I'm already being told if they win back the House and Senate, they're going to impeach me.
I don't know what they'll impeach me for.
No, I'm not joking.
And then recently they said we should stop talking about that until we win.
Well, how about selling your office and leaving the receipts with a crackhead?
That's what you're going to get impeached for.
Joe R. Biden and the whistleblowers are coming out.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
Today is November 9th, 2022.
Anno Domini.
I am joined here in studio, Phoenix, Arizona, with Tyler Boyer, the CEO of Turning Point Action.
Tyler.
Nancy Pelosi is out of a job.
That's a huge deal.
Nancy Pelosi, I think, is going to... I mean, she already has been devolving, you know, psychologically for the last number of years, but I think this is going to be the final nail in the coffin for that, and we're just going to see a complete nosedive from here.
So do you think that she steps down once you lose the speakership?
I mean, I don't know if she's... I think she's just way too big of an ego.
But we'll see this whole situation with her.
I threw out on Twitter, um, next ambassador to Italy.
I think we're a couple of weeks away, ambassador to Italy or ambassador to Vatican, one of those.
And it's going to be Nancy Pelosi and it's going to be this whole sweetheart.
And then she's going to do a tour of Europe and go see all her friends.
She'll go to Ukraine.
Try to make her look better on her way out.
Yeah.
It'll just be this big world tour and we'll be told about how great she was and this whole send off deal.
A hundred percent.
That's what's going to happen.
We saw some of that with Senator McCain, if you remember.
I do.
I do remember that.
He finally became chairman of the committee.
He wanted to be on armed services committee.
And then they just like, that's all they did was just like toured him around, like chair of the armed services committee.
And that's the reason why he didn't want to retire, by the way.
And you know what else?
We're also going to see, yeah, thanks for that vote on Obamacare, by the way, John McCain.
That's what happens, right?
Like when you leave, when you just do like these like, you know, Chamber of Commerce like jobs for people, like they end up voting very terribly and keeping them in.
And so Democrats, you know, may end up, you know, and this is an interesting play on that.
Democrats and the left may end up not liking everything that Nancy Pelosi does.
We'll see.
I don't know.
We'll see.
Right.
And you're also going to see, by the way, I guarantee you they're going to do the same thing they did with RGB.
It's going to be this halo effect, you're going to see the movies, Netflix is going to come out, there's going to be a documentary, there's going to be the life of Nancy, she's going to be given this huge, and it's going to be like the crown with Princess Diana, but it's all going to be Nancy, Nancy, Nancy, and they're going to use that They're going to use that to go to these these youth voters.
They're going to use that to go on TikTok.
They're going to use that for everything.
She's our queen.
They're going to give her a royal sendoff, a royal sendoff.
But but Tyler, let's let's talk a little bit.
So Biden, we had that clip of him saying that if conservatives take the House, they're going to impeach him.
There's going to be investigations coming forward.
Rand Paul in the Senate and the Senate looks like, you know, let's let's let's hold it out.
But the Senate looks like it may also be going conservative as I record this right now.
Rand Paul has said, independent counsel for Fauci.
The House looks like it's certainly looks like it's going to be under Republican control.
What type of investigations do you think should be prioritized going forward?
Yeah, I mean, well, first off, there has been so much shit.
I mean, we've got Hunter Biden.
Right.
First and foremost.
Right.
So but there's been so much shenanigans that have been around.
This entire J6 thing, trying to do witch hunts, employing the intelligence agencies to go after our own citizens, this is stuff that if Republicans are serious, I don't care if you have a 1 seat majority, I don't care if you have a 10 seat majority, I don't care if it's a 20 seat majority, if you want to make that bigger, What you have to prove to the American people is that you're taking things seriously and that we're going to whip government into shape.
That's what we have to do.
Guess what?
The Democrats did that.
They kept January 6th alive for two years.
Yes.
They kept that going.
And guess what?
They put Liz Cheney as the face of it and they sacrificed her.
The Democrats were actually smart.
They took off.
They picked off one of their greatest opponents.
They literally took the person... She walked right into it.
The person who they hated for decades.
The family that they hated for decades.
Right.
They somehow convinced her to be the face of the franchise.
And they didn't even have to sacrifice their own people.
And Kinzinger.
Kinzinger was the other one.
They didn't even have to sacrifice their own people.
Walked right into it.
They were like, hey, you idiot, you be the face of this.
And then they get to go bipartisan.
And then what do they get?
They got the conviction of Steve Bannon.
They got the arrest of Peter Navarro.
They got the raid of Mar-a-Lago out of this.
All of that stems from these idiots working with the left, thinking that they're doing this in good faith, when obviously it's a witch hunt that's being done for political persecution.
And credit where credit's due to the left is they're smart.
They don't have to sacrifice themselves.
They sacrificed crazy, you know, formerly, you know, conservative.
So like for us, what we have to do is we have to look at this and say, we're going to take things seriously.
We're not going to abuse the American public.
We're not going to be a lynch yet as we take over government because that's what they've done.
Like, right.
All these.
Let's get into this a little bit very quickly.
So there's this argument that a slim majority actually helps conservatives.
Walk me through that very quickly.
Look, a slim majority, I think, helps conservatives for the obvious reason that we've got a Freedom Caucus in Congress that now has a ton of power if they hang together.
So the idea is that anything that leadership wants, they have to go through the Freedom Caucus.
They would have to, yeah.
So they need to get signed off, they need to get deals.
So that's 30 people deep.
Yep.
You've also got, you've got some MAGA.
You've got a lot of MAGA going into this Congress right now, the House and the Senate.
And I think you might actually see a mandate with that.
Totally.
Absolutely see a mandate.
And guess what?
If they want tax cuts again, if they want spending bills, if they want debt cap, if they want all this stuff coming forward, guess what?
They've got to go to MAGA.
They've got to go to the Freedom Caucus.
They need to play ball.
And at the end of the day, we're talking about investigations of the deep state.
We're talking about investigations.
By the way, serious investigations, independent counsel, if possible.
I'd love to bring back the independent counsel bill, by the way.
Totally.
Obviously, I don't think that Biden's.
Mine's gonna sign it because he knows that he'd be the target of it.
So that's, you know, probably not as likely.
But, you know, even January 6th, and I said this before...
Bring back the January 6th committee.
So that was a select committee, which means it does expire, but bring it back, appoint Darren Beattie as chief investigator.
Oh my gosh.

Stay tuned.
Be right back with more of Tyler Boyer.
Not line up with what we were seeing in the polling data going into this election about what people cared about and the order in which they ranked it.
So we have had a lot of questions throughout this time about new voters, people that hadn't been in there before that were perhaps not getting captured by the polling.
So maybe this is a sign that we're going to see a little bit more of that tonight than we expected.
We obviously don't know yet.
And you know what's missing from this 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 top 5 issues?
Democracy.
Oh, yeah.
Not even in here.
It's not to say that it's not an issue for people, but it's not the issue.
Democracy, not on the issue.
Democracy.
Look, when I saw CNN post that last night, I think a lot of people were saying, oh, look, inflation's number one.
That's going to be great for conservatives.
But I said, you know what?
With abortion being number two, I think it did drive out, and Charlie and I were talking about this just before the election, that there was a massive hidden Dobbs vote in this election.
I think it was driven by operations on TikTok.
I think it was single issue voters, people coming out, and predominantly Gen Z voters.
Every time you saw Every time you saw one of those TikTok stars coming into the White House, doing the big day, and we all laughed about it.
We all said it was funny.
Guess what?
Guess what?
They brought their friends, their followers to the polls, and it's real.
I think that conservatives miss this.
I think a lot of pollsters miss this.
I think the entire community of, I think pollsters in general, right?
Not just right wing or left wing pollsters.
I think they missed Gen Z because it's hard to reach them.
It's hard to reach them when it comes to polling.
And also there's always been this sort of idea The Gen Z or just youth voters in general, 18 to 29, 18 to 24, that they don't come out to vote.
Well, guess what?
Turns out they do like to vote by mail.
They do like to vote by Dropbox.
They did it.
These type of operations have shown they can win.
And if conservatives want to continue to win, right?
I really think that from a machinery level, that's something that they're going to have to start to want to look at because it's clearly shown to be effective here.
Well, and for them, though, the real number to look at was the 30 to 49 group.
Yes.
So that's your Millennials, basically.
Millennials, essentially.
Millennials, Young Eugenics, yeah.
Millennials, for the most part.
That big group, that big segment, which is the largest voting bloc in America now.
- That's larger than baby boomers now. - Yep, now millennials are larger.
So this is the under-told story.
They're gonna push talking about Gen Z.
Millennials are a bigger voting block by a lot.
It's not even close.
And guess what the difference is right now looking in millennial voting between left and right.
It's only plus two on the left.
Just to put that into perspective.
So that's almost a 50-50 split.
A lot of these people are Obama Saints, right?
They came from the Obama era.
That's when they first voted.
And they have been bleeding voters, especially this election, bleeding voters in that space.
So this represents almost like a Tulsi Gabbard.
Like 30-year-olds are not that old.
That's very young.
They just are exiting their 20s.
A lot of them are just starting their families.
A lot of millennials, I always say, a lot of times are Very similar to in the 60s and 70s is right in the 70s era.
A lot of baby boomers will connect with this.
There were hippies.
Right.
That turned into kind of transformed into yuppies.
Right?
Yeah.
That's what happened.
Yeah.
And that happened over the course of the 70s, right?
Well, guess what we had?
We had these anti-war hipsters that are millennials.
Right.
And we're seeing the transformation to what are we calling, I don't know, yupsters, I think we should start calling them.
I like that, actually, yupsters, that's great.
We have these yupsters that are transforming over this decade.
And we're at the very beginning of this decade.
And let's talk about their for free speech.
They hate censorship.
They are anti-war.
They're changing their views on life.
They're changing their views on life, but...
But, and I think this is a huge but, and I think conservatives just have to come up with a strategy on this, that they are not for full-on abortion bans.
Well, let me tell you this.
This is the hope, right?
Because this is what happened with baby boomers.
Because remember, there were a ton of pro-choice baby boomers.
That were from that hippie era, like free sex.
Yeah, that was the sexual revolution.
Sexual revolution, Woodstock, environmentalism, anti-war.
That sounds a lot like the hipster.
The upster.
And now turning to the upsters.
And the yuppie era was that they were like, oh, actually settling down.
And a little bit older.
A lot of hippies.
And the big flip there was, I want a family and I want to make money.
And so once you start having a family, once you hold that first baby in your arms, you immediately become more pro-life.
I don't care who you are, right?
Well, I would even go a step further because of technology now that the Upsters have that the Baby Boomers didn't.
It's not even when you see the first ultrasound, it's when you get the first mp3.
Or it's when you get the sonogram.
Post your first Instagram.
And you post your selfie by the, which is by the way, even though I'm not super into the, uh, the gender reveals, right?
Um, but that being said, I will never attack somebody or criticize anybody for gender as long as they're safe.
I don't like the ones where they're like unsafe and people are like, but, but at the same time, it's, it's a, it's a normative act.
It's a normative act for families is normative act on the gender question.
Totally.
And that is something that if you're using that communicative social power to be able to go out through social media, whatever, whether it's Instagram or TikTok, whatever you're using, that this is an act that we certainly as conservatives should be supportive of.
Totally.
And that's the biggest thing I think for us is- So you think they're changing?
The war that we have right now is the war on no family whatsoever.
That didn't exist in the hippie era.
Right.
It was still very normal.
Well, because that was the status quo.
That people knew they were going to have a family at some point.
I don't think that's the case with every millennial.
I think there's a lot of millennials, unfortunately, that are now, that exist, that are like, that were hipsters, that were like, you know what?
I hit 35.
I'm just, it's too late.
I'm not going to have a family.
I know.
And I'm going to tell you right now, and this is to everybody that's listening, that every single person has a family member, has a friend that's in that category.
We have to be supportive and say, you know what?
You're never too old to start a family.
You're never too old to have a family.
Because there's nothing more rewarding in your entire life than having a family to go home to.
There's nothing you can do professionally.
There's nothing you can do civically.
There's nothing that you can do hobby-wise that makes up for that.
It just is true.
That's just a fact of life.
And that is how, you know, getting back to this, when we saw this Dobbs voter, this hidden Dobbs voter was there, but that's how you You answer that.
You don't answer that by by screaming and yelling and getting nasty.
You answer that by saying family, children, husbands and wives, couples getting together, raising kids.
I love that line, by the way.
That's going to rattle around my head all day.
You're never too old to start a family.
You never are, and we got to keep supporting people on that.
We've got to keep pushing people to say, look, because again, I know you will have conversations, I promise you, if you haven't had one yet, it's going to happen now, like all of a sudden this week or something or next week, where you're going to have a friend that just goes, yeah, no, I've just kind of given up on that idea.
Yeah.
And guys, I'm telling you right now, people that do that, they become angry.
They become bitter, it's FOMO, it's family FOMO, right?
And they're gonna get there, and they're gonna get on social media, they're gonna get nasty, they're gonna become reclusive.
And this is what I think actually helps.
They're gonna become Tara Lorenz.
Yeah, exactly.
That's the avatar of this.
That's the avatar of this.
So, I mean, actually, this is the gasoline that ignites this, right?
Which is like, what's the energy that keeps going That makes people so angry and makes people want to just push for abortion constantly through the remainder of their life?
It's this.
It's entropy.
It's this.
It's entropy.
It's this.
It's them knowing that if I can't have this, nobody can have this.
If I don't get it, then I want to push it for all.
Yes.
And it's also sort of a justification of their own decisions in the past moving forward to say, well, I came out perfectly fine and there's nothing wrong with me doing it, even though they know it's not.
And I love what you're saying though because, and we have to go to our break, but you're offering people another way.
You're never too old to start a family.
There's another way.
I'll tell you Jack, you and I both share, we come from very different parts of the country, we have totally different backgrounds, but the one thing that we share I think is that our family is most important to us.
And we also love drive-in theaters.
That's true.
We love drive-in theaters.
Have the Russian connection.
But outside of that... Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
No, I mean, we are... We are... I speak fluent Russian.
I'm not Russian.
I'm a son of the American Revolution.
Also definitely not Russian.
We just care and value our families more than anything else.
And that is, I'm telling you right now, that is the lost We know that more and more ballots are cast in early voting or by mail in America.
We know that many states don't start counting those ballots until after the polls close on November 8th.
That means in some cases we won't know the winner of the election for a few days, until a few days after the election.
It takes time to count all legitimate ballots in a legal and orderly manner.
It's always been important for citizens in a democracy to be informed and engaged.
Now it's important for citizens to be patient as well.
That's how it's supposed to work.
Yeah, okay.
Look, we're talking about families today, and I love that line.
You're never too old to start a family.
Well, if you're anything like my family, you know the holidays is when you gather together to eat.

So don't have a normal Black Friday this year.
Have yourself You know, Tyler, there's a couple of things here that I wanted to piggyback off.
We had Biden up there talking about the importance of mail-in ballots, and we're going to look at this mail-in ballots.
The liberals have turned mail-in balloting into a machine.
They really have.
And I don't think the conservatives realized it.
I think it happened kind of under everyone's nose.
And I think if you look at the different states, if you look at Florida, which does have early voting, but then cleaned up their elections, you look at Georgia, which did pass that election integrity bill to a great, great rancor of the business community, they were still able to tie down their elections.
but you've also got other states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and then even right here in Arizona, where these mail-in ballots are going all over the place.
They've turned it into an operation, whereas conservatives look at it as, oh no, don't even do that, don't go there.
Look, I've said this before, I'll say it again, At the end of the day, whether you're left, whether you're right, it doesn't matter the quality of your votes.
It is the quantity of votes that matters.
You're 100% right, Jack.
Is this a new era?
This is the Eric Holder mantra.
This is in a new era.
This has been going on for well over a decade since Eric Holder was in.
I mean, their entire look, and we could spend hours on this topic, but I'll just kind of go through it real briefly.
There's basically two sides To how they wanted to take control of America.
And they're very smart in how they did this.
Number one was they said the Democrats have to come in and get way better redistricting.
And so this is like really the foundational unit is redistricting was, hey, if we go in and we control redistricting or we influence redistricting, we can squeeze out an extra 5, 10, 15, 20 seats on the House side.
And they put that directly into the courts too.
Totally.
And what they've done is they've tried to implement what they call independent redistricting commissions.
In most states, what that means is that fewer people are actually involved with the redistricting process, which actually... Because as we know, things are always much more free and open when a government commission is the one making the decisions.
And less people are involved.
Less people are involved, yeah.
Because constitutionally, the authority is granted to the legislature.
State legislature.
Which is Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution is that every state is granted a Republican form of government.
Small R. Yeah, Small R. You and I both know, how we know that we're represented well is because we know we're represented In government at all times.
That is not the case in most governments across the world, where it's like, it can be... Oh, like where Tonya's from, by the way.
Yeah, tyranny by a majority, right?
And then when you have one party, guess what that means?
Or tyranny of force.
Well, guess what that means when you just have one party in a country, whereas if there's a lot of countries that are this way, there's literally no check and balance.
It's just a rubber stamp to allow tyrants to take over your life.
Or, you know, basically what you could say is monopoly on violence.
Yeah, monopoly on violence, monopoly on everything, every aspect of your life.
And so we're kind of getting off into a little bit.
But we're down to our last minute.
Let's talk about the importance of this machine.
What should conservatives do?
Well, the second part of that was this go in and reform how elections work.
It started with motor voter.
Yeah, and motor voter.
I mean, there's like a litany.
We're talking like 10 or 15 different processes that they've tried to implement.
And you've seen all these in California, Washington, Oregon are really great examples of every bad election policy that they've tried to implement.
And now they're just moving Eastward.
We've gotten away from the idea of a traditional American election day, a constitutional, by the way, election day.
And they've expanded it and they've maximized it in ways that I don't think were ever implemented during the time of the founding, during the time that any people saw it.
Look, Tyler, I know you've got to run.
I've got to run.
We're pretty much out of time.
I love we should have a longer chat about this, but Before I go, where can people find you?
You can find me on Twitter, just Tyler Boyer, T-Y-L-E-R, B-O-W-Y-E-R.
Tyler Boyer.
Everybody's asking me about Tyler.
Where do I follow Tyler?
Where do I follow Tyler?
You follow him on Twitter.
Tyler Boyer on Twitter.
You can follow me on Twitter.
Look, folks, there's a lot to look at here.
There's a lot to look at here, the way that our elections are changing.
Our country is changing.
We need to look at it with steely eyes, and we have to understand the work goes on.
I'm not going to quit.
Are you going to quit?
Because if you want to quit, you can go off and you can go off and just have fun.
Me, I'm going to stand right here and I'm going to fight every day.
