| Now, you can think about 33% fewer outages. | |
| When they cause them anyway, create the fires and the reasons behind the power outages, the planned reduction of access. | |
| And I can only tell you, the power outage party, keep a notepad with you, write down the things you need. | |
| We thought we were prepared when we were in the fires of October and November of 2017. | |
