Charity's Garden.
Charity's Garden is now available on Amazon, Barnes& Noble, Apple Books, and most e-book retail outlets.
Charity's Garden is my latest novel.
It is the second book in the Gates of Shiloh series.
So in 2019, I published the book, The Gates of Shiloh, a fictional story about a woman who is pretty messed up.
Multiple personalities, survivor of ritual abuse.
And she meets a woman named Charity who helps take her through the process of healing and deliverance.
And she actually is able to manifest her divine destiny at the end of the story.
Well, Charity's Garden is the prequel to Gates of Shiloh.
And this has caused some confusion in the chat this week.
People are like, well, wait a minute, which book should I read first?
I'm like, all right, well, let me explain.
So a prequel.
A prequel is a book in a series that is published after the first book, but chronologically, in time, it comes before the first book, right?
So if you're familiar with the Star Wars novels and movies, they did that a lot.
They'd put out a movie in the Star Wars series.
It would be like the fourth movie chronologically, and then they'd do these ones that go back in time, right?
So, all right.
Charity's Garden is a prequel to Gates of Shiloh.
It happens in time before the Gates of Shiloh.
In this book, it's a second book, but it happened several years prior to Charity meeting Shiloh.
In this book, we find out how Charity came to know about deliverance and emotional healing and all that.
This book takes you through Charity's time in the crucible of adversity.
It's a lot of adversity.
She gets put through the ringer in this book.
God does some cool stuff in your life.
I'm not going to give you any spoilers.
I don't want to spoil the plot for you.
If you're interested in picking up that book, Yes, it is somewhat autobiographical.
Charity is loosely based on me.
When you find out that she's a firefighter paramedic, right?
Like, oh, wait a minute.
I wonder if Charity's sort of maybe a little made up on date.
Yes, she is a mashup of me and some other people I know.

Oh, by the way, I am...
Gosh, I'm working on a lot of books.
I have a science fiction trilogy in the hopper.
I sent off the first part of the science fiction book off to my editor, Lydia, this week.
Last week, I should say.
And we are editing the first book in the sci-fi trilogy.
I think it's going to be a really good story.
I hope you guys like it if you get a chance to read it.
I'm trying to reach an audience that doesn't normally read my books.
There's a lot of people who read science fiction.
I've got a friend who's a doctor who lives up in Scottsdale.
I met with him last night at his place.
And he hasn't read any of my books, but he is dying for the science fiction trilogy to come out.
He's like, man, I would be a beta tester.
I would just read that book before you even publish it.
Just send it to me because I'd love to read it because he loves science fiction.
So there's a large audience out there that reads science fiction, and they wouldn't normally read any of my books.
So the science fiction series is designed to introduce people.
To some ideas, some concepts they may not be aware of.
It's going to provoke people to question what they believe, what they think about life and all of that.
So that first book in the Sci-Fi Trilogy will be coming out hopefully in the next four to six weeks.
If we can get this thing edited, get it out there.
I see a couple of hands up in the chat.
Science Fiction Trilogy coming and I'm also working on A number of short stories.
Probably going to do an anthology or two with short stories.
One set of short stories on faith, and another one science fiction.
I really enjoy writing fiction.
It doesn't require nearly as much research as nonfiction.
And it's a little more fun, actually.

I did an interview.
With Julie.
She's the host of Elijah Force.
And we did a little interview this week.
It was 90 minutes.
Fairly long for the Elijah Force, Elijah Streams people.
But it's an interview where I primarily talk about hearing God's voice.
And if you're a long time listener, you've heard my spiel about hearing God's voice.
How to discern whether God is speaking, when he's speaking.
How do I know it's me?
Is it me?
Is it God?
When do I know?
Maybe it's a demon talking.
I don't know.
How do I discern who's who and what's what?
So that interview is out there.
And I just wanted to let you know, if you are interested in publishing a book, we talked briefly.
In this last interview about publishing, writing and editing.
And Julie has invited me to do an interview in the future where I talk about the field of publishing and writing and editing.
It's a subject I'm very passionate about.
I love to write.
Editing, not so much.
Publishing is a can of worms.
But it's not rocket science.
And so they're going to have me on the show at a later date, and I'm going to tell people all the nuts and bolts that they need to know about how to publish a book of your own.
Like I said, it's not rocket science.
There's a little bit of a learning curve to it, and there's a lot of different ways in which you can do it, depending on what your goal is.
So that's coming up on a later interview with Elijah Force.

Oh, just the glory of God.
Initially, when you spoke of God, that was my favorite aspect of the conversation.
The glory of God cannot be spoken enough.
We find ourselves in a world where we're followed by a shadow, each one of us.
Amen.
And we often ask ourselves, how can there be a God with such atrocities and such ugliness and such sin?
But that brings us back to the fact we have free will.
Now, if you didn't have free will, you wouldn't have independence and the option to love God freely.
So that's what God wants from us, to love us, we'll love each other, and to love Him freely.
Openly.
Exercise your free will.
So, like, about the MC Walker scene over here, you know, that sideways kind of thing isn't really moving forward in the realm of the spirit.

I'm gonna guess no.
So, alright, I'm gonna go talk a little bit about something else that's going on.
As a lot of you, well, some of you probably saw, President Trump announced this morning a ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and India.
Pakistan and India have been having this little battle go on now for the last couple of weeks.
And it's escalating dangerously.
Escalating.
So, apparently, Marco Rubio and JD Vance and the team were able to talk to both sides and get them to agree to a ceasefire.
Unfortunately, it looks like that ceasefire is already being violated.
And there are reports that there's drone attacks this morning near the border.
And continuing small arms fire.
I don't know if there's as many missiles fired or not.
I'm going to be honest.
I'm not terribly optimistic that this ceasefire is going to hold.
Knowing the combatants, who they are, and how they tend to see things, I'm not terribly optimistic that this ceasefire is going to hold.
I expect we're going to see the ceasefire.
They're just going to blow past it and keep fighting at the border there.
So I posted, I'm following this account on X called DEFCON Warning System.
I've been following them for a couple of years.
It's a civilian organization made up of people who are former military, former intelligence.
They look at open source information and they make assessments related to the threat of nuclear war.
And last night...
They escalated their DEFCON level to level 3. It was level 4 last week, and it was level 5 the week before that.
So from their assessments based on open source information, they're concerned that the situation between India and Pakistan is rapidly escalating and could possibly I'm bringing this up because it's a prayer point.
If you've been following me for any period of time, you know this is one of my issues.
The Lord has been speaking to me for the last couple of years about war.
And so whenever I see things that look like It could potentially turn into a big war.
I ask people to pray.
Pray for peace.
Pray for God's will to be manifest.
Pray for cooler heads to prevail.
Pray for the warmongers to be removed from power.
Pray for people of peace to ascend to places of power and that this war will not manifest.
It will not spin out of control.
I'm not pushing doom porn.
I'm not trying to blackmail people.
I'm trying to get people to pray for peace.
Because it seems like there's a whole lot of people out there that want war.
And Denise and I are continually asking people just keep on praying for peace.
I believe if we continually pray, continually intercede, we can avert these kinds of war scenarios that no one wants to see.

Thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you again for what you do.
Always like to start with that because you're such a blessing.
My question this morning is related to my research in SRA, reading your book, Emotional Healing, and following other people.
Dan Duvall reading some books.
Just listened to another fellow last night on YouTube.
How does one stay encouraged in the midst of, I guess if you're an empathetic person, I'm a hospice nurse, so I feel stuff.
And I'm not sure how to get from knowing what's actually occurring in the world to how do I stay effective and engaged and just not...
It's just overwhelming.
I can't...
Yeah.
So being able to offload the emotion of...
It's distressing.
You know?
Just saying the goodness of God versus the reality of the evil.
Yeah, well, so stay on.
Stay on microphone, and I'll see if I can unravel some of this for you.
Thank you.
I'm not an empath.
I'm not a prophetic feeler, and I thank God that I'm not.
Because the people like you that I know who are, it just seems like it would be a very difficult life when you're continually sensing other people's emotional turmoil.
And then there's this question like, Number one, there's dealing with the emotions that you're sensing.
Two, what are you supposed to do about that?
Right?
That's the question that a lot of people wrestle with.
As far as I can discern, and like I said, I'm not an empath, I'm not a feeler, but I've talked to people who are, and the general gist that I get from them is, It's really about intercession.
If you can just go in and pray, intercede for the people who are being highlighted through these emotions that you're sensing.
If you can do the prayer, do the intercession, usually those feelings will lift.
That's what people have said.
That's their testimony, not mine.
And so, yeah, it's difficult also dealing with You know, the knowledge that there's all this human trafficking going on and little to nothing has been done about it over the last 30 years.
There is some hope.
I believe that Kash Patel and people in government are doing their best to try to shine a light in the darkness, bring some of these people to account.
Free the hostages.
The 300,000 kids have been trafficked by the Biden administration.
RFK said the other day they have a team of people that are working around the clock to try to find these kids who have been trafficked.
So, yeah, we live in a dark world and there's a lot of evil going on.
God is empowering and enabling people with Compassionate hearts to try to end some of this suffering.
I guess I'll land it there.
Do you have anything else you'd like to add?
Yeah, as you were speaking, what came to me as a reminder to be in worship, and worship for me is using my voice.
The Lord keeps bringing me back to speak it, speak it, speak it out.
Don't just pray it in your mind, but actually voice those.
The reality, the victory, the pushing back, the intercession, and to sing it.
Because there's something about the frequency and the resonance.
When I have worship on, not just popular, whatever's on KFLT or whatever I'm listening to, but just actually being in worship, and that lifts it.
So thank you.

Speaking of what you're talking about with the nuclear war, what is our other problem as far as asking us to send in angels?
Gay, can you stop for a second?

I don't know if you're on Wi-Fi or whatever.

Uh...
Just ask your question one more time.
I heard you say something about nuclear war.
What is our priority?
One of the things I pray is I ask God to intervene and stop technically the communication about people that are wanting to blow each other up.
And we have the authority to do those sorts of things.
Yes, okay.
I got most of what you said, I think.
So here's my take.
Some of you are going to hate this answer, but I'm going to say it anyway.
I often have people ask me, how should we pray?
How should I pray in this situation?
And I almost always say, However the Holy Spirit is leading you.
And then they're like, well, that means they have to hear the Holy Spirit.
I'm like, yes, it does.
So, let me break that down.
There are some SOPs, Standard Operating Procedures for Spiritual Warfare and Intercession.
There are certain things that you can just, by default, you can take these positions.
Number one, God is a God of love and Jesus is a prince of peace.
So, Jesus doesn't want war.
So, we know that we can pray out of God's will because Jesus said, if you pray according to the will, right?
We have to pray according to the will of the Father.
If you pray according to His will, you will have what you ask for.
So, we need to pray according to God's will, not according to our will.
Not according to how we see things on the geopolitical stage.
We need to pray according to God's will.
God, I believe, and as manifest in Jesus in the Gospels, some people will point to the Old Testament and say, oh, you know, God is a God of war, and he's not against war, and sometimes you just have to wipe people out.
Well, okay.
A better The better, clearer picture of God is given when you look at the way Jesus dealt with people and situations in the Gospels, and how the Apostles provided a further, clearer revelation of God's will in the New Testament.
So, there's kind of an Old Covenant view of God, and there's a New Covenant view of God.
Is, I think, a better view.
It's a better covenant.
We have a better sacrifice.
And there's a little better picture of God.
And it's my understanding that God is a God of peace.
He doesn't want war.
He doesn't want bloodshed and killing.
So, we can intercede.
We can pray.
And like you said, we can declare that whether it's the communication systems, whether it's the weapon systems, Whether it is removing people from power who are instigators of war and installing people who are people of peace in their place who will usher in peace and not war.
There's a lot of different strategies that you can use when praying against war.
I tend, personally, I tend more toward I focus on leaders and asking God to remove leaders from power who are the ones who want to stir up the war and reform the institutions and bring people of peace into those positions so that we can have a long-lasting peace.
That's kind of my approach.
But everybody's a little bit different.
And yeah, we have authority.
To make declarations, we have authority to...
We have limited authority.
Obviously, we don't have authority to literally remove people from power.
I don't know that we have authority to literally defuse or deactivate missiles and bombs.
Maybe we do.
I wouldn't be surprised if somebody out there listening to this has had a traveling in the spirit experience where they traveled to India or Pakistan or Iran and they're actually inside some military facility and they're able to screw up some of the weaponry of war.
I'm not saying that can't happen.
If God takes you into an experience like that and that's what you do, that's what you do.
Again, do whatever the Lord tells you to do.
There are some SOPs, some standard things we can declare and techniques we can use for warfare, spiritual warfare against military warfare.
And then there are other things.
God will sometimes just do something totally out of the blue that you never expected.
All right.
Let's see.

Thank you for taking my call, Dave.
I appreciate it.
I appreciate all you do.
And I have a question about contending for healing.
How is it that we stay in that contention if we haven't seen immediate healing in our body?
I had a fall about two months ago, and my left hand got hyperextended.
My fingers did.
And I'm struggling with limited...
And I've had people pray over me and all of that.
And so I'm just wondering, how do I keep the faith about the healing?
And I have a testimony after this too, which is exciting.
Go ahead.
Okay.
So stay on microphone and I'll get to your testimony in a second.
I'm going to give you an answer you probably won't like, but it's not going to be my answer anyway.
It is a mind game and nothing more than a mind game.
That's all it is.
It's a battle in the little six-inch box between your ears.
It is a mind game where the enemy is going to try to convince you through thoughts that you're not healed.
God doesn't care about you.
He'll heal other people but not you.
You're left out.
You did something wrong.
You're not good enough to be healed.
It is all these mind games that the enemy will play against you.
It really comes down to your mental attitude.
And here's a testimony I'm going to share with you before you share your testimony.
I got an email from a guy two years ago, probably.
He hit a frozen shoulder.
So he could not raise his arm.
He had adhesive capsulitis in the joint and frozen shoulder, couldn't lift his arm.
It was painful.
He hated it.
And he asked me to pray for him.
And I said, okay.
He emailed me.
And I said, okay, I'm praying for you.
It's like a 10-second prayer into the ether over email.
And he writes me back and says, okay, cool, man.
Thanks for praying for me.
He wasn't healed right away.
It went a week.
A week later, he still wasn't healed.
But here's what he did.
He felt that pain in his shoulder.
He said, thank you, Lord, for my healing.
When he would move, he'd be like, ow!
Thank you, Lord, for my healing.
He wasn't healed yet, but he kept thanking God for his healing every single day.
When he felt that pain, thank you, Lord, for the healing.
That has not yet manifested.
He went to a basketball game two weeks later after I prayed for him.
He's sitting in the stands at the basketball game, and they came out with this little cannon that they shoot out, like t-shirts out of this cannon into the crowd.
And they fired the cannon at him, and this t-shirt is coming toward him, and he reaches up and grabs it with his frozen shoulder.
He's like, oh my God, I'm healed.
Like, boom.
Just like that, two weeks later.
So sometimes healing, the manifestation of healing is delayed.
But your mindset, your belief, what you think about yourself, what you think about God is critical to the manifestation of your healing.
So I would encourage you to continue to believe that you're going to be healed or that you already are healed and that it's going to manifest.
Let me tell you another real quick.
I'll get to your testimony in a second.
Real quick testimony from me when I was working on the ambulance.
I had this friend, Brandon.
He was an EMT friend of mine.
Size 14 shoes, big feet.
He was very clumsy and he tripped a lot.
And he fell down and kind of injured himself.
I prayed for that guy like a dozen times on the ambulance over the year and a half that I worked with him.
One day, Brandon came in with a strained knee ligament.
Or so he thought.
So he has really bad knee pain, and he's limping around and whining about it.
And I said, hey, let me pray for you and get you healed.
So he says, okay.
He puts his foot up on a chair, and I'm praying over his knee, and I'm commanding ligaments, nerves, muscles, tendons, bones, heal like I always do.
I did it six times, and his knee was not healed.
The pain didn't change at all.
In his knee.
And I was like, that's really weird, because I have a really good success rate with praying for people who have, you know, ligament strain, need new cartilage in their knees.
I have, like, a lot of faith for that.
And I was surprised that he wasn't healed.
Like, he had no change in the level of pain after I prayed for him, like, six times.
And then I closed my eyes, and I saw this swirling black vortex on his knee.
And I was like, oh my gosh, he's got a demon there.
Dang it.
So I commanded the demon to leave, and boom, like that, his pain was gone.
Sometimes we think we have an actual, a physiological injury, strained legament, straight, you know, cartilage tear, something like that.
And sometimes it's not.
Sometimes it's just a dang demon of pain that's there that's causing it.
So there are a number of different things that can...
That can delay healing, stand in the way of it.
And I tend to use a shotgun approach because I've seen this so many times.
You know, there's emotional trauma.
There's the presence of a spirit of pain.
There's curses spoken over people.
Sometimes it's just a physiological injury.
Sometimes it's DNA healing.
Sometimes it's, you know, something else.
There's a whole list of things that can...
Impair, Impede, Delay, Healing.
On the last month's Supernatural Saturday, I talked about the list of 20 different things that I came up with in the book Power and Authority Made Simple.
There's an entire chapter in there that lists out the 20 different things that I've found that can stand in the way of healing.
My suggestion is go through that list and just start checking things off.
You're going through the process to determine why it is that you're not being healed.

Yes, ma 'am.
Okay.
I have a grandson who's 15 and he has a special friend and she has had A really very interesting and rough life.
She came into contact with our family about three months ago and his mom has been Pouring the love of Jesus, and we all have, into her life.
Well, the other day, she wasn't doing really well, and she called my daughter and said, I really need to talk to you.
And earlier that morning, my daughter and I were having prayer, and I said, have you asked this young woman to ask Jesus into her heart?
And she said, not yet.
And I said, you know what?
Today's the day.
I just feel like God is saying that to my heart.
I think I know where this story is going, but go ahead.
It's beautiful.
I swung by my daughter's house.
It was like almost 7 o 'clock.
Her car was running, and I said, where are you going?
And she said, you'll never guess.
And she had her Bible in her arm.
She said, I'm going to this gal's house to lead her to Jesus.
Do you want to come?
So as it turned out, when we picked her up, she was still weeping.
My daughter said, would you drive the car?
And I'll just sit with her in the back.
So I said, sure.
So we had to go into another town other than where we live.
And by the time we got to the corner of Airport Road and Highway 20, we'd had a baby born in the backseat of a car into the kingdom of Jesus.
So exciting.
I love it.
That's awesome.
It's so good.
Yeah, it's so good.
And someone literally says, today's going to be the day.
Like, oh, yes, it is.
Yes, today, I mean, today's the day of our salvation.
And Dave, I thank you for saying what you did about contending for my healing, because immediately when I was injured, I heard the enemy saying, you're never going to recover from this.
It was just a pack of lies.
There you go.
Yeah, you tell that voice to pound sand.
Yeah, exactly.
All right.
Exactly.

Thank you for taking the call.
I'd like to know, I follow some prophets every now and then, and I was following this one in particular that was giving prophecy every day, but this person also gave gospel teachings, which was the point that I liked the best.
And this other prophet that I had followed a while, he said that she was operating out of the second heaven, and that that was where clairvoyants operate, and psychics, and that that was evil.
And his prophecies came out of the third heaven.
And I'm sitting there going, what?
So my question to you is, have you ever heard of anything about the second heaven and the third heaven and where these prophets supposedly are getting their information from?

Okay, gosh.
This is something I eventually, I guess, I had to come around to addressing.
Yes, I'm familiar with the second heaven, third heaven teaching.
It comes from a couple of comments made by the Apostle Paul about apparently an out-of-body experience that he had where he was taken up into heaven, right?
And he talks about the second heaven.
So there has developed in the church over the last 2,000 years this teaching.
That there are essentially three realms of heaven.
There is the sky over the earth, the firmament, some people call it.
That's the first heaven.
The second heaven is a realm of demons, demonic level of heaven.
That is not heaven in a good sense.
It's a spiritual dimension, and it's called the second heaven.
I'm just going to say this.
Unfortunately, it is a very common teaching.
I don't think there's any truth to it.
And I'll explain why in just a minute.
And then, according to this doctrine, the third heaven is the heaven of heavens.
That's where God and the angels are.
And so, there is this...
God, it's annoying as heck when I hear people say this.
I hear it all the time.
where people who are in the prophetic community continually say when they don't like a prophetic word from someone or they don't like the style that a person prophesies from or they don't they have an axe to grind against that person or they don't like your revelation.
I've had some very good friends of mine literally accuse me of hearing revelation from the second heaven because they didn't like what So, there's this tendency people have...
To try to justify prophecies they don't like or prophets they don't like by saying, oh, they're getting their revelation from the second heaven.
Right?
That's demonic stuff.
That's not coming from the throne of God.
And to me, it's a cop-out.
The Bible doesn't tell us to judge whether someone's prophecies are coming from the second or third heaven.
The Bible instructs us that we need to discern prophecy, which is to evaluate it and determine if we believe that the Lord is speaking or not, or is the person just making it up.
So, I'm going to unpack this a little bit in more depth.
The reason I don't believe in the second and third heaven doctrine is not that it's not in the Bible.
It is.
Paul literally talks about it.
I was taken up into the second heaven or the third heaven.
I forget what it was.
It's been a while since I've read it.
But if you spend any time reading about people's experiences in this...
What's the best way to couch this?
Gosh, I don't want to hit any tripwires.
So, as you know, most of you know, I wrote this book called Traveling in the Spirit Made Simple.
All right, let's start there.
Traveling in the Spirit Made Simple.
What is implied in that phrase, traveling in the spirit, is that there is a spiritual dimension outside of the physical dimension.
Physical world is what we see all around us.
Close your eyes for about 10 minutes and focus on the spiritual world and you'll see that spiritual dimension.
You'll start seeing backgrounds and you'll see scenery.
You might see demons.
You might see some angels.
That is the spiritual dimension.
And I have read a lot of testimonies from people who have Had near-death experiences, have had out-of-body experiences, who have traveled in the spirit to different places, different realms, different dimensions,
and there are, from what I have gathered, there are many, many realms in the spiritual dimension, including the heaven of heavens, including the courts of heaven, as Mike Parsons might say, the mobile court, or Ian Clayton, depending on who you listen to.
The mobile court of accusation is apparently a realm in the spiritual dimension where God, the judge, will appear as a judge, Jesus as the advocate and attorney will appear, and demons will appear, and demons will accuse you of something.
That takes place in a realm in the spiritual world.
And it's not...
The heaven of heaven, the throne room of God, because there's demons there.
And there aren't any demons in the heaven of heavens, the place where the dwelling of God is.
This is another realm where demons are allowed to go in there and accuse people.
This is just an example.
There's another one.
The Divine Council.
So if you go back into the Old Testament, I think it's in Psalm 81. Psalm 82, where there's a discussion about the Divine Council.
What is the Divine Council?
The Divine Council is a place where the Lord and other spiritual beings deliberate and have council meetings and make decisions.
In the book, Traveling in the Spirit Made Simple, the last chapter is about the Divine Council.
It's another realm, it's another dimension where spiritual beings can go and do things.
I had a dream one time.
Let's see.
I'll tell you a couple of dreams that I had.
I had a dream probably seven years ago where I went into and saw my home in heaven.
I've seen it.
I've been inside of it.
This is the coolest place.
For me, you probably wouldn't like it, but for me it's awesome.
There I was in this dream.
I'm traveling down this path in a coniferous forest.
There's pine trees and cedar trees and hemlocks.
And it looked, it reminded me a little bit of the Oregon coast.
As I'm traveling in this spirit, I'm just traveling, I'm not walking, I'm just zooming down through this woods.
To my right, I see a beach.
There's an ocean there, there's a beach.
And I suddenly make a left-hand turn, and I go into this house.
And boom, I'm in this house, and I'm inspecting the house.
I'm inspecting the cabinetry and the countertops and the flooring.
I'm like, I have this magnified vision.
I can see the joints in all of the, where the window frame meets.
All the joints for the drawers and the cabinets and stuff.
Look, I'm a former woodworker, retired.
And I love woodworking.
And I love really good, exquisite, detailed craftsmanship in woodworking.
I was looking at this house and I was like, who the heck built this house, man?
These joints are insane.
You can't even see the joint lines in them.
And I was inspecting this house and I had an awareness, this is my house.
And there was also...
An awareness that Jesus built this house for me.
It's a small little house in the woods, in heaven, and when we get there, you can come and hang out with me, and we'll go out to that surf place and do some surfing or whatever.
But there are places in the spiritual realm where we have homes, good houses.
The Bible says, right, that Jesus said, In my Father's house, there are many mansions.
If it were not so, I would have told you.
Jesus has been building mansions for all of us.
Everybody, all of you that are listening, you have a house in heaven.
It is going to be amazing and so cool, and it's going to be exactly the perfect house for you.
I loved this house.
This house had no roof on it.
When I was standing there in the middle of the house, I looked up, I saw these trees.
These trees were like 500 feet tall.
And as I was looking up at the trees, I could see the detail in every leaf.
As I was looking, I could see the little veins that go through the leaves and every little detail in every leaf in the trees.
It was crazy, the level of detail I could see.
All of that is to say, that's a realm in heaven where we're going to spend some time.
I had another dream.
I haven't told anybody about this one other than maybe Denise.
I have a friend named Diego.
Diego is a paramedic.
He has spent much of his life working as a wilderness guide.
So he does mountaineering expeditions, kayaking.
Hiking, backcountry hiking.
He worked as a guide up in Alaska doing trips to Denali.
And some of you will meet a fictitious character built on Diego in the not-too-distant future.
But Diego is now working for Airlift Northwest and he's a flight medic.
I used to be a flight medic.
I gave it up because I didn't like it.
He loves it.
So he's working as a flight medic.
But Diego and I have done some mountaineering together.
And I had a dream six or seven years ago where Diego and I were in this realm in heaven, in the spiritual universe.
And we weren't mountain climbing.
We were descending mountains.
We were vertically on a mountain, on a cliff.
Like 5,000 feet high.
And we were vertically descending with no ropes and no descenders.
We're just free falling down these mountain faces.
And I remember my feet.
My feet were on the face of the cliff.
My feet are going down.
There's rocks and stones flying off my boots.
I'm just ascending at like free fall speed, thousands and thousands and thousands of feet down, down this mountain face.
And I was like, it was so exhilarating.
It was just crazy.
And I knew in the dream, Diego was doing the same thing on another mountain peak.
He was descending like I was.
And when I got to the bottom of this mountain peak, I knew that in the dream, I'm going to meet Diego on that mountain peak over there.
We're both going to go there and hang out together.
So, I don't want to get too long-winded on this little journey.
There's a couple of books out there, and I've posted links to them before, for those of you who have been with me for a while, where various people talk about the many dimensions and realms of heaven that they've visited.
The number of realms.
Look, if you just go through the Bible and look for all of the descriptions of spiritual places in the Bible, I have found nine different...
specific spiritual realms referred to in the Bible she'll Tartarus the pit the sea that the second heaven There's all these different realms and levels and they all pertain to different things.
Different realms, different places, different compartments.
Abraham's bosom is another one.
I think to simply say That, oh, it's the second heaven revelation or the third heaven revelation.
I don't think that really encompasses the entirety of God's spiritual kingdom.
I think that's a very simplistic view, and I don't think it's accurate.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

So I want you to answer a question for me, to describe what is it that I experienced.
It's demonic, that's for sure, but I don't know for sure what is it exactly.
So a few years ago, I just did a 16-hour prayer in Egypt.
This is in Cairo, Egypt, and I did a 16-hour prayer.
And at the end of that 16-hour prayer, I went to sleep, and I woke up an hour later, and it's 3 a.m. in the morning, and I'm paralyzed.
So I'm paralyzed, and I can't move, and I feel...
I'm not, like, afraid, because at that time, I was used to getting paralyzed every night and attacked by demons and all that, but this experience was different because I got sucked out of my body.
It was like a vacuum.
I was being sucked out of my body.
And once I got sucked out of my body, I woke up in my...
It's like I went into almost what looked like to be a different realm, but in my own apartment.
And I'm walking in my apartment in Cairo.
And I'm looking for my roommates.
I can't find them.
And it's daytime now.
There's leaves all over the wall.
Leaves all over the wall.
My apartment's not like that.
But when I got sucked out of my body, that's how it looked like.
There was leaves all over the wall.
And I was looking for my teammates.
And then suddenly, I see this being that I've never met.
It wasn't human.
It looked like it was partially human.
But it wasn't human.
It looked like it was part human and part something else.
And it was smaller than me.
And it was looking at me.
It looked like it was female.
And it was looking at me very suspiciously.
And then I saw another one of those beings.
They looked exactly alike.
Like human.
Part human and part something else.
A bit smaller than me.
And both of them were looking at me very suspiciously.
I've never seen anything like this.
So, I walk away and then one of them is following me.
And I go to look for my roommates and I still can't find them.
I went back to that room where I saw those two beings.
And this is where it gets really crazy.
And I tell you not, I don't watch anything stupid.
I don't do any of that crazy stuff.
But when I went into that room, I saw 30, I'm not exaggerating, 30 of those beings.
And some of my roommates, all of them committing sexual immorality.
Okay.
And it was nuts.
I've never seen anything like this.
They were all committing sexual immorality, and around eight of them grabbed me.
Eight of those beings grabbed me, and they put me against the wall, and I was punching some of them, and I got a few good punches on them, but they got me against the wall.
And that's when I cried out to Jesus.
I woke up back in my bed, and I'm paralyzed again, and there's a heavy weight in my chest, and I pray to Jesus again, and then I break out of that paralysis.
And I've never experienced that before.
I've experienced all types of witchcraft attacks, but that was different.
That happened to me at least twice.
Do you know what that is?
I may have.
I might know what it is.
So, the paralysis is actually pretty common, and you probably know that there are demons that will attack you and cause paralysis.
A lot of people have experienced that.
I have.
And normally, when you say the name of Jesus, that paralyzing spirit will leave.
Wow, you're experiencing some serious warfare, bro.
Holy cats.
So, are you familiar at all with the concept of astral projection?
Yes.
I suspect you may have astral projected, perhaps.
What you're describing, you're in your room, but it doesn't look like your room.
There's leaves on the wall, and it's like, yeah, same shape, but it's not the same place.
Different people, different types of beings.
Seems like the stuff that I've read from people who do a lot of astral projecting.
And I'm not saying that you did it intentionally.
It almost seems like somehow you astral projected, you went into that realm, and you saw all this demonic crap going on, and then came back out of it.
That would be my explanation.
Wow.
Yeah.
Good Lord.
Yeah, I mean, I found out that Soon after, I did find out that my teammates were struggling with sexual immorality and I had no idea.
So I confronted them about that and, you know, I took their phones away and all that.
And I wonder if that had anything to do with it, that maybe God allowed me to see what's going on in the spiritual realm in my apartment.
And, you know, I don't know.
Yeah, I think it probably is.
Well, you know, so that you can pray for them, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
And so that I can keep them accountable, yeah.
Right.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I didn't mean to after project though.
I don't want to do that.

That reminds me of my out of body experience when I strangled a demon.
Yeah.
So it could be that too.
Could be, except when you had your out of body experience, everything looked the same in the bedroom, right?
Nothing had changed.
Appearance-wise.
Yeah, the radio playing.
Yeah, yeah.
That's true.
That's true.
Denise is telling me about an experience where she went out of body.
She was laying in the bedroom, and then she got out of her body, and she walked around the bed, and she looked at herself.
She could see herself sleeping in the bed.
And then she went around the other side of the bed and saw a demon down the hallway, and she went running after it and tried to strangle it.
And then came back into the bed and got back in her body.
But there was that feeling of weight when my spirit came back into my body.
The weight.
Yeah, the weightiness when she got back in the bed.
And there was a whoosh sound.
And the whooshing sound.
And the whole thing was triggered when she heard a radio playing.
We don't have a radio in our bedroom.
And I've heard the radio like three times now.
You know, when you're engaging the demonic realm, there's all kinds of crazy stuff that can happen to you.
I think God gives us these experiences based on our ability to handle them mentally.
You must have made us some pretty tough stuff.
God's giving you that kind of experience.
Crazy stuff.

I think my cat died.
And then I had a dream after that, that my cat was alive.
And then, in real life, my cat was alive.
It was like this Mandela effect.
That was just a personal Mandela effect.
Have dreams that my cat was dead and then all of a sudden I would see it somewhere.
It was just like the Mandela effect but it was just this personalized one.
I don't know if it was to make me feel like I'm losing my mind.

So is your question why you would experience those sort of things?

It's difficult to say what it was.
Even more difficult to say why it happened.
The why questions are always the hardest to answer.

And it's difficult because you're talking about a cat.
And I know that owners can recognize their cat, like, that's my cat.
However, cats have somewhat common characteristics in certain breeds.
A lot of, like, for example, Siamese cats tend to look very similar.
One Siamese cat looks like another one, other than some are skinnier, some are fatter, some are a little bit shorter.
I don't mean like I saw it like around, like in the neighborhood, like in my house.

It was always at my house.
So you weren't like going to the grocery store and then thought, oh, that looks like my cat.
It was in your house.
It was in my house.
And I don't know why I didn't just ask my mom, like, did the cat die?

Because I'm seeing the cat.

That are intended to cause confusion.
You know, you're engaged, you're hopefully going to marry someone you love, and then you have this dream where you're already married to a woman.
That could very easily be a demonic dream, trying to sort of confuse you and get you to maybe back out of this relationship or question your sexuality or whatever.
I've had dreams from demons.
I know, like, whenever you feel shame, guilt, condemnation, oftentimes confusion in the dream, if you're feeling those emotions, that's a clue that that dream may actually be from a demonic source.
You know, it's unfortunate.

It seems like in the last six months, maybe longer, there have been an unusual number of pastors, other people in leadership positions in ministry that have had to step down.
Because of moral failings and stuff.
I'm wondering if you have any sense of, spiritually, why so many right now?
I could probably answer that.
Although, I'll be quite honest, I haven't noticed that trend.
But...
Full transparency.
I don't really follow news that is related to the church at large.
I don't follow what's happening with pastors and, you know, stepping down and all that.
I'll take your word for it.
But I'm not saying it's not happening.
I am saying it's not the kind of thing that I typically keep track of.
I get it.
I understand.
However, if in fact...
There has been an increase in the number of church leaders who have been sort of forced to resign because of bad behavior.
Here's how I would explain it.
We're in the midst of the Great Awakening.
And the Great Awakening, when you boil it all down, it is the exposure of institutional corruption.
By institutional corruption, I mean corruption and In moral behavior, in government, in higher education, in colleges, in the business community, in the church.
So there's all these different areas in big tech.
What is Elon Musk doing with Doge?
He's exposing a vast system of not just financial corruption, Moral corruption, dishonesty, people who have been betraying the trust of taxpayers.
That's just a microcosm of what's happening on a much larger scale.
It's happening in the Defense Department.
It's happening really in academia.
All of these Ivy League colleges that are being exposed, their corrupt motives, and people are stepping down.
If it's happening in other parts of society, it wouldn't surprise me if it's happening in the church.
That would kind of signal to me that God is doing a broad work of exposing corruption in leadership on different levels.
I understand that some years back, I found myself walking away from what a lot of people describe as It's not that those
congregations are not valid for a lot of people at all.
Right.
But I mean There is a verse that says, come out from among them and be separate.
That's a personal decision.
I don't talk about this very much, but the only way I know to respond when people question me about this is that I have left a building Doesn't mean I've withdrawn from fellowship.
Right.
I'm with you.
Yeah, two very different things.
Yeah, I'm with you.
The Lord pushed me pretty hard to leave the institutional church back in 2009 is when he really started applying the pressure.
And he finally got me out of the building.
The church building that people go to on Sunday to meet together.
Because he wanted to do something in me that was unique.
And he just gave me a whole lot of dreams.
They were all very stark and very confrontational where God was trying to illustrate to me that what I was looking for and what I needed, Was not going to be found inside that building on Sundays.
He wanted to do something else.
So I very reluctantly kind of just got out of the church building scene and built a community online of what I refer to as church dropouts.
Yeah, I have thousands of people who follow me online who haven't walked away from the Lord.
They still love the Lord.
They're still walking in fellowship with other believers.
They just don't go to the building on Sunday like everyone else does.
They do Bible studies at home.
They do worship at home.
They meet with friends.
They do house church.
They do other things.
There's other manifestations of God's church outside of the Sunday meeting in the building.
It's interesting.
There's a Christian-oriented research group called Barna Research.
I don't know if you've ever heard of them.
I have, yeah.
In some research they've done years ago, they coined the term DUNS, D-O-N-E-S, people that are done.
Right.
And that it is...
Actually, an emerging group of people that statistically is noticeable in the body of Christ in the U.S. And they haven't left God.
They haven't left their faith.
If anything, they're more deeply connected than ever.
They're just done.
Yep.
I'm one of them.
Me too.

I want to pivot and ask if you could pray something for me.
And that is, from a lot of years back, God would give me dreams or would, another way of putting it, would inspire something in me during the night while I was sleeping to the point that I would keep a notepad.
By my bed so that I'd wake up and there would be maybe a sentence or two or something.
But I'd take the note.
I'd go back to sleep.
In recent years, that hasn't been present.
And I would like to begin dreaming again.
I'm not sure how to ask about this.
I think you understand.

You just want me to pray for you to have your dreams reactivated again.

You're not the first person who's ever asked for that, by the way.

Lord, we ask you to bring your presence upon Roger.
Bring your presence upon him in the nighttime hours when he is sleeping.
Give him revelation.
From your throne, give him dreams, give him visions, give him waking experiences, or take him places in your kingdom.
Have him doing exciting adventures where your name is glorified.
Lord, reactivate his ability to receive dreams and understand them and journal them and obey the revelation he receives.

I don't know if you know what that is.
Most of the screenwriters in Hollywood, that's like the first thing they get a hold of to write about for guidance.
And that was a guy decades ago that realized that a lot of writing from a lot of cultures around the world for centuries it's been about someone that has to go on a journey and the things that have to be transformed both externally in the world and internally inside themselves and the whole process of overcoming those conflicts and
how fundamental that is to storytelling.

I'm familiar with Joseph Campbell.
Yeah, the wisdom of Joseph Campbell and other.
And that is a profound, essential paradigm for writing from which I draw in almost all of my novels.

There is a concept called spiritual gatekeeping.
And I'll explain what it is.
It was first explained to me by my own mentor, a guy who has gone under the name Northwest Prophetic for many years.
He writes a blog called Northwest Prophetic.
He aggregates prophetic words.
He's kind of a spiritual father to me.
And he has written several articles on his website, on his blog.
The Pilgrim Graham is the name of the blog.
And he's written a couple of articles on spiritual gatekeeping.
So here's the concept.
He had in his neighborhood, he had a bunch of witches and evil people and some drug abusers and all kinds of unsavory characters in his neighborhood.
And he was very concerned that these people were going to negatively influence his daughter, for one, and some other and his other people would come to visit him.
So, God taught him one day the concept of setting up spiritual gates in his community.
And God said, "You, as a representative of your community, of your neighborhood, you have spiritual authority." He said, "In fact, you may be the highest spiritual authority in your neighborhood." To set limitations and boundaries for demons and evil influences in your neighborhood.
He said, I want you to establish gates, spiritual gates, in your community that will prevent evil spirits from coming into your community.
So the idea was those people can live in your community, but the demons that are influencing them...
Are not allowed to influence other people in the community.
So he was like, okay, this sounds like a fun project.
So he went around his neighborhood and he spoke into existence spiritual gates that would keep out demonic influences.
And he wanted to test it.
So he called up one of his friends and said, hey, I want to do an experiment with you.
I did something different.
I put up some, let's say, boundaries.
And I want you to come over to my neighborhood and see if you can find them.
So she comes over.
They're hanging out with my friend.
And she's walking around.
And she comes to this one street, this intersection, and goes, I see a gate right there.
There's this big archway, this gate thing.
And he's like...
Well, that's really amazing because I just established a gate there yesterday, a spiritual gate, and you literally saw it, right?
So he got confirmation that by speaking into existence the spiritual gate, he got confirmation from a friend that it actually exists.
And he's had a lot of success with this.
After he established those gates in his community, the drug addicts moved out, the child abusers moved out.
Or got arrested.
Some of the people got arrested.
Some of them moved out.
Some of them got evicted.
Eventually, after about a year, all of the riffraff were gone from his neighborhood.
They were just, they left.
Rather than confronting people personally and saying, I don't like what you're doing.
You're not going to bring that crap in my house.
There is another way that we can resolve these problems.
And it comes down to our spiritual authority.
You know, you can say, look, you know, you're welcome in my house, but the stuff that you got with you, it's not coming with you.
Just to let you know.
If you're going to plan on doing your witchcraft and your stuff in my house, yeah, no, it's not going to happen.
I'm going to exercise my authority as a child of God, and we're not going to allow that stuff in.
And whether you tell them that or not, you can keep out.
The spiritual riffraff from your property.
If you don't want to do it for the neighborhood, you can certainly do it for your home.
You can establish boundaries and gates at your home, and you can assign angels to take out demons and not let them into your house.
You can absolutely do that.
So that would be my recommendation.
But you know, who am I?

So every time you called on me, okay, so got to straighten out.
Anyway, I'm glad you're on the subject of demons because I think that might be what the problem is that I'm having.
Now, I've been on your chat group, I believe, since 2020, about five years.
And in this time period, things have been happening, like, one after the next, after the next, after the next.
I do emotional healing, like, pretty much on an all-day basis every day.
I try to get rid of things there.
But, I mean, these are the things, this is just like a short list that have happened to me in the last five years.
Concussion, vertigo, AFib.
Tooth crown came off, detached vitreuses, massive invasive floaters.
Just recently, I pulled a muscle in my back.
I got a tick bite that made me allergic to all things mammal, dairy, like 75% of foods I became allergic to because of this tick bite.
And anyway, so you get the idea.
It's one thing after the next.
I've seen some of your posts in the chat.
Yes, and I knew you were going to be familiar because I've been around and you've prayed for me.
The group has prayed for me.
And sometimes I will get a little temporary reprieve from some of these things, but then they just come back with a vengeance.
And it's kind of...
I'm at the point where I don't know what else to do.
I mean, it's just one horrible thing.
I must have listened to these tinnitus prayers.
A hundred times.
I keep them on every single night.
And I think, how do I get rid of the demons that are causing this?
Now, I suffered emotional trauma.
I'm sure this is going to sound very familiar.
My husband was killed by his 43-year-old son, and then the son wound up getting a massive settlement from killing his father.
I know it sounds weird, but without getting too deep into the woods on that, I've had three really bad emotional traumas in the last five years.
So I know that this makes it easier for the demons to attack.
It does.
