by the Twitter club.
Isn't that interesting?
So an attorney who worked for Twitter was reading this and left amid the must take over quote praised Fauci as one of the leading trusted voices about the COVID-19 response in the United States.
And one of the attorneys he interfaced with on disinformation at Twitter, And of course, we're also seeing that this very same person was involved with who?
FBI agent, Elvis Chan.
The very same Elvis Chan that was instrumental in the censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop.
Remember, Elvis Chan was the one who told Yul Roth of Twitter, the Trust and Safety Board, because keep in mind, throughout all of 2020, go back to the timeline, throughout all of 2020, what's getting censored on Twitter?
Then all of a sudden, one day, The FBI comes to him and says, remember, just remember that if someone comes to you and says they have a leak of information on Hunter Biden, and we track, we are tracking that there is an effort underway to leak information on Hunter Biden, that it's actually a Russian plot and you need to take it down under your hacked materials policy.
And you know what?
Twitter did exactly as they were told by the FBI.
And so, this came up when I was down in Austin with Destiny, and Destiny didn't like the fact that I had Yoel Roth's own sworn statements in testimony in the FEC trial, the lawsuit, saying exactly that.
And this was going through the vaccines, this was going through hydroxychloroquine, it was going through absolutely everything that you can think of.
But you know, folks, this is the problem with conservative leaders.
This is the problem.
Because Dr. Fauci, he's gonna get book deal out of this.
He's not gonna have any issues whatsoever.
He's gonna walk.
Fauci got away with it.
And you know who else just got away with it?
Alec Baldwin.
Because right before we went to film the show today, we found that today, down in New Mexico, the shooting charges were dropped on Alec Baldwin.
Alec Baldwin shot and killed a staffer.
On his movie set.
Shot and killed her.
Through his own negligence with a firearm.
The same type of law that would take any of us and we would put away for as long as possible.
Put away for life.
But just understand, that under this regime, that if you do not have everything behind you, you're gonna get rolled.
This is the theory of anarcho-tyranny.
The theory that criminals are allowed to walk free, the powerful are allowed to walk free no matter what they do, as long as they have the right friends?
The friend-enemy distinction is the only thing that rules us now.
And the law-abiding, the people who want to protect their kids, the people who just want to show up for job and not get shot like Helena Hutchins?
So sorry.
So sorry for you.
So remember this.
I want you all to remember this day, I want you to remember this story, I want you to remember this moment, I want you to remember how it made you feel.
The same regime that would lock up Donald Trump over a check just let Alec Baldwin walk away after shooting a female staffer to death.

We are more than 24 hours into a manhunt for the suspect who allegedly opened fire on his neighbors and their kids when child was hit in the face.

Gaston County authorities say he is wanted on four counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Queens City News reporter Daniel Pearce live from Gaston County tonight.
Daniel, you'll learn more about why authorities say Singletary is dangerous.
Yeah, a lot of what we've been able to learn just in the past few hours has been coming from these court documents.
These right here are from his arrest back in December to where he is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and then kidnapping her.
He has been out on bond since being arrested, and we do know that authorities have been called out to his home more recently there on April Drive.
And you couple that with what happened last night, and neighbors say that it seemed as if he had no regard for human life.
He walked through his yard and he said he was going to kill the kid.
He wanted to shoot my daddy and me.
He said he'd shoot a kid's dad.
So this story out of North Carolina, it's absolutely horrible.
And it is a local crime story.
And we hate those.
And I'll post those on Twitter, but I don't always comment on them on the show.
And unfortunately, horrible things like this happen every week in this country.
Sometimes they're not even reported.
Things like this happen every day.
It seems like they're happening more and more.
And my heart goes out to this family because we live in a world where monsters are real.
They're a hundred percent real.
And in this case, there was one that was this little girl's next door neighbor.
But then, As I was reading the story, I actually came across the interview with the mother in the story.
And there's some great pictures of they've, they've released some, it's like some Christmas photos that they did of her, the dad and four kids.
And she gave a statement to, um, the local media.
I can only imagine she gave the same statement to the police.
Cause we don't have it all out.
There's still, there's still a man hunt for the killer here or attempted killer.
I should say the shooter that this dad, William White, Gastonia, North Carolina.
It seems like regular dude, his six year old girl.
One of his three kids was playing basketball down the street.
Not sure exactly where he was.
It seems like he was outside, He was in a position where he could hear that when her ball had rolled into this guy's yard or his driveway, that an altercation took place.
And so like any dad, you know, you get off, off your butt and you go make sure everything's okay.
Then he realized that everything wasn't okay.
Cause this guy had a gun and Says that the mom got involved, the mother was grazed with a bullet, but it also said, and you can, you can see in this horrific video that the little girl was also grazed by a bullet.
Well, what we know about the father is that he's still in the hospital.
And why is he still in the hospital?
Because the father ran into the gunman's path.
He used his own body as a shield.
And he was shot in the back, taking the bullets that were intended for his little girl, his six-year-old girl.
And he saved her life.
And she's alive and able to give this interview right now because of what her dad did.
You know, men in this country, dads in this country, Constantly vilified.
Every TV show, every commercial you watch, dad's always the butt of the joke.
Especially if it's a white, Christian, male father.
You are constantly, you're the bad guy, you're the villain, you're the village idiot, whatever.
But you know what?
The dad, who never gets credit for these things, The dad's going to be the first one there.
And every father knows that if you're in a situation where it's you or your kid, you don't want to be in that situation.
You don't, you don't want to have to be forced to make that choice.
But what I'm saying is, and I say this as a dad and it ain't a choice.
It ain't a choice at all.
That if you're really a father and you really do love your kids, that there's no father out there on the face of the planet that even has to think for a second about that decision.
It's them.
It's always them.
There isn't a question in my mind, there isn't a question in my soul, that every dad would do this for their kids.
And this guy's an absolute hero.
And we're not gonna see William White invited To the White House.
We're not going to see him in movies.
We're not going to see CNN specials with him, but we're going to see if we can do anything for him.

Here, the legal question is not, was Andrew Yarl actually trying to unlawfully, attempting to unlawfully enter the home?
That's not the right question.
And if that's the question you're asking, you'll never get the right answer, legal answer.
The correct legal question is, could Andrew Lester have reasonably perceived, under the circumstances, the totality of the circumstances, that Ralph Yarle was attempting to unlawfully enter his home?
If the answer to that is yes, the shooting is lawful, under Missouri law, because deadly force can be used to stop someone who's attempting to unlawfully enter a dwelling.
A caveat, because we have a factual dispute here.
And the factual dispute is that Ralph Ural, of course, was shot twice.
Nobody contested the first time he was shot.
He was standing up, at least facing Andrew Lester's doorway.
Lester says he was trying to open up the storm door of his home, which is the unlawful entry.
And the only evidence against that is Ralph Fioral's own self-serving statement, right?
They weren't able to exclude Ralph Fioral's fingerprints.
There were fingerprints on the handle of the storm door that couldn't be matched to anybody, even Lester.
They wouldn't match to Lester, the homeowner.
So we can't exclude Ralph Fioral.
What was your reaction when you heard that your grandfather shot Ralph Fioral for ringing his doorbell?
I was disgusted.
I thought it was terrible.
Myself and my family stand with Ralph Yarrow and seeking justice.
This is a horrible tragedy.
It never should have happened.
Folks are going to want to know why are you speaking out and apparently against your grandfather.
It's the right thing to do.
This country happens over and over again where people get away with killing unarmed, innocent black people.
I would have had the same energy for any other race like I've had over and over again in this country, like I said.
So it's the right thing to do.
People need to speak out and not make any excuses for this kind of behavior and this violence.

I believe he holds racist tendencies.

This is exactly what I was saying in the last segment about how these are the types of people that are vilified for not even necessarily, cause you notice the son, this, this grandson isn't even talking about, Any of the facts of the case, it's all about identity for him.
And he's obviously clout chasing his father.
He's on the communist news network.
Little communist Don Lemon is up there saying, was your grandfather a racist?
Do you denounce your grandfather?
Do you denounce?
It's like that scene in Braveheart.
Do you denounce?
Do you confess to the racism?
Do you confess to the bigotry?
Do you confess?
Of course.
Yes, I do.
He's put him on a struggle session, right?
Oh, children denouncing their parents.
Where have I seen this before?
Where have I seen this before?
Right?
A little thing called the Chinese cultural revolution, maybe that we talked about in the China files.
It's exactly what they did with the Red Guards.
That's exactly what they would do.
They said, isn't your mother, your father, your grandfather, you go and read some of the stories about this.
They talked about interviews with the family.
They said he was a great grandfather.
They said that he used to go in when they had grandfather, you know, grandparent lunches at school, that he was always there.
Everybody had respect for him.
Military veteran.
Worked for the airlines as a mechanic.
Said he was a totally normal guy.
Nobody ever had a complaint with him before.
Ever.
But not this kid.
Not Mr. Clout Chaser.
Mr. Clout Chaser, who is willing to go so far as to break the fourth commandment Dishonor his own ancestors.
Dishonor his own family.
Over what?
Not even 15 minutes of fame.
That's five seconds of fame.
You're not going to get any fame for that.
You know what you're going to do?
You're going to have more power to the institutions.
And what's crazy is that CNN won't interview him, of course, but the other grandson in the case said, Oh no, my grandfather wouldn't do that unless he felt threatened.
There must have been something else going on.
He said, no one is telling it.
This is the other grandson.
He said, no one is talking about what happened from my father's point of view, which if you listen to Andrew Branca, go and listen to his analysis on this, because he stated explicitly that when you look at the, uh, the self-defense defensive dwelling laws, castle doctrine, standard ground laws in the state of Missouri, where this took place, it specifically points out that in the event
of unlawful entry that this activity is legal, that this action and reaction is legal.
And yes, he does have an absolutely legal justified right to do what he did in order to defend his dwelling at night, given the massive physical disparity between the large man at his door and his own age, his frailty.
It's within the law.
That's what Branca pointed out.
And that's exactly what The other grandson said.
The grandson that CNN doesn't want you to know about.
The grandson that nobody wants to hear his statements.
He said, my grandfather would never do that if he didn't actually feel threatened.
Something must've happened.
He thought someone was trying to open the door.
Somebody must've had their hand on the door.
And if you even go to the probable cause statement, it said there were fingerprints found on the door and the fingerprints were not Lester's.
Whose were they?
Whose were they?
Kansas City, City Prosecutor, D.A.
Whose fingerprints were they?
Tell me whose fingerprints they were.
Oh, but you didn't want to add that.
Seems like an interesting thing to kind of leave out.
Whose fingerprints were found on the door handle?
Was he trying to pull the door?
Was he yelling something?
Was he wondering why the door was locked?
Was he trying to get attention because he said he had to wait a long time?
Again, we don't know.
And I said before that I want to wait until we get more facts in this case, which we don't have.
But what is absolutely abhorrent and awful and terrible and represents the absolute worst in our system is that CNN is enabling someone to go on air, denounce their own grandparents, and then turn them into a star for five seconds so they can produce what they're trying to do all along is get a race war started in this country.
The regime is rolling on and you better be ready.
