The silent majority is no longer silent.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroyer.
Please stand by for further details.
We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
Overnight, multiple strikes by Russia on the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, and the situation is rather confused.
A big question, what was it?
Ukraine initially saying it was an ICBM strike, and President Zelensky just reinforcing that in the last few minutes, but they're still assessing.
ICBMs have never been used in combat before and are nuclear capable, but this wasn't a nuclear strike, and a Western official also saying they didn't think it was an ICBM. But many agreeing that they haven't seen a strike like this before.
The Kremlin refusing to comment.
Hello?
Can you?
Yes, I have a briefing.
We were using nuclear nuclear rockets, which we didn't speak.
jon bowne
While Congress scurries about, bickering over a dude in a dress taking a leak in the women's bathroom.
unidentified
Here she goes.
owen shroyer
Here's Congresswoman Mace.
Congresswoman Mace, can I ask you a question as you walk here?
unidentified
I will stand in the brink and stand in the way of anyone on the radical left who thinks that it's okay for a penis to be in a women's locker room or a bathroom or a changing room.
Hell no.
jon bowne
And the Democrats stick their fingers in their ears as President-elect Donald Trump prepares his cabinet to enact sweeping reforms in the marble halls of the District of Criminals.
hakeem jeffries
But the question about this notion of some mandate to make massive, far-right, extreme policy changes, it doesn't exist.
It doesn't exist.
jon bowne
Still, what should be a scramble and a massive roar by those with the power to protect humanity continues to be just a tiny little whimper.
unidentified
Hello everybody.
I just want to make a statement for all of you here and be very clear.
A man is a man, and a woman is a woman.
chip roy
And a man cannot become a woman.
jon bowne
Meanwhile, lame duck, New World Order minion, White House freeloader Joe Biden, during the final moments of the worst presidency in American history, has set into motion World War III without congressional approval and a last ditch effort to avoid the reckoning that is coming for his family, his cronies, and himself.
immediate impeachable offense Biden may or may not be well aware of.
unidentified
But I want to ask you about something you've been involved with You said that if the President of the United States had launched an attack on Iran without congressional approval, that would have been an impeachable offense.
Do you want to review that comment you made?
The President has no constitutional authority to take this national war against a country of 70 million people unless we're attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked.
And if he does, if he does, I would move to impeach him.
The House obviously has to do that.
To impeach him.
The reason for my doing that, I don't say it lightly.
I don't say it lightly.
I say it because they should understand that what they were threatening, what they were saying, what was adding up to be, what looked like to the rest of the world what we're about to do, would be the most disastrous thing that could be done at this moment in our history that I can think of.
That Ukraine has actually now fired these American-made attack on ballistic missiles into Russia.
President Biden, of course, lifting restrictions on where the weapons can be used.
But as you say this morning, Vladimir Putin appearing to threaten to use nuclear weapons if these were used.
But Ukraine seeming to call his bluff, firing six missiles into an ammunition storage warehouse in the Bryansk region of Russia.
Russia claiming that it intercepted five of these missiles.
jon bowne
Great Britain's storm shadow and scalp missiles have been raining down on Russia as well.
Russia's This nuclear doctrine now includes scenarios where an attack from a non-nuclear state, if backed by nuclear power, could be treated as a joint assault on Russia.
This means that if a country not possessing nuclear weapons attacks Russia with conventional means, but with support from a nuclear-armed ally, Russia might consider this as grounds for nuclear retaliation.
unidentified
As I look at what they're doing, and we watch their strategic forces very carefully, I don't see a change in their strategic force posture.
And so we'll continue to remain vigilant in this regard.
But at this point, no, I don't see an indication that there's an imminent Intent to use nuclear weapons.
jon bowne
The Danish Navy has confirmed that it is investigating the cutting of two undersea communication cables in the Baltic Sea.
owen shroyer
The full report can be found at band.video on the John Bound channel.
We'll have more of this coming right up.
Countdown till Inauguration Day is on.
59 days and 19 hours and 53 minutes until Inauguration Day.
We've got huge news today out of Washington, D.C. that we're going to be bringing you some potential picks for Trump's next administration that have been officially made, some that are being considered, and then one in particular who has withdrawn And of course, that would be Matt Gaetz.
If you haven't heard this news today, you obviously haven't been following the political news cycle, as that is the top story for today.
We will get back into some of this geopolitical news with the developments in Russia and Ukraine, and then as well, the latest in Israel.
And we've also got some bad news today.
The Democrats plan to get as many illegal immigrants into the country as possible ahead of Trump's inauguration.
And then the next borders are taking over Tom Holman.
But let's just get right to Washington, D.C. Let's just get right to the big story out of D.C. today.
And that is...
Matt Gaetz withdrawing from the Attorney General consideration.
Now, Trump responded basically just saying positive words for Gaetz and pretty much left it at that.
But what does this actually mean?
Now, there are some people theorizing out there that, oh, it's part of some larger plan and it was this secret plan or that secret plan.
I don't buy into any of that because why would Trump do that?
It doesn't make sense.
This looks bad for Donald Trump, quite frankly.
But really, it doesn't.
It looks bad for John Thune.
Who really looks bad is John Thune.
But this notion that Trump would willingly make a pick for Attorney General For a strategy of failure, I don't buy into that.
I don't believe that's Trump's strategy ever.
So I'm not buying into that.
I don't think there's anything to that.
And I've got some congressional sources.
I talked to other reporters that have congressional sources.
And there's really just no talk of that.
Certainly no talk of that out of the Gates camp.
So I pretty much would say those theories are null and void.
But what does it really mean?
What does it really represent?
It represents John Thune's leadership as the Senate majority leader that he is not on board the Trump agenda that he will stand in the way when he sees fit And I'm afraid that Thune may also try to block other confirmations
that he doesn't like or that the swamp Senate Republicans don't like.
That's what I'm afraid of.
Now, we thought John Thune would be a problem and we were right.
We've already been proven right and the next Congress hasn't even been sworn in.
But we've already been proven right.
John Thune is exactly what we expected him to be.
Now, I said I'd give him a chance.
Well, he blew it.
It's over.
And my guess is he's not going to regain any favor with the MAGA movement.
As his time as Senate Majority Leader goes on.
This is now the expectation we have for Thune.
It was the expectation we have for Thune.
And we will be calling him out.
And I've had people...
Because I shot a video earlier this morning when this news came out on X. It's got like a quarter million views.
A lot of big people have shared it and replied to it saying, oh...
Let's not go after Thun before Trump even gets in.
Or, oh, you know, I've got sources saying it might not be the rhinos.
Well, you know what I say?
Leave me out of those conversations.
Because I'm not playing games with rhinos.
And I'm not backing down from rhinos.
And I'm not going to let rhino activity, whether you think this was it or not...
Go on in DC without getting called out, without getting addressed, and without putting those individuals responsible for it on blast and embarrassing them.
John Thune needs to be a household name in the MAGA movement with his first opportunity to show that he would act in our favor, in our will, and on the Trump agenda, and he's proven us that he is not with us.
So know that name.
Know John Thune.
Know he doesn't want the MAGA agenda.
Know he's not going to support Donald Trump.
Know he's not going to support Trump's picks.
Know he will get in the way of confirmations if he wants.
He's not with us.
But it's even worse.
Now, Mitch McConnell's name gets thrown around here.
He might be so gone mentally, I'm not even sure it matters.
But he does still have a seat in the Senate and a vote, and that is important.
But let me tell you this.
We thought we had a majority.
We thought the Republicans had 53 seats in the Senate, didn't we?
We thought we had a majority.
unidentified
Well, we might have been wrong.
owen shroyer
Because it would appear Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins are basically going to be Democrats.
Sure, they'll vote for some of the things with the Republicans, but it's not going to be all the time.
And Murkowski and Collins will get in the way In the Senate.
And then you've got Thune and McConnell, whose votes are basically in the air at this point.
I'm not sure we even have a majority, ladies and gentlemen.
And I'm crunching the numbers.
And I'm thinking, we don't have Lisa Murkowski's vote.
We don't have Susan Collins' vote.
I'm not even sure we have John Thune or Mitch McConnell's vote.
And if John Thune can't or won't rally Republicans in the Senate when we have a majority to confirm Matt Gaetz, then what can he do?
What will he do?
Other than get in the way.
And we're not talking about getting in the way of sending more weapons or money to a foreign country.
We're not talking about getting in the way of bad Democrat policies.
No, he's getting in the way of the Trump agenda.
Now let's address what's behind the Matt Gaetz allegations.
Some gentleman named Joel Greenberg...
Now, is this the same Joel Greenberg, according to witness testimony, in a prison cell, was talking about how he was going to get Matt Gaetz and plot to destroy Matt Gaetz?
Is that the same Joel Greenberg?
And then they put out these flowcharts of Venmo or Cash App payments.
And it's got Joel Greenberg down here and then Matt Gaetz over here.
It's got all these different dollar amounts and flow charts and it looks really bad.
But then when you take Greenberg out of it, it's like 90% of the exchanges are gone.
unidentified
Very strange.
owen shroyer
The witnesses against Gaetz were so weak that the Department of Justice under Biden wouldn't even go after Gaetz, wouldn't even press charges.
unidentified
But, oh, this Joel Greenberg and these allegations are, I guess, oh, it's too serious, isn't it, for the Senate Republicans?
owen shroyer
So, not enough for the Biden DOJ to go after Gates, but the Senate Republicans, yeah, that's enough for them to stop him from being confirmed.
unidentified
Okay.
owen shroyer
But let me just even go a step further.
I'll Hear all the different arguments.
unidentified
Well, Owen, what if he was at those parties with those young girls?
What if he was making sketchy payments to women?
Okay.
I don't care.
owen shroyer
I don't care.
Oh my gosh.
What a foreign concept.
unidentified
I don't care.
owen shroyer
Oh, oh no!
Matt Gaetz isn't perfect?
unidentified
Oh!
owen shroyer
Oh, the Republicans are going to have the moral high ground now?
Oh, the Republican Party is going to sit on their high horse and pretend like they're more ethical than the Democrats so they can hold their chin up?
See how that goes for you.
I've got Joe Biden sniffing kids, groping kids, biting kids.
Bill Clinton rape accusations.
Joe Biden rape accusations.
A whole congressional fund to pay off sexual allegations.
Oh, but we're going to moral high ground on Matt Gaetz.
Give me a break.
Do you think for one second the Democrats would ever approach a situation like that?
Of course not.
Do you see why Republicans lose politically?
The Democrats are playing...
With rocket launchers and guns and nukes, and the Republicans have a rubber pencil politically.
Oh, we're gonna make George Santos resign from Congress.
Then they lost the seat.
unidentified
But Bob Menendez...
owen shroyer
With the gold bullion and the cars and the suits from all the foreign countries?
Did the Democrats make him resign?
unidentified
No.
No.
owen shroyer
So the next time somebody comes at you and says, well, you know, he might have been with those young ladies and he might have been taking some of that money.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
I don't care.
I don't care.
owen shroyer
And it's time for you to stop caring too.
Political purism is cancer to any political movement.
It is a terminal illness.
And you will never...
Beat this Democrat Party.
You will never beat the Liberal Democrats if you ever try to take that into a situation.
And of course, we know it only applies in certain circumstances.
It's not universally applied.
But they did it.
They stopped the Gates confirmation.
The swamp Senate Republicans win.
Signs that we really don't even have a majority in the Senate behind Trump because Thune and McConnell are question marks.
Murkowski and Collins are probably Democrats at this point.
And now the message is clear.
Hey, just come out with some ethics report.
Come out with some ethics investigation.
Make some allegations against a Trump appointee.
And Thune will say, well, I'm not getting the Republicans behind this.
unidentified
Nope.
owen shroyer
Great message.
unidentified
Way to go.
owen shroyer
Or maybe we should address something else.
Maybe we should address something else.
Could it be that the AIPAC-controlled Republican senators didn't want to nominate the non-APAC-controlled Matt Gaetz?
unidentified
Ooh.
Couldn't be that.
owen shroyer
Couldn't be all that AIPAC money flowing in to the Senate, but not to Matt Gaetz.
Certainly, that's not how politics works.
No, I'm sure the millions of dollars that AIPAC spent to buy those senators, that Matt Gaetz didn't take that money, that's not how money, power, and influence works in D.C. Of course not, No, couldn't be.
But I wonder, I wonder, you know, maybe if Matt Gaetz had been a client of Epstein, he'd probably be the next attorney general.
Maybe if Gaetz did go to a ditty party, he'd probably be the next attorney general.
Maybe if Matt Gaetz did take the money from APAC, he'd probably be the next attorney general.
But because he wasn't, And he didn't.
The message from John Thune was loud and clear.
You will not have the votes.
unidentified
You will not be confirmed.
owen shroyer
So Matt Gaetz said, fine.
unidentified
He withdrew.
owen shroyer
He said, we don't even need to go through the drama.
And he told Trump to nominate someone else.
And there's your swamp political lesson of the day, ladies and gentlemen.
And even though this is bad news for today, the good news is we know what's going on.
The good news is the swamp Republicans are exposing themselves.
The good news is we're seeing how money and influence is controlling presidential administrations, congressional decisions.
So there are lessons to be learned.
Now, the question that people are asking now is, well, what's the future for Matt Gaetz?
Well, he's certainly not going to go back into the House race.
So I'd say 0% chance of that.
Could he fill Marco Rubio's Senate seat?
Certainly, that is an option.
But based off what I'm seeing and what I'm hearing...
I'm not sure he wants to go back to Congress, and I wouldn't blame him if he didn't.
It'd be one thing to get to the confirmation process and have the Senate Republicans refuse to confirm you and then take the Senate seat, but to have it go the way it did, to me, and some of the messaging that we've seen, specifically from Matt Gaetz's wife, And some of the things I'm hearing from the Capitol, I don't think Gates wants to go back to Congress at this point.
And I wouldn't blame him.
I wouldn't blame him.
But I suppose there is a chance he could be your next senator from Florida filling the Rubio vacancy.
If not, he'll just do his podcast and Firebrand, I've been a guest on it, and he'll just go that route and that approach.
And there'll be good things that come of that too.
Because there'll still be members of the Freedom Caucus that will feed him information that he can blast out to the American people, tell the truth about, reveal some of the curtain or what's behind it, and just do it on his podcast, do it in that way.
But that's what you get, ladies and gentlemen.
That's your political corruption.
That's your swamp lesson of the day.
Now, quickly, some other news from the Hill.
Trump picks Matthew Whitaker for ambassador to NATO. I do like Matthew Whitaker.
He was the Attorney General in Trump's first term for a brief period.
Trump had this to say, Matt is a strong warrior and a loyal patriot who will ensure the United States interests are advanced and defended.
Matt will strengthen relationships with our NATO allies and stand firm in the face of threats to peace and stability.
He will put America first.
You know, I kind of find this whole thing hyperbolic because us even funding NATO or being part of NATO is un-American and not putting American first.
So I don't really disagree with the sentiment there.
I do like Matt Whitaker.
But really, we should just defund NATO and just remove ourselves from NATO. That's the real move here.
Because all they're doing is getting us into trouble with the situation in Russia and Ukraine.
And we'll have more on that coming up as well.
It would appear the last two names when it comes to the FBI chief are Mike Rogers and Kash Patel.
And these two couldn't be more of a contrast to one another.
Mike Rogers is about as deep state swampy As it gets, this is a man who is against Julian Assange.
He's spoken out against Julian Assange.
He's spoken out against Edward Snowden as well.
That's not what we need at the FBI. Whereas Kash Patel is on record talking about scaling down the FBI drastically and making it actually useful for the American people, not used against the American people.
And this is going to be, I think, a real determining factor on where the Trump administration is going to go.
I've liked a lot of the picks.
unidentified
I have.
owen shroyer
But this decision is going to be real indicative of what we're actually going to get from this next administration.
And if it's Mike Rogers, it's going to be a lot of the same from the first administration.
If it's Kash Patel...
Now, you've really got some fresh blood, some fresh meat, some fresh ideas to one of the most corrupt federal institutions in this country's history, the FBI, which needs reformation, if not outright abolishment.
So, that's going to be an interesting fork in the road, and I think the most indicative thing yet is When it comes to what we can actually expect from this next administration.
But it would appear it's all down to Mike Rogers and Kash Patel.
So we need to continue to throw our weight around.
John Thune is a complete failure as far as the Trump agenda is concerned.
And Mike Rogers would be a horrible pick for FBI director.
Make sure Trump knows that's how we feel.
Alright, in the break, I'm getting intel.
Now people are saying Gates does want to return to Congress.
It's not clear exactly what that means.
He was, technically speaking, elected to the 119th Congress.
He resigned from the 118th.
And I'm thinking that's why DeSantis wanted to hurry up with that special election.
So that kind of throws a couple things into the works, like with our guest from yesterday, John Frankman, who is running for that special election.
So I guess you could have somebody in there for 60 days.
My guess is Frankman would probably say, okay, Gates can have the seat back, but that's kind of an interesting situation.
And then, of course, there's the open Senate seat with Rubio becoming a member of the Trump administration.
But I guess that needs confirmation as well.
I don't anticipate that would be a problem.
Well, now Nikki Haley, who's basically the Hillary Clinton of the Republican Party, she's going against Tulsi Gabbard as if you didn't need more confirmation.
Tulsi Gabbard is one of the good ones.
So here's Nikki Haley on her Sirius XM podcast, Nikki Haley Live, blasting Tulsi Gabbard.
nikki haley
Tulsi Gabbard pushed for dropping charges against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and pardoning National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden, both whom were accused of leaking highly sensitive U.S. secrets that put Americans in danger.
owen shroyer
Doesn't she just make you sick?
She just makes me sick.
Julian Assange exposing the deep state military industrial complex.
Edward Snowden exposing the deep state illegitimate spying apparatus.
And Nikki Haley says they're the enemy.
I hope this woman is never elected to another seat in the history of her life.
And I suppose taking the deal with Sirius XM is the sign that she knows she'll never get elected.
To another seat in her life.
And I will also predict that her show is off the air.
I mean, she'll probably make it a year.
unidentified
But probably not to.
owen shroyer
Nobody wants to hear from that neocon warmonger trash.
We rejected you.
We're not interested.
Couple updates on the House.
Nick Begich defeats Mary Peltola, the Democrat incumbent in Alaska.
So the count is now officially at 219 with Iowa District 1. Iowa District 1 ridiculously still hanging in the balance.
And then California, 45 and 13, where the Republicans were leading in the race until just recently.
And now the Republican candidate in one of the races is behind, even though she's led the entire time.
Two weeks later, now the votes come in for the Democrat.
And then the other Republican has been leading the entire time by thousands of votes.
Now it's leading us down to a couple hundred votes.
And I'm sure the Democrats will steal that seat too.
Now the Iowa seat should go to the Republican.
I mean, why they haven't called it, nobody knows.
But you're now at 219. If I was a betting man, I'd say you'll get to 220 and then the Democrats will steal the other two seats.
That's what I think will happen with that.
So you'll probably get to 220. It should be 222. But they're going to count votes in California until the Democrats get those two seats and then they'll call it a day.
That's how that's going to go.
Now there are some challenges happening.
Incoming Duke law student Jefferson Griffin sues the North Carolina Supreme Court Board of Elections Over election data disclosure and delays in North Carolina Supreme Court race, Griffin challenges 60,000 ballots as North Carolina Supreme Court recount continues.
And similar situation, Griffin is winning and then magically, right before the buzzer, the Democrat takes the lead.
It's always for Democrats, every single time.
Every single time.
And the North Carolina GOP is fully behind him.
They suspect they're going to find not just illegal votes, but dead voters.
Voters that don't even exist.
Voters that have moved out of the state.
Who knows?
Maybe the neighborhood cat voted.
But it never flips at the buzzer for a Republican.
Never.
Not even once.
Always for the Democrat.
Now, if you think that's legitimate, then you're just dumb.
Or you're corrupt.
Or you're brainwashed.
Because that's impossible every single time.
So, just like we've seen in now California, now they're trying to do it for a North Carolina Supreme Court seat.
Oh, Democrat takes the lead right at the buzzer.
Oh, of course, it's always the Democrat.
Now, the Bucks County drama continues.
Laura Trump vows to prosecute illegal ballot counters in Bucks County.
We will hold them accountable.
Now, this is the radical woman, if you recall, who came out and said, yeah, we're just going to count illegal votes and cheat because, you know, Trump gets to cheat and gets immunity.
Now, she had to issue an apology, and there was a whole bunch of drama at a recent hearing.
And so I suppose we should start with Scott Presler, who decided to show up for this hearing and tore this corrupt woman a new one.
And then we'll show you her little apology as well.
So first, it's Scott Presler at Bucks County calling them out for what they did in clip seven.
unidentified
Good morning.
scott presler
Bucks County has been in the news a lot this year.
Earlier, we flipped Bucks County from blue to red.
And for the first time in modern history, there are more registered Republicans than Democrats here in this county.
Number two, voters were disenfranchised in this county.
And in fact, I want to thank Chairman Michael Watley of the RNC and co-chair Laura Trump for suing to make sure that we have three additional days of early in-person voting because voters waiting in line to do in-person on-demand mail-in voting were told that they couldn't vote until five o'clock, that the line was cut off.
So thank you to the Republican Party for suing Bucks County and fighting for election integrity.
And now, here before us, it's on the world stage that we have a commissioner, quote, by Diane Marsiglia.
Precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country.
People violate laws any time they want.
And if I, meaning Diane Marsiglia, violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.
owen shroyer
And of course she's talking about Trump.
scott presler
The court already ruled that undated and misdated mail-in ballots could not be counted.
You knew that going into the meeting.
And I want to congratulate the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This speech I'm doing right now is going to be seen by millions across the country, the Commonwealth, and the world.
And I have a message.
Congratulations to President-elect Donald J. Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the United States of America.
Congratulations to Senator-elect Dave McCormick, and we are not gonna allow Democrats to steal this seat from us.
Furthermore, congratulations, because we defeated Matt Cartwright, giving President Trump an additional seat in Congress.
Congratulations to Congressman-Elect Rob Bresnahan.
Congratulations to Congressman-Elect Ryan McKenzie, defeating Democrat Susan Wilde in Allentown and Lehigh.
owen shroyer
Now this woman that he's talking to has been forced to issue an apology, and now she blames it on the Roe vs.
Wade decision.
But there's an important part of her statement that it's very important that we hear and understand and take it to the bank.
And then we've got some breaking news out of Ukraine.
So let's hear from this woman telling you what you need to hear.
This is what they didn't expect.
And then we've got big news out of Ukraine.
unidentified
First, this clip, 19. And I'm being honest with you, all of them involved horrible, horrible expletives.
Many involved threats not just on my life, but on the people who work in this county.
The things that were said to members of my family and people who don't even know me but share my last name are horrendous.
We don't have to treat each other like that.
It's heartbreaking.
Some of the things that people invoked about my daughter who died were not fair.
owen shroyer
She's the victim.
unidentified
And we are not going to do that to you.
So I just want to tell you, I have certainly heard from everyone.
I apologize profusely to the employees of this county.
And to the people who were called in my name because all of that rage was directed in me.
But I remind you all that we all say things that are out of turn.
We all make mistakes.
I made a mistake.
And because I am an elected official, I am held to a far higher standard than everybody else.
owen shroyer
For you.
unidentified
So to the citizens I serve, I apologize and I will continue to work hard for you and endeavor to not make such a mistake again.
I will also clarify one more thing.
When I inartfully spoke and used the word precedent when I was talking about provisional ballots, I was referring to the United States Supreme Court and the precedent that has been lost on many issues, including Roe versus Wade.
owen shroyer
Now she's just lying.
And everyone knows it.
unidentified
If you would just bear with me for one more minute.
owen shroyer
Politics is fun again.
unidentified
Unfortunately.
I took my frustration out on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, many of whom are friends of mine and who I respect and whose decisions are complicated and difficult and important.
We are all going to learn lessons from this new media landscape.
And most of all, I am.
owen shroyer
There it is.
unidentified
I am a small fish in this big pond.
owen shroyer
There it is.
unidentified
I do not have a megaphone on Twitter or CNN or I am not a secretary.
That's good.
That's good.
owen shroyer
That's what I wanted you to hear.
The new media landscape.
You see what's happening here, ladies and gentlemen?
You became interested in politics.
You became interested in saving your country.
You became concerned about the direction of our country.
You're paying attention now.
You might even have a little bit of a soapbox on your social media account.
You follow this show that was banned all over the internet.
This is the new media.
We are the new media.
You are the new media.
So it used to be she could go up there and spout off and try to steal elections and nobody would notice.
Nobody would get interested.
Nobody would follow it.
Nobody would show up.
Not the case anymore, is it?
unidentified
No.
owen shroyer
And that's not going to change anytime soon.
No, it's not.
So yeah, you can't get away with trying to steal an election anymore.
You can't get away with your outrageous diatribes and decisions thinking nobody's going to see it or call you out.
But notice she didn't resign.
She's so sorry.
She made a mistake.
unidentified
But she's not going anywhere.
owen shroyer
She's going to learn from the new media landscape, she says.
unidentified
Okay.
owen shroyer
All right.
But she's the victim in all of this, of course.
She's the victim.
And somehow it has to do with Roe versus Wade, of course, too.
unidentified
How predictable.
owen shroyer
How predictable.
unidentified
All right.
owen shroyer
So we've got some new headlines dealing with this situation in Russia and Ukraine.
You know, it's really hard to believe.
But they really do want to start a larger war before the inauguration.
And I was sitting here looking at some of the reports this morning and trying to follow what's coming out of Russia and what's coming out of Ukraine.
And I figured, well, you have a spectrum here.
And the best case scenario is the current administration and the deep state apparatus is going to use the next 59 days before Trump gets into office to launder as much money and weapons into Ukraine, into that region as much as possible until Trump becomes president.
And so they'll basically just walk the edge before falling off the nuclear cliff.
And that kind of forces Putin and Russia to basically do the same thing.
And I don't think Putin wants nuclear war, but he has to be a strong leader for Russia.
And he's sick and tired of the corruption in the West and the NATO aggression.
And then they point the finger at him.
So he kind of has to walk that cliff edge, too, without going over the edge.
So it's like both parties are walking on the edge of this cliff.
They don't really want to fall into the nuclear cliff, but it's kind of like the faster they run and the more they point the finger, they're starting to teeter.
So your best case scenario is they're just going to launder as much money and weapons through Ukraine as they possibly can in the next 59 days without starting a larger war.
The worst case scenario is...
They really want to just start a larger war.
I mean, they really just want a larger war.
That's your spectrum of potential that we're dealing with.
And so, the media is part of that process.
The media is a huge part of that process, telling you how bad Russia is, or how important Ukraine is, or saying it's World War.
So that's part of the process of trying to get this done, whatever it is.
Whether it's just to launder as much weapons and money or actually start a war with Russia.
The media propping this up is part of it.
Here's some of the headlines from the last 24 hours.
Europe prepares for World War III. Now Germany reveals plans to mobilize national defense and 800,000 NATO troops.
After Kremlin nuclear threat, as U.S. announces new weapon Kiev can use to stop Russia after allowing long-range missile strikes.
After Kremlin nuke threat.
So you see what I'm saying?
First, and again, they think most American people have no idea any of this is going on.
Quite frankly, probably most of your congressmen don't.
Have any clue of the actual chronology of events here?
No, Biden said no tanks, no jets, no long-range missiles.
That means World War III. Well, now they've given tanks, jets, and long-range missiles.
So then Putin says, in response to that, okay, we're changing our war doctrine to...
Anyone that uses long-range missiles against us that comes from a nuclear power, we view that as an act of war, and now it's part of our war doctrine that we can use our nuclear power in retaliation, in response.
So no, that's not a nuclear threat from the Russians.
That's them saying, okay, we know the United States and NATO is using Ukraine as a proxy state to wage war against Russia, so we're changing our foreign policy and our war doctrine to respond to this phenomenon.
That's what's going on.
And then they just sit here, oh, Russian aggression, Russian nuclear threat.
It's like if you're out in public and somebody's pushing you and shoving you and throws hands and you say, hey, you come at me one more time, I'm punching you in the face.
That's basically what Russia is saying.
You punch me one more time, I'm punching you back.
But oh, it's all over the media.
Russian aggression, Putin the bad guy, all this crap.
None of the dynamics.
None of the dynamics of NATO. Or the long-range missiles, or the jets, or the tanks, or everything else.
No, no, no, none of those dynamics.
It's just Russia bad, Putin bad.
And nobody just wants to say, hey, maybe we just shouldn't be involved in any of this.
Nobody wants to take that stance, except maybe Bernie Sanders?
But we'll get to that.
And then these headlines just came out.
World War III has officially begun, Ukraine's ex-top general says.
Ex-top general.
So what's his role in all of this now?
Is this...
Is this ex-top general ex-for-a-reason?
Is he...
Is he saying this as a spokesperson for the military-industrial complex or a...
Certain intelligence agency provoking Russia?
Ukraine's ambassador to London, Valery Zalushany, says World War III has already begun.
Oh, Ukrainian ambassador to London.
in another one of those sources of a corrupt intelligence agency.
So you then had the same media complex coming out and saying, oh, look, Russia just launched an ICBM.
They're getting ready for a nuclear strike or they're testing or warning of a nuclear Well, then they came out and retracted that and said it was not an ICBM, but actually a medium-range ballistic missile.
Which, of course, was in response to Ukraine long-range missile striking a Russian arms compound.
But they never mention that.
It's just, oh, only cover what Russia is doing.
So this is crazy.
And the Western leaders are completely psychotic, ladies and gentlemen.
And they've done this in the past.
If they want a foreign leader removed from power, they try the coup.
And when the coup doesn't work internally, like a color revolution, then they go with war.
And then sometimes they can get enough people inside the country or even inside the military that are basically like, okay, well, the whole damn country is going to blow to hell if we don't get rid of this guy.
And then they get people to turn and then they get rid of the guy.
That's not going to happen in Russia.
And the people that are lined up behind Putin are actually more hardcore.
The people that are lined up behind Putin to take power would probably have already nuked Ukraine by now.
And God knows what else.
But, I mean, there's no good guy, really, in any of this.
There's no good guy.
Let's hope Putin and Trump and whoever else is involved, you know, Musk's name is getting thrown around too.
I don't know.
Maybe there's another world leader that wants to step up and say, hey, let's have detente.
Can we calm down?
No, most of your Western leaders are just throwing gas on this fire.
And now NATO is getting behind it as well.
Because they fall for the same propaganda that everyone else does.
Best case scenario, they're just going to launder as much money and weapons into Ukraine in the next 60 days as they possibly can.
Worst case scenario is...
Because if one goes over the cliff, they both do, folks.
So worst case scenario is we go over the cliff and this thing goes nuclear.
I'd like to think we'll end up with the...
They're just going to steal a bunch of more money and launder a bunch more military equipment through Ukraine and we'll avoid...
A larger war or World War III or a nuclear strike.
But our world leaders are so psychotic and the leaders in the West are so psychotic, they might just be completely out of control.
And I don't even know if they can control themselves or they might think they have control over this situation and they really don't.
So this is what we're trying to...
We don't even...
All of this is so unnecessary.
It's just all so unnecessary.
Alright, while everybody is focused on Ukraine and Russia, there are now developments in the Israel conflict.
Now, Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas military commander Mohammed Diyef, have all...
Been issued arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court.
And of course, all the Israel supporters are crying foul in Congress.
And this is the number one issue in Congress, actually.
Not trying to stop World War III. Not trying to get Donald Trump's nominees confirmed.
No, Israel is their number one issue right now.
They've all made comments.
All their press releases and public statements are all about Israel right now.
Nothing trying to stop World War III. Nothing trying to stop the southern border invasion with the Biden administration rushing as many across as they can before inauguration.
Loosening the current policies.
No.
Nothing on that.
But they're all up in arms over the International Criminal Court right now.
They're all telling you how important Israel is.
And you've got ceasefire negotiations happening right now.
U.S. envoy heads to Israel after progress on Hezbollah ceasefire.
U.S. signals progress on Lebanon ceasefire, but critics voice skepticism from all sides.
Lebanon army would play a central role in any Israel-Hezbollah peace deal.
Well, here's what they've basically reached, and now it's at a standstill.
All sides have agreed to a ceasefire, except Israel says they want to continue their military operations in southern Lebanon.
So everyone's like, okay, ceasefire, ceasefire, ceasefire.
And then Israel's like, except us in southern Lebanon.
We can do whatever we want there.
Well, that's not a ceasefire, then, is it?
So they all agree to a ceasefire, and then Israel says, except us in Lebanon, and then they say, well, then this isn't a ceasefire deal.
So what do you mean ceasefire?
This isn't a ceasefire deal.
You won't cease firing.
And then Bernie Sanders is holding a vote on the Senate floor to block the sale of offensive arms to Israel.
He says the extremist Netanyahu government is breaking U.S. and international law.
Every senator who believes in the rule of law should vote for these resolutions.
Well, of course, every senator, I believe every senator on the Republican aisle has taken the Israel money.
Has taken the AIPAC money, millions of it, buying our politicians.
Must be nice.
I wish Americans could own our politicians, but Israel's already got them.
Senate Democrats are trying to cut off military aid to Israel during an existential war, says Tom Cotton.
This would be a shameful abandonment of an ally.
Oh, an ally, that old thing.
And the Senate should overwhelmingly reject this absurd resolution.
What does Israel do for us?
Nobody can ever give you a clear, present answer on that.
Well, they provide us...
Intelligence in the Middle East.
Oh, in the Middle East.
Is America in the Middle East?
Oh, we have our enemies in the Middle East.
Same question.
Is America in the Middle East?
No, Israel's enemies are in the Middle East, but our military's in the Middle East.
Oh!
Well, why is our military in the Middle East?
Sorry, the old argument of Israel as an ally is, you know, let me just say this, because I don't want to spend a bunch of time on this, but I'm going to make this prediction right now.
This Israel issue is going to tear conservative politics apart because not only do you see the divide right now on the whole Israel issue and people sick and tired of AIPAC owning our Congress and politicians, it is not conservative.
To fund foreign countries or foreign wars.
There is nothing conservative about that.
So even as a conservative value, funding a foreign country and a foreign war is not conservative.
But the fact that this country owns our Congress is becoming a bigger issue.
You know, it would be really unfortunate.
It would be really sad to see this issue and a foreign country...
Tear apart what is a very strong conservative nationalist American first populist political movement right now.
And you've got two ridiculous situations geopolitically that we should have nothing to do with.
And that's the war in Ukraine and that's Israel at large.
And the war in Ukraine is a lot less controversial to talk about.
And that's not really an issue that will tear a political movement apart.
But the Israel issue really is.
And I can just speak from experience where it's hyper-polarized and energized on both sides.
Where And I try to cover it from a neutral perspective and a common sense perspective and a conservative perspective.
And you'll have people that will just cry out loud that not being fully supportive of Israel is somehow anti-Semitism, which is just ludicrous on its face.
And then you'll have the other side, which will say, hey, just thank you for talking about it.
Thank you for having the courage to talk about it and question it.
It's like, look, I'm just reporting on the situation and telling you what's going on.
But I'll tell you right now, the biggest threat to the populist MAGA movement is the Israel issue.
It's not abortion.
It's not even...
The left or liberals or progressives infiltrating, as people say, MAGA or having a foot in MAGA or getting to be a part of the team.
No, it's not that.
It's going to be the Israel issue.
Because more money comes in from the Israeli lobby than any of these other things combined.
And you can criticize all these other things without much pushback, but not Israel.
And it's so hyperactive on both sides of the aisle on this, that will be the issue.
That will 100%, if there is a singular issue that will destroy this political movement, it will be the Israel issue.
And it would be really sad to see that happen.
And I would say, while everybody's over here looking at Ukraine, and everybody's over here looking at Russia and talking about that, well, who knows what might happen now in the Middle East.
That's how these things tend to go back and forth.
And so my approach has never changed.
And this is actually common sense conservatism.
And if you remove all the money from this conversation, if you remove all this money from the politics, then everybody would feel this way.
The United States should not be involved in any of these foreign countries right now.
And they should not be involved in any of these foreign wars right now.
We got our own problems to deal with.
And I got news for you.
And by the way, we give USAID hundreds of billions of dollars to nearly every damn country on the planet.
I don't care whether it's disguised as NATO or actual USAID via the U.S. Department of Aid, foreign aid.
I don't care.
It's all foreign aid.
None of it should be going out.
That's common sense conservatism right there.
That shouldn't be up for debate.
And all these countries...
unidentified
That steal from us.
owen shroyer
Or I guess it's not stealing because we give it to them.
All these countries that take our money.
All these countries, apparently our allies.
What do they ever do for us?
Are they going to stop the invasion at the southern border?
No.
Are they going to go to North Carolina where people are living in tents?
unidentified
No.
owen shroyer
Because their homes were wiped away in a flood?
No.
Are they going to send us money for our poor and homeless and starving people on the streets and veterans?
No.
No.
So why are they entitled to our money?
Why are they entitled to our support?
And now me, an American living in Texas, that wants nothing to do with these foreign countries and nothing to do with these foreign wars, my money's going towards it, and now my country's future and safety hangs in the balance because of it.
And now the president that I just elected again has to make public statements saying, we have to build an Iron Dome now.
unidentified
Great.
Great.
owen shroyer
How's our foreign policy going?
Um, we might need to build an Iron Dome because people want to blow us up.
Sad.
And none of this should even be controversial to say.
But everybody's got their interests.
And I guess many of them are bought and paid for.
But let's see.
Let's see while people are prioritizing foreign countries and foreign wars, what's going on here.
Biden administration quietly loosening immigration policies before Trump takes office, including letting migrants skip ice checks in New York City.
Isn't that nice?
Isn't that just loving?
ICE arrests child rapists, including illegal immigrant who fled Brazil to avoid prison and was released into the United States.
Oh, very nice.
unidentified
Hmm.
owen shroyer
This was in Massachusetts.
The same Massachusetts where they arrested a child rapist, illegal immigrant child rapist, just a couple months ago.
They got two more now.
Two illegal immigrants have been charged with raping children in Massachusetts, according to authorities.
Isn't that nice?
One Guatemalan national, the other from Brazil, who was supposed to go to prison but fled and crossed our border illegally and got in here and got a free ride and a free plane ticket and bus ticket and hotel room.
What a joke.
Hey, but let's make a statement about Israel today.
An American child was just raped by an illegal immigrant because of our open border policy.
So let's send Ukraine some more money.
Let's just, yeah, that'll be good.
A member of Alvin Bragg's team was a victim of an illegal immigrant crime.
Venezuelan migrant with ties to Trende Aragua grins after being arrested in lewd robbery of New York City prosecutor.
unidentified
You want to hear this one?
owen shroyer
You want to hear this one?
A Venezuelan migrant with links to Trente Aragua has been arrested for allegedly robbing one of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's prosecutors in her apartment after she busted him masturbating.
And he's smiling for the cameras.
Isn't that ironic?
Breaks into an apartment to rob from the apartment and is masturbating inside.
What is that?
Is that like a gang initiation thing?
I mean, I'm serious.
Let's make a statement about Israel.
Let's send more money to Ukraine.
Hey, just Venezuelan gang members coming in here and breaking into apartment homes and jacking off.
unidentified
Cool.
owen shroyer
Oh, just illegal immigrants from all over the world coming across our southern border, set to go to prison in foreign countries, coming here raping kids.
Any statements on that?
Or do we need more money for foreign countries and foreign wars?
Are we too preoccupied...
Jeez, man.
This stuff is just unbelievable.
Let's hear more on this issue.
You won't believe some of the things that they're saying.
This is ABC News trying to twist Lake and Riley's...
You can't even imagine this.
Trying to somehow blame Lake and Riley's death on Trump...
unidentified
Even though all the facts this reporter goes over all put the blame on the Biden administration, but then somehow it's because of Trump clip 10. The president-elect campaigning on the death of Lakin Riley and pointing to the current administration saying that their laws and what they're calling failed policies contributed to Lakin Riley's death.
I want to remind you that Ibarra entered this country illegally in 2022, according to law enforcement officials.
And he was paroled and released for further processing by ICE.
And since that time he entered the country, he was arrested another time.
Law enforcement officers saying that he was arrested in 2023 in New York City and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17, as well as a motor vehicle violation.
But it's important to note that although there is very little evidence indicating a connection between immigration and violent crime, this is still something the president-elect Trump, several Republicans on the Hill, wanted to essentially plant their flag on and point that to the current wanted to essentially plant their flag on and point that to the
And we saw that even as early as President Biden's latest State of the Union address where Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene infamously interrupted President Biden, forcing him to acknowledge the death of Lake and Riley, something that President Biden did by holding up a pinhead during that State of the Union.
But it is important to note that all of this vitriol that we're hearing from Republicans and President-elect Trump regarding the policies of the Biden administration, it's important to note that President Trump, President-elect Trump did force Republicans to essentially tank a bipartisan border security bill that both sides of the aisle said would have essentially addressed border security and immigration issues, Kira.
owen shroyer
Completely shameless.
He actually documents The policies and the years they were implemented, all during the Biden administration, that led to an illegal immigrant getting into the country, getting arrested and released twice, including crimes against children, only to go on and murder Lake and Riley, and he finds a way to blame it on Trump.
These are shameless people.
Despicable from ABC News' reporters.
Then there's Tom Holman.
unidentified
He has a different approach to the issue last night on Fox News in Clip 11. You know, Laura, a lot of people ask me why I get so emotional when I do Fox News and why I scream at members of Congress.
tom homan
Because I've seen so much tragedy.
I've talked to hundreds of angels and moms and dads who buried their children because they were killed by an illegal alien.
This is just the latest.
You know, I've talked to little girls as young as nine years old that were raped multiple times by members of the cartel.
When you look in her eyes and everything innocent and pure has been ripped from her soul.
And their life will never be the same.
I mean, it's just, I'm tired of it.
And the government failed the Lake and Riley family.
Not only, if President Trump was president, he'd be sitting in Mexico on the Remain in Mexico program.
And if he did get to New York, and he was arrested for an injured child in New York, I used to be able to arrest him because the priorities under Trump Where if you're entering the country illegally, you're a target.
But because Tecreti Marquez put the priorities so low, even the injury to the child didn't meet the standards, so ICE could even place a detainer on them.
So this is purely, it could have been prevented, this young lady's dead, and I want every mayor, every governor of a sanctuary jurisdiction to listen to that tape, listen to this young girl fight for her life, Fight for her breath, trying to survive, terrified.
I want you to understand what she went through.
Like the nine-year-old boy, the five-year-old boy in the back of the tractor trailer that I held, I found him dead, that baked to death.
I thought about what the last hour of his life was like.
You need to listen to this tape.
And for those governors and mayors who are saying they're going to stop Tom Holman, they're going to stop President Trump, shame on you.
Your responsibility is to protect your communities, and that's what we want to do, is protect your community.
owen shroyer
You know, I do believe we can turn this country around, but it's going to take years, folks.
It's not going to happen in four years of a Trump administration.
It's going to take a long, long time.
And I don't know if there's any hope for sanity left in the liberal progressive Democrat wing.
But I mean, the fact that this isn't just common sense, the things I'm talking about, And this isn't bipartisan policy.
We got a long way to go.
And I have faith because Americans are fed up.
Americans are taking action.
And there's more of us than there are of them, as the saying goes.
But I mean, common sense Americans, people that care about this country, people that think and talk like we talk, we're getting involved, we're taking action, but man, it's going to be It's going to be a long time, folks.
It's going to be a long time.
And we'll have a better four years under Trump than we did under Biden, no doubt.
And it'll give us a life tank to, you know, kind of get through this drowning of America that we're in.
Maybe get to the surface and try to figure some stuff out.
I mean, we're talking 20, 30 million illegal immigrants minimum.
Who knows how many are in this country?
We got criminal gangs in this country now.
We got our deep state warmongers trying to start World War III. I mean, this is going to be a process, folks.
I believe we can do it.
I believe in America.
We've been through hard times, but nothing like this.
The political corruption that we are living under right now, America's never had to deal with this.
We've been through wars and civil wars and revolutionary wars and depressions, economic collapse, disease.
I mean, we've been through a lot.
We've come out on the other side.
We're dealing with a political disease.
We're dealing with a political cancer that we have never dealt with before in the history of this country.
And I hope we've seen the worst of it.
But let's go to the Capitol again here.
Now, I'm going to play a clip of Democrat Representative Jaya Paul.
And then, of course, it's just ridiculous on its face what she claims because the proof is all over the place.
So here she is saying there are no missing children.
pramila jayapal
There are no missing children in clip 12. Today's hearing will be one final attempt by the majority to use all their same false talking points, that the Biden administration purposefully created a border crisis and lost, in quotes, lost tens of thousands of children, all of which we know is wrong by the facts.
And I'm sure the Secretary will address this as well.
But let's just be clear, these children are not lost.
owen shroyer
Can you believe this?
It's an actual government document, Inspector General report, talking about the lost children.
They've been on the show.
The undercover journalists.
The reporters.
They've gone and tried to find these children.
They're gone.
Nobody knows where they are.
There's no record of their travel.
They're supposed to be one place.
They're not.
We've talked to the whistleblowers.
The sponsors of these children.
There's no oversight.
There's no background checks.
They get put into the arms of strangers and disappear forever.
They are quite literally by definition missing children.
And that sick woman.
Says it doesn't exist.
Oh, and I guess Lake and Riley doesn't exist either, huh?
Oh, that's right, because an illegal immigrant killed her after he was released from two arrests after crossing the border illegally.
chip roy
No, let's hear about the facts from Chip Roy in clip 15. Mr. Secretary, how can you credibly claim that HHS is working to protect these children?
And by the way, children we're talking about in the order of magnitude of 400 and something thousand children, which you are dismissing, that they are lost.
Let me ask you a very specific question, Mr. Secretary.
Can you account for the whereabouts of those 400-something thousand children?
The 320,000 that were put in the report by the Inspector General, the 85,000 that we've talked about before in 2023. Do you know where all of these children are and that they are safe?
Yes or no?
unidentified
Congressman, as I explained the process, we get these kids when they are referred to us by the Department of Homeland Security.
We then provide them with care while they are in our custody.
owen shroyer
Won't answer the question.
unidentified
We lose custody of those kids once we find a vetted sponsor with whom they can stay.
chip roy
A vetted sponsor that rapes and murders the people that they're entrusted to?
Because you issue a rule that doesn't even do the background check?
That's what you think is appropriate care for these children?
I yield back.
owen shroyer
Mm-hmm.
That is sick stuff right there, folks.
That is sick stuff.
unidentified
HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra asked another tough question in clip 14. Are you familiar that in that report it revealed that children were pimped out by their aunt, which it turns out the aunt wasn't even related to the child, the so-called aunt.
Are you familiar with that story that was in there?
There are a number of incidents that are reported in that Florida report.
Some of them I can probably recall better than others.
Some of them I would challenge and dispute, but that one I don't remember.
And do you remember the teenage girl that was in a house with unknown men with no private bedroom for her?
Are you familiar with the sponsors that utilize a strip club in Jacksonville as an address for where a child should be settled?
Congressman, as I said, I don't have the information on that Florida grand jury report in front of me.
I certainly can go back and take a look at it and try to get back to you.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and he never will.
But this is the aspect of the new media, folks.
And it really hasn't totally caught up to them yet.
But you saw what happened in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Usually, not many people would see these hearings or see these clips.
Now, they get seen by millions of Americans.
Mostly because of X. Our best hope right now...
We got Trump in the White House.
Let's assume he gets in there safely after inauguration.
The Department of Government Efficiency has to cut this federal government down to such a size that they can't even engage in corruption.
They don't even have the manpower to engage in corruption.
That's our best hope to save this country at this point because this is outrageous.
Now, we have more information dealing with these missing kids coming up from this hearing on the other side.

All right, let's go back to this hearing where the children brought in and disappeared by the Biden administration is being well documented here.
Clay Higgins goes all the way with his time in clip 13. I now recognize myself for five minutes of questioning.
clay higgins
America needs to understand that the historical model of the cartel operations has changed quite drastically in the last four years.
We had always envisioned that criminal cartels, essentially born in their modern form, in the 80s and 90s have Have taken control of the criminal operations and the pipelines for drugs and human beings across Central America and Mexico up to our entire southern border, which is 1,954 miles of sovereign border.
And as Americans, we envision that cartels operate south of that border.
They traffic drugs and human beings to the border.
They make a lot of money doing it.
It's all criminal.
They're brutal.
And we have envisioned that there was always a measure of sovereign protection of our nation at the southern border, and cartel operations sort of stopped.
We also recognize that within the interior of our country, We have traditional criminal networks that exist in our densities of population, commonly run by gangs, and those operations, although similar to cartel operations, were not nearly as organized or incredibly well-funded, but they operated independently of the cartels in many, many hundreds of factions across the country.
And what America has to understand right now is that the cartel operations now operate across the entire United States and their pipelines continue through Central America and Mexico across our southern border into our major cities.
I have reports of entire buildings It's held by cartels, old hotels and apartment complexes.
Cartels are buying for cash, taking possession of for cash.
They're running their operations out of there.
Not one, but several buildings like that in a density of population, a network of sexual slavery operations.
And drug distribution operations, each easy to walk away from, on short notice of a pending raid by law enforcement.
America has to understand that this has happened, that historically the cartels would bring their product, human beings and drugs, to the southern border.
It'd be some level of interaction by CBP, by federal law enforcement, state and local law enforcement.
And then unaccompanied children Would be processed through HHS and turned over to non-government organizations where they would be turned over to family sponsors, either family or non-family, but sponsors that were vetted in some manner.
This is a memorandum of understanding that operated for a long time.
It was quite significant.
Between the Office of Refugee Resettlement and the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the beginning process by which unaccompanied children were delivered to sponsors that were vetted.
Because of the volume of children that were coming across in the last four years, and a part of that, the HHS and DHS joint statement of termination of disagreement.
And this is from March of 2021, my brothers and sisters.
This was a policy decision to step away from the strict means by which these children were monitored and controlled.
owen shroyer
And no DNA testing at the border.
clay higgins
Was this sponsor care agreement?
unidentified
There's nothing to this.
clay higgins
It's three and a half pages, two pages of nothing that the criminal networks can easily take advantage of.
So we have now delivered hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children to unvetted sponsors that have enslaved them across our country.
Ms. Hopper, You have done some brilliant research on the connection between human trafficking south of the border and as it networks into our country.
Please expound upon what I've been discussing today.
ali hopper
Thank you, Chairman Higgins.
You're correct.
The terrorists, the cartels, sorry the terms are interchangeable to me, they do know our policies and the 94 actions that were rescinded upon the new current administration coming in.
And they actually do use our programs and The manner in which we process unaccompanied children against us.
They actually use Border Patrol and refer to them as Migrant Uber.
They know once migrants cross the border, it's one phone call away, the Border Patrol picks them up and processes them, and then they know to write the number and name of the sponsor, the child...
Sorry?
clay higgins
I'm not stopping you.
I'm just telling you we're out of time.
ali hopper
Oh, sorry.
clay higgins
Thank you, ma'am.
My time has expired.

All right, ladies and gentlemen, we have a wild situation developing in some of we have a wild situation developing in some of these sanctuary cities with these radical leftist mayors.
you I don't know how they plan on getting away with this.
I guess they assume that their police force is going to agree to this criminal activity.
Of course, you're not supposed to obey illegal orders.
Mayor predicts Tiananmen Square moment with Trump deportation plan.
Like Tiananmen Square, Denver mayor vows city police population will forcibly resist Trump deportation measures.
Mayor declares war on federal law, vows to use police and citizens to block deportation of illegal migrants, including gang members.
Now, There was an interesting story in Aurora.
The police are not for this, folks.
A street artist who you may have heard of, who's been on Infowars, it's been a while, named Sabo, put up some anti-illegal immigrant street art, and they arrested him for it, but...
And I don't want to say too much here, but he thinks that the police are basically on his side and very against the illegal immigration situation going on, which, of course, they would be.
That's just common sense.
So what are the mayors in this city going to do?
Well, here is Denver Mayor Mike Johnston Saying that he's going to use local police and he hopes citizens will join him to block the deportation of illegal immigrants.
Listen to this.
This is crazy, folks.
unidentified
Clip 18. Thank you all so much for being here this morning.
I'm here to talk a little bit about the devastating impact of the failure of Republican leadership in Congress this week to pass comprehensive immigration change and the impact that will have on both city budgets and on services that we can provide for newcomers in the city.
owen shroyer
Now, pause it right there.
Pause it right there.
Real quick, rewind it a little bit.
Let's just really get this all the way covered.
We all know what he's talking about.
The Democrats propose a ridiculous bill.
They claim it's a border security bill.
It's not.
It earmarks for at least one million illegal immigrants entering the country a year.
All of the funding he's claiming here goes towards supporting illegal immigration, not stopping it.
So this is the game that the Democrats play.
And I'm so sick and tired of having to deal with this crap.
And they only get away with it because they have their friends in the mainstream media that run their propaganda operations.
If the American media were honest, they would all be coming out and condemning this falsification, this fabrication that Republicans are responsible for the lack of border security.
When we all know that's right out of the White House policy.
But they get to run this little propaganda game like Johnston, the mayor of Denver, and he says, Republicans are responsible for the illegal immigration.
And then he complains and says, you need to give them more money to pay for the illegal immigrants.
So it's doubly outrageous.
It's outrageous that he would blame Republicans.
And then it's doubly outrageous that he says you should pay for illegal immigrants.
I hope someday I live in a country where this absolute crazy nonsense is non-existent.
I live in the year 2024 and I'm dealing with things that I should never deal with.
I hope by the year 2034 we don't have to deal with this garbage anymore.
This is political trash.
This is political vomit.
This is outright lies and corruption.
Oh, okay.
So, but continue.
unidentified
And the impact that will have on both city budgets and on services that we can provide for newcomers in the city.
The second is we will start to have to greenlight a set of hard decisions about budget reductions across the city to meet those costs that we know will continue to arrive.
We want to talk about two of those today.
While they're the first steps, they unfortunately will not be the last and may not be the hardest.
This is a plan for shared sacrifice.
And so in terms of our first step on city cuts, we are announcing today we will make some changes both to our services at DMV and to our services on parks and rec.
owen shroyer
So they're cutting your civil services.
They're cutting your government services.
And it's not just Denver.
It's Chicago.
It's New York City.
It's any sanctuary city.
They're cutting the budget that's supposed to be for U.S. citizens.
Infrastructure, parks, street cleaning, whatever.
They're cutting that budget and they're giving it to illegal immigrants and they're blaming Republicans.
And then they say they're going to use the local police force.
Remember, what was that radical leftist on MSNBC saying...
I will stand and stop the deportations.
Millions of Americans like me will stand up to the federal government under Trump and not let our neighbors be taken away.
Remember that lunatic from earlier this week?
Like Judy Roginski, I think was her name.
Or CNN? So, now they want to use the police.
And they say it's going to be a Tiananmen Square moment.
Well, I got news for you radical leftists out there.
None of that's going to happen.
You might be able to get some lunatic, dumbass liberals to go out and stand in the streets and protest while deportations are happening.
You'll probably be able to pull that off.
You might even be able to get a protest in D.C. going.
You're not going to stop the deportations.
And if you try, you're going to get arrested.
And as soon as the arrests start happening, they're all going to go home.
Now, if this mayor of Denver actually tries to use local police to stop federal law enforcement agencies from deportations, that's going to be interesting.
I don't think he will.
I think he's just talking a big game for whatever reason.
I don't think he'll actually end up doing it.
But imagine that.
Imagine predicting a Tiananmen Square moment and then leaning into it and saying, I'm going to do it.
I'm going to cause the Tiananmen Square moment.
Me, a liberal Democrat, I want to start a hot war between the federal government and local police and my citizens.
For what?
unidentified
Illegal immigrants.
owen shroyer
For invaders of our country, for gang members from Venezuela, we're going to start the Tiananmen Square moment because of non-citizens.
Criminal invaders.
These people are completely psychotic.
The Democrat Party is so far off the deep end, you can't even find it on a map politically anymore.
This isn't politics.
This isn't policy.
You are openly un-American at this point.
You are bragging that you want to have a Tiananmen Square moment, and you're going to put your citizens and your police officers in the line of fire, is what you're claiming.
Now, none of this is going to happen.
They're not going to end up doing this.
They might try, but they're not going to...
This is insane.
But imagine, oh, let's start a civil war because the Democrats want more illegal immigrants here.
Why?
Why do you want illegal immigrants here?
Well, it's a humanitarian issue.
Okay, then take them into your house and you provide for them.
Oh, no, well, we're not going to do that.
Okay, so it's not the humanitarian issue, so you're lying about that.
No, it's a political issue.
They're losing their voter blocks.
They're losing the Hispanic voter block.
They're losing the black voter block.
They're losing the female voter block.
They need to replace it, and they want to replace it with illegal immigrants.
That's what this is all about.
It's all about political power.
And now they're talking about putting citizens and police in the streets to protect their future voters and perhaps having a, quote, Tiananmen Square moment over it.
unidentified
Can you believe that this...
owen shroyer
How do we even put up with this, man?
How do we even put up with this?
By the way, with all these testimonies going on at the Capitol Hill, you know who didn't show up?
We had some no-shows.
FBI Director and Homeland Security Secretary refused to publicly testify.
Top members of the Homeland Security Committee rebuked DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and FBI Director Christopher Wray for skipping an end-of-the-year public hearing on Thursday.
Committee Chairman Gary Peters said Mayorkas and Ray's refusal to appear is a shocking departure from the 15-year tradition of holding the annual hearing on worldwide threats.
Why would they not want to be a part of this hearing?
Mayorkas and Ray, cowards, hiding from the public.
As the country is in the most dangerous place it's ever been in because of this open border.
And Ray has admitted it, by the way.
Mayorkas pretends like nothing's going on.
Ray has admitted it's the greatest time for a domestic terror threat in the history of this country because of the open border.
But neither of them want to show up and talk about it.
Neither of them want to be addressing the American people on that issue.
How about this?
It's now confirmed FEMA was skipping homes of Trump supporters.
And to give it a little context here, they label Trump supporters.
The federal government labels Trump supporters domestic terrorists and then tells their FEMA workers you don't have to go to their homes, they're terrorists.
That's what leads to these two clips.
james comer
We'll play them back-to-back as we hit the end of the second hour, 16 and 17. During the recess for votes, my staff made contact with a new whistleblower who provided a credible account that a FEMA contractor visited the home of an elderly disabled veteran's family around October 10th following Hurricane Helene.
While there, the FEMA contractor recommended that the family remove Trump campaign materials and signs from both their house and their yard.
He warned the family that his FEMA supervisors do not take kindly to Trump supporters and that they seem as domestic terrorists.
The elderly homeowners were so frightened by this and afraid that they would not recover their loss that they removed all Trump materials and signs.
Nevertheless, FEMA has not returned to their residence.
This took place not in Florida, but in Georgia.
Administrator, we're happy to provide you with more information on this, but we and the American people want to know what FEMA is doing to ensure that political discrimination is not dictating how the American people are receiving aid following a disaster.
anna paulina luna
My last question for you is in regards to community trends, Marnie Washington had alleged that that was what was put into a system that would mitigate these interactions if they felt that it was dangerous.
And these communities, a lot of them were conservative and Trump supporters, that they felt that FEMA had created an environment that had stated that those people made them feel uncomfortable, and that was the reasoning for them passing over these homes.
What can you tell me about community trends in regards to this allegation that you made?
unidentified
Our disaster survivor assistance teams, part of what they do is go out into the community to understand what the impacts are and to understand what the survivor needs are.
This is often called community trends, but things that we are looking at are impacts to access, roads that are out, water infrastructure, needs of the community, like many places around South Carolina, required oxygen bottles.
anna paulina luna
If I can just interrupt you real quick, how many people have been impacted by avoidance and de-escalation?
Do you have a number for that just nationally?
Or is there a database for that?
unidentified
I can tell you that for this particular incident at the direction of our employee, 20 homes were skipped.
owen shroyer
Oh, you're a Trump supporter.
You don't get support from FEMA. That's nice.
All right, we got one more from the hearing.
Marjorie Taylor Greene confronting FEMA Administrator Criswell in clip eight.
marjorie taylor greene
I know it may be hard to see from there, but this is a whole list of cities, states, and NGOs that received millions and millions of dollars from FEMA. And this was to house illegal aliens, not Americans, who, by the way, all that money right there, That comes from Americans' bank accounts when they write their checks to pay their taxes.
Do you think it's acceptable for billions of American taxpayer dollars to be spent on housing people invading our country, but yet Americans in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida are still homeless and have yet to fully receive support?
unidentified
Congresswoman, we have been directed by Congress.
To administer the shelter and services program.
If Congress chooses to change that direction, we will follow that law.
marjorie taylor greene
Congress is changing that direction, absolutely.
We're gonna put American citizens first, not migrants, because we don't believe that's equitable.
You see, the situation, putting housing illegal aliens While Americans suffer with Americans' taxpayer dollars, that's not equitable.
As a matter of fact, that's the biggest failure that could be ever done to the American people.
It's such a failure, it should be treason.
And that's how the American people feel.
As a matter of fact, regular people are so outraged, they are pissed, furious at the fact that they feel completely failed by FEMA that's funded by their money.
And yet their own money went to house illegal aliens that have invaded this country.
Americans are dead today because of the failures of our border.
And FEMA took care of these people.
You see, we can't allow that to happen.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
I yield back.
owen shroyer
No lies detected.
By the way, there's more information coming out of North Carolina.
None of it's good.
Matt Van Swal is there on the scene and breaking all of this stuff.
Like this crazy video, millions of pounds of plastic pipes have been found strewn along the French Broad River in western North Carolina.
The company has confirmed their plastics are still being found today, 42 miles downstream.
FEMA has not even assigned a cleanup task yet.
And so you can see that on the...
I mean...
Now there's another development here.
Are they using this tragedy to take people's kids or using the threat of taking their kids to steal their land?
The stories about DHS taking kids away from parents you've been hearing from the people in Western North Carolina are not conspiracy theories.
Here's how it works.
Your three-generation family home sits on 42 acres deep in the mountains.
Helene hits and trees fall through your living room, kitchen, and heavy rain destroys everything you own.
You and your kids are set up in a campsite outside the home.
You submit an application to FEMA to get your $750.
A couple weeks go by.
One day, out of nowhere, FEMA shows up.
They do that because you filled out the application that you were displaced from your home.
They come to check.
They see you're in a tent makeshift shelter.
They declare the living situation is unsafe for your children.
So you have to submit an application for a temporary home from FEMA. And they basically use this and they say if you don't sign the application, Then you're putting your kids in danger and they can take your kids, but in order to sign the application, you have to give up land rights.
Unbelievable stuff.
It's time to give this country back to the people.
Just shut them all down.
Shut it all down at this point.
This is just outrageous.
Shut FEMA down.
Shut the FBI down.
Shut the department down.
Shut the Department of Education down.
Where else can we go, guys?
Just shut it all down.
Just shut it all down and give this country back to the people.
This government is so corrupted.
And it's got way too much power, way too many bureaucrats, way too many corrupt agents.
This is just evil stuff.
And we can't even protect our own border.
Well, there's no shortage of drama in D.C. today.
And look, let me just tell you, with the Matt Gaetz situation, again, it just confirms that the Senate is going to be a problem with the Trump agenda.
And Thune is going to be a thorn in the side of the Trump agenda and these confirmations.
And again, I've got people on the Hill today, and I'm trying to fix it.
Folks, this took everybody by surprise.
And there's still no clear-cut answer.
Now people believe Matt Gaetz will take his House seat back when the 119th Congress is sworn in.
There might be a special election, and our guest from yesterday might spend a month as the representative, and then it'll get Gaetz sworn in, is what it appears to be.
But with such a thin majority right now, every House seat is important.
And we have to fill Elise Stefanik's seat as well.
And so that's what we're going to be doing next.
And so we've got Anthony Constantino, who is going to be running for District New York 21 to fill that seat.
He joins me now.
Anthony, every seat is important.
We have a very thin majority in the House.
You know, Republicans have had some weird stories in New York.
Trump outperformed, but the Democrats flipped a couple seats.
The last special election didn't go our way.
You've now officially announced you will be running for Elise Stefanik's seat.
Talk about what's coming up for you in this special election and moving forward.
anthony constantino
Sure, thanks for having me.
So, first of all, if you're familiar with my story, I spoke up immediately after President Trump got hit with a bullet.
I had a company with 5 million customers, 1,200 employees in 39 countries, and I immediately issued an endorsement to let my 5 million customers know that I support President Trump.
As you know, at the time we had a situation where far too many people were scared to speak up and admit they support him.
I thought that was a problem that I could help fix.
And now based on his landslide re-election, I think that problem's been fixed.
I think people are very comfortable admitting they support President Trump now, which is a great thing for the country.
It's a great thing for everybody in America.
And I like fixing big problems.
I've been working on fixing the problem of anti-Trump hate.
I think that one's gone.
And as soon as Elise Stefanik got selected for U.N. ambassador, my phone started ringing with people asking me if I would like to work on this problem as well, if I'd like to work on replacing a lease and doing great things for New York.
And I thought to myself, first of all, I'd like to work on the most impactful thing I can work on with my time, and I want the best people in government.
That's why I've been Supporting President Trump really since his candidacy.
I want the best possible people in government.
I thought about it and I said to myself, you know, I'm probably the best possible person for this seat.
I've been the biggest advocate for President Trump, arguably in New York State, doing everything I've done over the last three months, including erecting the country's largest vote for Trump sign, defeating a Democrat-imposed restraining order that tried to block me from displaying the sign of a threat of jail time.
So I think you can make a case I've Probably been the biggest advocate, private citizen advocate for President Trump.
I had no political background prior to this, but I'm probably the biggest private citizen advocate for President Trump in New York State.
I've been working around the clock ever since a bullet hit him to stop anti-Trump hate and build support for him, which ultimately resulted in his landslide re-election and 10-point improvement in New York State.
And this got put in front of me, and I think it's a great use of my time and talent, and I'd like to get in there and do great things for New York State and for the country.
owen shroyer
Well, look, we need people with, as they might say, lack of political experience.
Well, that's probably a good thing, actually, at the current political experience that we're receiving here.
But it's also just Americans that don't run for office because they want to run for office.
It's like, why did Kamala Harris want to be president?
Well, because she wanted to be president.
It's Americans that want to get involved in politics because they actually see things that are wrong with the country and they want to fix it and they want to get in there and they want to do the best that they can to actually fix it.
It's not like it's a task of necessarily a joyous experience, but it's something you feel like you have to do.
And so you've kind of had an interesting background.
I know that they wrote some stories.
We put some of them on the screen today.
Sending out your email to the company and your customers in support of Trump.
As you talked about standing up to the Democrats trying to tell you that you don't have a First Amendment to have a giant Trump sign.
And so, I mean, how much of this is just what you've experienced from the Democrats and the left saying, you know, I'm going to just take the next level of my stand beyond just with my company, beyond just with a sign, but now I'm actually stepping up and I'm going to try to get into Congress.
anthony constantino
Yeah, it's an interesting story.
I like using my time to do the most useful things I can do with it, and a lot of people don't know.
I was actually one of the first people to get canceled in 2016. I backed Trump with a donation, a small donation in 2016. Some influencer found out about it, and next thing I know, I wake up and tens of thousands of emails are pouring into my company's inbox saying all sorts of horrible things.
They tried to destroy my business in 2016, over a $500 donation.
So at the time, I had a much smaller company, 300 or 400 people, and I decided to We're good to go.
Many of the left-leaning people that work at Sticker Meal have been the most supportive of what my political efforts over the last three months.
They think it's great what I'm doing.
I think I've been very good at convincing independents and Democrats to back President Trump.
My message has been to try to appeal to people on the left to try to back President Trump, because many of the things that President Trump runs on is really good for everyone in America.
It doesn't matter if you're a Democrat or a Republican.
They say somebody said to me, they said Democrats don't like you.
Jerry Nadler doesn't like you.
Nancy Pelosi doesn't like you.
I said, yeah, the Democrat politicians hate me.
But the Democrat voters seem to like what I have to say, because I've been saying things like President Trump is the president that's going to deliver peace and both sides like peace.
President Trump is sacrificing to help America, as are people like Elon Musk.
And even you can make an argument with Vivek Ramaswamy.
He exited the private sector to try to make things better.
I like people that are sacrificing to try to make things better.
That's a bipartisan issue.
Everybody likes people that sacrifice to try to make the country better.
So I've been very effective at talking to independents and Democrats and getting them to support President Trump.
And if I get put into Congress, I suspect I'll continue to be effective at convincing more Democrats to join the fund, join the party.
We're having a lot of fun over here on Team MAGA, Team Trump, whatever you want to call it.
But we're the side of unity.
We're the side of happiness.
We're the side of getting things done really for everybody in the country.
I know the Democrat politicians don't like what we're doing because it's not going so well for them, for their careers, for their financial well-being, but they aren't what matters.
What matters is the majority of the people in the United States are going to benefit from a Trump presidency and are going to benefit from people like myself to have talent and ability getting involved in politics and doing it for the right reasons.
owen shroyer
Well, and by the way, we just had the image on the screen, the giant vote for Trump sign that you put up on the roof of your building there.
I'm guessing that's the warehouse where you guys do the sticker production there.
Sticker Mule is the name of your company.
Hey guys, go to the other one.
Yeah, that even looks better.
I mean, unless you're an illegal immigrant that doesn't speak English, nobody's having trouble reading that sign.
anthony constantino
It's visible from the thruway.
And the great thing about the sign, I'm a pretty bright guy.
I realized, look, we got to make a beautiful sign.
If it just said Trump and it wasn't beautiful, it would be different.
But I got a team of artists together, a team of local artists, a team of local craftsmen.
They handcrafted the sign.
It cost over $250,000 to put the thing together and get it on top of the roof.
It's a beautiful sign.
And that was the trick, because if you look at the sign, it doesn't matter if you're a Democrat or a Republican.
You look at the sign and you like it.
There's only two people in my city that don't like the sign.
It's the mayor and his best friend.
They're very upset about the sign.
But everybody else in the community loves the sign, which I think has been great for America, great for President Trump, great for my hometown, great for New York.
It's bringing energy and excitement back to New York, showing people that you can be a Republican in New York and be successful.
One of the biggest problems we have in New York State is people are leaving.
I want to work on that problem.
And one of the reasons people are leaving is viewed as a We're good to go.
New York, exciting again.
We make it appealing again for people from all political parties, and nobody's going to be better than me at doing that.
Nobody's going to be better than me at standing by President Trump and supporting his agenda.
I'm going to be very supportive of his agenda.
I'm a loyal person.
I fully respect his judgment and decision-making, and I trust him to make great decisions for the United States of America, and I'm going to support him all the way if I get elected.
owen shroyer
Well, you know, this is such an organic story.
I love it so much.
You know, you're just a successful entrepreneur.
You've grown a small business into a very successful large business.
And now you've become kind of a neighborhood phenomenon, a local phenomenon, because of the sign that you built, the vote for Trump sign with your own money, by the way.
So that's kind of like the organic political story that I love to hear.
And it would be such a success story, I think, for New York and for future Republicans, because this is what we're kind of seeing.
You know, you mentioned Vivek Ramaswamy.
It's people that come from the private sector, not these lifetime politician types, but people that come from the private sector and have done well for themselves.
And they say, you know what?
Maybe I should make a run.
Maybe I can make a run now.
Trump became president.
You got all these successful people that are getting involved now.
That's kind of the new trend in this new wave of Republicans getting into the House and I guess you could say the White House.
So, I mean, how much of this to you is also part of this new trendsetter of, hey, if you love this country, you're successful in the private sector, this idea that you have to be a lifelong politician or come from some political background, throw that out the window.
anthony constantino
Exactly.
President Trump really led the way, showing people that you can get involved and make a difference.
You don't need to be in politics for your entire life to do it.
What we need most of all in politics is people with, in government, is people with brain power.
And I've always told people in business, I looked at my profitability or my revenue or whatever you want to, whatever you look at, all my metrics.
I always said they're, to me, it's a high score.
I'm playing a video game and it's a way for me to demonstrate my skills and abilities.
And I look at that with all sorts of business people.
Obviously, Elon Musk has done incredible things.
And really for me, Business for me is just a way to demonstrate my talent as a human being.
We want talented people in government, but we want talented people from all different backgrounds.
There's lots of bright people in the country from all different backgrounds that maybe never got involved in politics before.
I became good friends with a guy named Henry Cejudo, Olympic gold medalist, two-division UFC champion.
I've been encouraging him to take a position maybe with the Trump administration.
I've been encouraging all sorts of talented people.
We want bright people in government that are in it for the right reasons, that have fallback careers in the event they don't get involved in politics.
A guy like Henry has an endless number of things he can do with his life, but he put his life on hold for the last three months to go and advocate for President Trump.
So we want people like him.
We want people like Elon, Vivek, people that have options to do other things in life but are involved in politics for the right reasons because they want to do the right thing for the country.
And it's very obvious President Trump didn't need the job.
I don't need the job.
But I thought about it and I said to myself, look, I've been wanting talented people in government for the last eight years.
And here's a situation where I can get involved and actually do something.
And I think I'm the best person.
So it only makes sense for me to run and fight for the position and hopefully secure the support of the county chairs to become the nominee.
I've already met with a number of county chairs.
They've all been very supportive.
I know I'm new to this.
I'm learning as quickly as I can, but I'm a fast learner.
I didn't even know how to do anything politically a few months ago, and I made pretty big waves.
I never was in front of the media until a few months ago, and I've been pretty good with that.
And so I'm going to learn.
I'm going to get good at this, and I'm going to do a great job for the country, for New York State, and for President Trump.
owen shroyer
Now, last time we spoke, I know you wanted to make your announcement from either Mar-a-Lago itself or a Trump event.
I know you just made your announcement.
I think it was just a couple days ago, officially you made your announcement, so things are moving fast.
Where does the race stand right now?
I mean, what is the situation with a special election?
What is the situation with Stefanik and when she's going to, I guess, put the seat up for grabs, or I guess she already has?
And then what does the actual political process look like in the near future?
anthony constantino
Sure.
In the event, she joins the Trump administration.
The Republican chairs will need to nominate me as the candidate.
There's 15 Republican chairs.
I've been talking to them all individually, trying to secure their support.
It's going to be a very interesting experience for me.
It's a different type of experience.
There's no primary.
I'm just meeting with the chairs.
So far, they've been very supportive.
They've been At least very curious, but many of them are outright supportive, saying that they favor me.
But, you know, we'll see what happens.
I want to be respectful.
I want to get a chance to meet all of them, earn their support, hear their feedback.
I need to learn from them a lot.
There's a lot I need to learn, but I think they're going to find that.
I learned very quickly.
I'm glad you brought up Mar-a-Lago.
It's a funny story.
Believe it or not, I've been a Mar-a-Lago member for the last...
Four years, but I've never been because I don't like to use my time just doing things just to do them.
So a lot of people go to Mar-a-Lago and maybe I could have gone and taken pictures, but I had no reason to go to Mar-a-Lago until recently.
So as soon as this happened, I got a call from Roger Stone.
I went to go meet Roger.
We had a great dinner.
I suggested to him about the situation with the congressional seat, and I said I was thinking about going for it.
He thought it was a wonderful idea.
It was a huge honor to get Rogers back, and considering he was one of the people that was at the beginning of President Trump's story to become president of the United States.
So it's a huge honor to really start my political career with Roger Stone by my side, supporting me.
And me and Roger had a great dinner at Mar-a-Lago a day after I had dinner with him at Morton's.
We went to Mar-a-Lago A day or two after that, and I got to have Mary Trump's meatloaf for the first time, and I got to see the president at Mar-a-Lago, which is really a wonderful experience.
owen shroyer
Well, we're certainly going to be following this story, and I hope we can get you over the line.
Where can people follow for news and updates as we get closer to hopefully seeing our next representative in New York District 21?
anthony constantino
Until recently, I was a very private citizen.
I didn't even use social media at all, but I'm ac132 on X and Instagram.
I try to be fairly entertaining and informative there.
And believe it or not, people love me on Facebook.
The whole community follows me on Facebook.
So just look up Anthony Constantino on Facebook.
Follow me there.
And people love my Facebook.
I never even used Facebook until a few months ago.
I put my first post, I think, was trying to figure out how to use Facebook.
And that got about six likes, but now everything I post gets about 600 or 1,000 likes.
So Check me out on Facebook, X, Instagram, and follow along with the story.
I'm going to try to do my best to secure the nomination, secure the seat, and do great things for everybody.
owen shroyer
Well, hopefully the next time we speak, it's Representative Constantino.
But I'm just curious, before I let you go, when I was seeing all those stickers at the gas station, the I Did That Biden stickers, was that your handiwork?
anthony constantino
Well, we just print whatever people send us.
So we don't have a hand in deciding what we print.
We don't do that.
We're just available to print whatever people want.
So I suspect we made a fair amount of those.
I think they mostly came to us for that.
We're the number one sticker company by far.
We're about 15 times larger than our We're the number one sticker company by far.
So if you see a sticker, odds are we made it, but we don't design them.
I'm going to be designing some very fun stickers for myself.
I personally designed some great stickers for President Trump.
I created the Trump for Peace concept that became sort of viral.
And I'm going to be doing some fun stuff for myself.
But yeah, I suspect those Biden did that stickers came from us.
There were some other ones in other amusing places that I saw.
And yeah, it's a fun business to run.
It's a fun business.
It's a business that...
I'm sort of in the business of delivering happiness.
People get their stickers.
They're always happy, smiling.
They always write great things.
So I know how to make my customers really happy.
I obviously know how to make my employees really happy.
Really quick, I'd like to say again, I'm really proud.
Every single person that works at Sticker Mill stood by me through this.
Didn't matter whether they were a Democrat, Republican.
They all supported me because they know I'm a great boss.
I treat them great.
I know how to make my employees happy.
I know how to make my customers happy.
And I'm going to do everything I can to make my constituents happy.
owen shroyer
And you are a former boxer as well?
anthony constantino
Yeah, so one more thing we forgot to mention.
owen shroyer
This is great.
anthony constantino
I tend to be good.
I know people said to me, I lay low profile, but I think people are going to find I'm very good at this.
I tend to be good at everything I do.
I built a company on my first try.
I turned it into a 1,200-person operation.
For fun, in my spare time, I got involved in pro boxing, got involved in boxing.
I took my first match when I was 36. I secured four straight knockouts in Mexico City, and so I tend to be good at that, too.
My investment track record...
It's phenomenal as well.
I only invested in a handful of companies.
One was called Apple.
I invested in Apple, Google, Yahoo, Tesla, and Sticker Mule.
Every single one big time except for Yahoo.
I lost a little bit on Apple, but my track record as an investor is phenomenal.
And I took the $2.6 million.
I won off the appreciation of value in my Tesla stock.
And to say thank you to Elon Musk and to give him a little credit for what I'm doing, I said I'm putting $2.6 million in my campaign account.
Thanks to Elon Musk, I took the appreciation and value from my Tesla stock, and I'm already self-funding my own campaign.
I think I'm going to be the first candidate.
People are trying to convince me not to do it, but I want to be the first candidate to hold elected office without having a donate button on his website.
So people are telling me not to do that, but I want to be the first person in office without putting a donate button on his website.
So thank you, Elon Musk, for helping me make $2.6 million very easily on the appreciated value of the Tesla stock.
He did a great job running that company, and he Did a great job restoring free speech when he bought Twitter and got rid of a guy named Jack Dorsey who was a horrible human being.
I don't care for him at all.
We all know Jack kicked Roger Stone off of Twitter.
He kicked President Trump off of Twitter.
He's not a good person, and I hope I can get into Congress and expose him a little bit more.
So thank you, Elon, for doing great things for America, and thank you for helping fund my campaign.
owen shroyer
Alright, well, this is about as good of a story that I've heard getting into politics.
Let's hope it concludes with the next representative from New York District 21, Anthony Constantino.
Thank you for your time.
We'll be in touch.
Godspeed, brother.
anthony constantino
Great talking to you, Owen.
owen shroyer
Incredible.
I mean, that's about as good of a story as you can get for somebody to get into office.
You know he's not going to be bought and paid for.
You know that.
unidentified
Wow.
owen shroyer
Alright.
So this is why I do have hope.
It's going to be a process.
We've got to get people like that in.
But we can do it.
We've got fighters in this country, and they love this country, and they know what's wrong with it, and we can figure out how to fix it.
And so that just gives me hope right there.
Alright, ladies and gentlemen.

Very popular.

TheAlexJonesStore.com Alright.
Let's see what we want to do here before we take our final break of the day.
How about Jasmine Crockett bitching and complaining about white folk At Capitol Hill in clip six.
unidentified
It's because you can then misuse words like oppression.
There has been no oppression for the white man in this country.
You tell me which white men were dragged out of their homes.
You tell me which one of them got dragged all the way across an ocean and told that you are going to go and work.
We are going to steal your wives.
We are going to rape your wives.
That didn't happen.
That is oppression.
We didn't ask to be here.
We're not the same migrants that y'all constantly come up against.
We didn't run away from home.
We were stolen.
So yeah, we are going to sit here and be offended when you want to sit here and act like...
And don't let it escape you.
That it is white men on this side of the aisle telling us, people of color on this side of the aisle, that y'all are the ones being oppressed.
That y'all are the ones that are being harmed.
owen shroyer
You mean like the Trump supporters that don't get help from FEMA? When does this gig end, by the way?
When does this...
We was slaves, give me free stuff and let me dominate you.
When does that whole gambit run out of fuel?
Ever?
Did they just, I mean...
And look, there's so many complexities to this issue.
I'm sorry, that is just hilarious.
She's up there ranting and raving about slavery at a hearing where the FEMA director is being questioned on why they skipped houses with Trump signs in their yards, which they admit happened on at least 20 different occasions.
So...
Rant and rave, though.
Rant and rave about we was slaves.
It's really not embarrassing at all.
All right.
Let's clean the rest of it up here.
Last segment of the Infowars War Room.
My goodness.
Did you see who Biden gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to?
Did you see this one yesterday?
My goodness.
Biden honors Cecile Richards with Medal of Freedom.
Who is Cecile Richards?
Well, she's just an ex-Planned Parenthood CEO. While she was the CEO of Planned Parenthood, her years at Planned Parenthood, I believe the number was 3 million abortions were performed by Planned Parenthood.
Three million.
Now, they kind of kept this hush-hush.
The ceremony was not on Biden's public schedule.
And even the award ceremony, medal ceremony, wasn't even publicly announced until afterwards when they promoted it.
No members of the media were invited to be there.
But Mr. Biden spoke positively of the former Planned Parenthood CEO. Saying, with absolute courage and conviction, Cecile Richards fearlessly leads us forward.
To be the America we say we are, a nation of freedom.
Freedom to kill your offspring.
Not freedom for those babies.
God rest their soul.
Carrying her parents' torch for justice, she led some of our nation's most important civil rights causes.
Ugh...
Ugh.
He called the pro-abortion extremist a leader of the utmost character.
The countless lives she has made better and a nation seeking the light of equality, justice and freedom.
disgusting.
Medal of Freedom, ladies and gentlemen.
Because you were the Planned Parenthood CEO when they aborted millions of babies.
You know, I don't care what your politics are.
This is one of the highest awards you can get.
I mean, it's the highest civilian award that you can receive.
Doesn't belong to abortion extremists.
Doesn't belong to the CEOs of...
Companies that kill babies.
We should all be able to agree with that.
But no, this is where the left is now.
And they really do just love abortion.
There's no other way to put it.
They love abortion.
Kind of breaks your heart, doesn't it?
Kind of just breaks your heart.
Well, the rumors, and I don't think they're rumors, are that Trump is going to bring back the Keystone XL pipeline.
Now, the media is already attacking him, saying, oh, it's dead.
It's done.
Nobody's going to do that.
The Trump team's plan to resuscitate a dead oil project.
Well, it was killed by Biden.
Trump likes the Keystone XL pipeline.
Restarting it faces longer odds than ever.
Oh, I guarantee you he'll get it done.
The workers, the oil workers are begging him to get it done.
Put us to work immediately.
Trump plans to resurrect Keystone XL pipeline on day one.
unidentified
I bet he'll do it.
owen shroyer
The 1200 mile Canada to Nebraska project would have moved up to 830,000 barrels a day.
But Biden canceled the permit.
That was day one, I believe he did that.
Day one, he stopped that, and then he drained the strategic oil reserves, and then the world became reliant on Russian energy.
But, oh, oh, Trump's the Russian agent.
Let's see.
Under Joe Biden, Russia invaded Ukraine and took over territories.
And got a massive foothold in the oil trade because Biden cut our oil trade off.
Russia got rich from all the oil they were able to export because Biden cut the Keystone Pipeline.
But yeah, keep talking about Russian collusion.
Keep blowing that smoke right out of here.
So, okay.
By the way, here's Biden.
By his own definition, this is just, you know, it just shows you politicians will say anything and not mean a bit of it.
This is 2007 Joe Biden basically accusing 2024 Biden of committing an impeachable offense in clip 9. But I want to ask you about something you've been involved with.
unidentified
You said that if the President of the United States had launched an attack on Iran without congressional approval, that would have been an impeachable offense.
Do you want to review that comment you made?
Well, how do you stand on that now?
Yes, I do.
I want to stand by that comment I made.
The reason I made the comment was as a warning.
I don't say those things lightly, Chris.
You've known me for a long time.
I was chairman of the Judiciary Committee for 17 years or its ranking member.
I teach separation of powers and constitutional law.
This is something I know.
So I got together and brought a group of constitutional scholars together to write a piece that I'm going to deliver to the whole United States Senate pointing out the president has no constitutional authority.
To take this national war against a country of 70 million people unless we're attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked.
And if he does, if he does, I would move to impeach him.
The House obviously has to do that, but I would lead an effort to impeach him.
The reason for my doing that, I don't say it lightly.
I don't say it lightly.
I say it because they should understand that what they were threatening, what they were saying, what was adding up to be, what looked like to the rest of the world we're about to do, would be the most disastrous thing that could be done at this moment in our history that I can think of.
owen shroyer
Well, gee, he spoke with a lot of conviction then.
Now, of course, the caveat here is, well...
He didn't declare war.
Oh, no, you're right.
He's just using Ukraine as a proxy to start war.
And there are ununiformed units in the region.
So he's technically, you know, not a hypocrite here.
But we all know what's really going on.
We all know.
They're just tiptoeing us.
And they don't even...
I mean, it's just psychotic.
But that's the left.
So, remember, during the Bush years, they were all anti-war.
They were against interventions and forever wars.
And that's what got Barack Obama to be the candidate of the Democrats instead of Hillary Clinton because he was anti-war and very outspoken about the Bush wars.
And Dick Cheney and John McCain.
But now the Democrats, they love Dick Cheney.
They love John McCain.
They love George Bush.
Because they're all anti-Trump, who was anti-war in those years.
So that's ironic.
Come on, Joe.
You think maybe you could try to stop the war in your last 59 days as president?
That'd be nice.
That'd be nice.
Can't stop the war in the Middle East.
Can't stop the war in Ukraine.
By the way, did you see all the pro-Palestine protesters that took over the Senate building here?
Guys, let's take a look here.
The pro-Palestine protesters in clip five, they storm the Senate building.
Here we go.
unidentified
Yeah.
owen shroyer
Let's hear them screeching and screaming.
I mean, come on.
They love protesting in that building, which they have every right to do.
good for them.
unidentified
No, no, no.
owen shroyer
The anti-war protesters.
Hey, you know what?
I agree.
We shouldn't be giving support for Israel's war.
They can deal with it themselves.
You know, it's such a strange...
It's all strange.
None of it adds up.
Nobody has any consistency dealing with these issues.
It's quite frustrating, actually.
James Comer to create a DOGE subcommittee.
That's the Department of Government Efficiency run by Musk and Ramaswamy.
Comer is going to create a subcommittee and it's going to be chaired by Marjorie Taylor Greene.
unidentified
I like that.
owen shroyer
So Marjorie Taylor Greene will be working with Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy in this subcommittee.
Good choice.
We should probably also get...
Should probably also get Thomas Massey involved in that too.
I'm sure he'd like to cut some of that government spending down.
Maybe Rand Paul as well.
Biden's $100 billion disaster aid request includes money to rebuild the collapsed Baltimore Bridge.
Now, they're having trouble actually getting this bill because we've given so much money to Ukraine and to Israel and to illegal immigrants that we don't even have money, supposedly, for our own disaster aid.
The new bridge is going to cost nearly $2 billion, and they're wondering if they can even get the funding.
Maybe Ukraine or Israel can give us some of that money for infrastructure that we gave to them.
You think, well, it's always a one-way street with these foreign countries.
You ever notice that?
It's always a one-way street.
DOJ calls for the breakup of Google and the sale of Google Chrome.
So this has been kind of a slow burn, and Google is going to try to stall this as long as possible.
The Justice Department is calling for Google to divest its Chrome browser following a ruling in August that the company holds a monopoly in the search market.
Chrome, which Google launched in 2008, provides the search giant with data it then uses for targeting ads.
The DOJ said in a filing on Wednesday that forcing the company to get rid of Chrome would create a more equal playing field for search competitors.
Or they could also just open source their algorithms for search or their technologies for search so anybody has access to it to create an equal playing field.
And then you could have a search engine that doesn't manipulate the results.
So that'd be nice, but they're going to delay this as long as possible.
Could take years.
We've got some breaking news.
We've got some breaking news.
Now this is actually ironic.
I'll tell you why.
But Trump announces Pam Bondi as new Attorney General pick hours after Matt Gaetz withdraws.
I like Pam.
I met her some years ago.
Very nice, very sweet, and pretty based as well.
She thinks and talks like us as well.
So, okay, I'm alright with that.
I'd still like somebody a little more hardcore, let's say.
But I don't think...
She'll definitely support Trump and be good for his agenda.
I'm looking for more of like...
Somebody that's going to go in there with a jackhammer and a shovel.
But nonetheless, Trump says he'll nominate Pam Bondi for next Attorney General.
Let's see how the Republicans in the swamp have to deal with that.
But why is this funny to me?
Because, folks, I'm telling you right now, there is nobody knows what the hell is going on.
All my sources on the Hill, congressional sources and everything, they were like, oh, we have no idea.
The names that were getting floated around were all...
Pam was not even mentioned once.
I had like five different people saying, it's going to be this guy, it's going to be that guy.
And nobody said Pam Bondi, and so this one gets pulled out of left field.
Former Florida Attorney General, here's the announcement from...
I am proud to announce former Attorney General of the great state of Florida, Pam Bonney, as our next Attorney General of the United States.
Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on violent criminals and made the streets safe for Florida families.
Then, as Florida's first female Attorney General, she worked to stop the trafficking of deadly drugs and reduce the tragedy of fentanyl overdose deaths.
Which have destroyed many families across our country.
She did an incredible job that I asked her to serve on our opioid and drug abuse commission during my first term.
We saved many lives.
For too long, the partisan Department of Justice has been weaponized against me and other Republicans.
Not anymore.
Pam will refocus the DOJ to its intended purpose of fighting crime, making America safe again.
I've known Pam for many years.
She is smart and tough and is an American-first fighter who will do a terrific job as Attorney General.
This one is out of left field.
All the names that people on the Hill were telling me it was going to be were all wrong.
Nobody said Pam Bondi.
Trump is truly kind of unpredictable right now.
So there you go.
I like Pam.
I don't see it as a negative, but again, I'm looking for somebody who's going to go in there with a little more of an attitude-era approach, if you will.
And Pam is a little more straight-edge.
We'll see if there's anything that tries to prevent her from getting confirmed in the coming days.
Did you hear this out of New York City, by the way?
Trump's lawyers demand Brad case be immediately dismissed.
Say election supersedes political motivations.
Well, now these New York cases, they're saying they're going to push back.
They're going to push back the conclusions till 2029. The DAs and the state of New York And their attorneys are saying, well, we'll just wait and have hearings and convictions and sentencing and everything in 2029. So what the hell is that?
Trump's going to finish office, he's going to be like 83 years old and you're going to throw him in prison?
I imagine he can just pardon himself anyway.
Or I guess they're trying to avoid that by saying, well, we'll just wait and then he can't pardon himself after he's president.
It's so, it's just, corruption is insane.
Well, this story loses its relevance, but remember, Morning Joe, Mika and Joe were meeting with Trump.
Well, the rumor has it, petrified Morning Joe's real reason for meeting Trump revealed amid wild conspiracy theory into dead intern and fears over Gates-led retribution.
Trump doubles down on claiming Joe Scarborough was involved in Stafford's murder.
Well, I don't know what Trump has ever commented about that.
You know, Joe was not there.
Joe was never there when the intern Lori Klausutis was a dead man.
In Scarborough's Florida office when he was a member of Congress.
She was not there.
Had nothing to do with it.
But these are the conspiracy rumors going around here.
Alright.
Well, it won't be Gates anyway.
So, Pam Bondi, maybe she wants to talk about it.
I doubt it.
All right.
This was a wild story.
New York, or excuse me, well, it might have been New York.
I forget where it was.
Probably all across the country.
Government report says thousands of postal workers are stealing the mail.
Now, people are concerned this might implicate mail-in ballots, but it could implicate anything.
This is massive corruption at the Postal Service stealing the mail.
Here's the report in clip one.
unidentified
So a new government report says thousands of postal workers are stealing the mail.
The inspector general says investigators closed 47% more cases involving employees last fiscal year compared to 2019, with nearly 6,000 cases closed over that span of time.
But this number is likely an undercount because the OIG says there aren't enough mailroom supervisors.
And the ones that are on the job aren't trained to spot mail theft.
The Postal Police Union president says those vulnerabilities in the Postal Service are public knowledge and criminals are actively exploiting them.
They're literally getting the job so they can steal mail and quit.
owen shroyer
I mean, it's amazing.
unidentified
Making matters worse, the OIG says the Postal Service doesn't even know how many of its more than 18,000 surveillance cameras even work.
Why do you think they're not being more public about this problem?
I think they're trying to protect that brand.
Visit NBC7.com to learn which types of workers are being blamed the most.
owen shroyer
It probably is more for money than it is election rigging.
But who knows?
They could be doing that as well.
Wouldn't surprise anybody.
So look, there needs to be a list of pardons for Trump pretty quickly when he gets in there.
The January 6th political prisoners, Julian Assange, I would even say Edward Snowden.
Those ones might be long shots.
He's mentioned Assange before.
Ross Ulbricht and there are some others.
What about Roger Ver?
Free Roger Ver campaign pushes back against U.S. crackdown.
Bitcoin Jesus fights IRS tax evasion case from Spanish Island and they're trying to extradite him.
And so he made a bunch of money in Bitcoin.
He didn't pay taxes on it.
And so the US government wants his ass.
Because that's what they do.
Here's some irony for you.
Not wanting men in women's bathrooms is endangering women.
That's the new Democrat logic.
Here's AOC on a diatribe last night outside of the Capitol in clip 20. It's disgusting.
unidentified
And everybody, no matter how you feel on this issue, should reject it completely.
What are they doing?
They're doing this so that Nancy Mace can make a buck and send a text and fundraise off an email.
They're not doing this to protect people.
nikki haley
They're endangering women.
They're endangering girls of all kinds.
unidentified
And everybody should reject it.
It's gross.
Thank you.
Thank you.
owen shroyer
Oh, my gosh.
These people are...
They don't live in reality, folks.
So...
Again, how does it endanger women?
It's not women.
How does it endanger children by not having a man in the bathroom with them?
In the locker room with them?
I mean, I shouldn't even be having this conversation.
It's just total clown world stuff.
But the more important question people are asking now is...
unidentified
Did she abort?
owen shroyer
People want to know.
There were rumors.
She had some of that pregnancy glow.
Some of that pregnancy thick.
The joy seems to be gone.
The plump seems to be gone.
Let's find out.
Maybe she was in the bathroom with a man and he might have an idea.
Because it's disgusting that you don't want a man in the bathroom with your daughter.
It's disgusting.
It's disgusting.
You don't want liberals coming to your children's library to talk about gay sex.
Yeah, that really happened.
Now this happened in Nampa, Idaho.
It's right outside of Boise.
And Brian Lenny found this out.
They had an approved flyer up for children to meet with adults to talk about gay sex at the city of Nampa library.
He emailed them about it.
And they basically said, well, we don't have anything to do.
It's one of those like public posting boards.
You can post anything on it.
And the city of Nampa said, well, we have nothing to do with that, and we don't support it, but at the same time, it is allowed to be there.
unidentified
What?
owen shroyer
So you can go to a public library where there are children, and post...
About an event for kids to show up where grown men are going to tell them all about...
Forget about what orientation it is sexually.
I mean...
But see, if it was to show up and talk about heterosexual activity, that would be bad.
But since it's gay, it's good.
And if you say anything bad about it, you're a homophobe.
See, that's the logic here.
All right, one more hilarity as we close out the show.
Whoopi Goldberg, she's like us, guys.
She's struggling financially, clip three.
whoopi goldberg
I appreciate that people are having a hard time.
Me too.
I work for a living.
If I had all the money in the world, I would not be here.
owen shroyer
Yeah, Whoopi Goldberg is worth millions of dollars.
And she sits on the set of The View because she loves herself and she's a narcissist.
And she loves all the attention.
And hey, it's probably a good job, pays her well, so I don't blame her for taking it.
But please, Whoopi, oh, I'm like you.
I struggle to pay my bills and I can't afford groceries.
Can these liberals be honest about anything?
That's a great challenge.
Can a liberal be honest about anything?
