You've had a lot to take in this weekend.
It's been a lot for me to take in.
I've learned things as well as you.
What I'm going to try to do in this limited amount of time is put it together.
So I'm not going to deal with the individual items that were referred to by the other presenters, but you might see that...
Now what I want to try and do is bring this into the contemporary time of now!
That's to wake you up.
Now.
I use these tricks.
This room last year I sealed psychically and it has now been re-engaged.
It is now a sealed space.
No more interference will be coming into this room for the next two hours.
No.
I'm half Palladium as you know.
Some of you here are half or other or greater or lesser or whatever and all of you are part of world as indeed is the whole Of the human race.
You have 23 chromosomes.
You are part of the primate, as indeed am I. I can monkey around with the best of them.
But you are also special, unique.
It's why you are so highly valued.
And my mission, It's trying to enhance your abilities and your understanding and your futures and your influence both here as people and through the medium of electronics in whatever form it might be to help this beautiful world.
and To which I have been only three times.
This is the third.
It's not the last.
I'm 71. I've got some time left.
I will use it wisely.
I take risk.

I believe.
In this country.
I believe it is one of the most noble, ethical and oldest cultures in the entire world.
And it is our duty to share, not to dominate, that with the rest of humanity as best we can, without any arrogance, but knowing that we have a lot to give.
Excuse me for being emotional.
I will try to get my emotions under control.
Right, now.
First of all, let's deal with what is reality.
You are sitting there in containers, bodies, biological mechanisms.
Some of them are enhanced.
Most of them are simply basic biological tools.
Which when you were born, or even before you were born, from a fetal state, you learned to control.
Some of you learned them to control better than others.
My mission is to teach you to disagree how you can control them better than others.
Because the energy of your soul and your mind and your spirit is superior to this stuff.
Matter, 3D, dimensional atoms, subatomic particles.
All the things that physical science deals with, that I used to chase misons at Birmingham University for CERN when we were not looking for, nice and sweet to the Americans, god particles.
They're always looking for a god particle, aren't they?
The ultimate weapon of power.
If you can find a god particle, you might be able to control the world.
Why didn't they try controlling themselves?
Because controlling yourself is the main purpose of your life here.
This is a prison planet.
You were in a ball stall.
You were in a college.
You were in a university.
It's the toughest college for several light years around.
You've only come here because you must learn.
This is your end time to learn.
This is examinations.
This is GCE.
This is PhD.
This is it.
This is your opportunity.
This is your opportunity to make a huge difference to you, your family and your world.
And I will try to help you do that as best I can.
Now, a few basic things.
Here's the matter that you can see around this room.
But a lot of you here can also see elements of aether or spirit.
You can see auras.
You can see things beyond the physical dimension.
And why should I refer, and remind me if I do not refer to it, to the many mechanisms that my colleague Hugh before referred to in the former civilizations that addressed much of that, not so much the physical stuff.
It's about resonance.
It's about frequency.
There's a piano over there.
It has keys.
It has octaves.
You are in one octave.
There's an octave below you.
There is an octave above you.
And there's an octave above that.
Higher, lower frequencies.
And as you get into the higher, more energetic frequencies, they control everything below those frequencies.
The more powerful shortwave planets and star systems in their life control the darker, lower, more orange sectors because they have greater energy.
Your aura, if you measure it on a PIP, Harry Oldfield system, which I encourage you to research as opposed to the American aura camera, which is a bit of a, we won't say it, If you beef yourself up, if you psych yourself up, if you breathe, if you increase the energy, you can increase that energy considerably.
You can increase the voltage.
Why do you not shock everybody when you shake their hands, although some people do?
It's because the ampage is quite small, but the actual electrostatic voltage is very high.
When you get out of your car and you shut the door, you get a ping.
Don't you?
Because the car has picked up a static charge and you at that moment discharge it.
But when they lower a technician onto a high-tension power line from a helicopter and the power line is at 400,000 volts and he is wearing a metal suit, he doesn't actually get electrocuted because he is not earthed.
If he was earthed, he would be toast.
It's the same reason why the pigeons, when they land on the lines, feel virtually no effect.
So you are not aware of your voltage because you are not discharging that voltage because you are contained within that auric field personally.
It remains basically with you.
Unless you are being milked, like milch cows, it is a proper term, M-I-L-C-H, when somebody or something is using you as batteries.
Matrix?
Doesn't have to do with wires and things plugged in the back of the neck, is it?
That's just an analogy.
It's a cartoon.
It's a story.
And as has been indicated, many of these films and television concepts are giving you clues, giving you real things that are either deliberate or have come out of the subconscious of the writer because ultimately you know these things.
You are using 10% if you're lucky of your cranial ability.
You have over 3 trillion brain cells.
And ants will get from down there to up here and navigate back again on a hundred neurons.
So why are you so slow?
I'm talking to the world.
I'm not talking to you people in this room.
I'm not insulting you deliberately.
You do a good job yourself.
You are brilliant.
Act like brilliant.
Back to the script.
Other things have auras.
That has an aura.
It's many millions of years old.
It has a lot of information in it.
I'm drawing on it right now.
And other entities and other civilizations know the value of crystal memory.
In your computers you use quartz crystals.
It should not be unnatural for you to consider that, that a computer is using a crystal.
A laser.
In the early ones, the ruby ones used crystals.
Crystals are matrices of molecules which are very, very powerful and have a lot of computing power.
They have a lot of memory.
So things have fields as well as you, biological animals.
And I'm using that to refer to your container, not to your soul.
Your soul is much higher than the animal in which it is confined for 80 to 100 years or whatever at the present time.
Used to be less.
People in the middle ages made 46, 48 years old if they were lucky.
People in olden times made hundreds of years if they were in members of the royal house and did all the right things.
And then as time came forward, the age of longevity reduced.
And then after the Middle Ages, it's now increased.
So you're now expected to live 86 years, 100 years.
My boss just died at nearly 100, which is not old for us.
I feel you I'm not just here to give you information.
You can do that.
The web, the internet, books.
Please research everything.
You know, there's so much to learn.
So much wonderful stuff.
Music, art, culture.
You have a beautiful civilization.
Do not destroy it.
I'm talking to the camera.
Selfish.
Self-serving, pathetic egos in this world who have nothing better to do than protect their pathetic piece of territory that they have carved out by mostly corrupt means, try to contain you, distract you, and suppress you in order that they remain the chicken on the top of the dung heap.
You are quite capable of ignoring that control, of overriding those influences.
No matter how they come to you, television, the internet, advertising, political theories, mostly hypotheses, you make up your own mind in your heart, in your spirit.
In here are friends.
Friends of each other, friends of mine, who I've only met once or twice.
Colleagues.
People I recognize from previous lives who have come back to help to stand up as you must now, as some of you have already done.
And some of us, and some of us of my colleagues in the past have paid the price.
But death is no problem.
Death is nothing to fear.
I have known people intimate to me who have died clinically, flatlined three times, and if anything, cried upon their return because some bloody doctor brought them back with a machine.
They didn't want to come back, although some of them needed to come back.
Death is nothing.
It's a transition.
It's like changing from one tube line to the next.
You should never fear death.
Death is not death.
It is a transition from one frequency to another.
When you leave your body, a few grams, measured scientifically, leaves that container and moves into another domain.
Let's talk about that other domain or domains.
Because like on the piano and the different keys on the piano, you will then be in a different strata of reality.
And that strata of reality, like with octaves, overlaps on that end and beginning note, so that some people, when they physically die, remain around, as it was mentioned in the last weekend, attached to a house, a relationship, a piece of furniture, a crystal, or whatever.
They can accidentally be attached to it, or they can choose to be attached to it.
When you die, you must learn to navigate.
And you navigate by imagining where you should be, where you need to be, and you'll be there with a sort of a whoosh.
I've spoken to people who've done this, who've actually physically died, been in an after-death experience, and then came back and related how it is.
They go down the tunnel, they change the frequency, they meet the guy, they meet their relative, and then there is a discussion as to whether they come back or whether they go forward.
Some of them are encouraged to come back.
Some of them are needed.
We need staff.
Hello.

Don't be afraid to be an angel.

Be prepared to be counted.

Now, let's get back to the Assyric stuff for a minute.
In the immediate afterlife, there is what is affectionately termed the astral.
It's not a very accurate term, but it's kind of like purgatory.
It's kind of betwixt and between.
Where people choose to go forward or back and they can reside.
It has a strong relationship to here.
This stuff, the buildings.
It sort of surrounds like your aura.
It is kind of attached emotionally to this domain.
It is also a transitional area to the next domain, the etheric.
The first etheric, which is where I live constantly, all the time.
Apart from occupying this particular shell.
You need to get into that etheric and not get stuck in the astral.
There's a book called OASP.
O-A-S.
I can't quite spell it.
But try it.
Google will find it.
Amazon will find it.
OASP.
It was written by an American dentist.
It's in rather prosaic language.
You'll have to translate it into contemporary language.
It's in American English, but it's not biblical.
And it details how this planet, and indeed this solar system, has been overseen and governed by various individuals.
Gods, with a small g if you wish, for the last several million years.
And how that works.
And what you have is over the entire planet.
You have one god, small g.
This is a title.
We're not talking about the cosmic force here.
We're talking about a prosaic title.
And then you have demigods, small g, who have area configurations.
And then you have people under them who were originally called lords.
That's where you get the word lords, not just in British hierarchy, but it comes back.
When the Anunnaki and that level of civilization came to this solar system, you have to understand that they work a pecking order system.
They work an imperial, logical, monastic, monarchy system.
So, that's not like being a caste system in India.
It is because there is an ascension scale of ability and service.
My former relatives on the other side of my family were taken out of the French Revolution by their servants because they had treated them so well.
And they assumed a position of guardianship, which is the way any kind of authority or ownership should work.
A protective custodian attitude towards anybody or anything or any animals or any environment that is within that domain.
It's not a question of superiority.
It's not a question of dominance.
That is all about new money and people are insecure about themselves.
Back to the script.
The etheric is throughout all space and time.
Space as you know it, which you think of as an empty vacuum, is not.
It is occupied by rays.
Particles, high energy fields, rivers, and transit lines.
It is like the magnetic field, if you wish, that's holding that little orb up over there.
You can't see it, you can't smell it, but it's there.
It's demonstrating that it's working there.
And in this room, for example, there is air.
You can't see it, but if it wasn't there, you wouldn't last more than about two minutes, would you?
So the fact that you can't actually see something does not mean that it does not exist.
Equally, in these zones just beyond the physical, there are entities, creatures, thought forms that are not normally visible to your eyes and have an integrity of their own which exists.
And often live longer than you, sometimes have greater abilities than you, and can in fact manifest into physicality.
They can also manipulate physicality by making events happen, by creating weather, by creating wind, by changing temperature, by affecting your actions, by affecting the actions of animals, by giving you clues.
Romans used to sometimes divine by the action of birds.
When Claudius had an owl fall on his head and the army instantly knew that he was to be Caesar.
It was a sign.
This is not just folklore.
This is you needing to be aware.
Of what is actually going on around you, in the people sitting next to you, in the atmosphere, in the clouds, in the plasma.
You need to be aware and do not dismiss it as just because it is outside of the material world that it does not exist.
The occult world, whether it be positive or negative, has been familiar with these for many, many millennia.
And you are all practitioners of it because you are human.
Indeed, some of your pets and animals have influence to it.
Wild animals as well.
How do you think that nature co-exists in its way that it does and balances itself and defends itself and is aware of itself?
How do you think a bird flies from Africa to its nest?
Underneath my eaves, a swallow.
Every single year, the same swallow, the same nest, the navigation over thousands of miles.
Do you think they have a road map?
Do they belong to the AA?
Do they use SECNAD?
Maybe they do.
But there's something far beyond what the physicality, the boring science that you learnt in school, would try to pretend is it.
Big Bang!
Excuse me?
God farted and the universe happened?
Don't insult my intelligence.
You live in an organic energetic body called the cosmos.
It responds to you.
It is energetic.
It is fluid.
It is there.
It will be there forever.
It was there forever.
The Big Bang was invented by a Roman Catholic, I have nothing against Roman Catholics, a Roman Catholic bishop about the turn of the century and was a convenient myth based on the fact there is an ambient energy throughout the entire universe.
Well, the bits that they can see.
And they said, where did that come from?
It's just the fact that it's there.
It was always there.
It's what you call...
It's just there.
It's huge.
It's like, you know, when you have an atomic weapon and you pop it off, and out of a few grams or kilograms of material, you get this huge amount of energy, which is only a partial amount of the energy contained in that little piece of space.
It creates a huge flash, doesn't it?
Huge heat.
Huge energy, huge shockwave.
That gives you an indication of what, say for example, I take this little piece of plastic as an example.
Something that big, if it was solid, has a huge amount of energy in it.
If you take the Neolithic times, the times that Hugh was referring to, when people were dealing with rocks.
And all kinds of different kinds of structures like that.
They were tapping in to that energy.
They were finding ways of accessing that energy.
All we're left with now is the cases.
All we're left now is the basic remnants after many years of destruction and erosion and oxidation.
That give you very few clues.
But I can tell you that that civilization used a lot of sonic resonant understanding, like in an organ pipe.
When you see his reverse steps, as he called them, on the top of the chamber going down, or you go into the great gallery, or you see doorways in South America, and you will see steps.
Let's do a quick drawing of that so you understand what I mean.

It's because if there is a frequency here, when it gets to here, it gets compressed, doesn't it?
And when it gets to there, it gets compressed more.
This isn't accurate.
It's a schematic.
And that's a way of jumping up, like on a Tesla coil.
Like a coil you might find in any electronic circuit, of transforming up the frequency.
It's a way of jacking up the frequency so you can sing in the chamber, you can overtone in the chamber, you can use the human voice, your own vocal cords, which are very magical things, and you can create a vibration which you can then modify that vibration and you can then basically use that to create a
Because your mind is like the remote control on your television.
You basically have to request what the energy should do.
And if you have faith that the energy will do it, it must obey.
like the little droids the little greys the mechanisms and if you look at the old replicas You're looking at a droid.
It doesn't look like an animal, does it?
It's obviously a machine.
And alien civilizations, as you would call them, of which you are a part, use machines.
As you now are using machines very extensively for the last 150 years, starting with steam and then moving forward into electrics and then electronics, and now you're into nanoculture and all of these things that you must master.
You must not be afraid of them.
You need no fear.
You are superior to all of these machines.
When I was at Birmingham and found accidentally that I was interfacing with the KDF9 computer, I was a bit surprised.
Especially when I found I could shut the bugger down.
Yui Gallo could do the same thing.
I have an ex-wife who can't even operate a computer because she automatically shuts it down.
I don't trust the computers any more than she does.
Why am I using paper?
It don't go wrong, do it?

This is me when I was 17. Two things you should notice, two things you need to know.
I'm wearing a tie which has flying saucers on it.

And I'm wearing a badge, which is there.
which is pure gold and silver and is in this design.
Which is a sign of where I come from.
We are the superior authority.
I'm sorry, it's not to make anybody out there feel insecure.
We do have a lot more experience than some people around here.
We give up on this place sometimes.
We are in a position, I'll get back to the etheric in a minute, to change history.
Today, now, I've told you this before, can't do it by myself, you've got to do it.
I have no authority to change your history.
I only have authority to tell you how you can change your history.
Because this is your life, your planet, your time, your future, your children, your grandchildren.
You control all of that.
You might think that other people can influence you and you can be influenced only if you allow that many, many different sources of conflicting interests to influence you.
But as I tell people in this room over this weekend and individually, anything that interacts with you, you can interact back.
Take it over!
Take it over.
If something is coming into you, meet it on its own terms.
Bring your frequency and your energy up to match it.
Do not run away from the pain in your head or the whistle in your ear.
Interface with it and request it to do something.
First of all, require it to be cooperative to your standards, your ethics, your morality and where you need to be and everything that you are connected with.
You are not sheep.
You are not cattle.
You are not milk cows.
You are gods.
And in a million times, I expect every one of you to have your own planet and make a good job of it.
Because this is your school.
This is your college.
You will get there eventually, one way or another.
Otherwise, why are you bothering to be here?
Why did you bother to come here to the most excruciating, difficult planet in the entire wing of 129 that are in this world?
This is me later, when I was working for HMG, when I was trying to look after other people of HMG.
We'll cover that in a bit, but I don't want to scare you.
See, I try to influence, and the daft thing is, as I say, you keep your friends close to you, you keep your enemies closer.
I don't really have enemies, I just have people I'm for and people I'm not so for.
Now, some of you have heard dialogue which is legitimate, that there is influence or attempted influence here, and has been for a long time, from other Resonance frequencies.
You are superior to them.
You are.
The so-called reptilians, which is a bit of an urban myth, because actually reptiles don't have a lot to do with reptilians.
It's a kind of urban myth I think David Howard has quite a lot to answer for in that department.
Do have a scaly skin and a green hue sometimes.
But you can talk to them, you can reason with them, and you can work out sometimes situations that are of common interest.
It's like, for example, let's see if we can take a really difficult situation.
You take Chile, when it was under the dictator there, you don't stop diplomatic relations with Chile just because you don't agree with their policy or their politics.
Only for the media and for pathetic political reasons that people invent enemies or exaggerate enemies.
You don't exaggerate an enemy, you basically find common ground.
You try to affect their actions so that you are working, both of you, in a positive direction.
Rarely will you find an individual or a philosophy or a country or a corporation That you cannot find some common ground with.
Somewhere you can get in there and make a difference to them and to you.
You use these people to go forward.
As somebody said to me when I was very young, if you can work with people you don't like, you will do very well.
And yes, surround yourself with as many people you do like, but basically try to influence.
The negative as you see it, as much as you would influence the positive.
Right, now, let's get back to some more stuff that you're interested in.
You are within the domain of the Palladian system, which is 129, and has tried and continues to try to have a positive influence on this whole solar system.
Including stabilizing the unstable elements of it and holding down the more selfish elements, although we are not peacekeepers.
We're not going to bail you out.
We're just basically trying to point you out as to how you can take charge of your own affairs.
Because there are many people of less equality than you who would rather have you dominated by their rather boring cultures.
If you notice, and perhaps we'll get into a few things here, the cultures that come to you in IACS, identified alien craft, even if they come from parts of this planet, solar system, are relatively, what's the term, monoculture.
They tend to be very similar to each other.
Even Nordics will have the same High forehead, the blonde hair, similar uniforms.
You will notice sometimes they have a belt of a different colour, that is their rank.
You might notice that they have other little identifying tabs, but they don't have the kind of variation that you have in this room, where every single one of you is dressed differently from another.
In fact, if a girl walks into a room with another girl is wearing the same dress, it's a disaster, isn't it?
But that's not the attitude of people who are Nordics or others.
They basically do dress the same.
So you can easily identify who is who, what they do, what their responsibilities are, etc.
But that's purely visual.
Because they will be understanding each other at a telepathic level very quickly, as indeed I mostly can understand you.
They will identify that frequency.
With the same accuracy as you would identify an individual face.
Although you do have in the world statistically at least three doppelgangers who are identical to you in every respect as you sit there now.
In fact, most of you are slightly different.
I know you say the Chinese all look the same, but to the Chinese they don't.
Right.
Now, greys tend to be rather crinkled.
I'm talking about the biological greys.
They're usually rather old.
Their skin doesn't do that well.
They tend to dehydrate.
If you find they crash on the earth and they get liquid, they splash in on their bodies.
Why?
Because they don't have normal digestive systems.
They basically absorb nutrients.
They do not eat.
They do not drink.
They don't go to the loo.
They perspire and they breathe out and in.
And they use the little grey droids.
Everybody uses droids.
Who are basically no more than your little Japanese droids you see wonderfully now who run around and say, "Oh, would you like a GMT?" Everyone has dreams of super droids that are going to be better than human beings.
Don't be silly.
Any one of you in this room could outperform a droid like that.
A droid is an extraordinarily limited piece of equipment.
So limited, they have to work in groups.
You never see a single droid on a UFO, do you, in all your reports?
You show me one where there's one droid.
You won't find it, because they always have to have a backup droid to drag out the other droid when it breaks down.
It's like having a spare tire in a car.
You have a spare droid, or you have three droids, or you have eight droids if they're really thick.
Or you need to lift something heavy.
And you haven't got the right gear.
And lifting things.
They use levitation.
You know, there's levitation over there.
They use beams, which alters the frequency of gravity waves.
It becomes light, so it lifts off the ground.
Coral castle, megaliths.
How do you think?
Do you think they made all this stuff that Hugh was showing you with, you know, chisels and bronze and bits of stone?
Really?
Do you think, you know, if you're going to build a tower, do you make a point of having 60 block tons to do it with?
Please, do me a favor, use your intelligence.
You would use bricks.
We used bricks.
Where were we in the scale of technology?
We used bricks, they used 60 block tons.
And that was the little ones.
You go to Lebanon, what's it, the biggest one there, there's over 150 tons or more?
Do you think they made that on the basis you get a load of blokes with a bit of string dragging it up the hill?
Come on.
Now, the materialists or the archaeologists in the mainstream, because they can't get into this kind of area, anything being more intelligent than they are, we are the epitome that, as Bronowski would say, the Ascent of Man, we had Australius, Epithecus, and then we got him straight through, and oh, here we are, contemporary man, the pinnacle of civilization.
Really?
God wasn't doing a very good job when he decided that was the high point.
So, who else goes through here?
I commented yesterday, and I'll cover it again quickly, that the planet has a very strong field, and the field is orientated towards the North Pole and the South Pole, as you would expect.
Most bipolar fields are.
You can get a monopolar field, but basically they come in at one pole and go out the other, or go in, or do it the other way around, depending on the polarity of the day, depending on where you are in space and time.
And they transit from north to south, usually at high altitude.
It used to be the lower altitude, but they've been popped at by various governments for quite a while, including mason weapons, which fire particles at them.
And the shot that was from the space shuttle or space station at that time was a squadron being popped at from Pine Gap in Australia.
And they dodged up the way pretty quickly because they can feel the energy system firing up, so they know when it's going to pop.
If you ever try to catch a fly, you know that the fly's brain works a lot faster than yours, so you're going to catch the fly and the fly sees you doing this.
That's about the difference between that brain speed and your brain speed.
And a lot of ETs have very fast brain speed.
One of my problems is that my downloads can come in so fast that I couldn't possibly relate them to you.
I have to slow it down.
I have to go down to the speed of David Attenborough when we're looking here at the Bloover monkeys who were your ancestors.
And if I speak even slower and pause a lot, you might even understand it.
He's a lovely guy.
I know his daughter.
Now, What else should we cover?
Books, for those of you who want to go to the internet.

It is about thought forms.
Don't take the interpretations as kosher.
Principally, it is the thought form.
Go into the thought form.
It has a lot of information, like the crystals.
But the crystals will give you archive.
These will give you real time.
Somebody said that the letters ones are negative.
It's an interesting point.
Maybe they are.
This is really only up to 2001.
So all of these are positive.
I don't think there's anything negative in there.
Might be a few man-made rubbishy ones in there as well.
Don't worry about that.
You get a neutral effect.
This is the one that I wrote recently.

Way back in the early 60s, it was only in the noughties, the 2000s, that they identified that that, in fact, star does have at least two Jupiter-sized planets and two asteroid belts and probably biological life on something that is probably a bit too small for us to identify because you identify planets by occultation.
When the planet goes in front of the star, the starlight slightly dips and you can see that, especially with the kit that we have these days.
And of course, if you've got a big planet, it's easy.
If you've got a small planet, it's not so easy at all.
Especially if it's going quickly.
