So what can I say about you, Peter, other than, you know, he has worked in the, well, he's been a spy.
I think I can say that freely.
He's written a book.
In fact, it's here.
Which one is it?
Oh, Secret Life of a Spook, he calls it.
And I've read it.
It's wonderful and fascinating.
And I have to say, you know, there's a lot of nuance to it.
Peter is an interesting guy.
He's kind of like a magician and a Merlin type of character because when he says one thing, it's got a lot of levels.
So I encourage you to listen carefully to what he says.
He's a very warm-hearted guy.
He's also got a lot of, as I say, nuance and sort of twists.
He's got a sense of humor.
There's also humor in when he's talking.
If you don't pay attention, you might misunderstand or misinterpret or not even get what he just said.
You know what I mean?
So listen carefully.
If you read his books, read carefully.
One of them I still want to read, which is The Welsh Triangle, so I should be getting a copy of that book.
So it's just a, you know, it's a joy to have him here as always.
Got no idea what he's going to talk about today.
So that'll be a revelation to me as well.

This lecture should change your life.

I sent an email to all the other speakers, including Simon Parks, about what I would cover, to which he replied, Bloody hell, Peter!
You've left nothing for me to talk about.
Now, the first thing I want to talk about is really, really critical to your very existence.
It's time.
T, time.
You take it for granted.
It's on a clock.
It's on your watch.
It governs your life.
But did you know, and you'll have to take this from me as a matter of fact, that you actually live in more than one level of time?
And this is very critical because the powers that be, the real powers that be, not the politicians, the powers behind the throne understand the nature of this art, this craft.
It's more than a science.
It's a craft.
It's an art.
On the piano over there, to which my dear friend has disclosed, could you open it for me, please?
You have...
White and black keys.
You could consider that you are living in the minor key.
if we my microphone will stretch which it may or may not or Poorly done, but anybody in the audience who has anything to do with music will understand you have octaves.
You have one note which is in sympathy to another note, but is not the same.
And this is what makes music so wonderful.
I'm an emotional guy.
I may even cry.
This is serious stuff.
This goes to the soul.
It goes to the soul.
Now, I want you to understand something.
In this very trivial diagram on the board, which I trust you can see, I want you to consider that this is the major key and this is the minor key.
This is you here.
This stuff.
And if you weigh this stuff, it will have weight, and it will have dimension, and it will have characteristics which are very well defined by science.
We've spent the last several hundred years defining this stuff, but studiously ignoring that stuff.
Because nearly everyone who has touched on the other elements, The other frequency which is near to you and in which you live also at the same moment but displaced has been denied except by the people who use it and understand how to use it including me.
I am an initiate.
I'm going to give you 72 years of my life experience in an hour and a half.
So keep up.
As they say an hour and a half, I will say this only once.
Now, I'm going to give you three examples.
A security guard doing a normal routine route around a particular industrial estate.
Did the same route every night exactly.
But then he had a flat tire and he's fixing his flat tire and he's done that and he looks up and he sees himself coming down the road which he should have been at that point in his routine.
He sees himself.
There are two of him.
One in the major key and one in the minor key.
And he perceives that.
Startled.
I'll give you another example.
very dear relative of mine it's in the book come from very old family driving down the country road high hedges in Devon nowhere to drive nowhere to go and She's driving an American friend who's over.
And they come to what is called a dip.
You know, very dangerous situations.
You get them in the neck of the woods.
There's a dip and a rise and a dip.
So vehicles can disappear into the dip.
You don't see them.
You usually look ahead.
You think it's a straight road.
You think it's a clear road.
And a tractor, they're travelling this way.
There's nowhere to go.
A tractor comes over, out of the dip, on the brow of the hill.
and car comes out On a collision course.
Overtake.
Surely instant death.
There is a flash.
The car, which was silver, now appears as a white car in front of the tractor on the correct side of the road.
The American friend is shaking.
He is absolutely shocked.
God smacked.
He has escaped death.
Both cars are travelling at 50 miles an hour, impact speed 100 miles an hour, instant death.
Something has changed.
Something somewhere turned that car from one time stream to another time stream in a flash for good purpose.
Two special people in that car, a tractor driver who would have involved, an innocent, rather foolish motorist, all benefit from that occurrence.
Guardians on your shoulder.
You have them.
You can encourage them.
What's more, you can do it yourself, once you understand the physics of the craft, the art.
Now, witches who had psychic ability in the Middle Ages knew that if they ran in a spiral, Faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster down that vortex, they on occasion could disappear into the other time stream.
Spirals, vortexes and labyrinths are key to this science.
If you go to all of the ancient monuments, you'll find this depicted clearly in glyphs, in stones, milestones which are positive.
Female stones, which are negative, positive, negative, positive, negative, positive, negative avenues, following the tracks of the energy in the earth.
Because the earth has neurological sensibility and energy.
It's not just a lump of rock.
It's not just something that happened accidentally by molecules aggregating together in a vortex and producing a planet.
It has life.
Now I'm going to come back to this in a minute, but I want to come to another factor here, which I'm moving on to the second subject, because I can't dwell on anything too long.
The cosmos, as you look out, is infinite.
The further you look, the more you see.
The greater the power of your telescope, in whatever range of frequency, the more you see.
Millions of galaxies containing billions of stars.
Replicated in you to a degree by the number of cells in your body.
You have sitting there, any one of you, about three trillion brain cells.
So a number almost impossible.
To imagine.
If you imagine the grains of sand on a large beach, it still would not be three trillion.
You are sitting there with that capacity of computing, energy, and consciousness built into you by the DNA that created your biological body, which is the one that you are familiar with mostly,
which is the one that you are told about, And the one that is controlled by the society in which you grew up, whether it be Asia, Russia, America, South America, you will have a cultural concept of who you are.
Sometimes it will be historical, sometimes it will be well manipulated, rather like the old sketch, I look down on him and he looks up to me and I know my place.
You remember the sketch, Monty Python.
I will be talking, that's quite a lot of this lecture, to the camera, so don't take anything personally, because my imprint or footprint on the web is about 30,000.
So there's 110 people in this room, that's the fire regulation on the room, it's under 150, we're not on television directly, we're not brooding the OSA.
But some things are so far above the OSA, the Official Secrets Act, that they are not classified.
Because once you classify it, you put it in the system.
And it can be found by hackers who you try to prosecute on some spurious charge.
And there are people, like me, who don't have to sign the Official Secrets Act because we are not in the system.
We are outside of the system.
We do the things, or we did the things, that we, as a nation, were not supposed to do.
That we would deny, politically, as being unethical, incorrect, and certainly not democratic.
You have the wonderful illusion that you live in a democracy!
Don't all laugh at the same time.
And the Americans should laugh even louder.
I love Americans.
I've worked in America three times.
I have a lot of American friends.
I think they're great people.
I also have to say that I have a few Russian friends.
Because in the days when I was doing certain things, certain things were spoken about on the telephone.
Why send over a U2 when you can tell somebody on the telephone what's going to happen?
It saves a lot of gas on the aeroplane.
It saves a lot of misunderstanding.
But you live in a world of misunderstanding, of orchestrated illusion.
Be afraid of this.
Or be afraid of that.
Or suddenly Kim's a nice guy.
What happened there?
Well, his nuclear mountain imploded, didn't it?
I wonder how that happened.
So he's giving away a nuclear arsenal which no longer exists.
He's a poker player.
He's got a dud hand.
He's playing a bluff.
And we're happy to accept it, aren't we?
Peace prevails.
But hang on.
We need a new enemy.
Something else to be afraid of.
From which you need to be defended.
And to be defended by armaments and ships and people like me.
Because you would be destroyed if they did not exist.
I don't think so.
It just keeps a lot of people employed, creates a lot of tax, and keeps the same old machinery going, doesn't it?
And 98% of people buy this garbage on a year-to-year basis.
They lap it up.
They think that, you know, China is about to invade America, when in fact China's best customer is America.
Would Marks and Spencers go out and shoot all its customers at the door?
I don't think so.
Try to use the little grey cells.
Try to think, why am I being told this story?
And I'll tell you about intelligence in a minute.
Intelligence is about Russian dolls.

And you're told story A. And it falls.
It fails.
It gets blown away.
So you then discover story B. And you have the real truth.
Not.
Until eventually you might find story C. Which is near the truth, but not precise.
This is called a snow job.
That's an official term, a snow job.
Whenever anything really serious goes over the wall, one of my jobs was seeing what went over the wall, you get a snow job.
And a snow job constitutes usually a story similar to the facts that have escaped, but is suitably flawed so that it can then be shot down after a week or two by the mainstream media.
The classic one, which you, as UFO buffs, would remember, was the Santilli autopsy alien film.
I've met Santilli, discussed it with it, saying no more.
It was obviously a fake.
It was a fake because the clock on the wall was manufactured after the date of the event.
But it was on the wall deliberately to show that it was a fake.
So that you would look at the Santilli film and say, it's all fake.
And they had to get some poor dwarf Godava from Mexico and do dreadful things to it and call it a female.
But it was a fake.
The real thing did happen.
Kongso, the day after Oswald.
It's absolutely on the money.
Get the book.
Why would a man who had the highest level of security clearance in the United States, way above the president, tell a story if it was not absolutely true?
And people say, oh, he made it up.
Why would he make it up?
He had an eminent reputation, an eminent career.
Why would he damage that career?
Because he was ethical.
Because he thought you would know that it was the truth.
A few good men and women in this world know the truth.
The authorities consider that you can't handle the truth.
I think you can.
Now, let's move back to my list because I tend to diversify.
Right.

See, it's in invisible ink.
You will notice, if you look at any plan or depiction of the cosmos, as far as we can see, and indeed the galaxy, the Milky Way galaxy, that it looks more like an organism.
It does not look like a crystal.
It does not look like a blob of lava.
It does not look like a big bang, which would be radiant from a single point and equidistant, would it not?
It would be even, roughly.
It looks like Birkeland currents, communication, things you would find in a single living cell having individual function pertaining to the life of that cell.
It lives.
It knows.
And every one of you are part of it.
Every one of you are part of it.
And in its strange machinations and experiments and concoctions, it plays with itself.
It plays with imagination, drama, curiosity, like my cat.
My cat knows what I'm going to do before I know what I'm going to do.
I'm going to walk to the library.
She's already there.
I go to the kitchen.
She's sitting by a bowl.
Why else would I go to the kitchen?
Cats are very intelligent.
The cosmos never came from Big Bang.
Anybody who thinks that Big Bang, God farted and we have the cosmos, is an idiot.

The concept, the kind of obsession with life and death.
Four score years and ten.
You live and you die!
And of course, in the course of living and dying, you recite the creed, the doctrine.
You give away your freedom.
You give away your spirituality.
You have a mentor.
You have a conduit.
You have a man who is going to be your communication to God.
Because you can't do it.
Oh, yes, you can.
Because you are what people call God, Allah, Buddha.
Krishna, any word, it doesn't matter which culture, the concept is the same, the cosmic energy, the intelligence, the sensitivity, the emotion, the communication, that you are denied by evil men who seek to confuse you with illusion, smoke and mirrors, invented history, in which people die.
9-11, 3,800 people died.
Wasn't the full complement of the building, which was over 10,000, because most of them got noticed and said, don't come into work that day.
And certain people with a certain eastern disposition, got to be careful here, were jumping up and down on a van on the other side of the river, checking their focal point, checking their pan, and went on.

The new Pearl Harbor, which allowed America to bring in certain essential security measures to defend itself against a man in a cave in the Afghan hills with 49 telephones.
Mobile telephones that you can track from satellites were within one metre, but the CIA couldn't find him.

They couldn't find him.
But they might know where the cave was because they'd given him £13 million to organise the resistance of the Russians previously because he was their station chief in Afghanistan.
Wasn't he?
And he was visited by the station chief in Saudi Arabia when he was in Dubai on a dialysis machine.

And he died!
He didn't know what he signed up to, but they looked after his relatives for a while.
And then he had to be resurrected when there was a publicity, kneed and shot all over again.
A SEAL Team 6 forked their pathway past house servants and defenseless women and shot him dead, denying any possible intelligence as to what this key man might have known.
Because it wasn't the key man, was it?
It was one of his brothers.
And he was so disfigured that they had to produce pictures that were nothing like the original, because there's biometrics these days.

Now, I want to talk to you about life and death.
This affects you, you, you, you and you, every one of you.
You are living in a biological body, which, in this room, I'm 72, some people here will be slightly older than me, a lot of people here will be a lot younger than me.
You think that's you, don't you?
Well, I don't know.
It's a bit of you, isn't it?
It's a bit of you.
is part of you is one It is one trail, as we said here.
That's what it really looks like, but we won't confuse it.
Now, just before we leave that point, I want you to make an even other point.
This is very, very relevant to what we're talking about.
There's another timeline that is going up here.
These are deliberately spiralled.
In the old 19th century Victorian days, in general inaccurate terms, the minor key would be called physical, the major key would be called astral, and the one that goes off here would be called etheric.
It's very inaccurate because they're all etheric, but they're at different frequencies.
We're back to music.
If you understand music, you understand the universe.
A musician knows more about the universe than an astrophysicist.
Really, really, they do.
If you can translate music, and if you can see music as it displays on a board, a metal board with dust particles on it, and the beautiful patterns that it makes, you will understand the structure of sound.
In Egypt, you'll find objects of incredible accuracy.
Some of them were machined, some of them were chiseled, particularly the later ones.
Some of them were, how can I put it, moulded, cast, erased, like a sculpture.
You know, like, I had a good friend who was a brilliant sculptor.
He would take a block of...
And he would produce the most incredible, say, horse's head.
Very lifelike, even down to the veins.
And if you could do that energetically, can you consider that you could create in Egypt surfaces that are within a thou or two as an imperial?
Thaw or two of flatness.
You couldn't possibly chisel that, could you?
You couldn't possibly grind that, even with a boron drill.
You couldn't grind to that accuracy.
And you, how the hell, in a sarcophaga of cut out inside of one piece of rock, can you curve the inside bevel?
How could you do that?
Explain it to me.
Only with very advanced concept of religion.
So let's touch on that, check my list.
What's all this megalithic stuff about?
What you have is structures in various parts of the world, lots of the world, because it's pandemic, it's all over, which date to a very, very early age.
Way beyond dynastic Egypt.

When I gave you the example, and I only gave you two, I should have given you three, but never mind, let's move on, of the transition of physicality into the next octave, or again further afield, I was demonstrating to you that this stuff, physical stuff, is nothing more than empty space.
The distance between atoms is equivalent to the distance between stars.
Most of what you are sitting in there calling your physical bodies is completely empty, including several heads out there called the mainstream media.
I digress.
I used to work for the BBC once.
I wrote stories for the BBC once.
They said, we've got two minutes.
Peter, write us a two-minute story.
Spread, spread.
It goes out as news, doesn't it?
It's on television?
It's correct.
If it wasn't correct, it wouldn't be on television, would it?
Would they lie?

I want you to consider...
I love factual stories.
I employed a girl once.
She was from Yorkshire on the coast.
Her father was a fisherman.
He would go away.

And due to the tide, which you have to work with the tide, he would come home in the early hours, stomp upstairs, well, quietly, but it was in the olden, you know, it was the 1930s, and creak a bit, and plonk down his rucksack, Get into bed.
Dad's home.
Dad had just been drowned at sea.

He was physical enough in that moment of recent death to creak the stairs and be in his clothes.

Perfectly timed.
And come into the major key again.

I'm pointing out to you, again, I'll give you another story.
Personal story of a relative of mine.
Dad.
He's in hospital.
Seriously ill.
Not now, some time ago.
And three days before the actual passing, he's seen walking across the back garden.

Dad had left his body, his physical body, in hospital and taken his other body and walked back to his favourite garden.

In a Kirlian photograph where you take a leaf and you tear out that bit there, you've taken a Kirlian photograph And you've seen all the energy points coming off here.
And then you tear a bit out.
And you take the photograph again.
The same shape appears.
The electrostatic discharge from the leaf is exactly the same as when the leaf was complete.

Why do I wear two watches?
I've had the question asked before.
Think about it.
I live in two spheres.
Another person I know travels from London deep into the West Country and gets there in three hours.
I drive at reasonable speed, no more than 80. I get there in five hours.
How does she do that?
She says, well, it's in my time.
It's in my time.
I pointed out to her that it was impossible.
She said, damn it, you've spoiled it.
You've told me that I can't do it.
Because this is the secret.
If you think you can't do it, you can't do it!
When Uri Geller was bending spoons, I've met Uri Geller.
And at the University of London, they took 150 children under the age of six, and they said, bend spoons!

Under laboratory conditions, because they knew they could bend spoons.
But as soon as they get basically beyond the age of six, when we educate them, and they are told, you can't bend spoons, you can't do it.
So you're creating your own parameters, both positively and negatively.
If you don't think you can swim the channel, you will never swim the channel.

But if you think you can swim in the channel, there's some idiot trying to swim in the Pacific right now, would you believe?
I mean, it's a bit of a pointless task, isn't it?
Perhaps he's trying to prove it's a flat earth.
So, you should laugh more, you know.
I mean, I deal with very serious shit, and I can laugh.
I can only get through life by laughing at the serious shit.
And it's all in the books, well, some of it.
I was dealing with serious shit in the last half of an hour, in the last 24 hours.
Very serious shit.
Which is why I was late.
Now, I'm trying to tell you, and I'm going to give you a clue now.
When you biologically die, you have to know how to navigate, otherwise you'll be lost.
You're a cork on the tide.
You navigate by associating with where you want to go.
You think of where you want to go, and you visualize it, and you are there.
With a bit of a whoosh, it's a little bit of a whoosh.
When you physically die, you have to have a very strong concept of where you want to go.
Do you want to stay here?
Do you want to stay in your garden?
Do you want to go to Egypt?
Do you want to be born on the other side of the world?
Do you want to be a penguin?
What do you want to do?
Otherwise, you are just cannon fodder.
You are just going to drift around.
If you're really disturbed, you'll be a poltergeist.
Or if you're stuck at a particular location, you'll be a ghost, the grey lady who walks across the gallery.
She's stuck.
She's in a loop.
She's in 1543 and 1543 and 1543.
She can't get out of 1543.
And if you tune into her angle, I grew up near a castle.
I had a real castle.
It was bloody two acres.
I didn't have toys.
I had real castles.
And we had a grey lady.
She would appear.
Scare the shit out of people.
And if you could tune into her, you would see her world.
The old houses.
And the smithy.
And the smell.
That was her world.
She was still in it.
She was in a loop.
She was happy in a loop.
Unfortunately, loops are usually associated with difficult circumstances.
They're usually tragedies.
They're difficult.
You know, you can try to rescue souls who are in loops.
It's quite a tricky business because you become very emotional.
You see, if I pick up an event, I feel...
I can smell the sea.
That's how remote viewing works.
If you want a remote view, you pick a target and the first thing you want to decide is what does it smell like?
Because that is one of your basic functions.
What does it feel like?
What is the texture of it?
What is the temperature?
Is it light?
Is it dark?
Don't worry about is it, you know, the Eiffel Tower or the Kremlin or the White House.
Go for the basic functions.
If you are near to death, or you've taken very serious drugs, which I hope you don't, you might be catatonic, you might be lying there, you can't see, you can't move, well actually you can see, but you can't make any communication.
I was in hospital the other day, and there was a girl brought in, and they said she's got no response, she's not responding at all, nothing.
But she can hear, she can see, she can respond.
And the most likely response is blinking.
If you ask them to blink, stroke patients, get them to blink.
Everybody can blink.
Animals can blink.
I blink at my cats, they blink back at me, they even wink at me.
Fundamentals.
Think of fundamentals.
Every one of you will lose your biological body at some point within the next hundred years or whatever.
You know how to navigate now.
You have to feel where you want to be, who you want to be with.
Families, friends, associations tend to group together.
They tend to reincarnate.

Your government hides more fuck-ups than it does state, you know, and then it publishes figures.
Or better still, it holds a public inquiry.

Okay, who are ETs?
ETs come partly from out there and in here.
We're talking about frequencies.
