Tomorrow's news today.
harrison smith
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome to the War Room.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
We got a lot to talk about today.
War being on the top of the list, we're talking about Ukraine and what is going on there with the latest of the extended deadline and the peace proposals as Russia continues to dominate on the actual battlefield.
We have a lot to talk about today, and we'll be joined in the third hour by a very special guest, Chud the Builder.
Chud the Builder.
He might sound like a cuddly character from a kid's cartoon.
He's not.
He's not that.
No, but he is one of the many victims over the last year of law enforcement essentially trying to destroy the First Amendment piece by piece, using little workarounds, charging them for things other than the words they say, but that's really what people are being punished for.
So we'll talk to him about how we're losing free speech sort of through the back door here in America.
Very excited to talk to him.
But let's begin today as we do every day with our Daily Dispatch.
Your daily dispatch for Thursday, the 11th of December, 2025.
How COVID vaccines can cause heart damage.
That's right.
It's now been discovered the mechanism by which COVID mRNA vaccines cause heart damage, including myocarditis.
Immune systems triggered by mRNA jabs may inflame cardiac cells with young men most at risk.
Scientists find COVID mRNA vaccines can cause heart damage by triggering immune cells to go on the attack and attack your own heart.
More than 2,000 people in Britain suffered inflammation of the heart, myocarditis, or heart lining, pericarditis, following vaccinations with young men, particularly vulnerable.
This is an amazing discovery for them to make four years after we did, but congratulations, science, you've caught up to what we all knew from our own observation.
Well done.
Meanwhile, Trump launches $1 million gold card program for fast-tracked visas.
So I know he's been slipping in the polls a little bit.
He's losing a lot of support.
His base is fractured.
I think this will bring everybody together, right?
Because this is what we voted for.
This is exactly what we voted for.
Selling out our birthright for a million dollars.
Fantastic.
It's amazing because, you know, obviously, if I was China with an infinite amount of money, because I'm the Chinese government, then I would be minting American citizens for a measly million dollars.
That's a very convenient workaround.
Thanks, Trump.
Meanwhile, Maryland Judge orders ICE to immediately release Kilmar Obrego Garcia.
Yes, that's right, folks.
That guy.
Remember that guy?
Yeah, I don't know if we have a country at all at this point.
This one guy, I don't know what to call this one dude, we can't get him out of the country.
It's been 11 months.
We've tried everything we possibly can, and it's just, we just keep tossing him around like a hot potato.
If the American government in 11 months cannot just get rid of this guy, what are we even doing here?
In the same amount of time, we can bring in 3 million people from Guatemala on planes and give them $1,000 gift cards and five-star hotel rooms, but we can't kick one non-American out of our country, Kilmar Obrego Garcia.
A name none of us should have ever had to learn.
I'm going to be here.
I'm going to be sitting behind this desk in 2035 explaining how for the 10,000th time, Kilmar Obrego Garcia has either been deported or undeported or released or arrested.
We're never going to get rid of this guy.
He's like herpes.
He's just going to keep coming back and back and back.
I don't even care about this guy.
Are we a country or not?
Can we do anything at all ever?
Or not.
Okay, great.
Okay.
One guy.
We can't get rid of him.
He's not a citizen.
He committed crimes here.
He was caught trafficking people across the border, not across the border, but transporting illegal immigrants.
And we just can't get rid of him.
We can't send him back to where he was born and raised and is still a citizen.
We can't do it.
He can't do it.
Yeah.
We'll be back on the other side.
I'll finish out.
I got distracted by the fact that Kilmar Obrego Garcia still exists for some reason.
Welcome back, folks.
Finish up your daily dispatch here with things that are only going to make me angrier.
Are you ready, folks?
Are you ready?
Cincinnati approves $8.1 million settlement with protesters over 2020 racial justice protests.
That's right.
The city of Cincinnati joins Seattle and Philadelphia and New York in paying out million dollar settlements to the Black Lives Matter activists that burned the city down.
So while January 6th, so-called rioters were high-fiving police and wandering through the Capitol, they got served decades in prison.
People actually throwing Maltoff cocktails at the police, burning down their police precinct and causing billions of dollars in damage are actually getting gigantic checks from the government for that.
The American people are at this point paying for our own destruction.
They burned our cities down and then sent us a bill for it, and we're paying it.
The city of Cincinnati approved an $8.1 million legal settlement Wednesday with hundreds of nonviolent protesters who had alleged mistreatment at the hands of the city and county authorities when they were arrested during the racial justice demonstrations of 2020.
The Cincinnati City Council approved the deal after its terms were outlined last week, and it brings to a close years of litigation that stemmed from the protest over the killings of George Floyd and other unarmed black people.
Yeah, other unarmed black people.
Yeah, they don't name them because they don't exist.
You know, the killing of George Floyd and all those other people.
Yeah, like who?
There was that one woman.
Of course, her boyfriend shot at the cops first, so she doesn't really count.
And there was the guy who was jogging, but that was a citizen arrest, and he grabbed the gun and caused it to fire at himself.
So that one didn't really count either.
So anyways, all the other ones, you know, all of the other ones that were so brutally killed by police when they were unarmed.
You know the ones.
None of the 479 plaintiffs had been charged with a felony or violent offense, nor been involved in any property damage, although some did occur.
They were all charged with misdemeanor curfew violations during the nights of protests from May 30th to June 8th, 2020, but were later dismissed by the city amid a flurry of conflicting court rulings.
Okay, so they, in a coordinated fashion, launched riots across the city that caused massive damage and were the scene of a lot of violent crime.
So the city imposes curfews.
These people ignore the curfews, get arrested as a consequence of those curfews.
They weren't beaten.
They weren't left in a, you know, non-air-conditioned room for a week, not being fed.
They weren't given moldy bread and made sick in prison.
They were temporarily detained and then released because they violated the curfew that had to come about because of the continuous violent rioting that was plaguing not just that city, but every city in the United States.
And now we're paying them $8.1 million for the inconvenience of being arrested for a crime, but never being charged for it.

Okay.
harrison smith
And finally, Justin, House passes $900 billion military defense bill.
Hardline conservatives decry liberal provisions in Ukraine funding in bill.
So if I remember it correctly, I believe this includes something like $900 million for Ukraine and $600 million for Israel and many more.
Ukraine, $800 million total.
But $900 billion, another trillion-dollar defense bill as one of the more egregious taps flowing.
One of the more egregious spigots of money farmed out of the American taxpayer and towards whatever mission the globalists have around the world.
That has absolutely nothing to do with our best interest.
Sure could use that $900 billion to actually fix ourselves.
You ever think about what you'd do?
I was thinking back to the Freedom Tunes short that we showed last week with the levers of power.
Whether there's a big building of the levers of power and anything the American government could do, you just go in there and start pulling levers.
And obviously the joke of that one was all of the levers just drop off somalis in your backyard, which does seem to be the inevitable consequence of everything we do.
But what would you do?
And would it look anything like what the people in power choose to do?
Like it's so, it is so utterly insane.
If you suddenly woke up and were in like some sort of weird steel room with like an iPad display, you're like, where am I?
And they're like, you're in charge now.
It's all you.
At your fingertips are every function of government.
The budget's there.
Everything is just for you, ready to go.
What do you do?
And you just imagine, we're like, oh my God, anything?
Billions of dollars, trillions.
Okay, money to Israel.
Like, okay, do you want to do anything else?
Bah, money to foreigners?
I don't know.
I'll just keep hitting the money to everybody else button and see how that goes.
Like, it wouldn't be hard.
It wouldn't be hard if you had the power of the government.
If you were the emperor of America, if I was emperor of America, it would take like a week.
I think it'd take me a week.
Maybe I'm a little overconfident.
I'm giving myself some buffer, actually.
Really, I think about 48 hours would be enough to get the ball rolling, but a week.
I think if we had a week and a government who actually did the will of the people, it would be so easy.
All this would be so easy.
Now we're constantly being gummed up and jammed up, and the entire system has been rigged for decades on end.
It is this giant, dysfunctional legacy system that is just a burden on anybody trying to do anything good while anybody doing anything negative and bad and painful to the American people finds no barriers in their way.
It is utterly broken.
If instead we had some sort of magic wand, if we had the ability to just fulfill the designs of the people who actually want the best for America, it'd be a matter of a week and we'd just be able to solve everything.
$900 billion.
I know we've talked about it before, but like I don't know if you understand how much money that is.
I don't know if any human being is even capable of fathoming what exactly we mean when we say $900 billion.
So I've done it before where I laid out, because this is true no matter how many billions you're talking about.
$1 billion is an unfathomable amount of money.
Literally, it's like I've done it before with things like George Soros.
They say George Soros gave $18 billion.
It was one of the first things I did on InfoWars, during one of our 34-hour broadcasts or, you know, the overnight broadcast went in at 2 in the morning.
Michael Zimmerman was hosting.
We went through a list of what you could buy with $18 billion.
And it's truly unbelievable.
It's like you could buy every single castle in Europe that's currently on the market, thousands of them.
You could literally own thousands of castles, hundreds of private islands.
This is all $18 billion.
You could have a space program and build a couple stadiums.
It's unbelievable what you could get with just, you know, $10, $20 billion.
$900 billion.
You really think if, I think if we gave Alex Jones a check for $900 billion, first of all, we could pay off our debt.
That'd be great.
We'd still have a little bit left over.
But like, that's enough to solve every problem in America.
I genuinely believe that.
I'm not a communist.
It's like, you know, whatever.
Elon Musk has a billion dollars.
He could feed every person in the world.
Like, no, that's stupid.
What are you talking about?
But $900 billion in military equipment and the hundreds of thousands of troops, the millions of people we have employed by the government, if we just use them to expel foreigners and enforce the law, it would take a week and we'd be back on track.
Those two things.
That's it.
I don't have any big secret plan.
No, it's literally that easy.
It's literally that easy if we expelled foreigners and if we enforced the law that already exists, everything would be solved.
Everything.
And it is so unbelievably frustrating that we can't get anything done.
And I've got examples of this.
And it's just endless.
I mean, it just goes on and on and on.
And one of the most frustrating things is the fact that despite blowing the Democrats out of the water in 2024, winning the election, both the public,
I mean, the, you know, the popular vote and the Electoral College, winning the House, winning the Senate, and yet the Democrats are still on the attack, and yet Republicans are still responding to Democrats.
The word initiative apparently is missing from the lexicon of the Republican Party.
The way you tell if you're winning is if they respond to you, is if they're on the back foot, if they're playing defense, you're winning.
If they are instead on the march and coming after you, we have a really, really big problem.
They are the minority in both houses of Congress.
They do not have the presidency.
Culturally, they should be on the back foot, except we've spent all of that political cachet over the last 11 months.
So what do we need to do?
What do we need to do exactly?
Because right now, the House Democrats are launching impeachment files on Trump and Hegseth and RFK Jr.
And hell, the Republicans might go along with them.
I don't even know at this point.
Republicans are still in office voting against Trump and stopping his policies from being implemented.
Now, we understood this in the first administration.
We understood that there were the deep state Republicans, there were the Uniparty Republicans, and they were against Trump.
They still are against Trump.
It made more sense in the first administration because we hadn't had a taste of what the Democrats would do to us.
Then we had four years of Biden.
And friends of mine, innocent people who've never hurt anybody, never broke a law, were pulled out of their home at gunpoint and thrown into a concrete box.
And if it was up to the Democrats, they'd still be there until I was 60 years old, 25 years from now.
So it doesn't make any sense.
Did the Republicans not notice that?
Do they think they're going to get away with being a Republican under Trump once the Democrats get back in charge?
Do they not understand where we are at this point?
In all precedent, if things were as they should be, it should be Democrats on the back foot.
It should be filing articles of impeachment against every single judge that tries to interfere.
It would be Republicans making demands, passing bills, forcing the hand of the Democrats, forcing them to capitulate on certain things so they can get other things that they need that we have the power to withhold.
And Trump, by the way, would be using the massive war chest that he controls and that he is responsible for as the fundraiser in the Republican Party.
He'd be using that to get the Republicans to carry out his agenda.
Instead, the people around him have a plan to run him ragged over the next year, completely distract him from everything he should be doing as the president, and have him running on the campaign trail like it's 2024, being completely distracted and inconsequential when it comes to actual things he should be doing while they spend their money and time and very, very, very,
very precious resources to campaign for people that don't even vote for what he wants.
Again, when it was Trump's first administration, it made sense.
Okay, deep state Republicans, we know who they are.
We've got their number.
By this point, every Republican should understand it doesn't even matter if you like Trump.
It doesn't even matter if you are on the same agenda as Trump.
Do you want to be hauled out of your bed in the middle of the night?
Do you want your children to be killed by roving mobs of like radical leftists?
It's getting to that point.
That's not a threat, by the way.
That is a very stark and sincere warning to the Republicans.
You have to understand what's coming and you don't have to listen to me.
And, you know, all of this, everything from the Democrats, everything from the deep state, it's all so just like bafflingly, like it literally hurts my brain to even try to comprehend what I'm about to show you.
And I think you'll understand why.
Because for the entire time, for the entire campaign under Trump, it was already just the heights of absurdity to have them, the Democrats, the media, warning about the potential of Trump abusing his power, warning about the possibility, their own imagined fever dream of Trump using his power as president to carry out personal vendettas,
to be vindictive and to, you know, use his authority to just go after his political opponents.
And it was absurd at the time because Biden was doing it actively, had done it the entirety of his administration.
That's what January 6th was.
And they said it with no uncertain words.
We're going after the high-profile influencers in a shock and awe campaign to demoralize Trump supporters.
Like it was clearly, expressly a political persecution.
And so it was already absurd when they were claiming that Trump might do what they were already doing.
Now that Trump is in office and not doing what they kept crying about him possibly doing, the Democrats are just openly threatening to do the thing that they've told us over and over and over and over again for years is the worst thing ever, the death of democracy.
Gavin Newsom just published clip number 10, this video.
It's an AI video of Trump and Hegseth and Stephen Miller in handcuffs being arrested.
So this was just published by Gavin Newsom, governor of California, as a preview of what they intend.
So it was already absurd when they were worried about Trump threatening to do what they were already doing.
Now that Trump's not doing it, they're threatening to do it in a blatant and like incredibly offensive way.
And it just like hurts my brain.
Like, dude, does anybody in the Democrat Party care about anything real ever?
Well, let's go to clip number 10 here.
Posted by Gavin Newsom.
There's Trump and Hegseth and Miller sitting on the curb.
It's cuffing season.
Yeah, you're going to be arrested.
This is why I don't understand.
Trump, dude, you already spent four years.
Four years being hunted from courtroom to courtroom, having every document you've ever had in your possession gone through with a fine-tooth comb so they could find something to misconstrue as a potential crime 20 years ago that they can resurrect in order to get you.
Do you think you're going to ride off into the sunset?
Do you think after this round they're going to go, good job, Trump?
Thanks for not arresting all of us.
We owe you one, buddy.
Don't listen to me.
Listen to them.
You think this isn't what's coming for you?
And I'm seeing more and more signals about this.
You know, people in the know, there was a post today from somebody.
I'll find it here in just a little bit.
But they're essentially saying, like, the Democrats themselves are warning their friends, like, yeah, MAGA better, like, go through and delete tweets because once we're in power, the hammer is coming down.
I mean, how does no, why is nobody else on this level?
There's like a people are on this level.
Alex is on this level, right?
People at Infoboars are on this level.
Mike Cernovich is on this level.
People seem to get it.
But like 75% of right-wingers seem just utterly blind to the real threat, the real threat that we're under.
The threat is not the debt.
The threat is not like anything mental.
It's nothing intangible.
The threat is very real.
The threat is Trump doesn't do what he has to.
And even saying that now, as I said, I'm like, it's actually too late.
It's actually already too late, especially with Susie Wiles in the White House.
We played the clip yesterday.
Maybe I just need to play this clip again because I've been thinking about it nonstop.
I don't even think I realize what a crazy thing we were hearing yesterday.
We played the Susie Wiles clip.
Susie Wiles, Trump campaign manager, former Bibi Nanyahu campaign manager, chief of staff of the White House, is doing an interview where she says Trump doesn't know it yet, but in order to save the midterms, Trump's going to be campaigning in 2026 like it's 2024.
He's going to be treating the midterms like a presidential campaign.
So what I understand from that is as soon as the new year hits and as soon as the political industry kicks into campaign gear, Trump is done being president.
How are you supposed to be president if you're traveling state to state every day?
I mean, like a presidential campaign.
She described it as a presidential campaign, that same level.
Every day doing stump speeches, every day, sometimes doing multiple stump speeches, every day going from location to location to location, giving interviews, giving stump speeches, shaking hands.
When's he going to have time to do anything else?
And why is Susie Wiles sitting there saying Trump doesn't know this yet, but here's what he's going to be doing next year.
So I think it might already be over.
I think we might already be done.
I mean, it's December 11th.
By this time next month, the statute of limitations for many of the crimes on January 6th, 2021 will have expired.
So are we going to do it in the next two weeks when Congress is out of session?
We can get a Christmas miracle of all of the criminals, all of their rampant criminality from January 6th and beyond.
It's going to be water under the bridge, nothing we can do about it.
So I know Democrats are happy to take a crime that was 20 years ago and just say, oh, the statute of limitations, we're ignoring it today and just doing it anyway because they can just do that because the law doesn't matter to them.
So even if it was a crime, the statute of limitations ended 10 years ago.
Hey, it's Trump.
So the statute of limitations just doesn't count anymore.
I know they do that.
We don't.
So all of the people that arrested all of our friends, bankrupted them, put them in solitary confinement for months on end, coerced them by threatening decades in prison to try to get them to flip on Donald Trump so they could throw him in prison for the rest of his life.
All of these real crimes against American people are going to go unpunished while Trump is gallivanting around the country, working for people that don't support him in the Congress.
Trump needs to fire Susie Wiles and he needs to give Alex Jones a call.
Like, we need some FaceTime with Donald Trump.
He needs to come home from Mars or wherever he's living these days because his support is cratering and he's about to be effectively taken off of the table for a year while he campaigns for a Congress that does nothing for him.
And I don't think it's his idea.
I think it's hers.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is The War Room.
I'm your host, Sarrison Smith, Infowars.com, banned.video.
Please do share those links.
You know, we are still being crushed by the algorithm, and sharing the links is a surefire way to circumvent that.
Now, we have a first look here at the alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson.
He appeared in court today.
His first in-person appearance, he was wearing civilian clothes.
They didn't make him wear the orange jumpsuit, something they have been doing pretty frequently.
They did the same thing with Luigi Mangioni.
Here it is.
This is the video.
This is him.
The first look, other than his mugshot and one or two appearances by Zoom earlier on that we showed you when they aired back in October.
But this is the first time he's actually been seen in person.
He's very strange.
He's very strange looking.
Maybe that's all we can gather from this, but he's kind of a creepy-looking dude, and he's smiling the whole time.
He seems to be in a good mood, which just, I'm just putting myself in his position.
If I was being falsely accused of something, I don't know, maybe I would be happy that I'd be in court.
I'm not sure what we can make of this, and there's not too much coming out of it.
The whole ordeal was a closed-door thing, and we can keep playing this B-roll video since it's all we have, and we only have a few images.
This is one of the stills from the courtroom, but it was a closed-door hearing.
And one of the things they're deciding is whether or not there will be cameras in the court proceedings, which I think for the stability of our nation, there has to be.
There has to be.
Obviously, it's still very much up in the air.
A lot of people have very strong opinions on who killed Charlie Kirk and why, and whether Robinson's a Patsy or not.
And I've been sort of involved in that from early on because I happened to, by sheer coincidence or, you know, God-ordained alignment, whatever it is, I happen to be the one to tweet out before he was killed that he was scared Israel would kill him.
So I'm often brought in.
I'll comment on it.
But I've always withheld my judgment.
I've come to no conclusions whatsoever.
I am suspicious of a lot of the evidence they've presented so far.
My leaning is that this reeks of a Patsy, this reeks of a cover-up, exactly the same way that we've seen in other famous assassinations.
The fact that he apparently, I mean, the details of it have all been jumbled and misconstrued and misrepresented a million times over.
So even to get to the heart of what is actually being alleged and what has been proven is hard to even wrap your hands around, which is why we need to see the evidence presented in court.
I've withheld saying what I believe exactly because even if what I'm seeing from the FBI doesn't quite align with my observation, I haven't seen it all.
I haven't seen it presented in a court.
I haven't seen the opposition try to debunk it.
I'm actually glad that we are having a trial.
I'm extremely glad he hasn't been killed like Jeffrey Epstein yet.
We're actually going to be able to hear his side of the story.
And if he is a Patsy, I imagine he'll be making that argument.
Assuming, of course, he survives to the trial and they don't jack Ruby him in the meantime.
You've got a couple options.
You can Jeffrey Epstein somebody.
You can Jack Ruby somebody.
You can Jack Ruby the way Jack Ruby was done, where they gave him cancer in prison and he died in like a month from a fast-acting cancer that was delivered by a CIA agent who pretended to be a psychiatrist.
There's some deep rabbit holes to go down with all of these high-profile assassinations, and this one's no different.
So this is what we have so far.
This is all we know is a preliminary hearing.
What we have out of it is at least the image of Tyler Robinson himself smiling and smirking and whispering to his counsel.
So again, what we have is he appeared in civilian clothings.
He was restrained in handcuffs.
He has three public defenders, Kathy Nestor, Michael Bird, and Richard Novak.
Robinson smirked and laughed with his lawyers before Judge Graff began the proceedings.
According to Fox News, this is interesting, and this must be a new development here.
Around 6:30 p.m. on the day of the assassination, 22-year-old Robinson made contact with an officer posted up at a perimeter near where the murder weapon was discovered.
Reports of Robinson's encounter with law enforcement line up with text messages sent to his transgender lover and roommate, Lance Twiggs.
And so we'd seen the text messages before, but we hadn't heard that he'd actually made personal contact with an officer.
And so I suppose that was a piece of evidence offered in this hearing, which would contribute to the story of him being the Patsy.
We, at least, if that officer is to be believed, he was there.
Tyler Robinson was there in the area of the attack, which was not something we'd really had solidified other than statements from the FBI so far.
There have been videos of him elsewhere at the Dairy Queen and these other places.
Yeah, I mean, he looks strung out and stoned in this picture.
And this picture is from when he was first arrested.
That was his original mugshot.
He actually looks better now.
He actually looks kind of like more bright-eyed now, which I guess, you know, if we're to believe the rumors about his lifestyle beforehand, maybe a couple of months of detox is doing good for him.
Robinson told Twiggs that the police officers were swarming the area.
There's a squad car parked by it, but I think they already swept that spot and don't want to chance it.
I'm wishing I circled back and grabbed it soon as soon as I got to my vehicle.
So again, that does seem to align with what we've heard now.
Now, the charges are this: Count one, aggravated murder.
Count two, reckless, felony, reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury.
Count three, felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm.
Count four, felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting.
Then you have witness tampering for asking the roommate to delete incriminating messages.
Witness tampering for demanding trans roommates stay silent, not speak to police, commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
So seven counts.
They are seeking the death penalty in Utah.
And these are the first images we're getting of Tyler Robinson.
He looks very young there.
He's got kind of a zitty face.
He's got kind of some acne going on.
And I don't know.
I don't want to judge somebody too much by their appearance, but you can tell a lot from someone's face.
And he doesn't seem, I don't know.
Is it offensive to say he doesn't have the most competent face?
Does that even make sense?
It makes sense to me.
When you just look at his face, it doesn't scream, you know, high intelligence, highly motivated, you know, activist, but that's what he is.
He looks slow, okay?
What I'm trying to say is he looks like he's a bit slow in the mind.
I don't know if he is, but this is the first we're seeing of him, and that's my first impression.
So take that for what it's worth.
So this is in Provo, Utah.
God, he's got a kind of sinister look when he turns towards the camera.
And we're looking through his eyebrows.
He almost has the Kubrick stare.
Full metal jacket.
So again, we'll bring you any updates.
If we hear anything about this so far, this is just a sort of a procedural thing, nothing bombshell to bring you.
But maybe if we get a plea agreement or, you know, anything, we'll let you know and the crew will stay on that and bring me an article or the video if anything breaks.
But this is a closed hearing, so we didn't really expect to have any video out of this.
And what we do have is just him sitting there.
So we'll see.
But this could be a, I mean, this is a very important case.
This is a monumentally important case for the American people.
And really for the friends of Charlie Kirk, who are being torn apart right now because nobody trusts anybody.
The official story is not exactly massively compelling.
The questions that arose immediately after the assassination have still never been answered, even though they've been referenced by the FBI after Kash Patel originally came out and said, We're going to answer all the questions.
We're going to answer the questions about the planes.
We'll answer the questions about the text messages.
We're doing this research and it's an ongoing case, but don't worry.
And he enumerated exactly what all the questions were.
Now, hopefully, those are answered at least in part during the proceedings.
But so far, we have nothing.
And so, of course, the speculation is running wild, and there are a lot of strange occurrences that beg for an explanation.
And so, really, for especially the right wing to be able to put this behind us, we need to be able to see a prosecution that is as transparent and convincing.
It's almost like they have an even higher bar, like beyond the barrier of beyond a reasonable doubt.
They almost have to present this case that is beyond any doubt whatsoever because they've already done such a, frankly, a bad job of handling this that most people that I know who are looking into it, I don't know if you'll ever convince them.
I mean, they're so solidified in their position, they are sure Tyler Robinson is a Patsy, and I think it's of high probability is a Patsy.
And if the FBI wants to convince us otherwise, they're really going to have to just show us step by step how this thing happened.
And they should be able to because that's the thing.
Because that's the thing.
Because everybody knows that there are security cameras all over the place on that campus.
Everybody knows that there are body cam, there's body cam footage, there's cell phone footage.
There is so much coverage of that entire area that if it was Tyler Robinson, they should be able to show Tyler Robinson getting to the location.
They should be able to show him getting his rifle out of his car.
They should be able to show him climbing up to the roof, getting on the roof, lining up the shot, firing the shot, running down.
I mean, if that is not presented to us, like in an unbroken chain, where we get to see him jumping off the roof, we get to see him crossing the parking lot, we get to see him going towards the bushes where the rifle was eventually found.
If we don't get to see the body cam footage of the police officer who found the rifle, like if it's not airtight, no one's going to believe it.
We're going to have another Epstein situation.
And that's why I'm worried because they've done this before.
Because when everybody had questions about the Jeffrey Epstein debacle, they came out with a video to silence everybody and it had a minute missing.
And so it didn't solve anything.
It only made people ask more questions.
So that's the situation we're in with Tyler Robinson, where people already have questions.
They already are suspicious.
If you want to allay these suspicions, if you want to put down the speculation, you have to answer the questions.
You have to lay out the timeline second by second with no gaps.
That's going to be their job here.
Anything less than that, we'll be here 60 years from now, just like the JFK assassination.
He's got a weird look, man.
He's got a very big chin.
He almost has people used to say that about Charlie Kirk, but I see it with this guy.
His face is too small for his head almost.
Anyway, we'll bring you more as we get it.
I'm just hoping we get, you know, statement from him or anything.
I'd like to hear his voice.
But it is closed proceedings now.
They have to open the proceedings.
It has to be all broadcast live, all of it.
And we have to be able to see that what is happening here is a legitimate trial.
So we'll see.
And this could be great.
Hey, you know what?
Maybe the best case scenario is they present the most slam-dunk, unquestionable prosecution that everybody that Candace Owens herself will come out and go, they got him.
They got him.
I'm convinced.
Like, that's the standard.
They need to be going with the Candace Owens standard.
That's, and again, like, I'm being completely serious.
I'm not even being facetious here.
The prosecution needs to be thinking: what do we have to do to convince Candace Owens?
Because we can convince her that we convince everybody.
And that's what you're going to have to do because nobody's going to believe it if we don't get the actual evidence.
Not the assertions, not being demonized for asking the questions.
We need the answers.
We need the timeline.
We need the step-by-step, point-by-point.
We need to hear from the parents.
We need to hear from the friends.
I'm going to see Lance Twiggs up on the stand answering questions.
Not reading.
No, I don't want to read court transcripts later.
We have to watch it live.
Of course, that's if we want to move forward as a country and actually have faith in our system.
So, in all likelihood, I don't know.
Who knows?
Who knows what they're going to do?
At this point, I put nothing past them.
See, this is the difficulty with where we are now in this sort of conspiracy frame.
Things are so crazy.
Things have gone so far.
You really can't project what people are going to do.
Like I was talking about with the Republicans.
You would think that self-preservation would, at the very least, kick in at some point, right?
You can predict people's behavior.
If, like, all right, they're going to die if they keep going.
They're probably going to stop, right?
You genuinely can tell self-preservation, but like, then you look at what the Republicans are doing, and it's like, okay, here you are, a train barreling towards a brick wall, and you just are ignoring it.
You know that, and yet you don't care.
So, I can't really predict what you're going to do.
You have no self-preservation.
If you have no desire to even look like you're doing something good, how can I even trust you?
Or, like, how can I predict anything that you're going to do?
You know, so if we had a government that in any way reflected the, I don't know, just a human consciousness trying to do what's best, then they would have an open hearing and everything would be by the book, and he would be kept safe, and we would all let it play out in front of the eyes of the world.
That's actually what we need to do.
God only knows what we're actually doing.
It could be a closed-door thing.
He could end up being suicided in the middle of the night.
I mean, we just have no idea.
Maybe they'll just drug the hell out of him and he'll just sit there in a, in a, you know, cathartic stupor while the world spins around him, kind of like they do with a lot of the mass shooters that are on psychotropic drugs.
That'll be another interesting thing.
Hopefully, that will come out.
But we need everything.
We need all the information.
It's a pretty simple solution.
Like, the vast majority of the world's problems would be solved with openness and transparency.
That really is like a solve, a bomb for all ills when it comes to politics.
Just openness, truthfulness.
Right in people's faces.
If they're wrong, show them they're wrong.
There's Brian Koberger.
I'm telling you, they got a look.
Brian Koberger is the man accused of stabbing the four in Idaho, Moscow, Idaho, I believe it's called.
They got a similar look.
There's something to that.
I don't know what it is.
It's the physiognomy, is the phrase, but we won't read too much into that.
Maybe he has the physiognomy of a Patsy.
Actually, he does look a little bit like Brian Koberger.
He also looks a lot like Lee Harvey Oswald.
There's a very distinct similarity between him and Leah Harvey Oswald, in my opinion.
Again, I'd like to hear him talk.
I'd like to hear what he has to say.
So we'll move on.
That is the latest with Tyler Robinson.
Again, we'll bring you any updates, anything that happens during that hearing, but it is just a preliminary, perfunctory sort of thing, so we don't expect much, and we'll bring you anything as we get it.
I do want to remind you to go to the alexjonesstore.com quickly because you're running out of time to get your orders in before Christmas.
It's the 12 Days of Christmas sale, 40% off absolutely everything on the site.
That's thealexjonesstore.com.
And we have just incredible products there.
The ultramethylene blue, of course, is an absolute life changer.
The bovine colostrum plus is liquid gold.
We need to start calling it that liquid gold because that's what people refer to as, you know, refer to colostrum as.
Remember, we showed the video yesterday about why you don't have to give your kid the vitamin K injection.
And part of it is because colostrum is specifically designed to have all of the nutrients that a brand new baby needs, which means it's just the most powerful superfood the world has ever seen.
Of course, that's true in humans and specifically designed for humans, but it's the same for cows and we harvest them from cows.
It's the bovine colostrum plus, but it's the highest quality available and it's absolutely incredible.
It's one of these products that you see on Infowars and then you start seeing it everywhere else.
I just noticed this.
Some of the YouTubers I watched suddenly started getting advertisements for colostrum, suddenly started reading live reads for colostrum.
I don't know about their brand, but it's becoming more and more popular.
Just remember who the original was and go to thealxjonestore.com to get the original bovine colostrum plus, the best on the market at the best price, since you're getting 40% off during this 12 days of Christmas super sale at thealxjonesstore.com.
Now, I have a lot of videos to go to from hearings today in the Senate and the House.
You had Joe Kent as well as Christy Noam and several others being questioned by the Democrats.
And there was one event in particular.
It was actually one of the first things I saw as I looked into it today.
It's clip number nine.
And to be honest, it was one of the things where I was like, I thought the Democrats had a win.
I really thought I saw the headline.
I saw a tweet with the video and I thought, nah, they stepped in it this time.
The Trump, you know, Trump people stepped in at this time because the headline said the Democrats caught Christy Noam in a lie.
And they asked her if she's ever deported a veteran, an American citizen.
She says no, and they say, gotcha.
Gotcha.
You did deport somebody.
And I got to admit, for a couple hours, I was like, oof, that didn't look good.
That didn't look good.
That's not going to play well.
But then I looked into it.
And it's not real.
It's actually comically false, what they assert.
So here's the clip of the Democrat pretending to have a victory over Christy Noam.
Clip number nine, Democrat caught in massive fake news operation.
Here it is.
seth magaziner
Terry, how many United States military veterans have you deported?
kristi noem
Sir, we have not deported U.S. citizens or military veterans.
seth magaziner
I don't believe you served in the military.
I haven't either, but I think you and I can agree that as Americans, we owe everything to those who have served our country in uniform, particularly those who have served in combat.
Do you agree with that?
kristi noem
Sir, I believe that people that are in this United States that are citizens have legal status here.
seth magaziner
Madam Secretary, we are joined on Zoom by a gentleman named Sejun Park.
He is a United States Army combat veteran who was shot twice while serving our country in Panama in 1989.
Like many veterans, he struggled with PTSD and substance abuse after his service.
He was arrested in the 1990s for some minor drug offenses, nothing serious.
He never hurt anyone besides himself, and he's been clean and sober for 14 years.
He is a combat veteran, a Purple Heart recipient.
He has sacrificed more for this country than most people ever have.
Earlier this year, you deported him to Korea, a country he hasn't lived in since he was seven years old.
Whoa, will you join me in thanking Mr. Park for his service to our country?
harrison smith
Sure, I'm grateful for every single person that is a humiliating mic drop moment here, right?
kristi noem
Every one of them needs to be enforced.
harrison smith
Now, understand that.
We can take it down.
You just heard it there.
It was a gotcha.
It was a classic gotcha.
I bet that will be played on the daily show.
I mean, that'll get airtime.
Do you ever deport American veterans?
No, sir, we don't.
Well, let me introduce you to a veteran who'd been deported.
Boom, right?
Boom.
Okay, here's the problem, though.
Here's the problem.
This man was not deported.
He left on his own volition.
And they wrote articles about this in June of this year when it happened.
So that was just a flagrant outright lie.
But you have to understand.
They know it's a lie.
They don't care.
They know that their constituents are too stupid to understand that it's a lie.
When you lie that brazenly and with that intent, it works on stupid people.
See, he just said that the American government has deported veterans illegally, right?
Citizens that have fought for this country were deported by Christy Noam.
That is an outright lie, but it doesn't matter to them because they got the clip and then the clip will spread and people will believe the lie.
And even if it's exposed later, they know that the mainstream media won't carry the correction.
It won't get nearly the attention that it would.
That lie just gets filed away with the rest of their lives to build this giant facade of lies that informs the entire worldview of the Democrat constituency.
So it'll just, it'll just add it to the, they deported Kilmara Brego Garcia.
He was an American citizen, Maryland man.
They deported him.
You know, they, they were killing people and arresting, you know, the woman that was yanked out of her car.
She was yelling, I'm an American citizen, and they hauled her out.
And of course, they totally leave out that she was driving the car of her illegal immigrant boyfriend and then refused to hand over her ID to prove that she was a citizen because she wanted to create a spectacle, because she wanted to create the illusion of an American citizen being abused by ICE because they're all liars and they're all in on it.
Here's the actual story.
Purple Heart Army veteran self-deports after nearly 50 years in the U.S. Sejun Park.
It's him.
I mean, they use his name.
And this is from June 24th, 2025.
55-year-old Army veteran, Sejune Park.
This was the hardest moment of his life, not getting shot in combat, not the years of battling post-traumatic stress disorder of addiction or addiction, not prison.
It was leaving the U.S., a country he called home for nearly five decades.
He was a green card holder who self-deported.
His removal order was the result of charges related to drug possession and failure to appear in court from over 15 years ago, offenses that he said stemmed from years of untreated PTSD.
So self-deported non-citizen is presented as having been deported despite being a citizen.
So just an abject outright lie.
And yet that was sort of the highlight for the Democrats of the entire show today.
So it's sort of hoisted by their own petards, right?
See, in June, they wanted to have a sob story about a Purple Heart veteran claiming that, you know, he was being betrayed by his government because, you know, he just never did what he was supposed to to become a citizen.
So he never became a citizen.
He was a green card holder that self-deported, but they wanted to use that as a sob story, try to convince you that Trump was like betraying the military or that what the military fought for didn't exist anymore because we're enforcing American law somehow.
That makes sense.
So they wanted to write that story in June, but now that it's December, they want to use it to try to claim they deported a U.S. citizen, and they're screwed over by the fact they wrote about this in June.
So they can just stop lying.
They can choose to just stop lying and manipulating at any point, but they're not going to because I guarantee you, you go ask anybody on the left who pays attention to anything about this, and all they'll know is, oh, yeah, that Korean soldier that was deported, that was horrible.
Wasn't that horrible what she did?
All right, welcome back, folks.
This is the war room.
Second hour is on.
We've got a few more videos here of the hearings that occurred with Christy Noam and Joe Kent and others.
There were a few other pretty important events that occurred then, but then we're going to move on because we've got NATO chief Mark Rutt or Root, whatever his name is, basically saying that World War III is on the table and they're gearing up for it in case you had any uncertainty about that.
He clears the air pretty well.
So let's go first to clip number four here.
This is Christy Noam.
Again, just giving back to the Democrats exactly what they deserve.
unidentified
Let's watch.
timothy m kennedy
The officials' assessment that the United States has been operating in a heightened threat environment for several years now.
kristi noem
Yes.
timothy m kennedy
Yes or no?
Would you say New York City is susceptible to these kinds of security threats?
unidentified
Yes, and that's why they should spend $440 million gave them New York City being the number one.
timothy m kennedy
I reclaim my time.
unidentified
New York City being the number one security threat in this nation.
It's unconscionable.
timothy m kennedy
It's cut $134 million in urban area security initiative funding for the city of New York.
What compelled you to knowingly make our cities less safe with these funding cuts?
kristi noem
What compels you, your mayor, and your governor, to release thousands of criminals on the streets rather than to turn them over to ICE?
unidentified
You'd rather release a murderer out of the country.
timothy m kennedy
Secretary No, you cut $134 million.
Support the security of NATO.
harrison smith
Yeah, it was actually a great comeback.
That was actually exactly what he should be asked.
I mean, it's not that complicated.
They just don't want the laws being enforced.
That's ridiculous.
It's absurd, but that's just the way it is.
I don't know what else to tell you.
Here's a big, dumb, idiot Democrat not messing up his words, but lying about what happened.
Let's go to the Madam Secretary.
bennie thompson
You and the gentleman from CTNCTC reference the unfortunate accident that occurred with the National Guardsman being killed.
kristi noem
You think that was an unfortunate accident?
bennie thompson
I mean, it was a terrible accident.
Wait, look, I'll get it straight.
Then you can.
kristi noem
He shot our National Guardsman in the head.
bennie thompson
Look, Ms. Chairman, will you direct the witness to allow me to ask my question?
harrison smith
Ask my question.
unidentified
It was an unfortunate situation.
harrison smith
Yeah, it was an unfortunate situation.
It wasn't an accident.
It's just a terrible accident when the Afghan walked up to the two National Guardsmen and shot their gun at him.
And of course, this is actually happening regularly.
Let's go to clip number 17 here.
This is on the streets of Washington, D.C., two National Guard being harassed by a Democrat who has gotten his talking points from the seditious six and is right now encouraging and trying to compel disobedient behavior from our armed forces.
He should probably be arrested and charged with that, but he won't be.
Let's watch.
william kelly
All right, guys.
What's up?
You guys understand the Constitution.
I'm sure you understand the posse cometeus act.
What are you guys doing here?
Sergeant, have you heard of Captain Dylan Blaha or Staff Sergeant Demi Palachek?
What about you, private?
Do you understand that you're currently violating the Constitution?
That you're currently following illegal orders?
Are you aware of that, Fax, son?
Where are you guys from?
West Virginia?
harrison smith
Dope.
william kelly
Or Arizona.
That's like an Arizona patch, huh?
You guys are smart.
harrison smith
If you're watching the Alex Jones show today, he went over just how absurd it is.
These people are trying to claim posse comitatas.
They don't understand what they're saying.
It's because it doesn't apply.
No, they're literally just trying to cause dissension in the ranks in order to foster the Civil War conditions that they're so desperate to create.
That I got some things to say about on the other side.
Stay with us.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is The War Room.
We found it.
We found the video.
It's NCTC director and, I might add, friend of the show, Joe Kent, dropping this really jaw-dropping fact about what the Biden administration's treason did to our country.
Here's Joe Kent.
joe kent
We've made significant progress under President Trump's leadership.
We have the jihadis of ISIS and al-Qaeda on the run in Iraq and Syria, thanks to the decisive action and the strikes that we've taken there recently since President Trump took office in January.
However, we have a persistent threat from the individuals that were allowed into this country by the previous administration.
The number one threat that we have right now, in my view, is the fact that we don't know who came into our country in the last four years of Biden's open borders.
What we have identified is alarming, and I want to share that with you today.
We just recently put out a warning, warning of the heightened risk of terrorist attacks posed to the homeland by terrorists pretty much of all stripes, but in particular from ISIS and from al-Qaeda.
NCTC has been crunching the numbers and going through the sheer volume of known and suspected terrorists that are in the country that came in under the Biden administration.
So far, NCTC has identified around 18,000 known and suspected terrorists that the Biden administration let come into our country.
These are individuals who under normal circumstances would never be allowed to enter our country because of their ties to jihadi groups like ISIS and al-Qaeda.
Yet the Biden administration not only let them into the country and in many cases facilitated their entry into the country.
Just like the entry of the Afghan terrorists who committed the terrorist attack here just before Thanksgiving, killing one of our National Guard members and wounding another.
That Afghan was brought into the country as a group of over 100,000 Afghans who were brought here during the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
These individuals, despite what has been reported, were not vetted properly to come into the United States.
The individual terrorist who committed the attack in D.C., he was vetted to serve as a soldier in Afghanistan.
The Biden administration essentially used his tactical level vetting as a ruse to bring him here and to bring him into our communities.
And we've seen the tragic results of that.
Now, that Afghan, that attacker, that terrorist, is just one of 88,000.
We've identified 2,000 of that group of 88,000 who have ties to terrorist organizations.
We're working right now hand in hand with DHS and with the FBI to run down this 2,000, the Afghans who came here under Allies Welcome, who have ties to terrorist organizations.
And additionally, the other 16,000 individuals with ties to terrorist organizations that Biden let into our country.
That is probably the top terrorist threat that we face right now.
And that doesn't include the individuals who came here illegally through the open border.
That number alarmingly remains unknown at this time.
We're trying to figure out who those individuals are as well.
harrison smith
18,000 known terrorists led into our country through the legal immigration system, not even accounting for four years of wide open borders with millions upon millions of people passing over with no documentation to say who they are one way or the other.
So all we can really say is there is at least 18,000 known terrorist sympathizers, associates, people in these groups in America today.
This is why this whole thing feels like a Twilight Zone episode.
This is why this whole thing feels wrong is because we are still acting like we're not at war.
We're still acting like we haven't figured all of this out 10 years ago.
And why it's so frustrating seeing the lack of really powerful action from the Trump administration because what we have been subjected to demands orders of magnitude more pushback than what they're getting.
And I can't even call what they're doing pushback.
I mean, again, just back to the levers of power.
Like I just picture, like if I was Trump, I mean, everybody involved in this would be in jail.
Everybody involved from Alejandro Mallorca's on down.
They did this on purpose.
They brought in 18,000 terrorists.
How does that many terrorists even exist?
Like what?
And they were brought in here, and that's not even counting the illegal immigrants.
Like, we have been invaded.
That is an army.
18,000 people is a very sizable army.
And those are the people that legally came here despite being known terrorists.
This is a war.
We have been invaded.
That's, again, it's just like looking at what has been done to our country.
Even just one of these things would be justification for like full-fledged all-of-nation mobilization like we're in a war.
Just that stat, just the 18,000 terrorists would be more than enough, in my opinion, to be like, we're going like military law until we can find these guys.
We're doing full-fledged military crack.
We're bringing all the boys back from Germany and Qatar and anywhere else we have them.
They're coming home and we're going block by block clearing this out because we've been invaded because we're at war on our home soil.
And that's just the legal immigrant terrorists.
You pile on top of that the illegal immigration, mind-blowingly evil what they did to us.
Then on top of that, the COVID pandemic, all of the crimes they committed there.
And that's not even getting in to the fact they're only able to do this stuff because they stole the election in 2020 after they failed to run a falsified investigation through Crossfire Hurricane against Trump in the first administration.
So it's like, what have we done in response of this?
We indicted James Comey for a couple months and now that indictment is not happening.
That's it.
That's what we've done.
The latest numbers out of the Homeland Security say 300,000 deportations plus 1.2 million self-deportations.
That's like a month.
That's like a month worth of intake under Joe Biden.
So When are we going to take this seriously?
Because we have to and because we are running out of time and because we don't have a choice and because, I mean, I really, I genuinely think we might have crossed over the threshold of like, maybe we can't do this legally.
Maybe, maybe there's a reason nothing has happened in 11 months.
Maybe, you know, the Trump administration's utter failure to accomplish what they promised on the campaign trail.
And I get it, it's only the first year, and we're not even done the first year.
But when's it going to happen?
I mean, literally, it's the statute of limitations has expired for some of these things.
They're not even moving forward on most of them.
Instead, the Republicans are investigating Trump's people.
Like, they're the ones investigating Hegseth for the boat thing or investigating Ed Martin for trying to go after the actual criminals.
Like, we're being blocked up everywhere.
unidentified
So it's like, okay.
harrison smith
What happens if the Democrats get back in charge?
I know they keep telling us, like, they're not shy about it.
They literally are gearing up.
Like, they are, as we speak, collecting evidence for their projected prosecutions of the Trump administration.
Nobody involved in the Trump administration is going to be a free person 10 years after they get out of office.
Maybe five years.
The Democrats move fast when they want to.
Not because they did anything wrong.
Not because anything they're doing is illegal.
That didn't matter the first time, did it?
Didn't matter when it was January 6ers getting thrown into prison for decades.
They never did anything wrong either.
So are we at the point now where it's like we have to start the civil war now while Trump is in office?
Because at least then the military chain of command ends with somebody who's ostensibly our guy.
Or do we wait until the Democrats start kicking doors down and then we try to stand up?
But by that point, you know, they've purged the military and are turning it on the American people.
I mean, what are we waiting for?
Exactly.
And I can't keep reading headlines like this.
This is from Hot Air.
This is from today, hotair.com.
Quote, you better believe we're looking into Omar's alleged marriage to brother as immigration fraud.
So according to Tom Homan, they're investigating Ilhan Omar for her immigration fraud.
So we have another investigation for something that we know incontrovertibly to be absolutely true.
We've known it for five years.
I'm telling you, what do you mean you're looking into it?
What do you mean alleged?
It's been admitted by people in the know.
I believe it's been admitted by Omar herself, if I'm not mistaken, or like her father said it.
It's on the intake forms.
This investigation should take, and I'm not exaggerating, 20 minutes.
This shouldn't be an article, but because by the time the article is written, the investigation should be done and the article should no longer matter.
This investigation is so simple.
Here's what you do.
You go to whatever the database is for immigration, you search her name, you see if she married her brother.
20 minutes is generous.
It should take five minutes.
And you know what?
It doesn't even take five minutes to show you the many, many, many clips we have of Ilhan Omar herself admitting she never abandoned her allegiance to her home country, meaning that the oath she took, in which she swore to God that she abandoned her allegiance to her former country is null and void and doesn't count.
And she can be denaturalized and deported for lying on her admission form.
So, like there are so many things like this that if we wanted to, if we had a competent and patriotic government, this would never be an issue.
First of all, Ilhan Omar wouldn't even be here.
She's here on false pretenses.
She'd be deported.
She certainly wouldn't be a congresswoman.
But even if she's a congresswoman, even if we're here now, if we had a competent and effective government, she would have been gone the first month of the Trump administration because she broke the law, because she lied on her intake form.
And she married her brother as another manipulation to get around the immigration system, as well as her participation in or association with the people who ran the scam of Minnesota stealing billions of dollars.
Ilhan Omar and Ahmed New side Elmes Omar's brother marriage certificate.
Don't worry, they're looking into it, guys.
Tom Homan's looking into it.
Okay.
Let us know.
Let us know when you decide to do anything about any of this, okay?
Please let us know.
We'd love to see it.
And it really is continuous.
And it's just like all this government does is like, honestly, I feel like it's mocking us.
Honestly, I feel like all they do is mock us by showing us that they know exactly what they should be doing and then not doing it.
By telling us exactly what we want to hear and then doing nothing about it.
This might be the best/slash worst example, the most infuriating example yet.
It's got a lot of competition.
Governor Pritzker of Illinois writes: Today I've signed into law legislation that expands legal protection for the people of Illinois.
And it's basically about stopping ICE from getting illegal immigrants if they're going to the doctor or attending classes.
And so Homeland Security at DHSGov, the official Homeland Security X account, says Article 6, paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution still clearly states: quote, this Constitution and the laws of the United States, which shall be made in pursuance thereof, shall be the supreme law of the land.
By signing this law, Governor Pritzker violated the supremacy clause.
Hope the headlines and social media likes are worth it.
Okay?
You're homeland security.
You're the government.
Why are you telling us this?
They're citing the part of the Constitution he's violating, but they're not arresting him for it.
What is going on?
Like, I genuinely, what?
What?
Go arrest him.
What are you talking about?
We are now in a situation where the Democrats break the law and the response from the Trump administration is to tweet about the fact they broke the law and that's it.
And that's it.
That's all they're doing.
I don't understand you guys.
I don't get it.
Did he violate the supremacy clause?
I guess the Insurrection Act is in order then.
I guess instead of telling us which article of the Constitution he's violating, you should invoke the Insurrection Act and haul his ass to prison in chains, probably, I think is what should be done.
Why are you tweeting about it?
Am I the crazy one here?
They commit sedition and make a video telling the troops, disobey your orders.
Trump gets up and goes, the sedition clause has been violated and they should be hung.
Not even a parking ticket for them.
They haven't gotten a slap on the wrist.
They haven't gotten censured by their fellow congressmen.
They haven't been hauled in front of a court martial.
They haven't even been slapped on the wrist by the military code of conduct that they're still under.
Multiple of them.
They haven't been, you know, had their security clearances pulled.
Nothing has happened.
So the same people are out making even more offensive and egregious and illegal and seditious comments.
So now I've got Governor Pritzker actively signing a law that is in effect a statement of secession.
Like he's basically declaring his state as no longer a part of the union, no longer subject to the union's laws.
And the Trump administration's response is to tweet that he's violated the supremacy law, to tweet.
And that's it.
It's the type of thing where like I, you know, I should be able to say, like, you know, just saying this once, I should be able to read this.
But it's like, it's so crazy.
I don't even have words to describe.
I just have to repeat it over and over, just hoping that it sinks in, that you understand what the, what the F is going on here.
And I'm, it's not funny.
And it's like, I'm genuinely worried.
I always thought the whole time I was here at InfoWars, believing in the Constitution, believing in the First Amendment, believing that, hey, I'm not committing violence.
I'm not calling for violence.
I'm not lying about anybody.
What do I have to fear?
We have the First Amendment.
I can say whatever I want.
I can publish a video or I can go live and I can say whatever I want.
And there's nothing they can do about it because I have the First Amendment.
Then January 6th happened.
And after January 6th, the videos and stories of people getting their doors kicked in and being arrested by the FBI just by never committing a crime.
It hit me that the First Amendment is a very tenuous thing.
That as many people believe in the First Amendment as they do in America, it's not sufficient.
It's not enough.
They will still violate it.
They will still come for us.
We don't have to do anything wrong.
Like, do you understand that difference?
The difference between Believing that you're in a system in which you do no wrong, you're protected to the understanding that it actually doesn't matter if you do anything wrong.
It only matters if they want to get you is a very terrifying thing.
And to feel, especially as somebody who was live on January 6th, like I was literally, I could not fall asleep at night.
And I was laying there fully expecting to hear my door kicked in.
It's a very real thing.
When they're kicking down the doors of people, when they're hauling people out who have literally done nothing, who are in many cases targeted specifically because they are influencers, when people I knew that weren't even at the Capitol were being arrested, do you have any idea how much worse it's going to be next time?
Do they have any idea what the situation is they're forcing us in?
Maybe I just need to read the passage from Gulag Archipelago about not loving liberty enough.
The good news is I think we do love liberty enough.
I don't think it's going to go the way that they want.
Do you have any idea the blood that's going to flow if Democrats ever get back in power?
They're not kidding.
They are going to try to arrest everybody who opposed them.
They are going to start with the most prominent and visible people.
And as I've said many, many, many, many times before, and as is written in our Constitution, our free speech is given to us by God.
The government cannot take it away.
So there's going to be a point in the next four years, because of the Republicans, because of the Trump administration, because of their failure, there's going to be a time in the next five years that the American people are going to have to decide whether we really believe in free speech or not.
Whether we really believe it was given to us by God and any attempt to rob us of it is a violation of our God-given rights and is something we're willing to kill or die for,
or whether they get to do exactly what they did with the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers and Joe Biggs and others, who despite never having committed a crime, subjected themselves willingly to the justice of the United States only to be utterly screwed, railroaded with an abject show trial, which should have, if Trump hadn't won, left them in prison for 20 years.
I don't have any faith in this system.
I don't have any faith that if I get arrested for my speech, that I'll be able to go in and say, all I did was speech and we have the First Amendment.
And they'll say, you're right, we do.
You're free to go.
I have no faith in that.
I'm under the belief that if the Democrats get back in power and come for me, that'll be the last time I hug my kids ever in my life.
They'll take me away.
They'll throw me in a cell and I'll rot there for the rest of my life if the Democrats get their way.
That's not actually going to happen because if they try to do that, I'm going to kill them with my guns.
And that's the lesson that needs to be learned by the police in America.
You're going to get killed.
unidentified
All right, welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
I'm telling you, to me, the top story right now is just the utter and complete failure of the Republicans to do anything necessary or good or even debatably sufficient to stop the horror that will destroy us should we ever let the Democrats back into power.
And again, you don't have to listen to me.
You can actually just pay attention to what they themselves have promised.
And this is what they have promised for us.
This is the list of what the Democrats themselves have pledged to do the moment they get back in power from end to wokeness.
If the left regains power, crackdown on social media speech, mass amnesty means 30 million plus new voters.
They'll end the filibuster and pact the Supreme Court.
They'll invoke nationwide mail-in voting plus no voter ID.
They'll bring in D.C. and Puerto Rico as new states along with their incumbent senators.
So they'll get four new senators.
They'll abolish the Electoral College, making everything a popularity contest that they control.
And then they'll arrest everybody that's ever worked with Trump.
And at the very least, they'll debank them, cancel them in public life.
If they're lawyers, they'll strip them of their bar certification.
And certainly they'll be boxed out of any government programs from there on out.
Once the left take power, they'll make sure that we will never get it back.
So why aren't we doing either these things or the inversion of these things?
Because I can add so many more.
Yes, they will give mass amnesty to everybody that crossed over.
And at that point, that's the end of America by itself.
But they'll also open the border at the same time that they give mass amnesty, which will make the flood into this country under Biden look like a trickle compared to people who have now been all but guaranteed citizenship just by getting over here.
So not only will we get 30 million new voters, which will completely rearrange the congressional map to give even more power to Democrats.
Not only will guarantee that Democrats win the public popular vote because they deliberately brought in people from leftist areas, as we have heard on hidden camera by the people that did it.
Last week, James O'Keefe caught them on camera saying, well, we're bringing in people from South America because everybody in South America is a leftist and Americans aren't.
Yeah, they're bringing in voters.
But they'll open up the border and then we'll have 30 million more.
I mean, we already have probably 100 million foreigners in this country.
What's our country going to look like with 200 million?
Remember, there's no shutting off the tap.
There's no reservoir that we can drain of people.
There is an endless and constantly refreshing supply of people that we can be swamped with, that we have been swamped with, and that we have not ejected.
And you can just imagine the number of things they'll do once they do these things.
These are the preliminary things.
These are the prerequisites for what they really want to do.
What do you think happens to the Constitution once they pack the Supreme Court?
What type of laws do you think they'll pass once they eliminate the filibuster?
All of these things that they want to do are just laying the groundwork to give them the infrastructure to legalize what they actually intend to do, which is eliminate the First Amendment, eliminate the Second Amendment, and throw dissidents in prison for their thoughts, just like they do in England, just like they do in Canada, just like they do in Australia and everywhere else.
I mean, they are not shy about the fact that they are envious of the China-level control system social credit score.
They're envious of the free speech restrictions that exist in Europe.
They're trying to bring them here or they're trying to force them on us here despite it being illegal.
It doesn't matter to them.
And this is kind of a key thing to understand, actually, the mindset of the Democrats.
And actually, we'll get into this with Chudd, with Chudd the Builder.
Because they do it to him.
They're doing it to Shiloh Hendricks.
They're doing it to anybody that they want to destroy for their language.
Now, laws are supposed to, they're inadequate, they're incomplete.
They have the burden of having to rely on the limitations of human language.
But what they're there to do is to codify and solidify our morality, what we value, what we don't, what we know to be a key component of our freedom, and what is a limitation of that.
That's what the laws are for.
So, you know, free speech exists above and beyond the Constitution.
Free speech as a concept exists whether it's written down in law or not.
Okay, now we have an update from Nick Sortor.
Utah judge rules cameras will be allowed in the courtroom for alleged Charlie Kirk assassination Tyler Robinson's trial.
Good.
Americans should be able to see every part of this trial.
So that's very good news.
This is live, just breaking out of Provo, Utah.
We have the clip.
They will be allowing cameras, which I imagine means they'll be broadcasting the trial of Tyler Robinson.
That's extremely good news.
Let's watch the clip.
unidentified
As we restart it.
kristi noem
So it's still a problem.
judge tony graf
Thank you.
I appreciate all parties weighing in on this important matter.
And I find that there was a violation of the standing decorum order that was in effect as of October 30th, 2025, based off what's been proffered as well as the EMC order signed by the court.
As previously stated by Ms. Visser, the court does have discretion in determining whether to terminate the broadcast of these proceedings.
And again, if there's specific circumstances warrant such action, that the court would need to make findings in order to do so.
I find that excluding the cameras from the courtroom would be disproportionate for this hearing.
I find that giving making it very clear, first, that the transmission cannot begin until court is in session and must end before as the court ends the session and cannot be filmed before or after the filming of as previously stated in the decorum order EMC must be followed to the letter.
The sanction for today is that this camera will be relocated away from defense table to where the bailiff is, Mr. Jeff, where Jeff is standing over here.
I want to immediately address any possible transmission of shackles as previously stated by counsel and remove the possibility of capture of screens of the computers at defense counsel's table as well.
In addition, if there's further violations of the standing decorum order, this court does have the right and will exercise termination of broadcast of these proceedings.
And I simply want to put all parties on notice to the press, to all parties, that this court takes this very seriously.
While the court believes in openness and transparency, it needs to be balanced with the constitutional rights of all parties in this case.
As such, we will take a brief recess to allow the relocation of the camera and to the place indicated by the bailiff, and then we will resume these court proceedings.
I am anticipating this take perhaps five minutes.
All right, and then we'll come back on the record and handle the remaining of this hearing.
I appreciate the patience of parties as we move forward.
We are trying to do the best we can.
harrison smith
All right, so there you go.
Again, very good news.
Very good news to settle this drama that has embroiled the right wing since the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
I hope.
I hope this settles it.
I hope we get to watch and find out whether or not the evidence presented is legit.
I wonder how long the trial is going to be.
I mean, these trials can stretch for a while, especially if he's saying he's not guilty, which I believe is his official plea.
Murder trials can take weeks sometimes.
I wonder how much time this will take up.
If the crew can let me know what the dates, if they set any dates for this trial, I'd be interested to know when this starts.
That's very good.
That's very good to hear.
Cameras are going to be allowed.
The proceedings are going to be broadcast live.
And it seems like they are reserving the right to cut that off at any point based on the behavior of the people involved.
They want to make sure that they're not taking advantage of the fact that it's being broadcast to try to sway the public opinion or even the jury, which is possible.
So that's very interesting.
That's very good.
And I know they're really going above and beyond with Tyler Robinson in terms of securing him and all that because they're under the belief that right-wingers are violent, despite the trial being for the murder of one of our most prominent people.
Yeah, you don't have to worry about right-wingers trying to do anything about it.
But obviously they are.
But it's just in line with the just general mainstream thought that it's like whenever anybody attacks right-wingers, it becomes this like, oh my God, we must protect the attacker.
Oh, no, they might get backlash.
We literally saw it with Irina Zarutska, where the city, who's either the mayor or the city councilman in that area is being like, you know, our judges are coming under throw.
We've had to up security for our judges.
It's like, why?
Because they keep letting people out who murder people.
Stop letting people out who murder people.
That's not that complicated.
That's not that hard.
But anytime the left does something egregious and violent, it suddenly switches over to, oh, no, the right might respond.
You know how violent they are.
No, we're the victims, you idiots.
So I don't think they have too much to worry about anyway in that regard.
Except for a Jack Ruby situation, except that we've seen this before, where, you know, if anybody who actually is right-wing, anybody who actually cares about Charlie Kirk, wants this trial to go on.
Nobody on either side, as far as I can tell, wants anything to happen to old Tyler Robinson.
We want him nice and cozy and comfy and warm until we can send him to the electric chair.
We want the best for him.
The last thing we want for Tyler Robinson to have anything happen to him, meaning that we never get the answers that are already tearing us apart.
So we'll see.
We'll see about that.
13 Republicans vote to nullify Donald Trump's executive order.
More than a dozen Republicans defied President Trump on Wednesday by joining Democrats in a vote for a bill to nullify a major executive order.
The U.S. House of Representatives voted 222 to 200 to advance a bill that would overturn a major executive order issued by Trump in March, which stripped collective bargaining rights from roughly 1 million federal workers.
Yeah, that's what we need.
That's what we need.
We need dozens of Republicans going against Donald Trump, nullifying his order, and joining the Democrats at this all-important time.
Thanks, guys.
Well done.
We already had a razor-thin margin in the House.
Then Marjorie Taylor Greene left.
Nancy Mace is talking about leaving.
So, I mean, you know, this might be it.
And, you know, and we might have a month.
Maybe we have a month and then the impeachments really start.
I mean, they are impeaching.
They're impeaching Hagseth.
They're impeaching everybody.
They can, you know, reasonably blame on anything.
I mean, it's just completely out of control.
And it's so utterly infuriating.
The Republicans just will not do anything.
I almost said cannot.
No, they can do a lot.
They are not doing anything.
They choose not to do anything ever.
And there are stories that crop up every once in a while that really send the whole situation into overdrive.
When you see it and you understand just how nonsensical literally any of this is.
That it is beyond parody at this point that the Democrats actually just do whatever the hell they want.
They are literally not bound by law.
They are not bound by precedent.
They are not bound by logic or reason.
They're unbound.
They're unrestricted.
They're uncontained.
And nobody on our side even seems to have a problem with it.
Judge Boisberg, who you've heard his name a lot, he is like a cartoonishly evil villain who repeatedly exercises his power in an improper way, abuses his position as a judge to try to stop Trump's agenda.
He has been a one-man seawall preventing Trump from doing anything that we voted for him to do.
Judge Boasberg has single-handedly destroyed the votes of hundreds of millions of Americans, tens of millions of Americans, I should say.
And what he's done most recently with Christy Noam, again, is just utterly lawless.
And it's so frustrating on the face of it.
And then you extrapolate out and go, they're not even in power right now.
And they're still acting this way.
They still have the ability to abuse us like this.
So what happened with Christy Noam is that Judge Boisberg decided that despite Trump, you know, deporting people overseas, he got to decide otherwise.
Judge Boisberg, some random dude nobody ever voted for ever, a guy who no American had ever heard of before this year, apparently he is the one that gets to decide whether our president gets to enact the policies we voted for.
Judge Boisberg gets to step in, even though the Supreme Court already said you're not allowed to institute nationwide injunctions.
That doesn't matter, apparently.
It doesn't matter.
Nothing matters.
We work our asses off to get Trump elected.
We win the vote against all odds.
Doesn't matter.
Nothing he wants gets through.
He tries to put things through.
Judges stop it.
We work it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
We argue it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
We get a victory from the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court says no judges do not have the right to issue nationwide injunctions at a whim whenever Trump tries to do anything.
It doesn't matter.
They just keep doing it.
Doesn't matter.
Win at the election box, doesn't matter.
Win at the Supreme Court, doesn't matter.
They just assert these things.
So what happened is, I'll just explain this off the top.
What happened is Judge Boisberg is having this hearing, this satanic-looking demonic monkey, like he's the ugliest dude you can possibly imagine.
This dude said, you're not allowed to send deportation flights to this area, to, I think it was El Salvador or some other third country that we were deporting people to because the countries they came from don't want them and we listened to that for some reason.
Ridiculous.
He issues an injunction that says you have to stop these flights, that you're not allowed to send people anymore.
He issues a written injunction, a written decision that says explicitly and simply, you cannot fly people there anymore.
Now, during the discussion prior to the decision, during the proceedings, Judge Boisberg mentioned at one point, asked a question about the logistics of bringing people back.
Well, if there's a plane in the air already going there, can we recall it?
If not, what do we do?
Blah, blah, blah.
But it wasn't in the written order.
The written order had nothing about bringing people back or turning the planes around in mid-air and bringing them home.
All it said was you can't send anymore.
That's all it said.
So the Trump administration followed that order to the letter.
They didn't take his question during the proceedings as if it was, you know, a lawful order.
It wasn't.
The lawful order is written down.
It has to be because this is a legal proceeding and you have to be exact about what you're telling the other person to do.
Like any other proceeding.
I mean, this type of thing wouldn't happen in divorce court, right?
You have it explicit in the written decision.
That is what the outcome is of the proceedings.
And then that's what the decision is.
So the Trump administration never violated any of his orders.
They never contradicted any of his orders.
His orders said nothing about the planes that were en route or the planes that were already there, had already landed, already discouraged their passengers.
But he decided that because they didn't turn the planes around in midair, because they didn't bring people back who'd already been sent, they were in contempt of court.
Because they didn't follow an order he didn't issue, they're in contempt.
I'm not being hyperbolic when I say lawless.
They are just making things up.
And for the life of me, I cannot figure out why the Trump administration goes along with it.
When it is both just prima facie, on the face of it, totally ridiculous what this guy's at, what this guy's demanding.
He's saying that he's holding people in contempt of court despite the fact that by all anybody's admission, they followed the written order to the letter.
They didn't violate anything.
It doesn't matter.
He thinks that something he said during the proceedings should have been interpreted as an unspoken demand in the written order.
They should have just assumed that that's what he meant.
And because they didn't follow the order, he didn't issue, he's holding them in contempt.
unidentified
I mean, it's retarded.
harrison smith
This is ridiculous.
And the Trump administration is like trying to argue with him.
Like, what are we doing here?
unidentified
This is lawless.
harrison smith
He's holding you in contempt of court for not following orders he never gave you.
Days after Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noam provided little information about her actions at a high-stakes deportation case, a federal judge on Monday expanded his criminal contempt probe into the matter, ordering a top Justice Department attorney to testify under oath about the episode.
U.S. District Judge James Boesberg ordered Drew Insign, a top DOJ lawyer involved in immigration litigation, to testify next week about a decision made by the administration officials in mid-March that resulted in the deportation of migrants to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act, despite the judge's order for flights carrying the migrants to turn around, pending a legal challenge to Trump's use of the act.
Not true.
That's not true.
The judge's order did not include flights turning around.
It just didn't.
unidentified
They're just lying.
harrison smith
So now they're expanding this probe.
Now they're expanding the number of people that are demanding come testify in front of them.
Judge said the live testimony was necessary because Noam, who made the decision to allow the migrants to continue to be transferred to El Salvador, provided little information about the affair to the court in a sworn statement last week.
Just utterly lawless.
I'm telling you, it's like, so she did provide information.
So the written order said, you're not allowed to send any more planes.
They didn't send any more planes.
Judge Boesberg says, well, but you didn't bring the planes back.
They said, well, we didn't have to.
You didn't order that.
And he says, well, you have to explain why.
They say, okay, the reason why is because you never ordered us to turn the planes around.
And then he goes, well, that's not enough information.
I'm going to double down on my attempt of court because you're not providing me enough information about what happened.
Well, what happened is you didn't order the planes to turn around, so they didn't turn around.
What more information could you possibly want?
I don't think he has the right to stop the planes in the first place.
What are we doing?
I'm genuinely to the point where I would actually just be over the moon if I found out Judge Boasberg himself was sent to El Salvador tomorrow.
I don't even care anymore.
What are we fighting for?
What are we trying to uphold?
The law doesn't exist.
Why are we adhering to it?
Authority is arbitrary.
They're just doing whatever they want.
Why don't we?
I mean, what's wrong with that?
What's wrong with just doing things despite president, despite laws, despite, I mean, that's what they're doing.
Let's just do that.
Who the hell is Judge Boisberg?
Tell you what, Trump, just call me Judge Harrison, and I'll just let you do whatever the hell you want.
Oh, but a judge approved it.
I mean, it's that as simple as it is.
You just put some activists in robes and suddenly they're more powerful than the president and get to spend endless hours, endless resources, weeks upon weeks upon weeks of discussions and negotiations and testimony and orders back and forth from the court and tying up our entire system.
And you still can't release Kilmar Brego Garcia.
And we just allow this to happen as if this is the way our government is supposed to function.
They have broken our government.
This is not anything other than just an exercise of pure political power by people that are not in office, did not earn the vote, do not have a right to make any of these decisions.
So there you go.
In a blockbuster decision issued in April, has been going on since April.
Boesberg said probable cause exists to find the government in criminal contempt, but before his order could move forward with finding out who was responsible for defying his orders, orders he never wrote, never gave.
Ridiculous.
I'm telling you, it's just it.
It's impossible to over exaggerate just how fraudulent literally all of this is.
But I guess we're going along with it and I guess we'll just lose.
I guess we'll just lose.
I guess, you know, they'll get to do whatever the hell they want.
We'll keep following laws that don't even exist.
We'll keep listening to orders that were never even written.
We'll be under the thumb of some guy nobody ever voted for.
And then the Democrats will get back in power.
And it'll be totally gloves off.
unidentified
No restrictions.
Technology evolves.
We need to build up societal in order to erode information.

In November of 2024, Australia passed the world's first online safety amendment, the Social Media Minimum Age Act, banning social media accounts for under 16-year-olds without parental consent override.
Effective December 10th, 2025.

From December 10, people under the age of 16 will no longer have access to social media accounts.
It's part of a new law to help keep under 16 safer online.

Meanwhile, the EU's Digital Services Act, fully applicable since February 2024, imposes systematic risk assessments, rapid illegal content removal, and trusted flagger systems that were heavily influenced by Stanford University's Cyber Policy Center.
Orwellian frameworks originally developed under the First Amendment with U.S. government agencies and later exported to Brussels.
unidentified
Under the DSA, the EU will find private global companies that operate right here in the U.S. Think Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. Up to 6% of their global annual turnover every time they don't censor certain speech.
And that speech is based on extremely vague terms like hate speech, misinformation, and online safety.
On the flip side, there's no penalty for censoring too much speech.
So corporations will be incentivized to err on the side of over-censoring, helping the EU clamp down on speech it doesn't like and moving the needle toward total narrative control.
In other words, if you share something on Instagram that might break the rules somewhere in Europe, Meta will have to remove your post or face a fine of about $10 billion.
That's billion with a B.

This same group, the Stanford Cyber Policy Center, brought over the head or deputy head of the Sweden Psychological Defense Agency so that censors in America could learn from censors in Sweden about the best way to psychologically defend the public against populist right-wing news sources, effectively.

There will be custodial terms of six months.

The UK's Online Safety Act, fully operational from July 2025, has forced platforms like Substack to demand government ID for access to certain content, triggered Wikipedia high-risk classification threats, and empowered Ofcom to punish insufficient self-censorship.
unidentified
I know that I've been warning you guys about the Digital Services Act, this online safety law that the EU put forth a few years ago.
And one of the requirements that that law has is that to protect children online, certain content has to be age-restricted.
Obviously, like they're talking about things like pornography or very aggressive or violent material.
But also, yours truly has been flagged as someone who creates sensitive content.
And so all of my posts now have this sensitivity warning, and you have to actively go.

That's sort of the PC version of what you do, Chud.
Do I call you Chudd?
Welcome to the show, sir.
dalton eatherly
Am I on?
Welcome.
What's up, dude?
Yeah, you can call me whatever.
I'm Dalton, Chudd, any of the above.
harrison smith
I'll call you Dalton out of respect.
And I've seen a lot of your videos, and they're nail biters at times.
Honestly, watching, I'm a little bit nervous that something's going to happen to you at any moment.
But then I saw a video that really made me want to get you on.
I want to go to it here.
It's a video you posted just a few days ago.
Sheriff Cars in your front yard.
Let's go to that quickly and then I want to get your response and learn what led up to this.
Here it is.
unidentified
Being woken up by sheriffs all at my house saying they're coming to take me to jail for violating allegedly my conditions of release.
I've done nothing wrong.
I've contacted nobody.
Yet here they are.
White lives don't matter, apparently, to the judicial system.
harrison smith
Okay, so tell me your story, Chud.
What led to sheriffs coming to your front yard?
Why were they there?
What were the conditions of the future?
dalton eatherly
Sorry for cutting you off.
harrison smith
No, please go on.
dalton eatherly
This is actually the second time that they've came to my house looking for me.
first time they came to my house looking for me they lied to me and they said oh we're just looking to see that video of that guy who was harassing you yesterday this is a long story but uh this to make it short they're harassing me because i'm saying the n-word to people to black people and you know obviously they can't arrest me for that so they're coming up with these anything that they can to charge me so that they can appease the people who are pressuring them to arrest me um i've been going viral for the last month and a half,
I guess, but they've been attacking me for the last two years.
They got me fired from my job in Nashville.
And I started my own company in response, just trying to do remodeling and home improvement, handyman work, just trying to make an earnest living.
Honestly, I'm just trying to do.
I really just want to tile showers.
I don't want to be a free speech patriot that's on the front lines of leading a race war.
But it seems like that's what the Lord's calling me to do is to stick up for the white people and say we've had enough of this, this cancellation over nothing.
I've broken no laws, yet sheriff's at my door, you know, multiple, multiple times.
We can flesh that out a little bit more, but just to give you a quick answer.
harrison smith
Yeah, no, and that's why I'm concerned because I'm seeing this in multiple areas, right?
I think what's her name, Shiloh Hendrix is facing the same thing where she was on video saying the N-word, not a crime.
You might find it offensive.
It's frankly, what you do, I would be a little bit scared to do.
I'm not sure I would do it myself.
And if people aren't familiar, and we can bring up some of your videos and just sort of play it in the background because we don't have time to censor it right now.
But you're basically just filming yourself, sort of looking over your shoulder, and you're mocking people that are flipping out behind you.
Phrase, they're chimping out.
They're chiming out.
And that just makes them angrier.
And like, it's funny because, you know, all you're doing is mocking them and they just get angrier and angrier.
It's compelling content, to be honest with you.
Again, maybe not something I would go around doing personally.
dalton eatherly
A lot of people say that.
They say, oh, well, I was going to say many people will tell me that they're scared to do what I do.
But, you know, I grew up around these people.
I used to be what you would call a wigger.
You know, I got made fun of for having black friends when I was younger.
But, you know, through after the whole 2020 thing, and not to mention, you know, I've changed many things in my life.
I used to be a fat kid and I lost 160 pounds.
I started noticing all these different things.
You know, I started reading Jordan Peterson back when I thought he was cool.
And, you know, and I was like, okay, we got to go through self-development things.
I realize being a wigger is not really the best thing.
Look, they're playing.
Yeah.
And so I'm just a meme page now.
But I started to notice these things in my life that I need to get rid of.
Obviously, the gluttony.
I went down the whole, you know, natural path guy who lost all the weight, eating the Liver King diet before we realized that Liver King was a was a dork.
But, but, dude, really, the thing is, is, you know, sorry, I'm blanking.
They were showing on my Twitter pages and shit on the screen.
But you're good.
unidentified
What I'm trying to.
harrison smith
Well, let me ask you this.
Why did you start making these videos?
Like, tell us about just sort of how you came to be on my page on X. Like, why did you start making these videos?
And, you know, what compelled you to do that?
Why do you think it's an important thing to do or a fun thing to do?
Why do you do it?
dalton eatherly
Well, I didn't want to start making these videos.
I just was receiving so much harassment after I started my company.
They wanted the gun to the head apology video.
Oh, you're going to say you're sorry for saying the N-word.
And I said, you know what?
It's just a word.
I'm not going to say I'm sorry.
We've all said it before.
We all say it behind closed doors and we all grew up saying it.
It's just a word.
And if you guys are going to threaten death over this word, you're the problem.
But I just wanted to, like I said, just run a company, be a handyman service, just do this.
They started posting me on TikTok around Clarksville.
Became very popular as the racist contractor.
I'm not racist, have many black friends, but we're not even going to go there, you know.
And so, as I got more and more popularity, I became harassed more and more around the town as the nigger guy, you know, just like Randy Marsh.
And they're saying, Oh, they would chase me across the parking lot saying, You ain't never safe.
I recorded this guy.
You know, I'm like, Oh, you think I'm never safe?
Well, I think you're a nigger.
And so, that's basically, you know, the attention that I was getting was, you know, I'm not going to say I'm sorry.
And you guys can harass me and threaten me and say you're going to kill me and my two-year-old son.
I report all these harassments.
I report all the threats that I get.
Cops do nothing about it to anyone.
Then they come and get me after I allegedly forwarded my calls to somebody who's been doxing my number.
That's what the cops were at my door for were for forwarding my calls.
So that's the charge that came across their desk that they said, oh, let's go get him.
Let's go gung-ho and lie to him and say, Oh, yeah, we just want to see that video of the guy who's assaulting you and saying he's going to rape the girl that you're with.
Yeah, we want to see that video.
No, they didn't want to see any of that.
They don't care about the harassment that I received.
They simply wanted to take me to jail so that they could appease the people that are chimping out in their comment section.
And so, that's the truth about the situation there: I haven't harassed anybody.
The videos that have gone viral were just me going about my day-to-day life.
The fire lane video, I look over at these people.
They said, What the fuck are you looking at, white boy?
So, I said, What the hell?
What do you mean?
I started recording.
I said, He's chimping out.
He said, What the fuck's my problem?
Just because I look at it.
harrison smith
I do have to, I do have to ask you.
I do have to ask you not to curse me.
We're on terrestrial radio, so we gotta uh, we gotta beep you every time you curse.
So, just the four-letter words.
We can uh keep the vocabulary.
I don't want to interrupt you.
dalton eatherly
No, no, thank you for letting me know.
I wasn't aware.
We haven't, just for the audience, we haven't spoken before this.
I really don't, uh, I'm not sure how this goes, but yeah, man, I mean, I'm just a guy who's going about my day-to-day life and they try to bully us as we all know that they do.
And because of, because of my refusal to back down and whimper away and say, Oh, I don't have any problem actually.
Sorry, sorry for looking at you because I refused to do that.
They thought that they could approach me violently.
And so, all I did was put, I posed, and I put my hand in my pockets, just you know, to there's two guys coming at me violently.
That's, you know, I don't know why I keep saying it like that, but you know, I'm just like, Hey, and they said, Oh, he's got that fire on him, all because I posed like this.
That's all I did.
And they're they're saying I brandished my weapon and I'm out here threatening people who are just minding their business.
These guys were approaching me like they were going to attack me.
And I didn't brandish my weapon.
I stayed.
I talked to the cops that night.
They fled the scene.
And still, the cops started coming after me as if I was a problem in any of these videos.
The fire lane video, that's the one that really got the most attention, especially around Clarksville.
And they're saying that, oh, you know, he's out waving his gun around.
Never happened.
Never took my gun out, not one time.
Didn't need to.
All I had to do was stand up to these people.
And then I walked into the store after I told them, Hey, you know, stay out the fucking fire lane.
Excuse my language, but you know, stay out the fire lane, turn your music down.
I walked into the store and left them alone.
And I told them to leave me alone.
And they chased me through the store saying, We're going to find you outside.
We're going to jump you.
We're going to this and that.
And I'm just like, Look at them chimping out.
They're chimping out again.
And I got trespassed from the store.
They didn't.
I got investigated.
The Clarksville PD made a post saying we saw the videos.
We don't condone his actions.
You don't condone somebody saying, Leave me alone.
Hey, leave me alone.
Like, and also maybe don't park illegally.
And, you know.
harrison smith
Yeah.
It just, and again, it's, it would be one thing if this was just you, this was happening to, but it seems like it's almost becoming a trend.
Obviously, we have the woman in Cinnabon.
Come out that she was the victim of repeated harassment.
You know, now it's been shown videos where the same people come back over and over and over, keep harassing her, harass her, harass her until her breaking point.
And then they get her fired and try to destroy her life.
I mean, this has become a tactic for them.
And then cases like Shiloh Hendricks, again, you know, a mother trying to take care of her kid, worn out, you know, being abused by the people around her, flips out, says the no-no word.
It's legal.
dalton eatherly
Sorry.
harrison smith
Like, I, you know, I'm not going to condone it, but it's legal.
You're allowed to.
There's nothing wrong with that.
And yeah, you have to be able to hear words you don't like.
Sorry, that's the price we pay for thinking our own thoughts and having free speech.
That's a valuable thing that we have to uphold, even if it's offensive to some people.
We have to stand for this.
And with Shiloh Hendricks, they're charging her with like disrupting the peace or something.
So they don't want to adhere to the spirit of the First Amendment.
So they're just finding something else to go after you for.
And that's really what concerns me.
I don't like that trend.
And again, it just flies in the face of the spirit of our laws.
Even if it's sticking to the letter, it's obviously a manipulation.
So, so what, what did they charge you with?
You said the conditions of my release.
So did they actually arrest you and charge you with something?
dalton eatherly
They arrested.
Yes, sir.
They arrested me with harassment via call forwarding or forwarding allegedly the calls that I get to somebody who was texting me and saying, well, you're not going to respond to me, admitting that I'm not responding.
I'm not engaging to his antagonization.
And I allegedly forwarded my calls to his number for a day before I even knew the charges were put upon me.
Anyways, the point is, that's what they chose to charge me with.
I've been getting harassed around Clarksville for two years since I started my company.
The harassment got so bad that even my priest, I was a catechuman in an Orthodox church, you know, seeking baptism fervently.
And I was in, I missed like three liturgies over the whole two years.
I did so much work in that church.
We rebuilt the whole bathroom.
And it really broke my heart when the priest called me and said, Hey, you know, we're going to have to cancel your baptism.
We've been getting harassed.
The clergy's been getting harassed and people are calling you a racist.
And because they're afraid of being called a racist, they kick me out and they say, you're not, you know, you're not allowed to be here.
We don't want to be called a racist for just because we baptize you.
And just before that happened, there was a plumber that I got all this.
You know, I had some relationships with some contractors that was keeping me afloat, even though all of this harassment was coming my way the whole time I've been trying to operate my company.
One of those contractors was ironically enough named Freedom Plumbing.
Okay.
They believe in freedom, allegedly, and they stopped working with me because of my freedom of speech and they were afraid of being called racist.
So I just think that this whole situation has been very providential because three days after I got kicked out of my church is when that video went viral of the girl in Walmart.
She was chimping out.
She's screaming at someone else.
I wasn't even an involved party.
I was simply just somebody who was recording the lady screaming at the Walmart employee.
And I said, look at her, usual suspect.
See, like almost as a video that I wanted to show to my priest and say, look, they're chimping out everywhere you go.
Just because I'm calling it out, how does that make me the bad guy?
And, you know, and that video hit 10 million views overnight.
And Instagram started flagging me.
And I started, you know, the mass reports came and I started, and I just started blowing up.
And after that first video went viral of the lady in the Walmart, people started coming.
That's when the real, the harassment started coming even more.
That's when the fire lane video happened and all this other.
I just started filming it just because I'm fed up.
I'm sick.
I got nothing else to lose.
They've threatened me so much that my son, it's not even safe for him to live here.
They took my job.
They took my son.
And then they took my baptism.
And that's when I posted and I said, you know what?
Like, this is ridiculous.
And it's ironic enough that the first video that I posted was these girls.
I just mogged them.
You know, they were screaming at me at this bar.
It's a music venue that me and some Groyper buddies of mine, we go to and we hang out.
And these ladies were like, kick this racist out of here.
It was the night Charlie got shot.
And she was saying, kick this racist out of here.
Kick this racist out of here.
And everybody's like, whoa, what are we kicking him out for?
What's going on?
And all I did, I just mogged them.
And because of my energy, I guess that everybody loved it.
And they were like, look at this guy.
They're screaming at him.
And he's just sitting there mogging them.
And to the boomers, that means when you just kind of like, you know, you just look, that's one of the video.
That's not the one that I'm talking about.
But it's happened several times.
These girls, they were screaming, saying, get him out of here.
And people were like, what for?
And they were like, oh, he says the N-word.
And so actually that night was the first night where people started rallying behind me and were saying, oh, you're wanting to kick him out of the bar just because of words.
Like, this is the same shit that the liberals are saying about Charlie.
Like, oh, we're glad he got shot, you know?
And so they say to me all the time, you're going to be the next Charlie.
You better watch your mouth.
You better stop talking.
And I say, no, you can threaten my life all you want.
I'm going to, I believe in free speech.
harrison smith
So why do you think so many people are hitting that point?
Because again, you got Shiloh Hendricks, you got the woman.
Sorry, I don't know her name, but the woman from Cinnabon.
Yeah, I mean, like, this has occurred a few times this year.
Like, Crystal is her name?
Is that what you said?
unidentified
Yes.
dalton eatherly
Yes, sir.
Crystal, the Cinnabon.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
And, you know, I don't know.
I'm not exactly sure.
I'm not sure how old you are.
I'm like 35.
And I'll say the N-word.
dalton eatherly
I'm 28.
harrison smith
Okay.
So you're a little younger than me, but at least when I was growing up, like the only time I ever heard the N-word was in rap songs or like as a as a word of, you know, to mean buddy, basically, like people, you know, calling people the N-word as if it was a bad thing.
So the whole thing is weird to me.
The hypersensitivity is totally alien to me.
And it's just like, it's just another word.
But why do you think so many people are hitting that point?
And, you know, you, you know, deploying the nuke, the N-word nuke these days.
dalton eatherly
You know, I used to be like you.
And, you know, I used to get onto my parents and be like, guys, don't say that word.
You know, that's not a nice word to say.
And I had all the black friends and I still do have black friends, but it became a problem when they said you can't say it.
And it became this bullying thing where they're saying, hey, we can tell you what you can't say because our skin's darker than yours.
And we all know that they blatantly admit that.
And that's not okay.
This is America.
You can't tell me what I can say and I can't tell you what you can say.
As long as you're not stringing together words to make a threat, a direct threat to my life, I don't care what you say.
But these people are stringing together words to make direct threats to my life.
And the cops don't give a shit.
They care about me saying one single word that is legal to say.
And that's the problem that I'm exposing.
And they don't like that because it's a lot easier to lock the one guy up who's exposing the problem than it is to wrangle all the chimps in the jungle.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
And again, I mean, to me, it's just, it's just about the very, the, the wide array of like encroachments on the First Amendment that are happening right now, whether it's anti-Semitism and, you know, what's happening there where, you know, some girl curses out an IDF soldier and suddenly she's out of her university and fired from her job and the DOJ is on her.
And it's like, these are just words.
So like we are losing the First Amendment.
And yeah, obviously you're going to lose the most offensive words first, but you got to stop it there.
You got to point out, no, in principle.
dalton eatherly
Stop it there.
Yeah.
harrison smith
In principle, we have to be able to say things, even if they're offensive.
In fact, especially if they're offensive, that's what that's what we have.
And this idea that words are violence, therefore we get to commit violence in a response to your words.
It's, it's utterly as nine, totally un-American.
And I just, I don't like how they use the law enforcement, claim it's about something else when really it's clearly about trying to shut you up and intimidate you.
So you can talk a little bit more about that.
How do the cops seem about this?
Do they know what they're being involved in?
unidentified
Or how does that work?
dalton eatherly
And I've gone to the jail now two times and I keep saying to everyone in my circle and everyone around, they know that I'm a very cordial and polite individual.
Every time I get arrested, I'm not chimping out.
I say, you know, thank you.
Thank you, officer.
Thanks for opening the door.
And, you know, I know you're just a pawn in this.
Like, I would never, I would never like threaten them or hate them or any of that.
In fact, they sent a black guy to get me the first time just for the pics and the show of it.
It was kind of funny.
And me and him got along very well.
And he said irregardless.
And I got onto it.
I was like, what the fuck?
harrison smith
Who says that?
dalton eatherly
I was like, you're a girl.
And he was like, he said to me before he let me go, he was like, one thing I'll never do again is say irregardless.
But that's besides the patent.
The cops seem to know what's going on.
I talked to a detective yesterday.
I won't say his name, or the day that I went to jail.
I was in there and I saw one of the detectives and he had a badge.
And I said, you know, I said, are you the guy that I had talked to that one time when I was reporting all the threats to me?
And he goes, no.
He goes, you probably talk to somebody out in the county because that's where your address is.
And I go, wait, how do you know where my address is?
He goes, oh, we all know about you.
And I go, okay, well, that's interesting.
You know, so whatever.
But they, but he didn't say it in like a threatening way or like a like a rude way.
It seems in all the sheriffs that I've talked to, dude, you see it on their face.
As a man, you, you know what to look for when, when you're looking for a man who's like, dude, I'm sorry.
And that's all what they have in their face.
harrison smith
I'm sure 90% of their time is dealing with crackheads trying to hit him with machetes.
Like, I'm sure they think it's a joke that you're the one they have to go after.
I mean, they're aware.
They deal with real stuff on a daily basis.
I got to ask, are you not scared?
I mean, I do get worried.
Every time I watch one of your videos, I'm like biting my fingernails, just waiting for somebody to really, you know, chimp out hard.
I mean, are you not worried about that?
dalton eatherly
Dude, when you have the faith of the Lord, brother, I will say, I mean, this sounds cliche and stupid, but one, I grew up around these people.
You know, I've been in the barber shops.
I've been to the cookouts.
I know how they get.
I know when they're actually chimping out and when they're just trying to oogabooga.
Okay.
And most of the time, they're just hitting the ooga booga.
Well, we all know what that means.
harrison smith
I do know what it means.
I went to public school too.
Yes.
I know this one.
dalton eatherly
So most of the time, it's just the show.
It's the gang signs.
It's all that bullshit.
And so I'm just like, yeah, yeah, look at this guy chimping out.
Now, whenever they really did approach me, like if they didn't, you know, if I didn't posture in the way that I did and they, they say, oh, yeah, he got that file on him.
And I was like, yeah, yeah, you know, come and do something.
They, they know, they know what's the deal.
And so if I didn't do that, they, they were going to get violent.
They probably would have probably tried to jump me right there in front of the Kroger.
And because they didn't give a shit, they chased me through the whole Kroger saying, we're going to kill you.
We're going to beat you up.
Wait till you come outside, white boy.
And there's families in there.
That's literally, there's like a family.
There's a woman with like kids and she was like, please, guys, stop.
And I, and I tried to tell them, like, leave them, like, leave me alone.
Get away from me.
It's, it's crazy the way that they act and they act so brazen about it.
But no, I mean, I don't really get scared unless I can tell that my life's in danger.
And I haven't really felt that way yet, except for that one time when I did posture, but did not brandish.
So for all the rumors, it's blatant slander.
I mean, defamation.
It's lies.
You're saying I'm going to, people say I go up to people that are just minding their business.
I've never once filmed an encounter like that ever.
You know, if you watch the actual video.
harrison smith
Yes.
unidentified
Yeah.
dalton eatherly
If you watch the video, you can tell.
harrison smith
Yeah.
And people can have their own opinions about the videos, but I factually, I don't, I'd never seen you seem like you're harassing anybody or causing any trouble.
So, you know, I just, I hope you, I hope you stay safe and I hope you get through this because, again, I just worry about our the attacks on the First Amendment.
And I like seeing, frankly, white people not take abuse anymore.
And that's what we're seeing with the Cinnabon lady and with the Shiloh Hendrix.
It's like, you know, especially foreigners coming here and acting like they get to demand obsequiousness.
It's like, no, F you.
I'm going to say the word you don't want me to say.
You know, I think that's a perfectly valid response to the abuse that white people are under these days.
Thank you so much for joining us, Dalton, aka Chud the Builder at Chud the Builder.

Stay safe, man.
dalton eatherly
Hey, yeah.
harrison smith
All right, we'll be back on the other side.
It's a crazy world out there, folks.
Don't go anywhere.
We got more stories, more videos, more chaos to wade through.
All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
Final segment of the war room.
And I got some things to tell you, folks.
In fact, while we're at it, I got an update to the Cinnabon saga, Cinnabon saga of the woman who's fired for Cinnabon and then raised enough money to buy her own Cinnabon.
Let's go to clip number 16.
Here's the latest update with the reality of what actually happened there.
unidentified
I remember you didn't come without your face.
Don't wanna go every time to meet 500 people.
I still don't know who the finger lie.
The new video reveals that it was the Cinnabon employees who were the victims and everyone had misunderstood her.
In the video, the Somali couple appears to be provoking her on purpose, repeatedly approaching her and even changing outfits to slip back into the store and create a confrontation.
In the footage, the Muslim woman, identified by viewers, stands at the counter in a red jacket, constantly moving toward Crystal Willsey with her phone raised, speaking in a taunting tone.
Crystal points at her, stammering in frustration.
You've been here before.
You changed your outfit just to come bother me again.
Her emotions are clearly breaking down, not in attack mode, but more like someone pushed into a corner and reacting defensively.
Meanwhile, the Somali couple keeps pressing her, getting closer, filming in her face, step by step.
Every move looks like they're waiting for her to make another wrong reaction.
So, which version is real?
The camera never lies, but it never shows everything either.
What do you think?
harrison smith
So, you know, interesting development.
Apparently, the Somali couple is like changing into different clothes, then coming back to harass her again.
And it's all about her not wearing a hijab, which makes sense.
It makes sense.
That's where that would infuriate somebody who does have to wear a hijab, I guess.
It's always a deeper story than you expect.
And again, I think it's just, I think Americans, white people, were just done being humiliated.
We're just sick of being talked down to.
We don't deserve it.
We haven't done anything wrong.
These people deliberately trying to get a response so they can film it and destroy your life.
Exactly like we thought was the reality of the situation.
I'm going to go to another video here.
It looks like I have two 14s on my sheet.
This is the brutal moment a New York voter called in to contradict the Democrat lies about illegal immigrants not receiving Medicare or Medicaid.
This is another one of these things that it's just, it is just a blatant lie.
There's really no nuance to it.
It's not true what they say.
It's a lie.
And they just say it.
They just assert it.
It's baseless.
It's nonsense.
They continually say no illegal immigrants are, you know, receive Medicare or Medicaid.
It's just not true.
It's just a lie.
Or maybe the way they'll phrase it is they're not supposed to get Medicare or Medicaid.
But it's like, but they do.
It doesn't matter what's supposed to happen.
They do take advantage of our medical system.
Everybody knows it.
Everybody who has been involved in the medical system knows it absolutely.
I mean, we'll go to the video, but I really don't know how to argue against people who just assert lies that are so easily disprovable.
And yet they just do it over and over.
You know, you would think that one time they would do it and then nobody would trust them ever again.
And nobody would vote for them and they'd all be embarrassed to have them as their leader.
They just lie continuously.
The Denver hospital went bankrupt because of the illegal immigrants.
They had to be bailed out by the federal government.
What do you mean the illegal immigrants aren't taking advantage of our medical system?
What do you mean they aren't receiving care at the expense of our taxpayers?
Why did the hospital in Denver need a billion-dollar corrective measure because they'd been serving illegal immigrants?
It's just on the face of it, these are just outright, abject lies.
Let's go to clip number 14 here.
unidentified
Talk to Dennis next in New York, Republican line.
Go ahead, Dennis.
dennis in new york
Yes, I'm a veteran collecting Medicare.
I've been trying to get cholesterol and blood pressure medicine under the Biden administration since 2021 to 2024.
And I always had a hard time getting a prescription refilled or anything else.
It got to the point I actually went down to the office in Western New York Medical.
The whole room was filled with illegal immigrants going in and out.
I couldn't even get to the counter to get a refill on prescription cholesterol and blood pressure medicine.
Anyhow, long story short, a month ago, I was rushed into the hospital with heart failure and that, and I get there.
And for the last six months, I come to find out that I got kidney failure and congestive heart failure.
Not one doctor from Western New York Medical called to notify me.
They knew about this for over a year.
And now, here I am, and I listen to you Democrats saying that illegal immigrants weren't collecting Medicare and it wasn't hurting the American people.
I'm dying right now because of them illegal immigrants getting in line before me.
And our medical system and our health care system didn't even have, didn't even call to notify me to let me know about this a year ago.
Do you have a response for your party and what they're doing to the American people?
unidentified
Well, let me say I'm sorry for your health problems.
And you should have gone to your member of Congress and asked him to help intervene for you with Medicare.
But Biden's gone, so let's talk about what you can do in the future.
As far as blaming on the immigrants, U.S. law says that immigrants do not qualify for Medicare.
So I don't know who is in front of you in line, but let's look at what caused your problem, see if we can help solve it now instead of just blaming other people.
harrison smith
You're just going to blame the people that did this to you?
I mean, that's not helpful.
What?
So you're going to die because you weren't receiving medical care because the medical care you needed was being taken up by illegal immigrants that we led across the border.
But let's stop pointing fingers, okay?
Are you not insulted?
This guy calls in with his own personal experience, saying he's seen with his own eyes the way that illegal immigrants are getting receiving Medicare.
She's just like, well, they're not supposed to, it's illegal to, well, you know, it's also illegal for them to cross the border.
They're here, aren't they?
I mean, yeah.
Taking refuge in the U.S. law would be great if it was enforced.
It's like they live in this world where they can know absolutely and encourage and support the non-application of the law.
And then when it's pointed out how much damage that's doing, they point to the law and say, well, the law is there, though.
Yeah, but you people deliberately circumvent it.
You people deliberately break it.
Yeah, the law says all of these people are criminals.
The law says they should never be in our country.
But they're here and they're taking Medicaid.
So it doesn't really matter what the law says when you deliberately don't enforce it.
Thank God we're not to Canada yet, but we're obviously going there.
And like, it really, you know, it's one thing if they just don't get it right.
And you come to them and you say, hey, I'm struggling.
The system is not working.
For them to say, well, you know, we're trying our best.
Do you not understand, like, does it not fill you with terror to understand that these people are rapidly accruing to themselves total dictatorial power at the purchasing level, like with all the AI and all of the new anti-speech laws in Western Europe and Canada?
They're trying to do them here.
And that these people feel absolutely no responsibility for the policies that they put forward.
They don't feel bad about the negative outcomes.
They just don't.
Does that lady feel any sense of remorse for the fact that her constituent is literally like, I'm going to die now because all these illegal, she doesn't, she shouldn't care at all.
She takes no responsibility for it whatsoever.
Is that not terrifying?
Is that not scary that you're handing over the power of life and death to people who genuinely do not give a damn about the consequence of their own actions, who feel absolutely no responsibility for the direct consequence of the things they do, say, and implement?
To me, that's like kind of horrifying.
She says, well, you should have called your congressman.
unidentified
What?
harrison smith
What?
You're supposed to call your congressman as if they're the helpline at the hospital?
What do you think would happen if he called his congressman?
First of all, he'd never get a call back.
Second of all, he did exactly what he got from you, which is nothing, which is blaming Trump, which is claiming that it's not happening, the thing that he's dying because of.
You should have gone to your congressman.
Yeah, try that out.
See how it works.
I'm sure they'll go stomping into the hospital to see for themselves exactly how many illegal immigrants.
And then I'm sure, you know, as these, you know, die-hard Democrats who care so much about the health of the American people, I'm sure they're rushing to get the deportations done so our system can get back on track again.
It's absurd.
What is calling a congressman going to do?
Probably to get you on a list as an extremist of some sort.
It's a racist extremist for noticing the effect that their policies have on their people.
I mean, that is literally what happens in the UK and all of Western Europe for that matter.
If you point out the negative consequences of their policies, they will throw you in jail.
We had a story yesterday.
I believe it was the chancellor of Germany.
I think it was Frederick Murz, but at least somebody very high up, a high-up politician in Germany, had personally issued hundreds of complaints and takedown orders about people criticizing him under the guise of national security or whatever speech laws they have, as we were discussing with Naomi Seibt when she was here.
The fact that you can't damage the reputation of German politicians.
So you give these politicians the power to censor, and then they immediately issue hundreds of takedown orders about personal insults about themselves.
Do we not see where all of this is heading?
The people in power are completely and utterly disconnected from the reality of life where they're supposed to care about, about their own constituents.
I would say they come second to the illegal immigrants.
I don't think the constituents' well-being enters into their mind.
The calculus is: what do I have to do to get their votes?
What do I have to do to appear to be working for them?
What do I have to do to fulfill whatever delusional demands my Democrat constituents have about standing up against white supremacy by letting our hospitals collapse overburdened by a bunch of people who've never been here, never paid a cent into taxes?
Only participation in American society is to break our laws to arrive here and then be given gifts as a response.
I mean, this whole thing is absurd.
It really is getting to a breaking point.
And I'll just say it for the 10,000th time.
The number one consequence of this is going to be the death of the Republican Party.
German Chancellor filed hundreds of criminal complaints over online insults.
Reminds me of my favorite clip from COVID, the COVID pandemic.
The Australian premier.
I don't even know what they're protesting.
They're protesting you, sir.
unidentified
Oh.
harrison smith
Well, that's illegal.
You can't protest me.
I'm the chancellor.
Why are we all run by evil scum?
Ohio 2026 governor poll, according to Emerson, has Amy Acton up by a point compared to Vivek Ramaswamy.
Vivek Ramaswamy, who previously had a plus 10, who has national name recognition, who is far and away the higher profile, more well-established politician, at least nationally, I don't know about locally.
Don't know anything about Acton.
But he's losing.
And the trend is that he's going to only lose more.
So if the Republicans want to, you know, do anything ever, then maybe we'll win some of these races.
Maybe if the Republicans show that they have even a modicum of concern for the actual things going on in the lives of their constituents who want to actually solve them and actually confront them and actually speak truthfully about them, then we'll dominate forever.
But as long as we keep endlessly serving Israel and doing very little else, you can expect all of your DEI campaigns to go utterly kaput.
I'm not just saying that, by the way.
It's like I go and go through this giant list of things of just the Democrats being flagrant violators of the law.
Things like this.
This is another great example of just one of the 10,000 things that, if I was emperor, would be a day one problem solved.
Act Blue.
Act Blue is a fraud.
It is a money laundering operation.
We have seen Proven over and over again by people like James O'Keefe.
He would find a name that supposedly had given hundreds or thousands of times to Act Blue.
He would go find that person, ask them if they'd ever donated to Act Blue.
And the person would say, Yeah, once, 10 years ago, but never again.
And it's not like these people were being scammed.
It's not like this person was actually giving money, but didn't know it.
No, no, they're just claiming it's that person taking the money.
We don't know where the money's coming from.
Or, you know, they claim this person gave the money.
This person's like, no, I never gave that money.
The money never came out of their bank account.
Not fraud.
Just a different type of fraud.
Just billionaires packaging their money in a whole bunch of small-scale donations to circumvent campaign finance laws.
This has been proven.
We know this.
This is absolute established fact.
As this person notes from the American Tribune, T-A-M Trib on X. Act Blue has also been caught committing fraud, including crimes related to foreign donors, and yet nothing has been done about it.
Just letters, subpoenas, and claims of investigations.
The whole network should be shut down.
Its leaders arrested, fines used to financially break its neck.
Instead, we get pointless letters and leftist victories.
Act Blue is on track to raise almost $2 billion this year.
They'll probably raise another $1.5 billion next year before the midterms.
Republicans will be massively outspent everywhere by an organization that is a fraud.
That has time and time and time again been proven to be fraudulent.
Why can't we do anything about that?
Just like them posting the article of the Constitution that the governor of Illinois is flagrantly violating.
It doesn't help us.
Charge them.
They'll actually put out papers like this, Acting Blue, evidence of fraudulent political donations targeting retirees.
The American government will put that out and say, gosh, isn't this terrible?
Yeah, do something about it.
What?
unidentified
What the hell?
harrison smith
Wasn't Act Blue?
Act Blue only came about after, what was the other one called?
There was another one that was so fraudulent they had to close it down.
Then they started Act Blue to replace it.
And it's just as if not more fraudulent.
Nothing's ever done for them.
Day one, day one.
Investigate Act Blue.
Find the fraud that they did.
Throw the people that did it in jail.
Problem solved.
Illegal immigration.
Find the company hiring the illegals.
Charge the person who hired them with aiding and abetting.
It's on the books.
It's the law.
unidentified
We just don't do it.
harrison smith
Time and time and time and time again.
Anybody hiding illegal immigrants or helping to stop ICE from carrying out raids.
Every single one of them is breaking a federal law.
None of them get arrested.
So I can go through claim after claim after claim, crime after crime after crime.
The Republicans completely absent if they don't drop into the Capitol for a day here or there to send $900 billion to whoever the hell else is killing white people around the world.
And instead of doing anything about any of that, you get things like this, the House Republican official Twitter account at HouseGOP.
House Republicans have worked tirelessly to expose and eradicate the vile anti-Semitism that Democrats allowed to take hold of our institutions.
Today's report is further proof why we are continuing to hold anti-Semitic actors and institutions accountable.
That's what they're working on.
This is what they're concerning themselves with.
Now, we showed yesterday just one of an infinite number of examples of the person hired by Yale invited in to fantasize explicitly about killing white people and what a good thing that would be.
We get nothing.
Now, the House GOP is putting out these alerts about anti-Semitism.
Why?
Because Columbia University capitulated to the Trump administration, created an anti-Semitism task force at their behest because they would be bankrupted if they didn't.
Because that's the type of thing your government can do when it cares about a population, when it actually wants to protect a population, when that population is not white and Christian, that's the type of leverage they're willing to wield to get concessions out of Columbia.
Columbia makes the concessions under duress, creates an anti-Semitism task force.
The problem is the people on the anti-Semitism task force aren't pro-Zionist.
That's the problem.
That's the issue that the House GOP is apparently working tirelessly to solve, is that despite Columbia capitulating to the demand to create an anti-Semitism task force, quote, Columbia Anti-Semitism Task Force report finds all its Middle East faculty is anti-Zionist.
Oh my God.
Oh no.
I can't believe Middle Easterners aren't in favor of this nation state actively genociding their family.
What is wrong with them?
What more can we do to crush them?
I guess we have to bankrupt Colombia now.
Are you not insulted?
Is this not a major topic of concern?
Should we not care about this?
This is what our government is doing instead of anything for us.
It's ridiculous.
dalton eatherly
It really is.
harrison smith
It just goes on and on.
And we have things like this.
BlackRock's Larry Fink joins Trump team in the talks to rebuild Ukraine.
Larry Fink, this unelected private citizen corporate magnate, is now sitting in on the peace negotiations with Ukraine, strategizing how best to maximize the profit they make from rebuilding the country that we destroyed.
Free real estate.
I mean, free for him.
Kind of expensive real estate.
The real estate actually cost a million human lives.
Just Larry Fink didn't have to pay it.
A bunch of Ukrainian Christians did.
Fink's role in talks on Ukraine's future became public on Wednesday when President Volodymyr Zelensky sent out a social media post saying that Fink had joined Treasury Secretary Scott Besant and Jared Kushner for discussions around rebuilding the country's economy.
Fink's involvement signals a return for BlackRock nearly a year after the firm halted its search for investors to back a multi-million dollar Ukraine recovery fund.
The fund had been on track to secure some $2.5 billion from countries, development banks, grant providers, and private investors before it was shut down and given uncertainty around Ukraine's future following President Trump's reelection.
Goldman Sachs is also deeply involved in this, as are, of course, the immigration NGOs that will be providing the needed million Africans to replace the Ukrainians that were killed to bring about this ultimate outcome.
And they've actually been involved since the very beginning.
I don't really have time to get into it right now.
I will be doing a Moonbase Live later today, so tune into that.
You can follow me at Harrison H. Smith.
I'll be going live there.
We'll begin getting into a lot of Israel stuff that I wasn't able to get into here.
And maybe we'll get into this as well.
You can do it yourself.
You want a fun experiment?
Ask Grok what BlackRock and Goldman Sachs had to do with Ukraine during this entire war.
It'll give you about a 10-page dissertation about how involved they've been since the beginning.
Since this has been a giant profit-making endeavor for the worst people in the entire world, and all they had to do was kill a million Ukrainians, half a million Russians, destroy the safety of Europe, cost us hundreds of billions of dollars.
Now, we're not going to see any of that profit.
None of that's going to come back to us.
See, what we send to Ukraine gets pilfered by a bunch of scum who then flee to Israel with $100 million of ill-gotten gain.
We're not going to see any of that back.
No, all of that profit, all of the investment that we've poured into Ukraine, if that's how you want to put it, will all be harvested by Goldman Sachs and BlackRock.
They'll make out like bandits after a million Ukrainians die because of hundreds of billions of dollars American taxpayers have sent there.
It'll all be rebuilt for the sole benefit of Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and their imported slaves.
So that's the latest with Ukraine.
We'll see where that goes.
Telling you, folks, things are getting insane.
It's only getting crazier.
I'm going to get more into this on Moonbase Live tonight, so make sure to be following me there on Rumble.
