Time Text
I can't control it.
Right, take somewhere again.
I know it will be great.
I challenge you You just couldn't keep your mouth shut Now everyone knows You just couldn't restrain yourself.
But impressive.
You just couldn't take it.
You just cause your champagne Ignorance About the loss Our egos Need to grow We want to end the fight We want control
We want control
We want control
We want control We want control All right.
All right.
All right.
I gotta I gotta crank up the metal, folks.
I'm like I'm on a I'm the walking dead.
This is the only thing keeping me going.
This is the only thing keeping me going.
Watching me up pretty on the show.
Number things I say that they say I go to what you're comfortable with you The things that you know Yes,
to those asking.
To those asking, I uh yes, I'm sick.
I'm sick.
I'm fatigued.
I'm overworked and underpaid.
I'm pretty much the walking dead.
And uh I I was I usually go live at 8 o'clock.
And I wasn't gonna do the show tonight.
Because I'm just I'm cashed, man.
Honestly, I'm not even complaining.
But uh I haven't had a day off in I don't even remember.
And I don't mean just a day off from work.
I mean a free day.
So I was just kind of relaxing tonight, trying to get caught up from a busy weekend.
And then they dropped the indictments on Trump, and so I had to come on live here and cover it with you.
And we're gonna wait and see.
Well, I'm curious what Cash Patel actually said you know is saying right now.
So we may pick up some of that audio, but I have a feeling what happened here today was that one of these shit libtards made a royal f up, accidentally released the indictment, and now they're basically covering their tracks and saying, oh no, it wasn't a leaked indictment.
We didn't file the charges before the grand jury convened, even though that's obviously exactly what happened.
And then they lied and they said that was not real, even though it was on their website and they re uh deleted it today.
The charges before the grand jury convened, and now they're doing double cover your ass, and they're doing an indictment reading and press conference at midnight, local time, Atlanta, Georgia.
So this is a royal, this is a royal fuck up.
But what do you expect from a bunch of criminal democrats?
What do you expect from a bunch of mentally defective liberals?
These the these American leftists are psychotic, moronic demons in human flesh.
I want to hear what Cash Patel is saying right now.
I'm going to pick up this audio.
For one defendant, now you have 19.
We should note the clock, it's about 18 minutes past the hour, almost 18 minutes and 30 seconds past the hour.
We anticipate this news conference will begin with Fannie Willis, the Fulton County DA, in about one minute and 30 seconds.
We'll see if that timeline holds up.
But back to Mike Davis very quickly because Mike, my question on all of these things is it's a lot of names, right?
Right?
It's a lot of names to put in this indictment, and Cash was kind of laying out.
That's a lot of names and a lot of retribution they have.
My question to you is, is the hope of the Fulton County DA that one or many of these people flip on the former president.
Is that kind of what they're driving at here?
There's nothing that's a possibility.
I think the bigger hope is that Democrats are sending a very clear warning to Republicans for 2024.
If you dare to question elections in America, which you've been allowed to do up until this point, we're going to come after you as the Democrats.
We're going to prosecute you.
We're gonna try to put you in in prison.
This is a very chilling and if we if we, the Democrat Party steal elections and you call us out on it, then we send you to jail.
That's that's your new, this is your new totalitarian party.
This is your new tyrant party.
It's the Democrats.
We always knew it.
We always warned you, and now here we are.
This is different, right?
This is this is set aside.
A state indictment, a state conviction is a different um a federal conviction.
Is that a fair assessment?
It is.
And under the Georgia law, there's a statute that limits the Republican governor's ability to pardon.
And I think that the legislature in Georgia needs to amend that statute and give Governor Kemp the ability to pardon and the situation because this is clear election interference.
It's clear Democrat law affair by Democrat prosecutors where they're trying to have Democrat prosecutors, Democrat judges, and Democrat juries and Democrat hell holes decide the next presidential election instead of the American people.
Yeah, it really is.
It's one of those things where there's so much involved in this.
back to you very quickly, Cash Patel, because the news conference, we anticipate, we just saw a couple of the staff people walk by.
We anticipate that Fannie Willis will come out to the microphone sometime in the next few seconds.
You see the news media there is ready to go.
It is 11, 20, and 37 seconds on the East Coast, and they said the news conference would happen at 20 minutes after the hour.
So the question for you going into her is what does she have to make clear?
We saw Alvin Bragg do this, Cash, a few months ago.
It wasn't all that compelling, right?
We've seen other prosecutors come out, and their case wasn't all that compelling.
Yeah, yeah.
She She'll Fanny will probably come out here and make like a 90-second statement and then go to bed.
This is all cover your ass.
They committed the crimes, they filed the charges before the grand jury convened.
Now they're lying about those charges that were on their own website, and now they're having an emergency press conference and indictment at midnight local time in Atlanta.
Because these damn Democrats are so corrupt, so incompetent, and they're just falling apart at the seams.
This is her Hollywoodization and weaponization of the justice system.
And she's going to use this speaking indictment and have the fake news media come in behind her to carry her weight for her, just like they did with Russiagate and just like they did with Jan 6th.
And every other indictment that President Trump is involved with.
She needs to justify how a state court official can come into a federal election and declare in a state court that a federal law has been violated regarding the challenging of election outcomes.
And that constitutional right, embedded in the First Amendment, embedded in the president's executive privilege, and embedded in the Constitution for freedom of speech, cannot be vitiated because a district attorney has chosen to politicize it.
AND THAT'S ANOTHER POINT.
ALL OF THESE ISSUES ARE NOT STATE COURT ISSUES.
THEY ARE FEDERAL COURT ISSUES.
This case, no matter how long it runs, will end up in federal court, three, four, five years down the road.
Any convictions resulting in this case will immediately be challenged to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court because it involves quote unquote corrupt activities of a federal election cycle.
She is not the legal officer to adjudicate that decision.
She will supremely fail, and this will catapult Donald Trump to the Republican nomination, and in my opinion, the presidency of the United States.
Yeah, Cash, stand by if you will.
Mike Davis, stand by.
I want to give our audience kind of a roadmap of where we're going here.
We are waiting for Fannie Willis, the Fulton County DA, to come out and address the media.
They got the heavy hitters on MSNBC.
They got Lawrence O'Donnell, Rachel Madcow, and what's that other?
Chris Hayes.
It's a real all-star panel over there at MSNBC.
And can it happen before the election?
Those are all unknowns.
We are going to talk about, after this, the legal aspect of all...
Oh, yes, uh, this is the fourth time we've indicted Donald Trump.
I have been seething with hatred and vitry all over Donald Trump.
I'm gonna bring in another woman here.
She's black, and so her opinion matters the most.
So when she says she hates Trump, that means that you have to hate Trump too.
And you better, you better do exactly what we say all the time, every day, because we are the tyrants now.
And I am the king queen of news media, Rachel Mad Cow.
Everything I've ever reported has been wrong.
But tonight, finally, I have a little bit of gratification.
We can get live to Matt Finn, who's live outside the courthouse.
Matt, any information that you know of that is kind of trickling out prior to this news conference.
Yeah, Trace, we've been reading through the actual indictment, so we are getting much more firsthand information.
Uh the summary or the first page introduction reads Donald Trump lost the United States presidential election.
Trump and his other defendants knew this and refused to accept that Trump lost.
They knowingly and will willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election.
Now here's the manner of the Trump Enterprise according to the indictment.
There was false statements to the state legislature, false statements and solicitation to high-ranking state officials.
There was alleged creation and destruction of false electoral college documents, harassment and intimidation of the Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman, solicitation of the vice president and DOJ officials, and unlawful breach of election equipment in Georgia.
We are assuming that's related to Coffee County, and ultimately an obstruction and cover up.
So those are the elements uh that the indictment uh alleges against Donald Trump and his enterprise, including Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, and many of uh President Trump's uh former attorneys.
Uh, we're coming through the indictment right now, Trace, and we'll get back to you with uh much more information throughout the night.
Yeah, Matt Finn, thank you.
Back to you as the news breaks.
I want to get back to Brett Bear if I can.
Talk about the leak from earlier.
I'm kind of going through all the charges here, Brett.
I'm sure you are too.
I mean, we've got a list, we're up to 41, perjury being the last one.
The first one, of course, being the violation of the Georgia Rico racketeer influenced and corrupt organization act.
I was kind of talking with this with Mike Davis and Cash Patel earlier, in case you were you were listening in on that, and you wonder what Fonnie Willis is gonna say when she comes out.
We've got the indictment.
We've got the charges.
There's gotta be a point.
We saw this with Alvin Bragg.
We've seen this a couple of other times, Brett, and it didn't seem all that compelling.
She's gonna come out, she's gonna say Trump lost the election.
He knew he lost the election, he denied it, and then maybe she'll even talk about the violence on January 6th.
It'll last probably about two to three minutes, and then that's it.
This is all a cover your ass.
They committed a crime, they filed charges before the grand jury was done convening, they got caught, and now they're doubling down on covering their ass with an emergency midnight press conference.
This is unheard of, this is all illegal, the Democrat Party is out of control.
I I just I mean, look, the American people need to realize what's going on.
And see, here's the problem, too.
Look, I I just can't stand.
I just can't stand the cucks on the mainstream media.
Like we're acting like this is normal.
We're acting like, oh, this is a legit indictment.
We're gonna read it like it's the real thing.
We're not even gonna cover the leaked charges on their own website from earlier because they denied it and said it was fake.
We're not gonna talk about the fact this is unheard of, a midnight emergency press conference over these charges.
We're not gonna address the Democrat Party for what it really is.
A group of criminal tyrants out of control with their lust for power, using the justice system and the government against its political opposition, crushing this country and their hatred for it.
That's all that these people should be talking about.
And instead, they're up here just flapping their gums like it's business is normal at Fox News.
Uh was uh a Trump lawyer during that time.
Other GOP officials from Georgia and uh publicists.
But you have 18 people, including the former president, uh facing these charges.
Oh, yes, Brett.
The specifics in here is really serious, Brett Ben, as you you all were talking, uh, to see how Fan Fanny Willis is going to string it together.
Because the part of the RICO is that you're going to have two, three, four criminal acts that you're going to string together in a narrative that is going to paint a picture of a conspiracy to overturned.
This is all real charges due.
This is all very legitimate and real.
So what backs up those charges and how you make that case in court is likely what she's going to lay out tonight, at least in her first public statements.
Yeah, and I wonder politically, Brett, because we're going to talk about this going forward 2024, because so far, I I mean, this is only given the campaign juice, right?
He's got three indictments, and every time he's indicted, it tends to kind of infuriate his supporters more and more, and they become more emboldened.
And they stand behind him.
So this is all good, guys.
So this is all good.
Trace Gallagher, Brett Bear, Matt Finn.
This is all normal.
This is all good.
We're not going to talk about how this is uh a political persecution.
We're not going to talk about how illegal the whole thing is.
We're not we're not going to talk about we're not going to talk about the leaked charges, totally illegal.
Cover your ass, say it was fake, cover your ass, have a midnight press conference.
Oh, yes, this is totally normal stuff, guys.
All of Trump's lawyers getting charged, Trump's cabinet getting charged, Trump getting charged for denying an election.
Oh, yes, oh hmm.
Oh, well, uh yes, well, uh I'm looking at the indictment here.
Um it's gonna be real interesting to see how Fanny Willis strings these together to make her narrative and make her case to the uh courtroom and the judge.
Um yes, and uh we'll see what happens with uh Trump's lawyers and everybody else that got charged, and um, you know, uh Donald Trump is now being indicted for a third time.
Totally normal, totally reasonable, and we're just gonna sit here and break it down like this is all normal activity for America, and we're not even gonna talk about the fact that this is total criminal activity from a rogue party, the Democrat Party that wants a single state rule here, with them in charge.
Yes, this is all normal, normal stuff here.
We're just covering it like this is normal politics in America, nothing corrupt.
You're not in a banana republic, your country isn't being overturned to criminal tyrants.
It's just Fox News coverage.
All is well, go back to sleep.
It's going to play out real time in a surreal way during this entire election.
Yeah, there are we see just coming in, Brett, so I'll stop you if uh play out in a really weird way.
This is all so weird.
Call it what it is, criminal activity.
The the candidates themselves, Ron DeSantis has come out many times and say, you know, this is this is not justice.
And the other candidates have supported him as well.
And it seems like every time they come out and support him, tell the truth.
DeSantis has more balls than Fox News.
Wow.
DeSantis is who's basically been neutered, has more balls than Fox News.
Wow.
I think that that's a fascinating part of this election.
So fascinating.
Because the GOP primary, writ large, looks at this.
Writ large unfair in some level.
So it's not, right?
They are I'm the better.
They are talking about it.
They are talking about Ron DeSantis said it's criminal activity by the Democrats.
Vivek Ramaswamy said it's criminal activity by the Democrats.
I'm so sick of these flats.
This see, this is part of the problem.
This is where conservatives get their news, and it keeps them nice and in a trance.
It keeps them nice and in a trance.
Everything's fine.
This is just normal.
We're here analyzing normal politics in America.
Everything's fine.
Go back to sleep, America.
I'm the political chief correspondent here at Fox News.
I'm combing through the indictments.
We're gonna see the narrative they put together.
We're gonna see how other presidential candidates respond to this.
And uh at writ large, it's been very intriguing.
Brett was mentioning the fact they're trying to fast-track the case.
It looks like they're kind of slow walking the news conference, which was supposed to be at 20 minutes after the hour.
I just want to stand by.
I want to bring in Caitlin Jenner very quickly if I can, because Caitlin played golf.
What?
With the former president at his bedminster golf club this weekend while waiting for the press conference, because we're all looking for mindset, the former president's mindset.
Clearly, Caitlin, uh, he knew this was and I'm wondering if uh, you know, if there was some anxiety there, a little bit of, or just you know what, another day.
It didn't show because his going on the team.
So that's not good.
No, President Trump.
I love being around him.
He is the nicest, he's a gentleman.
Uh he's so nice to people, and he was exactly that way.
I mean, he's obviously been through this before.
Um, and he's just a wonderful person to hang out with.
By the way, on this list, is my name on that list of all these things?
No, no, not yet.
Not that I thought.
Not yet.
Not good.
Oh, real funny.
Um, yeah, yeah.
Has anybody at Fox News been charged?
Has anybody at Fox News been indicted?
No, I guess they're nice.
See, that's why you cuck.
You cuck in the media so that they don't come after you.
Smart.
War II veteran.
I grew up a patriot.
I was the first person to put up a flag at the finish line, the good old US of A. Why?
Because I was so proud of my country.
And I have to say, today, um, and watching all this come down.
This is the first time I've ever been ashamed of my country.
And what is going on?
I don't know.
I don't even know if he knows what the hell's going on.
World countries.
And we are turning into that person.
We are turning into that country.
And that's a shame because this is this indictment is yet another sham.
Um we've been through this before in order to defeat the leading political opponent to Joe Biden.
And he's the, you know, he's the former POTUS, uh uh Donald J. Trump.
And, you know, in the past, his numbers have gone up, and I just hope people are watching because we cannot let them prevail.
Um, if we do, we're done as a country.
We are done as a country.
Um, we have weaponized the judicial system in the United States.
Um, I think right now, I was listening today.
No, I mean, this is how many indictments we've had, but as far as the cases, it's like a 17 cases again.
That's why I had to go live tonight.
Nobody on the case.
Despite being sick under the weather, overworked, underpaid, and pretty much just a walking zombie.
I'm not even gonna go any further.
Just ashamed to see it.
I just know nobody else was gonna go live and cover this.
And I couldn't have Cuck Fox News be the only people covering this live.
So, just had to do it.
Only one, so that's fine.
Here we are.
We're gonna be waiting till midnight.
And maybe, you know, maybe be done done in the said.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, right, Jonathan.
I wish.
We certainly are, and uh I just want to say I know the people are seeing this out there.
I mean, they're doing it over and over again.
They're seeing what the Democrats are all about and the weaponization of uh our government.
Uh Donald Trump is taking the heat right now, but to be honest with you, next person they're coming after is the people right there on the other side of this TV.
Uh, they're gonna come after you.
Who would have who had Caitlin Jenner being the most hardcore Fox News correspondent tonight?
Caitlin Jenner, the most hardcore, the man that likes to dress like a woman who apparently has been doing this forever.
That is the big joke.
And uh he is now Caitlin Jenner, he is now the most hardcore Fox News correspondent during this incredible history that we're witnessing tonight.
Wow.
The COVID narrative and trying to censor different things.
So in a lot of people's aspect.
Where am I?
You have had the FBI.
These people are living in a different planet.
This has been going on for years.
This is not new.
Uh, we're just learning about it more now because they're more open to the world.
This was the United States for God's sake.
They're not holding back anymore.
I mean, in the old days it was all very secretive behind the, you know, and behind the curtain things that it were going on.
Now they're right up front.
Look at this.
Another one today.
Things that happened two and a half years ago.
This is the weaponization of our judicial system to go against a political opponent of Joe Biden.
And that's all there is to it.
Donald Trump is taking the heat.
And uh I hope people realize that because the next one they're coming after, if you if they win this, they're gonna just keep going down the line and they're gonna they're coming after you eventually.
And Donald Trump is standing in the way.
And I I've supported him in the last uh when last time he was president, I supported, and I'll support him again next time.
Yeah, again, we're a little bit late for the news conference, very quickly with you.
So the president this weekend didn't clearly he was his golf game was on spot on because he beat you, and you're you're driving the ball 270.
And so, you know, that's it's not a simple task to be.
No, no, he he actually played very well, and and he was just gracious to everybody, and not flustered.
Not you know, even at all, he's just Donald Trump.
And that's Donald is that way.
He gets out in the public.
I know he had to leave on uh what was it, Saturday.
He wasn't there uh because he was in Iowa.
And uh you see him there, and he's happy with everybody signing autographs, and he's honestly I really love the guy.
I mean, uh, and he did a phenomenal job uh the first four years he was in there.
I think he got a raw deal.
But um, you know, uh I support him.
All right, here we go.
And uh a lot of people I know, I hope they see through the city.
Here comes here comes the most ridiculous thing you've ever seen.
And uh get behind Donald Trump.
Here comes cover your ass part two from today.
The corrupt democrats, the most corrupt criminal party in the history of this country, the Democrat Party, until we eradicate it from our body politic, this country will continue to suffer immensely.
Here we go.
Look at all these corrupt, look at all these corrupt criminals right here.
They know exactly what they've done.
They know exactly what they've done.
Thank you for joining us.
I'm here with the prosecutors and investigators who have worked diligently on the investigation of criminal attempts to interfere in the administration of Georgia's 2020 presidential election.
Today, Based on information developed by that investigation, a Fulton County grand jury returned a true bill of indictment, charging 19 individuals with violations of Georgia law arising from a criminal conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in this state.
The indictment includes 41 felony counts and is 97 pages long.
Please remember that everyone charged in this bill of indictment is presumed innocent.
Specifically, the indictment brings felony charges against Donald John Trump, Rudolph William Lewis Giuliani, John Charles Eastman,
Mark Randall Meadows, John Cheeseboro, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Lynn Ellis, Ray Stallings Smith III, Robert David Cheeley.
This is all a time killer.
Michael A. She's only doing this to kill time.
She has nothing to say.
This is a fake press conference.
This is an emergency covered your ass press conference.
So she's spending as much time reading names right now to try to lengthen this to make it look legitimate.
This is all, this is all fake.
This is all phony.
William Prescott Floyd, Travion C. Cootie, Sidney Catherine Powell, Kathleen Austin Latham, Scott Graham Hall, and Misty Hampton, also known as Emily Misty Hayes.
Every individual charged in the indictment is charged with one count of violating Georgia's racketeer influenced and correct.
Yeah, we know how to read, okay?
This is all she's just wasting time.
She's just reading off a script.
They they fucked up royally, folks.
They released the charges before the grand jury finished convening, before the grand jury voted, they got caught, and then they called this emergency press conference tonight to cover their ass for the second time today, and now she's just killing time, reading off a script, reading off the indictment that we can all read.
Specifically, the participants in association took various actions in Georgia and elsewhere to block the county of the votes of the presidential electors who were certified- Elsewhere as the winners of Georgia's 2020 general election.
As you examine the indictment, you will see acts that are identified as overt acts and those that are identified as predicate acts, sometimes called acts of racketeering activity.
Overt acts are not necessarily crimes under Georgia law in isolation, but are alleged to be acts taken in furtherance of the conspiracy.
Many occurred in Georgia and some occurred in other jurisdictions and are included because the grand jury believes they were part of the illegal effort to overturn the results of Georgia's 2020 presidential election.
The acts identified as predicate acts or acts of racketeering activity are crimes that are alleged to have been committed in furtherance of the criminal enterprise.
Acts of racketeering activity are also charged as separate counts in the indictment against those who are alleged to have committed them.
All elections in our nation are administered by these states, which are given the responsibility of ensuring a fair process and an accurate counting of the votes.
That includes elections for presidential electors, Congress, state officials.
What is she even talking about?
What is she doing?
The State's role in this process is essential to What did Donald Trump do?
What did all the co-conspirators do?
Why don't you tell us what they did?
They have nothing.
I can't believe we're going through this.
This is this is the darkest time in American history.
We have wanton lunatics like Fannie Willis running our justice departments.
We have wanton, Lib Tard, incompetent bastards, anti-American communist scum ruining our country.
They're gonna lock us all up.
We are done.
Abide by Georgia's legal property.
We are done, man.
If this if they get away with this, we're done.
Defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia's presidential election result.
Subsequent to the indictment, the normal process in Georgia law.
The grand jury issued arrest warrants for those who are charged.
I am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday, the 25th day of August.
This is all just legal paperwork.
She's just reading off legal paperwork.
This isn't a press conference.
She's not giving us any new information.
A series of allegations based on a grand jury's determination of probable cause to support the charges.
It is now the duty of my office to prove these charges in the indictment beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
I would like to take a moment to thank thank the Superior Court clerk, Shea Alexander, and her staff for staying late and making sure that this indictment was processed.
Because this is an emergency press conference.
I would also like to thank the men and women of Sheriff Labatt's office for keeping the courthouse open, but most importantly for keeping us safe over the weeks and months.
Why did they have to do that to this indictment?
And for what I know the police you wanted to defund?
We also want to thank the Atlanta Police Department and other law enforcement partners who have worked with the sheriff to keep us safe.
Oh, I'm no, oh, I'm sure uh going to sleep.
So she spoke that was eight minutes.
Or no, no, no, I'm sorry.
That was uh six minutes.
She spoke for six minutes.
Didn't say anything.
Can you clarify in Georgia uh the mandatory minimum when it comes to Rico charges, whether it's servable by probation or how that might play out?
The RICO charges has time that you have to serve, so it is not a probated sentence.
Yeah, she asked what the time was.
What is the timetable for the trial?
As you know, in this jurisdiction, trials are set by the judges.
Um, and so it will be the judge that sets the date of the trial.
This office will be s submitting a proposed scheduling order within this week.
However, that will totally be at the discretion of the judge.
You're the fourth person, the fourth jurisdiction now to indict Donald Trump.
Do you believe you need to be the fourth one to try him?
Or could you move it up?
Do you want to be the first to try him?
I don't have any desire to be first or last.
I want to try him and be respectful of the city.
Yeah, we know.
We know you guys are foaming at the mouth.
You absolute lunatics.
We will be able to do that.
You absolute freaks order that occurs a trial date.
There was earlier today that it was a fictitious document according to the Bolton County Clerk's office that was circulated online.
Fox News correspondent.
Those that fictitious document uh matched exactly the charges that we now see in this indictment.
Can you tell us more about that document leak?
Uh, because now you have the former president's lawyers who are saying that this is emblematic of a serious problem with your office.
No, I can't tell you anything about um what you refer to.
What I can tell you is that we had a grand jury here in Fulton County.
They deliberated till almost eight o'clock, if not right after eight o'clock, an indictment was returned.
It was true build, and you now have an indictment.
Um I am not an expert on clerks duties um or even administrative duties.
I wouldn't know how to work that system, and so I'm not gonna speculate.
Next question.
She couldn't deny it.
They got caught.
They got caught.
This is an emergency press conference.
They illegally filed charges, folks.
They just got caught.
All of these defendants together.
Do I intend to try the 19 defendants in this indictment together?
Yes.
Yes.
And have you had any contact with the special counsel about the overlap between this indictment and the federal indictment?
I'm not going to discuss our investigation at this time.
Have there been any conversations?
Uh the arguments uh made by former President Trump that this is a politically motivated indictment.
I make decisions in this office based on the facts and the law.
Oh, yes.
Um, The law is completely nonprofit.
I'm sure that's how decisions are made in every case to date this office as an indictment since I've been sitting as a district.
No, they didn't they didn't say show me Donald Trump and I'll find the crime.
She's probably done after this.
We followed the same process.
She's done.
She can't take another question.
They're going to rush her off the stage.
How could the authorizations about the terms of surrender?
Told you.
Too many questions.
Well, there you have it.
Finally Willis spoke for about uh seven minutes.
She took a few questions there.
One of the questions that she would not ask was brought up about this indictment that appeared on the Fulton County government website today that was also uh broken and posted by Reuters, and the county came out and said that was a fictitious document, and to ignore it, and as one of the reporters kind of mentioned there, the document, the actual document that came out uh earlier this evening, uh, actually matched that document.
I want to bring in the Anchor Special Report one more time, Brett Bear.
Brett Bear, what did you hear?
All right, worthless.
Worthless.
Finally, finally we have Trump.
Finally, after seven years of obsessing and foaming at the mouth and crying and screaming and cutting ourselves and harming our children and cancering the American people with our propaganda and lying to the American people and our hatred for this country and our vitriol for the average American in the flyover country.
Finally, we have this phony, I mean, very legitimate press conference.
Finally, we have these phony charge.
I mean, very legitimate charges.
Oh my gosh, I have a huge boner under this desk right now.
Let me just tell you, my penis has grown about two inches, guys.
Maybe three.
I don't know.
I haven't looked at it, but I'm telling you right now, I'm feeling massive growth, massive girth, unlike I've ever experienced before.
I didn't realize that the fourth Trump indictment would finally be the one to give me a woody.
I haven't had one of these.
I can't even tell you the last time.
My my husband wife has been begging me, please, please, would you just try something?
Try something to get your wiener up again.
And little did I know it would be Trump's fourth indictment.
You know, I should probably just sign off.
I should probably just stop.
Because you know they want to throw me in jail, too.
You know, they listen to every word I say, everything I do, looking for something else to throw me in jail.
They're foaming at the mouth to put me away, too.
I just can't even believe how.
And here's the thing.
I'll I'll I'll talk shit.
Like, I'll talk shit on Brett Bear, and that's fine.
I don't know Brett Bear personally.
I've heard good things.
I've heard he's a a good guy and a nice guy and fun to hang out with.
And that's fine.
But let me just tell you this this pussification that we see on the news to not call this what it is, is just pathetic.
Clerical error, she doesn't know how the system works.
Of course, she knows how the system works.
There we go.
It's a system that she deals with all the time.
There you go, Brett.
About how a grand jury delivers these documents, how to do it.
Turn up the heat clerk's office, how it's recorded and processed, and then it's unsealed, and she talks about it.
She knows exactly how it works.
So this is a question that's a liar.
But the bottom line is No, they don't have to answer it.
The bottom line.
The former president of the United States, the 45th president of the United States, now has been charged four times for indictments, uh, with now about 90 plus individual charges against the former president.
And there you see the charges in this particular case uh that stems around the 2020 election.
And there are different elements to this.
There are different parts of how they make their RICO case.
Uh, but there are a lot of people that are already trying to punch holes in this.
Yeah, indeed there are.
Uh Bret Barrett, thank you, sir.
Great stuff.
Appreciate it.
She locked.
I'll go back if I can now to Cash Patel.
Fanny Willis locked like Davis, if you gentlemen are both with the case.
Fanny Willis is a liar.
She wants them all tried together, Cash, and she wants this done within six months.
What do you take?
That is a constitutional farce and illegality.
As a former federal prosecuting public defender who's defended cases involving 10 and 20 defendants, there's this thing called the blockboxer ruling.
If one defendant is using a statement against another defendant in the charged indictment, that case has to be split and tried separately.
All 19 can go separately, or there can be a combination of the two.
Either way, there is no way under the constitutional rigors of due process to get six uh to get this to trial in six months.
But more importantly, the Fulton County DA just made a representation to the world.
She just lied to the universe.
As the district attorney, your name, your stamp is on every single indictment.
You do not have loose copies of indictments floating around and blame the clerical system and the judicial officer in the clerk's office for a mishap.
She just said she has no idea how that indictment was presented and posted online.
She just lied to the world.
That should tell you everything you need to know about her weaponized system of justice, her personal animosity towards Donald Trump and the destruction of due process and the continued election rigging that goes on at the state level.
Now it centers around Atlanta, Georgia, and this Fulton County DA.
Congress must investigate and subpoena her immediately for lying to the world about how this judicial process unfolded and that phony indictment that was put up.
It was done with her approval through her hands and through all of her assistant district attorneys.
She's responsible.
She just lied to the world.
Mike Davis, something guys left out that you'd like to expound on.
I would just say this.
They waited.
Jack Smith and Fanny Willis waited 30 months to bring these bogus charges against President Trump, but now they both want to rush to try President Trump when these are complicated factual cases.
They're easy legal cases.
These are non-crimes, but complicated factual cases with a lot of witnesses across a lot of different states.
They want to rush to try President Trump within the next six to eight months.
That just happens to be during the presidential election.
This is obvious election interference by Democrat prosecutors to take out President Trump before the 2024 presidential election.
I will also note that Fanny Willis refused to say whether she's cooperating with the Biden Justice Department, including Jack Smith.
They're obviously cooperating.
They're obviously colluding to take down Trump.
Yeah, and Cash kind of touched on that a little earlier.
I want to bring this in.
Every individual is charged with one count, Mike.
Overt X, predicate X. What's the difference?
She said some clearly overt, not as serious as the predicate acts.
What are we dealing with here?
We're dealing with a legal stew here.
She's coming up with an organized crime theory to go after President Trump and his lawyers and his other advisors to try to criminalize the political process.
And that's what they're doing here.
You know, I will give them credit on this.
At least leftist liberal Democrat lawyers and justices and all this other stuff, they go the extra mile for their cause.
They break the rules, they break precedent, they break decorum, they try new things, they go into the the laboratory and put different things together in the beakers, and they don't care if it blows up in their face, they're at least giving it.
I mean, folks, what Fannie Willis has done here is completely unheard of.
It's beyond any norms of our legal system or even legal theories.
They're coming up with new legal theories.
They're they're basically accusing Donald Trump of doing things criminally that they've already done themselves.
I mean, Stacey Abrams still denies that she lost the Georgia election.
I mean, this is just insane.
I can't believe we're witnessing this.
These these leftists are out of control.
They're out of control.
I just, you know.
And I'm not celebrating that now 19 other people have been indicted because of this.
And many of them have not had to go through this rigmarole that personally I've had to go through multiple times.
Uh, and so I'm not celebrating that, but you know, that's part of the process of realizing how corrupt the system is when it comes after you.
That's part of this process of of realizing how serious we are that these democrats will use every thimble of power that they can get their hands on to destroy your life.
They will do it.
And I just don't want everybody to have to learn that the hard way.
But that's where we're going.
Saying that I'm not sure what I believe about Donald Trump or I'm really going to listen to this.
They're saying, I think there's something about this is really unfair and it's not right.
And 18% of Republicans are more likely to consider Donald Trump as president today than they were to to before the indictments.
And it's really about this issue of a feeling that government is only one-sided at this point, only there to protect one side of America, not both sides.
And really, I think there's a huge rejection of the notion of unity that the Democrats have forward saying that's not what's happening.
Yeah, and I think from a polling perspective, Lee, it's kind of interesting, and we've talked about this at Nazim tonight, the whole concept that earlier a piece of this indictment appears to have gotten online.
It was on the clerk's appears, the.gov and Reuters broke the story.
And that document matched the actual indictment.
But the document earlier was actually processed and put out prior to the grand jury uh voting to indict.
And that's the key thing here, because you talk about fairness and you talk about you know, talking to people about these issues, everybody in the country has got to be thinking that just doesn't seem right.
Yeah, and there's no doubt about it.
When you heard that and when we saw that, it really raised a lot of questions.
When you think that 86% of Republicans right now are saying that they believe that these tr the charges against Trump are politically motivated, and then you see this kind of activity happen, it just reinforces that belief.
And it's going to be hard for anybody to hear anything beyond that to say or trust anything that they have to say, because they're gonna look at this and say, it was predetermined.
The legal system is rigged, and that's what people already believe, and it's gonna be really hard to shake that.
Um and so many people are out to criticize the why Republicans believe the way that they do, but I think it's really, really important that people do understand that this is where we are as a country.
We do not trust our government, we do not trust the systems of government that are meant to keep us safe.
We don't trust the Department of Justice, and in particular, Republicans are really ready to fight back.
70% of Republicans say they want someone in a leadership position who is going to fight to take this country back from the ruling class elite.
Who's it gonna be?
And many people believe that right person is Donald Trump despite all of these indictments, despite all of these charges, and despite all this activity.
Yeah, and I think it's a fair assessment, and Caitlin Jender to you because it it really, I mean, I was talking to uh a friend of mine who's who leans left who was saying, yeah, you know, some of the stuff that comes out of the DOJ and the FBI and the things we have seen in previous years, it's it's not proper.
It's not proper.
Well, they've already botched it.
I mean, you were saying earlier about this leak beforehand and some of the things that came out from that.
They've already messed it up.
Uh, they honestly they wanted to get this out very quickly because they want all the attention on Donald Trump instead of the Biden cram family.
And now we things are coming out now with the Biden family that are just um horrible the amount of money that they make.
I mean, I'm stunned, but I mean, Caitlin Bruce Jenner gender is like the top the top commentator on Fox News tonight.
I mean, I'm just calling it like it is.
It's a little what is going on?
I uh scamming the making money on the side, uh, like the Biden said it's clearly coming out right now.
Uh but let's just be perfectly clear here.
Let's just be perfectly clear.
This Georgia grand jury has a clown person, a witch.
I'm not saying this facetiously.
It's a deranged woman who thinks she's a witch and practices witchcraft.
I don't know if you remember the interviews that she did on CNN and MSNBC, just looking like a complete whacked out of her mind nut job.
I mean, honestly, she looks like some sort of a deranged crackhead that you might see on the street corner half passed out foaming at the mouth.
And so that's this jury for woman, four person, foreman.
And imagine what the rest of this jury is like.
So the whole thing is rigged.
The whole thing is rigged.
And for whatever reason, there's a reason why they there's a reason why they get they they pushed the gas on this tonight.
And we don't know what that is yet.
At least I don't know what that is yet.
But if you tuned into the war room today, I told you this is what's going to happen because they messed up big.
They illegally filed the charges.
They were going to have to run cover your ass.
They already did when they denied that it was real.
We all know it was real.
It was on their own website.
And then Fannie Willis lied to the American people tonight when she said she doesn't even know how the system works.
Okay, well, then what are you?
A moron?
Well, that might actually be true.
So they illegally charged Donald Trump before the grand jury convened.
They knew they already had the grand jury exactly where they wanted it, so they knew they could file the charges early, and they would represent exactly what they wanted to, because the whole thing was rigged.
Then some moron.
Then some moron accidentally published the charges.
And what did I say earlier today?
I said they're gonna, they're gonna show you the charges, and they're gonna be the exact same thing that were on the leaked document that they said were fake.
Now that's exactly what's happened.
So for some reason they had to push this forward.
So my guess is there's gonna be some big drop on the Biden crime family.
There's gonna be some big drop on the Biden crime family in in the near future.
And so they had to get this thing out ahead of it.
Because they've been getting their ass kicked in the tit for tat.
So they decided to move prematurely this time because they have not gotten the first step.
They have never had the fastest first step.
They have never had the quickest draw.
Now they finally look at it as oh, we can have the quick draw here.
We can control the narrative, we can control the media cycle this week.
And now the whole story is gonna be about Trump.
Something big is gonna drop on the Biden crime family this week.
And then they'll so they it's like a bookend.
They open the week with the Trump indictment, which they illegally charged and they got caught, and then they had an emergency press conference tonight.
That's what that was.
That was a cover your ass press conference because they know that the the charges were illegal that leaked, that it was real.
So they had to do this press conference to act like, oh no, everything's fine, everything's normal.
See these we do have charges, see these things are going on.
Something big will drop on the Biden crime family, probably Wednesday, and then they'll arrest Trump on Friday, and the whole thing will be about Trump.
So that's what's going on here.
And you know, I hope that we have a much needed moment of unity.
Because a lot of people that support Trump attacked Giuliani, a lot of people that support Trump attacked Mark Meadows, a lot of people that support Trump attacked Sidney Powell, attacked Jenna Ellis, and now look at where they're at.
We need unification now.
We can't do infighting anymore.
We need to stay focused on the message in the mission.
And I just unbelievable that we're witnessing this level of criminal activity, and so far they've just completely gotten away with it.
It's unreal.
Now, the last time I was here.
The last time I was here, I was talking about Trump swag.
And apparently that's gone nowhere.
What is Trump gonna say about this tomorrow?
Maybe he makes a release statement tonight.
We'll have to wait and see.
But they're covering up something that happened in Maui.
That's a whole nother thing altogether that they don't want you to talk about.
There's a cover-up on of that, okay.
And let me just tell you, it goes deeper than we want to think.
And deeper than I even want to think, and deeper than I even want to admit, probably.
I don't even want to get into it, but um things are starting to get really suspicious, folks.
Okay.
I'm just gonna say it like that.
Beyond what I'm normally used to.
Now, it's just another thing is I need to close out here.
Isn't it fun though?
Who else has to have a probation meeting tomorrow?
Who else has to have a probation meeting tomorrow?
Who else has to have a probation meeting tomorrow?
So I deal with this all the time, man.
Like that's what I'm saying.
I mean, you know, AOC is about to take the stump in Congress.
This is going to be hilarious to watch.
But AOC is about to take the stump in Congress over sunscreen.
I'm not kidding you.
Over sunscreen.
Because she doesn't like the regulations that have been put on sunscreen.
And she prefers European sunscreen.
I'm not joking about this.
So what AOC is planning on doing is to make an appeal to the FDA to allow these European sunscreens to be to be in the United States, or to reclassify sunscreen away from a consumable to a cosmetic.
Now, uh, there's a couple ironic things here.
One, sunscreen mostly causes cancer and it's bad for you.
And in fact, I don't wear any sunscreen, haven't worn it in probably three, four years.
My mom is freaked out.
She thinks I'm gonna die of skin cancer.
Folks, I was in the sun all weekend.
I was in the sun for eight hours yesterday, and I had all these people coming up to me.
Some of you might have even been there in the chat.
All these people coming to me.
You're sunburned.
You're gonna be red.
Oh my gosh, you're gonna be peeling and burnt tomorrow.
Like, do you I'll show you, I'll take my shirt off right now.
I'm not red at all.
Didn't wear any sunscreen, was in the sun for eight hours.
Everybody telling me you're gonna get burned.
You're gonna be in pain, you're gonna be red as a lobster.
Oh my gosh.
No.
No sunburn.
None at all.
Zero.
Now, am I suggesting you go spend eight hours in the raw sun?
No.
But because I don't wear sunscreen, and because I spend a lot of time in the sun and I've acclimated my skin to the sun this summer, I can spend eight hours in the sun and not get sunburned.
Maybe I will take it off.
Yeah, maybe I'll give you, maybe I'll give the crowd what it wants.
Because a lot of the haters, some of you might have been there.
They were saying, oh, and you gotta put sunscreen on.
Oh, and you're gonna get sunburned.
No sunburn.
Oh, yeah, you want to see my tan lines?
I look like I'm wearing white shorts when I'm in the nude.
But okay, beyond that, two other things on this.
Did the FDA did the FDA do something right?
Oh, yeah.
Should I okay?
For $100, I'll take my shirt off.
Make it 100,000.
You can't afford it.
Oh, no, no, no.
It's okay.
We'll keep the shirt on.
But I do kind of, I mean, I do kind of want to prove like there's no sun, there's no sunburn here.
Do you see a sunburn here?
No sunburn.
Normal skin color.
No sunburn.
I mean...
I debate these women, and they tell me sun is bad for your skin.
Sun makes your skin wrinkly.
Do I look wrinkly?
I get as much sun as possible.
I sun max.
I was a lifeguard for like seven years.
Do I have wrinkles all over my skin?
Does my skin look sun damaged?
I really don't even use cosmetics.
I use I've used I've used some skin moisturizers in the past, but not not really, not habitually.
I use a beef tallow and honey balm on my face, maybe once a week, every other week.
So but anyway, I'm just saying I'm I'm living proof.
I know what I'm talking about.
Again, don't go out in the sun for for eight hours straight if your skin hasn't seen the sun in months.
You're gonna you're gonna roast, absolutely.
But did the FDA get something right classifying sunscreen as a consumable?
Why does it say on the the sunscreen bottle?
Why does it say do not consume?
Because it's toxic.
But why does the FDA classify it as a consumable?
Because when you put it on your skin, it goes into your skin.
You are consuming it.
You do consume it.
So in Europe, they call it a cosmetic.
They don't count it as a consumable.
They can they count it as a cosmetic.
And so AOC is trying to have it reclassified as a cosmetic.
She wants new sunscreens.
Apparently, she liked European sunscreens better.
I I'm surprised she uses sunscreen.
But but okay.
Aside from aside from all of that, do you want to know the funniest part about this is AOC is such an idiot that she doesn't even know how Congress works.
Congress has oversight of the FDA.
So actually, you don't have to lobby or ask the FDA to change the classification of sunscreen.
Congress can do that.
And I guess she is not aware of that.
Now, apparently uh Trump has just made a statement.
Look at that big ass.
Look at that big juicy booty.
All right, we just missed Trump's statement.
I'm gonna read this statement.
I'm going to find this statement and then probably sign off for the night.
All right.
Here, while I'm trying to find this statement.
Beyond the election.
But I think that's the idea here.
It seems that Fanny Willis wants to get this wrapped up somehow, or certainly in the hands of a court before then.
We'll see if that all happens, Trace.
We will.
And just for the record, you and I apparently have the same clerical team, Kevin, because mine is also 98 pages.
Although the last page only has a couple of witness names on them.
So, you know, 97 point something, something.
But we're close.
Thank you.
On what Kevin was just talking about, I want to bring in Jeff Paul, the correspondent, because Jeff was just in Florida and he's dealing with the Florida case.
You were down there, new information in that, because everybody is trying to thread the needle, Jeff, right?
Everybody's trying to figure to get their case in before, and so this is a statement from Trump's team earlier.
This is not the most recent statement.
I'll try to find that one for you.
But this was earlier.
Statement from Trump's attorneys drew findings and Jennifer Little.
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office has once again shown they have no respect for the integrity of the grand jury process.
This was not a simple administrative mistake.
A proposed indictment should only be in the hands of the district attorney's office, yet it somehow made its way to the clerk's office and was assigned a case number and a judge before the grand jury even deliberated.
This is emblematic of the pervasive and glaring constitutional violations.
Which you plugged This case from its very inception.
Now I didn't know that Trump's campaign released that statement earlier today, but this is obviously why.
This is obviously why they had this emergency press conference.
And we now have a state.
Justice and the rule of law are officially dead in America.
This marks the fourth act of election interference by crooked Joe Biden and the communist democrats who are absolutely destroying our country.
They are doing things to our country that nobody ever thought possible.
They know they can't beat me in a fair fight at the ballot box, so they're weaponizing the legal system to try and defeat me.
And you know what?
This is the greatest political movement of all time.
It's gonna make America great again.
There's never been a movement like it, and they're not gonna let it happen.
They're not gonna let it be dishonest anymore.
But just as we've prevailed before, we will once again emerge stronger.
Next November, we will win back the White House, and we will indeed make America great again.

Justice and the rule of law.
All right, so there you go.
No sunburn.
Y'all were wrong, no sunburn, no sunscreen necessary.
You were all wrong.
I was right, get over it.
And I want to say this in closing.
Donald Trump knew this indictment was coming because he recorded that video this morning.
And I know that because he recorded a Maui statement this morning as well that he also released.
So he knew that he knew this indictment was coming somehow.
Trump knew this indictment.
That statement was recorded at like 10 in the morning, and they've just now released it.
So, all right, ladies and gentlemen, here we go.
Buckle up.
It is just absolute mad town.
We are just dealing with absolute mad town with these corrupt democrats.
They're completely out of control.
I'll see you guys tomorrow.
I'm out.
I'm out.
Henry came outself.
perfection is not without consequence We're never giving up.
Joe.
We're never giving up.
These damn dirty Democrats are gonna have to kill and arrest us all.
And they might do it.
But we're not giving up.
Nice.
