This was murder.
He's admitted to murder.
That's the number for Kara Brinster, the same prosecutor who, by the way, set bond for this guy.
She only requested bond for this murdering scum.
We're going to get everything.
And you're going to have to come and explain to us why it is that this guy said that he deliberately ran over a teenager, an 18 year old.
over a political dispute and for some reason you don't see that as reason enough to call for murder.
So that was me last week here on Human Events Daily here on this program really calling out Foster County State's Attorney Kara Brinster.
In fact, we put up her phone number and at one point we're asking everyone in this audience to call her.
We're asking people to even call The State Attorney General up there in North Dakota.
Well, here's the latest.
This is breaking.
As of just this morning today, the Postmillennial has the story.
Man who ran over Magatine in North Dakota is now charged with murder.
Foster State Attorney's Kara Brinster, Foster County, has filed new criminal charges against Brandt, including murder, which is a class A double A felony and duty and accident involving death or industry into injury, a class B felony.
She has filed the murder charge.
And of course, we say to state attorney Kara Brinster, thank you very much.
Let justice be done for Kayla Ellingson.
You know, I remember when this story came out, it first crossed our desk here at Human Events, and I said, this is horrific.
This can't possibly be true.
And yet it was.
The fact that he was ever let go, was able to walk away from something like this, even having been in custody, just shows how bad our country has fallen.
But I do appreciate that it does look like, with the help of a little bit of a push, a little bit of pressure from organizations like Human Events, like the audience of this program, whether you're on RAV, whether you're on the podcast, if you called in, thank you.
Thank you.
Because this scumbag has now been charged with murder.
And of course, we agree as always, I will say this, every person is entitled to a fair trial.
And I hope that he gets a fair trial.
I hope very much that he gets a fair trial.
But I'll tell you right now, the evidence does not look good.
Because an investigation has shown, we've got new details too, an investigation has now shown that there were no skid marks near the location of the 18-year-old victim's body, indicating he did not hit, didn't slam on the brakes.

And an autopsy showed that Ellingson's primary injuries were caused from the SUV running him over while he was already on the ground, not from an initial impact.
Well, guess what?
We knew that's what the autopsy was going to say.
Why?
Because that's what he told authorities in his original phone call.
This guy should have been charged with murder one on day one.

This is a scathing speech towards the West, then signed papers making the annexation of four Ukrainian regions official: Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Lugansk.
Now fears of the nuclear war have grown since Putin said that he was not bluffing.
He also pointed out that the West's moral norms are satanic, and then said that sex change surgeries for children amount to satanic experimentation that's being pushed throughout the West, even in schools.
In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called for the immediate accession of Ukraine into NATO, and has asked for fast-track approval of this.
Then, finally, after that, the third piece of the puzzle today was that the NATO General Stoltenberg came out and said, unequivocally, that while NATO welcomes Ukraine's interest, that there is a process for entry that would require the votes of the 30 members, as well as reiterating the fact that NATO itself is not a party to this conflict.
We're talking about World War III.
That's what that means.
If Ukraine becomes a part of NATO, then that means there would be Russian forces inside a NATO country.
Do you understand that?
Do you understand the implications of that?
The implications for your children?
This Article 5.
Now keep in mind, and Congressman Thomas Massie also pointed this out earlier today, that Article 5 doesn't just automatically come into force.
It has to be voted on.
That has to be voted on by the individual countries internally.
But there would be a massive push for NATO to go to war with Russia.
A country which has nearly 6,000 nuclear warheads.
Do we want World War III?

What is this?
They're called unofficial police service stations, according to the Postmillennial and this new report.
We're talking about hundreds of thousands of people that have been targeted by this between April of 2021 and July of 2022, according to Safeguard Defenders.
They're focusing on Chinese nationals, including dissidents, that they're told, you must return to China.
You must return to China and face the authorities or else we're going to go after your children.
We're going to go after your family members.
We're going to go after anyone associated with you.
And we've looked at this full investigation, absolute bombshell report.
We're talking all across Europe, South America, Canada, the United States, right in New York City.
It even includes nine forbidden countries where they don't want CCP nationals to go.

That's a local sheriff you're listening to down in Utah who was accused by NBC of baseless claims that there was some kind of ring going on targeting children for child sex abuse involving rituals.
Well, a former therapist has just been arrested in that investigation in the ritualistic child sex abuse The therapist's name, 68-year-old David Hamblin, Provo, Utah.
He was arrested on Wednesday on charges relating to a continuing investigation involving ritualistic child sex abuse.
This is according to ThePostMillennial.com.
According to local Fox News, one alleged victim was targeted by him and basically told him I actually can't even read this on air.
But he basically told him that if he were to have some kind of sexual contact with his therapist, that it would cure him of his homosexuality.
He put his arm on the back of the sofa, he put his other arm back, and we sat there in silence.
There are three charges of sodomy on a child, the rape of a child, two counts of aggravated sexual abuse, and lewdness involving a child.
Charged with 18 counts related to the sexual abuse of a child prior to this recent arrest, so these are early charges.
He also confessed in a recording of raping at least one member of his own family, telling her, I'm sorry for raping you.
There's so much more to this.
It's reported that he continued to perform therapy even after losing his license under the guise of healing circles, and is upon the belief that abuse may be ongoing.
This started all the way back even in the 1980s, forcing children to perform sex acts on adults, a woman who is not considered a victim, but there are people who are considered to be involved in this, Long story short, there's a lot here to dig into in this case to find out what was actually going on.
But the key is this.
When this started, when they originally put out the word for this, in this case down in Utah, Utah County, they said NBC put out a hit piece on the police, on the sheriff's department down there, saying that this was all some QAnon conspiracy, when in fact, he's actually been charged.
