The episode of "OSL 42 - Gaetz Vs McCarthy - Battle For The Soul Of The Republican Party" discusses the ongoing struggle between Matt Gaetz and Kevin McCarthy for control of the Republican Party. Matt Gaetz is portrayed as representing the will of the Republican voters and the American people, while Kevin McCarthy is seen as representing the Republican establishment and the Democrat Party. The battle is described as a struggle session, with the odds currently favoring Kevin McCarthy but the fact that the struggle is happening at all being significant. The episode also touches on the upcoming debate between Ron DeSantis and Gavin Newsom, with Owen Schroyer predicting that DeSantis will win if he can effectively contrast California's failed state status with Florida's successful governance. Declaring the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives to be vacant.
Resolve that the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives is hereby declared to be vacant.
unidentified
Under Rule 9, a resolution offered from the floor by a member other than the majority leader or the minority leader as a question of the privileges of the House has immediate precedence only at a time designated by the chair within two legislative days after the resolution is properly noticed.
Pending that designation, the form of the resolution noticed by the gentleman from Florida will appear in the record at this point.
The chair will not at this point determine whether the resolution constitutes a question of privilege.
That determination will be made at the time designated for consideration of the resolution.
The chair will now continue his one minute speech.
So, for what purpose does the gentleman from New Jersey seek recognition?
And coincidentally, there's only two assets that we've actually ever sold, which both went for hundreds of millions of dollars more than my father had them listed for in the statement of financial condition.
And then I get to walk into court and see records where Mar-a-Lago is listed.
I remember when she was running for Attorney General in 2018, and she literally starts coming out.
Her whole platform that she raised money on was, I'm going to go after Donald Trump.
I'm going to get him.
I'm going to get his family.
I'm going to force him out of New York.
You know, and it's a travesty.
When you see the amount of buildings my father has built, he has redefined the skyline of New York City.
We employ thousands of people, and these aren't executives.
These are, you know, maids.
These are engineers.
These are security officers.
And they come in there and say, I want to take away all of his business licenses because we don't like the man.
We try and embarrass him during a presidential year.
It's election interference.
It's disgusting.
New York has the worst problems of any city, arguably in the country.
It's dirty.
It's crime-ridden.
You've got illegal immigration problems all over the place.
And this is what the Attorney General spends her time on going after a guy who has put more money and more assets and done more to shape an amazing American city than Donald Trump, all because he's a political adversary.
It's disgusting.
And to bring the family into it who had nothing to do with any of this.
I mean, Sean, this should be illegal in the United States of America.
This is what they do in communist Russia.
This is what they do in Venezuela.
You know, and it shouldn't happen.
And believe me, and I've said this to you before.
It's all coming from the top, Sean.
It's all coming from Joe Biden because they want to take out the guy who is otherwise going to beat him in 2024.
In the last five minutes, he really, you know, he pretty much said, he came out and said pretty clearly that many of the cases or many of the claims are knocked out because they fell well before the statue of limitations.
So I give the guy a lot of credit in trying to do the right thing in a few minutes.
Since the minute my father came down that escalator, they went after him.
The Washington Post, literally 10 minutes after he got the call from Hillary Clinton, when she conceded, the Washington Post said, this is when the impeachment of Donald Trump begins.
So we're not getting sabotaged today on X. That will lead me into perhaps my legal update before we get into the battle for the soul of the Republican Party.
I've got two limited signed edition, actually, one of a kind, two one-of-a-kind signed merchandise giveaways.
Well, it's $50.
The first two $50 rumble rants, you get this.
I'm going to sign it right here for you.
So Mike DiNizio, he gets the first.
I think the best way, I don't know, Mike, if you're on Twitter or if you want to send me an email, email is probably the best.

We're all caught up.
Bam.
Bam.
That's right.
Hit the follow button.
Hit the like button.
We're trying to get to 10,000 subscribers.
That was my goal, 10,000 by the end of the year.
We're not on the pace I wanted to be at.
And I'm going to be spending two months in jail coming up soon for I'm going to be the first speech prisoner in modern American history, some might argue in American history, depending on your legal breakdown of it.
So it's going to be tough to build it up to 10K when I'm in jail for my speech, but nonetheless, trying to get to 10K by the end of the year because I've got other major announcements coming as well.
I'm kind of slow dripping this because it's a process, and my first priority is always InfoWars.
But we're building some other things too.
And so just be on the lookout for more merchandise, exclusive merchandise from me, as well as just some other professional expansion endeavors from me as well.
And we have already kind of teased, we've already kind of teased some of these things.
Like I have now hired a legal team.
I have now hired a legal team thanks to your support at defendoen.com.
And I've also now hired a social media team.
Whoa, power to the people.
Power to the people.
All right.
The $250 exclusives are now done.
So I'll have to show you the other one.
We'll do it for 25 if you even want it.
I'll explain that coming up.
It's going to be kind of funny.
Uh-oh, Yusuf, though.
All right, Yusuf gets it.
So no more giveaways.
No more giveaways for the night.
No more giveaways for the night.
In fact, let me just do this right now.
If you did, so Mike Denizio, Mike Denizio, power to the people and Yusuf, I need you guys to send me an email, OwenschroyerLive at proton.me.
I'm going to put it in the chat right now.
Don't spam me, guys.
I'm going to trust you not to spam me.
OwenschroyerLive at Proton.me.
So Mike D'Anizio, send me an email so I can get you your merch, power to the people.
Send me an email so I can get you the merch.
And Yusuf, send me an email so I can get you the merch at Owenschroyer Live at Proton.me.
So we've started, I have a social media team, and I'm hiring basically a media team.
In fact, I'm just going to tease it still.
I'm going to slow roll this, but at Owenschroyer 1776, Owenschroyer Clips.
Again, this is a professional team that I've hired.
It's not me.
It's a professional team that I've hired to expand my media footprint, my digital footprint, and my professional work.
And so that's thanks to your continued financial support at Infowars.com and your support at defendowen.com.
Give, send, a go slash Owen.
But we got a lot of things in the works.
We got a lot of things in the works.
So I'm just slowly trying to build the cornerstones and the foundations here, like at rumble.com slash Owen at Owenschroyer1776 on X and a lot more to come, ladies and gentlemen.
So give it a follow at Owenschroyer1776.
And then make sure you give it a follow, rumble.com slash Owen.
Now, before we do give away this merch, it's all claimed now.
Let's just go ahead and do a legal update because there did appear to be some confusion.
Ladies and gentlemen, as of right now, 8.30 Central Time On October 2nd, 2023, I will be turning myself in to a federal corrections facility institution, a federal prison.
I will be turning myself into a federal prison on October 24th, 2023, as I was sentenced for my speech.
Now, I don't want to go into everything we've already covered.
Most of you probably already know the buildup to this, but there seemed to be some shock and confusion, and who could even blame you for that?
Yes, I am going to jail for my speech.
Yes, that is real.
That is what's happening.
Now, we have filed an appeal, and as of now, the appeal is not going to go through.
The legal battle is continuing.
If we have to take this to the Supreme Court, we will.
But that's where we're at.
So, yes, this is not, folks, as of right now, I have to turn myself in and will be turning myself in on October 24th, 2023, to send it to serve a 60-day sentence to serve a 60-day sentence.
So, they're going to have me missing Thanksgiving and they're going to have me missing Christmas.
And, you know, there's some other things going on in my personal life that it seems like they want me to miss that stuff too.
But, you know, there's certain aspects of my personal life I try to keep private.
And I could make even a bigger deal of this, but I'm not going to.
But let's just say they want me to miss some very significant things in my life.
But that's what you get.
I'm a freedom fighter.
I speak out against government corruption.
I speak out against media corruption.
I tell truth to power.
And so, of course, this is what I get.
I get censored all over the internet.
I'm one of the top five most banned men in America.
And now I'm set to be one of the first, if not only, not maybe in American history, but certainly modern American history, speech prisoners, not just political prisoner.
There's a lot of those.
The Democrats have a lot of political prisoners right now.
A speech prisoner.
I'm about to be a speech prisoner of the Biden regime and the Merrick Garland Injustice Department.
So unless the judge has a change of heart overnight and says, okay, Schroyer doesn't have to go to jail, then we'll see what happens in the appeals.
But that's my sentencing no matter what.
So they could release me on appeals.
But as of today, the government filed its motion in response to our motion for the appeal and said, nope, Schroyer doesn't get an appeal.
So we'll see what happens.
We shall see what happens.
But that's the legal update.
As other updates come, I will let you know.
Now, as far as my suit against X and the individual that is stealing my digital identity, my legal team is a little busy right now dealing with some other stuff like fighting against the killer vaccines.
But I should have an update on that by the end of the week, certainly.
But there's more work that I need to do, and there's a little more work that my legal team needs to do.
But hopefully we will have that done.
And I'll have an update for you on that by the end of the week.
Now, again, I'm not a litigious person, but it's kind of the same thing with me having to be a speech prisoner.
Like in some ways, folks, it would be easier for me to just get this out of the way and just do this and just not deal with these people and not deal with the court and not deal with the litigation.
But I have to fight this because this is a free speech issue.
And I am now going to be a political free speech prisoner.
I cannot allow that precedent to be set.
And we have to make noise if they're going to do it.
So yes, you've supported my legal effort, defendoin.com.
So we're going to move that forward.
If this has to go to the Supreme Court, so be it.
But it's the same thing with this deal on X. And this is truly unprecedented because there's not many men that are totally banned all over the internet like I am.
And then also have these impersonator accounts that are just breaking laws and breaking Twitter's policies, which somebody at Twitter, somebody at X knows this is going on.
Somebody at X knows this is going on.
It's impossible for them not to do.
I'm not going to get into the conversations I'm having with my legal team, but let's just say they know what's going on and they're letting it happen, which opens it all up.
So why am I doing this?
I'm not a litigious person.
Folks, if they can ban Owen Schroyer on the internet and then they let fake Owen Schroyer accounts operate pretending to be me and defaming me and hurting my public reputation, it could hurt my legal status.
These people could go online posting as me and make threats, say things about the judges and the attorneys and everything else, and they might think it's actually me.
So, no, this is actually a very big case.
I'm not a litigious person.
Do you really think I want to be dealing with lawyers every day?
That's my life now.
Now, thanks to your financial support at defendoen.com, that's a little bit of a relief because this stuff is not cheap.
But at least that's a little bit of a relief there that you guys are helping me with the financial aspect of this.
But do you really think I want to be dealing with lawyers every day?
No, of course not.
I got more important things to do.
But this is important, and that's why I'm doing it.
We cannot let individuals get banned on the internet and then have other people steal their digital identity and defame them and hurt their public reputation and potentially even hurt them legally.
So this is an unprecedented case, and we're really trying to decide how to bring this forward in the best way.
And since this is unprecedented and for something in the digital censorship world, it's like, okay, we got to really think this through because we can't let other people be victimized by this.
And it's the same thing with the speech imprisonment and why we believe that case may need to go to the Supreme Court as well.
So I've gotten that out of the way.
And so let's just get in now to the battle for the heart and soul of the Republican Party.
Texas Congressman Chip Roy is now live with Byron Donalds.
I'd like to pop into this before I tell you what I see and what I think is going on here.
Well, you'll have to talk to the ones who voted against it.
Look, the reason it didn't pass is some people didn't want to have anything that continued moving in the direction with something like a continuing resolution.
But here's my view.
If you get cuts in place and if you get the Republican Conference to rally around cutting spending and agreeing with the argument of no security, no funding, then we ought to stick with it.
45-day continuing resolution that I opposed, that Byron opposed, that 90-something Republicans oppose.
So now we've got to work hard and we've got to use the leverage we have in front of us.
Let's be very clear.
There's going to be a lot coming out us over the next 45 days.
We need to get the appropriations bills done under the debt ceiling deal, get spending down, and we need to make sure that not $1 is going to Ukraine.
Not $1 is going to Ukraine unless we do our job to secure the border first and unless we're paid for anything we do and unless we get appropriations done.
And even then, I'm not interested in continuing to fund a proxy war, but we've got to do our job to leverage that to force change.
The number one way you get that done is that House Republicans got to stand together in that battle.
Border security, like Chip is saying, that's got to be the number one issue that we fight for in this spending battle we're going to have with the Democrats in the White House.
Joe Biden is terrible.
We know that.
The Democrats in the Senate don't work and they don't do anything.
We know that.
But the border is hurting all Americans, regardless of their party.
That's where House Republicans need to stand.
But the only way we can cut spending, secure this border, go after the weaponized government at the FBI and the DOJ, woke stuff in our military.
Yeah, Sean, I'll tell you, I think it is going to be a problem because the first thing it does, it takes away floor time where you're supposed to be actually going through amendments on the appropriation bills.
That's one.
Number two, yeah, it's going to lead to divisions in the conference.
How are we going to be united as a conference if we're divided on that question?
So that's Donalds who's just, oh, we got to go along with McCarthy.
We got to go along to get along.
For what?
The border has, we've had no improvements.
Kevin McCarthy won't do anything.
We've had nothing on the January 6th tapes being released.
He broke his promise.
We haven't had any single line spending bill votes.
No age of Congress votes.
Nothing.
All the things Kevin McCarthy promised, zero have been delivered on.
Zero.
Zero.
So I get where they're coming from, but you're not getting any victories with Kevin McCarthy.
That's the entire point of this.
Now, I view this as a battle for the soul of the Republican Party.
Now, this is what's going to be interesting.
Because the way I see it, Matt Gates represents the Republican voters, and Matt Gates represents the American people.
Kevin McCarthy represents the Republican establishment, whether that's in the media like Sean Hannity, or whether that's actually on the floor of Congress with its inept, corrupted leadership of Mitch McConnell, Ronald McDaniel, and Kevin McCarthy.
So who wins this struggle session?
Matt Gates or Kevin McCarthy?
Now, the odds are on Kevin McCarthy, but the fact, the fact that we're having this debate, the fact that this standoff is on, the fact that this struggle session is happening, the fact that this battle for the soul of the Republican Party is happening right now is still important.
And even if Gates loses, it's a Pyrrhic victory for Kevin McCarthy.
Now, here's what I find interesting.
And it's tough to really analyze how much impact, let's say, a Sean Hannity show has versus a Matt Gates tweet has.
But here's the one thing that is undoubted.
When you go on to X and you go on to when Matt Gates is tweeting about this and when Kevin McCarthy is tweeting about this, Matt Gates has 95% of conservatives and Republican voters.
Kevin McCarthy has almost nothing.
I mean, look at all the top replies here.
He's had 10,000 replies and 99% of them are against Kevin McCarthy.
We are the soul of the Republican Party.
And the Republicans hate that.
Kevin McCarthy hates that.
The Republican establishment has been running over Republican voters, has been using and abusing Republican voters, has been nothing but empty suits like Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell for far too long, making promises and never delivering, acting like they're fighters for the American people and then laying down their gloves.
Look at this.
Not a single comment in support of Kevin McCarthy.
Look at this ratio.
Gates getting three times the positive interactions.
Gates getting three times the retweets, so it's pretty obvious.
It's pretty obvious what the Republican voters want, what the American people want, and it's not Kevin McCarthy.
Meanwhile, here's Matt Gates getting all the support.
23,000 likes versus 6,000 likes.
5,100 retweets versus 2,400 retweets.
And of course, Kevin McCarthy with double the replies because everybody's in there telling him we're sick of him.
Now, Matt Gates, I think, has had the political realization and commitment that no matter what gets thrown at him from the Republican establishment, whether it be in the media or in Congress, or hell, even the Democrats for that matter, he's made the political analysis and he said, I'm doing this no matter what.
I don't care how they tear me apart.
I don't care how they attack me.
I don't care how they want to destroy me.
It's way more important that I follow through on this and I continue with what I'm doing, even if it is mission impossible.
Because it's just going to show, once again, that Kevin McCarthy is not popular with the American voters and that the Republican establishment doesn't even care what the American voters have to say.
I don't think we've crossed the threshold yet.
I don't think we've crossed the Rubicon yet.
I don't think Kevin McCarthy's vacation from Speaker happens.
I don't think it happens.
Now, if it does, we're even farther along the road than I thought.
But I don't think that's the case just yet.
But the fact that Gates has given this opportunity to show loud and clear, beyond a reasonable doubt, where the Republican voters stand and where the American people stand is a very important phenomenon in and of itself.
So I'm all for it.
And good for Matt Gates because he's made the right measurement.
Matt Gates clearly has the support of the American voter.
Kevin McCarthy does not.
Matt Gates clearly has the support of the Republican voter.
Kevin McCarthy does not.
Kevin McCarthy has the support of the deep state.
Kevin McCarthy has the support of the establishment.
Kevin McCarthy has the support of the big donors.
Kevin McCarthy is a Democrat.
And I believe the whole reason he had to get in there is because that was his deal with the Democrats.
The whole reason Kevin McCarthy had to get in there was so Democrats still controlled the House, even though Republicans had more representatives.
Democrats still control the House because Kevin McCarthy is the speaker of the House.
Why is Kevin McCarthy moving forward with articles of impeachment in October of 2023 when all the information we already had was available two years ago?
Because now the Democrats want Kevin McCarthy to remove Joe Biden from the picture because the Democrats want to run Gavin Newsom.
Now, on a side note here, this Gavin Newsom-Ron DeSantis debate, when is this supposed to be, by the way?
This has got to be one of the most strangest, this is going to be one of the most strangest political phenomenons I think that has ever been seen because as of right now, November 30th.
So I'll be in jail.
Maybe they'll let us watch it.
I'll be in jail.
Maybe they'll let us watch it.
So on November 30th, Hannity is going to host a debate between DeSantis and Newsom.
Now, DeSantis is pulling behind Nikki Haley now.
Let me repeat that.
DeSantis is now pulling behind Nikki Haley.
So, in other words, DeSantis' presidential campaign is shot.
Gavin Newsome says in interviews he believes it's Kamala Harris's seat to take when Joe Biden is done.
So you've got a man who's supposedly not running for president versus a man who is now pulling third and fourth in some presidential campaigns.
And even when he's pulling second, he's still light years behind Donald Trump.
This might be more irrelevant than the presidential debates for the Republican nomination without Donald Trump.
However, there's a reason why this is actually important.
Ron DeSantis has an opportunity to save his political career with a successful debate.
In fact, it's the last chance he has because he's not going to win the nomination and he's crumbled like a cheap tent.
He's crumbled like peanut brittle in his presidential campaign.
This is his last shot to save his political career, is this debate.
Now, for Newsome, he really has nothing to lose.
Because when you're a Democrat, you really can't lose a debate.
Your voters are all retarded.
Your voters love being abused and lied to.
And so you can go up there like Joe Biden and lie every day and say the border is secure and Bidenomics is working.
And Democrat voters just eat it up like pigs to slop.
I mean, they're basically political pigs, except they don't even have pigs have a bigger IQ.
So Newsom cannot lose this debate.
Only DeSantis can lose this debate.
But DeSantis can save his political career by performing well in this debate.
And actually, speaking to the American people that have two IQ points to rub together, we're not talking about Democrat voters.
What do you have here?
You have probably the best example of a failed state in California.
Arguably, the best example of a failed state would be California.
Illinois and New York, definitely in the running.
It's tough to say between those three Democrat-run states, but California arguably is the most failed state in America.
And if you look at the, well, look at what happened with the Electoral College.
People are leaving California in droves.
They can't move out of California fast enough.
It's a collapsing state.
Meanwhile, Florida might be the most successful state in the Union.
Florida might be the example of the best state in the Union.
Where are people moving more than any other state?
Florida and Texas.
And I would say by size, it's Florida.
Texas is probably like three sides the times of Florida, so it's three times the size of Florida.
So it's easier for them to take in more people.
But Florida, people can't move to Florida fast enough, and they can't leave California fast enough.
And so everything that comes along with that is now all on the table.
And DeSantis can hammer this point, and he can hammer it with the data, and he can hammer it with the economies, and he can hammer it with how they handle finances, and he can handle it with how they handle crime, and he can handle it with how California is losing people.
Florida's gaining people.
I mean, this is an opportunity for DeSantis.
Really, what you have here is DeSantis can represent conservative values and conservative politics, and he can mop the floor with Gavin Newsom when it comes to his failed state of California.
So this should be easy pickings for Ron DeSantis.
Again, Newsom can't lose this debate.
Democrat voters are out to lunch.
They're really not even there.
So they're going to lop this up no matter what happens.
They're going to say, oh, it's so great, DeSantis.
DeSantis is a racist.
He's a this, he's a that.
And it's obviously all not true.
But so the point is, DeSantis can save his political career and he can take conservative politics and values to that debate stage and mop the floor with Democrat Party values and Democrat Party politics.
This is a layup.
This is a slam dunk.
So I hope DeSantis can do this.
Now, this will be big when it comes to the 2024 presidential election because I do believe Newsom will run.
You see, the globalists want somebody who can destroy.
And Gavin Newsom has destroyed as much as anybody has.
So when you consider that, they like themselves some Gavin Newsom.
But DeSantis can get up there and really win over voters, I would even say, by showing what a failed state California is, showing what failed Democrat Party policies have done to California, and then making the compare and contrast, saying, look at how successful Florida is.
Look at how everybody wants to live here and not in California.
Look at the crime rates.
Look at everything else.
So I hope DeSantis succeeds.
But nonetheless, the battle for the soul of the Republican Party between Matt Gaetz and Kevin McCarthy is on.
And really, Matt Gaetz has already won it.
Even if we don't vacate Kevin McCarthy from the speaker role, Matt Gaetz has already won the battle for the soul.
And so for him, He has now secured his political destiny as far as representing the new Republican voter and the new Republican Party that doesn't just do lip service,
that doesn't make a bunch of promises, that doesn't cower in the face of the media, that doesn't cower in the face of the Democrat Party, but instead rises up to the occasion, realizes the threats that the Democrats represent, and does everything with the political power they're given, with the constitutional power they're given to stop it.
And we're only at like 5%, maybe 6-7% operational capacity.
From like maybe 1%, like the Republican Party barely had a pulse, to now you have guys that get in there and actually want to do stuff.
But we're still only at like 5%, 6, 7% operation capacity.
But if there's more Matt Gates that get elected and more Marjorie Taylor Greens and more Lauren Boberts and the like and more Thomas Massey's, then all of a sudden we now have the soul of the Republican Party and it's no longer the Republican establishment of Kevin McCarthy, Ronald McDaniel, and Mitch McConnell.
The faster they get out, the better.
So that's where we're at.
But there's no doubt Matt Gates represents the Republican voter and the American people.
And Kevin McCarthy represents the Republican establishment and the Democrat Party.
All right, guys, I've received the emails of our three winners tonight: Yusuf, Power to the People, and Mike Denizio.
Let's first start with Yusuf, what I got for you, because this is perhaps a little bittersweet now.
This is perhaps a little bittersweet now, but this is a limited edition.
Can't find it anymore.
InfoWars T. What size is this?
It's a large.
So, Yusuf, this is what I will be sending you.
I'll sign it for you if you want.
Let me know if you want this to be signed.
Or I might be able to get you a different shirt if you don't want this one.
Why is this bittersweet?
Because it says Pence on it.
And Pence ended up being a total traitor and a loser.
Yusuf, I know.
I tell you what, Yusuf, if you don't want this one, Yusuf, I'm reading your comments.
You let me know.
If you don't want this t-shirt, I totally understand because it has Pence's name on it.
All right, you want it?
I'll sign it.
All right.
But this is limited edition, InfoWars lore.
This is limited edition, never going to be made again.
InfoWars, InfoWars merchandise.
So at least you got that going for you.
I'll sign it for you too.
And like I said, guys, I'll communicate with you guys in the emails to get your information.
But yeah.
If you guys like this, it seems like you guys like this.
I can do more of this in the future.
Now, this is what's going to Mike and Power of the People.
This is a one-of-a-kind InfoWars War Room cap.
Okay?
Now, a listener sent this to me.
I don't know if it's their company or not, and so I don't want to plug the company, but this was sent to me from a listener, very sleek hat, very sleek hat.
And so this is going to Mike and Power of the People.
And I'm going to be signing this one as well.
I'll sign one right now.
If I can find my Sharpie.
Here we go.
The hats are easier to sign than the t-shirts, by the way.
T-shirts, trying to sign those.
pain in the arse.
So there you go.
We're giving two of these out tonight.
Mike and Power of the People.
You guys got the first $50 Rumble rant in tonight.
And then Youssef came in just a couple seconds too late.
But I'll be sending you this, guys, in the mail shortly when I get to your information.
When I get your information.
All right.
Now, we've pretty much cleared up everything I wanted to get to.
Let me remind you guys to give us a follow on Rumble at rumble.com/slash Owen.
And don't forget about the new social media account at Owens Royer 1776.
Again, this is not me operating this.
It's not my personal account.
I'm still fighting to get my personal account back.
But this is run by my new media team that I have hired.
Thanks to your continued support at InfoWars right here on this channel and just all your support over the years.
So you've got that going.
And I'm very excited about this.
I'm very excited about the things in the future.
My two-month prison sentence is going to put a little bit of a damper on it.
But the good news is the people I've hired are people I trust and they're visionaries.
And we have the same vision.
We have the same beliefs for the most part.
I mean, we're not in a cult, obviously, but I would say that 2024 is going to be a big year.
We're going to make a big splash.
And we're going to start launching some things that I think you guys are really going to like.
And yes, it's going to be merch.
It's going to be social media stuff.
It's going to be other media endeavors and all kinds of stuff.
And by the way, I will tell you, so I have a lot.
I've got a lot of bona fides when it comes to media, most of them being on air, but I have done a lot of engineering as well.
That's how I was able to build this studio.
Everything that you're seeing, everything that I do here, it's all run by me.
It's just me.
I built this whole thing.
So I do know audio and video engineering.
I'm pretty media savvy when it comes to all that.
But I am not a videographer.
I'm not a videographer.
And so I have to tell you that I have not been able to set up my new 4K camera yet.
It's proven a little more difficult than I thought.
And I want to make sure it's done right.
So I am going to be bringing in a videographer to make sure that I've got this thing right.
I have, honestly, I haven't done really video work like this probably since I was in high school.
And so I thought that I could dig deep into my brain and pull out that old videography stuff that I did in high school.
But it was not a successful endeavor.
So hoping to have that.
Oh, that's funny.
It was plugged in.
But yeah, there is going to look.
I see you guys asking for t-shirts.
Just be patient.
This is a whole, we've got progress.
This is a, this is a, this is a plan.
This is going to take progress.
This is a process, but we will deliver.
I promise you, I will deliver.
And we should have, I mean, really, the big stuff is either going to drop the day I go to jail or the day I get out of jail.
And it's going to be a little more difficult to do the day I get out of jail, considering it's going to be Christmas Eve.
But, but, we may just launch before I go in.
But again, it's like we want everything to be right.
Risky farts.
That's funny.
I don't do the Zins.
I'm not a big nicotine guy.
I've heard good things.
Honestly, my stimulant of choice is caffeine.
I'm doing about 500 milligrams of caffeine a day, which I thought was big.
I thought those were big numbers.
But there's guys out there doing over 1,000.
But anyway, we got all that coming up.
All right.
I do intend to open up the phone lines tonight and take some calls from the audience.
But folks, don't forget about Wolfpack.gold.
Now, again, let me tell you why.
Let me tell you why Wolfpack.gold and this show coming to you through the Wolfpack.gold microphone was a match made in heaven.
Thank you, New York Rangers.
Thank you.
You see, if you're like me, you're thinking, I don't really want to have all of my wealth in a bank.
What if there's bank runs?
What if I can't get it out?
What if the dollar collapses?
You don't like crypto?
You don't want to get into the asset column.
It's too expensive.
So what can you do?
Well, precious metals have been the way to go for a long, long time.
And it's never been easier.
And it's never been more efficient than becoming a member at wolfpack.gold.
And it's so great now.
The success has been so great.
We've now started the Wolf Cub Club, where basically a young wolf cub signs up and is immediately starting to collect precious metals and unique and rare silver coins.
And maybe even some gold backs, by the way.
You getting some gold backs out there in the Wolf Pack?
Kill the ending.
Am I a Mortal Kombat player?
I'm a button smasher.
And so I know the new Mortal Kombat came out.
My friends had a Mortal Kombat party.
I went.
They had a tournament.
I just smashed buttons.
I was able to actually win the first round by button smashing.
Honestly, guys, I can't play any of these new video games.
Because what happens is I pick it up like Doom, and then I learn how to play it, and then I can't play it again.
I don't have free time for like a month, and then I pick it up and I try to play it again, and I just don't know how to play.
And it just ends up sucking for me because I don't know how to play and I can't advance.
So I'm thinking about ditching all that, just going back to original Pokemon, going back to original Mario, and maybe we'll play that too.
Maybe that's part of my expansion plans.
But you're distracting me here.
This has been such a success that we've now expanded to the Sage Wolf and we've expanded to the Wolf Cub.
So even a youngin can get in there at 35 bucks a month and start collecting precious metals and rare silver coins and gold backs even.
Have you guys been seeing the gold backs that are coming in?
So, well, you should be whooping your kids at Super Smash with no mercy.
That's, yes, I support that.
Maybe some Super Smash.
But let me tell you why you need to join the pack at Wolfpack.gold.
Instead of going to purchase, instead of going to purchase precious metals at the market value, when you become a member at Wolfpack.gold, you go to purchase precious metals with the entire pack.
And I think we've just gone over 800 members.
And that's why if you're in the pack, you've noticed that your shipments coming in, your subscriptions coming in are starting to get more bountiful because the pack keeps growing and that gives us more buying power.
So you're not going to buy precious metals at market value all by yourself.
Now you're going to buy precious metals with the entire pack and that brings the price way, way down.
Way, way down.
So it's the only subscription that pays you back.
That's what I like to say.
It's the only subscription that pays you back.
$35 a month up to $1,000 a month.
And believe me, when that order comes in and that shipment comes in, you are going to be dancing like a dandy.
And the shipments just keep getting bigger and bigger and heavier and heavier.
So what are you waiting for, folks?
Join today, Wolfpack.gold, and tell them I sent you.
It helps support the show.
Okay.
Okay, we're going to be opening up the phone lines here.
And we'll be taking calls.
There's no code.
Everybody plays for the same price, but you can, when you go to join at wolfpack.gold, there'll be a little dropdown menu and you can select that you heard about the you heard about it through Owen Schroer and that just helps support us.
But the thing is great, man.
I'm telling you.
No other subscription pays you back like this.
And to respond to Kit here, no, the reason why my deferred prosecution didn't end in the summer of 2020 was not because of my lawyers.
It was because COVID shut everything down.
So they literally couldn't even hear my case till after 2021.
So everything was shut down in 2020.
They couldn't even hear my case.
But yes, my deferred sentence should have been done in 2020, but COVID shut everything down, so we couldn't complete it.
So that's actually how that went down.
Now, we are about to open up the phone lines, But give me two minutes.
Well, and let me just say, I'm glad that you brought this up, Murphy's Law, because I'm not sure exactly how all this works with the commissary and the items.
That just shows you I got a little more research to do.
But there is a commissary.
There are going to be phones.
It's probably going to take me a couple days to really get the lay of the land and figure it all out.
But there are ways that you can donate to me.
There are ways that you can make sure my commissary is filled.
And there will be ways for me to even get access to a phone.
But I'll probably have to take a couple days before I really learn the land and the way and the ropes and everything before I can fully understand that.
unidentified
Make sure Alex lets us know your inmate number or whatever.
So we actually had a meeting with Alex about that today, and he wants to make sure that that's going to be something the audience can always know.
And so when we get closer to that and I hammer out some of the details, I'll let you guys know how we can, how you guys can support me when I'm behind bars.
unidentified
I mean, oh, and we're almost 60.
You're like our Richie Cunningham, you know, and I just, I think our system's so screwed.
But the reason I wanted to call in was I have a theory how they're going to take Joe out.
And it's something that's outside the box.
It's something that no one else has talked about.
I do a little show on Rumble too, Murphy's Law One.
I do documentaries.
I did some of Alex's stuff too.
In any event, what if they really wanted to get rid of him?
Now, we know that they signed this treaty deal kind of thing with the WHO.
So if there's another pandemic, the WHO pretty much takes over the world.
What if they take Joe out with COVID?
Joe passes away.
Then, you know, all the Dems are all in mourning.
You know, it clogs up the news cycle.
All the investigations stop.
It just stops.
So the way he's been milking the system for years and years, because we know he's part of the swamp, right?
So the way he's been doing it is probably the way the rest of them are doing it.
AOC, what, four years?
The Dems, she was broke.
The Dems had to move her to DC.
She's now worth, what, $24 million driving to Tesla.
How does that happen?
But if they keep investigating, I'm thinking that they're going to find out.
They're going to find other people.
But if Joe dies off, I mean, you know, I don't want to see anybody die, but they're up against the wall.
And Marjorie Taylor Greene is really hitting this harder than anybody, but the aspect of Hunter Biden involved with the human trafficking, that's going to be, that's going to be the next big shoe to drop in this deal.
unidentified
That's the man Zach she was going after.
I did see her mention that because he flew, he flew the hookers over stage line.
So he's all messed up.
And, you know, if that was one of Trump's kids, they would have hung him already.
Jamal Bowman is going to walk away from pulling a false fire alarm, which is already a misdemeanor in and of itself, though a rather small misdemeanor in the District of Criminal, I mean the District of Columbia.
But disrupting a congressional proceeding?
Whoa, I got charged with that.
I got jail time for that.
Will Jamal Bowman?
unidentified
Yep.
Alan, it's just so upside down and just so weird.
It's like sometime after 2012, maybe that Mayan calendar had something, something real there, you know, but it just seems like everything went upside down.
And it's like, I want my country back.
I mean, I was born in the 60s.
This is not the country I grew up in.
It's, you know, I'm even looking at Russia.
I'm like, hmm, plot of land.
I already know his deal.
You do what they say.
Here we have the illusion of freedom.
We have the illusion to think we can vote in and change the system.
And we can't.
We're just screwed.
It's just like we're sitting here just waiting.
And you know, Harris and other people, was it AOC?
You know, when Trump won, they said, shouldn't we be making the list?
So, you know, it's him.
It's you.
It's Alex.
It ain't going to be long before it's the rest of us.
And I mean, they've already, I mean, Joe basically declared war on about a third of the country, right?
We're like now terrorists because we love our country.
They wanted to hit me with four charges and have a DC jury.
So I pled guilty to one with the understanding, as it happened in the negotiations, that if I cooperated with them above and beyond what I had to, that they wouldn't lock me up.
So I did the cooperation.
I sat on probation for now four years on all good behavior, and they still decided to lock me up.
And that's what happened.
unidentified
Social media accounts that you had to give up control over.
You know, you had to expose social media details to them.
That's funny because they asked about that and I was like, yeah, I have all my social media accounts that have no, and I was banned before any of these.
Yeah, I'm sure that that data is available through Parlor, but your second part of that comment, I have to doubt entirely.
A, because there was no service that day, and B, because we did not upload any videos to Parlor that day.
unidentified
No, no, no, not just these are the public, not your videos.
This is like everything that happened and got uploaded to Parlor.
I'm surprised you never saw it.
It's just Google what Parlor saw, and it's every video that was uploaded to Parlor.
Some folks downloaded everything from Parlor before Parlor got shut down and then put it back up, arranged to geocode it when it happened, where it happened.
You see a map of when the video is on there.
And so it's like all of the third-party video, the stuff that was taken by the people that were looking at you, not you.
As far as a legal immigrant versus illegal alien, that's not really a hang-up that I have.
But we do have a messaging problem.
And we do have a words are supposed to have meaning problem.
These aren't migrants.
These aren't asylum seekers.
These are illegal aliens or illegal immigrants, whatever legal definition you want to use.
These are invaders.
These are criminals.
unidentified
Yeah, I agree.
You know, I just keep hearing you say immigrant immigrant.
You know, I think they're, you know, they're illegal aliens.
You look at the definition, you know, the tanks, they change definitions, like Biden changes diapers, but, you know, the illegal alien is the right term.
Okay, another one I have written down.
Jackie Heinrich, you said that she's dating some kind of SWAT member.
A couple, you know, weeks and weeks ago, someone called into Alex and he was talking about you, you know, the situation you're in where it's not about per se, you know, you just say in 1776.
He was saying that you had some kind of order placed against you for the tape around your mouth, gimmick.
And then you went back to the cat.
Is that right?
Or, because Alex seemed to agree.
I don't know.
You know, I just wanted to get some information on that.
The last caller inaccurately stated that Alex Jones put me up to disrupting Congress.
Totally inaccurate.
I was, Alex sent me to DC as an Infowars reporter and journalist to cover the impeachment that was going on.
Now, I don't know exactly how it went down.
I think it was a total Jedi move, basically, but I basically Obi-Wan kenobied my way into that hearing.
And me and my cameraman were just like, did that really just happen?
It was like, literally, like, I just waved my arm and they were like, yes, sir, you can come in here.
And so, like, we did not intend that nobody's plan was Russ actually be in there.
And I, and I get in there, and it was just, it was just totally instinctual.
I just had a First Amendment itch that I had to scratch.
And so I had to call out the phony impeachment.
Why wouldn't I?
I'm an American citizen.
Everybody knows I was right.
Everybody in that room knew I was right.
I got punished for being right.
I got punished for speaking truth to power.
And so, okay, now the issue with me.
So, so after that, and I don't know, this probably is maybe what you're talking about with Alex, but after that, in some period of time, I don't remember, basically, Alex has the conversation with me, which is, Owen, don't ever do that again.
Don't ever get arrested in DC again.
Or, or, I mean, I don't know if he threatened to fire me or whatever.
That's not the point is, it was like, it was like daddy coming down and laying down the law.
And, and, and, and the funny thing is, when we were talking earlier today, he was, you know, kind of rousing me a little bit and saying, did I tell you?
He's like, I told you not to get arrested again.
I told you.
Um, but of course, it's ironic because I was there on January 6th to again just cover an event for Infowars.
Now, Alex didn't make me do anything illegal, obviously.
If I didn't want to be there that day, I could have stood up and said, Alex, no, I'm not going to go.
But I didn't go there to, I didn't go there with any intentions to do anything illegal.
I didn't go there with any intentions to violate my probation.
I didn't go there with any intentions to disrupt anything.
So, all that's a lie.
And we never even got our chance to defend that because, again, we got stabbed in the back by the government.
But okay, big surprise.
Now, here's what, here's the thing about that day with the speech with the piece of tape over my mouth.
They held me in a jail for, I think it was 36 hours.
And so, what happened is that there was a lot of stuff that went down that day.
And I know I've told this story before, but I'll just tell it in short form.
When I went into the Capitol that day and I had a camera, I had a camera person with me.
It was actually, if you watch the video, Savannah Hernandez was there with me.
She shot the videos and she would attest to this.
When I walked into the Capitol, or I was about to walk into the Capitol, all the police officers stopped me and they said, Schroyer, what are you doing here?
I said, Oh, wow.
I said, Well, what do you mean what I'm doing here?
And they kind of like looked around and they're like, We're not supposed to let you in here.
And I was like, What do you mean you can't let me in here?
I'm not, I'm allowed to be here.
I was just, I was just here yesterday.
I was covering the group of Trump protesters that you had out there.
Do you remember that video?
40, 50 Trump protesters out in the Capitol that day.
They're allowed to do their protests.
So I said, okay, well, let me go back the next day and see if I'm allowed to do that.
And of course, I got arrested.
So they, somebody told the Capitol police to arrest me that day if I went into the Capitol.
Somebody sent that order to arrest me that day if I went to the Capitol before I even walked in.
Now, I go in there, I put a piece of tape over my mouth, they arrest me.
The judge tossed the case.
The judge saw it and dismissed it immediately.
There were no charges from that day.
I got arrested and detained when the citation and the charge got to the judge's desk.
He ripped it up and threw it away.
So that's not even on my record.
That's a nothing burger.
They just held me in jail for 36 hours because the Democrats tell everybody in D.C. to torture me.
And then they used that picture and that image in their sentencing memo.
So that's the backstory there.
unidentified
I see.
Okay.
So that's crazy.
I just can't believe this.
You're going, you know, 60 days.
There's some guy that lives a couple blocks away from me.
You know, we met.
I keep it like a fuck Biden sign on the back of my car.
He knocks on my door one day and he tells me he was at January 6th.
And he, you know, we're from Chicago and he's saying he got like four years in prison for, I guess, you know, pushing the gate down.
And they got him and his brother.
You know, four years, you're only got, I mean, not only, but, you know, 60 days.
Well, it's definitely a life-changing endeavor to take the red pill.
The information and the way I present it can be a life-changing phenomenon.
And so, but really, I want to change lives for the positive.
I want to have a positive influence on people because ultimately it's people that will improve the world.
It has to be all of us.
unidentified
Yeah, absolutely.
I agree.
I was lucky enough to take the red pill years and years and years ago, you know, long before you came on there at InfoWars.
But, you know, there's been time and time again that without the whole group of you as a whole, that I probably would have ended up doing some pretty dumb shit.
I just wanted to call and show some love to you, brother.
You know, this is crazy.
I hope we can, you know, I guess change the way that the court system is now.
I hope.
I hope, man.
I just, I'm so scared for like for the future, like you said, like you say, you took yourself out of the equation and just like, oh my God, like the next person coming along is going to be so, you know, just, I guess, just made a fool out of because it's happening to you.
Well, like, there's never been, I don't think there's ever been a situation.
I mean, obviously, people will self-censor for a lot of different reasons, but not to the extent where you think the government is going to lock you up or punish you.
I mean, that's the new phenomenon now is that people are going to be self-censoring and they're going to be scared to speak their mind because they're afraid the government is going to lock them up.
unidentified
It just touched my heart when you said, when you, when you saw that, you, you know, it ain't just about Old Short.
It's about all of us.
You know what I mean?
And it just, it just touched me, man.
I was like, oh, yeah, this is real.
This is, ain't nothing to think about this.
I'm ready to die about this, man, because it's to that point.
I don't want to, but it just seemed like it's just, this is just, this is what they've done to us.
And it's, and, and the oppression is what is going to set in on the American people that they're feeling it right now.
You know, it was in the news today.
99% of Americans can't afford a home right now.
I mean, that is oppression.
That it, you can't even afford to purchase a home.
You can't even have a house, a roof over your head that you own.
I mean, and then there's the energy costs.
There's the grocery bill costs.
I mean, it's just, it's oppression in every way.
unidentified
Yeah.
And I would just encourage people, you know, just to find a roommate.
That's what I've done.
I mean, I know it sucks, but if you can find somebody that you love and you trust and you get along with, you know, 90% of the time, just, you know, try to get through these trying times.
You know, and you speak that word, generational ignorance.
That's probably a good defining term.
But here's the example.
I mentioned this earlier on the show.
I'm driving around in my car this morning and I listen to the serious XM channel, The Patriot, talk radio, when I'm driving, and they do the hourly news updates.
A lot of stations do this at the top of the hour.
And it's all these news reading heads, and they all say, Donald Trump in court today for fraud in lying about his property value.
And it's like, dude, the opposite is true.
The Democrats lied about his property value.
And so that's the problem: is all the corrupt mainstream media sends down the talking points, and then the generationally ignorant read them as if it's real.
No, the real story is the U.S. government lied about Donald Trump's property value.
Not Donald Trump, but they get the talking points from the corrupt media and they don't do any research of their own.
And so that's their job as a propaganda agent.
unidentified
Not only that, they're paid.
That is a paid platform through the federal government.
Who is that?
The Associated Press?
They're paid.
That's what I'm saying.
We're dealing, and we're, hold on, excuse me.
We're coming out of generational ignorance.
That's a great awakening that we're seeing coming out of generational ignorance.
And as Dennis brings this up in closing, not only think about this, the Democrats have this assumption.
And I guess that they want their Democrat voters to have the same assumption that somehow, if the government is shut down, then black Americans can't make it anymore.
There are laws that even protect, well, there's laws that protect journalists that they ignored and they just bragged about ignoring it too.
And so they want to, and they want to make this claim is, oh, you're not a journalist, but then they have to admit that I have millions of followers and that I do news coverage.
I mean, everything they said was like, everything they said was Twilight Zone.
He was there to amp up the crowd, but he told them to be peaceful.
He was there egging on the crowd, but he was there to de-escalate.
He's not a journalist, but he has a million people that tune in for his news coverage.
It's like, what Twilight Zone?
How am I dealing with attorneys that get away with this stuff in front of a judge?
I mean, I mean, I'm trying to learn this as quickly as I can.
I'm starting out from nowhere, but I'm trying to make a presence online, trying to do what you and Alex have asked, you know, for us to speak up and pick up the mantle.
But I truly believe that if enough, if there was some way that we could, you know, how videos go viral?
I mean, some stupid video will go viral and millions of people will see it.
It's obviously not your fault I'm going through this.
But I do think that, you know, this is a hard issue to clarify.
I think really what Cynthia is getting at here is previous generations of Americans thought freedom was free.
Previous generations of Americans let our country get so out of hand and government get so corrupt that this is happening to me.
I don't know if that's the best way to put it.
I appreciate your kind words on my presentation from my press conference that day.
And again, I'll just say this.
It's funny because, you know, I was not really a fan of school.
I always did well.
I always did well in school.
I always pretty much got straight A's.
But I was never really a fan.
But yeah, there were definitely lawyers that wanted me to go to law school and join their firms.
And they, you know, made offers to get me through school.
And you know what my response was?
Two more years of school, F off.
No thank you.
But when you see my presentation that day, you can understand why they would want that or why there was that offers were made.
But it's funny because we did not expect that.
We did not expect to have to argue a case.
It was pled.
We had negotiations.
There was an agreement.
Here is your side.
Here is our side.
Here's the agreement.
No jail time.
Okay.
Probation.
Time served.
We're done.
And then they said, nope, you're going to get incarcerated and you're going to get extended probation, which you never have that.
Folks, you understand?
You never have incarceration and probation.
So what are they saying?
If I violate my probation, I go back to jail.
You understand that they never do this?
All of this is unprecedented, what they've done to me.
And it's all about making an example and saying, yes, we will have free speech prisoners.
And yes, the Democrat Party runs this country now.
And any opposition to them will be destroyed.
By the way, the other caller was briefly mentioning this.
Let me pull this up for you.
And the prosecution basically scoffed at this, which again, just shows you how mad the whole thing is.
This was three days after the indictment against me.
Judge wants Justice Department to detail decision on charging Infowars correspondent accused in January 6th riot.
A federal judge wants prosecutors to explain whether they considered a correspondent for the right-wing website Infowars, a member of the media when charging him with participating in the storming of the Capitol.
Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqi said in an order Tuesday that he is not questioning the decision to prosecute Jonathan Owens Troyer, only whether the Justice Department followed its own protocols in doing so.
This does not relieve the Department of Justice from following its own guidelines written to preserve the very same democracy.
They didn't.
Here's what Faruqi said in full.
The events of January 6th were an attack on the foundation of our democracy, but this does not relieve the Department of Justice from following its own guidelines written to preserve the very same democracy.
They hate the democracy.
They scoffed at the judge that said, wait a second, did you follow the laws when charging a journalist?
Always good to hear from you as well and everybody else in the audience.
I appreciate you for tuning in tonight.
We almost cracked 1K on a Monday night.
We were up in the 900s tonight.
So we're doing good numbers.
Remember, hit the follow button, rumble.com/slash Owen.
Give us a follow there.
Don't forget about the Twitter accounts as well at Owenschroyer1776 for clips and at Owenschroyer Live.
If you want to follow the live stream there as well.
But at Owensroyer 1776 is part of me paying it forward with all your support.
I now have hired a social media team that's going to be in charge of expanding my digital footprint and my media footprint, even though I am one of the most banned and censored name in America.
And now they want to turn me into a free speech martyr.
That's where we're at.
But you know what?
When you tell truth to power, when you tell the truth on air, when you go up against a corrupt government, when you go up against tyrants, what do you get?
You get politically persecuted.
So that's what you get, ladies and gentlemen.
All right.
That's going to do it for tonight.

Peace and love.
We'll see you tomorrow on the InfoWars War Room, 3 to 6 p.m.

Peace and love, folks.
See you tomorrow in the War Room.
