InfoWars.
Tomorrow's news today.
harrison smith
Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the war room.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, coming to you live this Thursday afternoon.
Hope everybody's doing well.
We got a lot of news to cover today.
News still breaking about all sorts of stuff, sticking with politics mostly.
Luckily, we decided not to go to war with Iran.
Thank goodness, right?
We'll bring you the reason why this has occurred and whether this is a long-lasting pause in the endeavor or whether we'll have some sort of new outbreak of violence sometime soon.
But we have a lot of domestic news to talk about today as the insurrection continues and a bunch of important court cases and hearings are going around going on all around the country.
We'll be joined in the next hour by Tyler Nixon, who was watching the entire Tina Peters hearing, and he'll give us a breakdown on that.
We have some videos from that yesterday as a woman who tried to stop the theft of the 2020 election by doing her job is instead being forced to rot away in prison, probably until she dies if the Democrats have their way.
But let's begin today as we do every day with our Daily Dispatch.
Your daily dispatch for Thursday, the Ides of January 2025.
Three men arrested for attempted murder of feds in Minneapolis ID'd as illegal immigrants from Venezuela.
The three men arrested for ambushing an ICE agent in Minneapolis on Wednesday have all been identified as illegal immigrants from Venezuela who were let back into the country under the Biden administration.
Officials said Thursday, calling the attack an attempted murder of federal law enforcement officers.
The Department of Homeland Security said the suspects, Julio Cesar Sosa Ecelis, Alfredo Alejandro Adjorno, and Gabriel Alejandro Hernandez-Ledzema were all in the country illegally and are now in ICE custody.
And we'll bring you the, I'll read you the report of what actually happened with these guys, but it's a farce.
I think the technical term for it is a complete and utter farce, like a comedy sketch.
Meanwhile, earnings fall short at Bank of America, City, JPMorgan, and Wells Fargo for a year.
Wall Street's dominant theme has been the so-called K-shaped economy in which the well-to-do have powered financial activity despite lower earners' struggles.
This week, the nation's largest banks reported a broadly disappointing set of quarterly earnings.
The first stumble in a year-long spree of rising markets and softening regulations paid off handsomely for the finance set.
And this was basically being reported as U.S. banks show the first cracks of what may well be their final collapse.
Denmark talks China-Russia threat to Greenland amid Trump clash.
Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lok Rasmussen recaps a meeting with the Trump administration.
He admitted he shared concerns with President Donald Trump and U.S. officials over Greenland's vulnerability to Chinese and Russian influence despite his firm opposition to a U.S. takeover.
And negotiations are still going on behind the scenes with America trying desperately to buy Greenland because we just don't feel like taking it over militarily, even though we could.
Meanwhile, Trump threatens to invoke Insurrection Act against Minnesota rioters.
Good, and he should.
Again, we'll bring you more information.
I mean, that's going to be our top story.
What has gone on with the ongoing insurrection that, yes, could be stopped at any moment with the Insurrection Act, but we're not for some reason.
Finally, we have this.
The U.S. is pressing Mexico to allow U.S. forces to fight cartels.
The United States is intensifying pressure on Mexico to allow U.S. military forces to conduct joint operations to dismantle fentanyl labs inside the country, according to an American official.
The push comes as President Trump presses on the Mexican government to grant the United States a larger role in the battle against drug cartels that produce fentanyl and smuggle it into the United States.
The proposal was first raised early last year and then largely dropped, officials said, but the request was renewed after U.S. forces captured President Nicholas Maduro of Venezuela on January 3rd and has involved the highest levels of government, including the White House, according to official sources.
That is your daily dispatch for this Thursday, brought to you, of course, by thealexjonesstore.com.
And we have a brand new product at thealxjonstore.com.
It's called War Cry and it's smelling salts.
Folks, if you've never tried smelling salts, be prepared.
This stuff is powerful.
I just opened the bottle and it almost knocked me out.
This stuff's crazy.
unidentified
I'll tell you about it on the other side.
harrison smith
Welcome back, folks.
I gotta say, this stuff is strong.
This stuff might be too strong.
My eyes are watering.
It probably looks like I'm crying.
Give me the one shot here.
At the beginning of the last break, I took a whiff of the smelling salts.
Do my eyes look a little bit red?
My God.
This stuff is strong.
I've done smelling salts before and nothing like this.
My goodness.
I mean, you never want to like shove your nose in it and smell.
Usually, you know, you get it sort of near the bottle and you like waft it towards you.
This stuff, I literally just opened the bottle and it was like, I got punched in the face in a good way, in a very good way.
Oh boy, yeah.
If you've never used smelling salts, they'll wake you up.
I'll tell you that.
I've used ones before.
I've never tried anything as even remotely as strong as this stuff.
It's called, they're called War Cry.
It's called War Cry at theAlexJonesStore.com.
It's a powder and you mix in about a tablespoon of water and you shake it up and you let it sit for about a minute.
And then you open it and you give it a little whiff.
And boy, howdy.
I'll tell you that.
I'm crying.
This stuff is really powerful.
I've never been hit like that before.
War Cry Premium Smelling Salts.
You just add 12.5 milliliters, about one cap full of water, shake, and it's ready.
Immediate wake-up call gives you a primal jolt needed to break brain fog and get battle-ready focus.
Personally recommended by Alex Jones and myself now, but not for the faint of heart, folks.
Not for the faint of heart.
You get a free limited edition InfoWars hat, by the way.
I believe I have it right here.
I believe this is the limited edition.
It's actually the only way to get this hat right now.
It's a limited edition InfoWars hat with your order of Warcry smelling salts.
Plus, of course, you get the 50 times entries on the incredible Ford Raptor and Ford 250 diesel, plus $10,000 in cash as part of our giveaway.
Every dollar spent gets 50 times entries.
Plus, you get a free hat, no minimum to spend with any order, and go right now to try the new War Cry smelling salts.
If you've ever tried smelling salts, I pretty much guarantee you've never tried one like this.
And if you've never tried smelling salts, might I encourage you to try them out yourself?
Especially if you have any ladies fainting in your parlor.
The smelling salts is what they always go to.
That's why I always just knew it from like Count of Monte Cristo.
They'd always have smelling salts.
I didn't realize that it was still around.
But then my friends had some a couple months ago.
I tried and it's like, oh, wow.
All right.
I get it.
It really does wake you up.
Something fierce.
Okay.
Warcry, thealexjonesstore.com/slash Harrison.
If you want to let them know who sent you now, we've got a lot of news to get to.
I do.
I feel like the smelling salt just hit a reset button in my brain.
I'm like, I got to refocus now.
We had a pretty, yeah, that's, yeah, that's what it's all like.
I mean, and he got really close.
I'm telling you, I literally just opened the bottle about a foot away from my nose, and I still have tears forming in my eyes.
Wow.
Okay, powerful stuff.
We had a pretty interesting show yesterday.
I have to say, probably went a little bit further on certain topics than I typically do for good reason because they're trying to take our First Amendment.
We're not going to let them.
But my God, did I get a lot of compliments?
I probably got more text messages from friends about that show than any other show I've ever done, which just lets you know, man.
If we were doing nothing but just chasing popularity, chasing whatever was most popular or most, I don't know, driven by the algorithm, we'd be doing very different shows.
No, we have an entirely separate set of priorities and things that we're pursuing, and that is the betterment of the world and the hijacking, stopping the hijacking of all of our various systems by the most evil people in the world.
But we've also had a follow-up from old Chabos that we'll have to get to at some point as he's trying to clarify his statements, and it's only making everything worse.
Like I said, I will be joined by Tyler Nixon in the 4.30 time slot Central Time, and we'll talk about Tina Peters when we have a bunch of clips from that as well.
Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act, but he's been threatening to invoke this for a while.
And I've seen some almost Q-level conspiracy stuff saying that he has done things in the past that have put the building blocks in place so that once he issues the Insurrection Act, it'll be, you know, happen smoothly.
Like one of the things is you have to issue warnings.
You have to demand that people comply.
And when they don't, then they're in violation of the act once it comes into force.
And he's already made all of those warnings.
He's already issued all of those declarations.
In some cases, they've been buried in other declarations, but like technically it fulfills the requirement.
I don't know why he doesn't do this.
The videos that we're seeing out of Minnesota over the last few days are an insurrection.
Not a January 6th style insurrection where a bunch of unarmed tourists take an unapproved tour through the Capitol.
No, this is mobs of violent rioters storming weapons caches and seizing weapons to then use against ICE.
And you have the local authorities there encouraging this every step of the way.
And the police, of course, refusing to engage in any of the lawful orders that ICE is acting under.
And that needs to be understood by everybody because it is a sentiment that I'm seeing more and more.
And we talked about this a little bit already when a couple weeks ago, it was a bunch of the podcasters that helped Trump get elected seemed to be getting cold feet about ICE.
And people like Joe Rogan going, I know we need deportations, but like, really?
You're going to take people away from their family?
You know, they were sort of getting cold feet, getting nervous about what must be done to save this country.
And it's easy to just go, yeah, well, too bad.
This is what we need to do, and we're just going to do it.
And that is, you know, the reality.
And we do just have to do this.
I mean, that's just it.
But this is a very, very common sentiment.
I've been hearing it from people outside of politics quite a bit, which people that I know in my personal life or through kids or whatever.
And the perception is that ICE is creating chaos, ICE is causing problems, ICE is acting tyrannically.
Obviously, this is all based on lies, but it's also based on primarily the failure of local police to cooperate with ICE.
That is what is causing all of the chaos, and that has to be understood.
That is the only reason there's any chaos at all.
And you know this because Obama deported more people than Trump has in his term.
There was no big catastrophe.
There's no big chaos because under Obama, the left still understood that you need to get rid of illegal aliens, and we're happy to cooperate with ICE in fulfilling the law.
That's the difference.
That's the main difference.
And all of the chaos lies squarely in the laps of Tim Waltz and Jacob Fry and all of the other sanctuary city politicians that are refusing to allow their local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE.
That is the issue.
That is the problem.
It feels like that's the route we should go towards.
Like that's what you need to rip up by the route is the leadership that is instructing the local police not to cooperate with ICE and is actually helping to fund disruptor groups go in and fight ICE.
That's what's causing all of this.
And that's what the solution needs to be.
And again, it's, I don't understand.
I don't understand how you can let these local authorities defy ICE like this and then use the resulting chaos that they cause to then call for more attacks on ICE.
And that's what they're doing.
Yeah, they're clever.
They're being cute with it.
It's all, oh, just get up in their faces, but I didn't call for violence.
Oh, go out and disrupt and get in the way, but I never called for violence, though.
Why do we have to treat these people like they're acting in good faith?
They're obviously not.
And Tim Waltz comes out and first of all, completely embarrassingly tries to do a live stream where his audio is doubled and you can't even understand what he says.
But what he says, if you could understand it, is to go out and confront ICE.
The same thing they've been saying every time.
Every time there's been some outbreak of chaos or violence or Renee Good gets killed, at every step, the Democrat politicians are out behind microphones encouraging the violence, inciting the chaos, telling their people, go get involved, go do more, go double down, go get in their faces.
And their supporters are listening to them and doing it.
And it's getting more chaotic.
So how do you not arrest these people for incitement to violence?
When they tell their followers to go out and face ICE and the next two hours, ICE agents are attacked with a shovel and almost murdered.
Okay, what?
Like, what are we doing here?
How are these people not being arrested when they are deliberately inciting violence against federal authorities that is actually getting people hurt?
Why are we allowing this to continue?
And what is the holdup of invoking the Insurrection Act?
What is the threat of the Insurrection Act?
I don't.
I can't think of a reason.
I mean, I think the last time the Insurrection Act was invoked was 1992 and the riots in L.A. I mean, those were, you know, pretty bad.
You know, whole chunks of the city were in martial law.
But it also, I wouldn't call it an insurrection.
It was more just like random riots.
It was more just like looting and attacking random people that they could find on the street.
This is an insurrection.
This is a deliberate attempt to either destroy or usurp the power of the federal government.
This is a literal insurrection.
So we'll go to some of these videos.
Let's go to clip nine.
This is Mayor Jacob Fry pushing for a civil war and putting the blame squarely where it doesn't belong.
And this is why I started this off with this.
You have to understand, the same amount of deportations have occurred for the hundred years before 2025.
Only in 2025 did it become this chaotic because the local authorities refuse to cooperate and are just not enforcing the law because they don't want to.
Here's Jacob Fry saying exactly the opposite.
Let's watch.
jacob frey
And we're in a position right now where we have residents that are asking the very limited number of police officers that we have to fight ICE agents on the street, to stand by their neighbors.
We cannot be at a place right now in America where we have two governmental entities that are literally fighting one another.
Why are we put in this position?
We're put in this position because we have approximately 600 police officers in Minneapolis, far fewer that are able to work at any given time.
And there are approximately 3,000 ICE agents in the area.
3,000.
harrison smith
Okay.
There should be more.
There should be a hell of a lot more.
It sounds like what you're saying is that the local police can't handle the situation that you've put their city in.
And so you probably need resources from some higher power like the federal government.
I guess maybe the federal government should send in peacekeeping forces because as you admit, Jacob Fry, your municipal powers are incapable of dealing with the chaos that you keep inspiring.
So I guess we should probably declare the Insurrection Act.
That's a good point.
It's a good point, Jacob.
Mayor Fry, illegal aliens shot as federal officers attacked by shovel-wielding suspects in Minneapolis.
So again, Tim Waltz comes out and says, go get in these people's faces.
Jacob Fry is saying, you know, this is a civil war and, you know, we have to go out and fight ICE agents.
And a few hours later, an illegal alien attacks ICE agents with a shovel, almost killing them after you actually fire back.
And the whole thing becomes chaotic.
And actually, I want to see if I can find the actual description of this event because the whole thing is absurd.
Like I said, it plays like a farce.
It's, I don't know.
It's like we're sending out the three stooges to go round up Venezuelans.
And it is not the most efficient way.
It's not the most effective way.
It doesn't make any sense why we're doing it this way, except that the local authorities refuse to help and we're having to do what we have to do to get it done in whatever way that we can.
But this is completely inefficient.
And I really can't help but think it's deliberate.
It almost has to be.
But this is what happened.
All right.
Just imagine.
Okay.
From Homeland Security at DHSGov.
At 6:50 p.m. Central Time, federal law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted traffic stop in Minneapolis of an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by Joe Biden in 2022.
In an attempt to evade arrest, the subject fled from the scene in his vehicle and crashed into a parked car.
The subject then fled on foot.
The law enforcement officer caught up to the subject on foot and attempted to apprehend him when the subject began to resist and violently assault the officer.
While the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle.
As the officer was being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals, the original subject got loose and began striking the officer with a shovel or the broomstick.
Fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired a defensive shot to defend his life.
The initial subject was hit in the leg.
All three subjects ran back into the apartment and barricaded themselves inside.
The attacked officer and subject are both in the hospital.
Both attackers are in custody.
This attack on another brave member of law enforcement took place while Minnesota's top leaders, Governor Waltz and Mayor Fry, are actively encouraging an organized resistance to ICE and federal law enforcement officers.
And it's just like, are we not embarrassed?
I mean, are we not embarrassed by this whole ordeal?
They've got an illegal alien in a car.
They pull him over in a traffic stop.
He tries to escape, crashes his car, gets out.
They're chasing on foot.
They happen to catch the guy outside of an apartment where two other random Venezuelan illegal immigrants happen to live.
They see a brawl happen and just come out and start wailing on the agents with a shovel and a broomstick.
And the one guy's getting away.
It's this one ICE agent against three guys because two guys popped out of the bushes.
Just you can't go anywhere.
You flip over a rock in Minnesota and two Venezuelan criminals pop out and start attacking the cops.
Like, what is this?
This is insanity.
This is genuinely insane.
And like I said, this whole time, what we should be doing is locking down entire neighborhoods and just going house to house.
Because obviously, that's how big this problem is.
I mean, what are the odds?
What are the odds that you not only have illegal aliens in the bar apartment where this foot chase happens to end, but that they're so, I don't even know what the word is, confident and radicalized that their first instinct when they see a cop fighting a guy in their front lawn is to go out and start wailing on the cop with a shovel?
What are we talking about here?
That's the official recitation of the facts from DHS.
DHSGov on X is this three Stooges level absurdity.
And it's just like, what are we doing here?
So I could then the agent started to run, but stepped on a rake that snapped up and smacked him in the face.
He turned around and tried to run the other way when another rake snapped up in his face.
I mean, this is where we're at.
We're at the sideshow bob level of deportations at this point.
It's just outrageous.
They finished off by saying their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end.
Federal law enforcement officers are facing a 1300 increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest criminals and lawbreakers.
See that last paragraph?
This is the frustrating part.
It's almost like the Trump administration, the DHS, the right wing in this country, it's like we expect the left to acknowledge what's happening.
It's like we have this delusion where if we explain to them that ICE isn't evil, they're going after illegal aliens.
They're going after criminals.
They're going after rapists and murderers, and it's completely lawful, and they don't deserve to be attacked while doing this.
These are regular people with families.
Like, this is bad.
And it's like we expect the left to be like, you know, I never thought of it that way.
You know, maybe we shouldn't be intolerable assholes against them.
No, this is never going to happen, folks.
Again, their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end.
Must end?
What does that mean?
You mean that you want it to end to say this must end, that's like a command, right?
So they're not listening to you and they're not going to listen to you.
And at every step, they've accelerated and elevated their language to be more confrontational, to be more insightful, inciting, I should say.
Yeah.
Yeah, there you go.
Three Venezuelan guys.
This is ICE at work here.
I just get sick of this, like, this inciting rhetoric must end.
And then, like, that day, Jacob Fry's out there just being like, this is ICE's fault, and everybody has an obligation to get out there and get involved.
And it's just like, do you expect them to come to this conclusion on their own?
Do you expect them to at some point go, you know, this has gone on too far?
People are going to get hurt.
I know that we're against ICE, but we have to do it legally.
They're never going to do that.
The only option here is to force them to do it.
That's it.
Can we not understand this?
I'm sorry, I'm getting triggered over this because, but it's like we keep hearing this where it's like, this must end.
This is unacceptable the way the Democrats are being.
And the Democrats are just like, oh, well, idiot, maybe we won't miss next time.
You know, and it's like, okay, you have to stop appealing to their humanity.
It doesn't exist.
You have to stop trying to invoke their humanity.
It's not there.
You have to crush them.
I swear it's like trying to teach a new parent.
It's like, do you know what happens when you tell your kid, you don't do that anymore?
And then they do it immediately right in front of you.
And then you go, this really has to end.
You really shouldn't do that.
But you don't punish them.
You don't do anything about it.
They laugh in your face and do it again right in front of you.
Like, you're spoiling the child.
You're ruining the child because they need to learn.
And every threat you make that goes unfulfilled, every demand you make that gets laughed at and ignored, erodes your standing, erodes your gravitas, erodes your ability to have influence over these people.
The only thing to do is to make a demand.
And that man is not, when that demand is not met, to punish them brutally.
And that could be financially or it can be legally and just arresting these people for inciting an insurrection because that's what they keep doing every single goddamn day that they're not arrested.
They keep accelerating it and keep making it worse.
So you either have to arrest them or in some other way disempower them completely and just go, all of this chaos and all of this madness and all of this stupidity is all the consequence of these stupid sanctuary city laws with these elected officials not fulfilling their obligations, failing their oaths.
They committed perjury when they took that oath and swore to uphold the Constitution.
They're not doing that.
They have to be removed and replaced with people who will instruct the local law enforcement to participate with ICE.
Problem solved.
Welcome back, folks.
This is the War Room.
It's just getting crazier and crazier in Minneapolis.
Story at Infowars.com.
Minneapolis militants raid a federal vehicle, steal weapons and documents.
Rioters destroyed several federal vehicles in Minneapolis last night and stole government property, including weapons, ammunition, and sensitive documents, according to reports.
Following the reported ambush of federal immigration officers who defensively shot an illegal alien during a vicious attack, left-wing radicals gathered on the north side of the city to wreak havoc and engage in mob criminality.
Federal officers reportedly deployed flashbangs and tear gas after the mob ignored orders to disperse.
But we have videos, and I mean, for several minutes, these people are uncontestedly destroying a federal vehicle.
And I don't know what the ICE vehicles are like, but I remember when, yeah, it was those exact type of safes back there.
I mean, the federal vehicles have armories in them.
This one doesn't look like it was as full of guns and stuff, but obviously there are at least some guns.
That says FBI rifle.
So, I mean, these people have to be identified and obviously tracked down and arrested.
They stole documents showing people's names, doxing the ICE officers, their home addresses, as well as where they plan to go.
They've got cars spray painted with F-ICE, and I believe that one says the only good agent is a dead agent, spray painting death threats on these cars.
Again, I don't know what the ICE vehicles are like.
I know I've seen inside the weapons lockers in the back of FBI cars, and I don't know if I've ever seen as much weaponry as I had.
I mean, literally, they open up the back of these black SUVs, the FBI guys ride around in, and you see it there.
It's like this sort of slide-out locker.
And the ones I've seen, I mean, it had grenade launchers and automatic rifles and all sorts of fun stuff.
So luckily, they didn't get anything that sizable, but obviously they'll do it again.
I mean, why wouldn't they, right?
Especially if they don't get arrested, if the same people do it, if now everybody in these activist rioting groups now realizes, hey, you know, ICE vehicles have these weapons we can steal and then turn them against the ICE agents.
So just absolute chaos, a literal insurrection.
And this is like African Civil War style stuff where people raid weapons caches, arm themselves, and then go around and do it again and again and again and again.
Now, already we've been watching this for probably three minutes.
Mobs of people taking this safe that is full of, I guess, weapons and documents and all sorts of sensitive material.
Not a cop to be seen, not an agent in sight.
So where are they?
Why are they letting this happen unopposed?
Where is the tear gas?
Where are the flashbangs?
This guy's got a hatchet that he's using to bust it apart, but, you know, take his time.
He's got all the time in the world.
No one's coming to stop him.
So this is just total anarchy.
This is just total lawlessness on the streets of Minneapolis because local police refuse to respond.
And apparently the federal authorities are overstretched there as well.
So I want to go to a pretty extensive report here about what has happened over the last day or so in Minneapolis.
Again, the stories at InfoWars.
Minneapolis militants raid federal vehicles, steal weapons and documents.
Earlier that day, agents being attacked and having to shoot to defend themselves.
And nothing so far being done to combat any of this as the left continues to ratchet up their activity.
Every day, doing more, more brazen attacks, more offensive attacks.
More explosives being thrown.
Every day they're ratcheting it up.
And we're seeing no corresponding ratcheting up from the federal side.
So this is a troubling feedback loop to be trapped in.
But let's watch this extensive report about what exactly is going down in Minnesota.
harris faulkner
Violent protesting reigniting.
A federal agent ambushed and beaten in Minneapolis and then shot one of the attackers in the leg.
DHS says the attack happened while the immigration and customs enforcement officer was arresting an illegal immigrant and was forced to defend his life.
That makes two incidents in one week requiring action deemed by the federal government as justified to defend its agents.
Anarchy is erupting in Minneapolis.
before and after what happened last night.
So they're not protesters anymore.
They're agitators and criminals.
Look at this.
The video showing them throwing fireworks and other items at agents, breaking glass, beating cars, agitators vandalizing federal vehicles, and using spray paint against them.
The feds were forced to respond with pepper spray, tear gas, and flashbangs to get things under control.
DHS Secretary Christy Noam made some big news moments ago when she said the department could do more with fewer agents on the streets if only Mayor Jacob Pry would work with them instead of putting them in danger.
kristi noem
This kind of violence is perpetuated by what we hear the governor saying, what we hear the mayor in Minneapolis saying, and their irresponsibility is extremely reckless.
Governor Tim Walz has my phone number.
I have called him and talked to him and said, listen, you let your city burn down in 2020.
Don't do it again.
President Trump wants to keep everybody safe.
We're enforcing federal law.
We're protecting every single American.
Work with us.
harris faulkner
She offered her number to the governor of Minnesota to keep more of this from happening.
The violence against ICE agents.
Let's see if he calls her.
New information now about the ICE agent who shot and killed agitator Renee Goode.
According to DHS, he suffered internal bleeding to his torso after Renee Goods ran into him with her SUV.
Vice President JD Vance posting this on X. While much of the left has lied about this case, it turns out ramming a law enforcement officer with a car causes injuries.
Who knew?
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz gave an address last night.
Critics say his words are again inflaming the situation.
tim walz
Help us establish a record of exactly what's happening in our communities.
You have an absolute right to peacefully film ICE agents as they conduct these activities.
So carry your phone with you at all times.
And if you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record.
Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans.
harris faulkner
Lieutenant Randy Sutton is coming up in focus.
We'll begin with Matt Finn in Minneapolis.
Matt.
matt finn
Harris, the Twin Cities are on edge.
And then last night we get word of another shooting.
When our crew arrived to the scene, there was already a well-organized, very angry, anti-ICE protest, shadows and silhouettes weaving in and out, trying to squeeze out police, get close to the police line.
Also, rioters apparently ripped a weapons locker from a vehicle believed to be used from immigration agents.
Extremely incited agitators tried to smash their way into the weapons locker and may have gotten their hands on bullets and at least one gun.
People were damaging cars, smashing windows, and spray painting them.
Protesters were also going through what appears to be law enforcement documents on the street.
One of our producers on the scene says the protesters were carefully reading each paper they got their hands on, believed to have sensitive information like agent names, arrests, warrants, maps, and much more.
Now, all of this chaos erupted near the shooting scene.
DHS says immigration agents were conducting a targeted traffic stop at an illegal migrant from Venezuela.
They say the man tried to escape, crashed his car, and then ran.
At one point, two other people joined in on ambushing an officer, hitting him with a shovel.
The officer feared for his life and shot the initial subject in the leg.
That person is believed to be okay.
Now, around the same time as the shooting, a special address from Governor Tim Walz was airing statewide.
Walls mentioned resistance and told Minnesotans that Donald Trump wants chaos and confusion.
Mayor Jacob Fry urged protesters to be calm, but is blaming the Trump administration.
jacob frey
There's still a lot that we don't know at this time, but what I can tell you for certain is that this is not sustainable.
This is an impossible situation that our city is presently being put in.
Imagine if that city or that town was suddenly invaded by thousands of federal agents that do not share the values that you hold dear.
Imagine if your daily routines were disrupted.
matt finn
So a short while ago, President Trump posted on Truth Social that for now a judge has side with the Trump administration and will allow the ICE immigration raids to continue here in Minneapolis.
jacob frey
Harris.
harris faulkner
Matt Penn, thank you.
The president is at the ready posting this.
If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the patriots of ICE who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the Insurrection Act, which many presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great state.
harrison smith
Yeah, that'd be great to see.
I mean, what's the wait?
What's the holdup here?
Fuming Pam Bondi loses it at prosecutors quitting over ICE killing probe.
Attorney General Pam Bondi was so furious with six federal prosecutors who announced they would resign rather than prosecute the widow of a Minnesota woman killed by an ICE agent that she fired them before they had a chance to give their notice.
The Attorney General was visibly angry during an interview Thursday with Fox News host Sean Hannity, in which she described how the prosecutors told her after the killing of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Goode that they wanted to resign and use their annual leave through April.
What happened in Minnesota?
We had six prosecutors who suddenly decided they didn't want to support the men and women of ICE, she said, her voice rising as she emphasized certain words to show her disdain.
They wanted taxpayers to pay for them to go on vacation because they decided they didn't want to support law enforcement.
So breaking news tonight, I fired them all.
They're all fired from this office.
Which is good to see.
But, you know, I saw somebody comment, and I think it's an appropriate interpretation of the facts.
Pam Bondi lives for these types of moments.
She loves being able to go on Fox News and say, I fired these six people.
And it's like in the news right now.
Is this live what we're seeing here?
This is live right now.
So we're monitoring here live as the protests continue to rage there in Minneapolis outside the ICE facility.
And you can see the federal officers there.
Is this from today?
I mean, it looks exactly the same like yesterday.
Because I guess we're just doing this forever now until somebody else gets killed and they ramp it up even more.
Until somebody brings a real weapon to this and starts shooting at the agents and they start shooting back and it becomes a full-fledged conflagration.
We could stop this at any point.
Remember, remember, at any point, we can interrupt this feedback loop, but we choose not to.
So here we are.
Yeah, it seems like Pam Bondi lives through these moments where she can sort of beat her chest and act like she's doing something, but that's not what we need right now.
What we need is a businessman.
What we need is somebody who is just no fun in games, no raging on Fox News.
What we need is a bizarro world Merrick Garland.
That's what we need.
Merrick Garland never yelled.
Merrick Garland never got on CNN and started spouting off, I fired them.
They didn't want to do it, so I fired them right away.
That's what happens here.
No, it's all just, well, we're pursuing the law as we see fit, and the presentation is all strictly business, and I would never be guided by anything other than my resolute conviction for the truth and law and order and the Constitution of the United States.
Meanwhile, they're ripping fathers out of their bed and throwing them in concrete boxes and just abusing the hell out of everybody, letting their witnesses perjure themselves on the stand and then covering it up when it's revealed and then arresting the guy that exposes it.
I mean, total brutal mafia tactics, but presented in a calm and professional and moderate way.
We have the exact opposite.
We have nothing happening behind the scenes, nothing happening in a business-like, systematic way, just flailing and puffery and nonsense and smoking mirrors behind the scenes.
And then in front of the camera, it's all pounding your chest and screaming about all that you're doing.
We need literally the exact opposite.
We need the inversion of what we have now.
I don't want loud but ineffective.
I want quiet but ultimately effective.
We're getting the opposite, and it's infuriating.
POTUS threatens to invoke Insurrection Act if Minnesota Dims continue allowing leftist riders to attack ICE.
President Donald Trump issued multiple messages on Truth Social Thursday celebrating a Minnesota judge for declining to block ICE operations in the state and threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act if any Democrat politicians such as Minnesota Governor Tim Wals and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry failed to prevent leftist riders from attacking ICE officers.
Quote, a highly respected judge declined to block ICE operations in the very politically corrupt state of Minnesota.
He wrote, ICE will therefore be allowed to continue its highly successful operation of removing some of the most violent and vicious criminals anywhere in the world, many of them murderers from the state.
The great patriots of law enforcement will continue to make our country safe.
All caps lock record, low crime numbers, which is, of course, true.
That is true.
I want to go to a video from all the way back in old 2016.
Because back in 2016, they hadn't quite gotten the message that they were Supposed to be suicidally dedicated to the destruction of America at all costs.
And part of that being selling our birthright out to whoever can scam their way into the country.
They hadn't quite learned that yet.
So they did a ride along with ICE and showed what actually happens when ICE goes out and does their job and arrests the bad guys.
I'm having trouble finding that one right now.
But let's go to clip 41 here because, again, this is another Minnesota lawmaker, again, calling on an escalation in the conflict.
Let's watch.
If there were neighbors and others who came out to help this person, that is just an example of Minnesota being a place where we help our neighbors.
And we are clear that the ICE agents have been coming here and there's over 2,000 of them.
And they've been attacking and terrorizing our state.
dick gregory
So yes, neighbors will come out and be helpful.
harrison smith
I'm not certain if they had brooms or shovel that is to be further investigated.
laura coates
They did, in fact, have some sort of weapons to use to attack the ICE officer.
Would that change your opinion of whatever unfolded next?
harrison smith
Actually, no, right?
Because from our vantage point, we wanted to make sure and always wanted to make sure that Minnesotans are being dealt with properly.
And when we think in terms of any pursuit or any apprehension of anyone, there's a way for you to do your work where it's respectful and it's fair.
We unfortunately have seen ICE not be respectful, not be fair, but to be illegal and to attack and to be very aggressive with Minnesotans and to see that the federal government has made a decision to attack and send more and more agents here and allow them to be allow them to misbehave.
We think that's a tragedy and a travesty.
So again, there's a Minnesota state senator just doing everything she can to downplay the threat that ICE is under, to encourage people to go out and cause problems.
And again, acting like they don't know that ICE agents were just attacked with a shovel.
Well, I don't know about any of that.
It's like, okay, but it did happen.
So why are you making it worse?
Look at these morons.
Again, what are they standing up for?
Criminals and rapists.
Literally criminals and rapists.
That's who these people are fighting for.
This isn't Kent State, right?
Where it's a bunch of college students who've seen their friends sent off to die in some godforsaken rice field in Vietnam.
All right.
This isn't the civil rights movement where black people are being beaten or, you know, not allowed to participate in their own communities.
There's nothing righteous about this.
There's nothing upstanding about this.
There's no oppression these people are resisting.
There are laws about coming into the country that people have broken, and these people are gathering to try to get those laws not to be enforced.
That's all.
This is not a righteous cause.
This is not even a reasonable cause.
This is just illegality.
It's just anarchy.
It's nothing more sophisticated or complicated or anything than that.
Like, it honestly must be confusing for the ICE officers.
Like, what, you know, what are these people yelling?
Just a bunch of nonsense.
This is the funny thing.
It's like when people say to me stuff about InfoWars that's just like not at all what we do because they've just like heard some lie about it.
And it must kind of be like that.
I'm trying to think of an example of like, I don't know, you know, just whatever people believe about Infowars.
It's like, oh, you're Infowars.
So you must think this, this, you think this, this, this.
And it's just like, no, we've never said that.
But it doesn't matter because they still hate us for that.
It's not us.
It's not who we are, right?
ICE is not out there arresting American citizens.
They're not oppressing Americans or anybody for that matter.
They're not denying people their rights.
They're arresting criminals in full comportment with the law in every possible way.
And these people are just mad about that.
Great.
They're idiots.
They're brainwashed.
We don't need to coddle or like treat them like they have valid concerns.
They literally don't.
So I really don't know what we're doing here.
So I want to show you this clip from 2016.
This was on CNN, I believe, back in 2016 before everybody got in the message.
So just a reminder: everybody out there that we're witnessing who thinks that they're standing up against evil or whatever, they have been brainwashed.
And this is undeniable.
It's not an either-or.
It's not a, well, they went far left and we went far right.
We are exactly where we were 20 years ago.
I've got essays I wrote in high school about the need to deport illegal immigrants.
We have not changed in the slightest.
We have not gotten more extreme, except in accordance with the extremity of the problem that we're trying to deal with.
Right?
It's not like we started out just like, well, I don't know about illegal immigrants and now we're just like, everybody has to die.
Like, no, it's just like, please, for the love of God, get the illegal immigrants out.
Stop the legal immigrant fraud that is bringing in millions of people illegally as well, but just under the color of law because they check the right boxes when they're sent the information from their ethnic cohorts in India that are scamming the system along with them.
So we haven't changed.
We've always been right here.
The rest of the country has gone insane.
And all you have to do is look back at this video from 10 years ago when everybody was still at least moderately sane before they had been driven into insanity by propaganda and lies.
This is what the world used to be like before the left went completely bonkers.
pamela brown
Let's watch just before the sun rises in the windy city.
Immigration and customs enforcement agents fan out across Chicago to arrest criminals in the U.S. illegally.
unidentified
Tech 1, Tech 2, Tech 3.
pamela brown
CNN was granted exclusive access to witness some of those raids.
unidentified
We got three targets this morning.
You know, some of the neighborhoods are a little sketchy, so we got to make sure it's not just the target we're looking at, but other people around us.
pamela brown
They want to come out extra early, like right now, because they want to catch these people before they go to work.
That's why it starts so early in the morning.
unidentified
Look at Check.
All right, let's roll, guys.
A lot of things go through your head.
The adrenaline blood pressure, of course, goes up when you're getting ready to do something like this.
All right, that vehicle behind us is off limits.
How many people are involved with this operation, particularly right now?
I have a five-man arrest team here situated in this neighborhood here on the street.
You see the stoop going up.
I have a couple guys sitting right inside that stoop.
This is part of what we do: keep eyes on somebody and try to be as covert as we can.
There we go.
To him in white.
pamela brown
This may look organized, but in this moment, confusion.
unidentified
There's always challenges we face when here it's dark, somebody looks very similar to an individual.
pamela brown
ICE agents mistakenly arrest the target's brother.
unidentified
In the process of talking to him in the vehicle, he then said, oh, no, I'm actually so-and-so.
Who you're going to do?
harrison smith
Okay, so now this exact event, if it were to be portrayed today on the same channel, it wouldn't be these members of immigration and customs enforcement are going out to capture criminals that are evading the law.
It would be these Nazi Gestapo are going out to kidnap innocent people living in America without a warrant, right?
The action hasn't changed.
We haven't changed.
The law hasn't changed.
The way it's been described to you has changed.
The propaganda has changed.
alex jones
Real leadership, the essence of leadership is showing people how it's done so that they understand it's the right way and getting them to adopt it.
And being a leader means you go against the tide when the tide is wrong.
You go against the crowd when the crowd is wrong.
You go against the establishment when the establishment is degenerate and sick.
And then by example and by confidence and by will and by strength, then the timid join you because then it costs nothing to be a patriot.
Quote the great Mark Twain.
In the beginning, the patriot is a scarce man, hated, feared, and scorned.
But in time when his cause succeeds, the timid join him because then it costs nothing to be a patriot.
The patriot is a scarce man, hated, feared, scorned.
But in time, when his cause succeeds, the timid join him because then it costs nothing to be a patriot.
And when you commit to something worthy and good, it is not a wait.
It is everything.
It is your greatest strength.
It becomes your soul to risk your life for freedom.
It's what God forged you in his mind as he created your soul before he even put you in your mother's womb.
He knew you.
harrison smith
You got a little reminder from the boss, Alex Jones.
And because I want to touch on that topic a little bit, and we'll do it on the other side so we don't quite have time to play the video here.
But Nick and Alex were talking about this with the rash of people that have woken up over the last couple of years and the way that they are coming to terms, like grappling with the reality, but maybe aren't as awake as they might think they are.
And it's a big issue because as we're winning, as we're gaining momentum, as more and more people are waking up, it's sort of, it's like they've been dislodged from the Matrix cocoon.
They've been swept out of the mainstream and they're sort of floating free radicals.
They're free agents and they're going to try to find their tribe.
They're going to try to find, you know, the people that are awake outside of the Overton window, you might say.
And they're going to try to determine, you know, which explanation of reality fits.
And there's a lot of very convincing, but very wrong visions of reality that are presented to people once they wake up, once they snap out of the hypnotism of the mainstream.
You got people pulling in every direction.
We can see the way the bad guys are playing this and are manipulating this fact.
And one of the things that you notice over and over again, if you've been paying attention, is that all of the psyops love claiming that Alex Jones is a psyop.
You ever notice that?
I mean, I don't know if there's ever been a more thoroughly debunked and thoroughly disgraced set of conspirators or conspiracy theorists as the QAnon phenomenon.
Just proven wrong in a million different ways.
Like little predictions that Q would make, totally fabricated, totally wrong, just didn't come to fruition.
Claims they would make about people who are on the inside, the white hat.
So, you know, you can trust Bill Bart, like all this stuff, just flagrantly, provably, factually wrong.
And QAnon is out there telling you Alex Jones is a Mossad agent.
Okay.
A normal person should be able to see this and go, gee, if the known liar is telling me Alex is a Mossad agent, maybe that's not true.
Maybe that, in fact, is what you could call Jewjacketing.
There's something called Fed jacketing.
Nick Fuentes is a major victim of this, where people will claim that you're a Fed so that people don't trust you.
And the same thing happens with people working for Mossad or Israel or Jewish interests.
And a lot of times you'll have Jewish people Jewjacketing non-Jewish people to divide them from other non-Jewish people.
Again, we've explained this with Laura Loomer.
And when Alex Jones has a problem with something Candice Owens says, Laura Loomer comes out and says, Yes, Alex is on my side and we are against you.
And so a bunch of people that don't like Laura Loomer suddenly want to hate Alex Jones.
It's a psyop.
How do you not understand this?
We'll be back.
unidentified
I'll explain it.
harrison smith
Don't worry.
I'll explain it.
unidentified
All right.
harrison smith
Welcome back, folks.
Still a lot to cover.
You know, I want to get into what's going on with Iran.
As it seems like we were on the cusp of all-out war yesterday and today it's like not even in the headlines really.
Apparently America was ready to go and as everybody else was telling us to stop.
So it's all insane.
I want to get into talk more about the Insurrection Act and everything too, as the left is saying you really shouldn't do this.
That's a really drastic move.
It's like, yeah, well, you've put us in drastic situations.
So, but clearly they don't want the Insurrection Act invoked.
I mean, Tim Waltz was like, go out and make your voices known, but don't give them an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act.
Okay.
Do what your enemy doesn't want you to do.
It's like really the most simple law of warfare.
Whatever your enemy doesn't like, do that as much as humanly possible.
Okay.
But I want to go to this video.
I probably saw this video a week ago, and it's the type of video that as soon as it comes on, it's like, okay, it's this again.
It's this claim again.
It's this psyop again.
And I just have to go, you know, I hope people can see through this.
I hope people have the intelligence, the basic, I mean, this really is, really should be like a litmus test.
This should be the type of video that you show people that think they're red-pilled, that think they're awake, that think they're a critical thinker and are a free thinker and able to parse truth from lies for themselves.
This should be a litmus test because if you can't see through this, you don't know what you're doing.
And maybe we need a little bit more humility on this side of the aisle, as it were.
A lot of people very convinced that they are, you know, Sherlock Holmes when it comes to figuring out who's a fed or who's, you know, corrupted or what the truth is.
And it's like, you guys are just wrong.
A lot of you are just flagrantly wrong and it's annoying because you're often wrong about us.
So I want to go to this video.
I see it a week ago.
I'm like, okay, I hope, I hope this video doesn't do well, but I can tell, I can just tell people are going to fall for this.
And I'd rather just not address it because, frankly, it's just not.
I don't want it to spread more.
So I don't want to address it because I don't want to repost it or whatever.
Then I see it keep getting spread and spread and more people posting.
Oh my God, you've got to watch this video.
So then I do a long post on X about it, debunking the whole thing.
But I think I want to play it here because it's a very good lesson.
It's a very good teaching tool for us.
So we can go through and I can show you how I watch a video like this and how we can deconstruct it and how anybody with above, you know, triple digit IQ should be able to see through this stuff right away.
So it's clip number five.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Dude, that the entire Great Awakening was a psyop headed by controlled opposition figureheads designed to reveal any dissidents to the pro-government, pro-Israel movement of America.
Be crazy.
Anyway, have you ever heard of the Zephyr plan?
@itsgingertheory
Allegedly, David Goldberg was a researcher with a White House insider source as well as intelligence officials.
David was Jewish and Zionist and was horrified in 2019 after learning of Zionist plans through White House memos and other internal documents describing two projects, Project Pogo and Project Zephyr, a two-stage plan.
harrison smith
Let's pause it right here.
Right off the top.
If you're this far into the video and you can't tell this is fake already, you don't have super vision.
You don't have the x-ray vision like I do.
They just said that from White House memos, they found these plans to exterminate Americans.
You think the White House is sending around memos about this?
If memos like this existed, they would be in skiffs and would eventually be released in some massive tranche dump 50 years from now.
There's not memos about stuff like this, dummy.
And the whole framing of he was a Jewish Zionist, but he uncovered the Zionist plan to kill non-Jews and came out.
It's like, all right.
First of all, you're the anti-Semites telling me to trust the word of a Zionist Jew is in your words.
Okay, that's a little bit contradictory in and of itself.
But that's obviously a framing technique to try to give more gravitas to this, give more truthfulness to this, you know, give it the appearance of reality.
These should be obvious to you.
So like, all right, just this far into the video, you should be going, yeah, I doubt it.
But let's keep listening.
Let's keep.
By the way, this has absolutely been proven to be a total hoax.
It was a 4chan post.
People have looked into it.
It was a complete, it was a prank.
It was a literal prank.
So we know that incontrovertibly, but you don't need to know that to see through what they're about to say.
Let's watch.
@itsgingertheory
They would utilize TTID, tag, track, and ID.
They would use this for dissidents, nationalists, patriots, anyone who would pose a long-term threat.
They used YouTube gatekeepers like Alex Jones to create a space for alternative thinkers.
They were all agents paid to put out truthful information to tag, track, and identify the people who are watching and interacting.
harrison smith
Let's pause it right there.
Let's pause it right there.
Okay.
She's about to completely contradict herself and say something that's the complete opposite of what she just said, but let's deal with this claim on the face of it.
This was a plan seemingly discovered in 2019 where they say they would allow people like Alex Jones to exist on platforms like YouTube, which is a little weird because we were kicked off of YouTube and all of social media in 2018.
So that's a little flaw in your plan there, lady.
Now the claim is like, well, they let Alex Jones go because he's controlled opposition.
So they let him be popular.
Okay, this is a year after we were kicked off of YouTube, kicked off of every social media platform all in one day as they tried to destroy us.
So that sort of doesn't work with your whole plan, does it?
Sort of means that you must be completely wrong about everything that you're talking about fundamentally.
But that's just a timeline thing.
That's just a timeline interruption.
But she's about to contradict herself completely here.
But again, the claim so far is that they would allow controlled opposition to exist so that they could track, tag, and track and ID the people who were watching alternative content, even though the alternative content they were watching is controlled opposition.
But if it's controlled opposition, then why?
Then that's not the people that you're trying to find.
You're trying to find the people that are outside of the controlled opposition realm, right?
This is the type of thing where people hear this and they go, oh my God, it all makes total sense.
And it's like, no, it is literally self-defeating.
It is self-contradictory.
Prima facie makes no sense at all.
Okay, already.
And we've only gotten to the first half.
The second half completely contradicts the first half.
So it's all nonsense.
But let's back it up like 15 seconds so we can hear this whole diatribe.
They're going to use track and trace technology because they're going to have allowed dissidents so they can track their audience.
Okay.
Even though this is a year after Alex Jones has been kicked off of everything.
Okay, back to the video.
@itsgingertheory
For Pogo, they would utilize TTID, tag, track, and ID.
They would use this for dissidents, nationalists, patriots, anyone who would pose a long-term threat.
They used YouTube gatekeepers like Alex Jones to create a space for alternative thinkers.
They were all agents paid to put out truthful information to tag, track, and identify the people who were watching and interacting, basically using alt media influencers as honeypots.
They then created databases of Americans who were awake.
Remember, Alex Jones, Andrew Tate, and Tucker Carlson all have CIA daddies.
Their targets are anti-Zionists, anti-Semites, Christians discussing synagogue of Satan, Muslims, any Goyam who won't conform, and anyone aware of and opposing Zionist world government plans.
Project Zephyr, the second stage, the extermination.
High-value targets would be taken out through kidnappings via a U.S.-based Israeli defense force or ICE.
The low-value targets would be taken out through viruses or other widely applicable means.
At the time, they were working on COVID.
Goldberg estimated the total number of dissidents to be around 15% of Americans, and that was in 2019.
He also said that if there were too many dissidents, they would then conduct power outages and purge-style attacks to take people from their homes and place them into camps.
He said that they might blame it on Iran, and false flags would probably take place to make the U.S. go to war with Iran in order to further Israel's Greater Israel project.
It discusses foot soldiers from the U.S. and nuclear weapons being used in Iran.
The memos also said that Donald Trump had converted to Judaism in 2017 and joined the Shabbat Lubavitch Synagogue in New York.
harrison smith
All right, let's pause.
I was going to let it play for a little while.
But I think we got to go back and address what everything we've just seen.
All right, you got Project Pogo and Project Zephyr.
Project POGO is where you let alternative people say truthful information, but that they don't criticize Zionists and they don't criticize Jewish organizations, but it's their followers that they're being tragged and ID'd so that later Project Zephyr can kill them, even though they're the ones that are falling for the honey trap.
Remember, Alex Jones is a honey trap to get people into the alternative media, but he's keeping them out, locked out of the truth, but the people that listen to him are finding the truth, so then they have to be killed.
Do you understand that this genuinely doesn't make any sense?
Like, again, on the face of it, it is completely contradictory.
How are you going to have controlled opposition that you also are using as a honeypot to track and trace people?
That makes no sense.
It makes even less sense when you know that the people they're claiming are the honeypots and allowed to operate are not allowed to operate and have been kicked off everything.
Okay, if this was true, it would actually apply to somebody like Candace Owens, who actually is allowed on Spotify, is allowed on YouTube, is allowed on Facebook, is promoted by all of these things, and talks almost endlessly about Zionism and Israel.
Maybe she's the one who is the honeypot, getting people around her who are being identified.
Because this is sort of the, this is the dangerous thing here, is that what they're talking about is aligned with truth.
There is truth to the false flag getting us into war with Iran, obviously.
There's truth to the idea of using a virus to go after political enemies, even something that might be, you know, genetically coded to apply to certain people and not others.
There's truth to that.
This is actually in this meta way, they're claiming that they're exposing bad actors doing a psyop, but that exposure itself is a lie to try to frame the good actors as bad actors because this video is the psyop.
Do you understand?
Is that making sense to you?
I might just have to read the tweet I did about this because it seems more complicated than it really is.
It's pretty simple.
You have people that are the real deal like Alex Jones.
So you have these other people wearing masks come out and say, actually, this secret insider on 4chan told us in 2019 that Alex Jones is only allowed to succeed because he's working with the bad guys, even though the timeline is wrong, completely messed up and inaccurate, and the claims that they're making are completely inverted.
The reality is that Alex Jones was right about how COVID would be used.
If you had read this in 2019 and then the next year in 2020, we're running around telling people COVID is a disease designed by Jews to kill all of the Jew haters, you would have seemed insane.
And then the claims that the virus was lab created or that it was a manufactured crisis and the people in charge knew what was happening and were manipulating it to gain more control.
That would have been discredited because of the insanity that you started with.
The truth was what Alex Jones told you was that the virus would be released to get lockdowns and digital IDs and vaccine mandates and to collapse the economy.
That's how it was actually used.
Now here comes this guy telling you not to listen to Alex Jones and telling you the virus that's coming, which I think he probably had some insight into the virus.
Like I literally think this was part of the buildup to the virus.
PSYOP was trying to discredit people like Alex Jones who were warning you about the virus PSYOP that was coming.
So you have this guy come out and say, oh, the virus that's coming, it's a kill weapon for all of the anti-Jewish people that have been identified through the honeypots.
So that's utterly untrue, obviously, because we're five years from COVID.
And guess what?
It didn't kill all of the Jews and the IDF didn't raid us.
But, but you do understand that Palantir and the IDF cyber dome defense system.
I mean, they are in a very real way both writing laws against anti-Semitism and building the digital panopticon that can surveil us constantly, even to the point that they're decrypting your messages before they're even sent.
And that this will be run by hardcore Zionists who, if they're allowed to do so, will use it to target anti-Semites for destruction.
I mean, they are doing it.
I mean, I got a story here from Dropsite about Canary Mission, where they have these secret unlisted sites where they dox people who they consider anti-Semites so that the government or corporations can go after them or debank them or do something else.
So again, this is sort of a new iteration of the QAnon phenomenon.
It's giving you enough things aligned with or parallel to the truth while keeping you away from the real truth, away from the truth at the heart of the matter, and trying to discredit people that are trying to tell you the truth.
It's a sophisticated psyop, but it's a psyop.
And you should be able to see through this because on the face of it, the whole thing falls apart.
But if you were to just watch this video uncritically, it could be very convincing.
You could come away believing everything this woman says.
None of it stands up to scrutiny in the slightest.
unidentified
Well, let's let's let it finish a level rabbis in which these plans were discussed.
@itsgingertheory
These plans said several times that he would have to declare himself king of Israel publicly to symbolically declare the start of the plans.
Trump is not just a Jew, according to the MMOs.
He's a Freemason and allegedly has been promised high ranking positions for his children in the government that they're forming, which will be headquartered in Jerusalem.
David posted his findings on his YouTube channel.
His channel was then scrubbed.
David Goldberg died on June 8th, 2019 in his Brooklyn apartment.
harrison smith
I'm not sure he ever even existed.
The whole thing was a prank again.
unidentified
With phone coming up.
harrison smith
Yeah, you know, it's just, again, it's a bunch of nonsense that is tinged with the truth.
Will they do a false flag, try to get us into war with Iran?
Absolutely.
That's in their playbook.
And frankly, I don't know.
They've tried everything else.
Was COVID a manufactured disease released on purpose to gain more control?
Absolutely.
Like all of this stuff is very true.
Are they trying to build a third temple so they can usher in the age of the Antichrist and rule a one world government from Israel?
Yeah, that is actually their plan.
It's just everything else she said is nonsense.
It's just all of these things that are true are embedded in and caked in, encapsulated in a bunch of nonsense to get you off the track.
This is a true red herring.
If you know where red herring comes from, there's a scent that would trick hunting dogs off the trail, right?
They get that you're pursuing the trail.
They get that you're onto them.
They get that you're not listening to the mainstream media.
You're doing your own research.
You're trying to find out the truth behind the headlines.
And so they feed you what seems like the forbidden truth, when in reality, it's a sophisticated mask of the truth.
It's a facsimile of reality that's meant very particularly, very, you know, delicately to guide you right off the track without even realizing it.
Okay, so you need to be able to understand this.
And if you can't understand this, you need to listen to people who do.
And it really is as simple as that.
And on top of that, you have to realize: okay, if this video is entirely fake, like it's just not true on the face of it, as I've said.
And again, this is just using the internal logic of the video.
It completely falls apart.
And so if it's not true, then who put it out and why?
And why is it going viral right now if it's from seven years ago in 2019?
Well, it falls perfectly in line with everything else that we're seeing from the Jewish lobby or the Israeli lobby to divide and conquer the right wing because the right wing in America are the ones that care about our rights, that genuinely do care about freedom of speech, freedom of action, freedom of movement, the Second Amendment.
The liberals will pretend to adopt these beliefs if they are useful in the moment, but they do not actually genuinely believe these things in a principled way.
The right wing does.
So if you are a group of people that are trying to destroy the First Amendment, trying to eliminate our Bill of Rights, you know that the greatest barrier to your ability to do that are the America first principled right wingers.
And so what do you want to do to them?
You want to divide them.
You want the Alex Jones wing against the Candace wing, against the Nick Fuentez wing, against the Andrew Tate wing, against the Tucker Carlson wing.
You want them all fighting and biting at each other and claiming all of each other are frauds.
Meanwhile, we're not coming together to stop the actual genuine threats to our rights that are only increasing day by day.
So it honestly is just a bummer to me to see this video spread like it has because it just represents to me an underlying stupidity that people can't see through this type of stuff.
This really is like a litmus test.
If you can watch this and come out of it going, oh, gee, I don't know.
That was pretty convincing.
You're not cut out for this.
You need to be a listener, not a sayer, right?
You need to let other people interpret things for you because you aren't capable of it.
Okay?
So just putting that out there.
If you saw that video and thought it was convincing, you might need to humble yourself a little bit because it wasn't accurate or convincing in the slightest.
Here's what I said about it.
This is effing arted for 10 reasons.
For like 10 reasons.
For one thing, it says the plan from 2019 was to track Alex Jones' fans by allowing his content to proliferate.
Alex was kicked off YouTube and all socials in 2018.
Plus, if your plan was to identify anti-Semites, why would you track the fans of a non-anti-Semite?
The plan, as described, is incoherent on the face of it, claiming two different and contradictory things at the same time while being wrong about the basic facts.
Either they're letting anti-Semitism proliferate so they can track it, or they're allowing Zionist-approved conspiracy containment, you know, fake opposition to exist as cover.
You can't have both of these things at the same time, and neither one of them applied to Alex because he's A, not anti-Semitic, so tracking his fans wouldn't help with that, and B, kicked off of everything so you couldn't track him anyway.
But this video does have elements of truth because it's, in fact, a sophisticated psyop.
The part about a virus seems to align with COVID, except that COVID wasn't a disease programmed to kill anti-Semites, and you would have looked insane if you were claiming it was.
This guy in the video didn't predict how COVID would be used.
Alex Jones did.
Alex warned about vaccine mandates and digital ID and lockdowns, not the BS story this guy was selling, making you think the virus was real and dangerous.
If you actually look at what Israel is trying to do right now, they're desperately trying to divide the right wing.
It's why Laura Loomer tried to take credit for Alex criticizing Candace.
It's why Trump and everyone keep saying there's no room for anti-Semitism in the Republican Party.
What they really don't want are real America first right-wingers unifying to oppose the destruction of our rights.
This is not about a secret plan to poison all the anti-Semites.
It's about the public plan to criminalize anti-Semitism by incremental infringements on the First Amendment while building a digital panopticon of biotech surveillance and economic control.
To achieve that, they're causing strife and discord among those most capable of resisting it.
This video directly contributes to their efforts.
The video that you watched is doing the thing that your enemies are trying to do, but telling you they're doing the opposite.
This is the world of psyops that we live in.
You really have to be able to see through these double-blind kind of attacks, these manipulations upon manipulations, wheels within wheels.
It's not actually that complicated.
You just have to be able to parse this stuff for yourself.
And if you can't, then I'm here to help.
I'm here to help you, folks, because once you get to the bottom of it, you realize this wasn't just a random video.
This is a deliberate attack.
This was a psyop within a psyop, pretending to unveil a psyop that doesn't actually exist and was a psyop in the first place.
Psyops upon psyops, folks.

Great to be back with you on InfoWars.
What a great day to be on InfoWars, Harrison.
And I tell you, it's tough times we're living through.
I never thought I'd see, I never thought when I got into politics roughly 43 years ago as a kid that I would see our country's politics degenerate the way it has into this morass and that we would be in the grip of communist criminals in so many places in this country.
harrison smith
Yeah, and total anarcho-tyranny, which is really, you know, the Tina Peters case is really a symbol of this, right?
It is, it's so injust.
It's so outrageous and it's so infuriating that we can't get this problem solved.
Let me just set the table for our listeners for the latest.
Yesterday was a good day for former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, whose appeal was heard in Colorado by a three-judge Appellate panel, appellate panel.
Peters was sentenced to a nine-year sentence in October 2024 for quote-unquote crimes committed while upholding her obligations under federal law to secure election records.
The charges Peters was convicted of include three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty, and failure to comply with an order of requirement from the Secretary of State.
All of this is ridiculous, but the appeal is going through, and you actually watched the entire appeal proceedings.
What was your takeaway overall about what happened yesterday?
tyler nixon
I also watched most of the trial, actually.
You know, I got to tell you, I sat, I was by Roger Stone's side when he was persecuted.
You know, went through that law fair two years roughly of his life gone before that the judge, the Amy Berman Jackson in D.C.
And, you know, I got the same kind of vibe as I did with Stone's trial when I watched Tina Peters' trial.
I wasn't physically there, but I mean, This was a railroading, no question.
And the thing about it, you know, what is pretty obvious, Harrison, is that the whistleblowers who are the most on point, who are the closest to the truth, who are most over-targeted are the ones they really nail the wall.
John Kiriako is a friend of mine.
I saw you play a clip of him yesterday on yesterday's show.
And I actually mentioned that to him on the phone.
We spoke for about 15 minutes this afternoon.
And as you know, he was nailed to the wall for revealing the torture was going on.
You know, you have Tina Peters, similar example.
I mean, you know, she is basically her life has been destroyed and she has been crucified at the hands of a criminal cartel that has taken over the state of Colorado.
There's no question in my mind.
First of all, you have a Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold.
This woman issued a statement, which I sent the link to you as well as to your producer.
I don't know if you can pull that up, if they can quick act.
harrison smith
But she knows Griswold because we'd been following her and all the other secretaries of state that were all conspiring to keep Trump off the ballot in 2020 and again in 2024.
tyler nixon
But she's this, this one's a particularly pernicious case.
She is an extremely repulsive and diabolical individual, as far as I'm concerned.
And what's scary is that she is now running for attorney general.
So you have the current attorney general in Colorado running for governor, and you have this corrupt secretary of state running for attorney general.
I cannot fathom this woman with her slipperiness, with her corrupt, with what she has done in the persecution, just alone in the persecution of Tina Peters, which is the most ridiculous lynch mob I've seen in, I mean, really since Roger Stone.
I mean, Abraham Bolden is a client of mine.
He was the first Black Secret Service agent.
Similarly, a lynch mob.
This is what this was.
All she did was try to preserve.
She knew that there was a serious problem because, and across the state, look, I go up and down Colorado.
I live in Denver.
This is not a blue state.
Okay.
I, you know, I've been up and down and east of the, not so much west of the Rockies, but definitely, you know, on the front range, I've been all over the state.
There is no way that this state is deep blue as they would have you believe, and certainly not deep blue of the communist, you know, really fascist variety that we have that's taken over the state since roughly 2014, 2013,
when a handful of billionaires came in here and essentially just bullied their way into the system and used the marijuana legalization initiative essentially to sort of corral the mail-in balloting.
And we've never seen, we've never, the state's never been the same since.
And look, it's, it's run the machine, these are machines in 62 counties run, owned by Dominion, Dominion Voting Systems.
Tina Peters knew something was was amiss.
You know, the results that were coming out of these elections in her county, you know, the city council, I believe it was the city council election in April, immediately following the 2020 election in April of 2021.
And, you know, this is this is like, this is rural areas.
This is Republican.
I mean, if, you know, if you say, I've always said Colorado is a red state with big blue cities, a couple of big blue cities, or, you know, Boulder, Denver, to a lesser extent, Fort Collins, and even lesser Colorado Springs.
And she noticed that all Democrats were elected.
It was suddenly like, oh, suddenly everybody decided to elect Democrats and, you know, where they hadn't been elected in generations, possibly.
And so she began sniffing around and checking things out.
And she realized that, look, there's something going on here with these, with this black box voting, with these systems.
And so, you know, immediately following the election, the Secretary of State wanted to do what's called a trusted build in conjunction with Dominion.
So this would have erased all of the election records from the previous election, November 2020.
So you're talking within a few months of the election.
Now, federal law requires 22 months that you have to preserve those records.
And she was adamant about preserving those records, but apparently the state, you know, and certainly Jenna Griswold doesn't seem to give a rip about federal law or preserving voter records.
And the reality is they were in such a hurry and they were so secretive about it and so sort of what's the word?
I would say diabolical almost the way they went about it that there's no two ways about it that they were looking to cover up a crime.
And that's exactly what they did.
And they went ahead and committed a federal crime in erasing in 62, I think 62 counties all of the election data from the previous election.
And Tina Peters brought someone in who she trusted because she is not.
And here's the essential problem, really, big picture, is that these systems are so complex and so complicated that ordinary citizens or even the clerks that run them that are supposed to be running the elections, they don't understand how they work.
You know, they don't understand the finer points.
I mean, I hate to say it, Tina Peters' attorney yesterday, great guy.
I mean, I'm sure he is, I commend him for sticking with her and for defending her and advocating for her rights, but he didn't know what he was talking about as far as the technology went.
I mean, I was frustrated.
I wanted to like, I was literally, you know, saying, say this, say this, which is that, you know, the court didn't understand it either, frankly.
The Court of Appeals did not understand the finer points.
I would urge anyone who's on X to check out Patriot Mark Cook.
It's at Patriot Mark Cook.
You know, this guy is a tech expert who went through, I mean, he poured through this stuff for years and basically discovered that, I mean, these electronic voting systems are sieves with built in.
I mean, the fraud is the fraud possibilities are built into the system.
And, you know, for in so many ways, there's so many opportunities, including the activation of wireless capabilities, which are not supposed to be connected to the internet as well.
The tabulation, it's just, he recently did an hour and a half presentation in which he just runs through by the numbers why these systems are absolutely fraud machines.
I mean, they were designed for this.
And, you know, I don't think that I don't think based on what we know of the history.
And look, the Democrat crime syndicate, the Democrats aren't a party.
They're a crime syndicate.
They have been quick to demonize anyone who would dare question.
And the fact that the fact of their veracity, excuse me, not the veracity, but the ferocity with which they have gone after anybody who dare question the election, question the results, question the way they're doing things, to me, is a tell.
It's always been a tell all along.
You know, it's like they have got to, they know they're protecting some deep, dark secret by the way they, the fierceness and the viciousness with which they go after anyone who questions it.
Jenna Griswold came out with a statement.
I mean, when does the Secretary of State come out and involve herself in a criminal case?
You know, regardless of the fact that her office was involved, and by the way, she was the driving force behind this, you know, sort of getting ahead of it.
She initiated everything, you know, like launched herself on Tina Peters.
And she is from the very beginning made extremely partisan and biased statements of the sort we see coming out of the propaganda media, which is, you know, these are election lies.
She's an election denier.
This is an attack on election workers and the election system and democracy and all this claptrap designed to distract people from the reality and to essentially dramatize, victimize themselves in the issue.
harrison smith
Exactly.
To blow it up to be a much bigger issue than it really is.
Because in reality, even if Tina Peters is 100% guilty of what they accuse her of, it's like she made a copy of data that she was legally allowed to have.
Yeah, and some would argue obligated to do.
So it's like, okay, at the very worst, she's totally guilty of this.
It should be what, a $500 fine, maybe, you know, but when you frame it as this was an attack on our elections and she's trying to overthrow the, it becomes this much bigger deal.
tyler nixon
Conspiracy theories.
And yeah.
harrison smith
So again, just in case people don't know, this is what actually happened.
Tina Peters served as a county clerk in Mesa County, Colorado with a legal duty to preserve election records.
When she was informed that the election system was to be updated through a trusted build, she created a backup.
Her concern was simple.
Once data is destroyed, accountability becomes impossible.
For this, she was charged, convicted, and sentenced to nine years in prison.
So that's the outrage.
That's it.
Well, one of the many outrageous parts of this whole case is the big crime she's accused of is just copying data because it was about to be.
tyler nixon
It's even worse than that.
It's really even worse than that.
And the state at the hearing yesterday would not acknowledge that they don't necessarily concede that it was legal for her to make the copies that she did of the election records.
She's the county clerk.
She's responsible.
These are her machines, technically.
I mean, they belong to the people of Mesa County, but I mean, she's the custodian of them.
She was charged with facilitating identity fraud and inducing a state official to take an act by deceit or by deception.
And, you know, it's ridiculous.
And why is this?
Because the Dominion and the Secretary of State could not permit anyone whatsoever who was not authorized, an employee of the county clerk.
You know, no member of the public could witness this trusted build.
You know, that's, that's, it's like, hold on a second here.
These are elections.
Every, every little, every grain of an election, every process, everything should be, you know, with the exception of people's personal information to the to the extent it's held in, you know, the election rolls, should be public.
I mean, this is the idea that there's these opaque, these, these, you know, obscure processes that have to go on behind closed doors and we can't have members of the public here.
I mean, she had to literally sneak someone in who was a computer expert who could witness what they were doing and witness the crime, frankly.
And, you know, they went, and that's the beauty of it.
They couldn't get her on any because she was performing her duty.
She was preserving the federal election records and frankly, foiling in the process of foiling a, what I believe to be the commission of crimes by the Secretary of State, federal crimes, you know, destroying these election records in a larger conspiracy to destroy.
I mean, why would they be so anxious to destroy election records and all the logs?
Well, I think it's pretty obvious.
I mean, you know, why did Hillary Clinton?
harrison smith
Why did Hillary Clinton want to beach her?
Bleach bit her server.
Yeah, it's like, okay, you know, deleting that is a crime.
Having the server is a crime, but that's all in service of the much larger crime that they're just covering up.
So that really is what we're witnessing.
Again, just to really emphasize how absurd all of this is.
And Joe Hoff does a great job on this, JoeHoff.com.
Tina Peters is 70 years old.
She's a widow, a cancer survivor, a gold star mother who lost her Navy SEAL son in service to this country.
Whatever one believes about the 2020 election, no rational standard of justice can justify a punishment of this severity for what amounts to record preservation.
Like that, that is a bombshell paragraph right there.
Third paragraph in this story from Joe Hoff today.
Titled Insanity in Colorado Disregards Presidential Pardon.
Sorry, go ahead.
tyler nixon
Absolutely.
And to, you know, to get to the core of it, the appeals court yesterday, I have to say, the judge that presided over Tina Peters' case is a disgrace to the bench and frankly should probably be imprisoned because I think he's part of this conspiracy.
The fact that he was so heavy-handed on this 70-year-old woman who's a gold star mother, I mean, it is absurd.
It is vicious and malicious.
And, you know, the fact that she was sentenced that much time tells you not that they wanted to punish or send a message, that they need her behind bars.
They need her to die behind bars because they know that she could substantiate the fraud and the, frankly, the election law violation, the federal election violations that went on by the Secretary of State and her, you know, whoever, whoever is working with her in erasing these records.
And they, and they, they don't want, I mean, Tina Peters is the linchpin.
She could be the witness in a federal conspiracy trial against the, you know, frankly, I mean, you realize this isn't stealing an election.
This is stealing the government from the people.
I mean, literally stealing the voice of the people away from them.
harrison smith
It's actually a terrifying thing that's that's happening.
And this would be easily recognizable by everybody if it was happening in another country.
If you, if you told somebody that Vladimir Putin was imprisoning some old woman who had evidence of the fact that he stole the election, it would people go, yep, sounds evil to me.
Sounds about right.
Sounds like what tyranny does to stay in power.
That's what's happening here as we speak.
It's not, this isn't a metaphor.
This is actually happening.
This is real tyranny going on in our country right now.
unidentified
Yeah.
tyler nixon
These are communist parasites, communist criminals who have taken it upon themselves that their ideology, that their power, I don't even think it's ideology.
I mean, yeah, they're all they're all about leftist, you know, the woke and all the radical left politics, but really it's just about it's greed and power at the center of it.
This, they have a pipeline of, you know, of hard left, radical left Democrats that are more than willing to just, you know, move up the chain.
Like I said, we have the current attorney general running for governor.
You have the secretary of state, Jenny Griswold, running for attorney general.
And they'll keep this pipeline going, fed and continued by, you know, defrauding these elections as long as they can get away with it.
And the thing is, it's a monster, I mean, it's beyond monstrous.
And again, I think they don't, what they did is they, what, they did it with Roger.
They did it.
They do it with all these cases, which is what I call decontextualizing it.
So Tina Peters, she committed, you know, identity fraud.
And she, but, you know, they, they bring in all these charges that don't get to the heart of it.
They couldn't charge her with any election related, actually election-related charges.
None of them had to do directly with, you know, her, her duties as the, uh, as the county clerk or the election.
It all had to do with impersonation, inducing a state official to take an act, you know, and which was really a sting operation, which Tina was trying to do.
And the judge in the, and I have to say, yesterday gave me hope for the first time in the state because the three judge panel who heard this, I was disappointed, honestly, with Tina's counsel.
Like I said, he, I don't think he was a little flat-footed.
He didn't understand the technology and didn't seem very quick on his feet with the legal legal questions.
But I'll tell you what, these three judges, or at least two of them, were extremely sharp and they knew the issues and they absolutely dismantled the state's case, the state's attorney's case.
I mean, it was, it was a sight to behold.
I was so heartened by this because I knew that they understood the legal issues and the constitutional issues and the stakes involved.
And whether, and I, you know, I'll tell you what I think is going to happen.
But, you know, it went to the court.
And one of the judges asked, if she believed that the Secretary of State was going to commit a federal crime or was there was some sort of any sort of impropriety involved in the elections over which Tina is responsible, what else was she to do?
Because the, you know, the attorney general, the whole state hierarchy run by the Democrat Crime Syndic is in on it.
So what is she to do?
harrison smith
That's the funny thing.
tyler nixon
I don't know if you can answer that question.
You know, oh, she's supposed to, and even when he said, well, she made a copy, they wouldn't even concede that her making a copy separate of the system was legal as well.
So, yeah.
harrison smith
It's just incredible.
Now, there was, because we've got some videos about this I might go to in the next segment, but let me ask you your interpretation since you have a legal mind on all this.
This moment, I guess, in the proceedings yesterday went semi-viral.
The fireworks, it says, began when the state presented its arguments.
The significant issues that the judges probed revolved around a misstated charge, unjust sentencing, and the trial judges' restrictions on Peter presenting a complete defense.
They asked, quote, is it your position that a person can still be convicted of a crime with which they were never charged and with which the jury was never instructed as long as the evidence is sufficient?
Asked Judge Ted C. Tao.
Yes, I think that is what the case law indicates, responded senior assistant attorney general Lisa Michaels.
It was one word, might.
And it was already, Michaels began before being interrupted by another judge, Judge Craig Welling.
Yeah, but the one word distinguishes it from a felony to a misdemeanor, Judge Welling stated.
In this case, it made an extra sentence, 15 more months in the Department of Corrections.
It couldn't have been given had it been a misdemeanor conviction.
It clearly affects a substantial right.
So does this go back to the original trial and that the jury was instructed that a crime was a felony when it was in fact a misdemeanor?
Like, what was this misunderstanding about?
tyler nixon
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
I mean, literally this, when I say decontextualize, what the trial judge did was put, he excluded all of Tina Peters' defenses.
You know, in other words, she had no intent.
She didn't intend to defraud.
One of the ones they dismantled was the fact that the impersonate or the inducing an official to take an act by some sort of form of fraud or whatever or misrepresentation has to have a benefit to the person, a personal benefit to the person who's committing it.
unidentified
Right.
tyler nixon
So they're like, well, what exactly was her personal benefit?
And, you know, Tina's argument was that there was no personal benefit to me.
In fact, I was taking a risk doing this because I was doing it for the benefit to perform my duties of preserving election records and the integrity of our elections.
But they excluded the judge, the trial judge excluded any ability and any evidence indicating that this was her intent.
And it's like, you know, the essential elements, I mean, of a crime, you have mens-re, which is, you know, intent.
You have to intend to be doing something criminal.
This was not Tina Peters' intent, but they made sure the trial judge made sure that he excluded any possibility of her explaining why she did this.
So it appears though it was like what the states at Herney call it the, they called it the deception scheme of deception, as if like the scheme of deception, but for what?
I mean, it was, it was essentially she was trying to run a one woman or, you know, with one other person sting operation on a criminal cartel that was coming in to essentially destroy the records from the previous election and probably erase what would be the evidence of their having tampered with or otherwise manipulated the election.
So and the core issue there was the judge not only excluded this, but he excluded these arguments or excluded the evidence of this.
But then when it came to sentencing, he went on and on about, you know, how she's, you know, she's an election denier and that kind of thing and indicated that he had essentially used that in considering her sentencing.
Right.
And in the case of what you're talking about, as a particular issue, same thing.
I mean, they just sort of slipped in a felony, you know, basically convicted her of a felony when it should have been a misdemeanor by just essentially giving it to the jury and saying, well, it's the same elements, you know, even though, you know, it was, it was so, I mean, this is the kind of thing like this, what these prosecutors did and what they did to Tina Peters, to me, that's criminal conduct.
They should bailroad an innocent person.
harrison smith
And the sentencing judge called Peters a, quote, charlatan and snake oil salesman in his sentencing remarks.
tyler nixon
I mean, clearly, the bias is room in hell reserved for that guy.
Let me tell you what.
harrison smith
Seriously, sir.
tyler nixon
She is a disgrace, an utter disgrace.
No humanity whatsoever.
You know, you can think, whatever you think.
I mean, even if she was just truly a conspiracy theorist, nut job, whatever the case, you don't put a 70-some-year-old woman into state prison, which, by the way, there's no attorney noticed, there's no minimum security prison in Colorado for women.
harrison smith
She's in a response.
It's been completely brutal.
Now, we only have about a minute and a half left here.
What is next?
What is the outcome of what happened yesterday and what is next for Tina Peters?
tyler nixon
Okay, here's my prediction.
They are going to overturn her conviction probably on several of the charges, and they're going to remand it for re-sentencing before a different judge on the remaining charges and probably somehow implying or ordering that it be time-served, meaning they're not going to completely order a new trial or new, you know, they're going to reverse because her constitutional rights were violated.
They, I mean, they manipulated this from get-go.
I mean, and I was like said, like with Roger, it was deja vu all over again.
So that's my prediction because I think that's the only road they can hoe, you know, because if they overturn everything, you're going to see probably an attempt to reprosecute.
She's been in prison for almost three years now.
I mean, it's just awful.
Tina, if you watch this, we are praying for you.
You have so many people.
You know, you are a courageous, wonderful lady, and God be with you.
And you will be free again and feel the sunshine on your face and the sun of justice.
harrison smith
We really have to double down on our efforts for this.
Obviously, we can't get a pardon because it's not a federal charge, and the governor of Colorado is not going to step in anytime soon.
tyler nixon
I disagree with that little stampede.
Pardons against the United States.
Well, is Colorado one of the United States offenses?
I believe the president can pardon.
harrison smith
I think it'd be worth a shot.
But however, we do it, we got to get justice for this because this is an act of injustice that is absolutely unbearable in the United States of America.
Tyler Nixon, thank you so much for being with us.
Paul Tyler at Real Tyler Nixon on X. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
Third hour of the war room is on.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
I want to go quickly here to a video of the hearing yesterday.
When the conflict happened that we just described, one of the charges was completely misrepresented to the jury as a felony when it was in fact a misdemeanor.
How do you have this oversight in a case exist for three years before anything is done about it?
Total absurdity across the board.
tyler nixon
Let's watch.
Is it your position that a person can still be convicted of a crime with which they were never charged and with which the jury was never instructed as long as the evidence is sufficient?
unidentified
Yes, I think that that is what the case law indicates, that if it's just in this case, I'll just point out too that, you know, I don't have the language of the hypothetical, you know, the statutes that you're citing here hypothetical, but it was one word, might.
And it was.
Yeah, but that one word distinguishes it from a felony to a misdemeanor.
tyler nixon
And they made an extra sentence, 15 more months in the Department of Corrections that couldn't have been given had it been a misdemeanor conviction.
harrison smith
And it clearly affects a substantial right.
unidentified
And I'll just say, I'm confused as to why the people are continuing to maintain that the proper remedy on this isn't to enter the conviction for the misdemeanor because the indictment used the word might and the jury was instructed on that.
So that's what the verdict is.
I am baffled as to the position that's being taken that we can somehow overlook that and still enter the felony because the evidence that was presented at trial would have supported the felony.
Are you still maintaining that position in front of us here today?
Yes, that is our position.
rabbi david wolpe
What case law supports that argument?
unidentified
I'm sorry.
What case law supports?
I've cited it in my brief.
I don't have it right in front of me, but the case is.
It's the omitted elements in case law, right?
But that's just where the element was omitted, but the element that was omitted wasn't in dispute.
Here, the jury was affirmatively misinstructed.
It was instructed on the misdemeanor, and it found her guilty of that misdemeanor beyond a reasonable doubt.
This isn't the omission of an element.
This is a misinstructed jury.
How can we correct that by saying, no, we'll just assume that because she could have also been convicted of the felony, we enter that even though we don't have a jury verdict.
That is that's a I understand it's a difficult position for the people to be in.
It's not a position you have to take.
But I thank you.
But I do believe that the omitted element language applies because to me, I understand, you know, I can hear from the way you're talking about it that it seems more egregious to add this extra word than it is to omit an element.
But to me, omitting an element is a pretty big deal.
tyler nixon
And the fact that that can be except in those cases, at least the person was originally charged with the elemental language.
Here, never on the table.
unidentified
That is true.
But if I can just add, and again, it seems that I will not be able to convince you, but I just want to put my argument out there, which is that there wasn't a confusion from the parties about what they were talking about because the correct statutory citation was used.
So they were on notice of that, of the statutory citation.
The language was incorrect, but the statutory citation was correct.
tyler nixon
Couldn't that also mean that the prosecution was on notice that they'd only charged, since the language was correct, they'd only charged that language and not both of them were on notice of something wrong.
unidentified
Oh, yes.
I guess what I'm saying, Your Honor, is just that there wasn't a notice problem because there was the statutory citation.
And the parties treated it as though I think it was an oversight.
I think everybody believed that they had charged and used the language for the, that's what the record bears out, in my estimation.
harrison smith
So it was just a little oopsie-daisy.
Okay.
Okay.
The government can get away with stuff like that.
Now, the oopsie-daisy Tina Peters did, where she copied over information that she was obligated by law to preserve, they sent her to jail for nine years.
Now, as part of that, they had an oopsie, but you know, what are you going to do?
What are you going to do?
It doesn't matter.
She gets sent to jail for nine years anyway, and there's no recompense or ability to punish these people, which they should be punished.
They should be punished.
If they had kidnapped Tina Peters and put her in their basement, that wouldn't be legal, right?
Just because they do it with a couple extra steps involved doesn't mean they're not victimizing an innocent woman and should be held to account for it.
We're back on the other side.
Say with us.
All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the War Room.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
We're going to move on to some international news now.
I guess you could put it that way.
And you know what?
Actually, we'll start with some good international news.
Because I have to say, Australia is pulling through.
Australia is surprising me in the best possible way.
We've been very down on Australia recently because of the response to the Bondi attack and the resulting censorship bill that is being jammed through their parliament.
And we expected this to sort of fly through.
I mean, they're doing it in this expedited emergency fashion, summoning parliament back to pass this immediately.
And of course, the whole thing is ridiculous.
And as of last night, I see a ton of Australian politicians and organizations you wouldn't expect standing up against this and saying, no, this is not going to pass.
So it's looking like the bill to combat anti-Semitism in Australia.
That's just the bill they've been wanting forever to silence white Australians who don't like their country being given away to Indians or Chinese people or Muslims or Jews or whoever else manages to grab the reins of power there.
They've been wanting this forever, so they implement it.
But it's looking like it might not actually pass, which would be absolutely wonderful.
Let's go to clip number 40 first.
This is David Shoebridge.
I believe he is a representative of the Green Party, believe it or not, in Australia.
Let's watch.
david shoebridge
This legislation is 144 pages long.
The government has chosen, after repeated political attacks from the coalition, to rush this legislation into parliament.
And every stakeholder meeting we have raises fresh concerns and issues with this legislation.
The government has chosen to rush this legislation into parliament without the usual processes for scrutiny.
The coalition now is complaining about that, but it was the coalition who ran a weeks-long political campaign to put us in this situation.
And it shows how the toxic politics of the coalition being responded to like this by the government does no one any good.
And it definitely doesn't progress the national interest.
We will not be supporting the legislation in its current form.
The legislation also proposes wide-ranging prescription powers to list organisations and prescribe them without even due process or natural justice.
That is not how good administrative decisions are made.
That is not how you bring society along with you on the very, very hard task of working out if organisations are so hateful and so divisive that they should not be permitted to exist.
How it is the government thought that legislation that removes natural justice, removes procedural fairness from such important decisions, would get wide-ranging support in the community.
I cannot understand how the government thought that legislation would fly in its current terms.
We are continuing to talk with the government.
Those conversations will no doubt continue for some time.
But I want to stress, it was the government that chose to put incredibly complex legislation on such a narrow timeframe.
And as I said, multiple stakeholders keep raising fresh concerns with this legislation, and those concerns are legitimate and need to be addressed.
And we will continue to talk with the community, our party, our stakeholders, to ensure that this parliament does not make a terrible mistake next week.
harrison smith
Yeah, I think that's great.
Labor's hate speech law is on the brink as coalition raises doubts and Greens reject plans.
He's exactly right.
Where is the due process?
Where is the natural justice?
I mean, it's fantastic.
I love seeing it.
I'm so glad this is not being rushed through in the way that it looked like it was.
And God bless the Australians standing up against this, including the Australian Jewish Association.
The Australian Jewish Association is urging all members of parliament to reject the draft hate speech bill.
AJA CEO Robert Gregory said anti-Semitism has surged in Australia under the Albanese government and it's clear that decisive action is required.
While the proposed bill contains some potentially useful methods or measures, the manner in which it's being rushed through parliament is deeply concerning.
The process denies Australians the opportunity to properly scrutinize and comment on legislation of significant consequence.
I've spoken with members of the Jewish community who are shocked that measures purportedly designed to protect them are being introduced without genuine consultation.
The American Jewish Association was invited to make a submission but was given less than two days to do so, despite the significance of the legislation.
The government's haste is particularly offensive given its failure to act on the Seagull report, which was handed to it in July 2025 by the Special Envoy on Anti-Semitism, an envoy the government itself appointed.
It's also unclear what problem this bill is intended to solve.
The Bondi Beach Hanukkah massacre was allegedly motivated by radical Islamist ideology, yet the proposed legislation goes out of its way to avoid confronting that reality.
By excluding radical Islamic extremism, it's difficult to see how this legislation will have any impact on preventing future Bandi-style attacks.
If the legislation is expanded as expected, it could perversely result in victims being prosecuted for criticizing the ideology that inspired the violence against them.
Again, great to see.
Good on the Australians, good on the Jewish Australian, the Australian Jewish Association.
I completely agree.
Complaining about the carve-outs for the hate preachers that specifically are aligned with the people that did the attack that the legislation is predicated on.
So it's looking like it might not make it.
We'll go to clip 35 here.
An emboldened Susan Lay hit the ground running.
And again, I don't believe she is a right-wing politician, but you don't have to be a right-winger to recognize when your rights are being taken away.
Let's go to clip 35 now.
sussan ley
And in coming days, the shadow cabinet and the joint party room will meet in the usual way.
But I want to be extremely clear today.
The opposition has extremely serious concerns about the government's legislation.
The legislation does not address the real issues that gave rise to the Bondi attack.
It doesn't address Islamic extremism.
It doesn't address ISIS influence.
And it doesn't address the rise of anti-Semitism and the associated terrorist threat in Australia.
What the bill does is clumsily try to address hate speech and control firearms.
To date, the legislation has not stood the basic scrutiny as part of the parliamentary inquiry that is ongoing and has taken place over the last couple of days.
Now, having heard evidence from the department, legal experts, and the community, it is clear the legislation protects hate preachers by making exemptions for things written in religious texts, but fails to define what those religious texts may be.
It risks criminalizing speech that has nothing to do with anti-Semitism or radical Islam.
It sets up a gun buyback scheme that we don't even know if the states will support.
These are not minor drafting issues.
They go to whether these laws will work at all.
Now, there are two tests for this legislation.
The first, eradicate anti-Semitism, and the second, crack down on radical Islamic extremism.
The laws achieve neither of these things.
There's more than 500 pages of legislation, and the term radical Islam is not mentioned once.
If the Prime Minister can't name the problem, he can't tackle it.
Our job is to pass laws that contain clear offences for courts and police to use.
Instead, the flaws in this bill will add confusion and delay in the charging and sentencing of terrorist offenders.
We are being asked to consider sweeping powers, yet the government has not been able to explain how key provisions would operate in practice and what conduct would actually be captured.
The Attorney General's department couldn't tell us if phrases like globalize the intifada or from the river to the sea would be captured by this law.
Officials couldn't even answer whether a fatwa preached by an Islamic extremist was classified as a religious text.
If the government can't explain how the legislation will work, the parliament can't be expected to vote for it and the community cannot possibly have confidence in it.
Now, legal expert Chris Merritt said the religious text exemption amounted to a guide for hate preachers by telling them exactly what they need to do in order to continue to promote racial hatred.
While ECAJ co-chief executive Peter Wertheim said the proposal created a very wide loophole that would be exploited to render the introduction of this offence ineffective.
And that directly contradicts what we should be trying to achieve.
The parliamentary inquiry should have brought clarity.
Instead, questions put to the department have produced more questions than answers.
Even at this late stage, the department cannot clearly tell Australians what will fall foul of the law when it comes to hate preaching and what will not.
This is an extraordinary position for a government to be in when proposing criminal sentences.
Laws of this seriousness demand precision, confidence and clarity.
What we have instead is confusion and contradiction.
Now the opposition will continue to scrutinise this legislation carefully, but from what we have seen so far, it looks pretty unsalvageable.
As it stands, the government's proposal is half-baked and Australians deserve far better.
harrison smith
So again, very good to see David Little Proud surprised by Susan Lay's anti-Semitism package ahead of vote on Labor's hate speech bill, Nationalist Nationals leader David Little Proud, was revealed that he was surprised by opposition leader Susan Lay's anti-Semitism package announcement.
So yeah, I guess yeah, it's not going through quite as quickly as they expected or wanted or planned, and it might not go through at all.
So that's very good to see.
Even if I don't necessarily even agree with their objections, it seems like some of them are like, well, it's just not quite specific enough.
It'll be harder to actually get charges to stick under this bill.
Whatever.
Just don't pass the bill.
I don't care what your opposition is to it.
It's a bad bill in like a hundred different ways.
So whatever your objection is, pick one.
It's fine.
Let's just not pass the bill.
Now, I'm going to get back into censorship and the ADL in just a second.
But I want to move away from that for a minute here for the final part of this segment because some interesting things are developing in Ukraine that I want to spend a moment on.
Yesterday, Tucker Carlson made a, no pun intended, bombshell announcement about the intentions and the plans of Russia moving forward.
Let's go to clip 25 here.
This is Tucker Carlson with a very important message from Russia.
Let's watch.
tucker carlson
Russia, and prepare yourselves because this is the global headline.
Russia is actively considering the use of nuclear weapons against Europe.
Not against Kiev, against Europe, specifically the UK and Germany.
Just taking out the UK and Germany with nuclear weapons.
That's a fact.
Now, we're going to explain why we know that that's true in a moment.
And at the end of this open, we're going to play an interview we did a few hours ago with a man called Sergei Karanagov, who is a longtime political advisor to Vladimir Putin and one of the most famous public intellectuals in Russia, been around for about 35 years, advised Boris Yeltsin, you know, 30 years ago, more than 30 years ago.
And in that interview, he says point blank: yes, if the Ukraine war continues at this tempo for a year or two more, we speaking apparently on behalf of the Russian government, on behalf of his friend Putin, or at least someone who's very familiar with President Putin's thinking, we, Russia, will eliminate the UK and Germany with nuclear weapons.
Now, that's a headline.
No one wants to see Qatari gas wellheads blown up.
No one wants to see killing of any kind or destruction of any kind.
But taking out the two most important countries in Europe, both of which have big American bases, lots of American personnel, extremely concerning.
harrison smith
It's obviously a message from Putin.
It's a warning to the saber rattling and chest pumping, chest thumping of the Europeans.
They claim they're going to go fight a war against Russia, and Russia's like, guys, we will nuke your ass.
Like, what are you talking about?
You're going to go to war with us.
We will take you out with two bombs.
What are you talking about?
What are you doing?
Now, what Europe is doing is collapsing completely in really the most ridiculous way you can imagine.
But obviously, it's a obviously Putin is sick of the war and wants it to be over.
And Trump actually said the same thing today.
He had a statement saying that it was Zelensky holding up the peace process, not Putin, which I think we always knew.
Things in Europe are collapsing at a pace, as we know.
I mean, not to like, we do have to take it seriously.
We're literally talking about nuclear war.
But like to Russia, I'd say, like, what's the hurry?
Man, Europe is destroying itself.
The UK is destroying itself.
Germany is on the trajectory for complete and total collapse.
If you want to destroy them, I wouldn't even intervene.
I wouldn't intervene.
I think a nuclear bomb landing on their capitals might save those countries, to be honest with you.
Things destroying those countries are the programs of the central governments.
So I don't know if a nuclear bomb would actually be that damaging of a thing.
It's the classic comparison, right?
Look at Detroit in 1940 and look at Nagasaki in 1940 and tell me which is more damaging over time, diversity or a nuclear bomb.
Now, a nuclear bomb you can rebuild from.
When your people are replaced by foreigners, that's a permanent kind of thing.
That's an attack that you can't rebuild from because you aren't even there to do it.
So, you know.
Only half joking, like maybe it's not a bad idea.
Maybe Putin can rescue Europe from its satanic elite that are killing the people of Europe.
Maybe we can help him with that.
I don't know.
But just a little smattering of stories from across Europe today.
Germany forces Lexis to remotely kill car heating in the dead of winter.
What?
So apparently, it says dead phone batteries during emergencies are dangerous, but frozen windshields on winter mornings, apparently that's a luxury German authorities won't let you solve anymore.
Your Lexus remote start just got remotely murdered by regulators who decided warming up your car counts as environmental terrorism.
So if you have a remote start and you want your car to be heating up for a couple minutes before you go get into it, they have forced Lexis to remotely disable that ability.
So if you bought a car with that function built in, the German government just decided, no, you didn't, and have removed it.
It's insane, but that's what they're calling.
They're calling your car idling for five minutes in your driveway.
That's environmental terrorism.
Meanwhile, Antifa bombed a power transistor and knocked out power for 100,000 people, killing somebody.
That's not environmental terrorism.
That's just a little prank.
That's some good old-fashioned activism.
But letting your car idle, that is unacceptable.
Completely insane, but here we are.
Meanwhile, Kier Starmer, PM of UK, has announced 27 local elections are now canceled.
These were scheduled elections that were supposed to take place today, this year, rather.
4 million Brits should have been able to vote in May, but he decided to cancel elections because his party's not doing very well and wouldn't do well in the election.
So now they're canceled.
Meanwhile, 78% of Netherlands starter homes for families with children go to aliens, while 20% of overall general starter homes go to aliens.
Just a little, again, three headlines from today showing you the deliberate, self-inflicted, suicidal condition of Europe at the moment.
So, Putin, you want to destroy Europe?
Just chill.
Just sit back and relax.
They're doing it themselves as fast as they possibly can.
And of course, we're fighting all of this over Ukraine, which hasn't had elections in a couple years.
And basically, everybody except for Zelensky in the Ukrainian government is being charged with corruption or is fleeing the country with $100 million.
They've just had this giant corruption scandal explode with these guys stole $100 million at least each from the treasury.
Both of them escaped to Israel where they won't be extradited.
A third guy that was cooperating with them stayed and he's being charged.
Now we have Julia Tymonshenko, Tymoshenko, reportedly accused of scheming to bribe Ukrainian MPs.
She's an opposition figure.
She denies any accusations against her and suggests office raids are linked to election speculation.
Anti-corruption investigators have reportedly accused Tymoshenko, the prominent Ukrainian opposition figure and former prime minister of organizing a scheme to bribe members of parliament, said to include figures from Volodymyr Zelensky's own party to undermine him.
She rose to international prominence during the Orange Revolution in 2004 and was jailed in 2011 on politically motivated charges by her archrival, Viktor Yanukovych, the pro-Kremlin president, before being released during the Euromaidan protest.
She is a spokesperson for, or a spokesperson rather, for the specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office said on Wednesday that Tymoshenko had been charged after the offices of her fatherland party were raided late on Tuesday, Tuesday night, by officers from SAPO and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
We actually have video of that.
Clip number 27 here.
You can see her with her distinctive hairstyle.
Go ahead and roll at his B-roll.
Tymoshenko with her distinctive hairstyle.
Her face is blurred out.
This is them raiding her office and actually producing bundles of cash, wads of cash, found hidden in purses and elsewhere in her office.
While Tymoshenko has not been formally identified, investigators briefed media in Ukraine over her involvement while she released a statement denying any accusations.
Now, then she gets up and gives a statement, clip 26 here.
We can go to that, where she basically says, you think I'm corrupt.
Everybody here is corrupt.
Let's watch clip 26.
I want to say that for our team, this is already a long-established fact, and precisely because of that, no such actions, and I want to emphasize this clearly, will stop us, nor have they ever stopped us.
I want to state that we have fought and will continue to fight against this dirty, all-encompassing, massive corruption that has today seized all branches of power in the Ukraine and that is destroying our defensive capabilities, destroying Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
It has been turned into corruption.
Ukraine has been turned into a corruption hub at all levels, from the top leadership down to the last official.
Yeah, we know.
No, we're perfectly aware of that, actually.
So the woman accused of corruption is like, everybody here is corrupt.
The president's corrupt.
Every person in the government is corrupt.
And we'll continue to fight this corruption as they pull out wads of cash hidden in her office.
And this is the country that we've spent $300 billion and a million lives defending this corrupt kleptocracy, criminal scum, enough already.
We'll be back on the other side, talk about what the ADL has been up to.
Go to the AlexJonesStore.com, get War Cry today, the smelling sauce that'll knock your socks off.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
Final segment of the war room today.
We're going to check in on our self-appointed Jewish overlords at the ADL.
We're going to see what they're up to.
As we've been calling them for years, it's really the perfect appellation, the perfect label for them.
Our self-appointed Jewish overlords.
They have no real authority.
Nobody voted for them.
They don't even speak for the Jews as a whole.
But they can weaponize anti-Semitism, weaponize the fear the Jews have because of the Holocaust, and they can, you know, silence people, bring entire countries to heal.
It's very impressive.
And they're talking about their strategies and what their plans are in the future as part of the Jerusalem Post event that we've been showing videos from, including one yesterday from Shabos Kestenbaum.
Was there at the J Post, Jerusalem Post summit?
Let's go to clip number six here.
This is Meta's Jewish Diaspora Chief because Meta, company that owns Facebook and Instagram, has a Jewish diaspora chief.
What does that mean?
Chief Jew, I guess.
They have a Jewish person that's there to make sure that their interests are served and that nobody talks against them.
And I guess they'd kick me off the platform for saying exactly what they are, is the irony of it all.
Let's watch.
jordana cutler
As part of a robust framework to combat anti-Semitism, we have industry-leading policies designed with the safety of the Jewish community in mind.
We remove content that threatens harm through intimidation or violence directed at Jews, Israelis, and Zionists.
We do not allow Holocaust denial and distortion.
We prohibit harmful stereotypes about Jewish people, such as claims that Jews control financial, political, or media institutions.
We remove hate speech against Zionists when these harmful stereotypes are.
harrison smith
Very good bit.
As the Jewish diaspora chief with censorious power over Facebook, we'll delete anybody that says we have such powers.
We will not allow the anti-Semitic myth of control of the media spread.
Not while we control the media.
No, sir.
All right.
Well, this is on purpose, isn't it?
I mean, you know, you know what this is, right?
I mean, do you?
I mean, do they get what they sound like right now?
I mean, it's literally the joke from the early 90s or late 80s with Norm McDonald going, who was it?
It wasn't Mel Gibson.
Kim Rahu it is, but you know, it's like he made anti-Semitic comments, but he's apologized.
So now the Jews say he's free to work again.
You know, it's like, well, okay, wait, if they can stop him from working, then it kind of means he's right.
Everybody gets this.
Everybody gets this.
It's just absurd.
And it's just like they keep making these speeches.
I mean, Jordana Cutler went viral last year for making pretty much exactly the same speech.
Here she is making it again.
It's not like a surprise or anything, but it's pretty astonishing how they make these claims over and over that are just confirm all of the stereotypes.
Yeah, Marlon Brando.
Earlier this week, Marlon Brando met with Jewish leaders to apologize for the comments he made on Larry King Live, among them that Hollywood is run by Jews.
The Jewish leaders accepted the actor's apology and announced that Brando is now free to work again.
That's it.
And that was from the late 80s, by the way.
So it's been this way for a while.
Let's go to, I mean, let's go to clip.
Let's go to clip 22 here.
Let's go to clip 22 because what we just heard is that if you ever make the heinous, vicious, anti-Semitic claim that the Jews are somehow conspiring to control things, that they, you know, are meeting in secret to conquer the world, like none of that.
That's not going to be allowed, okay?
Unless you're the president of the ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, and you're bragging about it, in which case, go ahead, sir.
Let's watch.
jonathan greenblatt
Now, just last week, leaders of the world's seven largest Jewish communities convened in Australia as part of the 2025 J7 summit.
This is a summit organized by ADL as part of the J7 task force to combat anti-Semitism, a convening of representative bodies of the largest Jewish communities on earth.
susan heller pinto
So the J7, as I said, as we said, is comprised of the seven largest diaspora communities.
We meet every other week via Zoom to share information, to share best practices.
We share what worked for our communities, what hasn't worked, what might work elsewhere.
We have shared tips or draft legislation that might work in other countries or spoken of different litigation.
A lot of what has been very important has been this consultation where we can learn from each other, learn the trends that are coming in, learn the techniques that others have used successfully, and what might be coming our way.
Because what happened in Montreal could happen in Melbourne, and what happens in New York or London or Paris will make its way to Buenos Aires.
That's number one.
Number two, we do speak in one voice in certain aspects on key advocacy.
So, for example, when we left Australia, our call to action was on the Australian government to move forward the special envoy Jillian Siegel's plan on anti-Semitism, which has been stalled for a number of months, to accept it and to implement it.
It was significant that the leaders of the seven largest diaspora communities went to Australia to show solidarity publicly with the community, with government leaders in the media, and also make this joint call to action.
Finally, we have meetings that are some off the record, some on the record with world leaders in which we share our community's concerns and call for action.
So, it's both a really important body for consultation and learning from each other, as well as an effective tool when we can come together and speak in one voice.
harrison smith
See, the largest Jewish diaspora communities get together every two weeks to pressure world leaders to serve their ends,
benefit the Jewish community, pass laws restricting national rights for the sake of Jewish people, installing special envoys who can then prescribe laws that you can then have these seven wealthiest, largest Jewish communities around the world pressure economically, politically, obviously using the force of the countries that they are congressmen or senators in,
like we see constantly with people writing letters as congressmen or senators, like Lindsey Graham, writing letters to Ireland, threatening them with sanctions if they rename a park that was named after a Jewish person or a Jewish member of AIPAC that wrote a letter to Iceland threatening them with American sanctions if they were to pass their ban on genital mutilation for boys,
circumcision, various ways to pressure these countries, lawmakers, industries.
They do it in a coordinated fashion using really immense pressure and sometimes blackmail to get their way.
It's an international group that speaks with one voice and wields immense pressure on Western countries mostly to get their way.
And that's a good thing.
That was close.
I almost said something really anti-Semitic, but don't worry, it's a good thing.
And that's good that that happens.
See, now I'm not anti-Semitic.
Now I'm a member of the ADL.
I'm saying the same thing that an anti-Semite might say, but no, it's a good thing that this is happening.
So there you go.
See how that works?
See, Jordan Cutler is a Jewish person that is now in charge of censoring Facebook.
She does so for the benefit of the Jewish community to progress their own, their agenda, and basically to stop anybody talking bad about them.
And that's a good thing.
And we love that.
And that's so necessary and good and wonderful.
Okay.
So it's not a conspiracy theory.
It's not an anti-Semitic claim because I said it's good that this is happening.
unidentified
Okay.
harrison smith
So it can be confusing.
Let's go to clip number 45 here.
Greenblatt talking about the people that they don't want online.
Let's watch.
jonathan greenblatt
I think the only way we're going to defeat the rising anti-Zionism on the left is by people on the left.
So what I try to do at ADL, what we try to do is provide data, is to provide tools, is to step up, but often quietly behind the scenes.
It doesn't help.
I don't think it helps the Jewish people, and it doesn't disarm them when I go after Nick Fuentes or Hassan Piker, a revolting person.
They should call him Hamas Piker.
He's here in L.A.
And he's just a putrid, says horrible, slanderous things about Jews, about Zionists, about Israel.
rabbi david wolpe
And has a big platform.
jonathan greenblatt
Yeah, so you might not know Hassan Piker, but if your kids are watching video games, you better believe they do.
Because on Twitch and on Steam, he's everywhere, let alone on YouTube and Insta.
So anyways, long story short, we definitely are working a lot to try to get the platforms to kind of enforce their own terms of service so that we can pull down the most offensive hate speech or get them to do it.
harrison smith
Yeah, it's, you know, I saw people posting that and going, you know, clearly the way Jonathan Greenblatt, he mentions Nick Fuentes, but then he goes off on Hassan Piker.
He clearly is so much more threatened by Hassan Piker than Nick Fuentes, who he just, you know, barely mentions.
And it's like, okay, Hassan Piker is on all of these major platforms.
Nick Fuentes is not.
Nick Fuentes has already gotten the ADL treatment.
And they are way more scared of Nick Fuentes than they are of Hassan Piker.
But part of it is propping up Hassan Piker as the anti-Israel guy.
So you can point to him and go, if you're against Israel, you're with him.
And we've been struggling with this for the entirety of, you know, well, for me, the entirety of my existence, but for people waking up to Israel, like for all of 2023, 2024, 2025, that was always the claim, right?
It was like, oh, you don't like what Israel's doing?
I didn't know you liked Hamas.
I didn't know you liked Hassan Piker.
I didn't know you were a leftist.
And it's like, yeah, that's the false dichotomy that they want to try to squeeze you into.
So they can claim that if you are against what Israel is doing, you're not allowed to be a Republican.
You have to be a liberal leftist idiot.
You have to love Hassan Piker or you have to love Candace Owens, who's also allowed on all these platforms saying things that would get people like Nick Fuentes kicked off.
Because it's all about dividing and conquering and allowing the worst examples of your enemies a platform while the people who are effectively arguing against you are silenced and discriminated against.
So let's be clear about where the real threat is here.
Let's go to clip 36 here.
This one pissed a lot of people off, including Tucker Carlson himself and the stories at Information Liberation.
ADL is, quote, helping Ted Cruz and Ben Shapiro take down Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes.
CEO suggests, let's watch.
unidentified
Jonathan, can you comment on Nick Fuentes and what do you actually do that effectively can counter what he does?
And what are your expectations of the government to be critical of a person that has that kind of platform?
jonathan greenblatt
So for everyone's benefit, the question was, can I comment on Nick Fuentes and what he does?
And what are you doing to counter him?
And what's the government's role?
unidentified
By the way, his second name is Joseph, a good Jewish name.
jonathan greenblatt
Nick Fuentes' second name is Joseph?
unidentified
Yes.
jonathan greenblatt
Look, his last name is Fuentes.
Nick Fuentes is a Hispanic person.
Okay.
He is an open, unapologetic, racist, homophobe, and more than anything, an anti-Semite.
He's a toxic, disgusting person.
And yet, thanks to X and social media, he's been incredibly effective at getting his message out there.
I mean, social media is a super spreader of anti-Semitism and hate.
And people like Nick Fuentes, they're like patient zero spreading this.
And look, it didn't help us when candidate, whatever you'd call him, former President Trump had him over for dinner, like at Mar-a-Lago a few years ago.
And it doesn't help us that when given the opportunity, people in positions of power don't renounce this guy.
Now, look, to his credit, JD Vance has done that.
But we have this challenge right now on the right.
And it's like a good thing because there are bad voices who've been elevated.
Like, look, Nick Fuentes is disgusting.
Tucker Carlson is disgusting.
Candace Owens is disgusting and so on.
But there have been good people like Ted Cruz and Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin who are pushing back on these Speaker Johnson, pushing back on these revolting lunatics.
unidentified
All right.
harrison smith
So in response to this, Tucker Carlson said, Republican senator slash presidential candidate working with anti-white ADL to suppress speech.
You can see why people begin to wonder about the system that we currently have.
Yeah, you got to wonder.
I mean, again, folks, the ADL has been around since 1913.
Okay.
Maybe a coincidence that the year was so important in so many different ways.
They have had monopolistic, censorious control of the publishing sector since the 1950s at least.
They have instructed and trained every single member of the FBI for the last several decades.
They're so thoroughly embedded in our political system that, yeah, it's no wonder we do so much for them.
I mean, this is the system that we live in.
The curtain's being pulled back, and they're not really trying to hide it anymore, which is particularly disturbing in my opinion.
But let's go to this clip called Jew Hatred, because I totally called this, I got to find the clip because I nailed this one because I called this out like two years ago.
Two years ago, I saw the president of the World Jewish Congress, Ron Lauder.
He made this statement.
He said, it's not anti-Semitism anymore.
It's Jew hatred.
And it was like this big push.
I was like, all right, that's what they're doing from now on.
Like anti-Semitism, they've used it so much, it's lost its luster, it's lost its oomph, its impact, its power.
And so they've come up with another phrase.
And I said at the time, I don't know if this is such a great phrase.
It sounds like what you're talking about is hatred by Jews, not of Jews.
You say Jew hatred, it's like, well, what do you mean?
You mean the way they think about Palestinians?
It's like, well, no, that's not what we mean.
No, no, we mean hatred of Jews.
So they basically have decided to go back to anti-Semitism.
I swear I totally called this like two years ago.
I called that they were trying to change it from anti-Semitism to Jew hatred.
And then I said, that's not a good idea because that term could be interpreted multiple ways.
It sounds like they finally realized this.
Here's Jonathan Greenblatt.
jonathan greenblatt
Deborah asks a question.
Wouldn't it be more powerful to say Jew hatred than anti-Semitism?
Well, one thing I should just say is, again, protect, advocate, educate.
We have centers of excellence at ADL, our center on extremism.
We also have a center on anti-Semitism research.
Our center on anti-Semitism research is run by a Stanford PhD.
He's actually observant.
We have several PhDs on staff.
We have a network of academics and scholars we work with around the country.
So we've done the research.
We've literally done the research.
And we're running everything all the time from focus groups to attitudinal surveys to like randomized control trials to identify what interventions work most effectively.
And we've tested this.
And the funny thing is, it doesn't matter.
The term Jew hatred we find in our research, when you say end Jew hatred, Gentiles, I think you're talking about the hatred of Jewish people.
You understand that?
As if we were the ones hating.
harrison smith
You know, because of all the hateful things that you do.
Yeah, that might be, that might be a little bit confusing because when you have Randy Fine saying, let them starve, it feels kind of hateful for me.
It's a type of Jew hatred I think we should be fighting.
I mean, do you understand what he just said?
And like, we know this, but it's funny to hear him say it sometimes, where they're just like, listen, we've got so many PhDs on staff.
We're running labs.
We're running A-B testing.
We're running focus groups across the whole country.
We're running social media testing of the attitudinal responses to the – and it's like, wow, and you're still losing, huh?
That's amazing.
We don't have any of that.
We don't have any of that.
I just sit here and say things.
I just read the news and then describe what's happening.
You're doing tests and stuff, huh?
You're scientifically trying to program what's going to be the best response and you're still just losing hand over fist.
That's wild.
That is truly embarrassing for you.
That sucks.
Can you imagine?
Can you imagine if we had that?
Can you imagine if we had the power of the ADL?
I mean, we wouldn't be losing like them.
That's for damn sure.
See, our superpower is the truth, is telling the truth, is having the truth on our side, is not having to determine what we say on what scored the best on some poll that was given out and paid for.
Like, we don't do any of that.
We don't have to because we're telling the truth.
So it's pretty easy, actually.
And we're honest and we're upfront.
And we're not weasels or worms like Mr. Greenblatt.
So we don't have to try to scientifically mold our message to most effectively hit the demographic quadrants that we're targeting.
No, we just say the truth and honest, truthful people gather to us.
So it's pretty cool, actually.
It's pretty cool.
They have all of that advantage, all of that money, all of that infrastructure, all that institutional advantage.
And we're beating them pretty resoundingly.
So it's great.
We need to keep pushing.
And clearly they're flailing and desperate.
And their rebranding isn't working.
They're going back to what it was before.
It's all very embarrassing for them.
And we're laughing at them behind their backs.
Let's go to this one.
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt says the ADL is working with basically all of the AI companies to make sure that AI itself is programmed in the mindset of the ADL and nobody else.
Let's watch.
rabbi david wolpe
So someone came up to me after services and said, I really want to ask him a question, but I can't be there.
So I said, okay, give me the question.
I'll ask.
Here is the question.
The question is, it used to be when Nazis were marching that Jews would show up with clubs and get into fights.
He says, now I know we can't do that anymore, but has the ADL ever considered hiring people to counter march, especially people of different ethnicities, so that because social media and publicity are so important, people won't see marches unopposed.
So I have now asked.
jonathan greenblatt
So I think it's an interesting question.
I think that we have to do, like to quote Wayne Gretzky, is not go where the puck is, but where it's going.
And this has been a big lesson really since 10-7 in part.
So I can tell you, you know, we have taken resources and redistributed it really towards the LLMs, towards generative AI.
Folks, I got to tell you, how many of you used Chat GPT in the last week?
Raise your hand.
Folks, I'm going to come back here in a year and you all need to raise your hand.
Chat GPT is ground truth for the vast hundreds of millions of people.
It has over a billion users.
It's been around for like two and a half years.
So, like, marching in the streets is one thing we could do, but what I would rather do and where I'm investing is building the technology to train the LLMs more effectively and working with OpenAI, with Alphabet, with Anthropic, with Meta, with Microsoft.
harrison smith
Yeah, we are working with them.
We've got agents in all of these, and they're programming them to have their mindset.
It's very pernicious and extremely dangerous, and has to be rooted out completely.
We cannot trust LLM that's been programmed by liars like this.
Let's quickly go to the next where Americans who criticize Jews in Israel will be monitored by the FBI.
Let's watch.
jonathan greenblatt
So, number one, we measure and track.
Number two, we monitor and disrupt.
We have a whole apparatus.
I have 40 analysts working full-time, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, monitoring extremists.
We monitor them online, social media, messaging apps, video games, cryptocurrency, podcasts, short-form video, Wikipedia, LLMs.
We monitor these people and we share the intelligence with the FBI.
harrison smith
You saw last month, you heard about the FBI is basically the enforcement arm of the ADL, which is why they've been exclusively going after white people for the last several decades, while extremist groups have proliferated and our country's gone to hell and the actual criminals have gotten away because they've been investigating people like InfoWars under claims that we're racial extremist racial supremacists because they're guided by the ADL,
who lies about their intentions in order to destroy their enemies by claiming that they're hateful when they're not.
They're just telling the truth.
So, you know, Jonathan Greenblatt is like the biggest menace in the world right now.
And again, all the things that he says, I could say it'd be called anti-Semitic.
He's there admitting it.
And I mean, how funny is it that they're like, there are all these marches happening?
Have you ever thought about paying people to counter march?
It's like, no.
How is that?
Wouldn't it be, have you ever thought about counter-marching?
Why is the first thought?
Have you ever thought about paying a diverse group of people to counter-march?
It's like your whole mindset is disturbed, man.
It's all very disturbed.
And we have to break their power over us from the FBI to LLMs.
It's becoming extremely dangerous.
And obviously, they're not trying to confront us physically.
They're trying to confront us in the mental realm by dictating what we are and are not allowed to think or say.
And it's a lot easier to control people that way than it is to physically intervene.
And that's going to be our show.
