| For most listening today, you're probably already aware of the events that have transpired in the last, well, last night and then this morning regarding a false police report and attempted murder via swatting of myself Follow | ||
| -up pizza deliveries, all happening to me late last night and this morning. | ||
| Now, we will revisit a lot of this with the footage from last night. | ||
| I also have some new footage that we're going to air for the first time today that my neighbor was able to just send me, of him just filming from his... | ||
| His house, the whole thing going down. | ||
| And so I tell you, it's all very eerie. | ||
| But as I've kind of discussed before, just from a psychological perspective, and I was talking to the crew about it, it's like we are humans here. | ||
| I mean, it's like we're stuck in the trenches and get punched drunk or just get numb to it. | ||
| And so that's kind of a phenomenon we just deal with all the time. | ||
| But it's like, you know, we are humans. | ||
| We're allowed to have emotions. | ||
| So it's just a little eerie. | ||
| But I think more than anything, my emotion is anger. | ||
| And it's not anger because I'm a victim here or what's being done to me. | ||
| I'm angry because there's dozens of victims and there will be dozens more until something is done. | ||
| I'm angry because these terrorists... | ||
| Are wantonly operating, and no arrests have been made. | ||
| So I'm a lot, you know, I'm kind of at the point where, you know, and I said this earlier in the week, I don't have patience. | ||
| And isn't it ironic? | ||
| I say that earlier in the week, I don't have patience, and then here's what happens to me. | ||
| I don't know how many guns were pointed at me last night, probably at least five. | ||
| Laser pointers on my back, on my head. | ||
| Forced to get on the ground, crawling around. | ||
| My house invaded with no warrant, torn apart. | ||
| I'm not mad at the local police that are doing their job. | ||
| I'm not mad at the leadership right now at the FBI with Kash Patel. | ||
| I think Pam Bondi has been an incredible letdown. | ||
| And then... | ||
| I have to deal with the lip service with Dan Bongino, who I fully support, like a lot, really have enjoyed his last shows over the years. | ||
| He's putting his entire life, his entire reputation on it now as the deputy director at the FBI. | ||
| But I have to tell you, it's a little eerie, and it's kind of give you a sinking feeling. | ||
| Dan Bongino posting this morning, it's March 19th. | ||
| And it's a bad day to be a bad guy in America. | ||
| Well, I hope that's true. | ||
| I do hope that's true, but yet, what's my reality? | ||
| The reality is it's still a bad day to be a good guy in America. | ||
| And the bad guys are still operating. | ||
| I want it to change. | ||
| But we're going to apply some pressure today. | ||
| We're going to apply some pressure. | ||
| We're going to apply some heat today. | ||
| And I'm telling you, it's already working, folks. | ||
| And I've got the evidence to prove it. | ||
| This is the only way to win. | ||
| Well, there's no doubt the quickening is upon us. | ||
| And what I mean by that is it used to be maybe a decade where Infowars would cover something or warn about something, and then it would be accepted as truth and mainstream. | ||
| Then it was like a year, then it was a month, then it was a week. | ||
| Now it's minutes. | ||
| Now it's days, minutes, hours. | ||
| And everybody can see it. | ||
| Now, I don't wield this sword of information and truth in a truly independent transmission, broadcast, news network, lightly. | ||
| And while everybody has to consider what the cost Of their words and their actions will say, you have to make measurements to be as impactful and effective as possible. | ||
| So I'm not here to be anti-anything. | ||
| I'm here to be pro-truth, pro-America. | ||
| Pro-small government. | ||
| Transparency. | ||
| Honesty. | ||
| But part of that is to say some uncomfortable things and to go into waters where | ||
| are not comfortable going. | ||
| And if we're not brave enough to go into those waters, then nothing is going to change, folks. | ||
| Nothing is going to change. | ||
| So you have to be very mindful and measured when approaching these things. | ||
| But the truth of the matter is this. | ||
| If we are not going to hold the Trump administration accountable for the things we want and the things we expect, then nobody is. | ||
| And this is the most transparent. | ||
| This is the most reactive administration. | ||
| We have a chance. | ||
| Now is our time. | ||
| Now is the chance to do it. | ||
| Not to sit back and accept the victory and then be afraid to ruffle feathers in D.C. because we want access or friendliness or popularity or a paycheck. | ||
| Now is the time where we have the torch. | ||
| Now is the time where we have the sword and the shield. | ||
| We don't back down. | ||
| We don't just accept an election victory. | ||
| We need total victory. | ||
| And for whatever reason, I'm in this unique position again, much like I was with my January 6th arrest and imprisonment, to really bring a major issue to the front of the conversation so that it can be properly addressed. | ||
| And today that issue is the attempted murder via swatting of Trump supporters and other conservatives, right-wing media, independent media outlets on X. And then really in the same circle, | ||
| that includes Tesla dealerships, Tesla car owners, Tesla charging stations. | ||
| It's all part of the same terrorist operation against Americans. | ||
| So we have to apply pressure. | ||
| We cannot accept lip service and we cannot let this continue. | ||
| So that's what we're going to be doing today. | ||
| As I said, I have the footage from last night and some footage we haven't aired yet that we're going to air today. | ||
| I will be making a statement with my lawyer. | ||
| In about an hour, second hour of today's show, I'm obviously in talks and regular communication with all the other victims of the swatting right now, getting statements and organizing with them to try to apply some pressure. | ||
| I'm going to have to kind of recollect after all of this. | ||
| As you imagine, it's been a crazy last, however many hours it's been since last night, but I need to kind of recollect myself. | ||
| And reach out to some other entities, local law enforcement, state law enforcement. | ||
| I've been able to get some contacts with federal law enforcement as well. | ||
| So I've got a lot of due diligence that I still need to do, not to mention I was able to mostly clean up my house last night after the raid. | ||
| They come in, they think somebody's dead in there, think somebody's been murdered, so they have to come tear up the house. | ||
| So I had to deal with that. | ||
| My story is just an example of what can happen to anyone. | ||
| And if this isn't stopped, it will happen to anyone. | ||
| It will happen to more people. | ||
| And the message has to be loud and clear. | ||
| We're done. | ||
| We're not victims. | ||
| I mean, we're victims by the definition of this stuff, but we're not victims that sit here helplessly And then when they just give us a little pat on the head, say, oh, thank you for the pat on the head. | ||
| No. | ||
| No, we're victors that are victimized by terrorists that want the terrorists brought to justice to save the country and to stop this from ever happening again, or God forbid, before it happens in a very deadly manner, | ||
| which... | ||
| To say that that's not happened is actually not even true. | ||
| There have been swatting incidents, multiple swatting incidents that have resulted in death. | ||
| There have been incidents where you end up with a gunfight between police officers and the person whose house they're at, which also implicates neighbors and their families. | ||
| So this has to stop. | ||
| It has to become a top priority, and we... | ||
| We have to make our voices very loud to get this through. | ||
| Very loud. | ||
| Now, I will say we do have a statement from Secretary Kristi Noem. | ||
| I have received a statement, just a personal statement, from Attorney General Greg Abbott. | ||
| We have a statement today from the National Police Association. | ||
| Senator Mike Lee. | ||
| has made a statement about this. | ||
| And as far as I can tell, in the political law enforcement world, that's kind of where we stand. | ||
| Now, I need to do some follow-up on my end. | ||
| Hopefully tonight I'll have a free minute, I don't know. | ||
| But I need to do some follow-up and some due diligence on my end to address some of these issues with communication. | ||
| But I will also say, before I get into the details and some of this footage, Well, let's start on the positive. | ||
| I want to thank, and yet again, I feel incredibly blessed for the people that have reached out. | ||
| My phone, my inbox, obviously overwhelmed. | ||
| I try to respond to everybody best I can. | ||
| I hopefully will by the end of today, maybe tomorrow. | ||
| I've not even really had time to even communicate with my own family. | ||
| Obviously, they're concerned. | ||
| But, I mean, they've been dealing with this long enough, so they know how it goes. | ||
| I want to thank the media outlets that have picked up this story, not because I care about my name being in the headlines, but I care about this issue, this larger issue, which again, I don't have to sit here and prove it. | ||
| Anybody that listens to this show or follows my work knows I've been ranting and raving about this for months demanding action. | ||
| So this isn't something new I've come on the air today to talk about. | ||
| I've been talking about this. | ||
| So it really isn't about me, but if my name, if my likeness, if me being a victim has to be the thing that gets this to the next line to get another first down or to get into the end zone, then fine. | ||

| Whatever it takes. | ||

| But I want to thank the media that has picked this up. | ||
| Obviously Infowars. | ||
| The Gateway pundit, and even though Newsweek wrote a total garbage story about it, they covered it. | ||

| It's police officers with a target on their back too. | ||
| That should be the priority here of the Department of Justice, the FBI, and Department of Homeland Security. | ||

| There's all kinds of things. | ||
| Some of them are pulling for a job on Fox News maybe in a couple months. | ||
| But I want to thank the independent press that has picked this up and made this a story. | ||

| Because it's not about me. | ||
| It's about all the victims. | ||
| And it's about stopping future victims and stopping this before it gets worse. | ||

| I mean, that is crazy, folks. | ||

| How bad does it have to get, is the question. | ||
| One slip of a finger, one miscommunication, one misunderstanding, one object misidentified, one wrong turn, | ||
| and this thing can turn deadly. | ||

| As I said, I was anticipating this, so I'd taken some proper measurements, not just, you know, with some security stuff and some other stuff, but, you know, mentally to know this was going to happen. | ||
| And as soon as I saw flashlights shining into my house, shining onto the walls and stuff, and I looked out through the window and saw what was going on, I knew this was the case. | ||
| So that's grabbed my phone, got ready to record, so I was able to get that footage. | ||
| And, you know, honestly, you know, some unsolicited advice after that is like, hey, you know, you shouldn't have done that. | ||
| That's the stuff that ends up getting you shot. | ||
| Well, it had to be recorded. | ||
| So, you know, you can Monday morning quarterback it all day long. | ||
| But I will say the police, which unfortunately had to do this dirty work, the police, which unfortunately had to come out there, they were apologetic. | ||
| They didn't want to be involved in this. | ||
| They were as professional as you can get with a bad situation. | ||
| As I said, there's things I need to do, due diligence I need to do, following up with this, contacting the police, contacting detectives, contacting federal law enforcement. | ||
| Hopefully I'll be able to do that maybe tonight, but most of them will probably be off work, so I'll have to do it tomorrow morning. | ||

| And the only way to get this to the White House is for us to make it an issue, for us to make sure it's a top issue, for them to see the videos, see the victims, and then get the real media to ask the questions. | ||
| But this can't be ignored by the FBI, this can't be ignored by the DOJ, and this can't be ignored by the Department of Homeland Security. | ||

| Isn't going to cut it. | ||
| Now, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem released a statement just a few hours ago. | ||
| And she said, under President Trump's leadership, we will not sit idly by as conservative new media and their families are being targeted by false swatting. | ||
| DHS has the ability to trace phone numbers and track location information. | ||
| We will use it to hunt these cowards down. | ||
| This is an attack on our law enforcement and innocent families, and we will prosecute as such. | ||

| And I think what needs to happen next is there needs to be a joint press conference. | ||
| There needs to be a joint press conference with the DHS, DOJ, and FBI leadership where they make statements on this. | ||
| Very, very heavy statements on this and say, we're going to be treating this now as domestic terrorism and we find out who's behind it, | ||
| 25 years minimum, 50 years minimum, whatever they want to deem appropriate, but 25 needs to be the lowest number they even consider. | ||
| It's time to start treating terrorists like terrorists. | ||
| It's time to rid our political culture and country of this leftist terrorist nightmare. | ||
| Which, by the way, has already cost people their lives. | ||

| The National Police Association denounces this weaponization of law enforcement against its own citizens and urges the media, political leadership, the public, and American law enforcement to be aware of and speak out against this disturbing trend. | ||
| False reporting of a violent act in progress is a crime and should be rigorously investigated and prosecuted. | ||
| Swatting is an act of violence against both law enforcement and those being targeted. | ||
| It is designed to not only physically harm people but drive a wedge between police officers and the citizens they are trying to protect. | ||
| Well, that didn't work in my case, but that is a fair statement to make about the wedge. | ||
| And now that I think about it again... | ||
| And this is the case. | ||
| This is actually the approach. | ||
| The false police report that was filed on me and others was the worst crimes you commit. | ||
| We're talking about murder. | ||
| We're talking about killing somebody. | ||
| So whoever filed that false police report on me should then face the same penalty that you would face for a murder charge. | ||
| So I don't know, a 50-year minimum life sentence, whatever it is. | ||
| That's what they should face. | ||

| So on March 18, 2025, Owen Schroer was swatted at his home by armed law enforcement as a result of an intentionally false and fraudulent police report, which is a crime under federal and Texas law. | ||
| During this event, Mr. Schroer was forced from his home and detained at gunpoint, posing an imminent threat to his life. | ||
| This occurrence is yet another in a long string of similarly politically motivated attacks. | ||
| The swatting of Owen Troyer and other members of the media are nothing short of acts of terrorism that constitute attempted assault and attempted murder and must be treated as such. | ||
| This is a calculated and coordinated attack orchestrated via the weaponization of law enforcement. | ||
| This type of targeted violence will not go unanswered. | ||
| Owen Schroer and his legal team, working in cooperation with local, state, and federal law enforcement, will be investigating every possible legal avenue, both criminal and civil, to hold those responsible accountable for their actions. | ||
| Legal action will be initiated to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to potential claims for violation of his Fourth Amendment rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress, attempted assault, and attempted murder. | ||

| But, unfortunately, I think that they're going to be put in a position with this stuff now where they're going to be on the wrong end of legal action and lawsuits. | ||
| Again, it's not that I want to do that. | ||
| It's not that I view them as the bad guy. | ||
| It's just... | ||
| in the litigation and feel the legal pressure so that we can get the necessary results. | ||
| And this isn't just for the victims here. | ||
| The police are the victims in this too. | ||
| It's a crime against the police as well. | ||
| And that's why you need a greater communication between the federal agencies who are completely aware that this is going on and local law enforcement because they come in guns blazing. | ||
| They have what they believe is a credible threat. | ||
| Now, there are certain Standards that they have to meet in order for them to come in with such a heightened response. | ||
| You know, anonymous calls, why they're posing as as the individuals who are living in those areas in those homes as these media members is because anonymous calls don't necessarily rise based to the height that warrants such a response. | ||
| They're doing it in a way so that that is how local law enforcement needs to respond. | ||
| But they need to be made aware of the fact of these threats. | ||
| They need to be made aware of the fact that this terrorism is going on because it is such a dangerous situation for them to come in guns blazing. | ||
| I'm watching the footage of | ||
| One wrong move, and you have an incredibly dangerous situation. | ||
| So they need to make sure that they're not going in and hurting or killing innocent people. | ||
| And there needs to be a very concerted effort to educate them about this situation, to give them the tools necessary for them to succeed and protect. | ||
| Protect you and other members of the media in the process. | ||
| Well, and themselves. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| You know, and themselves. | ||
| And like I said, there's still some due diligence and follow-up I need to do with local law enforcement and then some other things like, you know, I'm getting the pizza deliveries to my house. | ||
| So I'll have to do some follow-up with that too. | ||
| I mean, you know, it's so insane. | ||
| I think it was, yeah, it was last week. | ||
| It's just, it's all such a blur. | ||
| I mean, literally last week. | ||
| I'm out there on the streets investigating the murder of my friend and Infowars reporter Jamie White, and then a week later I'm having guns pointed at me by law enforcement. | ||
| It's just insane. | ||
| I don't even know what I expected to say to that. | ||
| It's just insane how quickly these things happen. | ||
| It's like, okay, yeah, well, that's last week's news. | ||
| What's next week's news? | ||
| Who's going to get swatted next? | ||
| Is somebody going to get shot? | ||
| Is a police officer going to be in the crosshairs? | ||
| I mean, this is just crazy. | ||
| Well, and I think part of the frustration is that the response is not keeping up with the pace that things are moving at. | ||
| Like you said, this has all happened in the last week and a half. | ||
| You know, we have some, you know, there are some agencies that seem to be taking action, but at what point is that going to come to fruition? | ||
| When is that actually going to make a difference? | ||
| When are you going to get arrests? | ||
| And how many people are going to get targeted while we're waiting for all of that to happen? | ||
| Well, I can't even imagine. | ||
| The cops were apologetic after the whole thing. | ||
| And, you know, I don't know how much of a difference it made, but a couple of the cops knew who I was. | ||
| And then there was one moment, it's kind of hard to pick up because the audio is faint in my camera footage. | ||
| But I think, and we're kind of talking over each other, and then the one cop is shouting commands. | ||
| But at some point, I said, you know, this is a false report, guys. | ||
| You know, this is a false report. | ||
| And then at some point, the audio might not even have picked it up because he kind of said it quietly. | ||
| He said, hey, guys, I know who that is. | ||
| I think he's telling the truth. | ||
| And then afterwards, another cop was like, yeah, I know who you are. | ||
| We know your work. | ||
| And then a couple of them were like, oh, you know, we're sorry about your colleague. | ||
| So they were aware of that, too. | ||
| But again, most of these guys, I mean, they're just doing their job. | ||
| You know, they don't even know all the gruesome details. | ||
| Somebody just calls in that somebody's been shot in the house. | ||
| They have to suit up. | ||
| Go to the house and do their job. | ||
| They don't really have time to say, oh, this is Owen Troyer. | ||
| We don't need to do this. | ||
| They just have to go in there. | ||
| Now they have my name and the whole situation is well known to them. | ||
| And that's what it takes. | ||
| I mean, what do you think law enforcement at the local level needs to do? | ||
| We can talk about the federal level that's not getting done yet. | ||
| Maybe it will. | ||
| But I mean, at the local level, what do local police need to do? | ||
| To either hone in on who's doing this or prevent it from getting worse and happening more? | ||
| Well, they need to isolate who's making these calls. | ||
| And whatever measures, whatever resources they need to devote to that, it needs to be a top priority because, like you said, this affects the police officers just as much as it affects you. | ||
| And they have every incentive to track down these individuals. | ||
| They need to find whatever resources available in order to do that. | ||
| In order to prepare for something like this, I mean, it really puts them in a very tough position because... | ||
| If they believe they're getting a credible threat, then they have an obligation to go in in a manner that they did last night because they're being told that these egregious crimes are being committed at your home. | ||
| You know, I don't know if media members, you now have a relationship with the police officers and they knew who you were. | ||
| So that puts them on notice that any other false reports of crimes occurring at your residence are likely fraudulent. | ||
| But I don't know if other members of the media need to alert their local police department so that they're also aware, hey, I might be at risk of getting one of these calls just to put you on notice. | ||
| And that gives them... | ||
| More tools and more of an awareness before they go in guns blazing a dozen people with firearms pointing at that individual. | ||
| So I don't know. | ||
| I don't know exactly how they discern without just more communication and more. | ||
| Well, I think now that the National Police Association has made a statement, it's got to be at least on their maps. | ||
| You know, before it might not have been on their maps unless it was something that they dealt with in their local jurisdiction. | ||
| But now that the National Police Association has made a statement, you feel like it might be on all of their maps. | ||
| So now is the time where if you think you might be the next victim of this to probably call your local law enforcement and inform them now that it's on their map. | ||
| I mean, if you just called them out of the blue and said that. | ||
| They might be a little suspicious even, right? | ||
| Try to cover something up. | ||
| Yeah, but now it's like, okay, it's on their map. | ||
| They understand it's happening. | ||
| And so I would say now is definitely the time to do it. | ||
| Now they told me, obviously, okay, hey, look, we've got your name, your information, and now, you know, if and when this happens again, we can kind of handle the situation differently. | ||
| But he did say, at the end of the day, we still have protocols. | ||
| Like, we still have to show up and go through some of the motions. | ||
| So I don't really know what that would look like should it happen again. | ||
| I hope I don't have to find out, but, you know. | ||
| Odds are I probably will. | ||
| But you can't have a situation with the boy that cried wolf. | ||
| And so the police can't just stand down with this stuff because it becomes the boy that cried wolf. | ||
| And so they kind of want that to an extent too. | ||
| So I'm not... | ||
| And I told the police last night, I was like, hey, you guys do whatever you want to do. | ||
| I just want you to know the situation. | ||
| But I don't want to have a situation where if there is something bad at my house or somebody does show up at my house and I call and they're like, oh, it's just another fake thing. | ||
| So we can't have that situation either. | ||
| So they have to show up every time. | ||
| They have to come out every time. | ||
| Right. | ||
| Exactly. | ||
| And it puts them in a really tough position. | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| No, I mean, this is why it needs to be treated as an act of terrorism, domestic terrorism. | ||
| They need to take it seriously because law enforcement is stuck between a rock and a hard place, as are you, and it puts everyone at risk. | ||

| You can kind of hear it because my security cameras don't have audio, but the cell phone... | ||
| Video had the audio. | ||
| I mean, it's just total chaos. | ||
| There was probably at least 12 agents. | ||

| Yeah, probably about 12. About half of them. | ||
| I don't know. | ||
| It was hard to count because by the time I was filming, they were already kind of surrounding the house. | ||
| So you only saw the ones that were in front of me. | ||
| But yeah, by the time I was filming, the house was already kind of surrounded with whatever the strategy is to do that. | ||
| But then there were unmarked vehicles. | ||
| You heard all the sirens going off. | ||
| I mean, it was just total chaos. | ||
| So, you know, then you got to send an email out to the homeowner's association like, hey, guys, you know, here's what happened. | ||
| Everything's good. | ||
| Luckily, most of my neighbors know who I am and are very friendly and are well aware of the situation. | ||
| So there's not too much, you know, stress as far as that's concerned. | ||
| I can only imagine if there's somebody that didn't know what was going on, they're like, whoa, who am I living next to? | ||
| So they kind of had a general understanding of that. | ||
| But absolutely. | ||
| And I think, too, whatever it is, if they... | ||
| I believe they have the technology to follow up and do something about this. | ||
| But if they don't, then they need to at least come out and say that they do and that they're going to make arrests. | ||
| I mean, at least try some mitigation tactic. | ||
| There has to be something. | ||
| And I think, like you mentioned earlier, I was listening to your show, some sort of heightened punishment for this that reflects terrorism. | ||
| It is, exactly. | ||
| You know, looking into this, I mean, the prison time in Texas, not federal law, but Texas law, is extremely low. | ||
| If your first offense is up to a year and then $4,000 fine, that's nothing. | ||
| That's nothing. | ||
| And so, you know, if somebody gets injured, it's a different story. | ||
| But I think they need a punishment that reflects the crime. | ||
| They need to alert people that they're seriously looking into this and they're going to be prosecuted if they're found. | ||

| A large concerted effort to be able to pull this off with this many people and, you know, the antagonistic pizza deliveries and all of that. | ||
| I mean, this is a group of people that, and they need to find them. | ||

| And they probably come in there like, what the hell? | ||

| But I mean, it's like, I'm not going to do another warrantless search. | ||
| If you guys, you need to show up in your job, do your job, that's fine. | ||
| And you need to go through the house, that's fine. | ||

| And I would just like to point out that the judge in this case is essentially trying to say that the president doesn't have the executive authority to deport foreign terrorists from our American soil. | ||
| That is an egregious abuse of the bench. | ||
| This judge does not have that authority. | ||
| It is the opinion of this White House and of this administration, and that's why we're fighting this in court. | ||
| And it's very, very clear that this is an activist judge who is trying to usurp the president's authority. | ||

| And that's why this deportation campaign has continued. | ||
| And this judge, Judge Boesberg, is a Democrat activist. | ||

| It's Elon Musk. | ||

| It's mainstream media. | ||
