Awake & Aware 2013 - ARTHUR NEUMANN aka HENRY DEACON
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Hey, this is like a big moment in history.
Okay, I don't want to make anybody paranoid over here, but we do have Arthur Neumann, one of the few people that has ever come forward absolutely legitimately.
This guy has been vetted Six Ways to Sunday, not just by me, by David Wilcock.
And, you know, we've spent a long time with Arthur, as a matter of fact.
Many, many, many, well, years, really, but many months as well.
And we've been to one of his former places of work, right outside.
They don't let you in these places, but yeah, so this is an extraordinary whistleblower.
And are we live yet?
I'm just fooling around.
We're just kind of, okay.
No, it's been a long weekend.
Obviously.
Okay, no, it's been very exciting to do this, I have to say.
And I am going to try to get to my time travel section at the very end.
So we will allow things to shift a little bit.
So there'll be a little bit, but we will end at 6.30.
That's the objective.
And actually, we're supposed to leave the room and all that kind of stuff.
So we don't get a lot of leeway there from the hotel.
I'm paid up to then.
After that, you're on your own.
What did they charge me?
$7,000?
Something crazy?
These places, whatever.
Okay.
Yeah, we won't go there.
But anyway, I just want to say that it's great that you're down here, that you've come to see this extraordinary whistleblower.
And we're just getting things kind of geared up here.
We want to make sure the cameras are all operational.
Everything's working.
Sound seems good at the moment.
This is really an extraordinary man.
Can I start yet or not?
Because I can talk about other things in the meanwhile if I have to.
Okay, what do I say?
Okay, one of the things I'm supposed to say to you is, let's see.
Come on, Richard was coaching me on this.
Okay, after the conference, everyone find two people and turn them on to the stream.
Okay, the live, you know, the stream that's going to be a post-conference stream at that point.
I mean, you guys who are here, your energetics lent themselves to creating this moment, this opening, this portal in space, so to speak, in terms of the trajectory of the human race, to begin this dialogue about time travel in the real world, okay?
So that this is not just something seen in sci-fi movies.
This is something that everyday people can start to explore, try to understand, and do.
Okay.
Okay, Twitter this immediately.
Grab your cell phones.
Anybody has electronics?
Anything you can help?
I don't know if we're live streaming yet, but if we do have the live, okay, then if you could Twitter this around the world, because really, I have to say, this man went on stage in Barcelona with Bob Dean and myself and announced he had been to Mars.
Okay?
And basically what happened is the crowd was very interested, but the people who ran the conference, the exopolitics group, and I'm naming them, yes, asked us to leave the stage.
They didn't want him to answer questions.
They didn't want him to do anything.
They were not interested.
All they cared about was how long the break was and whether lunch was coming or something.
I mean, it was crazy.
Not the people in the audience.
They wanted to hear.
But we were asked politely, but firmly, to leave the stage.
It was a bizarre.
And then they went to break.
Instead of using the break time to at least ask this amazing man some questions, they didn't even want to go there.
So that's what we were left with in Barcelona.
So fast forward to this time.
This man has more or less gone to ground since that time.
He hasn't been doing anything public.
Did one short thing right after that in, I think it was Brussels or Belgium or something, but he talked about vitamin D3.
He was basically shut down and was not revealing very much.
So we're very, very hopeful at this time that he's going to communicate what he can.
Okay, and please be patient.
Understand that, you know, scientists aren't taught how to be public speakers.
All right?
I mean, people, it's fascinating to me because when he came on stage in Barcelona, we're like, you know, people want you to be able to talk about your scientific investigations.
But that's not what scientists do.
They have a whole different personality trajectory normally.
There are a few exceptions like Richard Hoagland, who you can't shut up, but and wonderful astute mind, the mind of a scientist, no doubt about it.
But these two things don't necessarily go together.
Now, what people won't know is that Arthur Neuman is a showman.
He can perform very well.
He is, no, I'm saying.
What I mean by that is he's a very charismatic individual when you get to know him.
And I believe I'm hoping that he will convey that here on stage and give you a chance to get to know him because that's the issue is that very few people have really gotten to know him as one of our Camelot witnesses and as a whistleblower out there in the circuit.
So this is an opportunity for him to connect with the world, with the people out there.
And that's what this is all about.
Okay?
And no, he's not, you know, we don't own him.
He's a free man.
He does what he wants.
I invited him here.
I was delighted that he accepted me.
You know, I invite him to do all kinds of things for Camelot, but he's been turning me down for many years.
He's been off on his own doing his own stuff.
This is understandable.
One leads one's own life, right?
But I want to say that in the trajectory of Project Camelot, and this is a Camelot conference, that he has been instrumental in the development of Camelot, in helping us in our mission, and in coming forward as a very clear voice, in spite of the fact that he didn't go public for several years after that, and not even under his own name initially.
That's where he got the moniker, Henry Deacon, which was taken from the TV show Eureka.
And it was just something that Bill and I kind of thought up at the time because we had watched some episodes of Eureka, which is about a town that has full of scientists, black project scientists that deal with time travel, believe it or not.
So it did have some relationship to who he is.
He's also, I think he's cross, what you call cross-disciplinary.
And he can tell you more about that.
But in terms of scientists or people that go into those fields, he's rather unusual from what I understand because a lot of people are in their own silo.
And they may be very brilliant within their particular area, but they don't get to connect the dots because they don't get to cross over those silos.
And so Arthur was unusual in that respect.
And so we really lucked out when he came to Camelot and decided to tell his story.
A true scientist is not mired in dogma.
Hoorah.
Yeah, absolutely.
And I could convey a couple little anecdotes on that note, but I'm not going to go there right now.
Maybe when I get to my thing.
So this is Arthur Neumann.
I'm not going to say much more about him.
He did work for Livermore Labs.
There are several other places he's worked for.
Whether he'll tell you about those or not, I don't know.
He's a fount of knowledge.
How much we're going to get time for, I don't know.
We've given him about an hour and a half, so we'll see where this goes.
And you are, I hope you filled out questions on those pieces of paper.
So do we have, Madison, do we have that box of papers for him to go through?
The questions, you know.
Can you bring that up now so that we're ready?
And then the other thing is basically what he wanted to do was have people write their questions down so he could just fish in the box and pull them.
That way nobody gets offended.
Nobody gets insulted.
Yes?
Okay.org.
Anybody can put that out there?
Oh, awakeandaware 2013.net is actually its own URL.
But you can get it on projectcamelot.org as well.
So thank you for that, Robin.
I'm being coached on how to sell this conference better because we really want it to get out to the world.
I mean, you can appreciate if you are enjoying yourself, if you find this valuable information.
This is world-changing stuff.
We're all about changing the world.
We're all about changing the trajectory of humanity.
This is what will do it.
This is what will expand people's minds to understand that they can be much more than what they really consider themselves to be at this time.
So that's what it's all about.
So two people, we require each person go out, convince two people to watch some of the Awake and Aware conference.
So the URL is awakeandaware2013.net.
Awake and the words spelled out, awakeandaware2013.net.
The numbers is just 2013, like that.
So I think we're ready to go.
Are you ready?
Yeah?
Okay.
All right.
Thank you very much for coming.
Let's give a warm welcome to Arthur Nonger.
Hello.
Hi.
I'd like, when I talk, my voice is much louder than my voice.
I'd like Lulu Madison, Lulu to say something, please.
Thank you.
I spent the past couple days hanging out and listening to some of the stories of Arthur that a lot of people probably don't know.
And on the way to this conference, all of a sudden something just started coming out.
And I shared it with him because he asked me if I was texting.
And I was like, no.
I was writing something.
So he wanted me to share it with you.
So where time travelers converge when timelines begin.
Where time travelers converge when timelines begin to merge, you will find a different kind, multiple parts of a collective mind.
Yeah, we're dedicated to this vision through thick and thin disregard division.
For the truth is coming out to dance because you have all taken this human chance.
Take a moment to hear these different views, which are hardly covered by the news.
Ladies and gentlemen, Arthur Neumann.
Thank you.
An example of all the help around all of us that we have, if you just become more aware of that.
A few minutes ago, I didn't have anything ready, but now it seems to be all put together.
Thank you for the help.
So let's see how this goes.
I'll go through the linear fashion first and see why this is put together the way it is at the last minute.
This is Shiva.
And Shiva doesn't want to make trouble and can have some good aspects to.
So there's a positive side to what appears to be some people call negative.
Positive and negative work together.
Or if there is such thing as a negative, you need the contrast to even see this reality that you're in.
You need contrast.
Okay.
Where are we?
Let me try this button here.
Ah.
Oh, that's too soon.
You can't see that yet.
Yeah.
But that's okay.
Okay, let me read this.
This is my disclaimer.
I learned it from listening to Carrie, I think.
Some of the data presented in Henry Deacon files are fictional or not correct transcriptions.
They're metaphorical in nature as well.
Please use your critical thinking abilities.
Don't believe everything that you hear.
Use your own critical thinking abilities and also combined with that, use your heart as well.
If you haven't heard the information that I'm presenting related to Henry Deacon, who I've never seen that show, related to that person or me, then it's full of incorrect information.
That's important.
If you haven't heard it directly from me, I have no connections or associations with any people mentioned on the Internet related to Mars.
I may have a connection with Richard Hoagland.
But that's kind of mysterious.
Or at least I want it to be mysterious.
Or related to aliens or alien abductions or other groups or exopolitics.
I'm not connected with any of that.
That just happened to appear.
I thank yesterday's panel for kind of bringing that comment up because it is an issue that, but it's something that each individual must use their discernment and critical thinking about.
It's up to you what you want, you know, in this reality that you're present in.
When it's been mentioned that I have confirmed, or Henry Deacon had confirmed or supported information presented by other witnesses in the past, when that was done years ago, especially, Henry Deakin's conscious knowledge was very limited, conscious knowledge was very limited about those individuals.
And all he had to go by was a quick scan from while laying in bed, a quick scan of the internet to find out who these people were and what their background was.
So when it was said that Henry Deacon fully supported somebody, well, he fully supported what little he saw in a 30-second glance at that time.
That doesn't mean that everything is correct, that I see everything is correct from my viewpoint.
If you have any questions about my information, please address it directly to me if you have that opportunity, directly to me and not to a third party or on the internet asking or reading someone else's states or claims that they've met with me or they know that I have a wife in, where is it, Indonesia with a nice house and that I've been bought out by the CIA.
I can't remember where that is, so please let me know.
I'd like to find my home.
Sounds like a nice place, and I've got a memory block on that.
Okay.
Maybe it's bad aliens are doing that to me.
I don't know.
Okay.
So that appears.
It doesn't matter who these people are that reference Henry Deacon or Arthur Newman on the Internet.
If you don't hear it from my mouth, don't accept it as valid.
Okay?
I think I've got that clear now.
Okay.
I'm not a tide and travel expert any more than you are.
We're all doing the same thing, just different ways.
I've been an advisor, a technical advisor, a science advisor, not to Walter Cronkite, a science advisor, a detector, a person who looks for alike energies of certain signatures of people and tries to bring them together, connect them together.
At least that's been the way it has been in the past.
I've worked as a team member with other people and a lot more.
When I have spoken or I speak in past, present or future tense it's difficult because of the English language and many languages when you're talking about things that involve time or space time or space, it's all the same thing basically.
The language may be misunderstood, so don't take it as past, future, or present.
Just keep that in mind.
Okay.
This says look at the questions handed in by the audience, but it's also down at the bottom, so I'll have to wait on that.
It's too early, isn't it?
Okay, these are some obvious things, at least to most people, but I'm supposed to, my agreement was to speak about time, so it's time to do that.
So time is a unit of measure, like inches or miles.
It's a way of measuring.
It's a unit of measure of, in a numerical sense, of the order of change, change, as you see change.
It's the velocity of material change.
Okay, the velocity of material change is a relative thing.
I'm sorry I'm reading this, but I'll get out of this reading mode soon, I hope.
A measure of the durations of events and the intervals between them.
Time is not constant.
It's not constant, spacing, and it's not linear.
It varies a lot.
But when you view it from outside the reference frame that you're in, many people sense, oh, things seem to be going very quickly today, or as I'm growing older, it seems to be going more quickly, or things like that.
In a sense, that's a real thing, but it's only sensed at the higher, your higher, your subconscious, your higher mind level is able to see that.
But you can't measure it with your clock necessarily, unless you have clocks out at a distance like geosynchronous satellite, you know, GPS satellites.
Then you've got another issue there too with time being in a different reference frame.
Okay, let me try this.
I just thought I'd bring this in because I remember Ben Peach and one of his things having to do with Kronos, the planet Saturn.
Oh, you're not supposed to look at that.
The planet Saturn.
Let me see if this link works.
How did I get to the link?
Okay, down here.
His website right now.
It's been around a long time.
He talks about it.
You could go there.
Sonic.net slash Bernard.
He talks about Saturn, the source of measure, Kronos.
It's all tied in with the planet Saturn.
He did measurements in the King's Chamber, the Great Pyramid, and many things.
It's an interesting thing, and it relates to time.
Now, how do I go back to the PowerPoint?
Okay, I'll do that.
Okay, then that sound is a, I've been practicing that.
Okay, yeah, okay.
By the way, the gentleman who was speaking for an alien from the future, Bashar, I enjoyed listening to him.
And I also enjoy my encounters with some aliens that look just like people, like you, but some encounters with aliens from off-world who have lived away from this interesting planet.
It's a very uplifting experience, not like I am today, kind of like, you know, uplifting and you get a lot of laughs and chuckles because it's a good experience.
Okay.
Time is also an intellectual structure which many humans, in which many humans sequence and compare events.
Your upbringing, your language, the environment you live in, the culture, which culture comes from belief systems as well, formed by your beliefs.
Those things strongly affect what you can see, how you see things, and how you understand what the reality around you is, how you conceptualize the reality.
It says, what do you think?
Well, I have to wait.
I want to know what you think.
Some cultures and languages have here on this planet and languages, they have little or almost no reference to temporal structures or time, past, present, future.
And because of the way they live, they don't see things that way.
Okay.
Now the high technology really helps me here.
Okay, sorry.
We'll get through this quick.
Reading is not supposed to do this.
Okay.
Now, I'm supposed to show this cloud here, I decided.
I call this the cloud of your now.
It's a cloud of now, which is what we're always in, is the now in this domain.
And as Bashar had mentioned, you are constantly selecting the now.
Always, you're changing, some people call it timelines or points in a timeline, the probabilities.
You're selecting and saying probability, probability, probability, and you're selecting that and that becomes the reality for a split second and then it switches again.
So he's already described that in a certain way.
Okay.
Space, we travel in space and time with your mind and or within your physical body as well.
And the physical body is, of course, it's actually formed from the mind.
Oh, I have to mention this.
The alien.
Okay.
You are in charge as an individual And as a collective conscious, which is actually the same thing.
You are in charge of what you see and what happens.
And that was explained well too, how to say you should follow your bliss.
Okay, what is this here?
Another button.
Okay, this is very important.
Show a blank slide.
Okay.
Now this is popped back down here to it's jumping around.
Okay.
Okay, but when I use the down arrow, it's not going down, so I'll have to use page down.
Okay, it's this computer I threw it at a wall because I actually can get angry once every ten years.
Okay.
It's not working.
That's okay.
Thank you.
Okay.
A thought about bad aliens.
I just had this thought, why there aren't very many, if any, bad aliens out there, in my opinion, in this galaxy that are influencing people here in any physical form at least.
This is my viewpoint.
I can respect other people's viewpoints a little bit.
But think about this.
If a civilization is given technologies or discovers technologies and they don't use properly, they end up not going very far out and exploring the rest of the galaxy because they self-destruct before they get to that point.
The bad aliens never made it very far because they destroyed themselves.
And bad aliens here, people, the people who live here, and people from other worlds who live here as well.
Most of the people here, from what I can see, have ancestry from other worlds.
There are Aborigines here.
It's a very small number in comparison to the aliens that are here from other worlds.
So look around and you'll see a lot of aliens or ancestors of aliens everywhere.
They don't look like slimy little creatures or people that have eggs on the outside necessarily or anything like that.
Where am I?
thank you uh meanwhile back here on earth due to um okay now i'm jumping to something else the mars thing This will run for a few hours.
Yeah, thanks.
Thank you.
Meanwhile, back here on Earth, because of compartmentalization, excuse me for jumping around, competition, oh, this has to do with something political.
It has to do with DHS, which I don't deal with very much except at the airport where they say, oh, mind if I pull you aside for a minute and look at your passport after I thought I'd gone through everything.
You know, all the two hours of standing in lines, longer than some of the flights.
May I ask you why you've been out of the country for so many years?
I said, I'm sorry to say, but do you realize that because of an error on my small team's part a few years back, sadly someone came up with a brilliant idea for your country to to create and solve a problem of helping the various three-letter agencies share information.
They are in competition with each other.
So we'll create a new department to solve that problem.
Sorry about that.
I didn't realize what was going to happen, but I knew that was a very small part of the same team that when I walked down a corridor and went to Mars for a few minutes or a few hours, we kind of fizzled out and things didn't work out as assigned.
Okay.
So I didn't know if I wanted to talk about this, but it's interesting.
The DHS concept was discussed as a possible solution.
We're talking about for this country to the multi-agency non-cooperation problems.
Later the DHS concept was instituted shortly after that.
Simplifying and streamlining the organizational charts turned out to be a pipe dream so far.
We knew this would not solve the problem, but someone made that decision and created that and much more.
Okay, when did the meetings take place on Mars?
Reference time here on Earth.
Oh, it worked that time.
Where am I?
I'm here.
Always here.
Can't get away from being here.
Okay.
Yeah, okay.
Thank you.
You think with all the technology I've been working with and surrounded with for decades that I'd be able to use this netbook, you know, and that they would have refined it, but no, I'm just tired right now, so I'm getting help.
It's unusual.
So reference, when?
Okay, first of all, when in the sense of it was a random event.
It was like semi-weekly or on call.
It's like it wasn't my normal job.
I was volunteered.
Someone came in and said, hey, I volunteered you for a job because I know you're the right person.
And I'm going, what's the work?
What is it first?
Oh, no, you'll like it.
Well, I didn't know what it was, but to me, the whole experience was not out of the ordinary because that's the way my life has been.
I haven't been able to enjoy the normal life of, like in America, of sitting back and drinking a beer and watching football or whatever you do here.
I've never been able to do that.
Okay.
So the norm for me is completely abnormal for I'm learning from no.
Okay.
Ah, okay.
The term jump room was something that, that's okay, thank you.
The term jump room was something that was kind of at a dinner conversation with Bill and Carrie.
And it was like someone came up there, not me, one of the two, just said, oh, well, you can call it a jump room.
And, okay, you know, I didn't really think about it at the time, you know, what it was called.
It was just walking to Mars, down a corridor.
And then, so I want to make that clear.
Jump room has nothing to do with anything that I really said.
It was just a suggestion for what to call that technology.
And the technology is quite boring like any high, super high technology.
It's kind of like magic.
I think it rings a bell with Arthur C. Clarke somehow, Richard.
It looks like magic.
And it's very like, how does this thing work?
Well, I never thought about how it works.
I just used it.
And that was it.
Okay.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
Wait, okay.
Oh, that slide.
I don't know about that slide.
What is that?
I don't know.
I'll have to look later.
Huh?
What?
This one?
Oh, the bases, bases involving this, the topic I'm talking about, were not American bases.
And they were not, they didn't belong to any country.
And they weren't run by any country except for maybe short periods of time.
Different organizations would take the top of the official organizational chart, but that would change from time to time.
I'm still talking about time.
Okay, show map drawings.
Okay.
Oh, okay.
Here, the corridor.
Before I do this, I guess I'll try and draw something for you.
We're not at the period in history where there's cordless mics, yet alone.
Cordless.
Yet alone cordless power strips, you know.
Yeah, Dan, I know, I know.
Okay.
So, yeah, I want to back up and fall off, you know.
Thank you.
I thought, okay, I was going to show, I'd love to show you on Google how this is all put together, which is possible.
The base, the location, everything, and how, you know, just for interest, how you go to work every day, you know.
Anyway, I drive in my car, then I go to a gate, and there'd be some guards, of course, as you'd expect, just like in the movies, with their automatics, you know.
And they would check, and then the gate would open, and the things that puncture your tires would go down.
Then you'd go through, and then you drive away.
Then you go through another, this is all double-fenced or triple-fenced around the whole base.
And then you go and you drive, and you go through another triple-fenced area.
And then you go, and then you go.
I go into my office, my normal job, I go into my office, and then the boss would say, I volunteered you for something.
Anyway, and this whole base, this whole base is like, you know, fenced in and now presently surrounded by lots of trees, but there's still cameras every few meters, you know, a few yards.
And some people are very afraid of getting too close to the front gate or don't want to do it.
Anyway, you go in there, and then I decided, okay, oh, but you've got to go over there.
So, okay, and so I go walk down into this just below ground level area, into the front area, and I walk in, and then there's some photographs that change.
Sometimes it's a leader of a country and maybe a royal family of another country, you know, and or maybe it's howdy-duty, I don't know.
And then there's a guard over here who watches everything, watches these guards and then these guards, you go through a turnstile kind of thing, and then they check everything and check everything in your bags, and they say, hi, how are you today?
But they still, even though you get to know them, you still, they do their job.
And then you walk down this short corridor area.
Ah, now I know why that's black.
It must be a video.
Ah, it's come to me.
I'm okay.
So I didn't know how to describe maybe what this, after the turnstiles, what it looks like after you walk past the turnstile and go a short distance, like from here to that wall over there.
And what's this?
It looks something like this without the pillars.
It looks like this, except without the side pillars, but doors on the left and right.
This is courtesy of YouTube.
But I didn't see these people.
This is, I enjoy watching this, but I can't eat up the time.
Oh, can't watch that.
So I'll go back to that.
So that's the corridor.
It looked very much like that, luminescent on all sides.
And people, when they did their work, would walk either right or left depending upon where they needed to go, here on this planet.
But there happened to be at the, I'm okay.
Thank you.
There happened to be a, I've done that, okay.
Been there, done that, okay.
They'd self-destruct, they've killed themselves.
They've self-destructed again.
Yeah.
Ah, so then you, normally, if you're working in that area, that facility that's slightly underground, but just a few feet, if you turn left,
okay, if you turn left, you can go to either a spiral staircase and then go up, or you can go straight to a cubicle-shaped, normal-looking kind of elevator, similar to the hotel, but with one very slow door that nobody wants to use that thing to go anywhere anyway.
It's too slow.
But if you push one button, the door opens slowly, and you can go up one floor, you know, and the door closes slowly.
Okay, and nothing unusual about that, except it's unusually worthless kind of door, and there's cameras looking at it.
Well, when I was given my little volunteer job, I was told something else.
So I go in in that elevator, open the door, as usual, walk in, put a key in, and I have some things on me that identify me and my body itself.
And the door closes and I wait.
There's no motion or anything.
And then all of a sudden I hear a door behind me open.
And I turn around and there's a corridor, the same thing.
I walk down there and that's where things are different.
I'm no longer on this planet.
And I walk down a corridor and I go to a meeting and this and that and then I start doing a little bit, a little bit of exploring and not sure what I should and should not do, but nobody bothers me.
Go into a few rooms, see a few people.
But I go into the, where am I here?
Okay, thanks.
Oh, I go into a room and there's a table there.
And everyone's sitting there and there's nobody talking.
That's not unusual for my life either.
Nobody talking.
And there's one man that's kind of ahead of the thing.
And people look fairly normal, most of them, but just different colors of skin and slightly different heights.
And a couple of people maybe quite tall that don't seem to be very comfortable at the end of the table, very comfortable sitting down.
I don't know why.
Anyway, and we, the nature of the meeting, I could go into that.
I don't know if I should.
I mean, why I'm going there, that's a whole topic, huh?
Am I at the...
No, no, I'm not there yet.
Okay, go back.
Yeah, okay.
Okay, thanks.
Well, I got to finish this one little room meeting thing.
Basically, sit there for a few minutes, and then it's over.
And you walk out.
Maybe I'll go down to a big cafeteria area.
Now I'm not in sequence anymore.
It doesn't matter.
And I look out kind of a partial dome.
And what I see, since people are interested, what I see is down a narrow, a narrow canyon.
Here's the surface.
And then there's a narrow canyon area.
And I'm looking this way.
And the facility is just below ground level in this narrow.
I'm at the end of a narrow canyon.
And I look and I look out and I can see at a slight angle some sky.
And at different times, the sky is slightly different colors.
But there is a blue sky at times, a dark blue sky.
Sometimes it does have a reddish hue, but there's blue.
Okay.
But that, I remember I was saying in English, time, future, past, and present.
Well, a few years later I realized something, and that was that there was a few things, comments mentioned, and some things that aren't present.
Plus Google, Mars or whatever, wasn't showing me what I knew.
So my guess, even though I didn't ask, is that and Phobos wasn't there.
The moon Phobos.
But that doesn't matter.
It may be significant though.
Other issues, other bits, like three data points that didn't fit the now earth time.
Anyway, so I looked outside and then I go eat my burger or whatever.
There'll be questions here, I'm sure.
Okay.
Going through, yeah, okay, up here.
Oh, no, I can do it.
I can do it.
Thank you.
I'm missing something.
I know you.
I have two minutes left.
Yeah, I've skipped everything.
Okay.
What does it feel like?
Anyone gone in an MRI machine at the hospital?
Especially very strong Tesla field one?
Some people notice something, some people notice after effects.
Best I can describe is if you are in tune with, if you can sense subtle things, it was subtle.
And so in a way, this device has some similarities to the experience of being inside of an MRI, a very strong field of some sort that has subtle effects on you that later on may not be so subtle and may put you in bed for a few years if you don't take something that's a dispenser by the side of that elevator, which is, I remember it is called Lorenzil, whatever.
And I didn't take some when I walked away from that job, and so I think that's why it was been in bed for so long.
So, okay, I'm okay.
I'm fine.
I've got to hurry up as usual.
There's just too much information.
Okay, I mentioned this years ago.
If you go to literally xxx.lanl.gov, it used to go to Los Alamos National Labs, which is the sister site of Livermore Labs.
And you can get all kinds of data.
I think it's been relinked to Cornell or somewhere else now, but it's got a lot of interesting abstracts and physics papers.
Okay.
Where are we here?
Okay, down, down, down.
How much?
Oh, I got too much to do here.
Do I have to skip this, huh?
Am I at the next slide yet?
Yeah, I know.
Well, let's see what the next slide is.
Okay, I'll jump to this.
Oh, oh, wait, wait, wait.
No, it's okay.
This is on the Internet.
When I worked at Livermore, it was called Project Shiva, and it also then turned into Project Shiva Nova.
And we made a miniature star, and they're still being made.
But the question was why?
Well, the public at first was told that that would provide a very large amount of energy for the future to provide energy to power the grids of countries and such.
Then it turned out to be, well, no, it was to study nuclear weapons inside a building on a microscopic scale so you don't have to do nuclear weapons testing.
But then there's something else which I think I'll leave it up to you.
I'll kind of give you the pieces here.
But no, no, let me do that, please.
Okay.
Back to the okay.
Before I did this work, I was sent away to psychological evaluation.
And I thought, well, this can turn out abnormal.
But they ran me through lots of tests, including a 600-question multiple choice test, which many people have taken, and Minnesota something or other.
And then after all those questions, then they said, sorry, we lost all the data.
You'll have to take the test again.
So I did it.
Okay.
And then I went in and talked to someone and he pulled out what looked like an astrology book and he said, you're perfectly fine.
There's nothing wrong with you.
And then I went back to my work area, flew back basically.
So there is psychological evaluation as well as security.
My team that was volunteer was about five people.
You already know about a Martian day, which has been termed a Sol, which means a solar day relative to the star Sol, the Sun.
Martian day, you can look up.
And the Martian year is about, the Martian day is almost the same length of time as here.
Interestingly enough, just a few minutes longer in which those few minutes are, I understood, was used just for a break time around zero hours.
And the Martian years approximately twice that of the Earth year.
There's a lot of very similar things about the two planets.
I'll show a sketch.
That sketch is not there.
Older gateways had problems, older technologies where you couldn't go through with mercury fillings or such, just like an MRI machine again.
Not mercury fillings, but metallic things and such.
Basically organic materials.
Time travel devices, some of them had a strong effect on the local star, the sun, which undesirable effects.
Okay.
Why do you think that I'm going out of thing?
Okay, I'll do this, kind of add live a little bit.
That golf ball thing is way off topic.
No, I'll just jump quickly.
See the surface on this?
It's like a golf ball surface.
It's just examples of the surface.
There is a certain UFO, as you call it, a spacecraft, which I don't have time to talk about, which I traveled in just a long time ago, one time, to here.
And the surface I wanted to describe because I always found it nice and tactile.
It was a ceramic white, and it had a similar surface to that.
Okay, on to the next subject.
People at the panel yesterday, they were tug-of-war here.
And some people thought, oh, this is terrible, you know.
There's here at Anchor Watt in Cambodia.
And Graham Hancock talked about this too.
You've got opposing forces and they're pulling and there's Vishnu and everything, but they're actually serving a common purpose.
They're working together even if they don't want to.
They're pulling ropes in opposite directions.
Keep that in mind.
Churning of milk is what that's called.
Okay.
Okay, that's the same thing, showing this.
Okay, It's you're limited in graphics, but the simple thing is this is like not good, but you can see that space or space-time is bent around a mass or around a star or around a miniature star, same thing.
And so you have some effects.
Again, here's more than one mass.
So take a look and think about that when it comes to shorter ways or shortening of time.
Same thing.
Time is a dimension, shortening of time by influences of stars or masses or torsion fields.
Oh, what's this?
There is a monolith during the 2009, this man came on as well, I believe, during that exopolitics conference, and he said something about a monolith on Mars.
Timely event.
Very timely.
What was it, July 22nd?
When was that conference in Barcelona?
But anyway, why would Buzz Aldrin talk about a monument, a monolith on Phobos?
And later he made a slip up, which you can find on YouTube.
If you listen carefully, he said, and we should go back to the planet Mars.
You can find it.
Oh, so I'll show you this for a few seconds and then look at the questions.
Cannot open it.
Donna, I was going to show you Mr. Peabody, Sherman, and Geronimo.
You will?
Oh, I'll have to wait a second.
You get the questions, please.
Okay.
You read it.
Mr. Peabody.
How soon will Earth's population be allowed to move to Mars?
Well, actually, can we get a mic for this?
Okay, I can do this.
Okay, here's a question.
How soon?
Oh, here's one down here.
Look, is this one plugged in?
No?
Okay, so I'm going to have to ask none of them for work.
Okay, so here's the first question.
You want to answer?
How much time do we have?
20 minutes.
Okay.
15 minutes.
Okay.
The answer to that question, I can't, I'm not a prophet or anything like that.
And it's really up to you.
Okay, next.
What is the face on Mars?
What is the face on Mars?
The face?
I don't know.
But I've been aware of it.
I told Richard I was aware of the face on Mars before he had put it out, but I didn't tell anybody.
So Richard's an expert in that area.
The face on Mars, what is it?
The first one was: how soon will Earth's population be allowed to move to Mars?
I said it's up to you, individually and collectively.
How long ago did the native Mars population die out?
That's difficult to answer because I'm answering not from a work, but from another information that I would say that it never completely died out.
It's still on the planet.
Something, yeah, some life.
Sentient, well, it depends upon what you define as sentient.
I don't know when.
Maybe we can do a regression thing or whatever you call it.
And between Richard and I, maybe we could figure it out.
Can you comment on the ring makers?
Ring makers?
Are the ring makers?
Interesting, but I don't have any real knowledge, but I could talk about it.
Something comes to mind are something around Saturn and another object in this solar system was set up a long time ago.
And it's kind of like out of 2001 in the sense that it's waiting to detect something, to move something forward.
I don't know any more than that.
Are there any underground cities, libraries on Mars?
Cities or libraries?
From my work perspective, I could only say there's one.
But intuitively or whatever, I'd say there's probably many, many, many.
What are the functions of the octagon spaceships?
I'm just reading the questions.
I don't know.
What dimension is Mars in?
Oh, it's in all the same dimensions as Earth is.
How long ago did the native Mars population die out?
Did I ask you that already?
I did.
What are the functions?
I'm not sure I can read this.
Does that make sense to you?
Okay, never mind.
Yeah, that's what it says.
I don't know.
Okay.
How about this one?
What are the functions of demos and phobos?
Thank you, that, yes.
Demos and phobos.
Yes.
What are the functions of that?
Deimos, I don't know.
Phobos, oh, I don't want to say, but I think I agree with whatever Richard has found about Phobos.
I want to read some quick things here before I go to more questions.
I know there's almost no time left.
Things to think about.
And I wrote down little hen scratches.
There are no hens, though, here.
Time, in a sense, is a mirage or an illusion, but so is the rest of this created by you for your enjoyment.
It's up to you whether you enjoy it or not.
So is the reality in which many people in this modern world believe to be real.
Matter, energy, and time are all kind of creations from thought at a high, what you call a high level, from thought, the vibrations of thought.
They are created and congealed into their forms, into physical forms from thought.
We are experiencing this reality, so-called reality creation, through the use of our we are experiencing it through the use of our limited senses.
Because we are taught how we must view our world and what we must and must not believe, that kind of limits you at times too.
So Your belief systems strongly influence and limit can limit you if you hold on to your belief systems too much.
Keep an open mind if you want to find answers.
Don't let someone else tell you what's right and what's wrong or whatever.
Someone is very good advice, though.
Almost done here.
Through the use of bodily senses and da-da-da.
In this mind-created reality, participation in space and time are true religions.
Okay.
I think basically, so where do we stand, enjoy the ride, participate in the now, the illusion that you're creating or you're selecting.
Live here and help others when they request you.
Sometimes help them only when they ask.
Don't force things on them necessarily.
When they want to understand the journey, help with your viewpoints, share them.
Enjoy the moment and find your bliss.
Okay.
Okay.
I'm just going to have a little bit of air stuff.
I guess, okay, there we go.
So during your career, what did the ETs look like and act like?
Again, the ETs?
The ETs looked like the ETs I work with looked like people.
Basically like different people from different countries you would find or different cultures.
But just expand on that.
But nothing extreme that I experienced.
Except maybe the green people, but not at the meetings.
that's green skin people which slightly different but that's when you say okay when you say you said but not at the meetings the green there were no I don't remember at this moment maybe I did see but I have a fading memory I don't remember.
There may have been or may have not been green people at the meeting, but to me that isn't something that phases me, so I don't hold on to these things, you know, because they're normal.
Okay, but did you see any blue-skinned people?
Greenish-blue.
Greenish-blue.
Okay.
And were those greenish-blue beings, would you say they were Syrian?
I don't know where they're from, and I didn't ask.
Okay.
Were they communicating telepathically in those meetings?
The norm is for people to communicate in a sense telepathically.
Kind of like, what's his name again, Pat?
Bashir described the world, his world, very well to what I know of one, at least one world.
It was like, he did a good job with that.
And okay, and let me say that you're quite telepathic, are you not?
I'm not supposed to say yes.
You're not?
Okay, but people that would be allowed to sit in those meetings had to have those abilities, had to acknowledge those abilities in some way.
As far as I know, they didn't have to because the other people can, if anyone in here who didn't think they had that ability went to a meeting, they'd still be able to communicate both ways.
And can't communicate in English or whatever language verbally.
It's understood before it reaches your vocal cords what your intent to say is and they respond quite quickly.
Okay, and when you hear the voices in your head, are you hearing voices, actual voices in your head, or are you hearing or is it just sort of thought, in other words, without a voice, a vocal kind of representation?
Well, at the meetings, it's just a thought.
You don't hear a voice.
And it goes, you know, information.
But there are other times where they just talk, respond to you verbally, but listen to you before you speak.
Did you encounter beings in the hallways going to and from meetings?
Sometimes, but I didn't normally stop and say hello or anything like that.
But I'm kind of a loner, I guess, you know, and I like my free time, you know, to relax.
Were there any beings that were unusually shaped in those meetings?
Because I'm actually quite telepathic myself.
The only unusual shape would be height, and that's it.
No overweight beings, unusually overweight beings?
I didn't pay any attention.
I think I was probably the most overweight in general.
Okay.
How about hair?
Did any of them have hair?
Yeah, I think so.
If I remember right now.
Any unusual hairstyles?
Oh, there's one guy who was bald, you know, kind of like the cameraman back there, you know.
But that's not very unusual to us earthlings.
No, no, no, no.
Okay.
And no, like, ridges on top of their heads, like, you know, what I mean by ridges?
No, the only thing that would be hard to spot would be there'd be, there are anatomical slight differences, just like there are in many people, just like you have different blood types as well.
There are some features, but you have to look carefully, like inside the mouth, or maybe their feet maybe have an extra toe, maybe fully developed or not.
But in general, you wouldn't notice it unless you look carefully.
And what about the kind that have knees that bend backwards?
I know somebody here that can do that.
Okay, but even if you know someone here that can do that, I was asking if you sort of saw any of those things.
No, I didn't really pay much attention looking at people's knees.
No.
Ears, no ears, you know, people are curious.
Eye colors, ears, yeah, maybe ears.
Yeah, ears with no earlobe things.
Yeah, no earlobe things.
I mean, just hold.
Okay, was there a sense of humor in the room when you had the answers?
I guess I skipped by that because I only had now 10 minutes.
We're giving you more time.
Yeah, okay.
So fun?
Yeah, it was very enjoyable.
That's something I mentioned to someone a few hours back.
It's very important to realize these people are uplifting in spirit or energy in all cases.
Sorry, Carrie, but in all cases, in my experience.
You don't have to be sorry, actually.
That's good news.
Uplifting.
And to the point of you tend to laugh just like people did yesterday, some people.
It's a good experience.
A lot better than East LA maybe or something.
Sorry.
Okay.
Does Mars have red rustic color as we are led to believe?
I think they don't mean the sky, they mean the earth, because you talked about the sky, but what about the ground?
Like I said, the time I was, the time that I was, space-time I was in, it's still what little I saw, well, it was red, sort of like I think Utah or Sedona or something, a reddish color, but I'm sure there are other colors as well.
But of the pictures, the photos I saw from Never Straight Answer, those photos must have been really, the people didn't know how to balance the colors right at all.
It's just way too much red everywhere.
Yes.
Okay, and I actually have seen the original photos because I walked along the halls in JPL and they had them up and down the halls.
I want to ask JPL, do they do any jet propulsion at that laboratory?
Well, we know they do some nano there.
Nanotechnology is a very important field that's going to change everything here.
It's worth studying if you want to study something.
How about women in the meeting?
Were there any women?
A couple.
A couple?
Did they have hair?
The meetings weren't always the same people, you know.
And there weren't that many meetings.
There weren't?
No.
Okay, but the ones that you did, let's say whether it's in a meeting or not in a meeting, in a hallway, were there women on Mars?
Yes.
Okay.
And they were different kinds of beings?
Well, I think they could story that they had three, whatever, but they only had two.
Yes.
What's talk about these meetings?
Subject matter at the meetings.
I'd love to tell you the subject matter.
I don't know about the time.
Don't worry about the time.
We have all time.
Time is an illusion anyway.
Yeah.
So, everyone, please help to lengthen the time out instead of shorten it.
Don't bend the space too much around here.
Okay.
What?
Done.
I just said done.
We work for the first time.
Also, we're finished now.
Yeah, we're a group.
No, I'm saying we're done lengthening.
The time is now elongated.
So you can take all the time you need to answer Richard Hoagland's question, which was: what was the subject matter at meetings?
I have a difficult, it's difficult to explain and keep the security, it's a security issue, but not because it's something that's bad, in my opinion.
It's something that's good for people and it needs to be kept quiet.
Were you changing technical details?
Was it technical?
I wasn't exchanging.
Hello, hello, hello.
I wasn't there to exchange technical details, but it was related.
Part of it, my teamwork was related to that very much.
It had to do with how new ideas and coming up with new ways and discussing new ways of sharing information comfortably between people and especially between people that comes here and who gets what.
And it involved that kind of those types of issues.
Did it involve discussions about relations between incoming and outgoing vehicles or civilizations?
What I was there for, there was no discussion in that area.
Okay.
I was told that Phobos is a command and control center, but you said it was actually not there.
Was that the entire time when you were working?
You were not aware of Phobos being there?
I didn't look up and see it.
All I know is that I was told that it wasn't there.
I mean, so that should, I don't know.
Do you think that it was in another position, or do you think it just wasn't there?
No, it was gone.
Okay.
Very interesting.
Were you told that validates our model?
Okay.
Fair enough.
Fair enough.
Phobos did not always was not always there.
Okay, but you're talking in the past.
This could have been past.
But I thought at first, after looking at the data points, that it was future, but it could have been passed as well.
Well, perhaps it was the past and the future.
In other words, it's going to be here for a period of time, then it might be gone again because Phobos can move.
Do you think?
I think so.
Okay.
Well, it looks like we're, I don't know if this is to the person here.
No, it says, it's running out of power, by the way.
okay okay so So as far as the work you were doing, did you use computers on that particular thing?
On Mars, did you use computers?
There weren't any computers.
I never saw a computer.
Is it because they weren't around when you were working there, or because they just didn't need them?
I didn't see them.
They just weren't.
I didn't go into areas that I might have seen them and nobody had any laptops.
I can understand why, you know.
Okay, did they have, in other words, did they use computers like in minority report, like, you know, holograms or things, anything like that?
I didn't see that, but when I came home, you know, I came, went back to work.
Yeah, then there were computers, of course, there, computers that in this time domain, here and now, well, are much more advanced now than they were when I was there not too long ago, I'm sure.
But they are, I mean, you can call it quantum type computers.
Basically, they are not artificial intelligence, but they are connected, they can connect with the mind that we share.
What did you do on Mars?
What did you please?
Eat hamburgers.
And play ping-pong.
Yeah, a couple of times.
What was your last one?
Okay, well, I mean, he was, look, his work is the security clearance, okay?
So that's where we have to be careful.
I've already stepped over the bounds, but for some reason, I think I know why.
I think there's another exo, I mean another group that's probably trying to do the going to kill me at any moment, but I'll go see some lawyers and get some protection.
Okay, as far as the tall beings there, do you think that they came from other planets or were they indigenous?
Oh, indigenous?
At least long-time residents of Mars, would you say?
Or were they from elsewhere recently?
I would say the tall ones at first I thought about and I thought, oh, I made a mistake.
I thought that a really short guy that I didn't mention, I just remembered him.
I thought he was like the local Martian, but no, there were probably two that were indigenous that were tall, yes.
I think so.
But I didn't ask.
You know, I just thought that that was the case.
Okay, but did when you were going to go there, did they give you any kind of history or any kind of briefing to prepare you in any way?
No.
No briefings.
That's just typical of work.
No briefings.
It's just everything's normal.
And they know that it's normal for you and you don't need briefings.
The only briefings I get and debriefings I get is when I wanted here on Earth, when I want to go travel and enjoy my life, it's like real, really hell, you know.
And to the point of near the end of my time with them, not the aliens, but here, oh, can't make any phone calls, can't make any emails, can't talk to anybody anywhere.
And basically, and you're just going to have to sit and watch television for the next six months until you fill out all this paperwork to explain everything, why you went to here and there, and without proper reading out and reading in and this and that.
But then I came up with the brilliant idea: okay, you can't do that.
I mean, you're going to have to sit here for the next six months or fill out this paper, but I can't fill out the paper because I have to contact people to get information about, but I can't do that because I'm restricted.
So it's Catch 22, so I said, okay, I got an idea.
Goodbye.
And I get in my car and drive away, and that's it.
So you got fed up with the amount of security that you had to deal with, right?
That's really one of the main things was that it was, they were making some big mistakes.
They couldn't even do the security people here couldn't do their job properly, especially on the East Coast.
And I wasn't in the United States, by the way, but something in the East Coast was a woman really blundered.
And you know who you are.
Thanks a lot.
Okay.
And let me say that you did, he walked off the job.
Yeah.
Fair enough.
And so he aggravated the people that he was working for.
And then I guess you walked off.
I didn't aggravate them.
I didn't even have a chance to see if they were aggravated.
Well, I'm assuming that's an assumption that when you disappeared, that they were aggravated.
I don't know.
You don't know?
I only got an email from one of the people I worked with, actually two emails, but one from somebody who I liked a lot because he liked to collect little technology bits and store them under the floor.
You know, the floors would lift up, you know, and old bits of this and that.
And wherever you are, you sent me one email I replied to, and I remember the subject was, the truth is out there.
And that was the subject.
I replied to him, how are you?
And they never got a reply.
I couldn't contact him again.
Okay, you used to talk about that you would go into a room with somebody and cry or someone would yes, but that was a different job.
Okay, but maybe there was a misunderstanding, but I heard that that had to do with Mars.
Did it have to do with Mars?
It had to do with that we realized that we had shared a common background in work.
And he was actually my supervisor in that work.
And We cried just because it was a very we had an emotional experience.
It wasn't sadness or anything.
It was just, I guess, just a release of energy.
I see.
Okay, Robin, you wanted to ask?
I'm just wondering, is there any technology that you can comment on?
Or I mean, is there anything that stood out when you were there?
Like you mentioned your friend collecting things.
Was there anything you saw that would have been out of the ordinary for what we're accustomed to?
Please repeat the question here.
Okay, she wants to know if there was any technology that he experienced or saw while he was on Mars that was unusual for what we know now.
Something that doesn't exist here and now on Earth or didn't at the time, perhaps, and was advanced technology.
Are you able to talk about anything like that?
Generally, because, well, it's difficult to know what well, you know what life is like here on Earth, right?
I know what it's like here in LA now.
Well, I mean, you can see you've even been here for the weekend.
So was there anything knowing you watch videos, you see things on, you know, what I know you're living in another kind of society at this time, but we're talking advanced technology.
So was there any super advanced technology?
The super advanced technology is basically transparent.
I mean, you don't see it, and unless you think about it, you don't notice it.
I don't want to mention one thing that came up, and someone asked me, I played ping pong, what was it like in low gravity?
And if I answer that question, then there's going to be a lot of people going, oh, that can't be, you know.
How about a tribe?
Okay.
You used to have your ball, right?
No.
Tell us.
I have to tell you the way it is.
And the way it is, is that the gravity in my local work area was basically Earth 1G.
Well, haven't they found, this is even in space travel, that they have to have this sort of, I forget what it's called, but they have to keep the same for long term it's better, but the thing is, is that, you know, you can figure it out.
I don't have to talk about it.
Well, I'm sure that they might like to hear what your interpretation is of why they had to keep the atmosphere close enough to Earth so that people felt comfortable, is that right?
Yeah, well, Earth atmosphere is pretty normal in many worlds.
It's similar, you know, similar enough.
And the atmosphere wasn't that great.
You know, I didn't like it.
As a matter of fact, it was, now I think about it, it was quite cold.
I didn't like the cold.
Even in the workspaces, very cold.
And I would wear like stuff you'd wear in Alaska in the winter sometimes.
It was just too cold.
Some of those beings like it cold, isn't that right?
Yeah, but they have warm hearts, but yeah, it's cold.
They have warm hearts.
Okay.
Do you think that possibly your feelings about them in terms of their warm hearts might have been due to programming to make sure that you thought that?
No, it was my own personal experience.
Okay.
And no, I mean, I've had, I mean, I just wish everyone would become an alien like those aliens and live that way.
We'd have a really nice situation here.
People need to learn to not worry and I have a little bit more sense of humor like Sean or something like that.
Did any of those beings ever come back with you or did any of them travel through that time corridor and join you and work on this side?
Oh, it worked on both sides, but generally, well, the beings are, like I said, I don't identify them as being different from me.
So as far as coming as far as commuting between there and here, I was always doing that on my own.
I understand.
But what I meant is that obviously you're going back and forth.
Did you ever see certain ones that you saw on Mars coming over to work with you here?
One, only one.
I remember.
Was it a tall being or not?
No, he was actually short and didn't have that much hair on his head, like Dan Bender.
Yeah.
And no, but he was actually one of the people that kind of sat at, kind of guided the meetings, so to speak.
Okay, and if I were to ask you about certain planets, for example, I'd like to tell you what organization he worked with the most here, but I can't do that.
That would be wrong.
Okay.
Can I ask you, was he an Andromedan?
I don't know.
No, I can tell you he wasn't an Andromedan.
Okay.
If I was to go through a list, would you be able to say he was any of those things?
Like a yes, could we play deep throat?
Actually, we have played deep throat with Henry Deacon a lot in the past, which is where we would ask questions and then wait to see if we could get an answer, a yes, no, or no comment.
That was in 2006 or something?
Yeah, many years ago.
Okay, actually, I don't have any other questions unless I'm missing some that weren't asked.
Two people.
Oh, okay.
Now we're doing by hands.
We could do that.
Okay, go ahead.
Actually, it was a woman behind you.
I'm sorry.
Other people go first.
Because she was behind you.
I'm sorry.
Yeah, she's right behind you.
That's why.
You'll get.
It's hard to.
Yes, you.
You.
Yes.
Did you ever establish a relationship with anyone that you were working with off-planet?
You mean related to this particular team during that time?
Any particular team and any particular thought?
Okay, she wants to know if he ever developed a relationship with any of the people or beings he worked with during that time off-planet, I assume you mean, or off-planet?
And did you mean another, not an Earth being?
Exactly.
So a non-terrestrial?
Not during the time and space, space-time or whatever that I was working for any, working with any group here on Earth.
But otherwise, yes, but not during the time I was working or employed.
Could we be privy to how that relationship manifested?
She would like to know how that man, could we be privy to how that relationship manifested?
I don't know how it began.
I don't remember right now.
I don't remember right now.
I'd have to spend time thinking about that.
It just formed.
All right.
Do you want to describe that being at all?
Oh, I thought she is.
A being?
Yes, she was.
You answered the question saying you developed a relationship with another being, a non-terrestrial, we're assuming, since that is the question.
And then whether or not you're just wanted to describe that being, you don't want to describe that.
This doesn't tie in with anything related to anything I've actually relationships with off-planet beings does relate very closely to our subject matter.
You know, this reminds me of when I was called into a small skiff, a secure room, and the people at the desk representing different organizations here on Earth call me in one time and they had a big sheet of paper stacked out printout from a computer or whatever.
And basically, I was looking at it while one guy says, you know, what were you doing with that 19-year-old woman in that motel on the beach?
Oh, this is going to ruin all my relationships.
And it's like, why are you asking me?
Did you have sex with that woman?
No, I did not have sex with that woman.
And one person went, and the rest were very serious, you know.
But then I looked at the papers, and of course, no surprise to any of you, it had everything listed that I did for every moment, every second, for forever, you know.
Okay, I think she was just curious.
In fact, one of the audience members that was.
Okay, go ahead.
Yes.
Okay, Faggie.
Are you familiar when I speak of the five-sided pyramid in Sedona?
Are you familiar with the five-sided pyramid in Sedona?
On Mars.
On Mars?
Yes, yes, yes.
The DNM, I think.
Yes.
Have you ever been there?
In a normal sense, no.
I'm curious the problem.
I know it's a library.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay, so she was asking about the five-sided pyramid on Sidonia in Mars, and she believes that it's a library, and she was asking if he had been there.
This is designated as the DNM pyramid.
Richard?
Yeah.
Okay, in the back there, the woman.
It's hard to see.
As far as you know, what is the overall agenda as Mars, the beings men within Mars have or vice versa?
The agenda?
The orient is one that you should appreciate and be thankful for, and that is that they care very much about making sure that things, life here improves and grows and things become better.
And to the degree without intervening too much, kind of like Star Trek, don't interfere, but if it's way out of hand, kind of try and dampen the damage that children do by crossing the streets without looking and not wearing your seatbelt or smoking too much marijuana at conferences.
Okay.
But in the early days when you reported to Camelot, you did talk a lot about future scenarios in which one should do things like prepare for an EMP.
Well, yeah, there are things that may not be prevented, like an electromagnetic pulse.
I'm not in the decision-making tree now, but an EMP shouldn't be, I don't like that even being put out in the ether, in the net, or on TV.
It makes me cringe.
Electromagnetic pulse.
Well, it's in the news right now.
Anyway, I won't describe it.
You look it up because I'd rather not talk about it.
But I'm not worried about nuclear weapons or nuclear war.
I thought I'd mention this, that, and physicists should know this, or people who've studied science.
You can neutralize, you can neutralize radioactive waste, you can neutralize radioactive elements or reduce their ability.
Okay, you can speed up the decay rate to where they don't do the job.
And one way is to bombard them or put them in a neutron, a highly dense neutron field.
Neutrons.
Neutron bombardment of radioactive materials increases their decay rate, which means that they are not so radioactive for so long.
Thank you.
What's the point?
The point?
I'm referring to, for instance?
Huh?
And there's other ways.
Yeah, there are other ways, but what is the word?
Well, they relate to time travel.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you want to share how these other ways relate to time travel?
In other words, could you put it actually the same thing?
It's doing it.
It's one approach to it.
Patterson did it live on ABC in 1995.
He showed how you could reduce uranium-235, which has a half-life of 10 million years, get rid of half of it in 20 minutes by accelerating the decay rate through a torsion field.
Yeah, so anyway, there are different ways to, either locally or remotely, he said through a torsion field, and I knew you were going to say torsion field, but then that's how does that work and everything.
But thank you.
Using torsion fields, that also relates to a way of shortening or lengthening time, space-time, as well.
You also said recently when you leave Earth that time is different in different planets slightly.
Why is that?
The calendars and the rotational periods of the planets and or are you talking about time in the sense of it feels different or dilates different?
There's different masses and there's all kinds of variables that affect that.
Many different variables.
Also, space isn't just warped like you saw in the photograph.
It's also twisted as well in different dimensions.
Folded.
Folded, twisted.
Use your mind, warp your mind a little bit, but not at the conference.
Yes, mutilated, yeah.
Anyway, I don't know.
Okay, I was recently told, and you don't have to answer this question if you don't want, but I was recently told by another person, another whistleblower, that the sun, that they were holding meetings inside the sun.
I don't know who you talked to, but it sounds madness, but I would say that every fixed star has planets, and on basically all those planets, there is sentient life, including the star or the sun.
Yes.
Well, we're part of the same family, extended family.
Why do they want to eliminate two-thirds of the human race then here on Earth that we're so much part of the same human family?
I don't know those people.
You don't want to do that.
Did you work for that?
I mean, I've read reports about that, like the report from Iron Mountain talks about different things, but that was during a different work completely.
It wasn't related to the meetings in Mars.
Yeah, not related to the off-world type stuff.
Okay.
It was related more to military type work.
Did the Martians see Earth from their population?
Some, yeah.
Some of them have beards here and things like that.
Yeah, it's true, though.
I mean, yeah, there's a lot of seeding here of people from Mars.
But the original Earth population, was that the world?
No, no, no, no.
What was that?
Where was that?
Where did we come from?
Most of the Earth, humanoid beings.
The most, like I said, I think I said earlier, most of the people here are from ancestry from other worlds and mixed, all mixed now.
There's a very small percentage of Aborigines, at least extending back.
Some of them almost completely extinct now, you know.
But I enjoy living with some of them.
Okay, can I get the time?
Does anyone have the time?
So.
Okay, so we're about a half hour over.
Okay, is there anything that you'd like to share while you've got these remaining few minutes here?
Because we probably should let Preston do his presentation.
No, this can go on and on and on.
If you can catch me at some way or something, all I can say is don't worry, be happy.
No.
No, don't worry.
And really, really, really, whatever it is that you want, you know, focus on that.
What is it you really want?
Focus on that.
And cut the fear stuff, really, because that's just, that's, it'll bring you what, it'll bring you the, it can bring you some uncomfortable situations.
Maybe you want to enjoy experiencing them.
I don't know.
I know I've had some non-experiences I don't enjoy, especially arriving at the LA airport, you know.
Boy, it took longer to get through from the jet landing to the front gate than it did to go halfway across the ocean, you know.
Really?
Yeah, and welcome home.
Why have you been gone so long?
Thank you.
Okay, Richard.
The purpose of these meetings and these vehicles.
No, meetings.
If the purpose of the meetings and these beings, these people, this extended family getting together regularly on Mars is to help the advancement of this culture, this civilization.
Why are they keeping it secret?
The purpose is not being kept secret.
I don't know.
That's not the secret.
Those aren't the secrets.
There has to be some.
I don't know.
It's not something that I've been thinking about.
I can actually jump in here.
I don't know.
That's not my area.
Well, actually, you've made some very strong statements in the past to us about the defense of Earth and making sure that humanity prevails.
Yeah.
So it is partially that.
But that doesn't directly directly answer.
directly but but in a certain sense why is secrecy exists about the secret space program in essence and the secret space program keeps secrets in part to project protect their dominion over whether secrecy on the from governmental agencies and
There's a lack of trust between even the CIA and the NSA and the Homeland Security and stuff like that.
They don't want each other to know too much about each other because then they lose money and this and that and they lose their jobs.
But we're also talking about countries that shouldn't know.
In other words, certain countries that were involved in the program you were involved in didn't involve other countries that aren't supposed to know their secrets, right?
Well, it wasn't their decision, I guess.
Those decisions as to who knows and who doesn't know weren't made by the individual countries, that's for sure.
Who did make them?
Are you at liberty to say?
Only up to a certain level, I can say.
Okay, would any of those tall beings have been involved in making some of those decisions?
Well, involved, yes.
But only involved a small, I mean, percentage-wise, there's a lot more decision being made.
This, oh, I don't know what's going on.
Okay, okay.
You know, I want to be very careful because I don't want to get him in worse danger than he already is.
So.
I don't know why I'm here now, except I know why they haven't.
You were sent here because this is an important historical event.
No, you'd think that I'm supposed to wear body armor or something like that.
But then I thought, this is stupid, you know, because there is a lot of protection for people around, a lot of help.
It pops out of nowhere, and it's always that way when it's needed.
But otherwise, they stay behind scenes.
Okay, and they're here with us now, right?
So we're good.
Thank you very much, everyone.
I'd like you to thank him for his service to humanity.
