You got Lutnick and his other advisors are very smart, saying, you know, it's basically 50-50 whether we're gonna have a big recession or not, but that was gonna happen anyways.
But there's no doubt in the mid and long term, having these economic policies is the way to go if you care about general prosperity of the people and long-term other countries' prosperity.
It was actually, weirdly enough, it was at, I think it was at the World Economic Forum, but this guy was talking about how there was 25 years in American history where the middle class basically was created and was established.
And you had this, you know, two, a family household with one person working, you know, car in the garage.
That happened from about 1950 to about 1975.

We await the press conference from Donald Trump, President Donald Trump, for Liberation Day.
Sweeping tariffs seem to be the headline here, but he's been talking about this since he got elected.
He's been fulfilling Pretty much all of his promises.
I mean, there's no promise I can think of that he hasn't at least attempted to try to fulfill.
Well, that's the refreshing thing about Trump is I agree with about 95 percent of his policies, but even if I agree with 80 percent, I'd support him because you actually know what you're getting.
You know what he stands for and you know someone by their enemies.
His enemies are my enemies, your enemies.
We're under attack because we're supporting Trump.
Because the terrorists, the globalists, want to enslave us all.
It's so true when he says, they're not trying to get me, I'm standing in the way, they've got to get through me to get to you.
And that's why Infowars, and obviously what we do is so important, and I've got major updates on our future tomorrow.
I've been talking about it for a month, more kept coming in.
That's going to be on tomorrow's show.

He's going to go after China big, and then he's going to announce big tariffs on Europe, and then he's going to just explain his case to everybody, and it's really going to be a big cheerleading event so people understand the choice they have.
For decades, our country has been looted, pillaged, raped, and plundered by nations near and far, both friend and foe alike.
American steelworkers, autoworkers, farmers, and skilled craftsmen.
We have a lot of them here with us today.
They really suffered gravely.
They watched in anguish as foreign leaders have stolen our jobs, foreign cheaters have ransacked our factories, and foreign scavengers have torn apart our once beautiful American dream.
We had an American dream that you don't hear so much about.
You did four years ago.
And you are now, but you don't too often, and for many years and decades even, you didn't hear too much about.
Our country and its taxpayers have been ripped off for more than 50 years, but it is not going to happen anymore.
It's not going to happen.
In a few moments, I will sign a historic executive order Instituting reciprocal tariffs on countries throughout the world.
Reciprocal. That means they do it to us and we do it to them.
For years, hard-working American citizens were forced to sit on the sidelines as other nations got rich and powerful, much of it at our expense.
But now it's our turn to prosper, and in so doing, use trillions and trillions of dollars to reduce our taxes and pay down our national debt, and it'll all happen very quickly.
With today's action, we are finally going to be able to make America great again, greater than ever before.
Jobs and factories will come roaring back into our country, and you see it happening already.
We will supercharge our domestic industrial base.
We will pry open foreign markets and break down foreign trade barriers.
And ultimately, more production at home will mean stronger competition and lower prices for consumers.
And nearly my entire cabinet is here, as well as Speaker Mike Johnson, who's done an amazing job.
And with the great success we had last night in Florida, we have a majority of seven.
And seven's like a lot when we had it at one, right?
You've done a fantastic job.
And many of the members of the House and Senate are with us.
Senators, congressmen, thank you all for being with us.
We appreciate it.
For decades, the United States slashed our trade barriers on other countries while those nations placed massive tariffs on our products and created outrageous non-monetary barriers to decimate our industries, and in many cases, the non-monetary barriers were worse than the monetary ones.
Exactly. They manipulated their currencies, subsidized their exports, stole our intellectual property, imposed exorbitant VAT taxes to disadvantage our products, adopted unfair rules and technical standards and created filthy pollution havens.
They were absolutely filthy, but they always came to us and they said, we're violating, we should pay for it.
It's all detailed in a very big report by the U.S.
Trade Representative on foreign trade barriers and I told you they're going to release the report today.
The United States charges other countries only a 2.4 tariff on motorcycles.
Meanwhile, Thailand and Others are charging much higher prices, like 60%.
India charges 70%.
Vietnam charges 75%, and others are even higher than that.
Likewise, until today, the United States has, for decades, charged a 2.5 tariff.
Think of that, 2.5% on foreign-made automobiles.
The European Union charges us more than 10% tariffs, and they have 20% VATs, much, much higher.
India charges 70%, and perhaps worst of all are the non-monetary restrictions imposed by South Korea, Japan, and very many other nations as a result of these colossal trade barriers.
81% of the cars in South Korea are made in South Korea.
94% of the cars in Japan are made in Japan.
Toyota sells 1 million foreign-made automobiles into the United States, and General Motors sells almost none.
Ford sells very little.
None of our companies are allowed to go into other countries.
And I say that friend and foe.
And in many cases, the friend is worse than the foe in terms of trade.
But such horrendous imbalances have devastated our industrial base and put our national security at risk.
I don't blame These other countries are all for this calamity.
I blame former presidents and past leaders who weren't doing their job.
They let it happen, and they let it happen to an extent that nobody can even believe.
That's why effective at midnight, we will impose a 25% tariff on all foreign-made automobiles.
When he says, maybe we'll do this in Gaza, maybe I'll sign the Commonwealth, he's jerking chains then, okay, to test things out.
But when he said a month ago, when he signed that, no, we're going to give you a report in a month, and then we're going to let you know what we're going to do.
When he tells you I'm doing this, that's what he's doing.
The globalists went and made deals to be the middlemen our leaders did to sell us out, and they've been getting a corporate tariff from those people.
As the managing class, they went and screwed us and basically took our tax money, just like the left does with all their NGOs the other way, of our literal tax money.
Yeah, well, and I loved one of my favorite statements he's said since he became president for the second time is when he was asked about the stock market, he says, we're used to playing things quarter by quarter.
All of the ones they're moving, they're announcing day in, day out.
You're seeing it.
Nobody's ever seen anything like that.
With today's actions, we're also standing up for our great farmers and ranchers who are brutalized by nations all over the world.
Brutalized. Canada, by the way, imposes a 250 to 300% tariff on many of our dairy products.
They do the first can of milk, they do the first little carton of milk at a very low price, but after that it gets bad and then it gets up to 275, 300%.
So when they're figuring what's Canada charging, they say, oh, about 2%, 3%.
But take a look at what happens down the road when you look a little bit.
It's not a pretty picture, and we don't like it, and it's not fair.
The first in line, they run a very strong country.
But they're not first in line, and the American people are paying a very big price.
From 1789 to 1913, we were a tariff-backed nation, and the United States was proportionately the wealthiest it has ever been.
So wealthy, in fact, that in the 1880s, they established a commission to decide whether What they were going to do with the vast sums of money they were collecting.
We were collecting so much money so fast, we didn't know what to do with it.
They actually formed a commission to determine what they were going to do with the money, who they were going to give it to, and how much.
Then in 1913, for reasons unknown to mankind, they established the income tax so that citizens, rather than foreign countries, would start paying the money necessary to run our government.
It took years and years to get out of that depression, far longer than even FDR had that office right over there for a long period of time.
The ramp system, it's rather intricate, was built because of him.
And every time you walk up, you think of him.
And he did a great job in many ways, but it lasted long beyond his terms, as you know.
But it's not too late any longer, and we're going to start being smart, and we're going to start being very wealthy again.
We're going to be wealthy as a country because they've taken so much of our wealth away, We can let that happen.
We truly can be very wealthy.
We can be so much wealthier than any country.
It's not even believable, but we're getting sworn to a century later in the face of unrelenting economic warfare that the United States can no longer continue to reproduce.
He's actually making the economic argument You know, before Trump, the only people that cared about economics were the socialists who would point out how bad everything is and go, we need a new system.
No, the system that we had worked before it was corrupted and destroyed.
We had to get approval from Congress to get it terminated.
We had to live with that deal.
It was the worst deal, worst trade deal ever made by far.
But since the very beginning of NAFTA, our country lost 90% Think of what that is, 90,000.
Think about putting a map up and putting tax on it.
You wouldn't have enough room.
90,000.
I said, is that possible?
We had it checked four different times, and it was actually somewhat higher than that.
And 5 million manufacturing jobs were lost while racking up trade deficits of $19 trillion.
That was the worst trade deal ever made.
As a result of these gigantic losses, foreign nations now own $26 trillion more of American assets than American, think of this, than the Americans own of their own foreign assets or other foreign assets.
The United States can no longer produce enough antibiotics to treat our sick.
We have a tremendous problem.
We have to go to foreign countries to treat our sick.
If anything ever happened from a war standpoint, we wouldn't be able to do it.
We import virtually all of our computers, phones, televisions, and electronics.
We used to dominate the field and now we import it all from different countries.
A single shipyard in China now produces more ships every year than all of the American shipyards combined.
Think of that.
And it was a business that we used to dominate.
We used to dominate it totally.
In short, chronic trade deficits are no longer merely an economic problem.
They're a national emergency that threatens our security and our very way of life.
It's a very great threat to our country.
And for these reasons, starting tomorrow, the United States will implement reciprocal tariffs on other nations.
It's been a long time since we even thought of that.
We used to think about it a lot.
We didn't think about it for many decades, and you see what's happened.
For nations that treat us badly, we will calculate the combined rate of all their tariffs, non-monetary barriers, and other forms of cheating.
And because we are being very kind, we're kind people.
Very kind.
You're not so kind when you get ripped off with your salaries.
My autoworker friends and my teamster friends and all of the unions that typically voted Democrat, they're not voting Democrat anymore because worker, whether union or non-worker, they're for the Republicans now.
That's what happened.
But we will charge them approximately half of what they are and have been charging us.
So the tariffs will be not a full reciprocal.
I could have done that, yes, but it would have been tough for a lot of countries who didn't want to do that.

That's our money, but we don't get the benefit of it.

And he's presenting a chart showing the incredible levels of tariffs that American goods have been saddled with, and talking about the reciprocal tariffs he's now putting on some of these countries.
Assassination. But I went to him and I said, Shinzo, we have to do something.
A trade is not fair.
He said, I know that.
I know that.
And he was a great gentleman.
He was a fantastic man.
But He understood immediately what I was talking about.
I said, Shinzo, we have to do something.
He said, I know that.
And we've worked out a deal, and it would have been a much better deal, but frankly, there were many years left in the deal that was made previous to my getting there.
But it was, it was something.
If you look at Switzerland, 61% to 31%.
Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia.
Oh, look at Cambodia, 97%.
We're gonna bring it down to 49. They made a fortune with the United States of America, United Kingdom, 10%.
And we'll go 10%.
So we'll do the same thing.
South Africa.
Oh, 60%, 30%.
And they've got some bad things going on in South Africa.
You know, we're paying them Billions of dollars that we cut the funding because a lot of bad things are happening in South Africa.
Since the second administration started, it's like our shows.
Are like setting policy.
I know they're probably, it's not as direct as that, but I mean it's uncanny how I'll say something in the morning and by the afternoon there's some statement from the Trump office that's exactly what they're doing.
We're not telling them what to say, it's an impago, they're seeing the same thing.
100%. We just saw it before, like, you walk outside to your neighbor's house on fire and you tell your wife about it, it's not that she can't see, she didn't know.
She goes, oh yeah, I see it on fire, it's not...
So they say the same thing, because once you get it, what we're saying is how it actually works.
Just because the corporate media lies doesn't mean now, oh, everything else is a lie.
But even to the extent that I'm talking about Trump's been talking about this for 50 years, I say to the crew, hey, can you maybe look around, try to grab a clip?
And they go, oh, actually, the Rapid Response 47 official Trump account just posted the exact video that I was thinking of.
So there's certain mental alignment going on, yeah.
Your tariff rate to be zero, then you build your product right here in America.
Because there is no tariff if you build your plant, your product in America.
And we've seen companies coming in like we've never seen before.
Likewise, all of the foreign presidents, prime ministers, kings, queens, ambassadors, and everyone else who will soon be calling to ask for exemptions from these tariffs.
I say, Terminate your own tariffs.
Drop your barriers.
Don't manipulate your currencies.
They manipulate their currencies like nobody can even believe.
Our activity in the Middle East has a lot to do with keeping the dollar as the reserve currency of the world.
So we're trying to get off of that and not have to basically be supported entirely by military intervention overseas and actually have manufacturing here at home to support our dollar.
This is a long-term view attempting to stop the designed de-dollarization that was going on before Trump got into office again.
SoftBank, OpenAI and Oracle, great, great companies, are investing $500 billion almost immediately.
NVIDIA, a hot company, is investing hundreds of billions of dollars.
They just announced TSMC, the biggest, most important company in the world of chips from Taiwan, with no investment from us, is investing $200 billion.
And they said the reason was, number one, the election of November 5th.
And number two, the tariffs.
They don't want to pay the tariffs.
And the way they're not paying it is to build their play.
So we're going to go from almost no percentage.
We used to have 100% of the chip market.
Now it's all in Taiwan, almost all of it's in Taiwan, a couple of other countries.
But again, is another is another design designed on purpose aspect of globalism, where you intertwine countries economies in order to stop them from going to war with each other.
As Trump was pointing out, you can't go to war with China if they manufacture all your medicine.
I mean, if they cut us off of medicine.
You're going to have 100 million Americans either outright dying or literally going insane because they can't get the, you know, mental health medicine that they need.
And then you have Merck and Clarius, Stellantis, General Motors, GE Aerospace, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai are all putting in billions and billions of dollars and they're committed 100 percent.
And we have never had, we've never had, and this is after two and a half months.
This is not, this is after just a short, this all took place as soon as we came out with what everybody wanted.
Lee Iacocca, a very respected automobile person, and he said, you know, Cuz they're asking people, they try and get as many negative people as they can, but they can't find them too much.
It's pretty hard to find in terms of what we're doing, especially when they see all this investment.
They said, so tell me, what do you think of what Trump is doing from the automobile standpoint?
He said, I can't believe it.
Somebody is finally, he's an older guy, real pro, really top guy with Lee Iacocca, he said, I never thought I'd see the day when this would happen, where somebody had the courage to go and do what has to be done.
This is transforming our nation.
Our entire nation is going to be transformed, not only with the cars, but on every single other item that's built.
We're going to become an industrial powerhouse.
And he said that so beautifully today.
In fact, I'm going to find out.
I'm going to get a tape.
And Bruce, I'm gonna get that tape and I'm gonna send it to you out in Long Island and you're gonna play it for the people.
And all your union workers and your non-union workers out there, you got a pretty even split.
But we have, so far, it looks like we're gonna have about $6 trillion of investments.
And you wouldn't do that in years in this country over the last number of years.
$6 trillion, and that's gonna be much higher by the end of the year.
And think of what $6 trillion is.
You wouldn't have even a small percentage of that under this other system.
We're going to be an entirely different country and it's going to be fantastic for the workers.
It's going to be fantastic for everyone.
There will never have been a transformation of a country like the transformation that's already happening in the United States of America.
It's an incredible thing to watch and it's incredible to meet with the top people.

And blue-collar people are paying the highest percent because they don't make as much.
Right. Again, they're making less, so even though it looks like a smaller percent, it doesn't matter because of their actual total income, it's still bigger.
Right. Because, again, if you're only making $50,000 a year, and they're only taking, you know, 50% one way or another, yeah, but somebody that's making three times more, sure, they're paying $45,000, $60,000, $70,000, but they still get more because there's more money.
So they're getting more taxpayer dollars, but it's just, you know, when we talk about working two days a week, well, we really only do work two days a week for us.
The other three days, we're working to pay for USAID and the wars overseas and all the nonsense they put us there.
Exactly. Well, if you stop bringing in boxes of mice from the mice homeland and pouring them into your living room, yeah, they end up not being there anymore.
I think one of the reasons people like the job, I have my highest approval ratings because I think they're comparing me to the worst administration in the history of our country.

And I always think about this book set in the 30s in Italy, where there was communists and sort of fascists, you know, fighting back and forth in the streets.
And the narrator of the book is going, You know, we're in this system where these people are peasants and they're going to remain peasants.
Here come the communists that actually, you know, say, hey, we're going to rise you up from the mud.
We're going to bring you up.
And the narrative, the narrator says, you know, the communists are the only ones speaking to these people or who have a solution, except for America.
They could see it was working and that was a counterbalance.
But Mussolini was a communist.
And then he became a socialist, and then he became a fascist.
Because they were like the Italians, okay, you can have communism or socialism, and that's what we had kind of with the Republicans and the Democrats the last few decades, was that it's a false, it's a lie.

There's news of massive cuts to HHS.
At this point, about a quarter of HHS's 82,000 employees have left or expected to be terminated.
So just some of the changes here, you've laid off big chunks of offices in charge of vaccine and drug research, HIV/AIDS research, AI, funding for services for the elderly and low-income people.

Right. What do you say to people in the public who are concerned now about drug safety, about whether we're prepared for the next pandemic when these cuts have happened so hard so fast?
Yeah, I'd say to the reporters in the room and the lobbyists in the room, I mean, obviously make your case, but I'd truly ask for, as you're making it, a little bit of humility about what the voters were trying to say by putting Bobby Kennedy Jr. in this position of power.
I would, a little bit of humility to ask why Bobby Kennedy along with President Trump are the two most popular political figures in America by far.

Just doing assisted suicide for everybody who's a little bit depressed or, you know, doesn't make as much as they'd like to.
There's also stories where a woman has a tumor in her head and she can't get a MRI scan for like six months because it's Canadian healthcare and it's just that backed up.
So, I mean, don't think I'm like actually advocating for universal healthcare or anything like that.
In a very literal way, a suicide mission, if you go down that road.
But, the American healthcare system can be very restrictive, it can be very expensive, and life-destroying in some cases.
And it has to be pointed out, this is because of government intervention, not because of a lack of government intervention.

Executive branch duties in the first six weeks of the current presidency through nationwide injunctions.
This is potentially a judicial coup d'etat.
It clearly violates the Constitution and more than 200 years of American history.
To set the stage for this hearing, let me mention 12 former federal judges appointed by President John Adams.
Richard Bassett, Egbert Benson, Benjamin Born, William Griffith, Samuel Hitchcock, Philip Barton Kaye, Jeremiah Smith, George Keith Taylor, Oliver Wilcott Jr., Williams McClung, Charles McGill, and Williams Tillman.
President Adams appointed these federal judges on his way out of office to hamstring the incoming President Thomas Jefferson's agenda.
President Jefferson concluded that impeaching the judges would take too much time.
He and the Congress simply abolished the courts in which they served via the Judiciary Act of 1802.
This is a constitutional balance of power.
The legislative and executive branches can reshape the judiciary branch.
It is a useful reminder in considering the current situation.
Unelected lower court judges have been steadily grabbing power for years.
It was such an obvious threat that in 2012, Vince Haley and I wrote, Bringing the Court Back Under the Constitution.
It is an historic study, which I am submitting for the record.
According to Harvard Law Review, There were 96 nationwide injunctions ordered by district courts from 2001 to 2023.
Two-thirds of them, 64, were issued during President's time in office.
Furthermore, 92% of the injunctions against President Trump were issued by judges appointed by Democratic presidents.
Since January 20, 2025, lower courts have imposed 15 nationwide injunctions against the current Trump administration.
This is compared to six during George W. Bush's eight years, 12 during Barack Obama's eight years, and 14 during Joe Biden's four-year term.
The notion that unelected lawyers can micromanage the executive branch and override a commander-in-chief who received 77.3 million votes should trouble every American.
This is particularly trouble for issues of national defense and public safety.
Around 500 BC, Sun Tzu asserted in The Art of War that, quote, speed is the essence of war.
How can the United States have speed in national security issues if opponents can judge shop to find someone ambitious or arrogant enough to block, repudiate, or delay the president's decisions?
There are 677 authorized district judgeships.
How many think they can override duly elected presidents?
This summary statement has four propositions.
First, The courts have often been challenged.
President Jefferson wrote, quote, Judges, as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions, would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.
Close quote.
President Andrew Jackson was in constant fights with the Supreme Court.
President Abraham Lincoln made the Dred Scott decision expanding slavery a centerpiece of his 1858 senatorial campaign.
In his first inaugural, President Lincoln warned that if the Supreme Court held supreme rule, quote, the people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extent practically resigned their government into the hands of that eminent tribunal, close quote.
Second, as the Judiciary Act of 1802 proves, the legislative and executive branches can constitutionally defend their rights, and they have in the past.
It is historically and constitutionally wrong to think the legislative and executive branches are helpless against judiciary actions.
Third, the Supreme Court could intervene to eliminate this attack on the executive branch by district judges.
Chief Justice Roberts could end the growing confrontation by establishing a rule that any nationwide injunction issued by a district court against the executive branch would be suspended in implementation and immediately taken up by the Supreme Court.
This would remedy the lengthy appeals process.
Fourth, the Congress and the President can take decisive steps toward bringing the judiciary back into a constitutional framework.
This hearing is a good first step.
There could be a series of hearings on the constitutional and historic framework, which ensures no single branch of government can acquire dictatorial powers, specifically the judiciary and this committee.
These hearings would educate the members and the American people.
They would create a national understanding of the need to defend the Constitution.
And we'll get more into the judicial coup on the other side.

Now, we just watched a brilliant dissertation by Newt Gingrich, of all people.
What interesting allies we've made throughout this whole process.
But he's laying out there the true scale and scope and offering some very legitimate methods to combat the judicial coup that we are currently witnessing.
And I want to try to explain this because I think it's worse than people even realize who these judges are, how they got their judgeships, and where they're from in some cases.
For example, and well, I'll explain how this all works, but a judge has halted the Trump administration's efforts to terminate temporary status for 350 Venezuelans in the US. So apparently...
So apparently the President of the United States has the right to sell our birthright, just not reclaim it back for us.
This is absurd.
I feel like, call me crazy, I feel like there's a word That maybe shouldn't be in this legal status, right?
It's temporary protected status.
So a judge is now stopping Trump from ending the quote-unquote temporary protected status of individuals.
Just call it PPS, right?
Instead of TPS, it's PPS.
It's permanent protected status because apparently you can never withdraw it.
It's permanent, even though in the label it says the word temporary.
Okay, fine.
Likewise, yesterday or today, all these happening within 24 hours, federal judge Araceli Martinez Oiguin, Biden appointee, in the Northern District of California has blocked the Trump administration from terminating funding for legal counsel for unaccompanied migrant minors.
She's issued a temporary restraining order that will stop the Trump administration from ending the funding while the merits of the underlying case play out.
The order will take effect Monday, tomorrow morning, and will last until at least April 16th.
In her decision, she writes, quote, the court finds the continued funding of legal representation for unaccompanied children promotes efficiency and fairness within the immigration system.
So these judges, these unelected judges, there's 700 of them, by the way.
To really I can't remember who said it, but it just it put it so perfectly the Outrageous situation we're in we are essentially in a situation where the duly elected president of the United States has to get universal approval from 700 random leftist activists to do anything that's basically where we're at at this point is if one of these judges objects Trump can't fulfill his campaign promises.
He can't do what he said.
He's gonna do he cannot And that is who they are, by the way.
This woman, Martinez Olguin, whatever, was born in Mexico.
She's a Mexican woman.
And I'm sure you've heard the reports that in the District of Columbia, one-third of the judges were not born in America.
So not only is this judicial tyranny and a judicial coup being waged against the will of the American people, it's being carried out by foreigners.
By foreigners.
They may be American citizens, but what have they done with their careers?
Well, it probably won't shock you to find out that Practically none of these people had any experience whatsoever as judges before they were put in these positions.
We went through it on American Journal, so I don't have the document in front of me, but it was yesterday or the day before on American Journal.
We went through the actual, I think it was from the Federalist, where they laid out not only are one-third of the judges in the district court foreign-born, most of them like got degrees overseas, came to America, then all of them We're leftist activists.
They all simply worked as lawyers for NGOs, leftist NGOs.
None of them had any experience as judges before they were appointed to the position they're now in, where they are unilaterally stopping Trump from carrying out his agenda.
So you literally have foreign leftist activists, professional activists, being appointed to judgeships who are now using their position To stop anything Trump is doing, you know, killing his agenda by a thousand cuts.
It's outrageous, it's ridiculous, and even this woman, right?
She was born in Mexico and she was an immigration attorney prior to President Biden nominating her for the federal bench in July 2022.
Yeah, this Federalist article goes through it all and explains, like, none of these judges, all the judges that have stopped, Boasberg and all these others who have interfered and Are demanding that Trump bring back gang members from El Salvador because, you know, we just need them here so much.
We need to provide them lawyers.
We need to, you know, spend a million dollars apiece litigating whether or not they belong in our country.
They don't.
Kick them out.
They should be gone.
This should never even be a question.
But they were never, these people were never judges.
It's not like they were, you know, doing traffic tickets for a couple years and then moved up to jury trials and now they're on the district court.
No, no, no.
They were all lawyers.
Working for leftist NGOs before they were plucked from obscurity by President Biden or Obama and placed in these positions on purpose so that they could do what they're doing now, which is be a backstop and a preventative measure where even if they lose the election to Donald Trump, he still can't do anything because these leftist activists have been put in positions, they've been given robes as judges, and they get to be activists from the bench.
This is absurd.
This is ridiculous.
This is not something that we Can deal with or should have to deal with in a piecemeal fashion.
I think Newt Gingrich laid out a couple very viable options there, but probably the most viable one, if Congress felt like doing something, if Congress felt like actually achieving something for the MAGA agenda, then they could go in and simply dissolve these courts.
They could go in and just another act of Congress, like the one in 1802, that just says these courts are not fit for purpose.
They are violating the principles of checks and balances and the division of power.
They no longer have a say, and they wouldn't have a say, and we could just do what needs to be done, which is all legal anyway.
Now, I do run into...
There's another side to this issue, which is that if you wanted to set up a tyranny, an executive tyranny in this country, this is the way you'd do it.
You would discredit the judiciary and get people like myself who actually loves the American system, actually genuinely understands and appreciates the division of power and the checks and balances that have kept us free for 250 years.
But now I'm here going, get rid of the judges.
Get rid of a third of the, you know, get rid of one of the branches because clearly they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing.
They're getting in the way.
They're violating their, their, you know, obligations and the limits of their power.
So get rid of them.
Well, what happens if you get rid of the judiciary?
Well, now you have an executive that can act without any ability for a regular person to step up and stop it.
Now, we see cases of judges stepping in and stopping things that I personally think are good and should be stopped.
In other words, if you have the executive branch and the commander-in-chief, the head of the executive branch of the government, firing people in the executive branch, there's absolutely no reason a judge should even Be able to see that case, let alone rule against the president on it.
This is absurd.
He's the executive.
They're in the executive branch.
He's in charge.
He gets to make decisions.
It's ridiculous to have judges step in and do that.
But if you have people that are here legally, that are here on green cards or here with permission, went through the right process and arrived here as guests of this country, not citizens, but pseudo citizens, right?
Temporary, you know, allow these people On an individual basis to come in to go to school or to get a job or whatever.
And then those people are being arrested and deported.
In other words, being convicted of a crime for which they've never been charged, being sentenced to punishment for a crime for which they've had no chance to defend themselves.
I think that's a violation.
I think that's an overreach.
I think that is not something that our executives should be able to do to American citizens or people who have been here illegally.
There's a difference, right?
Swam across Rio Grande and snuck your way in, then you're illegal, you have no right to be here, get out.
But if you went through the right process and followed the rules and have been here for years without causing trouble, then you deserve some level of protection from arbitrary actions of the government, because in that case, the decisions being made aren't just about employment in the executive branch, it's about an individual and their rights and their ability to express themselves, and punishing an individual Without ever trying them for a crime.
I think that's wrong.
I want judges to step in and be able to stop that on behalf of an individual who's having their rights limited.
Because I can see a future not too far from now where these exact same tactics, just like the Patriot Act was predicated at first about Muslim terror, now these deportations and the circumventing of judicial process is again being done Under the claim of Muslim extremism,
and just like the Patriot Act was then turned on the right-wingers like we knew it always was, I can see a future not too far from now where these actions are taken against American citizens and they say, well, you know, we declared that they were terrorists.
The government declared they were terrorists, therefore they don't get the right to a trial by jury.
Right? That is what's happening with people who are here on Green Card.
So, I don't want I don't want us to be a one-branch government.
I don't want the executive branch to have unquestionable power and the ability to do things without a regular person able to file a case and get a judge to, you know, put a stop on or, you know, some sort of limitation on executive power.
So, for the sake of the continuing purpose of the judiciary, I am begging the leftist judges to stop giving people an excuse To discredit you.
Stop using your power inappropriately because the end of this is the judiciary itself is undone, is stripped of power, and we're left with an executive who can make arbitrary and dictatorial decisions without the ability of the American people to stop it.
So it's a very dangerous thing they're doing here, and they're leaving us with no choice but to set up a system in which the executive is unquestionable.
And that's very, very, very dangerous to somebody who loves liberty.
Like myself.
Now, there is one thing you have to understand about this.
The judges are getting all the heat, and for good reason, and they deserve it.
And the fact that it's like every single judge that's making these decisions happens to have a wife or a daughter or a son that just so happens to run some NGO that receives tens of millions of dollars from taxpayers.
A big coincidence, right?
So they deserve all of the animus they get.
They are being completely tyrannical and destroying entire system for their own personal gain.
So I hate them and screw them.
But they cannot do this unilaterally.
A judge does not hear the executive branch do something and then issue an order to stop it.
There has to be a plaintiff.
And you'll see in all of these decisions, it's not the judge just making these decisions.
It's groups like the – what's this one called?
The TPS Alliance, the National TPS Alliance.
So you've got these NGOs that have lawyers on staff.
Many of them are paid by American taxpayer dollars through USAID and other criminal activity by the U.S.
government paying for these people to run organizations whose sole intent and purpose is to advocate in favor of people with TPS, the temporary protected status, or advocate for illegal immigrants.
What we're dealing with is a combination attack, a cooperation between these groups and the judges, where they find judges that they know will decide in their favor.
They're friends with all these judges.
They cooperate with them.
The judges sometimes are on the boards of these NGOs, or at least associated with them, or their relations are.
So they're working behind the scenes and going, okay, what's Trump going to do?
You know, temporary protected status.
Okay, so let's prefabricate a lawsuit, assuming that Trump is going to do this or knowing that Trump is going to do it.
And maybe they have people in the executive branch leaking them information about what's coming next so they can prepare lawsuits and they're in communication with the judges or other, you know, legal assistants close to the judges saying, okay, how can we frame this to get this, you know, to get the judge on our side?
What do, what arguments do we need to make so that the judge can justify their decision interfering with the executive branch?
And it's just like they did all through the Joe Biden administration, where it's like they have the system set up where if you say the magic words, if you say abracadabra or open sesame, then suddenly the law doesn't apply to you.
I mean, that was the case with all of the migrants that came across in the last couple of years, where they'd say, all you have to do is say the magic words.
Say, I'm in fear for my life.
Say, I'm gay.
Sometimes being gay, you can say, well, I'm gay.
Or I'm trans, and the country that I come from, that's illegal, so I'm seeking, you know, asylum.
They don't have to prove that they're gay, they don't have to prove that they're trans, they don't have to prove that they're under threat.
It's just a magic word.
You might as well say, hey, if you say abracadabra, if you download the app and press the I'm seeking asylum button, somehow immigration law doesn't apply to you and you're going to be given a debit card and a free flight to Pennsylvania.
It's the same type of operation.
It's the magic words they need to use.
They talk to the judges and they say, how do we need to frame this argument to give you the justification to do what you want to do anyway, which is interfere with President Trump's agenda.
So it's important to understand that, that these judges have to have plaintiffs that they're deciding in favor of.
And the plaintiffs, in most cases, are these massive NGOs, whether it's ACLU, the SPLC, the National TPS Association.
There are like thousands of these groups, and it's a lesson that the right can learn, by the way.
We should have these groups.
By the way, we should have been filing these types of things, but it's a little bit more difficult for us because, well, we first of all don't have the, you know, relationships with the activist judges because conservatives tend to actually want to fulfill the obligations of their position.
So when conservative judges get into positions of power, they actually use their power responsibly.
And it's an issue for us because the other side isn't hamstrung by their own conviction.
So they very conveniently can screw everybody over, and we have to always play by the rules.
And I'm not against that, but it means that you can go and say we are speaking on behalf of the people who have TPS status, who have toilet paper status, temporary protected status.
And you say, see, all of us, The people we represent are being negatively impacted by this law, therefore we think the law should stop, and that's how the judge decides.
It's harder for an average person to go, hey, my life is being affected by these immigrants coming in, so I need a temporary restrictive decision to stop this operation from going on.
It doesn't quite work that way, because you would have to prove, because the judge would say, well, what's the damage?
What's the injury you've received?
How are you being inflicted by this?
And to make the argument that you're being hurt by illegal immigrants, you kind of have to go through certain layers, right?
You can go, well, they're crushing the housing market and I can't afford a house.
It's just not as good of an argument as I represent a person who's being deported and they shouldn't be deported.
It's simple for them to set up these agreements with the judges of, here's how you frame things, here's how you get it through.
But we could be learning this lesson and we could be, you know, Funding taxpayer funded lawyers to support our agenda and friendly judges who we can go to and get them to stop the destruction of America through executive action.
So this is a lesson we should be learning, but it's also another reason why dismantling USAID and dismantling and arresting the people who committed this fraud.
I mean, you say how many times we heard Elon Musk say, and the numbers are astronomical, unimaginable, right?
Hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud.
Like, well, maybe one person should be arrested.
Maybe, like, at least one person should go to jail when you're talking about systematic hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud.
Why is nobody in jail?
You start jailing these people, you start rounding these networks up, they're not going to have the resources or the connections in order to, you know, block Trump's agenda.
These are just various methods with which we could play defense against this offense being run by the Democrats.
So Vagrant of Rhodes on X has a brilliant thread about this at Vagrant Wires.
He says it's really insane that rogue judges think they hold more power than the duly elected president and that they arrogantly use their positions to commit blatant treason against our nation, supporting foreign invaders and criminals in their efforts to terrorize us.
This, of course, in response to the 350,000 Venezuelans now being granted, you know.
I think that's a very accurate point he's making the left will destroy the judiciary in the process and Here, just like an addict getting a final high, it will eliminate the final illusion of legitimacy in the constitutional American system.
Once this final illusion breaks, things could move even more quickly than we've seen so far.
Trump's been playing softball to help radicalize normies, but we're at a tipping point.
The judiciary is in a fragile state.
This confrontation could irreparably break it.
This, of course, suits the left's goal to burn the final shreds of institutional fuel and stall for time.
If we're serious about saving the country, then these judges should be arrested for treason.
What they're doing is a clear-cut case, supporting killers, drug dealers, human traffickers, scammers, etc.
as they invade our lands, abuse our people, and flout our laws.
That is treason.
If the left keeps this up, then the elections, even the presidency, don't matter anymore.
And people will have to resort to other means of saving themselves, which won't be pleasant.
The stakes couldn't be higher, but strength will win the day, so don't be shy.
No half measures.
The left is bluffing, playing with the only sad card it has left.
We have things that matter.
National sentiment, time, and hard power via the presidency and Congress.
The key is not to engage in that game at all, but rather to supersede the game.
The left wants to play this game because they are losing.
Trickery is all that remains for them to use.
Don't fall for it.
This isn't the time to pretend their system is salvageable.
We know it isn't, and so does the left.
That's why they're doing this.
Trump knows.
He knows this, but his optimism and capacity for reform will stretch this national rubber band to its absolute limit.

I think he's still trying to get all the bureaucratic ducks in a row before taking any drastic action and hoping for circuit courts to back him.
You need to have the executive branch fully conquered before going to war with the judiciary and buy-in from other judges.
But when the time comes, be ready.
Harden your hearts.
Be ready for wailing, gnashing of teeth, guilt-tripping, false appeals to the Constitution, which the left hates, by the way, but that won't stop them from pretending once it benefits them to do so again.
Massive riots, PSYOPs, etc.
This isn't just a political debate or even an ideological one.
It's spiritual war, a battle for survival.

It's like, well, It's taxed at its source, the bottle is taxed, the beer is taxed, the ingredients were taxed, it's taxed when it's shipped, it's taxed when it's sold, and it's like, you know, eventually you get down to it, you're like, wow, 90% of the cost of this beer all went to taxes.
It's sort of a similar thing, where you go, okay, not only are there illegal immigrants killing people, raping people, that's like the most direct and obvious, that's the sales tax, right, that's the tax that's obvious, it's right there at the end, but then you can look into road accidents caused by illegal immigrants,
or It's impossible to calculate how many lives would have been saved if emergency resources were being used to actually rescue American citizens from danger rather than deal with crimes being committed by illegal immigrants or rounding legal immigrants up or paying for the lawyers for illegal immigrant.
I mean the cost in resources of dealing with illegal immigrants is astronomical and has negative effects because it's money that could be spent elsewhere.
But then you also got to think about things like recalls of Produce, because you've got illegal immigrants in the fields, not acting too hygienically, and spreading disease throughout the country.
That also kills people.
It's like there's a lot of ways that we're negatively impacted.
One of the ways that has not gotten a lot of attention, but is starting to draw more attention as the problem is becoming more obvious, is the fact that there are now streamlines, and I'll explain why in just a second, but there are fast tracks to get illegal immigrants Or immigrants that are technically legal, like, you know, temporary protected status people that are technically, in only the most technical way, legal immigrants.
But regardless, they have these pipelines to get these illegal immigrants jobs as truck drivers.
CDL licenses.
And they bend all sorts of rules to do this.
There are licenses being given out to people who don't speak English, and the licenses don't even have names on them.
So they're just given out to anybody.
Now, call me crazy, but I don't think you should be able to pilot a 20-ton truck around American highways if you can't read the road signs, right?
That's a pretty obvious problem right there.
And this is happening with just about every industry, right?
Because it's cheaper to have globally sourced scab labor, which is what illegal immigrants are.
That's the way to think about it.

So they're being destroyed and they're having their jobs given away to people who are not qualified and it's creating an extremely dangerous situation.
In Canada especially, where the road conditions are often very icy and dangerous, there's video after video Of people who have never even driven before, suddenly piloting an 18-wheeler, no idea how to do it on the ice, and they're just spinning out and just crushing people, just killing people, crushing people.
Here, during South by Southwest, five innocent people were killed by an illegal immigrant driving a truck.
So this is a major issue, it's a major problem, and it's one that's hardly going reported.

Because it's easy to say, well, it was an accident.
Well, it was a truck accident.

Ever accused of killing one person and hurting another in a crash near conifer is now in ice custody Our cameras were the only ones there as Ignacio Cruz Mendoza walked out of the Jefferson County Jail yesterday Where immigration agents were waiting for him?
He was sentenced to one year behind bars following that crash last summer on highway 285 Denver 7 investigates was the first report that according to ice Cruz Mendoza was in the u.s.
Illegally at the time of that crash and has been removed from the u.s.
12 times since 2002.
And when Cruz Mendoza was arrested, the records revealed he did not have a valid commercial driver's license and legally should not have been driving that semi.
Well, now the widow of the man who died in the crash is pushing for reform in the trucking industry.
Investigative reporter Natalie Chuck joins us now to break it all down.
Natalie, what does his widow want to see happen?
Well, we told you all at the top of the hour, Deanne Miller lost her husband Scott in that crash, and now she wants to see stricter laws nationwide for truck drivers.
She's been working with American Truckers United.
It's a group calling for reform in the trucking industry.
Earlier this month, she actually went all the way to Arkansas testifying in support So Natalie,
What changes has Colorado made to the trucking industry?
Yes, they actually did make some strides last year.
Colorado passed some legislation just before this crash.
House Bill 24-1135.
It changed the penalties for any driver operating a commercial motor vehicle without a CDL.
Previously, this was just a traffic infraction, which is a civil matter.
But instead, this law made this a violation that is a misdemeanor.
It also holds employers accountable who might hire someone knowing that they did not have the proper CDL.
So a little bit of a step in the direction that Deanne wants to see Colorado take.
At least some movement in the direction of making our roads safer when you have illegal immigrants.
It's like, come on.
You can't read English.
You can't speak English.
So they're not able to communicate on CB radio.
They're not able to read signs.
They're not able to read warning signs or those emergency alerts that come up.
They're not able to listen to, you know, radio updates that are in English.

As 40 suspected Trinidad and Tobago members were arrested in Hays County, that's just outside of Austin.
They were brought here to Austin for processing.

And, you know, there have been other situations where the college girls weren't so lucky.

So While people are talking about the swatting and people are talking about the Tesla dealerships burning you have to understand there is a massive underground movement of leftists Organizing, coordinating, and planning violence.

I remember going to the last above ground weather.
