| We have people literally trying to do everything that have been waiting for years that still don't have what this guy has in four months. | ||

| We know the story. They were double, triple, quadruple counting ballots in Fulton County and the Atlanta areas. | ||

| They pulled out from secret boxes underneath the tables. | ||

| A conservative majority of that state Supreme Court then struck down or ruled that drop boxes were not legal in 2022. | ||
| As you may recall, Democrats lost a closed Senate race in that state in 2022. | ||
| And now, as a result of the litigation we brought, Dropboxes will be back in place for 2024. | ||
| So that's just one example of the good news. | ||
| But I can point to state after state after state where democracy is on the docket and democracy is winning. | ||
| And it doesn't mean we win everywhere, but it does mean that we win more places than people think. | ||
| And it's important for everyone to recognize that the cynics want you to give up on the court. | ||
| The cynics want you to believe that it is inevitable that voter suppressors will win, that the election subverters will have their way. | ||
| And it is our job to not just tell the truth about what's happening, which is not always very good news, but to also not bury the fact that we can make a difference when we fight. | ||

| Now, think about what he's saying. | ||
| We want a vote on election day, one person, one vote. | ||
| We want non-citizens voting. | ||
| We want no voter IDs. | ||
| We want mail-in ballot drop boxes because it's the only way Democrats can win an election. | ||

| So if you have voter ID, if only citizens vote, and you have one day, one vote, the standard democratic process, Democrats can't win. | ||
| So they have to go into the courts to change the rules, change the way we vote, change the way election happens, and that's the only way Democrats can win. | ||

| Remember, Merrick Garland is supposed to be the head law enforcement officer, and he has broken the law. | ||
| And yet there are people that are generally trying to say that he should get a pass. | ||

| There's a new phenomenon happening in the media. | ||

| So whatever the ratings wars are, you've got, let's just look at three major cable news networks, MSNBC, CNN, Fox News. | ||
| And they're going to have some viewership no matter what, and they're going to have people that just stay on their channels no matter what. | ||
| And so you don't have an active audience that's tuning in for an individual. | ||
| You kind of have a passive audience that just goes to that network for the news. | ||
| So yeah, you could kind of see people gain popularity, gain momentum. | ||
| You could see who was better than the others based off potential ratings and followings. | ||
| But really the reality was it was the power of the network. | ||
| It was the power of the brand. | ||
| And they could basically force anybody into your news feed. | ||
| They could force anybody into your cable news feed, anybody into your living room, your house, your office, whatever, via the networks. | ||
| But it seems that they haven't really caught on to what's going on in the new digital age. | ||
| Why did Bill O'Reilly fail after having the top-rated show on Fox News for years? | ||
| Bill O'Reilly was a success of the network and the time slot he was in. | ||
| When he went independent, not many people followed him. | ||
| Bill O'Reilly lived off the brand of Fox News and the prime time slot. | ||
| Chris Wallace, same story. | ||
| I mean, even Chris Cuomo had, I mean, decent ratings for CNN. He got another job, but nobody's really watching Chris Cuomo. | ||
| The only time he made a headline is, and it had a clip, is when he went on the Patrick Bet David podcast and talked about vaccine regret. | ||
| So, I mean, he's mostly irrelevant. | ||
| So there's a new digital media landscape where you can't just put anybody out there You can't just think, hey, let's just hire this name and that'll make my digital platform successful. | ||
| Very few people can pull that off now. | ||
| The digital news audience is an active audience and they have millions of options. | ||
| Millions of options. | ||
| Whereas The legacy media, the cable news media, you really don't have millions of options. | ||
| You have live television and you basically have three cable news networks and then maybe some local news networks and the local network affiliates that might be like four or five different options as well. | ||
| But it's live and so you have a very limited amount of options, very limited amount of personalities or hosts or whatever. | ||
| And so it's a finite amount of options that you have. | ||
| You're forced to tune in to whatever is on in that time slot in whatever station you're watching. | ||
| In the digital world, it's all different. | ||
| Everything is niche. | ||
| Everything is active. | ||
| Everything is a multitude of choices. | ||
| I mean, it's virtually infinite amount of choices. | ||
| And you can listen whenever you want, however you want. | ||
| And so... There's really no life after cable collapses and it all goes digital and it all goes into streaming. | ||
| There really is no life left for the CNN host. | ||
| There really is no life left for most of the Fox hosts, the MSNBC hosts. | ||
| Do you really think Joy Reid? | ||
| Do you really think Rachel Maddow? | ||
| Ari Milber? Chris Hayes? | ||
| Do you think any of them will be able to carry weight? | ||
| Anderson Cooper won't even be able to carry his own weight independently. | ||
| They will fail. | ||
| All they have is their network. | ||
| So how CNN thinks they're going to succeed in the digital world after they've already failed once, I'd like to see. | ||
| But really, I think this is them just clinging to life and trying to figure out some way to survive. | ||
| So in the new media, you have to be dynamic. | ||

| You have to be entertaining. You have to have some abilities to be in different niche audiences. | ||

| You can't just use the power of a network. | ||

| That is in a very limited lifespan now, probably less than a decade, until cable news becomes almost completely irrelevant. | ||

| And while there's plenty of good people at Fox... | ||
| They don't put up really big numbers on their podcasts. | ||

| I've looked at the numbers. | ||
| They really don't. SiriusXM probably has a bigger audience than most of these Fox News hosts do with their podcasts. | ||
| A couple have been successful. But that's just because there's probably ten times as many conservatives, if not more, that actually are actively listening to news every day and want to be informed every day. | ||
| Liberals aren't really doing that. | ||
| They're watching Netflix shows and they're watching late night shows and whatever else they're into. | ||
| They're obviously not really following the news, but they might flip on a cable network. | ||
| So CNN is obviously collapsing. | ||
| MSNBC is probably not far behind. | ||
| And it's all really propped up. | ||
| Because the same graphic that the crew put on the screen, it's all propped up by the same people. | ||
